Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a grouting device, and more specifically, to a packer device for high-pressure consolidation grouting and a construction method using the same. Background Technology

[0002] In general, ground improvement is one of the essential processes in foundation treatment work for dams or large structures. Among these, consolidation grouting is carried out by injecting grout materials, such as cement milk or chemical liquid, into discontinuities within the bedrock, such as fissures, joints, and cracks, under a certain pressure. This process is performed to secure the bearing capacity required by the structure and to strengthen the ground by integrating and bonding the foundation bedrock, which is often fractured or cracked.

[0003] Furthermore, consolidation grouting is closely related to water curtain grouting in the foundation treatment of dams. Typically, consolidation grouting is positioned on both the upstream and downstream sides of the line where water curtain grouting is performed, and it is carried out at a relatively shallow depth compared to water curtain grouting. This forms a shallow permeable zone on the foundation surface, thereby controlling seepage flows and ensuring that the foundation bedrock is watertight. In addition, it plays a role in maximizing the water curtain effect by preventing the grout material from leaking to the surface or dispersing in unintended directions during future high-pressure water curtain grouting operations.

[0004] To perform such grouting work, a 'packer' is essential; this device maintains injection pressure by inserting an injection pipe into the drilled hole and sealing the opening. In conventional consolidation grouting sites, a device commonly referred to as a 'handle packer' is used. This device utilizes a method where a handle is turned to compress and expand a rubber sleeve on the outside of the packer, and grout is injected while the expanded rubber adheres to the inner wall of the drilled hole, thereby sealing the opening.

[0005] However, conventional handle packers have structural limitations in that they are configured to block the entrance of a bore hole by relying solely on the frictional and expansive forces of the rubber member. In particular, it has been pointed out that they are not suitable for high-pressure work, as high-pressure grouting, which requires high injection pressure for ground reinforcement, can cause the packer to be pushed out of the hole or bounced away due to the inability to withstand the injection pressure.

[0006] Therefore, it is necessary to develop technology that can improve this. Prior art literature

[0007] Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1544139 The problem to be solved

[0008] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a packer device for high-pressure consolidation grouting and a construction method using the same, which can be firmly fixed without the packer device detaching from the drilled hole even during high-pressure grouting by introducing a wedge structure that mechanically supports the inner surface of the drilled hole together with a sealing member.

[0009] In addition, the invention provides a packer device for high-pressure consolidation grouting and a construction method using the same, which can improve work convenience and efficiency by configuring the wedge to be operated manually or automatically unfolded in conjunction with the compression of a sealing member depending on the work environment.

[0010] The problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned problems will be clearly understood by a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains from the description below. means of solving the problem

[0011] According to one aspect of the present invention, a packer device for high-pressure consolidation grouting inserted into a bore hole to inject grout is provided, comprising: an inner pipe movable in the axial direction having a flow path formed therein for grout movement; an outer pipe positioned to surround the outer surface of the inner pipe and located within the bore hole; a sealing member positioned between an upper plate positioned at the bottom of the outer pipe and a lower plate connected to the bottom of the inner pipe, which is compressed in the axial direction and simultaneously expands in the radial direction as the inner pipe moves upward in the axial direction; and a wedge pivotably hinged to the outer side of the outer pipe and supporting the inner surface of the bore hole to prevent the packer device from detaching.

[0012] At this time, female screw threads are formed on the outer surface of the inner pipe, and the packer device further comprises a body having male screw threads formed on its inner surface to screw into the female screw threads, an upper handle coupled to the outer surface of the body to rotate the body, and a lower handle provided on the outer surface of the outer pipe to be gripped and supported by an operator, and may be configured to pull the inner pipe upward in the axial direction by rotating the upper handle while the lower handle is fixed.

[0013] At this time, the sealing member is formed of a rubber material and seals the opening of the perforated hole by deforming due to the pressure of the upper plate and the lower plate, and the inner pipe can be connected to the lower plate by penetrating the upper plate and the sealing member.

[0014] At this time, a grout injection port is provided at the top of the inner pipe, and an opening for discharging grout is formed at the bottom, so that grout can be injected into the bore hole while the sealing member is expanded.

[0015] At this time, the wedge includes one side hinged to the outer pipe and the other side supporting the inner surface of the hole, and may be configured to be folded when the packer device is inserted and to rotate and unfold after the insertion of the packer device is completed.

[0016] At this time, a traction bar may be connected between one side and the other side of the wedge so that the wedge is forcibly rotated by operating the traction bar.

[0017] At this time, the point where the traction bar is connected while the wedge is folded is positioned radially outward from the point where the wedge is hinge-fixed, so that the compressive force pressing the traction bar in the axial direction acts as a moment centered on the hinge-fixed point to unfold the wedge.

[0018] At this time, a handle hole may be formed at the end of the traction bar so that a worker can hook their finger to pull or press it.

[0019] At this time, after the grouting work is finished, the state in which the wedge supports the inner surface of the bore hole can be released by pulling the handle hole and the wedge can be folded.

[0020] At this time, a wedge screw in the form of a male screw thread is formed on one outer surface of the wedge, and a through slit may be formed in the outer pipe so that the wedge screw can come into contact with the outer surface of the inner pipe.

[0021] At this time, a female screw thread that engages with the wedge screw is formed on the outer surface of the inner pipe, and as the inner pipe moves upward in the axial direction, the wedge can be configured to automatically rotate and unfold by the screw connection between the female screw thread and the wedge screw.

[0022] At this time, the part where the wedge is hinge-fixed to the outer pipe and the part where the slit is formed may be spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the outer pipe.

[0023] At this time, when pulling the inner pipe, sealing by the expansion of the sealing member and support by the unfolding of the wedge can be performed in conjunction.

[0024] At this time, when the inner pipe is moved downward in the axial direction after the grouting work is finished, the pressure applied to the sealing member is released, and at the same time, the wedge screw rotates in the reverse direction, and the wedge can be configured to fold again.

[0025] At this time, the wedges are provided in multiple numbers along the outer surface of the outer pipe to distribute the supporting force on the inner surface of the bore hole.

[0026] At this time, the hinge rotation direction of the wedge can be set so that the supporting force of the wedge supporting the inner surface of the bore hole increases when grouting pressure is applied.

[0027] At this time, the female thread of the inner pipe may be formed to extend axially, including an upper section for connection with the body and a lower section for connection with the wedge screw.

[0028] According to another aspect of the present invention, a construction method using a packer device for high-pressure consolidation grouting is provided, comprising the steps of: inserting the packer device, in a state where the wedge is folded, to a predetermined depth inside a bore hole; moving the inner pipe of the packer device upward in the axial direction to compress and expand a sealing member to seal the bore hole, and at the same time rotating the wedge to unfold it to support it on the inner surface of the bore hole; performing consolidation grouting by injecting grout at high pressure through the grout injection port of the inner pipe; and after the grouting is finished, releasing the supported state of the wedge and the expanded state of the sealing member and recovering the packer device from the bore hole. Effects of the invention

[0029] According to the above configuration, the packer device for high-pressure consolidation grouting according to one aspect of the present invention is equipped with a structure that not only secures sealing force through a sealing member but also supports the inner surface of the bore hole as a wedge penetrates, thereby preventing the packer device from bouncing off or being pushed out even when high-pressure grout is injected.

[0030] In addition, the double pipe structure and screw connection method allow the sealing member to be compressed axially and reliably expanded radially, thereby ensuring excellent sealing performance.

[0031] In addition, the operator can intuitively unfold or fold the wedge using the traction bar, enabling secure fixation and release.

[0032] Alternatively, since the expansion of the sealing member and the expansion of the wedge occur simultaneously by simply pulling the inner pipe, the amount of work required can be reduced and the construction speed improved.

[0033] The effects of the present invention are not limited to the effects described above, and should be understood to include all effects that can be inferred from the configuration of the invention described in the detailed description or claims of the present invention. [0038] In this specification, terms such as “comprising” or “having” are intended to describe the existence of the features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof described in the specification, and should not be understood as precluding the existence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof.

[0039] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Here, the a direction is the axial direction, the b direction is the circumferential direction, and the r direction is the radial direction. To clearly explain the present invention, parts unrelated to the explanation are omitted from the drawings.

[0040] As illustrated in FIG. 1, a packer device (10) for high-pressure consolidation grouting according to one embodiment of the present invention is a packer device (10) for high-pressure consolidation grouting inserted into a bore hole (H) to inject grout, comprising: an inner pipe (100) movable in the axial direction (a) having a flow path formed therein for the movement of grout; an outer pipe (200) positioned to surround the outer surface of the inner pipe (100) and located within the bore hole (H); an upper plate (310) positioned at the bottom of the outer pipe (200) and a lower plate (320) connected to the bottom of the inner pipe (100) and positioned between the upper plate (310) and the lower plate (320) connected to the bottom of the inner pipe (100), wherein the sealing member (300) is compressible in the axial direction (a) and expands in the radial direction (r) as the inner pipe (100) moves upward in the axial direction (a); and a member rotatably hinge-coupled to the outer side of the outer pipe (200) and supports the inner surface of the bore hole (H) to prevent the packer device (10) from detaching. Includes a wedge (400).

[0041] The inner pipe (100) is a tubular member forming the central axis of the packer device (10), and a hollow flow path through which grout can move is formed in the axial direction (a) within it. This inner pipe (100) is inserted into the inner side of the outer pipe (200) and configured to allow sliding movement in the axial direction (a). A grout injection port (120) connected to a grout injection hose is provided at the top of the inner pipe (100), and an opening (130) through which grout is discharged into the drilled hole (H) is formed at the bottom.

[0042] The outer pipe (200) is a tubular member arranged to wrap around the outer surface of the inner pipe (100), and is located within the perforated hole (H) to form the outer surface of the packer device (10). A hinge shaft (401) is provided on its outer surface to which a wedge (400) is hinge-connected so that it can rotate. The lower end of the outer pipe (200) is connected to or integrally formed with the upper plate (310) to serve as a support that prevents the upward movement of the sealing member (300).

[0043] The upper plate (310) is fixedly positioned at the bottom of the outer pipe (200) to support the upper surface of the sealing member (300), and the lower plate (320) is coupled to the bottom of the inner pipe (100) to move together with the inner pipe (100) and support the lower surface of the sealing member (300). The sealing member (300) is an elastic material such as rubber that is positioned between the upper plate (310) and the lower plate (320). When the inner pipe (100) is pulled upward in the axial direction (a), that is, toward the entrance of the bore hole (H), the lower plate (320) rises, and the gap between it and the upper plate (310) narrows. Consequently, the sealing member (300) is compressed in the axial direction (a) and expands in the radial direction (r), strongly adhering to the inner surface of the bore hole (H) to prevent the grout from leaking toward the entrance of the bore hole (H).

[0044] One side of the wedge (400) is rotatably connected to the outer surface of the outer pipe (200) via a hinge shaft (401), and is configured to be in close contact with the outer surface of the outer pipe (200) when inserting or retrieving the packer device (10), and to rotate outward and unfold when fixing the packer device (10) is required. The other side of the wedge (400) may be formed in a pointed or uneven shape so as to be able to dig into or support the inner wall of the rock of the bore hole (H).

[0045] When configured in this way, not only is sealing force secured through the sealing member (300), but a structure is also provided in which the wedge (400) penetrates the inner surface of the bore hole (H) and provides support, thereby preventing the packer device (10) from bouncing off or being pushed out even when high-pressure grout is injected. In addition, construction stability is improved by providing an anchoring effect that provides more solid support as the grout injection pressure increases.

[0046] FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the body of a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0047] As illustrated in FIG. 2, a female screw thread (110) is formed on the outer surface of an inner pipe (100), and the packer device (10) further comprises a body (500) having a male screw thread (510) formed on its inner surface that screws into the female screw thread (110), an upper handle (600) coupled to the outer surface of the body (500) to rotate the body (500), and a lower handle (700) provided on the outer surface of an outer pipe (200) to be gripped and supported by a worker, and may be configured to pull the inner pipe (100) axially upward by rotating the upper handle (600) while the lower handle (700) is fixed.

[0048] On the outer surface of the inner pipe (100), a female screw thread (110) is provided along a predetermined section in the axial direction (a), and a hollow body (500) is disposed on the upper end of the outer pipe (200), and a male screw thread (510) that engages with the female screw thread (110) of the inner pipe (100) is provided on the inner surface of the body (500). The body (500) is installed to be rotatable relative to the outer pipe (200), but has a structure in which movement in the axial direction (a) is restricted.

[0049] A rod-shaped upper handle (600) is protruded and coupled to the outer surface of the body (500) so that a worker can grasp it with their hand and apply rotational force. The upper handle (600) rotates integrally with the body (500). A lower handle (700) is provided on the lower side of the body (500) in the axial direction (a) of the outer surface of the outer pipe (200). The lower handle (700) is fixed to the outer pipe (200) and serves as a handle for the worker to support the packer device (10) or to support rotational reaction force.

[0050] That is, by using a double pipe structure and a screw connection method, a strong axial tensile force (a) can be generated to pull the inner pipe (100) with only a small rotational force by which the operator rotates the upper handle, and through this, the rubber sealing member (300) can be strongly compressed and sufficiently expanded in the radial direction (r), thereby ensuring sufficient sealing force even on the inner surface of the rock inside the bore hole (H).

[0051] At this time, pneumatic or hydraulic pressure may be used to compress the sealing member (300) in the axial direction (a). By configuring it in this way, the rubber sealing member (300) can be strongly compressed in the axial direction (a) and sufficiently expanded in the radial direction (r).

[0052] FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a sealing member of a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0053] As shown in FIG. 3, the sealing member (300) is formed of a rubber material and seals the opening of the perforated hole (H) by being deformed by the pressure of the upper plate (310) and the lower plate (320), and the inner pipe (100) can be connected to the lower plate (320) by penetrating the upper plate (310) and the sealing member (300).

[0054] At this time, the sealing member (300) may be formed of a rubber or similar elastomer material having excellent elastic recovery force, and the shape of the sealing member (300) is configured as a cylinder corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the perforated hole (H), and a hollow is formed in the center so that the inner pipe (100) can pass through. The sealing member (300) is positioned between an upper plate (310) located at the bottom of the outer pipe (200) and a lower plate (320) coupled to the bottom of the inner pipe (100).

[0055] The inner pipe (100) is configured to extend to the bottom of the packer device (10) and sequentially penetrate the center of the upper plate (310) and the hollow of the sealing member (300), and the bottom of the inner pipe (100) is firmly fixedly connected to the lower plate (320). On the other hand, the upper plate (310) is fixed to the bottom of the outer pipe (200), so that when the inner pipe (100) moves in the axial direction (a), the upper plate (310) remains fixed and only the lower plate (320) moves together with the inner pipe (100).

[0056] That is, as the rubber sealing member (300) compressed in the axial direction (a) expands in the radial direction (r), it penetrates the gaps in the rough rock wall on the inner surface of the bore hole (H) and adheres strongly, thereby blocking the grout injected at high pressure from leaking into the entrance of the bore hole (H).

[0057] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a grout injection port (120) is provided at the top of the inner pipe (100), and an opening (130) for discharging grout is formed at the bottom so that grout can be injected into the bore hole (H) while the sealing member (300) is expanded.

[0058] That is, the inner pipe (100) may be formed as a pipe member having a hollow that penetrates in the axial direction (a) to allow grout to pass through, and a grout injection port (120) that can be connected to an external grout pump or supply hose is provided at the upper end of the axial direction (a) of the inner pipe (100). The grout injection port (120) is configured to be exposed above ground even when the packer device (10) is inserted into the bore hole (H), so that a worker can easily connect the injection line. The lower end of the inner pipe (100) penetrates the lower plate (320) and extends downward in the axial direction (a), and an opening (130) is formed at the end through which grout is discharged into the bore hole (H).

[0059] By configuring it in this way, the grout is injected into the lower side of the sealing member (300) while the sealing member (300) firmly blocks the entrance of the bore hole (H), thereby preventing the injected grout from flowing back or leaking out of the entrance. This allows the pressure inside the bore hole (H) to be maintained at a constant designed injection pressure, thereby ensuring the quality of consolidation grouting that allows the grout to penetrate even into fine cracks or crevices within the rock mass.

[0060] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the state in which a wedge of a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to one embodiment of the present invention supports the inner surface of a bore hole.

[0061] As shown in FIG. 4, the wedge (400) includes one side hinged to the outer pipe (200) and the other side supporting the inner surface of the hole (H), and can be configured to be folded when the packer device (10) is inserted and to rotate and unfold after the insertion of the packer device (10) is completed.

[0062] The wedge (400) is made of a high-strength metal material and may be arranged in a single or multiple numbers along the outer surface of the outer pipe (200). The wedge (400) may be configured to have one side (fixed end) and the other side (free end / supported end). One side of the wedge (400) is rotatably connected to a bracket, etc., provided on the outer surface of the outer pipe (200) via a hinge axis (401). The wedge (400) performs a rotational movement around the hinge axis (401) such that it is in close contact with the outer pipe (200) or spreads outward in the radial direction (r).

[0063] That is, when inserting the packer device (10) into the bore hole (H), the wedge (400) is folded so that the diameter of the packer device (10) is minimized, thereby reducing interference with the inner surface of the bore hole (H) and allowing it to enter smoothly to the target depth. When injecting grout at high pressure, the unfolded wedge (400) mechanically supports the inner surface of the bore hole (H) and acts as a support, thereby effectively preventing the packer device (10) from being flung out or pushed out by the pressure.

[0064] As shown in FIG. 4, a traction bar (410) may be connected between one side and the other side of the wedge (400) and configured to forcibly rotate the wedge (400) by operating the traction bar (410).

[0065] The traction bar (410) is a slender, long rod-shaped member, one end of which is rotatably connected to the body of the wedge (400), and the other end extends upward along the outer pipe (200). The point where the traction bar (410) is connected to the wedge (400) may be located at an intermediate point between the part where the wedge (400) is hinged to the outer pipe (200) and the part where it is embedded in the inner surface of the bore hole (H). When the wedge (400) is folded, the point where the traction bar (410) is connected is positioned radially (r) outward from the hinged part. If the connection point of the traction bar (410) and the hinge fixing point are aligned in the axial direction (a), the force pressing the traction bar (410) is transmitted to the hinge axis (401) and no rotational force is generated. However, as described above, if the connection point of the traction bar (410) and the hinge fixing point are separated in the radial direction (r), the force pressing the traction bar (410) is converted into a rotational moment centered on the hinge axis (401), allowing the wedge (400) to unfold stably.

[0066] FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a wedge of a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0067] As illustrated in FIG. 5, the point where the traction bar (410) is connected when the wedge (400) is folded is positioned radially (r) outward from the point where the wedge (400) is hinge-fixed, so that the compressive force pressing the traction bar (410) in the axial direction (a) acts as a moment centered on the hinge-fixed point to unfold the wedge (400).

[0068] That is, the wedge (400) can be configured to have a connection point (point of force application) where the lower end of the traction bar (410) is connected to a hinge fixing point that is fixed to the outer surface of the outer pipe (200) via a hinge axis (401), and the connection point is configured to be located radially (r) outward from the hinge fixing point in the initial state where the wedge (400) is completely folded toward the outer pipe (200). When the packer device (10) is viewed from the front, the center axis of the traction bar (410) is not aligned with the center of the hinge axis (401) in the axial direction (a), but is offset outward by a distance (K) in the radial direction (r). Through this radially offset arrangement, an effective moment arm can be secured, so that the axial pressure (a) pressing the traction bar (410) is converted into a strong rotational moment centered on the hinge axis (401), thereby enabling the wedge (400) to be firmly unfolded.

[0069] As shown in FIG. 2, a handle hole (420) can be formed at the end of the traction bar (410) so that a worker can hook their finger to pull or press it.

[0070] The traction bar (410) extends upward along the axial direction (a) of the outer pipe (200) from the wedge (400), and the handle hole (420) is integrally formed or coupled to the end (free end) of the traction bar (410) that is easily accessible to the worker. The handle hole (420) is formed in the shape of a loop or ring at the axial end (a) of the traction bar (410) to provide a space where the worker can directly hook their finger without a separate tool.

[0071] That is, the traction bar (410), which is in the form of a thin rod, may be difficult for a worker to easily grasp, but by providing a handle hole (420), the worker can firmly grip it. In particular, when unfolding the wedge (400), downward pressure is applied by pressing the top of the handle hole (420), and when folding the wedge (400), upward tensile force is applied by hooking a finger into the handle hole (420), thereby effectively transmitting forces in opposite directions.

[0072] As shown in FIG. 1, after the grouting operation is finished, the wedge (400) can be configured to release the state in which it supports the inner surface of the drilled hole (H) by pulling the handle hole (420) and to fold the wedge (400).

[0073] That is, it is important to release the wedge (400) that is strongly embedded in the inner surface of the bore hole (H) after the high-pressure consolidation grouting work is finished. When a worker strongly pulls the handle hole (420), the pulling force is transmitted to the wedge (400) through the traction bar (410), causing the wedge (400) to detach from the inner surface of the bore hole (H) and fold, thereby allowing the fixed state of the packer device (10) to be quickly released and retrieved.

[0074] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a side view showing a slit of a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0075] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a wedge screw (430) in the form of a male screw thread is formed on one outer surface of the wedge (400), and a through slit (210) may be formed in the outer pipe (200) so that the wedge screw (430) can come into contact with the outer surface of the inner pipe (100).

[0076] That is, the wedge (400) has a body that is connected to the outer pipe (200) by a hinge axis (401), and a wedge screw (430) in the form of a male screw thread is formed on one side of the outer surface of the body. This wedge screw (430) is not formed on the entire circular surface like a general bolt, but can be formed only on a part of the arc shape to match the rotation range of the wedge (400).

[0077] The outer pipe (200) serves as a partition placed between the inner pipe (100) and the wedge (400), and a slit in the form of a long hole penetrating the inside and outside may be formed at a predetermined location of the outer pipe (200). The location of the slit (210) may be positioned to correspond to the point where the wedge screw (430) formed in the wedge (400) is located when the wedge (400) is assembled to the outer pipe (200).

[0078] When the wedge (400) is mounted on the outer pipe (200), the wedge screw (430) passes through the slit (210) and protrudes into the inner side of the outer pipe (200), and the wedge screw (430) protruding through the slit (210) in this way comes into contact with and engages with the outer surface of the inner pipe (100) located inside the outer pipe (200).

[0079] In this way, by forming a structure in which the wedge (400) and the inner pipe (100) are directly interlocked through the slit (210), the movement of the inner pipe (100) can be immediately transmitted to the wedge (400) without the need for a separate complex link mechanism or transmission device. This enables the implementation of a reliable interlocking function while minimizing the diameter of the packer device (10), thereby making it possible to miniaturize and slim the device.

[0080] As shown in FIG. 7, a female thread (110) that engages with a wedge screw (430) is formed on the outer surface of the inner pipe (100), so that as the inner pipe (100) moves upward in the axial direction (a), the wedge (400) can be configured to automatically rotate and unfold by the screw connection between the female thread (110) and the wedge screw (430).

[0081] On the outer surface of the inner pipe (100), a female thread (110) is formed along the axial direction (a) over a predetermined section, and this female thread (110) engages with a wedge screw (430) to perform a function similar to a rack gear or worm for transmitting power. The section of the female thread (110) can be formed with a sufficient length to continuously engage with the wedge screw (430) until the wedge (400) reaches a fully unfolded state from a folded state.

[0082] The female thread (110) of the inner pipe (100) and the wedge screw (430) of the wedge (400) are engaged with each other through the slit (210) of the outer pipe (200), and since the hinge axis (401) of the wedge (400) is fixed relative to the outer pipe (200), the wedge (400) cannot move in the axial direction (a) and can only rotate.

[0083] In this state, when the operator operates the upper handle (600) to pull the inner pipe (100) upward in the axial direction (a) (direction of the hole opening), the linearly moving female screw thread (110) pushes up the engaged wedge screw (430), and this force is converted into rotational force around the hinge axis (401), causing the wedge (400) to automatically rotate outward in the radial direction (r) and unfold.

[0084] By configuring it in this way, the fixing work of the wedge (400) can be completed simultaneously with only one action of pulling the inner pipe (100) to seal the inside of the drilled hole (H). That is, since the compression of the sealing member (300) and the expansion of the wedge (400) are performed in conjunction by a single driving source, construction time is shortened and work efficiency is maximized.

[0085] In addition, since it is driven through a mechanical coupling of screw gears, even if the wedge (400) gets stuck between rocks or there is severe friction, the wedge (400) can be forcibly rotated and unfolded using the strong tensile force of the inner pipe (100).

[0086] In addition, when the packer device (10) is retrieved after the grouting is finished, if the inner pipe (100) is lowered in the axial direction (a), the wedge (400) automatically rotates in the opposite direction and folds due to the reverse action of the screw connection, and as a result, the wedge (400) that was embedded in the inner wall of the drilled hole (H) comes out, making it possible to safely and quickly retrieve the packer device (10).

[0087] As shown in FIG. 7, the portion where the wedge (400) is hinge-fixed to the outer pipe (200) and the portion where the slit (210) is formed can be spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction (b) of the outer pipe (200).

[0088] Assuming the outer surface of the outer pipe (200) is unfolded into a flat plane, the position of the hinge bracket that rotatably supports the wedge (400) and the position of the slit (210) that is open for the wedge screw (430) to enter into are spaced apart from each other at a certain distance along the circumferential direction (b) of the outer pipe (200).

[0089] By configuring it in this way, parts such as pins or brackets for hinge connection and the wedge screw (430) passing through the slit do not physically interfere with each other, so that the wedge (400) can operate smoothly.

[0090] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the state in which a wedge of a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to another embodiment of the present invention supports the inner surface of a bore hole.

[0091] As shown in FIG. 8, when the inner pipe (100) is pulled, the sealing by the expansion of the sealing member (300) and the support by the unfolding of the wedge (400) can be performed in conjunction.

[0092] That is, when the inner pipe (100) is pulled upward in the axial direction (a), the lower plate (320) fixed to the bottom of the inner pipe (100) rises together, compressing the sealing member (300) in the axial direction (a), and as a result, the sealing member (300) expands in the radial direction (r) and seals the drill hole (H). At the same time, the female screw thread (110) on the outer surface of the inner pipe (100) also rises together, driving the interlocked wedge screw (430), and through the action of the screw connection, the linear motion is converted into rotational motion, causing the wedge (400) to spread out in the radial direction (r) and support the inner wall of the drill hole (H).

[0093] By configuring it in this way, sealing and anchoring can be completed simultaneously with just one operation of rotating the upper handle (600).

[0094] As shown in FIG. 6, when the inner pipe (100) is moved downward in the axial direction (a) after the grouting operation is finished, the pressure applied to the sealing member (300) is released, and at the same time, the wedge screw (430) rotates in reverse, and the wedge (400) can be configured to fold again.

[0095] When configured in this way, even if the wedge (400) is strongly embedded in the bedrock on the inner surface of the bore hole (H), the wedge (400) can be folded by mechanically rotating it in the opposite direction using a screw gear mechanism, so that the wedge (400) can be smoothly removed from the bedrock. In addition, when releasing the wedge (400) in the same way as when installing it, the seal release and fixation release are simultaneously performed by simply rotating the upper handle (600) in the opposite direction, thereby allowing the finishing work to be completed quickly.

[0096] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, a plurality of wedges (400) are provided along the outer surface of the outer pipe (200) to distribute the supporting force on the inner surface of the drilled hole (H).

[0097] A plurality of wedges (400) may be provided along the outer surface of the outer pipe (200), and the plurality of wedges (400) may be arranged radially with respect to the central axis of the outer pipe (200) and spaced apart at equal intervals (angles). These plurality of wedges (400) may be positioned on the same height line with respect to the axial direction (a) of the outer pipe (200), thereby enabling all wedges (400) to simultaneously support the inner surface of the bore hole (H). Each wedge (400) may have the same shape and size and may be designed to form a symmetrical structure centered on the outer pipe (200) so as not to cause an imbalance of force.

[0098] In this way, when multiple wedges (400) simultaneously support the inner surface of the bore hole (H) from multiple directions, the load is evenly distributed to prevent localized rock damage and at the same time secure stable fixing force.

[0099] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, the wedge (400) can be set in a hinge rotation direction so that the supporting force of the wedge (400) supporting the inner surface of the bore hole (H) increases when grouting pressure is applied.

[0100] That is, the hinge rotation direction of the wedge (400) is set so that the wedge (400) unfolds when the packer device (10) receives force in the direction in which it attempts to escape from the drilling hole (H) (i.e., the axial direction (a) upward). When configured in this way, as the injection pressure increases and the force pushing the packer device (10) becomes stronger, the force of the wedge (400) digging into the inner wall of the drilling hole (H) also increases proportionally, thereby effectively preventing the packer device (10) from escaping.

[0101] As shown in FIG. 6, the female thread (110) of the inner pipe (100) may be formed to extend axially (a), including an upper section (111) for connection with the body (500) and a lower section (112) for connection with the wedge screw (430).

[0102] On the outer surface of the inner pipe (100), a single continuous female screw thread (110) that is not separated but extends in the axial direction (a) may be formed, and the female screw thread (110) may be functionally divided into two sections.

[0103] The upper section (111) is a section of height corresponding to the body (500) located above the axial direction (a) of the outer pipe (200), and is a part that is screw-coupled with the male thread (510) formed on the inner surface of the body (500). When a worker rotates the body (500) by turning the upper handle (600), the female thread (110) of the upper section (111) moves along the male thread (510) of the body (500), thereby performing a lifting action that lifts the entire inner pipe (100) upward.

[0104] The lower section (112) is a section of height corresponding to the slit (210) and wedge (400) located at the lower axial direction (a) of the outer pipe (200), and is a part that engages with the wedge screw (430) that enters through the slit (210). When the inner pipe (100) moves upward, the female screw thread (110) of the lower section (112) performs a rack gear action that pushes up the wedge screw (430) to rotate the wedge (400).

[0105] That is, by forming the female screw thread (110) as a long extension in the axial direction (a), a long operating distance can be provided so that the wedge (400) can be sufficiently spread out to match various drilling hole (H) diameters, and the sealing member (300) can be sufficiently pressed even when more compression is required due to wear of the sealing member (300).

[0106] FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a construction method using a high-pressure consolidation grouting packer device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0107] As illustrated in FIG. 9, a construction method using a packer device (10) for high-pressure consolidation grouting according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: inserting the packer device (10), in a folded state with a wedge (400), to a predetermined depth inside a bore hole (H) (S100); moving the inner pipe (100) of the packer device (10) upward in the axial direction (a) to compress and expand the sealing member (300) to seal the bore hole (H), and simultaneously rotating and unfolding the wedge (400) to support it on the inner surface of the bore hole (H) (S200); performing consolidation grouting by injecting grout at high pressure through the grout injection port (120) of the inner pipe (100) (S300); and releasing the supported state of the wedge (400) and the expanded state of the sealing member (300) after the grouting is finished, and recovering the packer device (10) from the bore hole (H). Includes step (S400).

[0108] First, a bore hole (H) is formed at a predetermined depth at a location determined by ground investigation, and then a packer device (10) is prepared. At this time, the wedge (400) of the packer device (10) is kept in a folded state so as to be in close contact with the outer surface of the outer pipe (200). With the wedge (400) in a folded state, the worker inserts the packer device (10), with a minimized diameter, into the bore hole (H) and inserts it to the target depth where grouting is required.

[0109] Afterward, when the packer device (10) reaches the target position, the operator operates the upper handle (600) of the inner pipe (100) while holding the lower handle (700) of the outer pipe (200) fixed, thereby pulling the inner pipe (100) upward in the axial direction (a). As the inner pipe (100) rises, the lower plate (320) moves and compresses the sealing member (300) in the axial direction (a), and the compressed sealing member (300) expands in the radial direction (r) and adheres to the inner wall of the bore hole (H). Additionally, the wedge (400) rotates around the hinge axis (401) and spreads outward in the radial direction (r), and the end of the spread wedge (400) penetrates and supports the inner wall of the rock on the inner surface of the bore hole (H).

[0110] Once the fixing of the packer device (10) is complete, a grout supply hose is connected to the grout injection port (120) of the inner pipe (100) exposed to the ground, and a grout pump is operated to supply grout at high pressure. The grout travels along the flow path of the inner pipe (100) and is then injected into the internal space of the sealed borehole (H) through the opening (130) at the bottom. The injected grout penetrates into joints, cracks, and crevices within the rock mass due to pressure, thereby bonding the rock mass.

[0111] In addition, when the grouting work is finished, the worker performs the action of moving the inner pipe (100) downward in the axial direction (a), and as the inner pipe (100) descends, the compressive force applied to the sealing member (300) is removed, and the sealing member (300) elastically restores to its original shape, and at the same time, the wedge (400) is folded back toward the outer pipe (200). The worker then pulls out and retrieves the packer device (10), from the drilled hole (H), with all supporting forces released.

[0112] As previously described, the packer device (10) for high-pressure consolidation grouting according to one embodiment of the present invention has a structure that not only secures sealing power through a sealing member (300) but also supports the wedge (400) by digging into the inner surface of the bore hole (H), thereby preventing the packer device (10) from bouncing out or being pushed away even when high-pressure grout is injected. Additionally, through a double pipe structure and a screw connection method, the sealing member (300) can be compressed in the axial direction (a) and reliably expanded in the radial direction (r), thereby securing excellent sealing power. Furthermore, by using a traction bar (410), the worker can intuitively unfold or fold the wedge (400), allowing for secure fixation and release. Also, since the expansion of the sealing member (300) and the expansion of the wedge (400) occur simultaneously with only the action of pulling the inner pipe (100), the amount of work required can be reduced and the construction speed improved.
