[0022] Furthermore, terms defined in commonly used dictionaries are not interpreted ideally or excessively unless otherwise defined.
[0023] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.
[0024] FIG. 1a is an actual product image of a cleaning sheet according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1b is a rear view image of FIG. 1a, FIG. 2 is a plan view of FIG. 1a, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view along line AA of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4a to 4d are comparative example diagrams before and after use.
[0025] Referring to these drawings, the cleaning sheet (100) according to the present embodiment has a simple structure and can be miniaturized, so it can be manufactured at a low cost, and due to its efficient structure, it can relatively increase the cleaning efficiency of removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned.
[0026] The cleaning sheet (100) according to the present embodiment, which can provide such effects, includes a sheet body (110) and an embossed protrusion (120).
[0027] The sheet body (110) is made of an elastic material and pressurizes in contact with the surface to be cleaned to remove contaminants from the surface to be cleaned.
[0028] Such a sheet body (110) can be made of a conventional sponge material. For example, the sheet body (110) can be made using a material such as melamine resin foam.
[0029] If the sheet body (110) is made of sponge material or melamine resin foam, the efficiency of removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned is increased. In addition, since it easily absorbs moisture, the wet surface to be cleaned can be easily wiped clean.
[0030] The embossed protrusions (120) are formed protruding from one surface of the sheet body (110) and serve to increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned. As shown in the drawing, the embossed protrusions (120) are provided in multiple numbers.
[0031] In the present embodiment, a plurality of embossed protrusions (120) are formed on one side of the sheet body (110). The embossed protrusions (120) are provided at equal intervals. In addition, in the present embodiment, the protrusion height of the embossed protrusions (120) is the same.
[0032] These embossed protrusions (120) increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned as described above. Therefore, when cleaning by placing the surface with the embossed protrusions (120) against the surface to be cleaned and applying contact pressure, contaminants on the surface to be cleaned can be removed relatively easily, and moisture can also be easily wiped away.
[0033] The other side of the seat body (110) without embossed protrusions (120) forms a flat surface, and cleaning is possible through this surface as well.
[0034] In the embodiment described above, as illustrated in the comparative examples in FIGS. 4a to 4d, not only can stains be easily removed, but the stains can also be easily washed away by water, making it easier to clean and reuse the product. For reference, in FIGS. 4a to 4d, the left side shows an image of a clean product before use, and the right side shows an image of the product with stains or dirt on it after use.
[0035] According to the present embodiment, which operates based on the structure described above, the structure is not only simple but can also be miniaturized, allowing for low-cost manufacturing, and the cleaning efficiency for removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned can be relatively higher due to the efficient structure.
[0036] FIG. 5 is a plan view of a large-area disc sheet connected to a cleaning sheet according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
[0037] The cleaning sheet (100) introduced in the above-described embodiment is small in size. Therefore, it is good for use in confined spaces and also good for disposal.
[0038] However, in this embodiment, a large-area sheet (230) is applied because producing these cleaning sheets (100) individually can cause an increase in costs.
[0039] That is, the cleaning sheet (100) introduced in the above-described embodiment can be formed by separating it from a large-area disc sheet (230). At this time, a plurality of incision lines (231) for cutting the cleaning sheet (100) introduced in the above-described embodiment are formed in the large-area disc sheet (230). Therefore, a cleaning sheet (100) such as that shown in FIG. 1a and FIG. 1b can be easily obtained without scissors or a knife.
[0040] Even if this embodiment is applied, the structure is not only simple but can be miniaturized, allowing for low-cost manufacturing, and the cleaning efficiency for removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned can be relatively higher due to the efficient structure.
[0041] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning sheet according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged structural view of area B of FIG. 6.
[0042] Referring to these drawings, the cleaning sheet (300) according to the present embodiment also includes a sheet body (110) and an embossed protrusion (120), just like the first embodiment. The configuration, function, and role of these are the same as those of the previously described embodiment. Therefore, a redundant description is omitted.
[0043] Meanwhile, unlike the embodiments described above, the cleaning sheet (300) according to the present embodiment additionally has a functional nonwoven fabric layer (340).
[0044] The functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) can be laminated on the opposite side of the embossed protrusion (120) with respect to the sheet body (110).
[0045] The functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) can be adhesively bonded to the sheet body (110). At this time, the functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) is formed to be smaller than the thickness of the sheet body (110).
[0046] This functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) comprises a nonwoven sheet body (341) made of polypropylene (PP), a plurality of foreign matter collecting uneven parts (342) formed on the exposed surface of the nonwoven sheet body (341) for collecting foreign matter, a foreign matter collecting space (343) formed between the foreign matter collecting uneven parts (342) where the collected foreign matter is trapped, and a static electricity generating hair part (344, 345) that forms the end portion of the foreign matter collecting uneven parts (343) and maximizes the generation of static electricity.
[0047] In this structure, the length of the first static electricity generating hair portion (344) on one side is formed to be shorter than the length of the second static electricity generating hair portion (345) on the other side, based on one foreign matter collecting uneven portion (342). Accordingly, the discharge of foreign matter collected in the foreign matter collecting space (343) can be naturally prevented.
[0048] Even if this embodiment is applied, the structure is not only simple but can be miniaturized, allowing for low-cost manufacturing, and the cleaning efficiency for removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned can be relatively higher due to the efficient structure.
[0049] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning sheet according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
[0050] Referring to this drawing, the cleaning sheet (400) according to the present embodiment is made of an elastic material and includes a sheet body (410) that is pressed in contact with a surface to be cleaned to remove contaminants on the surface to be cleaned, and a plurality of embossed protrusions (420) that are formed protruding from the sheet body (410) and increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned.
[0051] In this embodiment, a plurality of embossed protrusions (420) are formed on both sides of the sheet body (410). Also, the arrangement positions of the embossed protrusions (420) formed on both sides of the sheet body (410) are different from each other.
[0052] In the case of this embodiment, although the size is small, there is an advantage in that both sides of the cleaning sheet (400) can be utilized equally.
[0053] Even if this embodiment is applied, the structure is not only simple but can be miniaturized, allowing for low-cost manufacturing, and the cleaning efficiency for removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned can be relatively higher due to the efficient structure.
[0054] FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning sheet according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention.
[0055] Referring to this drawing, the cleaning sheet (500) according to the present embodiment is also made of an elastic material, similar to the fourth embodiment, and includes first and second sheet bodies (510a, 510b) that are pressed in contact with the surface to be cleaned to remove contaminants on the surface to be cleaned, and a plurality of first and second embossed protrusions (520a, 520b) that are formed protrudingly on both sides of the first and second sheet bodies (510a, 510b) and increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned.
[0056] Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the colors of the first sheet body (510a) and the plurality of first embossed protrusions (520a) and the second sheet body (510b) and the plurality of second embossed protrusions (520b) are different from each other. Therefore, there is an advantage that identification during use can be facilitated.
[0057] Even if this embodiment is applied, the structure is not only simple but can be miniaturized, allowing for low-cost manufacturing, and the cleaning efficiency for removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned can be relatively higher due to the efficient structure.
[0058] FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning sheet according to the 6th embodiment of the present invention.
[0059] Referring to this drawing, the cleaning sheet (600) according to the present embodiment is also made of an elastic material, similar to the fourth embodiment, and includes a sheet body (610) that is pressed in contact with the surface to be cleaned to remove contaminants on the surface to be cleaned, and a plurality of embossed protrusions (620) that are formed protrudingly on both sides of the sheet body (610) and arranged differently from each other to increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned.
[0060] Meanwhile, in this structure, a finger insertion part (650) for inserting a finger is formed in the seat body (610). At this time, the end of the finger insertion part (650) forms a closed structure.
[0061] As in this embodiment, when a finger insertion part (650) is formed in the sheet body (610), it is possible to use both sides of the sheet body (610) by inserting a finger into it.
[0062] In addition, if both sides of the sheet body (610) become very dirty after use, the finger insertion part (650) can be turned over so that the inner surface of the sheet body (610) comes out, and then the sheet body can be held and discarded, thereby preventing contaminants from spreading to and getting on the hands or other places, such as clothes, bags, or objects.
[0063] Even if this embodiment is applied, the structure is not only simple but can be miniaturized, allowing for low-cost manufacturing, and the cleaning efficiency for removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned can be relatively higher due to the efficient structure.
[0064] FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning sheet according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention.
[0065] Referring to this drawing, the cleaning sheet (700) according to the present embodiment is also made of an elastic material, similar to the first embodiment, and includes a sheet body (710) that is pressed in contact with a surface to be cleaned to remove contaminants on the surface to be cleaned, and a plurality of embossed protrusions (720) that are formed protruding from one surface of the sheet body (710) and increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned.
[0066] In this structure, the embossed protrusions (720) are provided with different protrusion heights. That is, the embossed protrusions (720) are provided with a protrusion height that increases as they move from the center area to the side area. This cleaning sheet (700) can be particularly effective for use on surfaces that are not flat and are curved.
[0067] Even if this embodiment is applied, the structure is not only simple but can be miniaturized, allowing for low-cost manufacturing, and the cleaning efficiency for removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned can be relatively higher due to the efficient structure.
[0068] FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning sheet according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention.
[0069] Referring to this drawing, the cleaning sheet (800) according to the present embodiment is substantially the same as the cleaning sheet (700) of the seventh embodiment. That is, the embossed protrusions (820) provided on one side of the sheet body (810) are arranged so that their protrusion height increases as they go from the center area to the side area.
[0070] Meanwhile, in this structure, an additional dummy protrusion (821) is further formed protruding from each of the embossed protrusions (820). One dummy protrusion (821) is formed when the size of the embossed protrusion (820) is small, and two or more may be formed when it is large. These dummy protrusions (821) can contribute to increasing cleaning efficiency by increasing the contact area with the surface to be cleaned together with the embossed protrusion (820).
[0071] Even if this embodiment is applied, the structure is not only simple but can be miniaturized, allowing for low-cost manufacturing, and the cleaning efficiency for removing contaminants from the surface to be cleaned can be relatively higher due to the efficient structure.
[0072] As such, the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, such modifications or variations should be deemed to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
