[0021] Furthermore, terms defined in commonly used dictionaries are not interpreted ideally or excessively unless otherwise defined.

[0022] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

[0023] FIG. 1 is an image of an actual product of a stick-type cleaner according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear view image of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a drawing of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 to 6 are drawings showing FIG. 3 from different angles, FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 3, FIG. 8 is a partial cross-sectional structural diagram of FIG. 3, and FIG. 9a to 9d are comparative example drawings before and after use.

[0024] Referring to these drawings, the stick-type cleaner (1) according to the present embodiment is designed to easily remove and clean contaminants on a surface to be cleaned without getting on the hands, thereby increasing convenience of use, and may include a cleaning foam (100), a stick (140), and a detachable coupling part (150).

[0025] The cleaning foam (100) is a means of effectively removing and cleaning contaminants from the surface to be cleaned. It can wipe away contaminants and absorb moisture. In particular, since the cleaning foam (100) is used while holding the stick (140), it is not dirty, and the convenience of use can be greatly increased.

[0026] The cleaning foam (100) is made of an elastic material and includes a foam body (110) that is pressed in contact with a surface to be cleaned to remove contaminants on the surface to be cleaned, and a plurality of embossed protrusions (120) that are formed protruding from at least one surface of the foam body (110) and increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned.

[0027] The foam body (110) includes a main body (111) having a plurality of embossed protrusions (120) formed on one surface, and a sub body (112) that is detachably laminated and coupled to the main body (111), is formed with a thickness smaller than that of the main body (111), provides rigidity to the main body (111), and has a different color from the main body (111).

[0028] While the main body (111) effectively serves to wipe away dirt or absorb moisture, the sub body (112) also has some moisture absorption capabilities. The materials of the main body (111) and the sub body (112) may be the same or different. In the latter case, the main body (111) and the sub body (112) can be manufactured individually and then bonded together.

[0029] In particular, the main body (111) of the foam body (110) can be made of a conventional sponge material. For example, the main body (111) of the foam body (110) can be made using a material such as melamine resin foam.

[0030] If the main body (111) of the foam body (110) is made of sponge material or melamine resin foam, the efficiency of removing contaminants on the surface to be cleaned is increased. In addition, since it easily absorbs moisture, the wet surface to be cleaned can be easily wiped clean.

[0031] The embossed protrusions (120) are formed protruding from one surface of the foam body (110) and serve to increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned. As shown in the drawing, the embossed protrusions (120) are provided in multiple numbers.

[0032] In the present embodiment, a plurality of embossed protrusions (120) are formed on one side of the foam body (110). The embossed protrusions (120) are provided at equal intervals. In addition, in the present embodiment, the protrusion height of the embossed protrusions (120) is the same.

[0033] These embossed protrusions (120) increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned as described above. Therefore, when cleaning by placing the surface with the embossed protrusions (120) against the surface to be cleaned and applying contact pressure, contaminants on the surface to be cleaned can be removed relatively easily, and moisture can also be easily wiped away.

[0034] A stick (140) is a tool for using cleaning foam (100). This stick (140) may include a handle portion (141) that a user holds and handles, and a connecting plate (142) that forms one side of the handle portion (141) and is connected to the cleaning foam (100). A hole (143) is formed at the end of the handle portion (141). A hook can be hooked through the hole (143) to hang it. The connecting plate (142) forms a place where a detachable coupling portion (150) is placed.

[0035] The detachable coupling part (150) is a means for the connecting plate (142) of the stick (140) to be detachably coupled to the cleaning foam (100).

[0036] These detachable connecting parts (150) include a first Velcro sheet (151) with one side connected to a cleaning foam (100), and a second Velcro sheet (152) with one side connected to a connecting plate (142) of a stick (140) and the other side detachably connected to the other side of the first Velcro sheet (151).

[0037] It is preferable that one side of the first Velcro sheet (151) be detachably connected to the cleaning foam (100) so that it can be used multiple times. It is also preferable that one side of the second Velcro sheet (152) be detachably connected to the connecting plate (142) of the stick (140) so that it can be used multiple times.

[0038] The convenience of use can be greatly enhanced by allowing the connecting plate (142) of the stick (140) to be detachably connected to the cleaning foam (100) through the structure of the first Velcro sheet (151) and the second Velcro sheet (152). That is, the cleaning foam (100) that has been used can be discarded and replaced with a new one.

[0039] In the embodiment described above, as illustrated in the comparative examples in FIGS. 9a to 9d, not only can stains be easily removed, but the stains can also be easily washed away by water, making it easier to clean and reuse the product. For reference, in FIGS. 9a to 9d, the left side shows an image of a clean product before use, and the right side shows an image of the product with stains or dirt on it after use.

[0040] According to the present embodiment, which operates based on the structure described above, contamination on the surface to be cleaned can be easily removed and cleaned without getting on the hands, thereby increasing convenience of use.

[0041] FIG. 10 is a plan view of a large-area disc foam connected to a cleaning foam applied to a stick-type cleaner according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[0042] The cleaning foam (100) introduced in the above-described embodiment is small in size. Therefore, it is good for use in confined spaces and also good for disposal.

[0043] However, in this embodiment, a large-area original foam (280) is applied because producing such cleaning foam (100) individually can cause an increase in costs.

[0044] That is, the cleaning foam (100) introduced in the above-described embodiment can be formed by separating it from the large-area disc foam (280). At this time, a plurality of incision lines (281) are formed in the large-area disc foam (280) to easily cut and detach the cleaning foam (100) introduced in the above-described embodiment. Therefore, the cleaning foam (100) can be easily obtained without scissors or a knife.

[0045] Even when this embodiment is applied, contamination on the surface to be cleaned can be easily removed and cleaned without getting on the hands, thereby increasing convenience of use.

[0046] FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view of a stick-type cleaner according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 12 is an enlarged structural view of area A of FIG. 11.

[0047] Referring to these drawings, the stick-type cleaner (1a) according to the present embodiment may also include a cleaning foam (100), a stick (140), and a detachable coupling part (350). The structure of the cleaning foam (100) and the stick (140) is the same as that of the first embodiment described above. Therefore, a redundant description is omitted.

[0048] Meanwhile, in the case of the present embodiment, the detachable coupling part (350) includes a first Velcro sheet (351) with one side coupled to the cleaning foam (100) and a second Velcro sheet (352) with one side coupled to the connecting plate (142) of the stick (140) and the other side coupled to the other side of the first Velcro sheet (151), wherein the surface areas of the connecting plate (142) of the stick (140), the first Velcro sheet (351), and the second Velcro sheet (352) are manufactured to be the same.

[0049] And, a functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) is additionally interposed between the connecting plate (142) of the stick (140) and the cleaning foam (100).

[0050] The functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) is laminated on the opposite side of the embossed protrusion (120) relative to the foam body (110) so as not to interfere with the first Velcro sheet (151). A penetration portion (340a) is formed in the functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) so as not to interfere with the first Velcro sheet (151). The penetration portion (340a) is smaller than the area of the first Velcro sheet (151). Therefore, when the first Velcro sheet (151) is attached to the cleaning foam (100) through the penetration portion (340a), it can also serve to support the functional nonwoven fabric layer (340).

[0051] The functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) itself performs a cleaning function that removes foreign matter and dirt such as dust. Therefore, the functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) is formed as a sheet type that is smaller than the thickness of the foam body (110), that is, very thin, and can be adhesively bonded to the foam body (110).

[0052] This functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) comprises a nonwoven sheet body (341) made of polypropylene (PP), a plurality of foreign matter collecting uneven parts (342) formed on the exposed surface of the nonwoven sheet body (341) for collecting foreign matter, a foreign matter collecting space (343) formed between the foreign matter collecting uneven parts (342) where the collected foreign matter is trapped, and a static electricity generating hair part (344, 345) that forms the end portion of the foreign matter collecting uneven parts (343) and maximizes the generation of static electricity.

[0053] In this structure, the length of the first static electricity generating hair portion (344) on one side is formed to be shorter than the length of the second static electricity generating hair portion (345) on the other side, based on one foreign matter collecting uneven portion (342). Accordingly, the discharge of foreign matter collected in the foreign matter collecting space (343) can be naturally prevented.

[0054] Even when this embodiment is applied, contamination on the surface to be cleaned can be easily removed and cleaned without getting on the hands, thereby increasing convenience of use.

[0055] In particular, in the case of this embodiment, when removing and discarding the foam body (110) after use, the cleaning efficiency can be increased because other contaminated areas can be wiped with the functional nonwoven fabric layer (340) before discarding it.

[0056] FIG. 13 is a partial cross-sectional structural diagram of a stick-type cleaner according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[0057] Referring to this drawing, the stick-type cleaner (1b) according to the present embodiment may also include a cleaning foam (400), a stick (140), and a detachable coupling part (150). The cleaning foam (400) is composed of a foam body (410) and a plurality of embossed protrusions (120), as in the previously described embodiment.

[0058] Meanwhile, in this structure, a finger insertion part (470) for inserting a finger is formed in the foam body (410). At this time, the end of the finger insertion part (470) forms a closed structure.

[0059] In the case where a finger insertion part (470) is formed in the foam body (410) as in the present embodiment, it may be advantageous to forcefully remove contaminants that do not easily fall off by inserting a finger into this part and strongly pressing the side of the embossed protrusion (120).

[0060] In addition, it can also be used to easily remove the used cleaning foam (400) from the stick (140) without getting contaminants on the hands when removing the used cleaning foam (400) from the stick (140).

[0061] Even when this embodiment is applied, contamination on the surface to be cleaned can be easily removed and cleaned without getting on the hands, thereby increasing convenience of use.

[0062] FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning foam region in a stick-type cleaner according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention.

[0063] Referring to this drawing, in this embodiment as well as in the first embodiment, the cleaning foam (500) is made of an elastic material and includes a foam body (510) that is pressed in contact with the surface to be cleaned to remove contaminants on the surface to be cleaned, and a plurality of embossed protrusions (520) that are formed protruding from one surface of the foam body (510) and increase the contact area with the surface to be cleaned.

[0064] In this structure, the embossed protrusions (520) are provided with different protrusion heights. That is, the embossed protrusions (520) are provided with a protrusion height that increases as they move from the center area to the side area. This cleaning foam (500) can be particularly effective for use on surfaces that are not flat and are curved.

[0065] Even when this embodiment is applied, contamination on the surface to be cleaned can be easily removed and cleaned without getting on the hands, thereby increasing convenience of use.

[0066] FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning foam region in a stick-type cleaner according to the 6th embodiment of the present invention.

[0067] Referring to this drawing, the cleaning foam (600) according to the present embodiment is substantially the same as the cleaning foam (700) of the fifth embodiment. That is, the embossed protrusions (620) provided on one side of the foam body (610) are arranged so that their protrusion height increases as they go from the center area to the side area.

[0068] Meanwhile, in this structure, additional dummy protrusions (621) are further formed protruding from each of the embossed protrusions (620). One dummy protrusion (621) is formed when the size of the embossed protrusion (620) is small, and two or more may be formed when it is large. These dummy protrusions (621) can contribute to increasing cleaning efficiency by increasing the contact area with the surface to be cleaned together with the embossed protrusion (620).

[0069] Even when this embodiment is applied, contamination on the surface to be cleaned can be easily removed and cleaned without getting on the hands, thereby increasing convenience of use.

[0070] As such, the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, such modifications or variations should be deemed to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
