Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a wiring fixing clip, and more specifically, to a wiring fixing clip in which a band cable is inserted through a guide hole formed in the width direction at a portion connecting the mounting support portion to the vehicle body fixing portion so as to insert a band cable, thereby preventing the wiring mounted on the mounting support portion from detaching when the wiring is fixed while the band cable is inserted into the guide hole. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, electrical wiring, as well as wiring and cables for door opening and closing and engine systems, are applied within the vehicle's interior. Since these wires are connected to various electrical components located in the engine compartment or vehicle body, the number of wires is large. If they are not secured to interior panels, not only is the aesthetic appearance compromised, but multiple wires can become entangled, potentially leading to short circuits or fires.

[0004] Therefore, these wires are generally secured in bundles of a certain amount to the interior panels of the vehicle using fixing clips. In other words, the wiring installed in the vehicle is inserted and secured into fixing clips mounted on the interior panels, thereby enabling efficient alignment and placement within the vehicle.

[0005] Such wiring fixing clips are assembled to the body panel after the wiring is secured to the support plate using adhesive tape.

[0006] However, conventional wiring fixing clips have a problem in that the part assembled to the body panel cannot be wrapped with adhesive tape because the support plate is mostly in a straight shape, causing the wiring to detach from the support plate due to its own tension.

[0007] Therefore, there is a need to improve this.

[0008] A related background technology is Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0951913 (Registered on April 1, 2010, Title: Clip for Fixing Wire Harness). The problem to be solved

[0010] The present invention was created out of the aforementioned necessity, and aims to provide a wiring fixing clip capable of preventing the wiring seated on the mounting support from detaching when the wiring is fixed while the band cable is inserted into the insertion guide hole, by forming a through-hole in the width direction at the portion connecting the mounting support to the vehicle body fixing part so that a band cable is inserted therein. means of solving the problem

[0026] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a wiring fixing clip according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a wiring fixing clip according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a usage state diagram illustrating a wiring fixing clip according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which a band portion is applied to a seating support portion in a wiring fixing clip according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a wiring fixing clip according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is an operation diagram illustrating the operation state of an elastic coupling portion in a wiring fixing clip according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a usage state diagram illustrating a wiring fixing clip according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0028] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, the wiring fixing clip according to the present invention includes a vehicle body fixing part (10), a seating support part (20), and a fitting guide hole part (30).

[0029] The body fixing part (10) is installed in the installation hole part (H) of the body panel (P).

[0030] The vehicle body fixing part (10) includes a support member (11) that supports the seating support part (20), an insertion shaft part (12) that is formed protruding from the support member (11) and inserted into the installation hole part (H), and elastic hook parts (13) that are formed protruding from both sides of the insertion shaft part (12) so that when the insertion shaft part (12) is inserted into the installation hole part (H), it is inserted by closing and then elastically opened to catch around the installation hole part (H).

[0031] Additionally, the mounting support member (20) is provided in the vehicle body fixing member (10) to support the wiring (W) so that it can be mounted. This mounting support member (20) provides a space in which the insertion guide hole member (30) is formed, and at the same time, performs the function of being wound onto a tape (T) together with the wiring (W) to fix the wiring (W) in a mounted state.

[0032] At this time, the mounting support part (20) may have a detachment prevention projection (21) formed thereon to prevent the tape (T) from detaching in the axial direction of the wiring (W) when the tape (T) is wrapped around and fixed to the wiring (W).

[0033] In addition, the insertion guide hole (30) is formed through the width direction at the part connecting the seat support part (20) to the vehicle body fixing part (10), and guides the band cable (C) that wraps and fixes the wiring (W) to be inserted.

[0034] That is, when the wiring (20) seated on the seating support (20) is wound and fixed while the band cable (C) is inserted into the insertion guide hole (30), the wiring (W) has its path restricted and can maintain the state of being seated on the seating support (20).

[0035] An elastic catch member (31) may be provided in the insertion guide hole (30) to be elastically caught on the band cable (C). Accordingly, when the band cable (C) is inserted into the insertion guide hole (30), the elastic catch member (31) is elastically caught on the band cable (C) to restrict the axial movement of the band cable (C).

[0036] Additionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a band portion (22) may be integrally formed in the seating support portion (20) to be inserted into the insertion guide hole portion (30) after winding the wiring (W) so as to be caught on the elastic catch member (31). To this end, it is preferable that an uneven surface that catches on the elastic catch member (31) is formed on the circumferential surface of the band portion (22), although it is not shown.

[0037] Meanwhile, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, an auxiliary restraint support member (40) that can support the wiring (W) in an auxiliary restraintable manner may be detachably connected to the seating support member (20).

[0038] These auxiliary support restraint parts (40) serve to reinforce the fixing force of the tape (T) wound around the seating support part (20) and the wiring (W).

[0039] Specifically, the auxiliary restraint support member (40) includes a connecting groove (41) formed by being recessed in the longitudinal direction in the seating support member (20), an auxiliary seating support member (42) inserted into the connecting groove (41) to support the wiring (W) so as to be seated, and a detachment prevention receiving member (43) elastically coupled to the auxiliary seating support member (42) to receive the wiring (W) so as to prevent the wiring (W) from detaching from the auxiliary seating support member (42).

[0040] At this time, when the auxiliary seating support part (42) is inserted into the connecting groove part (41), it can be detachably fixed to the connecting groove part (41) by the detachable fixing part (44).

[0041] This detachable fixing part (44) includes a catch hole part (44a) formed on the periphery of the seating support part (20) to communicate with the connecting groove part (41), and a catch member (44b) formed protruding on the periphery of the auxiliary seating support part (42) to be elastically caught in the catch hole part (41).

[0042] Here, in the auxiliary seating support (42), an incision groove (42a) is formed so that when the locking member (44b) enters the connecting groove (41), the part inserted into the connecting groove (41) is elastically contracted, and then restored at the moment the locking member (44b) aligns with the locking hole (41).

[0043] In addition, the anti-detachment receiving portion (43) is formed in a U-shape to receive the wiring (W), and a plurality of pressure teeth (43a) that press the circumferential surface of the wiring (W) to secure it when receiving the wiring (W) may be formed on the inner surface.

[0044] Accordingly, when the anti-detachment receiving portion (43) is elastically coupled to the auxiliary seating support portion (42) to receive the wiring (W), the pressure tooth portion (43a) presses the circumferential surface of the wiring (W), thereby strengthening the fixing force on the wiring (W).

[0045] Additionally, the anti-detachment receiving portion (43) can be elastically coupled to the auxiliary seating support portion (42) by the elastic coupling portion (45).

[0046] This elastic coupling part (45) includes an insertion hole part (45a) formed in the thickness direction in the auxiliary seating support part (42), a locking hook part (45b) provided in the anti-detachment receiving part (43) to be inserted into the insertion hole part (45a), and a locking projection part (45c) formed protruding from the insertion hole part (45a) to elastically lock and support the locking hook part (45b) when the locking hook part (45b) is inserted into the insertion hole part (45a).

[0047] That is, in the process where the locking hook portion (45b) is inserted into the insertion hole portion (45a) so that the anti-detachment receiving portion (43) accommodates the wiring (W) seated on the auxiliary seating support portion (42), the locking hook portion (45b) is elastically deformed when it comes into contact with the locking projection portion (45c), and then restored the moment it passes the locking projection portion (45c), thereby preventing movement in the opposite direction to the direction in which it was inserted into the insertion hole portion (45a).

[0049] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom.

[0050] Therefore, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the following claims. Explanation of the symbols
