Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a lake inflow water treatment system, and more specifically, to a lake inflow water treatment system that purifies inflow water flowing into a lake by installing a contaminated water treatment unit in which a porous cover capable of penetrating contaminated water is placed in the lower part of a retention basin formed by the erosion of the bottom surface of a concrete bottom surface at the rear end of a water guide installed upstream of a tributary into the lake, and installing a supply device inside the contaminated water treatment unit to supply air or treated water for purification transferred from a contaminated water treatment device. Background Technology

[0003] Due to recent economic growth and urbanization, the discharge of various types of wastewater, including domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, and livestock wastewater, is increasing, and such wastewater flows into lakes, reservoirs, and dams without proper treatment processes.

[0004] Sewage contains large amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus, so most lakes in Korea are in a state of eutrophication due to the influx of excessive nutrients, which leads to the mass proliferation of algae every summer.

[0005] As such, lakes are prone to eutrophication due to large amounts of nutrients, such as nitrogen and phosphorus, contained in the inflowing wastewater, which facilitates the mass proliferation of algae. When the surface of a lake is covered with algae, sunlight is blocked from reaching the water, and dissolved oxygen cannot enter, causing aquatic organisms to die.

[0006] As eutrophication progresses in lakes at a faster rate than in natural conditions and nutrients continue to flow into the lake in various forms, exceeding the lake's self-purification capacity, water pollution gradually occurs; this process is further accelerated by the repetition of stratification and conduction phenomena within the lake.

[0007] Through this process, eutrophic lakes cause serious problems such as discoloration of the lake water, foul odors, reduced transparency and increased turbidity due to abnormal proliferation of algae, anaerobic conditions at the bottom of the lake, reduced dissolved oxygen, and the death of fish and shellfish. As a result, the ecosystem is rapidly destroyed and cannot be restored through self-purification.

[0008] Various methods, such as sedimentation, filtration, flotation, and electrolysis, have been developed to remove algae from such eutrophic lakes. Sedimentation involves settling algae using loess or chemical coagulants; while this method provides rapid treatment, it can cause secondary ecological damage depending on the input substances. Filtration, flotation, and electrolysis methods can treat small amounts of water, such as in ponds, but they have the disadvantage of being difficult to treat as the water body becomes larger. [0032] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement them.

[0034] The present invention is a lake inflow treatment system that purifies inflow water in a branch (2) that introduces water into a lake (1) as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6.

[0035] A contaminated water treatment unit (110) is provided at the lower part of a second concrete floor surface (13) which is provided at a height lower than the water guide ridge (10) at the rear of the water guide ridge (10) installed higher than the bottom surface of the above-mentioned branch (2) so that the flow velocity slows down and a retention area (12) where water accumulates is formed, and a porous cover (111) is disposed on the open upper part, and contaminated water passing through the cover (111) is treated.

[0036] A contaminated water treatment device (120) for purifying the inflow water flowing into the contaminated water treatment unit (110) above, and

[0037] A transfer device (130) that sucks in treated water or air treated in the above contaminated water treatment device (120) and discharges it to the above contaminated water treatment unit (110), and

[0038] It includes a supply device (140) installed inside the contaminated water treatment unit (110) that supplies treated water or air that passes through the contaminated water treatment device (120) and is transported through the transport device (130).

[0039] The above contaminated water treatment device (120) is a plasma generator (120a) that generates ozone by plasma discharge or an electro-coagulation device (120b) that receives inflow water and electro-coagulates it.

[0040] The above transfer device (130) is composed of a compressor (130a) that transfers air generated from a plasma generator (120a) to a supply device (140) when the above contaminated water treatment device (120) is a plasma generator (120a), or is composed of an aeration device (aeration device) that aerates simultaneously with the compressor (130a).

[0041] When the above contaminated water treatment device (120) is an electro-coagulation device (120b), it consists of a pump (130b) that transfers the influent water to the electro-coagulation device (120b) and discharges the treated water from the electro-coagulation device (120b) to a supply device (140).

[0043] In the present invention, the inflow water is water flowing from a tributary (2) into a lake (1), and the inflow water is considered as contaminated water and mixed. The contaminated water treated by the electrocoagulation device (120b) is called treated water.

[0044] In the present invention, the front / forward direction is the direction opposite to the flow of water from the tributary (2) to the lake (1), and the tributary (2) is located in front of the lake (1). Additionally, the rear / rear direction is the direction in which water flows from the tributary (2) to the lake (1), and the lake (1) is located in rear of the tributary (2).

[0045] As illustrated in FIG. 1, water flows into the lake (1) from a tributary (2) located at the front / forward end, and a sluice gate (3) is positioned at the rear / rear end to allow the water of the lake (1) to be discharged through the sluice gate (3). Here, the sluice gate (3) is opened to allow water to flow to the rear and closed to contain it in the lake (1), and the lake (1) is positioned at the front end, and the rear end can be formed as a waterway through which the water of the lake (1) flows out.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 2, a first concrete floor surface (11) is formed at a height higher than the front floor of the water guide (10) at the rear end of the water guide (10), and a second concrete floor surface (13) is formed at the rear end of the first concrete floor surface (11).

[0048] The lake inflow water treatment system of the present invention is installed within 100 to 200 m of the upstream end of the lake (1) from a tributary (2) flowing into the lake (1), such as a lake or reservoir, and is installed in a retention area (12), which is a point where water accumulates and the flow velocity slows down as the concrete bottom surface, which is lower than the height of the water guide ledge (10), overflows through the water guide ledge (10), thereby providing stable purification treatment for contaminated water that remains in the retention area (12) for a long time.

[0049] In cases where a water guide ridge (10) and a retention area (12) are not formed in the tributary (2) flowing into the above lake (1), a water guide ridge (10) of a height that facilitates water overflow is formed, a first concrete floor surface (11) of the same height as the lowest part of the water guide ridge (10) is formed at the rear end of the water guide ridge (10), and a second concrete floor surface (13) of a lower height than the first concrete floor surface (11) is formed to form a retention area (12) so that contaminated water can remain for a long time.

[0050] The first concrete floor surface (11) and the second concrete floor surface (13) are river bottom structures and are constructed in accordance with river design standards. The second concrete floor surface (13) is lower than the first concrete floor surface (11), so that a retention area (12) where water accumulates is formed above the second concrete floor surface (13), and contaminated water flows smoothly into and is retained in the contaminated water treatment unit (110) installed below the second concrete floor surface (13).

[0052] The above-mentioned contaminated water treatment unit (110) is formed in the shape of a square tube with an open top that is positioned vertically in the branch (2) at the bottom of the retention area (12), and a porous cover (111) is placed on the open top surface to facilitate the smooth inflow of contaminated inflow water, i.e., contaminated water. The cover (111) is made of porous concrete or a mesh net combined with a steel grating.

[0053] The above cover (111) prevents fish, large gravel, etc. from entering the contaminated water treatment unit (110), thereby protecting the supply device (140) installed in the contaminated water treatment unit (110) and preventing foreign substances from accumulating in the contaminated water treatment unit (110). However, since small sand, etc. may accumulate inside the contaminated water treatment unit (110), a support (112) is provided so that the supply device (140) is installed at a certain height from the bottom surface.

[0054] The lake inflow water treatment system of the present invention is configured such that a contaminated water treatment device (120) for treating contaminated water flowing into the contaminated water treatment unit (110) is placed in a safe space away from the contaminated water treatment unit (110) as a large piece of equipment and facility, and the contaminated water treatment device (120) is composed of a plasma generator (120a) or an electro-coagulation device (120b). Whether the contaminated water treatment device (120) is a plasma generator (120a) or an electro-coagulation device (120b) is determined according to the usage environment.

[0055] In the case where the above contaminated water treatment device (120) is a plasma generator (120a), the applicant uses a plasma generator according to any one of the following: Registered Patent No. 10-2522689 "Underwater Plasma Generator" filed by the Korea Fusion Energy Research Institute, Registered Patent No. 10-2579921 "Total Nitrogen Suppression Color Removal Plasma Water Treatment Device and Method", Registered Patent No. 10-2576749 "Nitrogen Oxide Containing Water Production Device Using Underwater Plasma Generation and Method of Production", and Registered Patent No. 10-2708095 "High Purity NO2 Gas Generator Using Plasma and Plasma-Based High Concentration Activated Water and Fertilizer Water Production Device".

[0056] As illustrated in FIG. 6, the plasma generator (120a) includes a compressor (121) selected based on the required amount of air, a mist separator (122), an air tank (123), a refrigeration dryer (124), an adsorption dryer (125), a micro separator (126), an oxygen generator (127), a dew point meter (128), and a control panel (129). The plasma generator (120a) supplies air or oxygen according to the required amount of ozone, and the dew point meter (128) measures humidity and is optionally included to check the replacement cycle of the adsorption dryer (125). The components of the plasma generator (120a) may be included or excluded as needed.

[0057] In order to supply ozone generated by plasma discharge from the above plasma generator (120a) to the contaminated water treatment unit (110) into which contaminated water is introduced, a compressor (130a) is installed, or a compressor (130a) and an aeration device (aeration device) are installed. The above aeration device (aeration device) has a structure combining a submersible pump and an ejector, and powerfully ejects a mixture of air and liquid in one direction so that stirring and aeration occur simultaneously within the aeration.

[0058] The supply conditions for air or oxygen according to the capacity, aeration method, and ozone generation amount of the above plasma generator (120a) shall follow those presented by the Korea Fusion Energy Research Institute.

[0059] The above plasma generator (120a) supplies air to generate ozone by plasma discharge of oxygen in the air. Since the amount of air is greater than the amount of ozone depending on the ozone requirement, making aeration impossible, an oxygen separation filter (not shown) is used at the downstream end of the compressor (130a) to supply high-purity oxygen, thereby reducing the amount of gas and increasing the amount of ozone. The DBD electrode supplied from the nuclear fusion has a small capacity and weak internal pressure, so it is pulled with negative pressure at the downstream end or supplied by an ozone-resistant air pump. The above plasma generator (120a) selects whether to aerate with high-pressure gas or microbubbles / microbubbles according to the target, considering the amount of gas relative to the amount of ozone required.

[0060] The above plasma generator (120a) generates ozone through plasma discharge, and contaminated water is plasma treated. The ozone generated in the water removes organic matter, color, and odor from the contaminated water through oxidation.

[0061] In order to dissolve the ozone generated from the above plasma generator (120a) into the contaminated water as much as possible, it must be introduced in a microbubble size or smaller so that it dissolves quickly, so it is introduced in a microbubble size or smaller.

[0062] When the above contaminated water treatment device (120) is a plasma generator (120a), the above transfer device (130) is composed of an aeration device (aeration device) for aeration simultaneously with a compressor (130a) for introducing air, and the above supply device (140) is composed of an ozone supply pipe (141) connected to the compressor (130a) and the first transfer pipe (131), and an ozone aeration pipe (142) connected to the aeration device (aeration device) and the fourth transfer pipe (134). The above first transfer pipe (131) and the fourth transfer pipe (134) are further provided with a first branch pipe (131a) and a second branch pipe (134a) connected to the respective ozone supply pipe (141) and ozone aeration pipe (142).

[0063] In this way, when the above transfer device (130) is simultaneously equipped with a compressor (130a) and an aeration device (aeration device), ozone is supplied to and aerated from the supply device (140) using the compressor (130a) and the aeration device (130c) connected to the plasma generator (120a), and the supply device (140) connected to the plasma generator (120a) is composed of an ozone supply pipe (141) that receives and discharges ozone from the compressor (130a) and an ozone aeration pipe (142) that receives and aerates ozone from the aeration device (130c).

[0065] Meanwhile, in the case where the above-mentioned contaminated water treatment device (120) is an electro-coagulation device (120b), the applicant introduces the technology and uses an electro-coagulation device according to Registered Patent No. 10-2682006 'Wastewater treatment system using treated water circulation electro-coagulation' and Registered Patent No. 10-2736009 'Wastewater treatment system using treated water circulation electro-coagulation' filed by Cheongjeong Tech Co., Ltd.

[0066] The above electro-coagulation device (120b) is configured to dissolve iron ions and mix them with contaminated water to combine and precipitate iron ions and phosphorus, and to cause an electro-coagulation reaction by passing an electric current through an electrode module (120ba) to the contaminated water introduced from the contaminated water treatment unit (110) through the second transfer pipe (132) to precipitate sludge, and to discharge the treated water through the third transfer pipe (133).

[0067] In this way, the electro-coagulation device (120a) is connected to a second transfer pipe (132) that draws contaminated water from the contaminated water treatment unit (110) and a third transfer pipe (133) that transfers the treated water, which has been treated by an electro-coagulation reaction in the electrode module (120ba), to the supply device (140).

[0068] The above electro-coagulation device (120b) may have a built-in raw water supply pump, and may use a single pump (130b) to draw contaminated water from the contaminated water treatment unit (110) from the second transfer pipe (132) and supply the treated water, which has been treated by an electro-coagulation reaction, to a plurality of supply devices (140) through the third transfer pipe (133), or may be equipped with a plurality of pumps (130b) connected to each supply device (140) so that a plurality of pumps (130b) connected to the plurality of supply devices (140) can supply a certain amount of treated water.

[0069] The above pump (130b) may be a diaphragm pump that conveys fluid through the contraction and expansion movement of a flexible diaphragm, and the diaphragm pump has the advantage of having a low risk of leakage by completely separating the fluid from the pump's drive unit.

[0070] The third transfer pipe (133) is further equipped with a pump (130b) to draw treated water from the electro-coagulation device (120b) and a branch pipe connected to supply the treated water to each supply device (140).

[0071] The supply device (140) that supplies treated water from the contaminated water treatment unit (110) through the third transfer pipe (133) connected to the above-mentioned electro-coagulation device (120b) is installed apart from the second transfer pipe (132) that carries the contaminated water, so that the treated water is not contaminated by the contaminated water.

[0073] Meanwhile, movable weirs, such as underwater weirs or automatic sluice gates, are generally installed in waterways to regulate the water volume upstream, considering flood control functions, securing agricultural water, or the aesthetics of the upstream side of the waterway. However, if the waterway is blocked by an underwater weir or movable weir, fish cannot move between the upstream and downstream sides relative to the weir, resulting in the disadvantage of the ecosystem being fragmented by the weir. Therefore, taking this into account, a fish ladder is formed on one side of the underwater weir or movable weir constructed across the waterway to allow fish to move between the upstream and downstream sides relative to the weir. Such a fish ladder has a sloping structure, and velocity-reducing members are installed at intervals to reduce the water flow velocity.

[0074] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3a, during the flood season or when there is a lot of water in the water source, contaminated water that flows over the water guide ledge (10) and along the first concrete floor surface (11) flows directly into the contaminated water treatment unit (110) at the bottom of the retention area (12). However, as shown in FIG. 3b, during the dry season when water in the water source is depleted due to drought in the summer or when water does not flow due to snow accumulation, freezing, etc. in the winter, contaminated water that cannot go over the water guide ledge (10) is continuously allowed to flow and to guide the contaminated water to the contaminated water treatment unit (110). A water guide path (20) in the form of a river fishway having a lower height than the first concrete floor surface (11) is installed on the side of the water guide ledge (10) and the first concrete floor surface (11).

[0075] The above water guide (20) guides contaminated inflow water, i.e., contaminated water that has not crossed the water guide ledge (10), to the contaminated water treatment unit (110), and allows aquatic organisms such as migratory fish living in the river to move smoothly without crossing the water guide ledge (10). As shown in FIG. 3b, it may be formed in the form of a wall-type fishway that slows down the flow of water within the water guide (20) by making the wall that guides the flow of water in a zigzag shape lower than the water guide ledge (10) and the first concrete floor surface (11), or it may be formed in the form of a stepped, vertical slot, or ice harbor type fishway.

[0076] The lake inflow water treatment system of the present invention may install a contaminated water treatment unit (110) at the bottom of a retention basin (12), which is a riverbed pool structure, to allow aeration to occur by filling the river with water, or allow aeration to occur in a water guide path (20) installed on the side of a water guide ledge (10).

[0078] The lake inflow treatment system of the present invention is equipped with a real-time water quality meter and a flow meter to determine the treatment volume by verifying the water quality and the volume of inflow. The water quality meter may consist of a multi-parameter water quality meter capable of measuring pH, temperature, turbidity, electrical conductivity, salinity, and dissolved oxygen. The present invention supplies more air or treated water when the flow rate is high and the water quality is poor, and reduces the supply of air or treated water when the flow rate is low and the water quality is good.

[0080] Accordingly, the lake inflow water treatment system of the present invention has the effect of purifying and treating contaminated water flowing into the lake by installing a contaminated water treatment unit (110) in which a porous cover (111) through which inflow water can penetrate is placed in the lower part of a retention area (12) formed by the bottom being eroded by overflow at the second concrete floor surface (13) at the rear end of a water guide ridge (10) installed before flowing into the lake (1) from a tributary, and installing a supply device (140) inside the contaminated water treatment unit (110) to supply air or treated water for purification transferred from a contaminated water treatment device (120) consisting of a plasma generator (120a) or an electro-coagulation device (120b).

[0081] In addition, the present invention has the effect of purifying contaminated water and keeping the lake clean by selectively oxidizing and decomposing various harmful substances, such as organic matter, inorganic matter, and algae contained in the contaminated water flowing into the lake (1) using a plasma generator (120a) or removing them using an electro-coagulation device (120b) depending on the usage environment.

[0082] In addition, the present invention has the advantage of treating contaminated water quickly and safely compared to mechanical treatment methods that involve introducing external materials into the body of a lake to purify the water, or natural treatment methods that utilize natural purification capabilities.

[0083] In addition, the present invention has the advantage of smoothly treating contaminated water during both flood and dry seasons by installing a water guide path (20) on the side of the water guide ledge (10) so that when there is a large amount of contaminated water flowing in during a flood season, it passes over the water guide ledge (10) and moves directly to the contaminated water treatment unit (110), and when there is little contaminated water flowing in during a dry season, the contaminated water that does not pass over the water guide ledge (10) moves along the water guide path (20) on the side of the water guide ledge (10) and moves to the contaminated water treatment unit (110).

[0084] In addition, the present invention has the advantage of increasing durability by safely protecting the supply device (140) from small sand, etc., by installing a porous cover (111) on the upper surface of the contaminated water treatment unit (110) and placing a supply device (140) that discharges air or treated water on a base (112) installed at a certain height from the bottom surface.
