Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle sun visor that doubles as an emergency triangle, and more specifically, to a vehicle sun visor that doubles as an emergency triangle, which is used as a sun visor necessary for vehicle operation in normal times and can be converted into an emergency triangle to prevent secondary accidents in the event of a vehicle accident or breakdown. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, vehicle sun visors are installed on the ceiling above the front seats to allow for rotation and angle adjustment, designed to block sunlight or the headlights of oncoming vehicles. They serve to promote safe driving by preventing glare for the driver or passengers and protect the skin from exposure to ultraviolet rays.

[0004] Such a sun visor typically consists of a pivot lever rotatably installed on the ceiling of the driver's and passenger's seats of a vehicle and a plate-shaped sun visor panel fixed along the longitudinal direction of the pivot lever, and is capable of vertical angle adjustment not only with respect to the vehicle's front windshield but also with vertical angle adjustment even when rotated toward the vehicle's side windows.

[0005] In addition, a fixing hook is installed on the ceiling of the vehicle to stably fix and support the aforementioned pivot lever.

[0006] Meanwhile, in the event of an accident or breakdown while driving, an emergency triangle is quickly installed at the rear of the vehicle to alert drivers of following vehicles that a vehicle accident has occurred, thereby preventing secondary accidents.

[0007] However, since the emergency triangle is stored deep inside the vehicle trunk and is not typically used frequently, when an accident actually occurs, not only is it difficult to quickly remember where the emergency triangle is located in the trunk, but if various items are loaded inside the trunk, it takes a long time for the driver or passenger to move these items while searching for it, which exposes the driver or passenger to a secondary accident caused by a following vehicle.

[0008] In addition, conventional emergency triangles have the problem of easily tipping over due to the wind generated by passing vehicles. Prior art literature

[0014] Here, the pivot lever is characterized by having a hollow portion with a rectangular cross-section formed in the longitudinal direction to accommodate the support lever inwardly, the end facing the fixed flange being open so that the support lever is inserted or withdrawn, and a finishing cap being detachably coupled to the open end of the pivot lever.

[0015] And, based on the folded state of the emergency tripod switching panel section, the emergency tripod switching panel section is characterized by being composed of a first emergency tripod frame divided into a first frame and a second frame, a second emergency tripod frame divided into a third frame and a fourth frame, and a third emergency tripod frame interposed between the first emergency tripod frame and the second emergency tripod frame and divided into a fifth frame and a sixth frame.

[0016] In addition, when the ends facing each other in the left and right directions are designated as one side and the other side based on the front of the third emergency tripod frame, one side of the first frame of the first emergency tripod frame is hinge-connected to one side of the fifth frame of the third emergency tripod frame, and the other side of the third frame of the second emergency tripod frame is hinge-connected to the other side of the fifth frame of the third emergency tripod frame; one side of the fourth frame of the second emergency tripod frame is hinge-connected to one side of the sixth frame of the third emergency tripod frame, and the other side of the second frame of the first emergency tripod frame is hinge-connected to the other side of the sixth frame of the third emergency tripod frame; magnets are provided so as to be coupled and detachable from each other on the other side of the first frame of the first emergency tripod frame and one side of the third frame of the second emergency tripod frame, and magnets are provided so as to be coupled and detachable from each other on one side of the second frame of the first emergency tripod frame and the other side of the fourth frame of the second emergency tripod frame. It is characterized by having a detachably equipped magnet.

[0017] In addition, the fifth and sixth frames of the third emergency tripod frame are connected so as to be folded or unfolded in the vertical direction.

[0018] And the above support lever is characterized by being connected to the emergency tripod switching panel through a rotating hinge that allows for free direction change.

[0019] And, based on the state in which the above-mentioned emergency tripod switching panel part is switched to an emergency tripod, the end of the support lever is characterized by being magnetically coupled to one side of the second frame of the first emergency tripod frame or the other side of the fourth frame of the second emergency tripod frame. Effects of the invention

[0021] According to the present invention with the configuration described above, an emergency triangle conversion panel part that can be used as an emergency triangle is detachably coupled to a rotating lever, so that it is used as a sun visor necessary for vehicle operation in normal times, and in the event of a vehicle accident or breakdown, it can be easily and quickly converted into an emergency triangle to prevent secondary accidents, thereby having the effect of being used.

[0022] In addition, since the emergency triangle conversion panel can be easily and quickly assembled into an emergency triangle while the driver is seated in the vehicle, the driver does not need to move to the rear of the trunk to look for the emergency triangle, which has the effect of significantly reducing the risk of secondary accidents. [0025] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a vehicle sun visor that doubles as an emergency triangle according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0026] For reference, terms and words described in the specification of the present invention, including the claims, should not be interpreted restrictively only to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, and should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention, taking into account the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention.

[0027] In addition, the embodiments described in the specification of the present invention and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention; therefore, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing of the present invention as well as thereafter.

[0028] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.

[0029] The vehicle sun visor with an emergency triangle function according to the present invention is installed to be rotatable via a fixed flange (110) on the ceiling of the front seat of a vehicle and comprises a rotating lever (100) extending along one direction, an emergency triangle switching panel part (220) having a support lever (210) detachably coupled to the rotating lever (100), and a protective cover (300).

[0030] First, the above-mentioned pivot lever (100) is installed on the ceiling of the front seat of the vehicle by means of a fixed flange (110) and serves to support the above-mentioned emergency triangle switching panel part (220) and protective cover (300).

[0031] The above-mentioned pivot lever (100) is extended along one direction in a long rod shape along the front width direction of the vehicle through a bending portion (111), and a hollow portion (101) is formed within the cross-section along the said direction to accommodate the support lever (210), and an opening (102) is formed at the end facing the fixed flange, that is, at the entrance of the said hollow portion (101).

[0032] Here, it is preferable that the shape of the hollow portion (101) of the rotation lever (100) and the cross-sectional shape of the support lever (210) be formed in a polygonal shape such as a triangle or a square rather than a circle, so as to prevent the support lever (210) from rotating arbitrarily in the circumferential direction when inserted into the hollow portion (101) of the rotation lever (100).

[0033] And an entry cut (103) is formed below the opening (102) of the rotation lever (100) and cut for a predetermined length toward the fixed flange (110), thereby allowing the rotation hinge member (211) connecting the support lever (210) and the emergency tripod switching panel member (220) to enter the hollow part (101) as described later. It can be inserted.

[0034] Additionally, the rotation lever (100) may further include a closing cap (120) that closes the opening (102), and the closing cap (120) controls the opening (102) of the rotation lever (100) and performs the function of controlling the support lever (210) inserted into the hollow portion (101) of the rotation lever (100) so that it does not easily come out of the rotation lever (100) due to external impact, etc. Specifically, the support lever (210) comprises a connecting rod (217) which is formed by being erected in a direction that crosses the one direction and has one end connected to the top of the emergency tripod switching panel portion (220), and a connecting rod (217) which extends along the one direction while being spaced apart from the top of the emergency tripod switching panel portion (220) and is inserted along the one direction from the opening (102) of the rotation lever (100). It is configured to include a connecting rod (218) that is coupled so as not to rotate relative to the hollow portion (101), and so that the opening (102) is closed by the closing cap (120) while the connecting rod (217) is in the entry cut portion (103), thereby preventing the support lever (210) from detaching on its own.

[0035] Meanwhile, the above emergency triangle conversion panel part (220) is detachably coupled to the rotation lever (100) via the support lever (210), and normally it is coupled to the rotation lever (100) to function as a sun visor panel, but in the event of a vehicle accident, it can be separated from the rotation lever (100) and used as an emergency triangle.

[0036] As previously described, the support lever (210) is connected to the emergency tripod switching panel (220) via a rotating hinge (211) that allows for free direction change.

[0037] Since the support lever (210) is freely directionally oriented with respect to the emergency tripod conversion panel (220) due to the rotation hinge (211), as described below, when the tripod conversion panel (220) is converted into an emergency tripod, the support lever (210) is directionally oriented to an appropriate angle and position to perform the role of a support base that stably supports the emergency tripod.

[0038] And a magnet or metal piece (212) is installed at the end of the support lever (210) (see FIG. 5).

[0039] This is to ensure that when the support lever (210) performs the role of a support for the emergency tripod, it can stably support the emergency tripod in a solid state without slipping due to the coupling force caused by magnetic force.

[0040] Meanwhile, the above emergency tripod switching panel section (220) is composed of a first emergency tripod frame (221) divided into a first frame (221a) and a second frame (221b) based on the folded state of the above emergency tripod switching panel section (220), a second emergency tripod frame (222) divided into a third frame (222a) and a fourth frame (222b), and a third emergency tripod frame (223) interposed between the first emergency tripod frame (221) and the second emergency tripod frame (222) and divided into a fifth frame (223a) and a sixth frame (223b).

[0041] And when the ends facing each other in the left and right directions are set as one side and the other side based on the front of the third emergency tripod frame (223), the first side of the first frame (221a) of the first emergency tripod frame (221) is connected to the first side of the fifth frame (223a) of the third emergency tripod frame (223) by a hinge (230), and the other side of the third frame (222a) of the second emergency tripod frame (222) is connected to the other side of the fifth frame (223a) of the third emergency tripod frame (223) by a hinge (230).

[0042] And one side of the 6th frame (223b) of the 3rd emergency tripod frame (223) is connected to one side of the 4th frame (222b) of the 2nd emergency tripod frame (222) by a hinge (230), and the other side of the 6th frame (223b) of the 3rd emergency tripod frame (223) is connected to the other side of the 2nd frame (221b) of the 1st emergency tripod frame (221) by a hinge (230).

[0043] Meanwhile, a magnet (240) is provided so as to be coupled and separated from each other on the other side of the first frame (221a) of the first emergency tripod frame (221) and on one side of the third frame (222a) of the second emergency tripod frame (222), and a magnet (24) is also provided so as to be coupled and separated from each other on one side of the second frame (221b) of the first emergency tripod frame (221) and on the other side of the fourth frame (222b) of the second emergency tripod frame (222).

[0044] That is, as illustrated in FIG. 4, in order to convert the emergency tripod conversion panel part (220) into an emergency tripod, the first frame (221a) and the second frame (221b) of the first emergency tripod frame (221) are each rotated in the up-down direction, i.e., counterclockwise. Then, the third frame (222a) and the fourth frame (222b) of the second emergency tripod frame (222) are also each rotated in the up-down direction, i.e., clockwise.

[0045] Next, when the other side of the first frame (221a) of the first emergency tripod frame (221) and one side of the third frame (222a) of the second emergency tripod frame (222) are brought into surface contact with each other, the first frame (221a) and the third frame (222a) are connected by a magnet (240), thereby forming an equilateral triangle shape (for convenience, this is referred to as the 'first equilateral triangle shape') in which the fifth frame (223a) of the third emergency tripod frame (223) becomes the base.

[0046] Additionally, when one side of the second frame (221b) of the first emergency tripod frame (221) and the other side of the fourth frame (222b) of the second emergency tripod frame (222) are brought into surface contact with each other, the second frame (221b) and the fourth frame (222b) are connected by a magnet (240), thereby forming an equilateral triangle shape (for convenience, this is referred to as the 'second equilateral triangle shape') in which the sixth frame (223b) of the third emergency tripod frame (223) becomes the base.

[0047] Here, as illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the support lever (210) is connected to the first frame (221a) of the first emergency tripod frame (221), the 'first equilateral triangle shape' and the 'second equilateral triangle shape' are folded based on the boundary between the fifth frame (223a) and the sixth frame (223b) of the third emergency tripod frame (223), so that the 'first equilateral triangle shape' is upright and the 'second equilateral triangle shape' is horizontal to the floor.

[0048] In this state, the 'first equilateral triangle shape' acts as an emergency tripod, and the 'second equilateral triangle shape' acts as a support part together with the support lever (210).

[0049] And when the support lever (210) is redirected from the first frame (221a) of the first emergency tripod frame (221) toward the vertex of the 'second equilateral triangle shape', as illustrated in FIG. 5, the end of the support lever (210) and the fourth frame (222b) of the second emergency tripod frame (222) are magnetically coupled to each other.

[0050] Therefore, the 'first equilateral triangle shape' acting as an emergency triangle can be maintained in a safe and strong upright state by means of the 'second equilateral triangle shape' and the support lever (210), and also, since the 'second equilateral triangle shape' is placed horizontally with respect to the ground, it does not easily fall over even if strong winds are generated as surrounding vehicles pass by.

[0051] Meanwhile, the 'first equilateral triangle shape' and 'second equilateral triangle shape' described above are merely examples, and there may be various variations depending on the joining position of each frame of the first to third emergency tripod frames (221 to 223) and the direction in which they are folded or set up, but a detailed description thereof is omitted.

[0052] In addition, an LED or a reflective sheet that reflects light emitted from the outside may be installed on the surface of each frame of the above-mentioned emergency tripod switching panel (220), in which case visibility at night can be further improved.

[0053] Also, as shown in FIG. 6, the fifth frame (223a) and the sixth frame (223b) of the third emergency tripod frame (223) are structured to be folded or unfolded from each other. To do this, they can be connected to each other by attaching an adhesive sheet (223c) or by installing a folding connector (223d).

[0054] Meanwhile, the above protective cover (300) is configured in a box shape and completely encloses the rotation lever (100), the support lever (210), and the emergency tripod conversion panel (220) when the emergency tripod conversion panel (220) is connected to the rotation lever (100) via the support lever (210).

[0055] To this end, an open entrance (310) is formed at one end of the protective cover (300), and the box-shaped structure accommodates the rotation lever (100) and the emergency tripod switching panel (220) in a wrapped state, with an open entrance (310) formed at one end.

[0056] The above protective cover (300) serves to support the emergency tripod switching panel (220) so that it does not sag downward from the rotation lever (100) (so that it does not rotate) while completely covering the rotation lever (100), the support lever (210), and the emergency tripod switching panel (220).

[0057] In addition, a notch (330) is formed in a portion of the upper surface of the above protective cover (300), and it is preferable that when the above emergency triangle switching panel part (220) is used as a sun visor, the rotation lever (100) exposed by the notch (330) of the above protective cover (300) can be hung on the fixed hook part (H) of the vehicle ceiling.

[0058] Meanwhile, the above protective cover (300) may be made of synthetic resin or leather, and a vanity mirror (320) or a storage compartment may be formed on one side that the driver or passenger looks at.

[0059] It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the invention described above is capable of various substitutions, modifications, and changes within the scope of the technical concept thereof, so the invention is not naturally limited by the aforementioned embodiments and attached drawings.
