Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a tension converter for an automatic tension adjustment device for an overhead catenary line of an electric railway. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, an overhead line is a facility that supplies electricity to an electric railway vehicle by making direct contact with the vehicle's pantograph.

[0003] When overhead wires and messenger wires are installed in fixed positions, the tension decreases or increases due to shrinkage and expansion caused by temperature changes as well as wear on the wires. This causes the shape within the span to deform, which negatively affects the current collection performance of electric railway vehicles. Consequently, there is a problem in that constant tension cannot be maintained.

[0004] To solve these problems, devices for adjusting overhead line tension are being used. Overhead line tension adjustment devices include automatic and manual types. Since manual tension adjustment devices are inconvenient as operators must manually adjust the tension one by one, automatic tension adjustment devices that automatically adjust tension in response to changes in the surrounding environment, such as temperature fluctuations, are widely used.

[0005] There are various types of automatic tension adjustment devices, but here we will describe the leaf spring type (roll type) automatic adjustment device.

[0006] The conventional leaf spring type (roll type) automatic tension adjustment device maintains the tension of the overhead line and messenger wire connected to the yoke.

[0007] Inside the above automatic tension adjustment device, 8 to 16 individual roll-shaped leaf springs having the same elastic force are connected in series on one shaft, and a spiral wheel is installed on each side, and the adjustment rope wound around the spiral wheel is connected to the yoke and provides constant tension, and accordingly, the overhead line tension rod connected to the yoke is directly connected to the overhead line and maintains constant tension of the overhead line.

[0008] However, existing automatic tension adjustment devices are manufactured to match the tension of the overhead line once it has been set. Consequently, when the line is improved or modified and the thickness of the overhead line or train speed changes, and the required tension size needs to be changed, the tension device must be replaced with a new one, and the removed device must be stored in a warehouse, resulting in excessive economic costs. [0010] The present invention was devised in consideration of the above points, and aims to provide a tension conversion device for an automatic tension adjustment device for an electric railway overhead catenary line, which allows the automatic tension adjustment device to be operated more effectively by adjusting the number of roll-shaped leaf springs inside the device according to changes in the tension of the catenary line. means of solving the problem

[0011] According to a preferred embodiment for achieving the objectives of the present invention described above, the tension conversion device for an automatic tension adjustment device for an electric railway overhead catenary according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical outer casing having side plates installed on each side; a roll-shaped leaf spring installed inside the outer casing; a main shaft positioned in the center of the outer casing and connected to the leaf spring, and inserted and installed in the center of the side plate; a spiral wheel installed at each end of the main shaft, with an adjustment rope wound around its outer side to transmit the tension of the leaf spring through the main shaft; and a yoke having both ends connected to the adjustment rope and a catenary tension rod connected to its central part to maintain constant tension of the catenary, wherein a rail-shaped fixing groove is formed along the longitudinal direction of the main shaft connected to the leaf spring, a tension side hanger installed in the fixing groove to transmit the tension of the leaf spring to the main shaft, and a tension side hanger installed on the outer side of the main shaft at a certain distance from the tension side hanger and connected to the leaf spring, wherein the It further includes a non-tension side hanger that prevents the tension of the leaf spring from being transmitted to the main shaft.

[0012] The magnitude of the tension applied to the main shaft can be adjusted by controlling the number of leaf springs through the difference in length between the tension-side hanger and the non-tension-side hanger.

[0013] The length of the tension-side hanger is longer than that of the non-tension-side hanger, and by assembling it to the main shaft in such a state that the number of leaf springs is increased, the magnitude of the tension applied to the main shaft can be increased.

[0014] The length of the tension-side hanger is shorter than that of the non-tension-side hanger, and by assembling it to the main shaft, the number of leaf springs is reduced, thereby making the magnitude of the tension applied to the main shaft smaller.

[0015] The above tension side hanger includes a fixed rail formed at the bottom and inserted and fixed into the fixing groove of the main shaft, and a tension hanger member formed at the top of the fixed rail and having the end of the plate spring fixed thereto.

[0016] The above tension-side hanger includes a support plate formed at the bottom that surrounds the outer side of the main shaft, and a tension-side hanger member formed at the top of the support plate, wherein the end of the plate spring is fixed to the inside.

[0017] The above-mentioned non-tension hanging member can prevent the tension of the plate spring from being transmitted to the main shaft by maintaining the state in which the support plate is in contact with the outer side of the main shaft. Effects of the invention

[0018] According to the tension conversion device for an automatic tension adjustment device for an electric railway overhead catenary line according to the present invention, the number of leaf springs can be adjusted more easily according to changes in the tension of the catenary line to change the tension size of the device, and thereby the tension of the catenary line can be maintained more stably and consistently.

[0019] In addition, the device can be operated economically by easily adjusting the leaf springs in response to changes in overhead line tension, and the workability of the operator can be improved by maintaining the overhead line tension at a constant level. Brief explanation of the drawing

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0021] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a tension converter for an automatic tension adjustment device for an overhead catenary line of an electric railway according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. At this time, the present invention is not limited or restricted by the embodiments. Furthermore, in describing the present invention, specific descriptions of known functions or configurations may be omitted to clarify the gist of the present invention.

[0022] FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating a tension converter for an automatic tension adjustment device for an overhead catenary line of an electric railway according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a drawing illustrating a state in which a tension converter is installed on the main shaft of an automatic tension adjustment device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating the structure of the main shaft according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0023] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the automatic tension adjustment device (100) for an overhead line according to the present invention comprises an outer casing (10), a leaf spring (20), a main shaft (30), a spiral wheel (40), and a yoke (50), and maintains the tension of the overhead line and the catenary wire connected to the yoke (50) while the automatic tension adjustment device (100) is fixed to a structure such as a utility pole.

[0024] In this embodiment, the outer casing (10) of the automatic tension adjustment device (100) is cylindrical and has side plates (11) installed on each side, the plate spring (20) is formed in a roll shape and installed inside the outer casing (10), and the main shaft (30) is positioned in the center of the outer casing (10), connected to the plate spring (20), and inserted and installed in the center of the side plates (11).

[0025] In addition, the spiral wheel (40) of the automatic tension adjustment device (100) is installed at each end of the main shaft (30), and an adjustment rope (41) is wound around the outer side so that the tension of the leaf spring (20) is transmitted through the main shaft (30), and the yoke (50) has both ends connected to the adjustment rope (41) and a catenary wire tension rod connected to the center so that a constant tension of the catenary wire can be maintained.

[0026] That is, the above automatic tension adjustment device (100) maintains constant tension in the overhead line of an electric railway. The tension of the leaf spring (20) inside the outer casing (10) is provided to the spiral wheel (40) through the main shaft (30), and the adjustment rope (41) wound around the spiral wheel (40) provides constant tension while connected to the yoke (50). Accordingly, the overhead line guide rod connected to the yoke (50) is directly connected to the overhead line to maintain constant tension in the overhead line.

[0027] In this embodiment, the tension conversion device (1) for an automatic tension adjustment device for an electric railway overhead line according to the present invention includes a tension side hanging part (60) and a non-tension side hanging part (70), and the tension can be changed by adjusting the number of leaf springs (20) according to the change in tension of the overhead line through the tension conversion device (1), thereby allowing the automatic tension adjustment device (100) to be operated more effectively.

[0028] In addition, the tension side hanger (60) of the tension conversion device (1) has a rail-shaped fixing groove (31) formed along the longitudinal direction on the main shaft (30) connected to the plate spring (20), and is installed in the fixing groove (31) to transmit the tension of the plate spring (20) to the main shaft.

[0029] The above-mentioned non-tension side hanger (70) is installed on the outside of the main shaft (30) at a certain distance from the tension side hanger (60) and is connected to the plate spring (20), thereby preventing the tension of the plate spring (20) from being transmitted to the main shaft.

[0030] Here, the fixing groove (31) of the main shaft (30) to which the tension side hanger (60) is assembled has a fixing projection (31a) protruding along the longitudinal direction of the main shaft (30) in a direction facing each other on the inner side, and both sides of the tension side hanger (60) are fastened to the fixing projection (31a) of the fixing groove (31) so that the tension side hanger (60) is assembled to the main shaft (30).

[0031] In this embodiment, the tension conversion device (1) can adjust the magnitude of the tension applied to the main shaft (30) by adjusting the number of leaf springs (20) through the difference in length between the tension side hanging part (60) and the non-tension side hanging part (70).

[0032] That is, the length of the tension-side hanger (60) is longer than that of the non-tension-side hanger (70) and assembled to the main shaft (30), thereby increasing the number of leaf springs (20) so that the magnitude of the tension applied to the main shaft (30) can be increased.

[0033] In addition, the length of the tension-side hanger (60) is shorter than that of the non-tension-side hanger (70) and assembled to the main shaft (30), thereby reducing the number of leaf springs (20) and making the magnitude of the tension applied to the main shaft (30) smaller.

[0034] Therefore, the tension converter (1) can more conveniently adjust the tension of the overhead line by using the number of leaf springs (20) connected to the main shaft (30).

[0035] FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating a tension-side hanger portion of a tension conversion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a drawing illustrating the state of a plate spring installed to have tension in the tension-side hanger portion according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0036] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the tension side hanger (60) of the tension conversion device (1) includes a fixed rail (61) formed at the bottom and inserted and fixed into the fixed groove (31) of the main shaft (30), and a tension hanger member (62) formed at the top of the fixed rail (61) and having the end of a plate spring (20a) fixed inside.

[0037] That is, the tension side hanger (60) can adjust the tension applied to the main shaft (30) by transmitting the tension of the leaf spring (20a) to the main shaft (30), and thereby adjust the tension of the overhead line connected to the automatic tension adjustment device (100).

[0038] Additionally, the tension side hanger (60) includes a fixed rail (61) and a tension hanger member (62), and the tension side hanger (60) is assembled to the main shaft (30) by combining the fixed projection (31a) formed in the fixed groove (31) of the main shaft (30) with the fixed rail (61).

[0039] Here, one end of the plate spring (20a) is fixed to the tension hook member (62) of the tension side hook part (60), and the other end of the plate spring (20a) is fixed to the outer casing (10) of the automatic tension adjustment device (100), thereby allowing tension to be applied to the main shaft (30) when the main shaft (30) rotates.

[0040] Therefore, the tension side hanger (60) is fixedly installed on the main shaft (30), and the tension side hanger (60) rotates together with the main shaft (30) to transmit the tension of the plate spring (20a) to the main shaft (30), and the magnitude of the tension transmitted to the main shaft (30) can be adjusted by adjusting the number of plate springs (20a) installed on the tension side hanger (60).

[0041] FIG. 6 is a drawing illustrating a non-tension side hanger of a tension conversion device according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a drawing illustrating the state of a plate spring installed so as not to have tension in the non-tension side hanger according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0042] Referring to FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7, the non-tension side hanger (70) of the tension conversion device (1) includes a support plate (71) formed at the bottom that surrounds the outer side of the main shaft (30) and a non-tension hanger member (72) formed at the top of the support plate (71) to which the end of the plate spring (20b) is fixed on the inner side.

[0043] That is, the above-mentioned non-tension hanging member (72) can prevent the tension of the plate spring (20b) from being transmitted to the main shaft (30) by maintaining the state in which the support plate (71) is in contact with the outside of the main shaft (30).

[0044] Additionally, the above tension-resistant side hanger (70) includes a support plate (71) and a tension-resistant hanger member (72), and since the support plate (71) is formed in an arc shape to be seated on the main shaft (30), the tension-resistant side hanger (70) maintains a fixed state even when the main shaft (30) rotates.

[0045] Here, one end of the plate spring (20b) is fixed to the tension-resistant hanging member (72) of the tension-resistant hanging part (70), and the other end of the plate spring (20b) is fixed to the outer casing (10) of the automatic tension adjustment device (100), so that the plate spring (20b) is maintained in a fixed state inside the outer casing (10).

[0046] Therefore, since the main shaft (30) and the non-tension side hanger (70) remain in contact with each other, the structure is such that the non-tension side hanger (70) does not rotate even when the main shaft (30) rotates, and accordingly, the tension of the plate spring (20b) is not transmitted to the main shaft (30).

[0047] Therefore, through the tension conversion device (1), the number of leaf springs (20) can be adjusted more easily according to the change in tension of the overhead line, thereby changing the tension of the device, and the tension of the overhead line can be maintained more stably and consistently.

[0048] In addition, the device can be operated economically by easily adjusting the leaf spring (20) according to changes in the tension of the overhead line, and the workability of the worker can be improved by maintaining the tension state of the overhead line at a constant level.

[0049] Although the present invention has been illustrated and described above in relation to preferred embodiments to illustrate the principles of the invention, the invention is not limited to the configuration and operation as illustrated and described. Rather, those skilled in the art will understand that numerous changes and modifications to the invention are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
