Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a double container for cosmetics, and more specifically, to a double container for cosmetics in which a shoulder is integrally molded into a blow-molded inner container and the blow-molded inner container with the formed shoulder is ultrasonically assembled with the molded outer container, thereby eliminating the need for a separate shoulder member, which enables weight reduction and lowering of manufacturing costs. Background Technology

[0003] Cosmetic containers are a means for storing and using liquid or gel contents such as cleaning products and cosmetics, and are obtained by injection or extrusion molding of tube-shaped containers or synthetic resins.

[0004] Conventional cosmetic containers have primarily used single containers in which the contents inside the container are discharged to the outside by pumping operation using a pump of a stopper connected to the discharge port of the container. However, since it is difficult to check the contents contained inside from the outside, and considering the luxury and functional aspects of cosmetics, double containers with a double structure in which the inner container is housed in an outer container made of a separate transparent material are widely used.

[0005] Figure 1 is a photograph of a conventional double container disassembled.

[0006] Referring to Fig. 1, conventional double containers have a problem of increased manufacturing costs because the inner container and the outer container are joined through a separate shoulder member, and the shoulder member must be injection molded separately. In addition, assembly through the shoulder member is cumbersome, and there is a problem of difficulty in reducing weight due to the increased weight caused by the shoulder member.

[0007] Furthermore, conventional double-walled containers are manufactured using a blow molding method and have a double-walled structure within the container itself rather than being assembled separately from the outer container, which results in high manufacturing costs; conversely, there was a problem in that relatively inexpensive single-walled blow molded containers could not be utilized as double-walled containers. The problem to be solved

[0009] The objective of the present invention, devised to solve the aforementioned problems, is to provide a double container for cosmetics in which a shoulder is integrally formed on a blow-type inner container manufactured by a blow method, and the shoulder of the manufactured blow-type inner container is ultrasonically assembled with an outer container, thereby facilitating manufacturing and enabling ultra-lightweighting and reduced manufacturing costs by eliminating a separate shoulder member. means of solving the problem

[0011] To achieve the above objectives, the double container for cosmetics according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a blow-processed container (10) in which a preform with an integrally formed shoulder is blow-processed; an outer container (20) that is ultrasonically assembled with the shoulder of the blow-processed container (10); and a pump (30) that is coupled to the upper part of the blow-processed container (10) and sprays the liquid contained in the blow-processed container (10).

[0012] The shoulder (110) is characterized by including a shoulder body (111) that extends from the pump coupling portion (120) of the preform by the inner width of the outer container; and a fastening rib (112) formed at the end of the shoulder body and ultrasonically assembled with the outer container (20).

[0013] The shoulder body (111) is configured with a hollow shape to provide a space for the container part (130) to expand during blow molding, and during blow molding, it expands to the extent that it comes into contact with the lower part of the shoulder body (111), so that the shape of the upper part of the container part (130) is formed into the shape of the hollow lower part of the shoulder body (111); and due to blow molding, the upper part of the container part (130) comes into contact with the shoulder body (111), thereby stably supporting the shoulder (120).

[0014] And the above-mentioned fastening rib (112) is a part that is fastened to the upper part of the outer container (10), and is configured in the form of a protrusion in which a protrusion protrudes in a band shape from the side outer circumference of the shoulder body, or is configured in the form of a groove in which a band-shaped groove is formed on the lower inner side of the shoulder body (111); when the above-mentioned fastening rib (112) is configured in the form of a protrusion, it is fastened by being fused and deformed into a band-shaped protrusion groove at the part that contacts the protrusion of the above-mentioned fastening rib (112) on the upper inner side of the outer container (20) during ultrasonic assembly; and when the above-mentioned fastening rib (112) is configured in the form of a groove, it is fastened by being fused and deformed into a band-shaped protrusion at the part that contacts the groove of the above-mentioned fastening rib (112) on the upper inner side of the outer container (20) during ultrasonic assembly. Effects of the invention

[0016] As described above, the double container for cosmetics according to the present invention has a shoulder integrally formed on a blow-type inner container manufactured by a blow method, and an excellent effect of easy manufacturing is achieved by ultrasonically assembling the shoulder of the manufactured blow-type inner container with an outer container.

[0017] Furthermore, by removing the separate shoulder member, the injection molding process required to manufacture the separate shoulder member can be omitted. This reduces the weight associated with the separate shoulder member, enabling ultra-lightweighting and resulting in excellent effects such as lowering manufacturing costs. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0020] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0021] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view and exploded view of a double container for cosmetics according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 shows the blow-molded inner container of FIG. 2 from a preform, FIG. 4 is a detailed cross-sectional view of the part where the blow-molded inner container and outer container of FIG. 2 are ultrasonically assembled.

[0022] And FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view and exploded view of a double container for cosmetics according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 shows the blow-molded inner container of FIG. 5 from a preform, and FIG. 7 is a detailed cross-sectional view of the part where the blow-molded inner container and outer container of FIG. 5 are ultrasonically assembled.

[0023] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 7, a double container for cosmetics according to the present invention may be configured to include a blow-processed inner container (10) in which a preform with an integrally formed shoulder is blow-processed, an outer container (20) that is ultrasonically assembled with the shoulder of the blow-processed inner container (10), a pump (30) that is coupled to the upper part of the blow-processed inner container (10) to spray liquid contained in the blow-processed inner container (10), and a cap coupled to the upper part of the outer container (20).

[0024] Here, the preform refers to the shape prior to blow molding, and the blow container (10) is manufactured as the container expands through blow molding on the preform.

[0025] Blow molding is a manufacturing process in which thermoplastic plastic is heated, the molten plastic in a tube shape is inserted into a mold, and air is blown in to create a container of a desired shape using internal pressure. It involves injection molding a preform and then stretching the preform through blow molding to process it into the desired shape.

[0026] Conventional blow-dry containers were used as single containers, or even when used as double containers, they were not combined with a separate outer container; instead, the container itself had a double structure and was not used in combination with a separate outer container.

[0027] The present invention is configured to combine a blow container with a separate outer container as an inner container, and the preform of the blow container is characterized by having a shoulder formed integrally.

[0028] The shoulder (120) forms the upper part of the lower portion of the pump (30) of the entire container when the cap (40) is removed, and serves to integrally combine the blow container (10) with the outer container (20).

[0029] The above shoulder (110) may be configured to include a shoulder body (111) that extends in a hollow form from the pump coupling portion (120) of the preform to the inner width of the outer container, and a fastening rib (112) formed at the end of the shoulder body.

[0030] The above shoulder body (111) serves to guide the container portion (130) at the bottom of the pump coupling portion (120) of the preform to limit the width of expansion during blow molding.

[0031] More specifically, the shoulder body (111) is configured with a hollow shape to provide a space for the container part (130) to expand during blow molding, and expands to the extent that it comes into contact with the lower part of the shoulder body (111) during blow molding, and the shape of the upper part of the container part (130) is formed to the shape of the hollow lower part of the shoulder body (111).

[0032] And since the upper part of the container part (130) comes into contact with the lower part of the shoulder body (111) by blow molding, the shoulder body (111) is firmly fixed by the container part (130), so it can be stably supported without shaking or play.

[0033] Therefore, during blow molding, only the container part is inserted into the mold and air is blown in to form a blow container in the desired shape, which reduces the cost of manufacturing the mold for blow molding and simplifies the blow molding process.

[0034] When blow molding is completed, the container portion of the preform is expanded, and the upper portion of the container is expanded according to the shape of the shoulder body (111) and comes into contact with the lower portion of the shoulder body to support the shoulder (110), thereby increasing the rigidity and stability of the shoulder.

[0035] The above-mentioned connecting rib (112) is a part that is connected to the top of the outer container (10) and may be configured as a protrusion in the form of a band protruding from the side outer circumference of the shoulder body, or as a groove in the form of a band formed on the lower inner side of the shoulder body (111).

[0036] When the blow container (10) is manufactured, the blow container (10) and the outer container (20) are joined by ultrasonic assembly.

[0037] Here, ultrasonic assembly, also known as ultrasonic welding, is a technology that quickly and firmly joins containers or plastic parts without adhesive. It is a method that uses ultrasonic vibrations (20–40 KHz) to generate heat on the contact surface of plastic parts to melt them, and then applies pressure to join them.

[0038] More specifically, heat is generated and melted using ultrasonic vibration on the contact surface at the top of the outer container (10), and then pressure is applied to the connecting rib (112) of the shoulder (110) of the blow container and cooled to form a bond.

[0039] Here, the upper part of the outer container (10) is deformed to interlock with the fastening rib (112) of the shoulder in a shape opposite to the fastening rib while the fastening rib (112) is pressed, and can be fastened quickly and firmly permanently.

[0040] That is, the fastening part at the top of the outer container (10) melts due to heat and comes into contact with the fastening rib (112), and the fastening part at the top of the outer container (10) is fused and deformed into a different shape according to the shape of the fastening rib (112) and joined.

[0041] More specifically, as in the embodiments of FIGS. 2 to 4, when the fastening rib (112) is configured in the form of a protrusion, the part of the upper inner side of the outer container (20) that comes into contact with the protrusion of the fastening rib (112) is fused and deformed into the form of a band-shaped protrusion groove.

[0042] And as in the embodiments of FIGS. 5 to 7, when the fastening rib (112) is configured in a groove shape, it is fastened by being fused and deformed into a band-shaped projection shape at the part that contacts the groove of the fastening rib (112) on the upper inner side of the outer container (20).

[0043] Therefore, since the blow-type inner and outer containers can be connected without injection molding a separate shoulder member or forming screw threads on the outer container, manufacturing is easy, production costs can be reduced, and the removal of the separate shoulder member results in excellent effects such as weight reduction.

[0044] When the blow container (10) and the outer container (20) are connected as a single unit as described above, the blow container (10) and the pump (30) that sprays the liquid contained in the blow container are connected, and then the cap (40) is connected to the outer container (20) to complete the manufacture of a double container for cosmetics.

[0045] The pump (30) can be connected by a screw connection method, and the cap (40) can be connected by an insert method so that the cap (40) can be repeatedly attached and detached.

[0046] Although the detailed description of the present invention described above has been explained with reference to preferred embodiments of the present invention, the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and changes can be made to the present invention within the scope of the spirit and technical scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit and technical scope of the present invention.
