Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and specifically, to a compact container that can effectively prevent mesh contamination caused by leakage during the distribution process of a cosmetic product contained therein in the form of powder, cream, gel, liquid, etc. Background Technology

[0002] Cosmetics such as foundation are commonly provided in compact containers. Conventional compact containers, also referred to as "compacts," generally have a simple structure in which the contents (cosmetics) are contained in the lower case and the upper case is hinged to the lower case. A powder puff may be placed on top of the powder product, and a mirror may be mounted on the inner surface of the upper case.

[0003] The contents contained in compact containers are provided in the form of powder, cream, gel, etc., and since the space containing these contents is exposed through a relatively large opening, it is important to prevent leakage of the contents while the compact container is being distributed and carried by the user. This issue becomes even more important given that the contents of the compact container are generally cosmetics and can cause significant contamination if they come into contact with surrounding objects.

[0004] To minimize the spillage of contents from a compact container during use, a structure is sometimes utilized in which a mesh is installed to cover the opening of the contents' storage space. The mesh can be formed from a porous material, and the user presses the mesh with a puff to transfer the contents beneath the mesh onto the puff.

[0005] Meanwhile, to minimize leakage of contents during the distribution process of compact containers, a plastic film is sometimes used that is placed over or attached to the contents. After purchasing the compact container, users can remove the plastic film to access the contents inside using tools such as a puff. The seller's logo or other designs may also be printed on the plastic film.

[0006] However, even if a compact container is equipped with a plastic film, leakage of the contents cannot be completely prevented. This is because, due to the characteristics of the powders, creams, and gels contained in the compact container, the contents easily penetrate the gaps between the components forming the compact container. In many compact containers, it has been observed that due to impacts during distribution, the contents leak through the gap between the component for attaching the aforementioned mesh and the container body, and / or the gap between the components for filling the receiving space with contents, and adhere to the plastic film. When contents adhere to the plastic film, consumer evaluation of the product is bound to decline, no matter how high the quality of the contents or how famous the product brand is. The problem to be solved

[0007] Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned problems, and one aspect of the present invention aims to provide a compact container that prevents the contents from leaking and contaminating the mesh during use and distribution without sacrificing convenience of use.

[0008] Other objects of the present invention will become more apparent through the embodiments described below. means of solving the problem

[0009] A compact container according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a container body having a first side wall and a second side wall, wherein the first side wall defines a receiving space for receiving contents, and the second side wall is formed at a position spaced apart from the first side wall on the outer side of the first side wall so as to form a coupling space between the second side wall and the first side wall; an auxiliary ring coupled to the container body and having a support flange and a coupling rim, wherein the support flange protrudes inward from the upper end of the first side wall and forms a through hole therein, and the coupling rim extends downward from the support flange and is configured to be in close contact with the outer surface of the first side wall; and a mesh ring disposed on the auxiliary ring, coupled to the container body, and having a fixing flange and an inner rim, wherein the fixing flange protrudes inward from the upper end of the support flange and forms an exposed hole therein, and the inner rim extends downward from the fixing flange and is configured to be inserted between the coupling rim and the second side wall. It may include a mesh for use that is made of a material having a plurality of micropores and has an edge portion and a central portion, wherein the edge portion is fixed between the support flange and the fixing flange, and the central portion is configured to cover the upper part of the receiving space and be exposed to the outside through the exposure hole.

[0010] The compact container according to the present invention may have one or more of the following embodiments. For example, the auxiliary ring may be formed of a material capable of elastic deformation.

[0011] The inner rim and the connecting rim are pressed into the connecting space, so that the inner surface of the inner rim is in close contact with the outer surface of the connecting rim and the outer surface of the inner rim is in close contact with the inner surface of the second side wall.

[0012] A portion of the edge portion of the above-mentioned mesh can be fixed between the inner rim and the connecting rim.

[0013] A coupling groove may be formed on either the inner surface of the inner rim or the outer surface of the coupling rim, and a coupling projection inserted into the coupling groove may be formed on the other, and a part of the edge portion of the usage surface mesh may be in close contact with the coupling projection within the coupling groove.

[0014] The mesh ring may further include an outer rim extending downward from the fixed flange on the outer side of the inner rim. The second side wall may be inserted between the outer rim and the inner rim.

[0015] The above mesh ring may further include a fixing spike protruding downward from the bottom surface of the above fixing flange.

[0016] The size of the through hole can be designed to be smaller than the size of the exposed hole. Effects of the invention

[0017] According to the means for solving the problem of the present invention as described above, various effects including the following can be expected. However, the present invention is not required to exhibit all of the following effects to be valid.

[0018] A compact container according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a mesh ring and an auxiliary ring, thereby preventing leakage of contents through the contact area between the component fixing the mesh on the usage surface and the container body during the distribution process. This structure of the compact container effectively prevents the exposure of contents without sacrificing convenience of use, allowing the compact container to maintain a clean and luxurious appearance. [0024] For convenience of explanation, expressions such as "inner side," "outer side," "upper side," and "lower side" are used in this specification. In the following description, "inner side" refers to the side closer to the center of the object or compact container (1000) being described, and "outer side" refers to the side further from the center of the object or compact container (1000) being described. Meanwhile, the "upper side" and "lower side" directions are based on the state in which the compact container (1000) is arranged as shown in FIG. 3. Of course, when the compact container (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention is actually used, the upper side direction mentioned in the specification may not coincide with the actual upper side direction.

[0025] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an exemplary compact container (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention. When a user uses the compact container (1000), as shown in FIG. 1, the lid (500) is first opened and the sealing tape (10) is removed, and then the user surface mesh (400) exposed through the exposure hole (370) of the mesh ring (300) is pressed with a tool (not shown), such as a puff, to apply the contents underneath to the tool (not shown).

[0026] FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3 are an exploded perspective view and a cross-sectional view, respectively, showing the configuration of the compact container (1000) in more detail. FIGS. 4 to 7 show some components of the compact container (1000) in more detail. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, the compact container (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention may largely include a container body (100), an auxiliary ring (200), a mesh ring (300), a usage surface mesh (400), and a lid (500). The compact container (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include an upper case, a lower case, etc., in addition to the structure shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.

[0027] The container body (100) can form a receiving space (170) on the inside and serve as a main body to which other components can be combined. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional perspective view exemplarily showing the container body (100) of a compact container (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the container body (100) may largely include a bottom portion (110), a first side wall (120), a second side wall (140), a third side wall (160), and a hinge portion (180).

[0028] The bottom portion (110) may form the lower part of the container body (100). The bottom portion (110) may define a receiving space (170) together with the first side wall (120). That is, the receiving space (170) may be formed on the bottom portion (110) and on the inner side of the first side wall (120).

[0029] The first side wall (120) may extend upward from the bottom portion (110) and may form a receiving space (170) on the inside for receiving contents (not shown). The inner diameter and length of the first side wall (120) along the vertical direction may be determined by considering the size of the receiving space (170), the elasticity of the usage surface mesh (400) and the auxiliary ring (200), etc. In the example illustrated in the drawing, the first side wall (120) of the container body (100) is depicted as being formed in a cylindrical shape and having an annular cross-section, but the first side wall (120) and the receiving space (170) may be implemented in various shapes.

[0030] A projection and / or groove may be formed on the first side wall (120) for coupling with the auxiliary ring (200). For example, in the structure shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a coupling groove (122) is formed on the outer surface of the first side wall (120), and when the auxiliary ring (200) is coupled to the container body (100), the coupling projection (232) of the auxiliary ring (200) is inserted into the coupling groove (122) of the first side wall (120).

[0031] Meanwhile, the contents contained in the receiving space (170) of the container body (100) can be provided in various forms such as powder, cream, gel, liquid, etc. If the contents are liquids with relatively low viscosity, the contents can be placed in the receiving space (170) while impregnated in the impregnation part (190). The impregnation part (190) may be composed of a porous material, such as a sponge, for example, to contain liquid contents in the internal pores.

[0032] The second side wall (140) may be formed on the outer side of the first side wall (120) at a predetermined distance from the first side wall (120), thereby forming a first connecting space (130) between the first side wall (120) and the second side wall (140). In the example illustrated in the drawing, the second side wall (140) is depicted as extending upward from the bottom portion (110), but the second side wall (140) can be implemented in various structures as long as the connecting space (130) is formed at a distance from the first side wall (120).

[0033] A projection and / or groove may be formed on the second side wall (140) for coupling with the mesh ring (300). For example, in the structure shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a coupling groove (142) is formed on the outer surface of the second side wall (140), and when the mesh ring (300) is coupled to the container body (100), the coupling projection (352) of the mesh ring (300) is inserted into the coupling groove (142) of the second side wall (140). It is obvious that a projection and / or groove may also be formed on the inner surface of the second side wall (140).

[0034] The third side wall (160) may be formed on the outer side of the second side wall (140) at a predetermined distance from the second side wall (140), thereby forming a second connecting space (150) between the second side wall (140) and the third side wall (160). In the example illustrated in the drawing, the third side wall (160) extends upward from the bridge (145) connected to the second side wall (140). Of course, the third side wall (160) may also be made to extend upward from the bottom portion (110). However, as the bridge (145) connecting the third side wall (160) is located at a height a predetermined distance above the bottom part (110), a step is formed at the bottom of the bridge (145). This may be advantageous in terms of aligning the container body (100) with respect to the bottom case (not shown) and securely connecting it when the container body (100) is coupled to a separate bottom case (not shown) as described above.

[0035] A projection and / or groove for coupling with the lid (500) may be formed on the third side wall (160). For example, in the structure shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a coupling groove (162) is formed on the inner surface of the third side wall (160), and when the lid (500) is closed over the container body (100), a sealing projection (570) of the sealing member (550) is inserted into the coupling groove (162) of the third side wall (160).

[0036] A sealing groove (165) may be formed at the top of the third side wall (160). When the lid (500) is closed over the container body (100), elastic deformation occurs in a part of the sealing member (550) and it may be pressed into the sealing groove (165), and as a result, the sealing performance of the sealing member (550) may be improved.

[0037] A hinge portion (180) is formed on one side of the container body (100) and can be used to rotatably connect a lid (500). Rotation holes (182, 582) may be formed in the hinge portions (180, 580) of the container body (100) and the lid (500). When the hinge portion (180) of the container body (100) and the hinge portion (580) of the lid (500) are aligned with each other, and a hinge pin (80; see FIG. 2) is inserted into the rotation holes (182, 582) of the hinge portions (180, 580), the lid (500) becomes rotatable relative to the container body (100) around the hinge pin (80). When a user wishes to use the contents within the receiving space (170), the lid (500) can be rotated and lifted.

[0038] The auxiliary ring (200) is positioned below the mesh ring (300) and can serve to prevent the contents from leaking out of the receiving space (170). FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional perspective view exemplarily showing the auxiliary ring (200) of a compact container (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the auxiliary ring (200) may largely include a support flange (210) and a connecting rim (230).

[0039] The support flange (210) is a portion that covers the upper end of the first side wall (120) of the container body (100). The support flange (210) may have a generally flat shape. The support flange (210) may protrude inward from the upper end of the coupling rim (230), and the coupling rim (230) may extend downward from the outer edge of the support flange (210). Thus, the support flange (210) and the coupling rim (230) cause the auxiliary ring (200) to have an L-shaped cross-section as shown in FIG. 5.

[0040] The support flange (210) may form a through hole (270) on its inner side. When the auxiliary ring (200) is coupled to the container body (100), the support flange (210) may protrude inward from the top of the first side wall (120), and the through hole (270) may be located above the receiving space (170).

[0041] The connecting rim (230) can extend downward from the support flange (210), and when the auxiliary ring (200) is connected to the container body (100), the connecting rim (230) can be in close contact with the outer surface of the first side wall (120).

[0042] A projection and / or groove may be formed in the coupling rim (230) for coupling with the auxiliary ring (200). For example, in the structure shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, a coupling projection (232) is formed on the inner surface of the coupling rim (230), and when the auxiliary ring (200) is coupled to the container body (100), the coupling projection (232) of the coupling rim (230) is inserted into the coupling groove (122) of the first side wall (120).

[0043] Although not illustrated, a projection and / or groove for connection with the auxiliary ring (200) may also be formed on the support flange (210). For example, a connecting projection (not illustrated) protruding downward may be formed on the lower surface of the support flange (210), and when the auxiliary ring (200) is connected to the container body (100), the first side wall (120) may be inserted between the connecting ring (230) and the connecting projection (not illustrated) of the support flange (210).

[0044] According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, while the container body (100) and the mesh ring (300) are formed from a relatively rigid material, the auxiliary ring (200) may be formed from a flexible material, and preferably, the auxiliary ring (200) may be formed from a material capable of slight elastic deformation. The auxiliary ring (200) may also be made of a material that prevents the contents contained in the receiving space (170) from passing through. For example, thermoelastic elastomer (TPE) may be used as the material for the auxiliary ring (200). As the auxiliary ring (200) is formed from a material capable of elastic deformation such as TPE, slight compression may occur when the auxiliary ring (200) is pressed against the container body (100), which can increase the sealing performance of the auxiliary ring (200) against the container body (100).

[0045] The mesh ring (300) can serve to attach the usage surface mesh (400) to the container body (100). FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional perspective view exemplarily showing the mesh ring (300) of a compact container (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, the mesh ring (300) may largely include a fixed flange (310), an inner rim (330), and an outer rim (350).

[0046] The fixed flange (310) is a part that covers the support flange (210) of the auxiliary ring (200). The fixed flange (310) may have a generally flat shape, and when the mesh ring (300) is combined with the usage surface mesh (400) to the container body (100), it may have a shape that surrounds the central part (410) of the usage surface mesh (400) exposed on the upper part of the container body (100).

[0047] The fixed flange (310) may form an exposed hole (370) on its inner side. The mesh ring (300) may be coupled to the container body (100) together with the usage surface mesh (400) and the auxiliary ring (200). At this time, the fixed flange (310) and the support flange (210) may fix the usage surface mesh (400), and the central part (410) of the usage surface mesh (400) may be exposed to the outside through the exposed hole (370) of the mesh ring (300) from the top of the container body (100).

[0048] As depicted in FIGS. 2 and 3, a sealing tape (10) may be provided between the lid (500) and the container body (100). In one embodiment of the present invention, the sealing tape (10) may be formed to a size that covers at least a portion of the fixing flange (310) of the mesh ring (300) and the inner surface mesh (400), and may be attached to the fixing flange (310) of the mesh ring (300). The sealing tape (10) may be in close contact with the fixing flange (310) to completely cover the exposed hole (370). The sealing tape (10) may be formed of a transparent material or may be formed of an opaque material and have a logo, etc. printed on it. The flat lower surface formed by the cover portion (510) of the lead (500) and the flat upper surface formed by the fixing flange (310) can help fix the sealing tape (10) in a designated position.

[0049] A fixing spike (314) may be formed on the bottom surface of the fixing flange (310). The fixing spike (314) may have a shape that tapers downward so that its bottom end is sharp, and may be formed at predetermined intervals over the entire fixing flange (310). The fixing spike (314) may help to fix the mesh (400) on the surface of use.

[0050] The inner rim (330) may extend downward from the fixed flange (310). When the mesh ring (300) is coupled to the container body (100) together with the auxiliary ring (200) and the usage surface mesh (400), the inner rim (330) and the coupling rim (230) may be inserted into the coupling space (130) formed between the first side wall (120) and the second side wall (140) of the container body (100).

[0051] Although not illustrated, the inner rim (330) may have protrusions and / or grooves formed therein for coupling with the container body (100) and / or auxiliary ring (200). For example, a coupling groove may be formed on either the inner surface of the inner rim (330) or the outer surface of the coupling rim (230), and a coupling protrusion inserted into the corresponding coupling groove may be formed on the other.

[0052] The outer rim (350) may extend downward from the fixing flange (310) on the outer side of the inner rim (330). The outer rim (350) may be formed at a position spaced apart from the inner rim (330). When the mesh ring (300) is coupled to the container body (100), the outer rim (350) may be inserted into a second coupling space (150) formed between the second side wall (140) and the third side wall (160), and the second side wall (140) may be inserted between the inner rim (330) and the outer rim (350).

[0053] The outer rim (350) can be used to secure the mesh ring (300) to the container body (100), and for this purpose, a projection and / or groove for coupling may be formed on the inner surface and / or outer surface of the outer rim (350). In the example illustrated in FIGS. 3 and FIGS. 6, a coupling projection (352) is formed on the inner surface of the outer rim (350), and the mesh ring (300) can be coupled to the container body (100) by inserting the coupling projection (352) of the outer rim (350) into the coupling groove (142) of the second side wall (140).

[0054] The usage surface mesh (400) corresponds to the portion covering the receiving space (170) below the exposure hole (370) of the mesh ring (300). The usage surface mesh (400) may be made of a material having a plurality of micropores. When the user wishes to use the contents of the compact container (1000), the user may press the usage surface mesh (400) with a tool such as a puff, and the contents within the receiving space (170) are transferred to the puff through the micropores of the usage surface mesh (400).

[0055] The usage surface mesh (400) may include a central portion (410) and an edge portion (420). The central portion (410) corresponds to the part of the usage surface mesh (400) that is exposed through the exposure hole (370) of the mesh ring (300), and the edge portion (420) corresponds to the part surrounding the central portion (410) and covered by the mesh ring (300). In FIG. 2, the usage surface mesh (400) is depicted as having a three-dimensional shape. While it is possible for the usage surface mesh (400) to be manufactured in the form of, for example, a metal mesh with micropores to have a certain degree of structural strength, in one embodiment of the present invention, the usage surface mesh (400) may be manufactured from an elastic fiber material having insufficient structural strength. In this case, the usage surface mesh (400) may be manufactured in a simple planar shape. The mesh (400) can be fixed in a designated position with the edge portion (420) positioned between the mesh ring (300) and the auxiliary ring (200).

[0056] When the usage surface mesh (400) is manufactured in a flat shape, the usage surface mesh (400) may be formed with a size larger than the exposed hole (370) so as to completely cover the exposed hole (370) of the mesh ring (300). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the usage surface mesh (400) may be formed with a diameter less than or equal to the inner diameter of the inner rim (330) of the mesh ring (300). In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the usage surface mesh (400) may be formed with a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the inner rim (330).

[0057] The lid (500) is a part that covers a usage surface mesh (400) placed above a receiving space (170) and is hinged to the container body (100). FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional perspective view exemplarily showing the lid (500) of a compact container (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 7, the lid (500) may include a cover portion (510), an edge portion (520), a sealing ring (550), and a hinge portion (580).

[0058] The cover portion (510) is a main part of the lid (500) and corresponds to the part that covers the container body (100). The cover portion (510) may have a flat lower surface, and in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, this flat lower surface may be configured to completely cover the exposure hole (370) of the mesh ring (300). When the lid (500) is closed, the flat lower surface of the cover portion (510) may be seated on the flat upper surface of the fixing flange (310) of the mesh ring (300).

[0059] As shown in the example illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 7, the edge of the cover portion (510) may be curved upward. This forms a space in the center of the upper part of the cover portion (510) where a tool such as a puff can be placed, while forming a mounting groove (525) for inserting a sealing ring (550) at the edge of the lower part of the cover portion (510).

[0060] The edge portion (520) may extend downward from the edge of the cover portion (510). As the edge portion (520) extends obliquely downward from the upwardly curved part of the cover portion (510), a mounting groove (525) may be formed on the inner side of the edge portion (520).

[0061] A protruding tab (512) may be formed on the opposite side of the part where the hinge portion (580) is formed on the lid (500). The protruding tab (512) is a part that serves as a handle to allow the user to easily open the lid (500). The protruding tab (512) may be formed on the cover portion (510) and / or the edge portion (520).

[0062] The sealing ring (550) can be inserted into a mounting groove (525) formed in the cover portion (510) and the edge portion (520) to increase the sealing performance for the container body (100) when the lid (500) is closed. The sealing ring (550) may include a mounting portion (560) having a shape corresponding to the mounting groove (525) and a sealing projection (570) extending downward from the mounting portion (560). When the lid (500) is covered to cover the usage surface mesh (400), the sealing projection (570) can be closely coupled to the third side wall (160) of the container body (100) as shown in FIG. 3, and can be partially inserted into a coupling groove (162) formed in the third side wall (160). Meanwhile, the mounting portion (560) of the sealing ring (550) can also be partially closely coupled to the third side wall (160). The mounting portion (560) can be pressed into, for example, the contact groove (165) of the third side wall (160).

[0063] A hinge portion (580) may be formed in the lid (500), and a rotation hole (582) through which a hinge pin (80) can pass may be formed in the hinge portion (580). The lid (500) may be positioned so that the rotation hole (582) of the hinge portion (580) aligns with the rotation hole (182) of the hinge portion (180) of the container body (100), and when the hinge pin (80) is inserted to pass through the rotation hole (182, 582), the lid (500) may be rotatably coupled around the hinge pin (80).

[0064] Hereinafter, the assembly and function of a compact container (1000) according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail. The process of assembling the compact container (1000) may be performed manually by a person or automatically by an assembly device. Hereinafter, the person performing the assembly will be referred to as the "worker."

[0065] After the container body (100), auxiliary ring (200), mesh ring (300), usage surface mesh (400), and lid (500) described above are each manufactured, the operator can fill the receiving space (170) of the container body (100) with contents. The contents may be received directly in the receiving space (170) or may be received in a state impregnated in the impregnation section (190).

[0066] The operator can place the user surface mesh (400) under the fixed flange (310) of the mesh ring (300) and place the auxiliary ring (200) under the mesh ring (300) so that the edge portion (420) of the user surface mesh (400) is fixed between the fixed flange (310) and the support flange (210). The outer diameter of the coupling rim (230) can be formed to correspond to the inner diameter of the inner rim (330), and thus the auxiliary ring (200) can be pressed into the inner side of the inner rim (330) so that the outer surface of the coupling rim (230) is in close contact with the inner surface of the inner rim (330).

[0067] As described above, the mesh ring (300) may include a fixing spike (314) protruding downward from the bottom surface of the fixing flange (310), and the fixing spike (314) has a sharply formed lower end so as to effectively fix the mesh (400) with micropores formed therein. The auxiliary ring (200) may have a fixing hole (not shown) into which the fixing spike (314) can be inserted, or it may be fixed by being pressed by the sharp end of the fixing spike (314) without a fixing hole.

[0068] In the example illustrated in FIG. 3, the usage surface mesh (400) is formed with a diameter less than or equal to the inner diameter of the inner rim (330), so that the edge portion (420) of the usage surface mesh (400) is located only between the fixing flange (310) and the supporting flange (210). In another embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the usage surface mesh (400) may be formed larger than the inner diameter of the inner rim (330), and thus a part of the edge portion (420) of the usage surface mesh (400) may be located between the coupling rim (230) and the inner rim (330). As described above, when a coupling groove is formed on one of the inner surface of the inner rim (330) and the outer surface of the coupling rim (230) and a coupling projection is formed on the other, a part of the edge portion (420) of the usage surface mesh (400) may be in close contact with the coupling projection within the coupling groove. This structure can help to more firmly secure the usage surface mesh (400). If the diameter of the usage surface mesh (400) is formed to be larger than the inner diameter of the inner rim (330), the auxiliary ring (200) is inserted into the inner side of the inner rim (330) with the usage surface mesh (400) in between, and the effect of the usage surface mesh (400) being flattened at the exposed hole (370) area may be obtained.

[0069] The operator can press the connecting rim (230) and the inner rim (330), which are arranged to overlap each other, into the connecting space (130) formed between the first side wall (120) and the second side wall (140) of the container body (100). If the auxiliary ring (200) is formed of a material that can be elastically deformed, slight compression may occur in the connecting rim (230). For the press-fitting of the inner rim (330), the inner rim (330) may be formed in a shape in which its lower end narrows downward.

[0070] When the worker inserts the connecting rim (230) and the inner rim (330) into the first connecting space (130), at the same time, the outer rim (350) is inserted into the second connecting space (150) between the second side wall (140) and the third side wall (160), and the second side wall (140) of the container body (100) is inserted into the space between the inner rim (330) and the outer rim (350). When the auxiliary ring (200) and the mesh ring (300) are lowered to a designated position, the connecting projection (232) of the auxiliary ring (200) is inserted into the connecting groove (122) at the corresponding position, and the connecting projection (352) of the mesh ring (300) is inserted into the connecting groove (142) at the corresponding position on the container body (100), so that the auxiliary ring (200), the mesh ring (300), and the usage surface mesh (400) can all be firmly fixed and connected to the container body (100). When the impregnation portion (190) is received in the receiving space (170), the support flange (210) of the auxiliary ring (200) can fix the upper edge of the impregnation portion (190).

[0071] The operator may also rotatably attach the lid (500) to the container body (100) using a hinge pin (80) or other hinge member. The operator may also attach a sealing tape (10) over the mesh ring (300) as needed.

[0072] Although the process of attaching the auxiliary ring (200) to the container body (100) together with the mesh ring (300) has been described above, the operator may attach the auxiliary ring (200) to the container body (100) first, and then attach the usage surface mesh (400) and the mesh ring (300) to the container body (100) and the auxiliary ring (200). Additionally, the lid (500) may be attached to the container body (100) before the mesh ring (300) is attached to the container body (100).

[0073] If even a small amount of the contents spills out of the receiving space (170) and gets on the mesh ring (300), the usage surface mesh (400), or the sealing tape (10) on top of it, this causes consumers to rate the product poorly. This can have a particularly significant adverse effect when the product is related to cosmetics, such as in compact containers.

[0074] In a compact container (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner rim (330) of a mesh ring (300) and the connecting rim (230) of an auxiliary ring (200) are pressed together into a connecting space (130) formed between the first side wall (120) and the second side wall (140) of the container body (100), and the fixing flange (310) of the mesh ring (300) can press the supporting flange (210) of the auxiliary ring (200) from top to bottom. As described above, the auxiliary ring (200) can be formed of a material that is more flexible than the container body (100) and the mesh ring (300), such as TPE material, and as a result, the above connecting structure allows the auxiliary ring (200) to be very strongly attached to the first side wall (120) at the top and outer surface of the first side wall (120).

[0075] Even if the contents of the receiving space (170) pass through the gap between the first side wall (120) and the auxiliary ring (200), the inner rim (330) and the connecting rim (230), which are strongly pressed and in close contact with each other in the connecting space (130), form another seal to prevent the contents from leaking out.

[0076] Ultimately, the structure of the compact container (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention allows the container body (100), auxiliary ring (200), mesh ring (300), and usage surface mesh (400) to be firmly fixed and coupled to each other, while very effectively preventing the contents from escaping the receiving space (170) and leaking to the outside. During the distribution and sales process, the contents of the receiving space (170) do not stick to the mesh ring (300), the usage surface mesh (400), or the sealing tape (10) at all, and thus the compact container (1000) can maintain a luxurious appearance.

[0077] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to one embodiment, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and changes can be made to the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as described in the following claims.
