The term “and / or” as used herein includes any combination with any of one or more related listed items.

[0014] First embodiment

[0015] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a first embodiment of the present invention discloses a handheld fan (10), which comprises a housing (11), a fan module (12), a power module (13), and an extendable cable module (14), wherein the fan module (12), the power module (13), and the extendable cable module (14) are each provided in the housing (11) and provide support and positional limitation to these elements through the housing (11). The power module (13) is used to supply power to the fan module (12), and, for example, a real button or a virtual button may be provided on the housing (11), and when the real button or the virtual button is triggered, the fan module (12) and the power module (13) may be connected or disconnected to enable operation or stoppage of the fan module (12).

[0016] The retractable cable module (14) includes a cable (141) that can be retracted relative to the housing (11) to be received within the housing (11) or extended outside the housing (11), and the cable (141) is used to dock to an external electronic device and to supply power to the external electronic device through a power module (13). In some embodiments, the cable (141) is wound and received within the housing (11) to achieve a concealed effect of the cable (141), so that the handheld fan (10) maintains a relatively concise appearance and prevents the cable (141) from causing inconvenience to the user during normal use. When the user needs to supply power to an external electronic device, such as a mobile phone, the cable (141) of the retractable cable module (14) is pulled from the housing (11) and docked to the external electronic device, thereby supplying power to the external electronic device through the power module (13) of the handheld fan (10), for example, to charge the mobile phone.

[0017] Referring to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the cable (141) comprises a cable body (1411), a docking portion (1413), and a digital display portion (1415), wherein the digital display portion (1415) is connected between the free end of the cable body (1411) and the docking portion (1413), and the docking portion (1413) can be used to dock to an external electronic device. The docking portion (1413) may be a Type-C interface, a Micro-USB interface, a Lightning interface, etc., but is not limited thereto in this application. The digital display portion (1415) may include a display panel, such as a liquid crystal panel or an OLED panel, for displaying information such as current and voltage during the operation of the cable (141), thereby improving ease of use. Of course, the digital display portion (1415) is not essential, and for example, in the embodiments illustrated in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the cable (141) does not have a digital display portion (1415).

[0018] It can be understood that the power module (13) of the handheld fan (10) generally includes a battery that can be repeatedly charged and discharged, such as a lithium battery, and as battery technology advances, the battery capacity is on a continuous upward trend, and the battery life performance of the handheld fan (10) is also steadily improved as a result, and by utilizing the combination of the large-capacity battery of the handheld fan (10) and the flexible cable module (14), power can be supplied to an external electronic device using the power module (13) of the handheld fan (10), and, for example, a mobile phone can be charged, thereby improving convenience of use.

[0019] The handheld fan (10) comprises a housing (11), a fan module (12), a power module (13), and an extendable cable module (14). The fan module (12) is provided in the housing (11), and the power module (13) is provided in the housing (11) and used to supply power to the fan module (12). The extendable cable module (14) is provided in the housing (11) and includes a cable (141) that can be extended relative to the housing (11) to be received within the housing (11) or extended outside the housing (11). The cable (141) is docked to an external electronic device and is used to supply power to the external electronic device through the power module (13). When a user carries the handheld fan (10) and needs to charge it, the cable (141) of the retractable cable module (14) is pulled out from within the housing (11) of the handheld fan (10) and docked to an external electronic device such as a mobile phone. This allows power to be supplied to the external electronic device through the power module (13) of the handheld fan (10) and enables a charging function, thereby eliminating the need to carry a separate auxiliary battery and charging cable, thus improving user convenience. Even if the external electronic device does not have a rechargeable battery, the user can supply power to the external electronic device using the power module (13) of the handheld fan (10). When the user no longer needs to supply power to the external electronic device through the handheld fan (10), the cable (141) of the retractable cable module (14) can be basically accommodated within the housing (11), and the handheld fan (10) can still maintain a relatively simple appearance, making it convenient for the user to carry and improving user convenience.

[0020] Referring to FIG. 1, the housing (11) includes a grip portion (111) and an air discharge portion (113) connected to one end of the grip portion (111), and the air discharge portion (113) may protrude from the grip portion (111), or the air discharge portion (113) and the grip portion (111) may be arranged side by side along the length of the handheld fan (10). The air discharge portion (113) is generally formed in a cylindrical shape and has an air outlet (113a), and the fan module (12) may dissipate heat from the user by allowing airflow to flow out from the air outlet (113a) during operation. The position of the air inlet of the housing (11) may vary in various ways; for example, the air inlet may be located on one side away from the air outlet (113a) of the air discharge portion (113) or may be located on the grip portion (111), and the present application is not limited thereto. The power module (13) is provided within the grip portion (111). Of course, the power module (13) may also be provided within the air exhaust portion (113). The fan module (12) may be provided within the air exhaust portion (113) or within the grip portion (111), and the retractable cable module (14) may likewise be provided within the grip portion (111) or within the air exhaust portion (113). In the first embodiment of the present application, the power module (13) is provided in the grip portion (111), the fan module (12) is provided in the air exhaust portion (113), and the retractable cable module (14) is provided in the grip portion (111). However, this should not be considered a limitation on the method.

[0021] In particular, in some embodiments, the fan module (12) adopts an air compressor such as a turbocharger to implement an impeller-free design on the exterior of the handheld fan (10), that is, to implement an impeller-free fan effect, thereby making the exterior effect of the handheld fan (10) more concise.

[0022] In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the grip portion (111) is integrally molded with the air exhaust portion (113) to simplify the appearance of the handheld fan (10), facilitate molding, and enable mass production of the housing (11), for example, through injection molding. In another embodiment, the air exhaust portion (113) may be assembled and fixed to the grip portion (111) in a manner such as a hook connection, adhesive, or screw connection to implement a fixed connection and improve the convenience of assembly.

[0023] Referring to FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 4, the handheld fan (10) includes a circuit board (15), and the circuit board (15) is provided in either the grip portion (111) or the air exhaust portion (113), that is, the circuit board (15) can be provided in the grip portion (111) or in the air exhaust portion (113). The first embodiment of the present application describes an example in which the circuit board (15) is provided in the grip portion (111), but this should not be considered a limitation on the method. The circuit board (15) can integrate the control circuit, power management unit, etc. of the handheld fan (10), and the power module (13), fan module (12), and cable (141) are each electrically connected to the circuit board (15), and components such as the start / stop button of the fan module (12) and the rotary knob for adjusting rotation speed are provided in correspondence with the control circuit on the circuit board (15) to implement corresponding functions, and this is not described in further detail in the present application.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 4, the retractable cable module (14) includes a cover (143) provided within the grip portion (111), the position of the cover (143) and the circuit board (15) is relatively fixed, and the cable (141) is provided in the cover (143) so as to be retractable. The cover (143) may be fixedly connected to the circuit board (15) or fixedly connected to the grip portion (111) of the housing (11), so that the position of the cover (143) and the circuit board (15) is implemented to be relatively fixed. The retractable cable module (14) including the cover (143) is manufactured as an independent module and assembled within the handheld fan (10), thereby improving assembly efficiency and ensuring operational reliability of the retractable cable module (14).

[0025] Specifically, the elastic cable module (14) includes a wiring board (144), a torsion spring (145), and a rotating plate (146) provided within a cover (143), and the positions of the wiring board (144) and the cover (143) are relatively fixed, for example, the wiring board (144) is fixedly connected to the cover (143) or the grip portion (111), and the wiring board (144) is electrically connected to the circuit board (15), for example, can be implemented so that the wiring board (144) is electrically connected to the circuit board (15) through lead bonding. The torsion spring (145) forms a spiral and may have a first free end (1451) and a second free end (1453). The first free end (1451) of the torsion spring (145) is connected to the rotating plate (146), and the positions of the second free end (1453) and the wiring board (144) are relatively fixed and, for example, are fixedly connected to the cover (143) or the wiring board (144). The rotating plate (146) is rotatably connected to the cover (143), and, for example, a rotation axis is provided in either the rotating plate (146) or the cover (143), and an axis hole is provided in the other so that the rotating plate (146) is rotatably connected to the cover (143). A cable (141) is wound around the outer circumference of a torsion spring (145), and a contact pin (not shown) is provided on either the wiring board (144) or the rotating plate (146), and a ring-shaped conductor (not shown) is provided on the other, and the contact pin is made in contact with the ring-shaped conductor, and the cable (141) is electrically connected to the contact pin or the ring-shaped conductor on the rotating plate (146) so that the cable (141) is electrically connected to the wiring board (144). For example, a contact pin is provided on the wiring board (144) and a ring-shaped conductor is provided on the rotating plate (146), and the cable (141) is electrically connected to the ring-shaped conductor; or a ring-shaped conductor is provided on the wiring board (144) and a contact pin is provided on the rotating plate (146), and the cable (141) is electrically connected to the contact pin so that the cable (141) is electrically connected to the wiring board (144).Of course, the cable (141) can also be directly implemented to be electrically connected to the wiring board (144) through a method such as lead bonding.

[0026] The cable (141) is hung on the rotating plate (146), and as the user pulls the cable (141), the rotating plate (146) is driven to rotate the cable (141) in one direction, for example, clockwise, so as to gradually extend out of the cover (143), and in this process, contact between the contact pin and the ring conductor is maintained so that the cable (141) can be electrically connected to the circuit board (15). In this process, the torsion spring (145) accumulates elastic potential energy, which tends to cause the rotating plate (146) to rotate counterclockwise. When the user no longer needs to power an external electronic device through the handheld fan (10), the torsion spring (145) releases the elastic potential energy to drive the cable (141) extended out of the cover (143) so that it can gradually be wound inside the cover (143).

[0027] Referring to FIG. 5, in some embodiments, the retractable cable module (14) includes a position limiting member (147) rotatably connected to the cover (143), and the rotating plate (146) has a stop position (1461) and an unlock position (1463). In the process of pulling the cable (141) from the cover (143), the cable (141) is rotated by driving the rotating plate (146) until the stop position (1461) corresponds to the position limiting member (147), and the position limiting member (147) limits the rotation of the rotating plate (146); when the cable (141) is continuously pulled from the cover (143) and the rotating plate (146) is driven to rotate, the position limiting member (147) rotates relative to the cover (143) and moves to the unlock position (1463), so that the cable (141) can be gradually wound into the cover (143). FIG. 5 shows a corresponding position limiting groove (146a) and a guide groove (146b) provided on a rotating plate (146), the groove wall of the position limiting groove (146a) can be used as a locking stop position (1461), and the part where the groove wall of the guide groove (146b) connects to the groove wall of the position limiting groove (146a) is an unlocking position (1463).

[0028] The side wall of the guide groove (146b) can guide the movement of the end of the position limiting member (147) and limit its position, so that during the process of pulling the cable (141), the end of the position limiting member (147) moves directly along the guide groove (146b), and when the user no longer pulls the cable (141) to extend it out, the torsion spring (145) drives the rotating plate (146) to rotate it in the opposite direction (e.g., clockwise), and the end of the position limiting member (147) is guided by the side wall of the guide groove (146b) and enters the position limiting groove (146a), thereby enabling the cable (141) to be stopped by being caught; If the user continues to pull the cable (141) outward, the rotating plate (146) continues to rotate in its original direction (e.g., counterclockwise), the end of the position limiting member (147) exits the position limiting groove (146a) and enters the guide groove (146b), and the cable (141) can continue to extend outward again. It will be understood that the above function can be achieved by designing the depth and width of the guide groove (146b) and the position limiting groove (146a), and this is not described in further detail in the present application.

[0029] When the user pulls the cable (141) to extend it out of the cover (143) and drives the rotating plate (146) to rotate it, the end catch point of the position limiting member (147) moves along the guide groove (146b) to the catch stop position (1461). At this time, if the user no longer pulls the cable (141), under the action of the torsion spring (145), the end catch point of the position limiting member (147) comes into contact with the groove wall of the position limiting groove (146a), and the rotating plate (146) does not continue to rotate, thereby enabling the catch stop effect of the cable (141); When the user continuously pulls the cable (141) from the cover (143) and drives the turntable (146) to rotate, the position limiting member (147) rotates relative to the cover (143) and retracts into the guide groove (146b), and transitions into the guide groove (146b) and continues to move along the guide groove (146b) to reach the unlock position (1463), and the turntable (146) continues to rotate so that the cable (141) can be continuously extended out of the cover (143) or the cable (141) can be gradually wound inside the cover (143). The engagement between the position limiting member (147) and the turntable (146) enables the cable (141) to stop getting stuck and automatically wind, thereby improving ease of use. Also, the rotating plate (146) may be provided with two or more locking stop positions (1461) and unlocking positions (1463), wherein the locking stop position (1461) must correspond one-to-one with the unlocking position (1463).

[0030] Of course, in other embodiments, a different structure may be used to replace the stop-and-stop action of the position limiting member (147) on the cable (141), for example, the handheld fan (10) may include a position limiting member (147) that is movably engaged with the grip portion (111) or the circuit board (15), and the position limiting member (147) has a first position and a second position, in the first position, the cable (141) may be pulled or returned from within the grip portion (111); in the second position, the position limiting member (147) may engage with the cable (141) and restrict the movement of the cable (141) relative to the grip portion (111).

[0031] For example, the position limiting member (147) is slidably engaged with the grip portion (111), and the sliding of the position limiting member (147) and the grip portion (111) has appropriate damping to prevent the position limiting member (147) from easily retracting. When the user needs to stop the cable (141) by catching it during the process of pulling the cable (141), by pushing the position limiting member (147) and sliding it to a position, i.e., a second position, where it is in close contact with the cable (141) relative to the grip portion (111), the stop of the cable (141) by catching it can be achieved at the grip portion (111); When the user needs to retrieve the cable (141) into the grip portion (111), the position limiting member (147) is pushed in the opposite direction to the first position, and after the contact action of the position limiting member (147) with respect to the cable (141) is removed, the cable (141) can be wound into the cover (143) under the action of the torsion spring (145) and the rotating plate (146).

[0032] For example, the position limiting member (147) is rotatably engaged with the grip portion (111), and the position limiting member (147) has an eccentric wheel structure to provide appropriate rotational damping, thereby preventing the position limiting member (147) from easily retracting. When the user needs to stop the cable (141) by locking it during the process of pulling the cable (141), the position limiting member (147) is rotated to a second position so that the eccentric wheel of the position limiting member (147) comes into close contact with the cable (141), thereby enabling the stop of the cable (141) by locking it in the grip portion (111); When the user needs to retrieve the cable (141) into the grip portion (111), the position limiting member (147) is rotated in the opposite direction to the first position, and after the contact action of the eccentric wheel of the position limiting member (147) with respect to the cable (141) is eliminated, the cable (141) can be wound into the cover (143) under the action of the torsion spring (145) and the rotating plate (146).

[0033] The structures of the two position limiting members (147) described above can both implement a stoppage of the cable (141), and by combining a torsion spring (145), an automatic winding effect can be implemented and ease of use can be improved. In another embodiment, the position limiting member (147) may also use a different structural form and only need to implement a stoppage effect for the cable (141).

[0034] It will be understood that the cover (143) of the retractable cable module (14) is not essential and can be omitted to simplify the structure of the handheld fan (10) and to improve the structural compactness of the handheld fan (10). For example, the retractable cable module (14) includes a torsion spring (145) and a rotating plate (146) rotatably connected to either the grip portion (111) or the circuit board (15), the first free end (1451) of the torsion spring (145) is connected to the rotating plate (146), the position of the second free end (1453) of the torsion spring (145) and the circuit board (15) is relatively fixed, and the cable (141) is provided wound around the outer circumference of the torsion spring (145) and is implemented to be directly electrically connected to the circuit board (15) or to be electrically connected to the circuit board (15) through contact pins and ring-shaped conductors. The cable (141) is hung on the rotating plate (146), and during the process of pulling the cable (141), the user drives the rotating plate (146) to rotate it in one direction, for example, clockwise, relative to the grip portion (111), so that it can gradually extend out of the grip portion (111). During this process, the torsion spring (145) accumulates elastic potential energy, which tends to cause the rotating plate (146) to rotate counterclockwise. When the user no longer needs to supply power to an external electronic device through the handheld fan (10), the torsion spring (145) releases the elastic potential energy to drive the cable (141) extended out of the grip portion (111) and gradually wind it back into the grip portion (111).

[0035] In this embodiment, the retractable cable module (14) may include a position limiting member (147) rotatably connected to either the grip portion (111) or the circuit board (15), and the rotating plate (146) has a locking stop position (1461) and an unlock position (1463), and in the process of pulling the cable (141) from the grip portion (111), the cable (141) drives the rotating plate (146) to rotate until the locking stop position (1461) corresponds to the position limiting member (147), and the position limiting member (147) limits the rotation of the rotating plate (146); When the cable (141) is continuously pulled from the grip portion (111) and the rotating plate (146) is driven to rotate, the position limiting member (147) moves to an unlocked position (1463) relative to the rotating plate (146) so that the cable (141) is gradually wound into the grip portion (111). The principle of stopping the position limiting member (147) on the cable (141), the structure, and the principle of unlocking the position limiting member (147) can be described by referring to the above-mentioned content and are not described in further detail here. The stop of stopping the cable (141) can be achieved through the engagement of the position limiting member (147) and the rotating plate (146), and an automatic winding effect can be achieved by combining a torsion spring (145), thereby improving ease of use.

[0036] Of course, in this embodiment, the handheld fan (10) also includes a position limiting member that is movably engaged with either the grip portion (111) or the circuit board (15), and the position limiting member has a first position and a second position. In the first position, the cable (141) can be pulled or returned from within the grip portion (111); in the second position, the position limiting member can engage with the cable (141) to restrict the movement of the cable (141) relative to the grip portion (111). The principle of stopping the position limiting member on the cable (141), the structure, and the principle of unlocking the position limiting member can likewise refer to the above-mentioned content and are not described in further detail here. The structure of the position limiting member (147) can implement the stopping of the cable (141), and by combining a torsion spring (145), it can implement an automatic winding effect and improve ease of use. In another embodiment, the position limiting member may also use other structural forms and implement a stop-and-stop effect for the cable (141).

[0037] 2nd embodiment

[0038] Referring to FIGS. 6, 7, and 8, a second embodiment of the present invention discloses a handheld fan (20) comprising a housing (21), a fan module (22), a power module (23), and an extendable cable module (24), wherein the fan module (22), the power module (23), and the extendable cable module (24) are each provided in the housing (21) and provide support and positional constraint to these elements through the housing (21). The power module (23) is used to supply power to the fan module (22). The extendable cable module (24) comprises a cable (241) that can be extended relative to the housing (21) to be received within the housing (21) or extended outside the housing (21), and the cable (241) is used to dock to an external electronic device and supply power to the external electronic device through the power module (23).

[0039] Referring to FIG. 6, the housing (21) includes a grip portion (211) and an air exhaust portion (213) connected to one end of the grip portion (211), and the air exhaust portion (213) may protrude from the grip portion (211), or the air exhaust portion (213) and the grip portion (211) may be arranged side by side along the length of the handheld fan (10). The air exhaust portion (213) has an air outlet (213a), and the fan module (22) may dissipate heat from the user by allowing airflow to flow out from the air outlet (213a) during operation. The position of the air inlet of the housing (21) may vary in various ways; for example, the air inlet may be located in the air exhaust portion (213) or in the grip portion (211), but the present application is not limited thereto. A power module (23) is provided within the grip portion (211) or the air exhaust portion (213). The fan module (22) may be provided within the air exhaust section (213) or within the grip section (211), and the retractable cable module (24) may likewise be provided within the grip section (211) or within the air exhaust section (213). The second embodiment of the present application describes an example in which the power module (23) is provided in the grip section (211), and the fan module (22) and the retractable cable module (24) are each provided in the air exhaust section (213), but this should not be considered a limitation on the method.

[0040] The difference from the first embodiment is that in the second embodiment of the present application, the grip portion (211) of the handheld fan (20) is rotatably connected to the air discharge portion (213). That is, the air discharge portion (213) rotates relative to the grip portion (211) to change the angle of contact between the two, i.e., to adjust the air discharge angle, so that the user can use it conveniently. In particular, in some embodiments, the air discharge portion (213) is rotatably connected to the grip portion (211), so that when not in use, the air discharge portion (213) can be folded and combined with the grip portion (211) to reduce the overall size of the handheld fan (20) and further improve portability.

[0041] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the handheld fan (20) includes a circuit board (25), the circuit board (25) is provided in either an air exhaust section (213) or a grip section (211), and a power module (23), a fan module (22), and a cable (241) are each electrically connected to the circuit board (25). The present application describes an example in which the circuit board (25) is provided in the air exhaust section (213); in other embodiments, the circuit board (25) may be provided within the grip section (211). Further details are not provided herein.

[0042] In the second embodiment of the present application, the cable (241) of the retractable cable module (24) is wound and received within the air discharge section (213) to achieve a concealed effect of the cable (241), thereby allowing the handheld fan (20) to maintain a relatively simple appearance and preventing the cable (241) from causing inconvenience to the user during normal use. When the user needs to supply power to an external electronic device such as a mobile phone, the cable (241) of the retractable cable module (24) is pulled out from within the air discharge section (213) and docked to the external electronic device, thereby supplying power to the external electronic device through the power module (23) of the handheld fan (20), and, for example, charging the mobile phone.

[0043] Referring to FIG. 9, in some embodiments, the cable (241) also includes a cable body (2411), a docking part (2413), and a digital display part (2415). The digital display part (2415) is connected between the free end of the cable body (2411) and the docking part (2413), and the docking part (2413) can be used to dock to an external electronic device. The docking part (2413) may be a Type-C interface, a Micro-USB interface, a Lightning interface, etc., but is not limited thereto in this application. The digital display part (2415) may include a display panel, such as a liquid crystal panel or an OLED panel, for displaying information such as current and voltage during the operation of the cable (241), thereby improving ease of use. Of course, the digital display part (2415) is not essential and may be omitted.

[0044] It can be understood that the power module (23) of the handheld fan (20) generally includes a battery that can be repeatedly charged and discharged, such as a lithium battery, and as battery technology advances, the battery capacity is on a trend of continuous increase, and the battery life performance of the handheld fan (20) is also steadily improved as a result, and by utilizing the combination of the large-capacity battery of the handheld fan (20) and the flexible cable module (24), power can be supplied to an external electronic device using the power module (23) of the handheld fan (20), and, for example, a mobile phone can be charged, thereby improving convenience of use.

[0045] The handheld fan (20) comprises a housing (21), a fan module (22), a power module (23), and an extendable cable module (24). The fan module (22) is provided in the air exhaust portion (213) of the housing (21), and the power module (23) is provided in the grip portion (211) of the housing (21) and is used to supply power to the fan module (22). The extendable cable module (24) is provided in the air exhaust portion (213) and includes a cable (241) that can be extended relative to the air exhaust portion (213) to be received within the air exhaust portion (213) or extended outside the air exhaust portion (213). The cable (241) is docked to an external electronic device and is used to supply power to the external electronic device through the power module (23). When a user carries the handheld fan (20) and needs to charge it, the cable (241) of the retractable cable module (24) is pulled out of the handheld fan (20) and docked to an external electronic device such as a mobile phone, thereby supplying power to the external electronic device through the power module (23) of the handheld fan (20) and implementing a charging function, for example, so that there is no need to carry a separate auxiliary battery and charging cable, thereby improving user convenience. Even if the external electronic device does not have a rechargeable battery, the user can supply power to the external electronic device using the power module (23) of the handheld fan (20). When the user no longer needs to supply power to an external electronic device through the handheld fan (20), the cable (241) of the retractable cable module (24) can basically be accommodated within the air exhaust section (213), and the user can fold the air exhaust section (213) and combine it with the grip section (211) to reduce the overall size of the handheld fan (20), maintain a concise appearance, make it convenient for the user to carry, and improve ease of use.

[0046] Specifically, referring to FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8, in some embodiments, the air discharge portion (213) includes a fan cover (2131) and a mounting portion (2133) connected to the fan cover (2131), the fan cover (2131) is formed in a generally cylindrical shape and has an air discharge port (213a), the mounting portion (2133) is formed in a generally empty rectangular box shape and is rotatably connected to the grip portion (211), and a circuit board (25) and an extendable cable module (24) may be provided within the mounting portion (2133). In other embodiments, the circuit board (25) and the extendable cable module (24) may be provided within the grip portion (211) to reduce the size of the mounting portion (2133), and such embodiments may refer to the first embodiment and are not described further in detail here.

[0047] Similar to the first embodiment, the retractable cable module (24) includes a cover (243) provided within a mounting portion (2133), the position of the cover (243) and the circuit board (25) is relatively fixed, and the cable (241) is retractably provided in the cover (243). The cover (243) may be fixedly connected to the circuit board (25) or fixedly connected to the mounting portion (2133), so that the position of the cover (243) and the circuit board (25) is implemented to be relatively fixed. The retractable cable module (24) including the cover (243) is manufactured as an independent module and assembled within a handheld fan (20), thereby improving assembly efficiency and ensuring operational reliability of the retractable cable module (24).

[0048] Specifically, the expandable cable module (24) includes a wiring board (244), a torsion spring (245), and a rotating plate (246) provided within a cover (243), the positions of the wiring board (244) and the cover (243) are relatively fixed, and the wiring board (244) is electrically connected to a circuit board (25), and can be implemented so that the wiring board (244) is electrically connected to the circuit board (25), for example, through lead bonding. A first free end (2451) of the torsion spring (245) is connected to the rotating plate (246), a second free end (2453) of the torsion spring (245) is connected to the cover (243), the rotating plate (246) is rotatably connected to the cover (243), and a cable (241) is wound around the outer circumference of the torsion spring (245). A contact pin (not shown) is provided on either the wiring board (244) or the rotating plate (246), and a ring-shaped conductor (not shown) is provided on the other, the contact pin is in contact with the ring-shaped conductor, and the cable (241) is electrically connected to the contact pin or the ring-shaped conductor on the rotating plate (246). The cable (241) is used to pull the rotating plate (246) so that it gradually extends out of the cover (243) by rotating it relative to the cover (243), and the rotating plate (246) is used to drive the cable (241) extended out of the cover (243) so that it gradually winds into the cover (243). The structure and principle of the retractable cable module (24) and its engagement with the mounting portion (2133) of the housing (21) may be described with reference to the first embodiment and are not described in further detail here. Of course, the cable (241) can also be directly implemented to be electrically connected to the wiring board (244) through a method such as lead bonding.

[0049] Of course, in conjunction with FIG. 10, the retractable cable module (24) also includes a position limiting member (247) rotatably connected to the cover (243), and the rotating plate (246) has a stop position (2461) and an unlock position (2463). In the process of pulling the cable (241) from the cover (243), the cable (241) is rotated by driving the rotating plate (246) until the stop position (2461) corresponds to the position limiting member (247), and the position limiting member (247) can limit the rotation of the rotating plate (246); when the cable (241) is continuously pulled from the cover (243) and the rotating plate (246) is driven to rotate, the position limiting member (247) rotates relative to the cover (243) and moves to the unlock position (2463), so that the cable (241) can be gradually wound into the cover (243). The structure and principle for implementing the locking stop and unlocking of the cable (241) through the engagement of the position limiting member (247) and the rotating plate (246) may refer to the first embodiment, for example, a corresponding position limiting groove (246a) and a guide groove (246b) are provided on the rotating plate (246), the groove wall of the position limiting groove (246a) can be used as a locking stop position (2461), and the part where the groove wall of the guide groove (246b) connects to the groove wall of the position limiting groove (246a) is an unlock position (2463), and is not described in further detail here.

[0050] Of course, in other embodiments, a different structure may be used to replace the stop-and-stop action of the position limiting member (247) on the cable (241), for example, the handheld fan (20) may include a position limiting member (247) that is movably engaged with the mounting portion (2133) or the circuit board (25), and the position limiting member (247) has a first position and a second position, in the first position, the cable (241) may be pulled or returned from within the mounting portion (2133); in the second position, the position limiting member (247) may engage with the cable (241) and restrict the movement of the cable (241) relative to the mounting portion (2133).

[0051] For example, the position limiting member (247) is slidably engaged with the mounting portion (2133), and the sliding of the position limiting member (247) and the mounting portion (2133) has appropriate damping to prevent the position limiting member (247) from easily retracting. When the user needs to stop the cable (241) by locking it during the process of pulling the cable (241), by pushing the position limiting member (247) and sliding it to a position that is in close contact with the cable (241) relative to the mounting portion (2133), i.e., a second position, the stop of the cable (241) by locking it can be achieved at the mounting portion (2133); When the user needs to retrieve the cable (241) into the mounting portion (2133), the position limiting member (247) is pushed in the opposite direction to the first position, and after the contact action of the position limiting member (247) with respect to the cable (241) is removed, the cable (241) can be wound into the mounting portion (2133) under the action of the torsion spring (245) and the rotating plate (246).

[0052] For example, the position limiting member (247) is rotatably engaged with the mounting portion (2133), and the position limiting member (247) has an eccentric wheel structure to provide appropriate rotational damping, thereby preventing the position limiting member (247) from easily retracting. When the user needs to stop the cable (241) by locking it during the process of pulling the cable (241), the position limiting member (247) is rotated to a second position so that the eccentric wheel of the position limiting member (247) comes into close contact with the cable (241), thereby enabling the stop of the cable (241) by locking it at the mounting portion (2133); When the user needs to retrieve the cable (241) into the mounting portion (2133), the position limiting member (247) is rotated in the opposite direction to the first position so that the contact action of the eccentric wheel of the position limiting member (247) with respect to the cable (241) is eliminated, and the cable (241) can be wound into the mounting portion (2133) under the action of the torsion spring (245) and the rotating plate (246).

[0053] The structures of the two position limiting members (247) described above can both implement the stopping and automatic winding effects of the cable (241) and improve ease of use. In other embodiments, the position limiting member (247) may also use other structural forms and only need to implement the stopping and stopping effect for the cable (241).

[0054] Similar to the first embodiment, the cover (243) in the retractable cable module (24) may be omitted to improve the structural compactness of the handheld fan (20). For example, the retractable cable module (24) may include a torsion spring (245) and a rotating plate (246) rotatably connected to either the mounting part (2133) or the circuit board (25) to enable retractable movement of the cable (241) relative to the mounting part (2133). Specifically, the first free end (2451) of the torsion spring (245) is connected to the rotating plate (246), and the position of the second free end (2453) of the torsion spring (245) and the circuit board (25) is fixed relatively, and the cable (241) is wound around the outer circumference of the torsion spring (245), and the cable (241) is used to rotate the rotating plate (246) relative to the circuit board (25) to gradually pull it out of the mounting portion (2133), and the rotating plate (246) can be used to drive the cable (241) extended out of the mounting portion (2133) to gradually wind it into the mounting portion (2133). In the case where the cover (243) is omitted, the structural interlocking and operating principle of the torsion spring (245), the rotating plate (246), the mounting part (2133), and the circuit board (25) may be described by referring to the first embodiment and is not described in further detail here.

[0055] In this embodiment, the flexible cable module (24) also includes a position limiting member (247) rotatably connected to either the mounting portion (2133) or the circuit board (25), and the rotating plate (246) has a locking stop position (2461) and an unlock position (2463), and in the process of pulling the cable (241) from the mounting portion (2133), the cable (241) drives the rotating plate (246) to rotate until the locking stop position (2461) corresponds to the position limiting member (247), and the position limiting member (247) can limit the rotation of the rotating plate (246); When the cable (241) is continuously pulled from the mounting portion (2133) and the rotating plate (246) is driven to rotate, the position limiting member (247) moves to an unlocked position (2463) relative to the rotating plate (246) so that the cable (241) is gradually wound into the mounting portion (2133). The structure and principle of the position limiting member (247) engaging with the rotating plate (246) to implement the cable (241) stoppage and unlocking may be referenced from the first embodiment and are not described in further detail here.

[0056] Of course, in this embodiment, the handheld fan (20) also includes a position limiting member that is movably engaged with the mounting portion (2133) or the circuit board (25), and the position limiting member has a first position and a second position, and in the first position, the cable (241) can be pulled or returned from within the mounting portion (2133); and in the second position, the position limiting member can engage with the cable (241) to restrict the movement of the cable (241) relative to the mounting portion (2133). The position limiting member and the mounting portion (2133) may use a structure that is slidably engaged or a structure that is rotatable engaged, and specifically, the description of the first embodiment may be referenced and is not described further in detail here. Of course, the structure used to implement the locking stop and unlocking of the cable (241) in the mounting part (2133) may also have other forms and implement the locking stop for the cable (241) pulling, and when the user no longer needs the locking stop of the cable (241), the cable (241) can be conveniently retrieved into the mounting part (2133), and is not described in further detail here.

[0057] Referring to FIG. 11, in some embodiments, at least one of the air discharge portion (213) and the grip portion (211) is provided with a locking coupling structure (not shown), and the locking coupling structure is used to form an annular structure for hanging on a human body by locking with one end of the cable (241) extending out of the housing (21), i.e., the free end of the cable (241). For example, the air discharge portion (213) may be provided with a locking groove (not shown) and a locking plate (not shown) that is slidably engaged with the air discharge portion (213), and the user pulls the cable (241) received in the housing (21), extends the free end of the cable (241) into the locking groove, and then pushes the locking plate to cover the locking groove, thereby locking the cable (241) to the air discharge portion (213), and the cable (241) can thereby form an annular structure for hanging on a human body. The user can hang the handheld fan (20) around their neck through the annular structure or pass their hand through the annular structure. After rotating the air outlet (213) to a certain angle, for example 85 degrees, relative to the grip portion (211), the user can hang the handheld fan (20) around their neck through the annular structure, and since the air outlet (213) can still blow air toward the face area, the user can use their hand freely to do other things, thereby improving the usability of the handheld fan (20) and expanding the usage scenarios of the handheld fan (20). After the user returns the hanging plate, the free end of the cable (241) is unlocked from the housing (21) again and can be wound normally inside the housing (21). The hook-and-lock structure may also have other forms, for example, an openable buckle may be provided in the air discharge portion (213) or the grip portion (211), and after the buckle is opened, the free end of the cable (241) can be inserted, and even after the buckle is hooked, the free end of the cable (241) can be hooked onto the housing (21) to form an annular structure for hooking onto the human body.

[0058] Of course, in the first embodiment of the present application, a hooking coupling structure may be provided in the housing (21) to secure the free end of the cable (241) to the housing (21), thereby forming an annular structure for hanging on the human body, which may make it convenient to carry the handheld fan (20), and this is not described in further detail here.

[0059] Additionally, referring to FIG. 12, in some embodiments, at least one of the air discharge portion (213) and the grip portion (211) has an axial hole (21a), and the axis of the air discharge portion (213) which rotates relative to the grip portion (211) passes through the axial hole (21a), and the cable (241) is used to form an annular structure for hanging on a human body by extending outward from one end of the axial hole (21a) and extending into the opposite other end of the axial hole (21a) and being caught. By utilizing the structure in which the air discharge portion (213) rotates relative to the grip portion (211), the cable (241) can be arranged to extend outward from one end of the axial hole (21a) and extend into the opposite other end of the axial hole (21a) and be caught, thereby forming a reliable annular structure. The catch of the cable (241) in the axial hole (21a) is not limited to a button, an eccentric wheel, or a slider, and is not described in further detail here. In this embodiment, the cable (241) is installed through the shaft hole (21a), and when the cable (241) is hung around the neck of the human body through the annular structure of the cable (241), the grip portion (211) can basically be in close contact with the human body in a vertical direction, and the force received is relatively stable, so the grip portion (211) is tilted with respect to the direction of gravity and the corners do not frequently collide with the human body, thereby improving the comfort of use.

[0060] Of course, referring to FIG. 13, in an embodiment in which at least one of the air discharge part (213) and the grip part (211) has an axial hole (21a), the housing (21) may not be provided with a hooking coupling structure, and the handheld fan (20) may include a hanging strap (27) installed through the axial hole (21a), and the hanging strap (27) has an annular structure for hanging on the human body. The hanging strap (27) can likewise improve the ease of use of the handheld fan (20), expand the usage scenarios of the handheld fan (20), simplify the structure of the handheld fan (20) by avoiding a complex hooking coupling structure, and reduce the manufacturing cost of the handheld fan (20).

[0061] Each technical feature of the embodiment according to the description above may be combined arbitrarily, and for the sake of brevity, not all possible combinations of each technical feature of the embodiment are described; however, all such combinations of technical features should be deemed to be within the scope described herein, provided there is no contradiction.

[0062] The embodiments described above merely represent a few embodiments of the present invention, and even if the description is specific and detailed, it should not be understood as limiting the scope of the patent of the invention. Those skilled in the art may also make various modifications and improvements without departing from the concept of the present invention, and it should be specified that all such modifications fall within the scope of protection of the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the patent of the present invention should be based on the appended claims.
