Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a left-right installed hydraulic automatic hinge, and more specifically, to a left-right installed hydraulic automatic hinge that is installed on an interior door of a building such as a building, apartment, or house, and uses hydraulic pressure to allow the door to close slowly using hydraulics when the door is automatically closed by the elastic force of a spring after it is opened, while allowing the door to open in only one direction regardless of whether it is installed on the left or right side of the door frame. Background Technology
[0003] In homes equipped with standard hinges, people often leave doors open. However, if a door is slammed shut by a strong wind, it creates a loud noise that startles the people inside.
[0005] This is due to the hinge installed on the door being configured to allow rotation on both sides of the central axis. In other words, the speed at which the door closes varies depending on the magnitude of the force applied when closing the door. This is because strong winds entering the interior through the open exterior door continuously apply pressure to the door, accelerating the closing speed. Furthermore, when the door closes, the kinetic energy generated from the acceleration is converted into impact energy as the door comes to a stop the moment it hits the door frame, causing a loud noise.
[0007] In addition, there are always risk factors, such as people passing by a door that closes rapidly due to strong winds being struck by the closing door and suffering bruises, or children's hands being caught between the door and the door frame and suffering fractures, and there is a problem that pregnant women or the elderly are startled by the noise generated.
[0009] Accordingly, hydraulic automatic door closes have been developed; however, hydraulic automatic door closes have problems such as a complex configuration and an unsightly appearance because the installed unit protrudes from the outside of the door, and increased economic burden due to the complex installation process caused by the need to install both the hydraulic automatic door close and hinges in a double manner.
[0011] To resolve these problems, a hydraulically operated damping hinge was developed. The hydraulically operated damping hinge provides cushioning when the door closes, allowing the door to close slowly over a certain distance before suddenly accelerating to lock into the locking mechanism. At the same time, it allows for the free adjustment of the fluid flow rate and spring strength. It is installed by connecting it to the door frame and the door, causing the door to close due to the elastic force of the coil spring when opened. During this process, the rotation axis rotates along with it, driving a bevel gear installed inside the cylinder to lower the piston. Consequently, the oil inside the cylinder moves to the upper part of the piston, causing the door to close slowly by hydraulic pressure.
[0013] However, hydraulic damping hinges utilize a structure based on hydraulics and springs; since the hydraulic system is very complex, it requires precise work during manufacturing, which leads to problems such as reduced productivity and high production costs.
[0015] Meanwhile, Public Patent No. 10-2000-0012857 describes a mechanism in which right-turn spiral protruding cams are formed on both sides of a rotating shaft installed on a hinge body and inserted into right-turn spiral guide grooves formed in a reciprocating operating tube; left-turn spiral guide grooves are formed on both outer sides of the reciprocating operating tube and guide protruding pieces formed at a leftward inclination on both lower sides of a fixed tube are inserted therein. Consequently, when the reciprocating operating tube descends or ascends according to the rotation of the rotating shaft, a piston formed at the lower end of the reciprocating operating tube or installed separately reciprocates up and down within a cylinder, moving oil to the upper or lower part of the piston; simultaneously, a cushioning effect occurs due to the hydraulic pressure acting during the oil movement, causing the door to close slowly; the load caused by the hydraulic pressure acting on the rotating shaft is applied uniformly to the rotating shaft, preventing damage to the spiral guide grooves, spiral cams, and inner protruding pieces during the process of the rotating shaft rotating left and right; and if a fire occurs and the temperature rises above a certain level, the door closes automatically to prevent the spread of flames. We propose and disclose a hydraulic automatic buffer hinge that can minimize property damage and human casualties by reducing them to the maximum extent, and

Specific details for implementing the invention
[0046] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0047] The terms used in this invention are defined in consideration of their functions within the invention; however, since these may vary depending on the intentions or practices of the user or operator, the definitions of these terms should be interpreted in a sense and concept consistent with the technical details of this invention.
[0048] FIGS. 1 to 4 of the attached drawings are drawings for explaining a left-right installed hydraulic automatic hinge according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 5 and 6 are drawings for explaining a case where a left-right installed hydraulic automatic hinge according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on the right side of a door frame, and FIGS. 7 and 8 are drawings for explaining a case where a left-right installed hydraulic automatic hinge according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on the left side of a door frame.
[0050] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the left and right installed hydraulic automatic hinge according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a door hinge part (10), a fixed hinge part (20), a cylinder (30), a lifting member (40), an inner body (50), a lifting body (60), and a rotating body (70), and is installed on a door frame separating the interior and the exterior so as to be opened to only one side, either the interior or the exterior side, preferably installed so as to be opened only to the exterior side.
[0052] The door hinge portion (10) is installed on a hinged door provided in a building and rotates as a single unit, and consists of a square-shaped door fixing plate (11) installed on the hinged door, and an upper rotating tube (12) and a lower rotating tube (13) formed in a cylindrical shape and provided on both the upper and lower sides of the door fixing plate (11).
[0053] At this time, it is preferable that the door fixing plate (11) be provided with a plurality of installation holes for installing screws, etc.
[0055] The fixed hinge portion (20) is installed on either the left or right side of the door frame and consists of a door frame fixing plate (21) fixed to the door frame and a fixing tube (22) formed in a cylindrical shape, connected to the door frame fixing plate (21), and positioned between the upper rotating tube (12) and the lower rotating tube (13).
[0056] At this time, it is natural that the door frame fixing plate (21) is also provided with multiple installation holes for installing screws, etc.
[0058] The cylinder (30) is located at the bottom of the lower rotating cylinder (13) that forms the rotating body (10), and a lower oil storage part (31) is formed on the inside in which oil is stored.
[0059] And, a female screw portion (32) is formed inside the upper side of the cylinder (30) so that a fixing body (44) described later can be fastened.
[0061] The lifting member (40) is raised and lowered according to the rotation of the door and is formed by including a piston (42) that is provided in the lower oil storage part (31) of the cylinder (30) and moves up and down, a lifting shaft (41), and a spring (45).
[0062] Specifically, the lifting member (40) comprises a cylindrical piston (42) provided within the lower oil storage section (31) of the cylinder (30), a lifting shaft (41) installed vertically on the upper end of the piston (42) and having a male screw section (43) to which the lifting body (60) is connected at the upper end, a fixed body (44) which is fastened to the upper female screw section (32) of the cylinder (30), divides the upper oil storage section (51) and the lower oil storage section (31), and into which the lifting shaft (41) is inserted so as to be liftable, and a spring (45) provided between the lifting body (60) and the fixed body (44) which extends when the hinged door is opened and returns to an initial position when no external force is applied to the hinged door.
[0064] At this time, the spring (45) is configured such that its upper end is connected to the lower end of the lifting body (60) and its lower end is connected to the fixed body (44), so that it extends when the lifting body (60) rises as the hinged door opens.
[0066] In addition, the lifting shaft (41) is provided with an enlarged portion (41') of a predetermined length at the lower side, which has a relatively expanded diameter to increase the connection area with the piston (42), thereby having a stepped shape.
[0067] And the fixed body (44) has a male screw portion (44') formed on the outside so as to be fastened to a female screw portion (32) formed at the top of the cylinder (30), and is provided with a plurality of flow passages (44") so as to allow the upper oil storage portion (51) and the lower oil storage portion (42) to communicate with each other.
[0068] Therefore, since the lifting shaft (41) is firmly connected to the piston (42) and the oil moves only through the passage (44), the speed at which the door closes is slowed down.
[0070] The inner body (50) is fixed by being pressed into the interior of the fixed body (22), and an upper oil storage section (51) in which oil is stored is formed on the inside.
[0071] And a spline part (53) is provided that is formed protruding at a position spaced apart from the top of the inner body (50) and has a plurality of spline grooves (53') formed on the inside.
[0073] The lifting body (60) is connected to the lifting shaft (41) and is raised and lowered, and is provided on the upper part of the inner body (50).
[0074] And on the upper side of the lifting body (60), a pin insertion hole (61) is horizontally formed so that a coupling pin (73) inserted into the cam groove (72) of the rotating body (70) can be inserted, and on the lower side of the lifting body (60), a spline coupling part (62) is provided and coupled to the spline part (53) of the inner body (50).
[0075] Therefore, the lifting body (60) moves only up and down without rotating.
[0077] The rotating body (70) is formed in a cylindrical shape having a center hole (71) into which the lifting body (60) is inserted, and rotates integrally with the rotating body (10).
[0078] And a cam groove (72) is formed to convert the rotational movement of the pivot body (10) into the up-and-down movement of the lifting body (60).
[0079] At this time, it is preferable that the cam groove (73) be formed in a size such that a roller ring (74), which is rotatably coupled to both ends of the coupling pin (73), can be inserted and rotated.
[0081] Accordingly, the installation of a left-right installed hydraulic automatic hinge according to the present invention, which is configured as described above, on a door frame and the opening and closing of a building's hinged door using the left-right installed hydraulic automatic hinge are explained as follows.
[0082] When installing a hinged door on a door frame, the opening direction and installation location are determined by considering the surrounding conditions of the door frame.
[0083] And, the fixed hinge part (20) is installed eccentrically on the outdoor or indoor side of the door frame so that the hinged door opens only to the outdoor side or only to the indoor side.
[0085] When the hinged door is opened to the outside and there is an obstacle on the outer left side of the door frame, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a fixed hinge part (20) is installed on the front left side of the door frame so that the door hinge part (10) rotates to the right.
[0086] However, if there is an obstacle on the outer right side of the door frame, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a fixed hinge part (20) is installed on the front right side of the door frame so that the door hinge part (10) can rotate to the left.
[0087] Conversely, if the hinged door cannot be opened to the outside, the installation location is determined based on the internal conditions of the door frame.
[0089] Meanwhile, when the hinged door is opened, the door hinge part (10) rotates due to the door fixing plate (11) installed on the hinged door, and the rotating body (70) coupled to the upper rotating tube (12) of the door hinge part (10) rotates at the same time.
[0090] And, the connecting pin (73), with both ends inserted into the V-shaped cam groove (72) of the rotating body (70), does not rotate together with the rotating body (70) when it rotates, but moves upward along the cam groove (72).
[0092] Accordingly, the lifting body (60) with the connecting pin (73) installed moves upward, and the lifting shaft (41) and piston (42) of the lifting member (40) connected to the lifting body (60) rise.
[0093] And a spring (45) with one end connected to the lifting body (60) extends as the lifting body (60) rises, and the upper end of the lifting body (60) protrudes upward toward the rotating body (70).
[0095] Additionally, as the piston (42) and the lifting shaft (41) of the lifting member (40) rise, the pressure in the upper oil storage section (51) of the inner body (50) increases and the pressure in the lower oil storage section (31) decreases, so the oil in the upper oil storage section (51) moves to the lower oil storage section (31) of the cylinder (30) through the flow path (44) of the fixed body (44).
[0096] Therefore, the amount of oil flowing through the Euro port (44) acts as a factor determining the opening speed of the swing door.
[0098] Afterwards, when the hinged door is released and no external force is applied, the extended spring (45) returns to its initial shape and contracts, and accordingly, the lifting body (60) descends.
[0099] When the lifting body (60) descends, the connecting pin (73) descends along the inclined surface of the V-shaped cam groove (72) to the lower part, so the rotating body (70) to which the connecting pin (73) is connected is rotated by the cam structure.
[0100] Accordingly, the door hinge part (10) combined with the rotating body (70) and the hinged door rotate as a single unit, causing the hinged door to close.
[0102] And as the lifting shaft (41) and piston (42) connected to the lifting body (60) are lowered, the pressure in the upper oil storage unit (51) decreases and the pressure in the lower oil storage unit (31) increases, so the oil in the lower oil storage unit (31) moves to the upper oil storage unit (51) through the flow path (44) of the fixed body (44).
[0103] Therefore, the amount of oil flowing through the Euro (44) acts as a factor in determining the speed at which the door closes.
[0105] At this time, since the lower part of the lifting shaft (41) is formed as an expanded part (41), initially a relatively large amount of oil flows, causing the hinged door to close quickly, and later less oil flows, causing the hinged door to close slowly.
[0107] The embodiments described above are merely illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not strictly limited to such embodiments. Various modifications and variations may be made by those skilled in the art within the technical spirit and scope of the claims of the present invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the technical scope of the present invention.
