[0001] The present invention relates to an explosion-proof photovoltaic module structure incorporating high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells, and more specifically, to an explosion-proof photovoltaic module structure incorporating high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells, electrically connecting adjacent photovoltaic module structures through a junction box with an explosion-proof structure, and molding heat-resistant silicon material into the internal space of the diode section and the joint between the frame and the photovoltaic module section, respectively, thereby improving cell efficiency while achieving high output even in extreme environments and enhancing durability. Background Technology
[0003] Currently, active efforts are underway to introduce renewable energy facilities and implement RE100 for gas and chemical plants and oil storage facilities. In particular, explosion-proof zones are established within these plants and facilities to address environments where various explosive materials or gases may exist, and renewable energy facilities with explosion-proof performance are essential in these zones.
[0004] Therefore, in order to introduce photovoltaic modules, which are one of the representative renewable energy facilities, into such explosion-proof zones, explosion-proof performance must be guaranteed for the said modules.
[0005] However, currently in South Korea, there are no companies manufacturing such explosion-proof solar power modules, and explosion-proof solar power modules developed overseas use cells with a maximum output of less than 250W, which presents a problem in that they are difficult to apply to large-scale plants.
[0007] Meanwhile, caution is required for photovoltaic modules installed under extreme environmental conditions, such as explosion-proof zones, as electrical defects or malfunctions may occur in the connectors linking the modules, which could lead to fire or explosion.

[0036] Hereinafter, a photovoltaic module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0038] FIG. 1 schematically illustrates a plan view and a bottom view of a photovoltaic module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 schematically illustrates a cross-sectional view of a photovoltaic module part (2000) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0040] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a photovoltaic module structure (1) comprises: a main frame portion (1000) forming an inner space of a square shape overall; a rear layer (2100); a first polyvinyl butyral layer (2200) disposed on the rear layer (2100); a plurality of photovoltaic cells (2300) disposed on the first polyvinyl butyral layer (2200) and connected in series with each other; a second polyvinyl butyral layer (2400) disposed on the plurality of photovoltaic cells (2300); and a reinforced glass layer (2500) disposed on the second polyvinyl butyral layer (2400); and a photovoltaic module portion (2000) disposed in the inner space of the main frame portion (1000) overall; and a first reinforced frame (3100) disposed in the central area of the rear side of the main frame portion (1000) and extending in the width direction. A reinforcing frame section (3000) comprising: a second reinforcing frame (3200) that is spaced apart from the first reinforcing frame (3100) by a predetermined distance in the rear central area of the main frame section (1000) and extends in the width direction; an explosion-proof diode section (4000) that is fixed to the rear side of the solar module section (2000), comprising a casing (4100) and a diode substrate (4400) disposed in the internal space (S) of the casing (4100); and a junction box section (5000) that is electrically connected to the explosion-proof diode section (4000), supported by the first reinforcing frame (3100) and the second reinforcing frame (3200), and connected by a cable to the junction box section (5000) of an adjacent solar module structure (1). It may include a heat-resistant silicone material (7000) that molds the area between the main frame part (1000) and the solar module part (2000) and the internal space (S) of the casing (4100) of the explosion-proof diode part (4000).
[0042] FIG. 1(a) shows a plan view (viewed from the front side) of a photovoltaic module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1(b) shows a bottom view (viewed from the rear side) of a photovoltaic module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0044] In one embodiment of the present invention, the main frame part (1000) corresponds to a configuration that accommodates and protects a solar module part (2000) in an inner space.
[0045] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 1(a), a photovoltaic module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may form an inner space of a rectangular main frame part (1000), and may have a structure in which a photovoltaic module part (2000) is disposed in the inner space. The photovoltaic module part (2000) may be fixed in the inner space of the main frame part (1000) by having its corner area coupled to the inner surface of the main frame part (1000). In one embodiment of the present invention, by this configuration, the photovoltaic module part (2000) may be protected from the external environment and may be fixed to the construction surface of the installation site.
[0046] In particular, in one embodiment of the present invention, a module coupling structure in which a heat-resistant silicone material (7000) is molded in the area where the main frame part (1000) and the solar module part (2000) are fixed can be implemented. Through this module coupling structure, the solar module structure (1) of the present invention can exhibit the effect of preventing the main frame part (1000) and the solar module part (2000) from separating even if the temperature of the external environment rises. A detailed description of this module coupling structure and the effect of said structure will be explained in the drawings described later.
[0048] The above-mentioned solar module (2000) corresponds to a configuration that receives sunlight and performs solar power generation.
[0049] FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the cross-section along the A-A' side of FIG. 1(a). In FIG. 2, the components of the solar module (2000) are shown stacked from the bottom side to the top side, whereas in FIG. 1, the components of the solar module (2000) may be stacked from the rear side to the front side.
[0050] In addition, although FIG. 2 is illustrated as having gaps between the components of the solar module (2000), in one embodiment of the present invention, the components may be in direct contact.
[0052] As described above, the photovoltaic module (2000) may include: a rear layer (2100); a first polyvinyl butyral layer (2200) disposed on the rear layer (2100); a plurality of photovoltaic cells (2300) disposed on the first polyvinyl butyral layer (2200) and connected in series with each other; a second polyvinyl butyral layer (2400) disposed on the plurality of photovoltaic cells (2300); and a tempered glass layer (2500) disposed on the second polyvinyl butyral layer (2400).
[0053] That is, the upper surface of the reinforced glass layer (2500) of the solar module part (2000) may be exposed on the front side of the solar module structure (1), and the lower surface of the rear layer (2100) of the solar module part (2000) may be exposed on the rear side of the solar module structure (1).
[0055] In one embodiment of the present invention, the back layer (2100) may include one or more of an aluminum back sheet and tempered glass. In particular, since the back layer according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an aluminum back sheet, it can exhibit the effect of improving durability and heat dissipation performance in a high temperature and high humidity environment.
[0056] In addition, the above-mentioned tempered glass layer (2500) may be low-iron tempered glass. In this case, low-iron tempered glass is tempered glass containing 6.1% by weight or less of iron, and has the characteristic of having high transparency. Due to this characteristic, the solar module part (2000) of the present invention can not impair the aesthetics of the environment in various sites.
[0057] In particular, while it is common to use transparent EVA as a bonding encapsulating material in conventional solar modules, there was a problem in that delamination occurred, which reduced overall durability. To improve this, in a solar module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, a first polyvinyl butyral layer (2200) and a second polyvinyl butyral layer (2400) were applied as bonding encapsulating materials for the solar module part (2000). Since delamination can be reduced in the first polyvinyl butyral layer (2200) and the second polyvinyl butyral layer (2400), the overall durability of the solar module part (2000) can be improved.
[0058] Meanwhile, M6 cells may be applied to each of the plurality of photovoltaic cells (2300). In this case, the M6 cell is a cell manufactured using a single-crystal silicon wafer having a diameter of 166 mm, and can achieve a higher output than the M2 (156.75 mm) cell or M3 (158.75 mm) cell generally used in conventional photovoltaic cells. According to one embodiment of the present invention, by applying M6 cells to each of the plurality of photovoltaic cells (2300), an output of 6.2 W can be achieved, and with this configuration, the photovoltaic module (2000) can achieve an overall output of 250 W to 300 W. This corresponds to a high output and power generation amount compared to conventional photovoltaic cells.
[0059] In addition, as shown in FIG. 1(a), the left and right spacing between the plurality of photovoltaic cells (2300) and the main frame (1000) is minimized so that the efficiency per total module area can be further improved.
[0061] That is, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the photovoltaic module (2000) has a structure in which a rear layer (2100), a first polyvinyl butyral layer (2200), a plurality of photovoltaic cells (2300), a second polyvinyl butyral layer (2400), and a reinforced glass layer (2500) are laminated, thereby enabling high output and improving durability, stability, and applicability.
[0063] The above reinforcing frame part (3000) is configured to distribute the load applied to the main frame part (1000) and to support some components of the photovoltaic module structure (1).
[0064] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 1(b), the rear side of the main frame portion (1000) may include a first reinforcing frame (3100) and a second reinforcing frame (3200) extending in the width direction (left-right direction in FIG. 1) from the central area. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first reinforcing frame (3100) and the second reinforcing frame (3200) may be steel rod members in the shape of a rectangular column.
[0065] Additionally, although not shown in the drawing, the reinforcing frame section (3000) may further include a third reinforcing frame that is positioned on the rear side of the main frame section (1000) and extends in the longitudinal direction (up and down direction in FIG. 1), and a fourth reinforcing frame that is spaced apart from the third reinforcing frame in the width direction and extends in the longitudinal direction. The third reinforcing frame and the fourth reinforcing frame may also be steel rod members in the shape of a rectangular column.
[0066] With this configuration, the reinforcing frame part (3000) can improve the durability of the main frame part (1000) by distributing the load applied to the main frame part (1000) as described above.
[0068] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 1(b), an explosion-proof diode section (4000) may be disposed on the rear side of the solar module structure (1). That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, the explosion-proof diode section (4000) may be disposed on the lower surface of the rear layer (2100) of the solar module section (2000).
[0069] At this time, the explosion-proof diode section (4000) may include the casing (4100) and a diode substrate (4400) disposed in the internal space (S) of the casing (4100). Preferably, the casing (4100) may be lightweight by utilizing a plastic material.
[0070] In particular, in one embodiment of the present invention, the explosion-proof diode part (4000) may have a diode molding structure in which the internal space (S) of the casing (4100) is molded with a heat-resistant silicon material (7000), and through this diode molding structure, the diode substrate (4400) can be safely protected even in an environment where explosion is possible. A more detailed explanation of the diode molding structure will be provided through the drawings described later.
[0071] As illustrated in FIG. 1(b), the explosion-proof diode section (4000) and the junction box section (5000) can be electrically connected via a first cable (a) and a second cable (b). The first cable (a) and the second cable (b) may be flame-retardant cables and may have durability capable of withstanding 20,000 hours at a temperature of 120°C. Additionally, the cable glands (not shown) connecting the first cable (a) and the second cable (b) to the explosion-proof diode section (4000) and the junction box section (5000), respectively, can be made of PA material to achieve lightweighting and can be used in a temperature range of -40 to 100°C with IP68 waterproof performance, thereby preventing moisture intrusion and damage caused by high temperatures at the entry points of the first cable (a) and the second cable (b).
[0073] In addition, as shown in FIG. 1(b), a junction box section (5000) supported by the first reinforcing frame (3100) and the second reinforcing frame (3200) may be disposed in the central area of the rear side of the solar module structure (1). The junction box section (5000) is equipped with an explosion-proof structure that minimizes the impact on the solar module section (2000) even if the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) increases due to an explosion, fire, etc.
[0074] In conventional photovoltaic module structures, it is common to use a connector without a separate protection device to electrically connect adjacent photovoltaic module structures (1) to each other. However, in a photovoltaic module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, a junction box section (5000) and a plurality of cables can be utilized to electrically connect the photovoltaic module structure (1) and another photovoltaic module structure (1) adjacent to the photovoltaic module structure (1).
[0075] Since the area where electrical connections are made corresponds to an area where fire and explosion can easily occur due to external environmental temperature, humidity, presence of impurities, etc., in one embodiment of the present invention, the possibility of fire and explosion can be eliminated by placing a junction box part (5000) having an explosion-proof structure in such an area.
[0076] For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the third cable (c) connected to the junction box portion (5000) of the photovoltaic module structure (1) shown in FIG. 1(b) can be connected to the junction box portion (5000) of the photovoltaic module structure (1) positioned adjacent to the left, and the fourth cable (d) can be connected to the junction box portion (5000) of the photovoltaic module structure (1) positioned adjacent to the right. At this time, the third cable (c) and the fourth cable (d) may be flame-retardant cables, as in the first cable (a) and the second cable (b) described above.
[0077] In addition, the junction box section (5000) may have an e (safety-increasing) structure applied. In this case, the e (safety-increasing) structure corresponds to a structure that prevents explosion by removing the ignition source among the three elements of an explosion: oxygen, fuel, and ignition source. In the photovoltaic module structure (1), the ignition source may be excessive heat, an arc (discharge), or a spark, and the junction box section (5000) may have a structure applied to prevent the aforementioned ignition source from occurring inside.
[0078] Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, the terminal block installed inside the junction box section (5000) may have a structure that allows cables such as the first cable (a), the second cable (b), the third cable (c), and the fourth cable (d) to be firmly secured by pressing the cables from the top so as not to come loose.
[0080] That is, according to one embodiment of the present invention, adjacent photovoltaic module structures (1) are connected to each other through a junction box (5000), thereby minimizing the influence of the external environment and eliminating the risk of explosion occurring at the electrical connection part.
[0081] In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the junction box section (5000) has a structure that prevents an ignition source from occurring in the inner space, and the terminal block has a structure that more firmly fixes the cable, thereby having the effect of eliminating the risk of explosion.
[0083] FIG. 3 schematically illustrates details regarding a plurality of explosion-proof panel sections (6000) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0085] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the photovoltaic module structure (1) may further include a plurality of explosion-proof panel sections (6000).
[0086] At this time, each of the explosion-proof panel sections (6000) comprises: a first panel layer (6100) containing a foam material; a wire layer (6200) disposed on the first panel layer (6100) and containing a plurality of wires crossed to have a mesh shape; and a second panel layer (6300) disposed on the wire layer (6200) and containing a foam material, and each of the explosion-proof panel sections (6000) may include a groove forming a grid shape on a plane on the other surface facing one surface.
[0088] FIG. 3(b) schematically illustrates a perspective view of an explosion-proof panel section (6000) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0089] As shown in FIG. 3(b), the explosion-proof panel section (6000) may be composed of a plurality of layers.
[0090] Specifically, the first panel layer (6100) and the second panel layer (6300) may include a foaming material, and the foaming material may be foamed aluminum. This foaming material is a material that is lightweight yet remains stable even at high temperatures, and can reduce the risk of fire in an environment where explosive gases or substances are present. In addition, the foaming material can prevent penetration by fragments, thereby preventing additional damage caused by explosions.
[0091] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, a groove may be formed on the other surface facing one surface of the explosion-proof panel part (6000). More specifically, a groove may be formed on either the upper surface or the lower surface of the explosion-proof panel part (6000) to form a grid shape on a plane.
[0092] That is, based on FIG. 3(b), a groove may be formed on either the lower surface of the first panel layer (6100) or the upper surface of the second panel layer (6300), and FIG. 3(b) illustrates an embodiment of the present invention in which a groove is formed on the upper surface of the second panel layer (6300).
[0093] Due to these grooves, when two or more explosion-proof panel sections (6000) are stacked, an air layer can be formed between each explosion-proof panel section (6000), and the performance of absorbing external shocks can be further improved by this air layer. Preferably, the cross-section of the grooves is triangular or semicircular in shape.
[0095] FIG. 3(c) schematically illustrates a plan view of a wire layer (6200) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0096] The wire layer (6200) is positioned between the first panel layer (6100) and the second panel layer (6300) as shown in FIG. 3(b), and corresponds to a configuration that improves the overall durability and explosion-proof performance of the explosion-proof panel part (6000). As shown in FIG. 3(c), the wire layer (6200) may be manufactured such that the explosion-proof wire (6210) has a mesh shape. In one embodiment of the present invention, the explosion-proof wire (6210) may be an aramid fiber.
[0098] Meanwhile, FIG. 3(a) schematically illustrates the B-B' side cross-section of FIG. 1(b) in a photovoltaic module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0100] According to one embodiment of the present invention, at least two of the plurality of explosion-proof panel sections (6000) are positioned in the area between the rear layer (2100) of the solar module section (2000) and the junction box section (5000), and one of the two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) is positioned so that one side is in contact with the rear layer (2100), and the other of the two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) is positioned so that the other side is in contact with the junction box section (5000), so that the groove of one of the two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) and the groove of the other of the two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) can be positioned adjacent to each other.
[0102] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3(a), the junction box section (5000) can be supported by the first reinforcing frame (3100) and the second reinforcing frame (3200), and a void space can be formed between the first reinforcing frame (3100), the second reinforcing frame (3200), the junction box section (5000), and the solar module section (2000).
[0103] In one embodiment of the present invention, at least two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) may be arranged to fill the empty space formed between the first reinforcing frame (3100), the second reinforcing frame (3200), the junction box section (5000), and the solar module section (2000). At this time, as shown in FIG. 3(a), one of the two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) may be arranged so that one side is in contact with the rear layer (2100) of the solar module section (2000), and the other of the two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) may be arranged so that one side is in contact with the junction box section (5000). That is, in this configuration, the two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) may be arranged so that their opposite sides are in contact with each other.
[0104] As described above, since the explosion-proof panel section (6000) may have grooves formed on the opposite side facing one side to form a grid shape in a planar manner, the two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) may have a structure in which their grooves are arranged adjacent to each other. In other words, at least two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) placed in the empty space between the first reinforcing frame (3100), the second reinforcing frame (3200), and the junction box section (5000) may be arranged so that the opposite sides with their respective grooves are in contact with each other.
[0105] The two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) can have their respective grooved surfaces in contact with each other, thereby maximizing the air layer formed by each groove, and the air layer can serve to mitigate the impact caused by fire or explosion.
[0107] That is, according to one embodiment of the present invention, at least two explosion-proof panel sections (6000) including grooves are arranged between the solar module section (2000) and the junction box section (5000), and by arranging them so that the surfaces with grooves are in contact, an air layer capable of mitigating shock can be formed, thereby improving explosion-proof performance.
[0109] FIG. 4 schematically illustrates a perspective view of a junction box section (5000) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 schematically illustrates a cross-sectional view of a junction box section (5000) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0111] A general solar module structure (1) performs electrical connection with an adjacent solar module structure (1) by means of a simple connector, but the area where the electrical connection is made may be an area where fire and explosion are highly likely to occur due to external environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and impurities.
[0112] To solve this, a photovoltaic module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further improve explosion-proof performance by electrically connecting the photovoltaic module structure (1) and a photovoltaic module structure (1) disposed adjacent to the photovoltaic module structure (1).
[0113] In other words, the junction box section (5000) can have the effect of eliminating the possibility of fire and explosion that may occur in the connector area of a conventional photovoltaic module structure.
[0115] Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the junction box portion (5000) may include: a junction body portion (5100) having a box shape with an open top and including a plurality of coil support portions (5110) extending in the height direction on the inner side of the side; a junction upper plate (5200) fixed to the top of the junction body portion and including a plurality of upper through holes (5210) formed in an area facing each of the coil support portions; and a plurality of compression coil portions (5300) having an overall straight shape, with the lower side supported by each of the plurality of coil support portions and the upper side penetrating through the plurality of upper through holes; a coil member (5320) arranged to surround the outer surface of the shaft member; and a stopper member (5330) coupled to the top of the shaft member.
[0116] In this configuration, when the junction upper plate is coupled to the upper end of the junction body part, the junction body part is sealed to form an internal pressure of the junction box part, and when the internal pressure of the junction box part is greater than or equal to a preset limit pressure, the junction upper plate may detach to the outside of the junction body part and be pressed into the inside of the junction body part by the coil member of each of the plurality of compression coil parts.
[0118] As illustrated in FIG. 4, the junction box section (5000) may have an overall box shape. Specifically, the junction box section (5000) may include a junction body section (5100) having a box shape with an open top and a junction top plate (5200) capable of covering the top of the junction body section (5100).
[0119] The above junction upper plate (5200) may be coupled to the upper end of the junction body part (5100) by a separate member not shown in the drawing. For example, the corner side area of the junction upper plate (5200) and the upper side flange surface of the junction body part (5100) may be fixed to each other by penetrating through a plurality of screws, etc.
[0121] As shown in FIG. 4, a second cable connection part (5120) for connecting the third cable (c) and the fourth cable (d) shown in FIG. 1 may be formed on one side of the junction body part (5100) so as to protrude outward. Additionally, although not shown in the drawing, a plurality of second cable connection parts (5120) for electrically connecting to an explosion-proof diode part (4000) may be formed on the other side facing the one side of the junction body part (5100).
[0123] In particular, the junction box section (5000) is equipped with an explosion-proof structure, so that when the junction upper plate (5200) attempts to detach outward due to fire and explosion, the junction upper plate (5200) is pressed inward toward the junction body section (5100), thereby preventing the junction upper plate (5200) from detaching.
[0124] In one embodiment of the present invention, the explosion-proof structure may be implemented by a plurality of compression coil sections (5300). At this time, each of the plurality of compression coil sections (5300) may include an axial member (5100) having a straight shape; a coil member (5200) arranged to surround the outer surface of the axial member (5100); and a stopper member (5300) fixed to the upper end of the axial member.
[0125] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the junction body (5100) may include a plurality of coil support members (5110) formed to be fixed to the inner surface and extend in the height direction. In this structure, each of the plurality of coil support members (5110) may support the lower end of each of the plurality of compression coil members (5300). Additionally, although not illustrated in the drawing, the junction upper plate (5200) may include a plurality of upper through holes (5210) formed in the area facing the plurality of coil support members (5110). In this structure, the upper end of each of the plurality of compression coil members (5300) may be penetrated through the plurality of upper through holes (5210) and protrude to the outside of the junction upper plate (5200).
[0126] In particular, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the coil member (5320) included in each of the plurality of compression coil parts (5300) is arranged to surround the outer surface of the shaft member (5310), and it is preferable that it be arranged in the area of the outer surface of the shaft member (5310) that is located outside the plurality of upper through holes (5210).
[0128] For example, the aforementioned explosion-proof structure can be operated through the following process. In the event that an explosion occurs inside the junction box section (5000), the junction upper plate (5200) may be displaced in the upward direction (the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 5(a), the direction of the outer side of the junction body section (5100). At this time, the junction upper plate (5200) may be displaced along the shaft member (5310) of the compression coil section (5300), and then be pressed in the downward direction (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5(b), the direction of the inner side of the junction body section (5100)) due to the compressive force of the coil member (5320) of the compression coil section (5300), and finally, the junction upper plate (5200) may not be displaced in the direction of the outer side of the junction body section (5100).
[0130] That is, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the junction box section (5000) has an explosion-proof structure that prevents the detachment of the junction upper plate (5200), thereby having the effect of preventing an ignition source from entering the internal space of the junction box section (5000).
[0132] FIG. 6 schematically illustrates a cross-sectional view of a junction upper plate (5200) according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 corresponds to a schematic drawing illustrating the cross-section along D-D' shown in FIG. 4.
[0134] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the junction upper plate (5200) comprises: a first curved portion (5220) which has a hemispherical shape overall and is concave toward the inner direction of the junction body; and a second curved portion (5230) which has a hemispherical shape overall and is concave toward the inner direction of the junction body and is arranged parallel to the first curved portion at a predetermined distance. Each of the first curved portion and the second curved portion may be capable of expanding toward the outer direction of the junction body.
[0136] As shown in FIG. 6(a), when the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) corresponds to the pressure of the installation location, the first curved section (5230) and the second curved section (5240) may maintain a concave shape in the downward direction. However, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) increases, the first curved section (5230) and the second curved section (5240) may expand and expand in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 6(a), and may have a convex shape in the upward direction as shown in FIG. 6(b).
[0137] Compared to the first curved section (5230) and the second curved section (5240) as shown in FIG. 6(a), the first curved section (5230') and the second curved section (5240'), which have an upwardly expanded shape as shown in FIG. 6(b), can increase the volume of the inner space of the junction box section (5000), and accordingly, the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) can be reduced.
[0138] For example, if the first curve section (5230) and the second curve section (5240) expand while the pressure increases due to a fire or a small explosion occurring in the electrical connection members disposed inside the junction box section (5000), the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) may be temporarily relieved. That is, through this process, the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) may not reach the explosion pressure, or the time required for the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) to reach the explosion pressure may be delayed.
[0139] That is, according to one embodiment of the present invention, as the first curved portion (5230) and the second curved portion (5240) of the junction upper plate (5200) can be expanded, the time for the internal pressure of the junction box portion (5000) to reach the explosion pressure can be delayed, thereby delaying the explosion even if an explosion occurs, and thus providing the effect of securing time for responding to the explosion.
[0141] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 6(c), according to one embodiment of the present invention, a first uneven portion (5231) may be formed in the center of the first curved portion (5230) and a second uneven portion (5241) may be formed in the center of the second curved portion (5240).
[0142] In this configuration, the first curved section (5230) having the first uneven section (5231) formed therein may have a larger surface area compared to the first curved section (5230) where the first uneven section (5231) is not formed therein, and the second curved section (5240) having the second uneven section (5241) formed therein may have a larger surface area compared to the second curved section (5240) where the second uneven section (5241) is not formed therein.
[0143] For example, when the first curved section (5230) and the second curved section (5240) each do not include the first uneven section (5231) and the second uneven section (5241) (Fig. 6(a)), and the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) increases so that the first curved section (5230) and the second curved section (5240) expand, as shown in Fig. 6(b), the first curved section (5230) and the second curved section (5240) can expand such that the height between the peaks of the first curved section (5230) (second curved section (5240)) from the lower surface of the junction upper plate (5200) has a maximum height of h1.
[0144] On the other hand, in a state (Fig. 6(c)) in which the first curved section (5230) and the second curved section (5240) each include the first uneven section (5231) and the second uneven section (5241), when the internal pressure of the junction box section (5000) increases and the first curved section (5230') and the second curved section (5240') expand, as shown in Fig. 6(d), the first curved section (5230') and the second curved section (5240') can expand such that the height between the peaks of the first curved section (5230') (or the second curved section (5240')) from the lower surface of the junction upper plate (5200) has a maximum height of h2.
[0145] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6(b) and FIG. 6(d), since the height of h2 is higher than the height of h1, the first uneven portion (5231) and the second uneven portion (5241) are formed at the center of the first curved portion (5230) and the second curved portion (5240), respectively, so the inner space of the junction box portion (5000) can be expanded more widely.
[0146] That is, as the first uneven portion (5231) and the second uneven portion (5241) are formed on the first curved portion (5230) and the second curved portion (5240) respectively according to one embodiment of the present invention, the internal pressure of the junction box portion (5000) can be relieved more smoothly.
[0148] FIG. 7 schematically illustrates details regarding an explosion-proof diode section (4000) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0150] FIG. 7(a) shows a perspective view of an explosion-proof diode section (4000) according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7(b) schematically shows a cross-sectional view of the explosion-proof diode section (4000) shown in FIG. 7(a), and FIG. 7(c) schematically shows a longitudinal section of the explosion-proof diode section (4000) shown in FIG. 7(a).
[0152] According to one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that a first cable connection part (4110) to which the first cable and the second cable shown in FIG. 1 can be connected is formed in the casing (4100) of the explosion-proof diode part (4000).
[0153] As illustrated in FIG. 7(b), the explosion-proof diode portion (4000) may include a diode substrate (4400) on the inside. In one embodiment of the present invention, the diode substrate (4400) includes a reverse current prevention diode.
[0154] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the explosion-proof diode section (4000) is equipped with a backflow prevention diode, thereby enabling improved durability and extended lifespan.
[0156] Meanwhile, in order to fix the diode substrate (4400), the explosion-proof diode part (4000) may include a first fitting pin (4200) and a second fitting pin (4300) formed to contact each of the two side walls of the diode substrate (4400).
[0157] As shown in FIG. 7(c), the first fitting pin (4200) may include a first fitting wing formed by bending the upper end toward the diode substrate (4400), and the second fitting pin (4300) may include a second fitting wing formed by bending the upper end toward the diode substrate (4400).
[0159] As described above, the explosion-proof diode section (4000) according to one embodiment of the present invention may have a diode molding structure. Specifically, a heat-resistant silicone material (7000) may be molded entirely into the internal space (S) formed by the casing (4100) of the explosion-proof diode section (4000).
[0160] Specifically, the explosion-proof diode section (4000) according to one embodiment of the present invention may have a molded structure. The molded structure corresponds to a structure that fundamentally prevents contact with gases that pose a risk of explosion by sealing electrical parts where sparks may occur with heat-resistant silicone material (7000). In one embodiment of the present invention, even if a spark occurs, the explosion-proof diode section (4000) may not fundamentally cause an explosion because there is no ignition source (explosive gas) in the internal space (S) of the explosion-proof diode section (4000).
[0161] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the heat-resistant silicone material (7000) can be introduced through the first connector connection part.
[0163] That is, in the explosion-proof diode section (4000) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the internal space (S) is entirely molded by a heat-resistant silicon material (7000), thereby fundamentally blocking the diode substrate from coming into contact with a gas that poses a risk of explosion, and thus can fundamentally prevent an explosion in the explosion-proof diode section caused by electrical shock or external environmental factors.
[0165] FIG. 8 schematically illustrates a cross-sectional view of a main frame part (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0166] At this time, Fig. 8 corresponds to a schematic drawing that enlarges the cross-sectional view of region C shown in Fig. 1.
[0168] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the main frame portion (1000) may include: a square frame portion (1100) having a box shape with the front and rear sides open and including a module mounting groove portion (1110) formed along the corners on the inner side; a construction plate (1200) formed by extending inward from the rear end of the square frame portion (1100); and an arch portion (1300) extending inward from the front end of the square frame portion (1100) and having an arch shape with the end gently bent. At this time, the thickness of the construction plate (1200) is greater than the thickness of the solar module portion (2000), and a heat-resistant silicone material (7000) may be molded while the corner of the solar module portion (2000) is inserted into the module mounting groove portion (1110).
[0170] As described above, the main frame section (1000) can be coupled to the solar module section (2000) by a module coupling structure. With this configuration, the coupling between the solar module section (2000) and the main frame section (1000) can be prevented from being released even at high temperatures.
[0172] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the main frame portion (1000) may include a square frame portion (1100) having an overall square shape. The square frame portion (1100) may have a module mounting groove portion (1110) formed on its inner surface to accommodate the corner of the solar module portion (2000). Preferably, the module mounting groove portion (1110) is formed continuously along the corner of the solar module portion (2000).
[0173] As shown in FIG. 8, after the corner of the solar module part (2000) is received into the inner side of the module mounting part (1110), the inner space of the module mounting part (1110) can be molded with heat-resistant silicone material (7000).
[0174] Due to this structure, the connection between the main frame (1000) and the solar module (2000) can be maintained even in extreme external environments such as high temperature and rain, thereby enabling the overall durability of the solar module structure (1) to be improved.
[0176] Meanwhile, the main frame portion (1000) may include a construction plate (1200) formed by extending inward from the rear end of the square frame portion (1100). As the construction plate (1200) is fastened to a construction surface placed at a construction site, a solar module structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be installed. For example, the solar module structure (1) can be installed at a construction site by fastening a bolt that penetrates the construction plate (1200) and the construction surface.
[0177] In this case, preferably, the thickness (d1) of the construction plate (1200) is greater than the thickness (d2) of the solar module part (2000). With this structure, the solar module structure (1) can be more firmly fixed at the construction site.
[0179] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the photovoltaic module has a structure in which a rear layer, a first polyvinyl butyral layer, a plurality of photovoltaic cells, a second polyvinyl butyral layer, and a reinforced glass layer are laminated, thereby enabling high output and improving durability, stability, and applicability.
[0180] According to one embodiment of the present invention, adjacent photovoltaic module structures are connected to each other through a junction box, thereby minimizing the influence of the external environment and reducing the risk of explosion occurring at the electrical connection part.
[0181] According to one embodiment of the present invention, at least two explosion-proof panel sections including grooves are arranged between a photovoltaic module section and a junction box section, and by arranging them so that the surfaces with grooves are in contact, an air layer capable of mitigating impact is formed, thereby enabling an effect of improving explosion-proof performance.
[0182] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the junction box portion is equipped with an explosion-proof structure, thereby preventing the junction box portion from exploding in random directions, which can achieve the effect of minimizing the impact on the photovoltaic module portion.
[0183] According to one embodiment of the present invention, by having an explosion-proof structure that allows the top to be opened in advance before the internal pressure of the junction box reaches the explosion pressure, the effect of preventing the explosion of the junction box can be achieved.
[0184] According to one embodiment of the present invention, as the first curved portion and the second curved portion of the junction upper plate can expand, the time it takes for the internal pressure of the junction box portion to reach the explosion pressure can be delayed, thereby preventing an explosion or delaying an explosion.
[0185] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the explosion-proof diode section is equipped with a backflow prevention diode, thereby enabling improved durability and extended lifespan.
[0186] In one embodiment of the present invention, the explosion-proof diode section has its internal space entirely molded with heat-resistant silicone material, which can significantly improve explosion-proof performance, thereby enhancing overall stability and providing the effect of preventing the diode from being damaged by electrical shock or external environmental factors.
[0188] Although the embodiments have been described above with reference to limited examples and drawings, those skilled in the art can make various modifications and variations from the description above. For example, suitable results may be achieved even if the described techniques are performed in a different order than described, and / or if the components of the described system, structure, device, circuit, etc. are combined or assembled in a form different from described, or replaced or substituted by other components or equivalents.
