Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a rail system for lifting gang forms. Background Technology

[0002] Large formwork called gang forms is used in the construction of exterior walls for large concrete structures such as apartments or buildings.

[0003] The gang form consists of an integrated formwork structure comprising a flat-plate forming section as a main component and a scaffolding section formed on one side of the forming section.

[0004] Gang forms are typically used during the construction of exterior walls in concrete structures, where they are lifted in stages by a crane to enable the sequential forming of walls from the lower floors to the upper floors.

[0005] Given the usage environment of such gang forms, it is important to ensure the lifting safety of large, heavy gang forms.

[0006] Furthermore, since the lifting operation of gang forms is carried out at high altitudes, failure to ensure lifting safety can lead to major and serious safety accidents, such as the gang forms falling or overturning.

[0007] To improve these problems, a rail system for gang forms is proposed to guide the lifting motion of the gang form in a rail manner.

[0008] However, existing rail systems for gang form lifting have a structure in which they are simply connected to the lower side of the gang form to guide the lifting operation, so there are structural limitations in stably suppressing abnormal shaking of the gang form during lifting.

[0009] In particular, in working environments where strong winds occur, significant shaking in the forward and backward directions can occur due to the large-area forming section, in addition to left-right shaking of the gang form; therefore, a rail system structure is required that ensures lifting safety to address these conditions. [0025] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall structure of a rail system for gang form lifting according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 to 10 are drawings for explaining the detailed structure and operation,

[0026] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the rail system for lifting a gang form according to the embodiment includes a guide rail (10), a rail shoe (20), a connecting bracket (30), and a guiding fastening part (40).

[0027] The present invention is formed to have a structure that can guide a lifting operation while connected to the lower side of a gang form (F) for constructing a wall (S1) of a large high-rise concrete structure (S), such as an apartment or building, as shown in FIG. 1.

[0028] And, the lifting operation can be carried out by lifting the gang form (F) with a tower crane device (M).

[0029] The guide rail (10) is formed to have a rail shape capable of guiding the lifting direction of the gang form (F).

[0030] The guide rail (10) can be formed in the shape of a straight rail that extends with a cross section approximately in the shape of an “H”.

[0031] The guide rail (10) is formed to be extended in a straight line, and can be formed to have a length that allows it to guide the lifting direction of the gang form (F) in a state corresponding to the floor height (height) of the concrete structure (S).

[0032] Guide rails (10) are arranged such that one end (upper) in the longitudinal direction can be connected to the lower side of the gang form (F), and two or more can be arranged in a vertically positioned manner with a gap between them in the left and right directions, parallel to each other.

[0033] The rail shoe (20) is formed to have a shoe structure capable of guiding the direction of movement of the guide rail (10) in a state that corresponds to the lifting guide of the gang form (F).

[0034] The rail shoe (20) is configured as a set of two, corresponding to one side of the guide rail (10).

[0035] The rail shoe (20) is composed of two pieces as a set, and can be fixedly set to guide the direction of movement of the guide rail (10) in an upward and downward spaced position on the cured wall (S1) side of the concrete structure (S) as shown in FIG. 1.

[0036] The rail shoe (20) is fixedly set on the cured wall (S1), but, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it can be fixedly set on the wall (S1) in a detachably fixed manner using a screw fastening method with an anchor (A).

[0037] The rail shoe (20) may be formed to have a shoe groove (22) as shown in FIG. 2, and to have a shoe structure capable of guiding and supporting the direction of movement of the guide rail (10) through a locking contact on the side of the shoe groove (22).

[0038] The shoe home (22) can be formed to have a groove structure that can guide the vertical movement of the guide rail (10) by supporting the side of the protrusion in the width direction of the guide rail (10) having an "H" shaped cross section with a catch contact.

[0039] The connecting bracket (30) is formed to have a bracket structure capable of supporting one end (upper) of the guide rail (10) in a connected state from the lower side of the gang form (F).

[0040] The connecting bracket (30) can be formed in a shape that extends downward so as to enable connection support on the upper side of the guide rail (10) while being fixed to the lower side of the gang form (F) as in FIG. 1.

[0041] The connecting bracket (30) can be fixedly installed on the lower side of the gang form (F) by the fastening fixing force of a fastening member (B), such as a bolt and nut, as shown in FIG. 3.

[0042] The connecting bracket (30) can be formed in the shape of a bracket having a length that corresponds to the connection support between the lower side of the gang form (F) and the upper side of the guide rail (10).

[0043] The material of the connecting bracket (30) can be selected from metals that have excellent durability and shape stability.

[0044] These connecting brackets (30) can provide a bracket structure that corresponds to the connecting support of a guide rail (10) for guiding the lifting direction on the lower side of the gang form (F).

[0045] Meanwhile, the induction connecting part (40) is structured to be able to connect and fix the gang form (F) and the guide rail (10) in a connected supporting state in conjunction with the connecting bracket (30).

[0046] The guiding connection part (40) is formed to have a connection structure that connects the guide rail (10) to the gang form (F) side, and not only guides the lifting direction, but also allows for the suppression of abnormal shaking of the gang form (F) during lifting.

[0047] The inductive fastening part (40) is formed by having a rotating fastening part (42) and a fixed fastening part (44) as shown in FIG. 1.

[0048] The pivot fastener (42) can be set up so that, based on the drawings of FIGS. 1 and 3, the guide rail (10) is positioned vertically on the lower side of the gang form (F) and the lower side of the connecting bracket (30) and the upper side of the guide rail (10) are fastened horizontally from the side.

[0049] The pivot fastener (42) can be set to a state where it fastens the connecting bracket (30) and the guide rail (10) in a PIN type.

[0050] And, the pivot fastener (42) is fastened in a state connecting the guide rail (10) and the connecting bracket (30), and is set so that the pin end side is movably fitted into the guide groove (46) formed on the side of the connecting bracket (30).

[0051] The guide groove (46) is formed in the shape of a slot groove on the side of the connecting bracket (30) as in FIG. 3, and is formed to have a groove structure that allows the pin end side of the pivot fastener (42) to move along the extended section of the groove while being fitted.

[0052] The guide groove (46) is formed in the shape of a slot groove, and can be formed to form a curved extension section such that the end side of the pivoting fastener (42) can move within a certain angle range around the side line of the fixed fastener (44) described later.

[0053] That is, the pivoting fastener (42) provides a fastening structure that allows pivotal movement within the extended section of the guide groove (46) in a state corresponding to the connection of the connecting bracket (30) and the guide rail (10), and especially when separating the gang form (F) from the cured wall (S1) as in FIG. 4.

[0054] The fixed fastener (44) is formed to fasten the connection bracket (30) side and the guide rail (10), and has a fastening structure capable of inducing rotation of the rotating fastener (42).

[0055] The fixed fastener (44) is connected to the lower side of the connecting bracket (30) and the upper side of the guide rail (10) based on the drawings of FIGS. 1 and 3, and can be set to be connected in a state parallel to the side of the rotating fastener (42) at the bottom of the rotating fastener (42).

[0056] The fixed fastener (44) can be set up to connect the connecting bracket (30) and the guide rail (10) in a pin type manner.

[0057] The fixed fastener (44) can be set up so that the connecting bracket (30) and the guide rail (10) sides can be connected in a way that allows for a change in the connection angle around the axis.

[0058] That is, the fixed fastener (44) connects the connecting bracket (30) and the guide rail (10) to each other so that the connecting angle can be changed, and also provides a fastening structure that can act as a kind of hinge axis to induce rotational movement of the rotating fastener (42) within the extended section of the guide groove (46) in conjunction with the angle change operation.

[0059] This inductive fastening part (40) can form a fastening structure that allows the gang form (F) and the guide rail (10) to be connected to each other in a two-point fastening method using a rotating fastener (42) and a fixed fastener (44) in conjunction with the side of the connecting bracket (30), so that the connection angle can be changed.

[0060] In particular, according to the two-point fastening structure, a flexible fastening connection structure can be provided that is compatible with ensuring safety during the separation operation and lifting of the gang form (F).

[0061] For example, when separating a gang form (F) with a guide rail (10) connected as in FIG. 4 from a cured wall (S1), the rotating fastener (42) side can be guided to move within the connecting section of the guide groove (46) around the axis of the fixed fastener (44) to correspond to this.

[0062] Therefore, even when the guide rail (10) is supported on the rail shoe (20) side of the lower layer wall (S1), the initial separation operation of detaching the gang form (F) from the cured wall (S1) of the upper layer can be easily carried out.

[0063] And, as shown in FIG. 5, when lifting the gang form (F) while being guided by the guide rail (10), the fixed fastening structure of the fixed fastener (44) not only suppresses left and right shaking of the gang form (F), but also, in particular, stably suppresses shaking in the front and rear directions caused by strong winds.

[0064] Therefore, the guiding fastening part (40) can implement a fastening structure that not only facilitates the initial separation of the gang form (F) from the cured wall (S1) during the construction of the wall (S1) of the concrete structure (S), but also minimizes abnormal shaking of the gang form (F) during lifting.

[0065] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, a rail system for lifting a gang form according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a rotation guide part (50).

[0066] The rotation guide part (50) is formed to have a structure capable of generating an elastic rotation restraint force in a state corresponding to the side of the induction connecting part (40).

[0067] As shown in FIG. 6, the rotation guide section (50) is formed by having a guide section (52) corresponding to the rotational fastening section (42) of the induction fastening section (40) and an elastic section (54) for providing elastic restraint force to the guide section (52).

[0068] The guide member (52) is set in a state that can elastically suppress the movement of the pivoting member (42) in a corresponding state when the pivoting member (42) side moves along the extended section of the guide groove (46).

[0069] As shown in FIG. 6, the guide member (52) can be set up such that one end is connected to the end of the pivoting member (42) on the side of the connecting bracket (30), and the other end is connected to the end of the fixed member (44).

[0070] That is, the guide member (52) is set to move together with the rotational fastener (42) in the direction of movement around the axis of the fixed fastener (44).

[0071] As shown in FIG. 6, the elastic member (54) can be set up so that it can elastically push the guide member (52) side, with the guide member (52) positioned to the left and right respectively on the side of the connecting bracket (30).

[0072] The elastic ball (54) can be selected from among springs, for example, a compression coil spring can be used.

[0073] That is, the elastic member (54) can be set so that one end of the coil spring is supported on the side of the support member (56) formed on the side of the connecting bracket (30), and can elastically push the side of the guide member (52).

[0074] As shown in FIG. 7, when the rotation guide part (50) rotates along the extended section of the guide groove (46) from the side of the connecting bracket (30), the rotation fastener (42) side can be rotated, and the guide part (52) and elastic part (54) that operate in conjunction with this can provide an elastic rotation restraining force.

[0075] In particular, the operation of such a rotation guide part (50) can elastically suppress abnormal shaking phenomena during the lifting of the gang form (F), thereby further ensuring lifting safety.

[0076] The rotation guide part (50) may be further provided with a buffer (58) as shown in FIG. 6.

[0077] The buffer member (58) is formed to provide a buffering contact force corresponding to the rotation of the rotational fastener (42).

[0078] The cushioning member (58) may be made of rubber, urethane, or silicone material having cushioning properties, and may be set to be positioned at each end of the extended section of the guide groove (46) in a state corresponding to the side of the pivoting member (42) as shown in FIG. 6.

[0079] These buffer members (58) can suppress shocks or vibrations that may occur when the pivot fastener (42) side comes into contact with the end side of the extended section of the guide groove (46), thereby further ensuring the operational stability of the guide fastener (40).

[0080] Referring to FIGS. 8 to 10, the rotation guide portion (50) may be formed to have a structure in which the support position of the elastic ball (54) can be adjusted to correspond to the rotation angle of the guide ball (52).

[0081] To this end, as shown in FIG. 8, a control pin (P) is installed on the side of the support (56) that supports one end of the elastic ball (54), so that the position of the support (56) can be changed around the pin axis on the side of the connecting bracket (30).

[0082] Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the position of the support (56) and the elastic ball (54) supported on the side of the support (56) can be changed around the adjustment pin (P) to correspond to the rotation angle of the guide ball (52), thereby allowing the elastic rotation restraining force to be transmitted more stably.

[0083] Additionally, the rotation guide part (50) can be formed to have a structure that can adjust the position of the elastic ball (54) in a state corresponding to the guide ball (52).

[0084] To this end, as shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of adjustment holes (C) can be formed spaced apart on the side of the connecting bracket (30) in a state corresponding to the adjustment pin (P).

[0085] Then, depending on the required rotation suppression conditions, the position of the elastic ball (54) can be easily adjusted and set by selectively fitting the adjustment pin (P) to one of the holes (C) among the multiple adjustment holes as shown in FIG. 10.

[0086] Accordingly, the present invention can provide a rail system structure that can stably induce the lifting operation of a gang form (F) by means of a rail shoe (20) and a guide rail (10) when constructing a wall (S1) of a concrete structure (S) as shown in FIG. 1.

[0087] In particular, the present invention is configured such that a guide rail (10) is connected and installed on the lower side of the gang form (F), and has a fastening connection structure that facilitates the initial separation of the gang form (F) from the cured wall (S1) and suppresses abnormal shaking of the gang form (F) during lifting, thereby enabling the realization of a work environment that further enhances lifting safety and efficiency.
