Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner station, and more specifically, to a vacuum cleaner station that sucks dust stored in a vacuum cleaner into the station. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, a vacuum cleaner is a home appliance that uses electricity to suck up air to collect small debris or dust and fill it into a dust bin inside the product, and it is commonly referred to as a vacuum cleaner.

[0004] These vacuum cleaners can be classified into manual vacuum cleaners, which are used for cleaning while the user moves the vacuum cleaner directly, and automatic vacuum cleaners, which are used for cleaning while driving on their own. Manual vacuum cleaners can be classified into canister-type vacuum cleaners, upright vacuum cleaners, handheld vacuum cleaners, and stick-type vacuum cleaners depending on the form of the vacuum cleaner.

[0005] In the past, canister-type vacuum cleaners were widely used for household use, but recently, handheld and stick vacuum cleaners, which offer improved convenience by providing the dust bin and the main body as a single unit, are becoming more popular.

[0006] Canister-type vacuum cleaners have the main body and the suction nozzle connected by a rubber hose or pipe, and depending on the situation, a brush can be attached to the nozzle for use.

[0007] Hand vacuum cleaners maximize portability; however, because they are lightweight but short, the cleaning area may be limited while sitting. Therefore, they are used to clean localized areas such as desks, sofas, or inside cars.

[0008] Stick vacuums can be used while standing, allowing for cleaning without bending over. This makes them advantageous for cleaning large areas. While handheld vacuums are used for cleaning narrow spaces, stick vacuums can clean larger areas and reach high places that are out of reach. Recently, stick vacuums are also being offered in modular types, allowing users to actively switch between different types of vacuums for various tasks.

[0009] In addition, robot vacuum cleaners that clean autonomously without user intervention are being used recently. Robot vacuum cleaners automatically clean a designated area by autonomously navigating through it and sucking up debris such as dust from the floor.

[0010] To this end, the robot vacuum cleaner is equipped with a distance sensor that detects the distance to obstacles such as furniture, office supplies, or walls installed within the cleaning area, and a left wheel and a right wheel for the movement of the robot vacuum cleaner.

[0011] Here, the left wheel and the right wheel are configured to rotate by a left wheel motor and a right wheel motor, respectively, and the robot vacuum cleaner changes direction autonomously and performs indoor cleaning based on the operation of the left and right wheel motors.

[0012] However, conventional handheld vacuums, stick vacuums, and robot vacuums had small dust bin capacities for storing collected dust, so users had the inconvenience of having to empty the dust bin every time.

[0013] In addition, there was a problem where dust would scatter when the dustbin was emptied, causing harmful effects to the user's health.

[0014] In addition, there was a problem where the vacuum cleaner's suction power was reduced if residual dust in the dustbin was not removed.

[0015] In addition, there was a problem where an unpleasant odor occurred due to residue if the remaining dust in the dustbin was not removed.

[0016] Prior art patent document US 2020-0129025 A1 discloses a dust container combined with a stick-type vacuum cleaner.

[0017] The combination of the dust bin and the vacuum cleaner in the aforementioned prior art is configured to open the dust cover of the vacuum cleaner by utilizing a latch structure while coupling the vacuum cleaner to the dust bin.

[0018] However, the latch structure described above has a limitation in that it opens the dust cover by the weight of the vacuum cleaner regardless of whether the dust container is open. The problem to be solved

[0020] The present invention was created to improve upon the aforementioned conventional problems and aims to provide a vacuum cleaner station that eliminates the inconvenience of the user having to empty the dustbin every time.

[0021] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station that prevents dust from scattering when the dustbin is emptied.

[0022] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station that offers user convenience by allowing dust inside the dustbin to be removed without any separate operation by the user.

[0023] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station capable of eliminating odors caused by residue by ensuring that no residual dust remains in the dustbin.

[0024] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station that can be mounted with the extension tube and cleaning module attached.

[0025] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station that can minimize the space occupied on a horizontal surface even when the vacuum cleaner is mounted.

[0026] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station that minimizes the loss of flow force for dust collection.

[0027] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station where the dust inside the dustbin is not visible from the outside when the vacuum cleaner is docked.

[0028] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station that allows the user to open the dustbin discharge cover without applying force when the vacuum cleaner is attached to the station.

[0029] In addition, the purpose is to provide a vacuum cleaner station that can automatically open the dustbin discharge cover by detecting the connection of the vacuum cleaner when it is connected to the station. means of solving the problem

[0032] The above cover opening unit may include: a push projection that moves when the vacuum cleaner is coupled; a cover opening motor that provides power to move the push projection; and a cover opening gear coupled to the cover opening motor and that moves the push projection using the power of the cover opening motor.

[0033] The above cover opening gear may include: an opening drive gear coupled to the shaft of the cover opening motor to transmit power of the cover opening motor; and an opening driven gear that meshes with the opening drive gear and is coupled to the push projection to move the push projection.

[0034] The above-mentioned open driven gear may include a gear portion formed in the shape of a rack gear to mesh with the above-mentioned open driving gear.

[0035] The above cover opening unit may further include a support plate formed extending from the coupling surface to support the dustbin.

[0036] The above-mentioned coupling surface may include a dust passage hole formed in a hole shape corresponding to the shape of the dust container so that dust from the dust container flows into the dust collection unit.

[0037] The support plate may be formed to protrude from the joint surface to block a portion of the dust passage hole.

[0038] The above cover opening unit may further include a support projection configured to be capable of linear reciprocating motion on the coupling surface to support the dustbin.

[0039] The above cover opening unit may further include a support projection transfer gear that meshes with the cover opening gear and moves the support projection through the power of the cover opening motor.

[0040] The above-mentioned coupling surface may include a dust passage hole formed in a hole shape corresponding to the shape of the dust container so that dust from the dust container flows into the dust collection unit.

[0041] The above support projection can move in a linear reciprocating motion to open and close a part of the dust passage hole in conjunction with the movement of the support projection transfer gear.

[0042] The above cover opening unit may further include a support projection transfer link that links the support projection and the support projection transfer gear.

[0043] The above cover opening unit may further include a support plate transfer block disposed on the upper surface of the support projection transfer gear and including an inclined surface that guides the linear movement of the support plate.

[0044] The above cover opening unit may further include a return spring that provides a restoring force to the support projection when the support projection moves linearly.

[0048] The above push projection may further include a projection support plate that supports the projection portion and moves along the upper surface of the gearbox.

[0049] The above push projection may further include a connecting portion formed to be narrower than the projection support plate and the gear coupling block, and connecting the projection support plate and the gear coupling block.

[0050] The above push projection may further include a guide frame that is formed to protrude and extend from both sides of the gear coupling block and guides the movement of the gear coupling block.

[0058] The control unit can terminate the operation of the cover opening motor after driving the cover opening motor and receiving a signal from the cover opening detection unit that the push projection has returned to its initial position.

[0059] The control unit may determine that the cover opening unit has malfunctioned if, after driving the cover opening motor, it does not receive a signal from the cover opening detection unit that the push projection has returned to its initial position during a preset projection reciprocating time. Effects of the invention

[0061] As explained above, the vacuum cleaner station according to the present invention has the effect of eliminating the inconvenience of the user having to empty the dust bin every time.

[0062] In addition, when the dust bin is emptied, the dust inside the bin is sucked into the station, which is effective in preventing dust from scattering.

[0063] In addition, it has the effect of providing user convenience by detecting the connection of the vacuum cleaner without separate operation by the user, opening the dust passage hole, and removing dust from the dust bin according to the operation of the dust collection motor.

[0064] In addition, by combining a stick vacuum and a robot vacuum, it is possible to selectively remove dust from the dustbins of both the stick vacuum and the robot vacuum as needed.

[0065] In addition, when the station detects the attachment of the dustbin, it pulls the lever to compress the dustbin, thereby preventing residual dust from remaining inside the dustbin and improving the suction power of the vacuum cleaner.

[0066] In addition, it is effective in eliminating unpleasant odors caused by residue by ensuring that no residual dust remains inside the dustbin.

[0067] In addition, the vacuum cleaner has the effect of being able to be mounted on a vacuum cleaner station while equipped with an extension tube and a cleaning module.

[0068] In addition, it has the effect of minimizing the space occupied on a horizontal surface even when the vacuum cleaner is mounted on the vacuum station.

[0069] In addition, since the flow path communicating with the dust bin is formed by bending downward only once, it has the effect of minimizing the loss of flow force for dust collection.

[0070] In addition, when the vacuum cleaner is mounted on the vacuum station, the dust inside the dustbin is not visible from the outside.

[0071] In addition, when the vacuum cleaner is attached to the station, the cover opening unit can automatically open the dustbin's discharge cover without the user having to apply force.

[0072] In addition, when the vacuum cleaner is connected to the station, the cover opening unit has the effect of automatically opening the dustbin discharge cover when the station door is opened. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0086] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a dust removal system (10) according to one embodiment of the present specification may include a vacuum cleaner station (100) and a vacuum cleaner (200, 300). At this time, the vacuum cleaner (200, 300) may include a first vacuum cleaner (200) and a second vacuum cleaner (300). Meanwhile, the present embodiment may be implemented excluding some of the configurations, and additional configurations are not excluded.

[0087] The dust removal system (10) may include a vacuum cleaner station (100). A first vacuum cleaner (200) and a second vacuum cleaner (300) may be placed in the vacuum cleaner station (100). The first vacuum cleaner (200) may be attached to the side of the vacuum cleaner station (100). Specifically, the main body of the first vacuum cleaner (200) may be attached to the side of the vacuum cleaner station (100). The second vacuum cleaner (200) may be attached to the bottom of the vacuum cleaner station (100). The vacuum cleaner station (100) can remove dust from the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200). The vacuum cleaner station (100) can remove dust from the dust bin (not shown) of the second vacuum cleaner (300).

[0089] Meanwhile, FIG. 3 discloses a drawing for explaining a first vacuum cleaner in a dust removal system according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 discloses a drawing for explaining the center of gravity of the first vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 discloses a drawing for explaining the lower surface of the dust bin of the first vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0090] First, to help understand the vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention, the structure of the first vacuum cleaner (200) is described as follows with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 and FIG. 11.

[0091] The first vacuum cleaner (200) may refer to a vacuum cleaner that is manually operated by the user. For example, the first vacuum cleaner (200) may refer to a handheld vacuum cleaner or a stick vacuum cleaner.

[0092] The first vacuum cleaner (200) can be mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100). The first vacuum cleaner (200) can be supported by the vacuum cleaner station (100). The first vacuum cleaner (200) can be coupled to the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0093] The first vacuum cleaner (200) may include a main body (210). The main body (210) may include a main body housing (211), a suction part (212), a dust separation part (213), a suction motor (214), an air discharge cover (215), a handle (216), an extension part (217), and an operation part (218).

[0094] The main body housing (211) can form the exterior of the first vacuum cleaner (200). The main body housing (211) can provide a space to accommodate a suction motor (214) and a filter (not shown) inside. The main body housing (211) can be configured in a shape similar to a cylinder.

[0095] The suction part (212) may protrude outward from the main body housing (211). For example, the suction part (212) may be formed in a cylindrical shape with an open interior. The suction part (212) may be connected to an extension tube (280). The suction part (212) may provide a passage (hereinafter referred to as a ‘suction passage’) through which air containing dust can flow.

[0096] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a virtual centerline can be formed that penetrates the center of the cylindrical suction part (212). That is, a virtual suction path centerline (a2) that passes through the center of the suction path can be formed.

[0097] The dust separation unit (213) can be connected to the suction unit (212). The dust separation unit (213) can separate dust sucked into the interior through the suction unit (212). The dust separation unit (213) can be connected to the dust bin (220).

[0098] For example, the dust separation unit (213) may be a cyclone capable of separating dust by cyclone flow. Also, the dust separation unit (213) may be connected to the suction unit (212). Accordingly, air and dust sucked in through the suction unit (212) will flow spirally along the inner surface of the dust separation unit (213). Thus, cyclone flow can occur with respect to the central axis of the dust separation unit (213).

[0099] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the central axis of the cyclone can form a virtual cyclone central axis line (a4) that extends in the vertical direction.

[0100] The suction motor (214) can generate a suction force to draw in air. The suction motor (214) can be housed within the main body housing (211). The suction motor (214) can generate a suction force by rotation. For example, the suction motor (214) can be provided in a shape similar to a cylinder.

[0101] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a virtual motor axis line (a1) can be formed by extending the center axis of the suction motor (214).

[0102] An air exhaust cover (215) may be positioned on one side in the axial direction of the main body housing (211). The air exhaust cover (215) may accommodate a filter for filtering air. For example, the air exhaust cover (215) may accommodate a HEPA filter.

[0103] An air outlet (215a) may be formed in the air discharge cover (215) to discharge air sucked in by the suction force of the suction motor (214).

[0104] A flow guide may be placed in the air discharge cover (215). The flow guide may guide the flow of air discharged through the air outlet (215a).

[0105] The handle (216) can be grasped by the user. The handle (216) can be positioned behind the suction motor (214). For example, the handle (216) can be formed in a shape similar to a cylinder. Alternatively, the handle (216) can be formed in a curved cylinder shape. The handle (216) can be positioned at a predetermined angle with respect to the main body housing (211), the suction motor (214), or the dust separator (213).

[0106] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a virtual handle axis line (a3) can be formed by extending the center axis of the handle (216).

[0107] The shaft of the suction motor (214) can be positioned between the suction part (212) and the handle (216).

[0108] That is, the motor shaft (a1) can be positioned between the suction part (212) and the handle (216).

[0109] Additionally, the handle axis (a3) may be positioned at a predetermined angle with respect to the motor axis (a1) or the suction channel centerline (a2). Accordingly, there may be an intersection point where the handle axis (a3) intersects the motor axis (a1) or the suction channel centerline (a2).

[0110] Meanwhile, the motor axis (a1), the suction path centerline (a2), and the handle axis (a3) can be arranged on the same plane (S1).

[0111] With this configuration, the overall center of gravity of the first vacuum cleaner (200) of the present invention can be symmetrically arranged around the aforementioned plane (S1).

[0112] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, "front" may refer to the direction in which the suction part (212) is positioned relative to the suction motor (214), and "rear" may refer to the direction in which the handle (216) is positioned.

[0113] The upper surface of the handle (216) can form a portion of the upper surface of the first vacuum cleaner (200). This prevents a component of the first vacuum cleaner (200) from coming into contact with the user's arm when the user grips the handle (216).

[0114] The extension (217) may extend from the handle (216) toward the main body housing (211). At least a portion of the extension (217) may extend in a horizontal direction.

[0115] The control unit (218) may be positioned on the handle (216). The control unit (218) may be positioned on an inclined surface formed in the upper area of the handle (216). The user may input an operation or stop command for the first vacuum cleaner (200) through the control unit (218).

[0116] The first vacuum cleaner (200) may include a dust bin (220). The dust bin (220) may be connected to a dust separation unit (213). The dust bin (220) may store dust separated from the dust separation unit (213).

[0117] The dustbin (220) may include a dustbin body (221), a discharge cover (222), a dustbin compression lever (223), and a compressor (not shown).

[0118] The dustbin body (221) can provide a space for storing dust separated from the dust separation unit (213). For example, the dustbin body (221) can be formed in a shape similar to a cylinder.

[0119] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a virtual dust bin axis line (a5) can be formed by extending the center axis of the dust bin body (221). For example, the dust bin axis line (a5) can be positioned coaxially with the motor axis line (a1). Accordingly, the dust bin axis line (a5) can also be positioned on a plane (S1) formed by including the motor axis line (a1), the suction path center line (a2), and the handle axis line (a3).

[0120] The lower surface of the dustbin body (221) may be partially open. Additionally, a lower surface extension (221a) may be formed on the lower surface of the dustbin body (221). The lower surface extension (221a) may be formed to block a portion of the lower surface of the dustbin body (221).

[0121] The dust bin (220) may include a discharge cover (222). The discharge cover (222) may be positioned on the lower side of the dust bin (220). The discharge cover (222) may selectively open and close the lower part of the dust bin (220) which opens downward.

[0122] The discharge cover (222) may include a cover body (222a) and a hinge portion (222b). The cover body (222a) may be formed to block a portion of the lower surface of the dustbin body (221). The cover body (222a) may rotate downward with respect to the hinge portion (222b). The hinge portion (222b) may be positioned adjacent to the battery housing (230).

[0123] Meanwhile, a torsion spring (222d) may be provided in the hinge portion (222b). For example, the torsion spring (222d) may be provided to surround the axis of the hinge portion (222b), and one end of the torsion spring (222d) may be supported by the dustbin body (221), and the other end of the torsion spring (222d) may be supported by the cover body (222a).

[0124] Accordingly, when the discharge cover (222) is coupled to the dustbin body (221), the torsion spring (222d) can be compressed, and when the discharge cover (222) is separated from the dustbin body (221), the cover body (222a) can be supported in a state rotated more than a predetermined angle with the hinge part (222b) as the axis by the elastic force (restoring force) of the torsion spring (222d).

[0125] The discharge cover (222) can be combined with the dust bin (220) through a hook connection.

[0126] Meanwhile, the dust bin may further include a coupling lever (222c). The discharge cover (222) can be separated from the dust bin (220) via the coupling lever (222c). The coupling lever (222c) may be positioned at the front of the dust bin. Specifically, the coupling lever (222c) may be positioned on the outer front side of the dust bin (220). The coupling lever (222c) can elastically deform a hook extending from the cover body (222a) to release the hook coupling between the cover body (222a) and the dust bin body (221) when an external force is applied.

[0127] When the discharge cover (222) is closed, the lower side of the dust bin (220) can be blocked (sealed) by the discharge cover (222) and the lower extension (221a).

[0128] The dustbin (220) may include a dustbin compression lever (223). The dustbin compression lever (223) may be positioned outside the dustbin (220) or the dust separation unit (211). The dustbin compression lever (223) may be positioned to move up and down outside the dustbin (220) or the dust separation unit (211). The dustbin compression lever (223) may be connected to a compressor (not shown). When the dustbin compression lever (223) moves downward due to an external force, the compressor (not shown) may also move downward together. This provides convenience for the user. The compressor (not shown) and the dustbin compression lever (223) may return to their original positions by means of an elastic member (not shown). Specifically, when the external force applied to the dustbin compression lever (223) is removed, the elastic member may move the dustbin compression lever (223) and the compressor (not shown) upward.

[0129] A compressor (not shown) may be placed inside the dustbin body (221). The compressor may move within the internal space of the dustbin body (221). Specifically, the compressor may move up and down within the dustbin body (221). Through this, the compressor can compress the dust inside the dustbin body (221) downward. Additionally, when the discharge cover (222) is separated from the dustbin body (221) and the bottom of the dustbin (220) is opened, the compressor may move from the top to the bottom of the dustbin (220) to remove foreign substances, such as residual dust, inside the dustbin (220). Through this, the suction power of the vacuum cleaner can be improved by ensuring that no residual dust remains inside the dustbin (220). Furthermore, by ensuring that no residual dust remains inside the dustbin (220), the unpleasant odor caused by the residue can be removed.

[0130] The first vacuum cleaner (200) may include a battery housing (230). A battery (240) may be accommodated in the battery housing (230). The battery housing (230) may be positioned below the handle (216). For example, the battery housing (230) may have a cuboid shape with an open bottom. The rear of the battery housing (230) may be connected to the handle (216).

[0131] The battery housing (230) may include a receiving portion that opens downward. The battery (230) can be detached through the receiving portion of the battery housing (220).

[0132] The first vacuum cleaner (200) may include a battery (240).

[0133] For example, the battery (240) may be detachably coupled to the first vacuum cleaner (200). The battery (240) may be detachably coupled to the battery housing (230). As an example, the battery (240) may be inserted into the interior of the battery housing (230) from below the battery housing (230).

[0134] Alternatively, the battery (240) may be integrally provided inside the battery housing (230). In this case, the lower surface of the battery (240) is not exposed to the outside.

[0135] The battery (240) can supply power to the suction motor (214) of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0136] The battery (240) can be placed at the bottom of the handle (216). The battery (240) can be placed at the rear of the dustbin (220). That is, the suction motor (214) and the battery (240) are positioned so as not to overlap in the vertical direction, and the positioning heights can also be different. With respect to the handle (216), the heavier suction motor (214) is positioned at the front of the handle (216), and the heavier battery (240) is positioned at the bottom of the handle (216), so the weight can be evenly distributed throughout the first vacuum cleaner (200). Through this, when the user holds the handle (216) and cleans, strain on the user's wrist can be prevented.

[0137] According to the embodiment, when the battery (240) is coupled to the battery housing (230), the lower surface of the battery (240) may be exposed to the outside. Since the battery (240) may be placed on the floor when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is placed on the floor, the battery (240) can be immediately detached from the battery housing (230). Additionally, since the lower surface of the battery (240) is exposed to the outside and comes into direct contact with the outside air of the battery (240), the cooling performance of the battery (240) may be improved.

[0138] Meanwhile, if the battery (240) is fixed integrally to the battery housing (230), the structure for attaching and detaching the battery (240) and the battery housing (230) can be reduced, so the overall size of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.

[0139] The first vacuum cleaner (200) may include an extension tube (250). The extension tube (300) may be in communication with a cleaning module (260). The extension tube (250) may be in communication with a main body (210). The extension tube (250) may be in communication with a suction part (214) of the main body (210). The extension tube (250) may be formed in a long cylindrical shape.

[0140] The main body (210) can be connected to an extension tube (250). The main body (210) can be connected to a cleaning module (260) through the extension tube (250). The main body (210) can generate suction power through a suction motor (214) and provide suction power to the cleaning module (260) through the extension tube (250). External dust can be introduced into the main body (210) through the cleaning module (260) and the extension tube (250).

[0141] The first vacuum cleaner (200) may include a cleaning module (260). The cleaning module (260) may be connected to an extension tube (260). Accordingly, external air may be drawn into the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) by passing through the cleaning module (260) and the extension tube (250) by the suction force generated in the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0142] The first vacuum cleaner (200) can be coupled to the side of the housing (110). Specifically, the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be mounted on the coupling part (120). More specifically, the dust bin (220) and battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be coupled to the coupling surface (121), the outer surface of the dust bin main body (221) can be coupled to the dust bin guide surface (122), and the suction part (212) can be coupled to the suction part guide surface (126) of the coupling part (120). In this case, the central axis of the dust bin (220) is positioned parallel to the ground, and the extension tube (250) can be positioned along a direction perpendicular to the ground (see FIG. 2).

[0143] Dust inside the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be collected into the dust collection unit (170) of the vacuum cleaner station (100) by gravity and the suction force of the dust collection motor (191). Through this, dust inside the dust bin can be removed without any separate operation by the user, thereby providing user convenience. In addition, the inconvenience of having to empty the dust bin every time can be eliminated. Furthermore, dust scattering can be prevented when the dust bin is emptied.

[0144] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a virtual center of gravity plane (S1) can be formed by including at least two of the motor axis (a1), suction path centerline (a2), handle axis (a3), cyclone center axis (a4), and dust bin axis (a5).

[0145] Accordingly, a suction part (212) may be disposed on a virtual extension plane of the center of gravity plane (S1). Alternatively, a dust separation part (213) may be disposed on a virtual extension plane of the center of gravity plane (S1). Alternatively, a suction motor (214) may be disposed on a virtual extension plane of the center of gravity plane (S1). Alternatively, a handle (216) may be disposed on a virtual extension plane of the center of gravity plane (S1). Alternatively, a dust bin (220) may be disposed on a virtual extension plane of the center of gravity plane (S1).

[0146] The overall center of gravity of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be symmetrically arranged around the center of gravity plane (S1).

[0148] The dust removal system (10) may include a second vacuum cleaner (300). The second vacuum cleaner (300) may refer to a robot vacuum cleaner. The second vacuum cleaner (300) can automatically clean the area to be cleaned by driving itself through the area to be cleaned and sucking up foreign substances such as dust from the floor. The second vacuum cleaner (300) may include a distance sensor that detects the distance to obstacles such as furniture, office supplies, or walls installed within the cleaning area, a left wheel for the movement of the robot vacuum cleaner, and a right wheel. The second vacuum cleaner (300) may be coupled to a vacuum cleaner station (100). Dust within the second vacuum cleaner (300) may be collected in a dust collection unit (170) through a second flow path (182).

[0150] Meanwhile, FIG. 17 discloses a diagram for explaining the relationship between the center of gravity of a first vacuum cleaner and the arrangement of a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 18 discloses a schematic diagram of FIG. 17 viewed from a different direction.

[0151] Referring to FIGS. 1, FIGS. 2, FIGS. 17 and FIGS. 18, the vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention is described as follows.

[0152] A first vacuum cleaner (200) and a second vacuum cleaner (300) may be placed in the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0153] The vacuum cleaner station (100) may include a housing (110). The housing (110) may form the exterior of the vacuum cleaner station (100). Specifically, the housing (110) may be formed in the shape of a column including at least one outer wall surface. For example, the housing (110) may be formed in a shape similar to a square column.

[0154] The housing (110) may have a space formed to accommodate a dust collection unit (170) that stores dust inside and a dust suction module (190) that generates a flow force for dust to be collected by the dust collection unit (170).

[0155] The housing (110) may include a bottom surface (111) and an outer wall surface (112).

[0156] The bottom surface (111) can support the lower side of the dust suction module (190) in the direction of gravity. That is, the bottom surface (111) can support the lower side of the dust collection motor (191) of the suction module (190).

[0157] At this time, the bottom surface (111) can be positioned facing the ground. The bottom surface (111) can be positioned parallel to the ground, or it can be positioned at an angle inclined to the ground. With such a configuration, the dust collection motor (191) can be stably supported, and there is an advantage in that the overall weight can be balanced even when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is combined.

[0158] Meanwhile, according to an embodiment, the bottom surface (111) may further include a ground support member (not shown) that increases the contact area with the ground to prevent the vacuum cleaner station (100) from tipping over and to maintain balance. For example, the ground support member may be in the form of a plate extending from the bottom surface (111), or one or more frames may be formed to protrude and extend along the direction of the ground from the bottom surface (111). At this time, it is preferable that the ground support member be arranged symmetrically to maintain left-right balance and front-back balance with respect to the front where the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted.

[0159] The outer wall surface (112) may mean a surface formed along the direction of gravity and may mean a surface connected to the bottom surface (111). For example, the outer wall surface (112) may mean a surface connected perpendicularly to the bottom surface (111). In another embodiment, the outer wall surface (112) may be positioned at an angle inclined to the bottom surface (111).

[0160] The outer wall surface (112) may be configured to include at least one surface. For example, the outer wall surface (112) may include a first outer wall surface (112a), a second outer wall surface (112b), a third outer wall surface (112c), and a fourth outer wall surface (112d).

[0161] In this embodiment, the first outer wall surface (112a) may be positioned on the front of the vacuum cleaner station (100). Here, "front" may refer to the surface to which the first vacuum cleaner (200) or the second vacuum cleaner (300) is attached. Accordingly, the first outer wall surface (112a) may form the exterior of the front of the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0162] Meanwhile, for the purpose of understanding the present embodiment, the direction is defined as follows. In the present embodiment, the direction can be defined while the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0163] At this time, the surface including the extension line (212a) of the suction part (212) can be called the front (see FIG. 1). That is, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100), a part of the suction part (212) can be in contact with and coupled to the suction part guide surface (126), and the part of the suction part (212) that is not coupled to the suction part guide surface (126) can be positioned so as to be exposed to the outside from the first outer wall surface (112a). Accordingly, if a virtual extension line (212a) of the suction part (212) is drawn, it can be positioned on the first outer wall surface (112a), and the surface including this extension line (212a) of the suction part (212) can be called the front.

[0164] In another perspective, with the lever pulling arm (161) coupled to the housing (110), the surface including the side exposed to the outside of the lever pulling arm (161) may be called the front.

[0165] In another perspective, the outer surface of the vacuum cleaner station (100) through which the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner passes while the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be called the front.

[0166] And, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100), the direction in which the first vacuum cleaner (200) is exposed to the outside of the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be called the front.

[0167] In addition, from another perspective, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100), the direction in which the suction motor (214) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) is positioned can be called the front. And the direction opposite to the direction in which the suction motor (214) is positioned on the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be called the rear.

[0168] From another perspective, the direction in which the intersection point where the handle axis (a3) and the motor axis (a1) intersect is located relative to the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be called the front. Alternatively, the direction in which the intersection point where the handle axis (a3) and the suction channel centerline (a2) intersect is located can be called the front. Alternatively, the direction in which the intersection point where the motor axis (a1) and the suction channel centerline (a2) intersect is located can be called the front. And the direction opposite to the direction in which the above-mentioned intersection point is located relative to the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be called the rear.

[0169] And, based on the internal space of the housing (110), the surface facing the front can be called the rear of the vacuum cleaner station (100). Thus, the rear can mean the direction in which the second outer wall surface (112b) is formed.

[0170] And, when looking at the front with respect to the internal space of the housing (110), the left side may be called the left side and the right side may be called the right side. Accordingly, the left side may refer to the direction in which the third outer wall surface (112c) is formed, and the right side may refer to the direction in which the fourth outer wall surface (112d) is formed.

[0171] The first outer wall surface (112a) may be formed in a flat shape, or it may be formed in a curved shape overall, or it may be formed including a curved surface in a part.

[0172] The first outer wall surface (112a) may have an appearance corresponding to the shape of the first vacuum cleaner (200). Specifically, a coupling part (120) may be disposed on the first outer wall surface (112a). With this configuration, the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be coupled to the vacuum cleaner station (100) and supported by the vacuum cleaner station (100). The specific configuration of the coupling part (120) will be described later.

[0173] Additionally, a lever pulling unit (161) may be disposed on the first outer wall surface (112a). Specifically, a lever pulling arm (161) of the lever pulling unit (160) may be mounted on the first outer wall surface (112a). For example, an arm receiving groove may be formed on the first outer wall surface (112a) to accommodate the lever pulling arm (161). At this time, the arm receiving groove may be formed in correspondence with the shape of the lever pulling arm (161). Accordingly, when the lever pulling arm (161) is mounted in the arm receiving groove, the first outer wall surface (112a) and the outer surface of the lever pulling arm (161) may form a continuous shape, and the lever pulling arm (161) may be moved in a stroke so as to protrude from the first outer wall surface (112a) according to the operation of the lever pulling unit (160).

[0174] Meanwhile, it is also possible to add a structure to the first outer wall surface (112a) for mounting various types of cleaning modules (260) used in the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0175] Additionally, a structure to which a second vacuum cleaner (300) can be attached may be added to the first outer wall surface (112a). Accordingly, a structure corresponding to the shape of the second vacuum cleaner (300) may be added to the first outer wall surface (112a).

[0176] Additionally, a vacuum cleaner bottom plate (not shown) to which the lower surface of the second vacuum cleaner (300) can be attached may be further attached to the first outer wall surface (112a). Meanwhile, in a different embodiment, the vacuum cleaner bottom plate (not shown) may be formed in a connected form from the bottom surface (111).

[0177] In this embodiment, the second outer wall surface (112b) may be a surface facing the first outer wall surface (112a). That is, the second outer wall surface (112b) may be positioned on the rear side of the vacuum cleaner station (100). Here, the rear side may be a surface facing the surface to which the first vacuum cleaner (200) or the second vacuum cleaner (300) is attached. Thus, the second outer wall surface (112b) may form the exterior of the rear side of the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0178] For example, the second outer wall surface (112b) can be formed in a flat shape. With this configuration, the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be attached to the wall inside the room and the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be stably supported.

[0179] As another example, it is also possible to add a structure to the second outer wall surface (112b) for mounting various types of cleaning modules (260) used in the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0180] Additionally, a structure to which a second vacuum cleaner (300) can be attached may be added to the second outer wall surface (112b). Accordingly, a structure corresponding to the shape of the second vacuum cleaner (300) may be added to the second outer wall surface (112b).

[0181] Additionally, a vacuum cleaner base plate (not shown) to which the lower surface of the second vacuum cleaner (300) can be attached may be further attached to the second outer wall surface (112b). Meanwhile, in a different embodiment, the vacuum cleaner base plate (not shown) may be formed in a connected form from the bottom surface (111). With this configuration, when the second vacuum cleaner (300) is attached to the vacuum cleaner base plate (not shown), the overall center of gravity of the vacuum cleaner station (100) is lowered, thereby stably supporting the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0182] In this embodiment, the third outer wall surface (112c) and the fourth outer wall surface (112d) may refer to surfaces connecting the first outer wall surface (112a) and the second outer wall surface (112b). At this time, the third outer wall surface (112c) may be positioned on the left side of the station (100), and the fourth outer wall surface (112d) may be positioned on the right side of the vacuum cleaner station (100). Alternatively, it is also possible for the third outer wall surface (112c) to be positioned on the right side of the vacuum cleaner station (100), and the fourth outer wall surface (112d) to be positioned on the left side of the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0183] The third outer wall surface (112c) or the fourth outer wall surface (112d) may be formed in a flat shape, or may be formed in a curved shape overall, or may be formed including a curved surface in a part.

[0184] Meanwhile, it is also possible to add a structure to the third outer wall surface (112c) or the fourth outer wall surface (112d) for mounting various types of cleaning modules (260) used in the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0185] Additionally, a structure to which the second vacuum cleaner (300) can be attached may be added to the third outer wall surface (112c) or the fourth outer wall surface (112d). Accordingly, a structure corresponding to the shape of the second vacuum cleaner (300) may be added to the third outer wall surface (112c) or the fourth outer wall surface (112d).

[0186] Additionally, a vacuum cleaner bottom plate (not shown) to which the lower surface of the second vacuum cleaner (300) can be attached may be further attached to the third outer wall surface (112c) or the fourth outer wall surface (112d). Meanwhile, in a different embodiment, the vacuum cleaner bottom plate (not shown) may be formed in a connected form from the bottom surface (111).

[0188] FIG. 5 discloses a drawing for explaining a coupling part in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 discloses a drawing for explaining the arrangement of a fixed unit, a door unit, a cover opening unit, and a lever pulling unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0189] Referring to FIGS. 5 and FIGS. 6, the coupling part (120) of the vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention is described as follows.

[0190] The vacuum cleaner station (100) may include a coupling part (120) for coupling a first vacuum cleaner (200). Specifically, the coupling part (120) is positioned on a first outer wall surface (112a), and the main body (210), dust bin (220), and battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) may be coupled thereto.

[0191] The coupling portion (120) may include a coupling surface (121). The coupling surface (121) may be disposed on the side of the housing (110). For example, the coupling surface (121) may refer to a surface formed in a concave groove shape facing the inside of the vacuum cleaner station (100) from the first outer wall surface (112a). That is, the coupling surface (121) may refer to a surface formed in a step with the first outer wall surface (112a).

[0192] A first vacuum cleaner (200) may be coupled to the coupling surface (121). For example, the coupling surface (121) may come into contact with the lower surface of the dust bin (220) and battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200). Here, the lower surface may refer to the surface facing the ground when the user uses the first vacuum cleaner (200) or places it on the ground. At this time, the coupling of the coupling surface (121) and the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) may refer to a physical coupling in which the first vacuum cleaner (200) and the vacuum cleaner station (100) are coupled and fixed. This can serve as a prerequisite for a fluid-flow connection in which the dust bin (220) and the fluid passage (180) are connected so that fluid can flow. Additionally, the connection between the connection surface (121) and the battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can signify a physical connection in which the first vacuum cleaner (200) and the vacuum cleaner station (100) are connected and fixed. This can serve as a prerequisite for an electrical connection in which the battery (240) and the charging part (128) are electrically connected.

[0193] For example, the angle that the coupling surface (121) makes with the ground can be a right angle. Through this, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the coupling surface (121), the space of the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be minimized.

[0194] As another example, the coupling surface (121) may be positioned at an angle to the ground. Through this, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the coupling surface (121), the vacuum cleaner station (100) can be stably supported.

[0195] A dust passage hole (121a) may be formed in the coupling surface (121) to allow air from outside the housing (110) to flow into the interior. The dust passage hole (121a) may be formed in a hole shape corresponding to the shape of the dust container (220) so that dust from the dust container (220) flows into the dust collection unit (170). The dust passage hole (121a) may be formed corresponding to the shape of the discharge cover (222) of the dust container (220). The dust passage hole (121a) may be formed to communicate with the first flow path (181) to be described later.

[0196] The coupling portion (120) may include a dustbin guide surface (122). The dustbin guide surface (122) may be disposed on the first outer wall surface (112a). The dustbin guide surface (122) may be connected to the first outer wall surface (112a). Additionally, the dustbin guide surface (122) may be connected to the coupling surface (121).

[0197] The dustbin guide surface (122) can be formed in a shape corresponding to the outer surface of the dustbin (220). The front outer surface of the dustbin (220) can be coupled to the dustbin guide surface (122). This provides convenience for the first vacuum cleaner (200) to be coupled to the coupling surface (121).

[0198] The coupling portion (120) may include a guide projection (123). The guide projection (123) may be placed on the coupling surface (121). The guide projection (123) may protrude upward from the coupling surface (121). Two guide projections (123) may be placed spaced apart from each other. The distance between the two spaced-apart guide projections (123) may correspond to the width of the battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200). This provides convenience for the first vacuum cleaner (200) to be coupled to the coupling surface (121).

[0199] The connecting portion (120) may include a side wall (124). The side wall (124) may refer to a wall surface positioned on both sides of the connecting surface (121) and may be connected perpendicularly to the connecting surface (121). The side wall (124) may be connected to the first outer wall surface (112a). Additionally, the side wall (124) may be connected to the dustbin guide surface (122). That is, the side wall (124) may form a surface connected to the dustbin guide surface (122). Through this, the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be stably accommodated.

[0200] The coupling portion (120) may include a coupling sensor (125). The coupling sensor (125) can detect whether the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the coupling portion (120).

[0201] The coupling sensor (125) may include a contact sensor. For example, the coupling sensor (125) may include a micro switch. In this case, the coupling sensor (125) may be placed on a guide projection (123). Thus, when the battery housing (230) or battery (240) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled between a pair of guide projections (123), the coupling sensor (125) comes into contact, and the coupling sensor (125) can detect that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is physically coupled to the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0202] Meanwhile, the coupling sensor (125) may also include a non-contact sensor. For example, the coupling sensor (125) may include an infrared sensor (IR sensor). In this case, the coupling sensor (125) may be placed on the side wall (124). Accordingly, when the dust bin (220) or the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) passes through the side wall (124) and reaches the coupling surface (121), the coupling sensor (125) can detect the presence of the dust bin (220) or the main body (210) and detect that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is physically coupled to the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0203] The combined sensor (125) may be opposite to the dustbin (220) or battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0204] The coupling sensor (125) can be a means of determining whether the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled along with power being applied to the battery (240) of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0205] The coupling portion (120) may include a suction guide surface (126). The suction guide surface (126) may be positioned on the first outer wall surface (112a). The suction guide surface (126) may be connected to the dustbin guide surface (122). A suction portion (212) may be coupled to the suction guide surface (126). The shape of the suction guide surface (126) may be formed to correspond to the shape of the suction portion (212). Through this, convenience can be provided for the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) to be coupled to the coupling surface (121).

[0206] The connecting portion (120) may include a fixing member access hole (127). The fixing member access hole (127) may be formed in the shape of an elongated hole along the side wall (124) to allow the fixing member (131) to enter and exit. For example, the fixing member access hole (127) may be a rectangular hole formed along the side wall (124). A detailed description of the fixing member (131) will be provided later.

[0207] With this configuration, when a user attaches the first vacuum cleaner (200) to the coupling portion (120) of the vacuum cleaner station (100), the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be stably positioned on the coupling portion (120) by means of the dust bin guide surface (122), the guide projection (123), and the suction portion guide surface (126). Through this, convenience can be provided for the dust bin (220) and battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) to be attached to the coupling surface (121).

[0209] Meanwhile, FIG. 7 discloses an exploded perspective view for explaining a fixed unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8 discloses a drawing for explaining the arrangement of a first vacuum cleaner and a fixed unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 discloses a cross-sectional view for explaining a fixed unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0210] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 9, the fixed unit (130) according to the present invention is described as follows.

[0211] The vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention may include a fixed unit (130). The fixed unit (130) may be positioned on a side wall (124). Additionally, the fixed unit (130) may be positioned on the back side of a coupling surface (121). The fixed unit (130) may secure a first vacuum cleaner (200) that is coupled to the coupling surface (121). Specifically, the fixed unit (130) may secure a dust bin (220) and a battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) that is coupled to the coupling surface (121).

[0212] The fixed unit (130) may include a fixed member (131) that fixes the dust bin (220) and battery housing (230) of the first vacuum cleaner (200), and a fixed motor (133) that drives the fixed member (131). Additionally, the fixed unit (130) may further include a fixed gear (134) that transmits power from the fixed motor (133) to the fixed member (131), and a fixed link (135) that converts the rotational motion of the fixed gear (134) into the reciprocating motion of the fixed member (131). Furthermore, the fixed unit (13) may further include a fixed housing (132) that accommodates the fixed motor (133) and the fixed gear (134) inside.

[0213] The fixing member (131) is positioned on the side wall (124) of the coupling part (120) and may be configured to be reciprocally movable on the side wall (124) to fix the dust container (220). Specifically, the fixing member (131) may be accommodated inside the fixing member entry hole (127).

[0214] The fixing members (131) may be placed on each side of the connecting part (120). For example, two fixing members (131) may be symmetrically arranged in pairs around the connecting surface (121).

[0215] Specifically, the fixed member (131) may include a link coupling part (131a), a movable panel (131b), and a movable sealer (131c). At this time, the link coupling part (131a) may be disposed on one side of the movable panel (131b), and the movable sealer (131c) may be disposed on the other side of the movable panel (131b).

[0216] The link coupling portion (131a) is coupled to the fixed link (135) on one side of the movable panel (131b). For example, the link coupling portion (131a) may be formed to protrude in the shape of a cylinder or a circular pin from a connecting jaw (131bb) formed by bending and extending one end of the movable panel (131b). Accordingly, the link coupling portion (131a) can be rotatably inserted and coupled to one end of the fixed link (135).

[0217] The movable panel (131b) is connected to the link joint (131a) and can be configured to move back and forth from the side wall (124) toward the dust bin (220) by driving the fixed motor (133). As an example, the movable panel (131b) can be configured to move back and forth linearly along the guide frame (131d).

[0218] Specifically, one side of the movable panel (131b) may be positioned to be accommodated in the space inside the first outer wall surface (112a), and the other side of the movable panel (131b) may be positioned to be exposed on the side wall (124).

[0219] The movable panel (131b) may include a panel body (131ba), a connecting jaw (131bb), a first pressing part (131bc), and a second pressing part (131bd). For example, the panel body (131ba) may be formed in a flat plate shape. Additionally, a connecting jaw (131bb) may be disposed at one end of the panel body (131ba). And a first pressing part (131bc) may be formed at the other end of the panel body (131ba).

[0220] The connecting jaw (131bb) can be formed by bending and extending from one end of the panel body (131ba) toward the fixed motor (131). A link coupling part (131a) can be formed by protruding from the tip of the connecting jaw (131bb).

[0221] A frame penetration hole through which a guide frame (131d) can pass may be formed in the connecting jaw (131bb). For example, the frame penetration hole may be formed in a shape similar to the letter 'I'.

[0222] The first pressure portion (131bc) is formed at the other end of the panel body (131ba) and can be formed in a shape corresponding to the shape of the dust container (220) to seal the dust container (220). For example, the first pressure portion (131bc) can be formed in a shape that can wrap around a cylinder. That is, the first pressure portion (131bc) may refer to an end formed in a concave arc shape on the other side of the panel body (131ba).

[0223] The second pressurizing part (131bd) is connected to the first pressurizing part (131bc) and can be formed in a shape corresponding to the shape of the battery housing (230) to seal the battery housing (230). For example, the second pressurizing part (131bd) can be formed in a shape capable of pressing the battery housing (230). That is, the second pressurizing part (131bd) may refer to an end formed in a straight shape on the other side of the panel body (131ba).

[0224] A movable sealer (131c) is positioned at the reciprocating end of a movable panel (131b) and can seal the dust bin (220). Specifically, the movable sealer (131c) is coupled to a first pressure member (131bc) and can seal the space between the dust bin (220) and the first pressure member (131bc) when the first pressure member (131bc) presses while surrounding the dust bin (220). Additionally, the movable sealer (131c) is coupled to a second pressure member (131bd) and can seal the space between the battery housing (230) and the second pressure member (131bd) when the second pressure member (131bd) presses the battery housing (230).

[0225] The fixed unit (130) may further include a guide frame (131d) that is coupled to the housing (110), penetrates the movable panel (131b), and guides the movement of the fixed member (131). For example, the guide frame (131d) may be an 'I'-shaped frame that penetrates the connecting jaw (131bb). With this configuration, the movable panel (131b) can move in a straight reciprocating motion along the guide frame (131d).

[0226] The fixed housing (132) may be placed inside the housing (110). For example, the fixed housing (132) may be placed on the back side of the coupling surface (121).

[0227] The fixed housing (132) can form a space inside to accommodate a fixed gear (134). Additionally, the fixed housing (132) can accommodate a fixed motor (133).

[0228] The fixed housing (132) may include a first fixed housing (132a), a second fixed housing (132b), a link guide hole (132c), and a motor receiving portion (132d).

[0229] The first fixed housing (132a) and the second fixed housing (132b) can be combined to form a space that can accommodate a fixed gear (134) inside.

[0230] For example, the first fixed housing (132a) may be positioned facing the outside of the vacuum cleaner station (100), and the second fixed housing (132b) may be positioned facing the inside of the vacuum cleaner station (100). That is, the first fixed housing (132a) may be positioned facing the coupling surface (121), and the second fixed housing (132b) may be positioned facing the second outer wall surface (112b).

[0231] A link guide hole (132c) may be formed in the first fixed housing (132a). The link guide hole (132c) may refer to a hole formed to guide the movement path of the fixed link (135). For example, the link guide hole (132c) may refer to an arc-shaped hole formed along the circumferential direction around the rotation axis of the fixed gear (134).

[0232] Two link guide holes (132c) may be formed to guide a pair of fixed member links (135) that move a pair of fixed members (132). Additionally, the two link guide holes (132c) may be formed symmetrically relative to each other.

[0233] The motor receiving portion (132d) may be provided to receive the fixed motor (133). For example, the motor receiving portion (132d) may be formed to protrude in a cylindrical shape from the first fixed housing (132a) so as to receive the fixed motor (133) inside.

[0234] The fixed motor (133) can provide power to move the fixed member (131). Specifically, the fixed motor (133) can rotate the fixed gear (134) in a forward direction or a reverse direction. Here, the forward direction may mean the direction in which the fixed member (131) is moved from inside the side wall (124) toward the direction of pressing the dust bin (220). Also, the reverse direction may mean the direction in which the fixed member (131) is moved from the position where it presses the dust bin (220) toward the inside of the side wall (124). The forward direction may be the opposite direction to the reverse direction.

[0235] The fixed gear (134) is coupled with the fixed motor (133), and can move the fixed member (131) using the power of the fixed motor (133).

[0236] The fixed gear (134) may include a driving gear (134a), a connecting gear (134b), a first link rotating gear (134c), and a second link rotating gear (134d).

[0237] The driving gear (134a) can be inserted and coupled with the shaft of the fixed motor (133). For example, the driving gear (134a) can be fixedly coupled by inserting the shaft of the fixed motor (133). For another example, the driving gear (134a) can be formed integrally with the shaft of the fixed motor (133).

[0238] The connecting gear (134b) can be engaged with the driving gear (134a) and the first link rotating gear (134c).

[0239] The first link rotation gear (134c) is rotatably coupled to the other end of the fixed link (135) and can transmit rotational force transmitted from the drive gear (134a) to the fixed link (135).

[0240] The first link rotating gear (134c) may include a rotating shaft (134ca), a rotating surface (134cb), a gear tooth (134cc), and a link connecting part (134cd).

[0241] The rotation axis (134ca) can be coupled to and supported by the first fixed housing (132a) and the second fixed housing (132b). The rotation surface (134cb) can be formed in the shape of a disc having a predetermined thickness around the rotation axis (134ca). Gear teeth (134cc) are formed on the outer surface of the rotation surface (134cb) and can mesh with the connecting gear (134b). Additionally, gear teeth (134cc) can mesh with the second link rotation gear (134d). With this configuration, the first link rotation gear (134c) can receive power provided by the fixed motor (133) through the driving gear (134a) and the connecting gear (134b) and transmit it to the second link rotation gear (134d).

[0242] The link connecting part (134cd) may be formed to protrude in the shape of a cylinder or a circular pin along the axial direction from the rotating surface (134cb). The link connecting part (134cd) may be rotatably connected to the other end of the fixed part link (135). For example, the link connecting part (134cd) may be connected to the other end of the fixed part link (135) by passing through the link guide hole (132c). With this configuration, the first link rotating gear (134c) rotates by the power of the fixed part motor (133), and the fixed part link (135) can rotate and move linearly by the rotation of the first link rotating gear (134c), and as a result, the fixed member (131) can move to fix and release the dust bin (220).

[0243] The second link rotation gear (134d) meshes with the first link rotation gear (134c) and can rotate in the opposite direction to the first link rotation gear (134c).

[0244] The second link rotation gear (134d) is rotatably coupled to the other end of the fixed link (135) and can transmit rotational force transmitted from the drive gear (134a) to the fixed link (135).

[0245] The second link rotating gear (134d) may include a rotating shaft (134da), a rotating surface (134db), a gear tooth (134dc), and a link connecting part (134dd).

[0246] The rotation axis (134da) can be coupled to and supported by the first fixed housing (132a) and the second fixed housing (132b). The rotation surface (134db) can be formed in the shape of a disc having a predetermined thickness around the rotation axis (134da). Gear teeth (134dc) are formed on the outer surface of the rotation surface (134db) and can mesh with the first link rotation gear (134c). With this configuration, the second link rotation gear (134d) can receive power provided by the fixed motor (133) through the drive gear (134a), the connecting gear (134b), and the first link rotation gear (134c).

[0247] The link connecting part (134dd) may be formed to protrude in the shape of a cylinder or a circular pin along the axial direction from the rotating surface (134db). The link connecting part (134dd) may be rotatably connected to the other end of the fixed part link (135). For example, the link connecting part (134dd) may be connected to the other end of the fixed part link (135) by passing through the link guide hole (132c). With this configuration, the second link rotating gear (134d) rotates by the power of the fixed part motor (133), and the fixed part link (135) can rotate and move linearly by the rotation of the second link rotating gear (134d), and as a result, the fixed member (131) can move to fix and release the dust bin (220).

[0248] The fixed link (135) links the fixed gear (134) and the fixed member (131) and can convert the rotation of the fixed gear (134) into the reciprocating movement of the fixed member (131).

[0249] One end of the fixed link (135) may be connected to the link coupling part (131a) of the fixed member (131), and the other end may be connected to the link fastening part (134cd, 134dd) of the fixed gear (134).

[0250] The fixed link (135) may include a link body (135a), a first link connecting part (135b), and a second link connecting part (135c).

[0251] For example, the link body (135a) may be formed in the shape of a frame with a bent central portion. This is to improve the efficiency of power transmission by changing the angle of force transmission.

[0252] A first link connecting part (135b) may be disposed at one end of the link body (135a), and a second link connecting part (135c) may be disposed at the other end of the link body (135a). The first link connecting part (135b) may be formed to protrude in a cylindrical shape at one end of the link body (135a). A hole may be formed in the first link connecting part (135b) to which a link connecting part (131a) can be inserted and coupled. The second link connecting part (135c) may be formed to protrude in a cylindrical shape at the other end of the link body (135a). At this time, the protruding height of the second link connecting part (135c) may be higher than the protruding height of the first link connecting part (135b). This is to accommodate the link connecting portion (134cd, 134dd) of the fixed gear (134) inside so that it can move along the link guide hole (132c) and to support the link connecting portion (134cd, 134dd) when rotating. A hole may be formed in the second link connecting portion (135c) into which the link connecting portion (134cd, 134dd) can be inserted and coupled.

[0253] The fixed sealer (136) can be placed on the dust bin guide surface (122) to seal the dust bin (220) when the vacuum cleaner (200) is attached. With this configuration, when the dust bin (220) of the vacuum cleaner (200) is attached, the fixed sealer (136) can be pressed by the weight of the vacuum cleaner (200), and the dust bin (220) and the dust bin guide surface (122) can be sealed.

[0254] The fixed sealer (136) can be positioned on a virtual extension line of the movable sealer (131c). With this configuration, when the fixed motor (133) is operated and the fixed member (131) presses the dust bin (220), the perimeter of the dust bin (220) at the same height can be sealed. That is, the fixed sealer (136) and the movable sealer (131c) can seal the outer surface of the dust bin (220) positioned on concentric circles.

[0255] According to an embodiment, the fixed sealer (136) may be positioned on the dustbin guide surface (122) in a bent line shape corresponding to the arrangement of the cover opening unit (150) to be described later.

[0256] Accordingly, when the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) is placed in the coupling part (120), the fixing unit (130) can fix the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200). Specifically, when the coupling sensor (125) detects that the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the coupling part (120) of the vacuum cleaner station (100), the fixing part motor (133) can move the fixing member (131) to fix the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0257] The control of the fixed unit (130) will be described later together with the description of the control unit (400) of the vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention.

[0258] By doing so, the vibration and impact generated when the discharge cover (222) of the main body (210) of the fixed first vacuum cleaner (200) is separated from the dust bin (220) can be increased, thereby improving the efficiency of moving the dust stored inside the dust bin (220) to the dust collection unit (170) of the vacuum cleaner station (100). In other words, the suction power of the vacuum cleaner can be improved by ensuring that no residual dust remains in the dust bin. Furthermore, by ensuring that no residual dust remains in the dust bin, the odor caused by the residue can be eliminated.

[0260] Meanwhile, FIG. 10 discloses a drawing for explaining the relationship between a first vacuum cleaner and a door unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0261] Referring to FIGS. 5, FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 10, the door unit (140) of the present invention is described as follows.

[0262] The vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention may include a door unit (140). The door unit (140) may be configured to open and close a dust passage hole (121a).

[0263] The door unit (140) may include a door (141), a door motor (142), and a door arm (143).

[0264] The door (141) is hinge-connected to the connecting surface (121) and can open and close the dust passage hole (121a). The door (141) may include a door body (141a), a hinge part (141b), and an arm connecting part (141c).

[0265] The door body (141a) can be formed in a shape that can block the dust passage hole (121a). For example, the door body (141a) can be formed in a shape similar to a disc. Based on the state in which the door body (141a) blocks the dust passage hole (121a), a hinge part (141b) can be placed on the upper side of the door body (141a), and an arm coupling part (141c) can be placed on the lower side of the door body (141a).

[0266] The door body (141a) can be formed in a shape that can seal the dust passage hole (121a). For example, the outer surface of the door body (141a) exposed to the outside of the vacuum cleaner station (100) is formed to have a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the dust passage hole (121a), and the inner surface positioned inside the vacuum cleaner station (100) is formed to have a diameter larger than the diameter of the dust passage hole (121a). Additionally, a step may be created between the outer surface and the inner surface. Meanwhile, at least one reinforcing rib may be formed protruding from the inner surface to connect the hinge portion (141b) and the arm coupling portion (141c) and to strengthen the support force of the door body (141a).

[0267] The hinge portion (141b) may be a means for hinge-connecting the door (141) to the connecting surface (121). The hinge portion (141b) may be positioned at the upper end of the door body (141a) and connected to the connecting surface (121).

[0268] The arm coupling portion (141c) may be a means for the door arm (143) to be rotatably coupled. The arm coupling portion (141c) is positioned on the lower side of the inner surface, and the door arm (143) may be rotatably coupled.

[0269] With this configuration, when the door (141) closes the dust passage hole (121a), if the door arm (143) pulls the door body (141a), the door body (141a) rotates toward the inside of the vacuum cleaner station (100) around the hinge portion (141b) as an axis, and the dust passage hole (121a) can be opened. Meanwhile, when the dust passage hole (121a) is open, if the door arm (143) pushes the door body (141a), the door body (141a) rotates toward the outside of the vacuum cleaner station (100) around the hinge portion (141b) as an axis, and the dust passage hole (121a) can be blocked.

[0270] The door motor (142) can provide power to rotate the door (141). Specifically, the door motor (142) can rotate the door arm (143) in a forward direction or a reverse direction. Here, the forward direction may mean the direction in which the door arm (143) pulls the door (141). Thus, when the door arm (143) rotates in the forward direction, the dust passage hole (121a) can be opened. Also, the reverse direction may mean the direction in which the door arm (143) pushes the door (141). Thus, when the door arm (143) rotates in the reverse direction, the dust passage hole (121a) can be closed at least partially. The forward direction may be the opposite direction to the reverse direction.

[0271] The door arm (143) connects the door (141) and the door motor (142), and can open and close the door (141) using power generated from the door motor (142).

[0272] For example, the door arm (143) may include a first door arm (143a) and a second door arm (143b). One end of the first door arm (143a) may be coupled to a door motor (142). The first door arm (143a) may rotate by the power of the door motor (142). The other end of the first door arm (143a) may be rotatably coupled to the second door arm (143b). The first door arm (143a) may transmit power transmitted from the door motor (142) to the second door arm (143b). One end of the second door arm (143b) may be coupled to the first door arm (143a). The other end of the second door arm (143b) may be coupled to the door (141). The second door arm (143b) can open or close the dust passage hole (121a) by pushing or pulling the door (141).

[0273] The door unit (140) may further include a door opening / closing detection unit (144). The door opening / closing detection unit (144) may be provided inside the housing (100) and may detect whether the door (141) is in an open state.

[0274] For example, the door opening / closing detection unit (144) may be positioned at each end of the rotational movement area of the door arm (143). For another example, the door opening / closing detection unit (144) may be positioned at each end of the movement area of the door (141).

[0275] Accordingly, when the door arm (143) moves to a predetermined opening position (DP1) or the door (141) opens to a predetermined position, the door opening / closing detection unit (144) can detect that the door is open. Additionally, when the door arm (143) moves to a predetermined closing position (DP2) or the door (141) opens to a predetermined position, the door opening / closing detection unit (144) can detect that the door is open.

[0276] The door opening / closing detection unit (144) may include a contact sensor. For example, the door opening / closing detection unit (144) may include a micro switch.

[0277] Meanwhile, the door opening / closing detection unit (144) may also include a non-contact sensor. For example, the door opening / closing detection unit (144) may include an infrared sensor (IR sensor).

[0278] With this configuration, the door unit (140) can selectively open and close at least a portion of the coupling surface (121) to connect the outside of the first outer wall surface (112a) with the first flow path (181) and / or dust collection unit (170).

[0279] The door unit (140) can be opened together with the discharge cover (222) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) when the discharge cover (222) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) is opened. Also, when the door unit (140) is closed, the discharge cover (222) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be closed together.

[0280] When dust is removed from the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200), the door motor (142) can attach the discharge cover (222) to the dust bin body (221) by rotating the door (141). Specifically, the door motor (142) rotates the door (142) around the hinge portion (141b) by rotating the door (141), and the door (142) rotating around the hinge portion (141b) can push the discharge cover (222) toward the dust bin body (221).

[0282] FIG. 11 discloses a drawing for explaining the lower surface of the dust bin of a first vacuum cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 12 discloses a drawing for explaining the relationship between the first vacuum cleaner and the cover opening unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 13 discloses a perspective view for explaining the cover opening unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0283] Referring to FIGS. 5, FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 11 to 13, the cover opening unit (150) of the first embodiment of the present invention is described as follows.

[0284] The vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention may include a cover opening unit (150). The cover opening unit (150) is positioned on the lower side in the direction of gravity of the coupling part (120) and can open the discharge cover (222) of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0285] The cover opening unit (150) may include a push projection (151), a cover opening motor (152), a cover opening gear (153), a support plate (154), and a gearbox (155).

[0286] The push projection (151) can move to press the coupling lever (222c) when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled.

[0287] The push projection (151) can be positioned on the dustbin guide surface (122). Specifically, a projection movement hole may be formed in the dustbin guide surface (122), and the push projection (151) may pass through the projection movement hole and be exposed to the outside.

[0288] The push projection (151) can be positioned so that the coupling lever (222c) can be pressed when the first vacuum cleaner (100) is coupled. That is, the coupling lever (222c) can be positioned on the projection movement hole. Additionally, the coupling lever (222c) can be positioned on the movement area of the push projection (151).

[0289] The push projection (151) can reciprocate in a straight line to press the coupling lever (222c). Specifically, the push projection (151) can be coupled to the gearbox (155) to guide the straight movement. The push projection (151) can be coupled to the cover opening gear (153) and move together with the movement of the cover opening gear (153).

[0290] For example, the push projection (151) may include a projection portion (151a), a projection support plate (151b), a connecting portion (151c), a gear coupling block (151d), and a guide frame (151e).

[0291] The projection (151a) may be formed to press the coupling lever (222c). The projection (151a) may be formed in a hook or a projection shape similar to a right triangle or a trapezoid. The projection support plate (151b) may be formed in a flat plate shape that is connected to the projection (151a) and supports the projection (151a).

[0292] The protruding support plate (151b) may be provided to be movable along the upper surface of the gear box (155). The connecting portion (151c) may connect the protruding support plate (151b) and the gear coupling block (151d). The connecting portion (151c) may be formed to have a narrower width than the protruding support plate (151b) and the gear coupling block (151d).

[0293] The connecting portion (151c) may be positioned to pass through a protrusion through hole (155b) formed in the gear box (155). The gear coupling block (151d) may be coupled to the cover opening gear (153). The gear coupling block (151d) may be fixedly coupled to the cover opening gear (153) using a member such as a screw or piece.

[0294] The gear coupling block (151d) is housed inside the gearbox (155) and can reciprocate linearly inside the gearbox (155) by the movement of the cover opening gear (153). A guide frame (151e) can be formed as a protruding extension on each side of the gear coupling block (151d). The guide frame (151e) can be formed as a protruding extension in the shape of a square column from the gear coupling block (151d).

[0295] The guide frame (151e) can be positioned to pass through the guide hole (155c) formed in the gear box (155). Accordingly, the guide frame (151e) can move back and forth in a straight line along the guide hole (155c) when the gear coupling block (151d) moves in a straight line.

[0296] The cover opening motor (152) can provide power to move the push projection (151). Specifically, the cover opening motor (152) can rotate the motor shaft (152a) in a forward direction or a reverse direction. Here, the forward direction may mean the direction in which the push projection (151) presses the coupling lever (222c). Also, the reverse direction may mean the direction in which the push projection (151) that pressed the coupling lever (222c) returns to its original position. The forward direction may be the opposite direction to the reverse direction.

[0297] The cover opening motor (152) may be positioned on the outside of the gearbox (155). The motor shaft (152a) of the cover opening motor (152) may pass through the motor through hole (155e) of the gearbox (155) and be coupled with the cover opening gear (153). For example, the motor shaft (152a) may be coupled with the opening drive gear (153a) and rotate together.

[0298] The cover opening gear (153) is coupled with the cover opening motor (152) and can move the push projection (151) using the power of the cover opening motor (152). Specifically, the cover opening gear (153) can be housed inside the gearbox (155). The cover opening gear (153) can receive power by being coupled with the cover opening motor (152). The cover opening gear (153) can be coupled with the push projection (151) to move the push projection (151).

[0299] The cover opening gear (153) may include an opening drive gear (153a) and an opening driven gear (153b). Specifically, the opening drive gear (153a) may receive rotational power from the cover opening motor (152) by having the shaft (152a) of the cover opening motor (152) inserted and coupled thereto.

[0300] The open driven gear (153b) meshes with the open driving gear (153a) and is coupled with the gear coupling block (151d) of the push projection (151) to move the push projection (151). For example, the open driven gear (153b) may be formed in the form of a rack gear to mesh with the open driving gear (153a) in the form of a pinion gear. The open driven gear (153b) may include a body portion (153ba) that is coupled with the gear coupling block (151d). Additionally, the open driven gear (153b) may include a gear portion (153bb) formed on the lower side of the body portion (153ba) and meshing with the open driving gear (153a). Furthermore, the open driven gear (153b) may include guide shafts (153bc) that are formed protruding from both sides of the body portion (153ba). Additionally, the open driven gear (153b) may include a gear wheel (153bd) into which a guide shaft (153bc) is inserted and coupled, and which rolls along a guide rail (155d) formed on the inner side of the gearbox (155).

[0301] A support plate (154) may be provided to support one side of the dust container (220). Specifically, the support plate (154) may be formed to extend from the coupling surface (121). The support plate (154) may be formed to protrude from the coupling surface (121) toward the center of the dust passage hole (121a).

[0302] The support plate (154) may be formed to protrude symmetrically from the joint surface (121), but is not limited thereto and may include all various shapes capable of supporting the lower surface extension (221a) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) or the lower surface of the dust bin (220).

[0303] When the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the vacuum cleaner station (100), the lower surface of the dust bin (220) may be placed in the dust passage hole (121a), and the support plate (154) may support the lower surface of the dust bin (220). The lower surface of the dust bin (220) may be provided with a discharge cover (222) that can be opened and closed, and may include a cylindrical dust bin body (221) and a lower surface extension (221a) that is extended. At this time, the support plate (154) may be in contact with and support the lower surface extension (221a).

[0304] With this configuration, while the support plate (154) supports the lower extension part (221a), the push projection (151) can press the coupling lever (222c) of the discharge cover (222). At this time, the discharge cover (222) may be equipped with a torsion spring (222d). The discharge cover (222) can be rotated beyond a predetermined angle by the elastic force of the torsion spring (222d) and can be supported in the rotated position. Accordingly, the discharge cover (222) can be opened, and the dust passage hole (121a) and the inside of the dust bin (220) can be connected. That is, by opening the discharge cover (222), the flow path (180) and the inside of the dust bin (220) can be connected to each other, and the vacuum cleaner station (100) and the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be connected so that fluid flow is possible (fluid-based connection).

[0305] The gear box (155) is coupled to the inner surface of the housing (110) and positioned on the lower side in the direction of gravity of the coupling part (120), and can accommodate a cover opening gear (153) inside. Specifically, a space capable of accommodating the cover opening gear (153) is formed inside the box body (155a), and a projection penetration hole (155b) through which the connecting part (151c) of the push projection (151) passes is formed on the upper surface of the box body (155a). Additionally, a guide hole (155c) is formed in the shape of an elongated hole on the left and right sides of the box body (155a) so that the guide frame (151e) of the push projection (151) can pass through it.

[0306] Meanwhile, a guide rail (155d) may be formed on the inner surface of the left and right sides of the box body (155a). The guide rail (155d) supports the open driven gear (153b) and can guide the movement of the open driven gear (153b).

[0307] A motor through hole (155e) is formed on one side of the gear box (155) so that the shaft (152a) of the cover opening motor (152) can pass through. Additionally, a cover opening detection part (155f) may be disposed on the side of the gear box (155).

[0308] The cover opening detection unit (155f) may include a contact sensor. For example, the cover opening detection unit (155f) may include a micro switch. Meanwhile, the cover opening detection unit (155f) may also include a non-contact sensor. For example, the cover opening detection unit (155f) may include an infrared sensor. Accordingly, the cover opening detection unit (155f) can detect the position of the guide frame (151e) and, through this, detect the position of the push projection (151).

[0309] The cover opening detection unit (155f) can be positioned at each end of the elongated guide hole (155c). Accordingly, when the push projection (151) moves to a position where it can press the coupling lever (222c) to open the discharge cover (222), the guide frame (151e) is positioned at a predetermined cover opening point (CP1), and the cover opening detection unit (155f) can detect that the discharge cover (222) is open. Additionally, when the push projection (151) returns to its original position, the guide frame (151e) is positioned at a predetermined cover non-opening point (CP2), and the cover opening detection unit (155f) can detect that the push projection (151) has returned to its original position.

[0311] Meanwhile, FIG. 14 discloses a cross-sectional view for explaining a second embodiment of a cover opening unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0312] To avoid repetitive explanations, the structure and effect of the cover opening unit (150) according to the first embodiment of the present invention are identical except for the details specifically described in this embodiment, so it may be used.

[0313] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the cover opening unit (1150) may further include a support projection (1156), a support projection transfer gear (1157), and a support projection transfer link (1158).

[0314] The support projection (1156) can move in a linear reciprocating motion to open and close a part of the dust passage hole (121a) in conjunction with the movement of the support projection transfer gear (1157).

[0315] A support projection (1156) may be provided to support one side of the dust container (220). Specifically, the support projection (1156) moves linearly from the coupling surface (121) in accordance with the operation of the cover opening motor (1152) and comes into contact with the lower extension (221a). That is, as the push projection (1151) moves to press the discharge cover (222), the support projection (1156) may move upward from the coupling surface (121) toward the center of the dust passage hole (121a) to support the lower extension (221a).

[0316] The support projection transfer gear (1157) meshes with the cover opening gear (1153) and can move the support projection (1156) through the power of the cover opening motor (1152). For example, the support projection transfer gear (1157) may be provided in the form of a rack gear so as to mesh with the opening drive gear (1153a).

[0317] The support projection transfer link (1158) can link the support projection (1156) and the support projection transfer gear (1157). Specifically, one end of the support projection transfer link (1158) can be rotatably connected to the support projection transfer gear (1157), and the other end can be connected to the support projection (1156). With this configuration, when the cover opening motor (1152) is operated in the cover opening direction, the support projection transfer gear (1157) can be moved toward the outside of the vacuum cleaner station (100), and the support projection transfer link (1158) can rotate and push the support projection (1156) upward in the direction of gravity. Accordingly, the support projection (1156) can move upward from the coupling surface (121) toward the center of the dust passage hole (121a). On the other hand, when the cover opening motor (1152) is operated in the return direction, the support projection transfer gear (1157) can be moved toward the inside of the vacuum cleaner station (100), and the support projection transfer link (1158) can rotate to lower the support projection (1156) in the direction of gravity.

[0319] Meanwhile, FIG. 15 discloses a cross-sectional view for explaining a third embodiment of a cover opening unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0320] To avoid repetitive explanations, the structure and effect of the cover opening unit (150) according to the first embodiment of the present invention are identical except for the details specifically described in this embodiment, so it may be used.

[0321] Meanwhile, in another embodiment of the present invention, the cover opening unit (2150) may further include a support projection (2156), a support projection transfer gear (2157), a support projection transfer block (2158), and a return spring (2159).

[0322] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the support projection (2156) and the support projection transfer gear (2157) are identical to the support projection (1156) and the support projection transfer gear (1157) of the second embodiment of the present invention, so they can be utilized.

[0323] The support projection transfer block (2158) is positioned on the upper surface of the support projection transfer gear (2157) and may include an inclined surface that guides the linear movement of the support projection (2156). With this configuration, when the cover opening motor (2152) is operated in the cover opening direction, the support projection transfer gear (2157) can be moved toward the outside of the vacuum cleaner station (100), and the support projection transfer link (2158) can rotate to push the support projection (2156) upward in the direction of gravity.

[0324] The return spring (2159) can provide a restoring force to the support projection (2156) when the support projection (2156) moves in a straight line. Specifically, the return spring (2159) may be a coil spring. One end of the return spring (2159) may be connected to the upper surface of the support projection transfer gear (2157). The other end of the return spring (2159) may be connected to the lower side of the support projection (2156). With this configuration, when the cover opening motor (2152) is operated in the return direction, the support projection transfer gear (2157) may be moved toward the inside of the vacuum cleaner station (100), and the restoring force of the return spring (2159) may cause the support projection (2156) to descend downward in the direction of gravity.

[0325] Meanwhile, FIG. 20 discloses a drawing for explaining a fourth embodiment of a cover opening unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 21 discloses a drawing of FIG. 20 viewed from a different angle.

[0326] Referring to FIGS. 5, FIGS. 6, FIGS. 11, FIGS. 20, and FIGS. 21, the cover opening unit (3150) of the present invention is described as follows.

[0327] The vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention may include a cover opening unit (3150). The cover opening unit (3150) is positioned at the coupling part (120) and can open the discharge cover (222) of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0328] The cover opening unit (3150) may include a push projection (3151), a cover opening motor (3152), a cover opening gear (3153), a support plate (3154), a gearbox (3155), and a cover opening detection unit (3156).

[0329] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the cover opening motor (3152) and the support plate (3154) have the same structure and effect as the cover opening motor (152) and the support plate (154) in the first embodiment of the present invention, so they can be utilized.

[0330] The push projection (3151) can move to press the coupling lever (222c) when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled.

[0331] The push projection (3151) can be positioned on the dustbin guide surface (122). Specifically, a projection movement hole may be formed in the dustbin guide surface (122), and the push projection (3151) may pass through the projection movement hole and be exposed to the outside.

[0332] The push projection (3151) can be positioned so that the coupling lever (222c) can be pressed when the first vacuum cleaner (100) is coupled. That is, the coupling lever (222c) can be positioned on the projection movement hole. Additionally, the coupling lever (222c) can be positioned on the movement area of the push projection (3151).

[0333] The push projection (3151) can reciprocate in a straight line to press the coupling lever (222c). Specifically, the push projection (3151) can be coupled to a gearbox (3155) to guide its straight movement. The push projection (3151) can be coupled to a cover opening gear (3153) and move together with the movement of the cover opening gear (3153).

[0334] For example, the push projection (3151) may include a projection portion (3151a), a projection support plate (3151b), a connecting portion (3151c), and a gear coupling block (3151d).

[0335] The projection (3151a) may be formed to press the coupling lever (222c). The projection (3151a) may be formed in the shape of a hook or a projection similar to a right triangle or a trapezoid.

[0336] The protrusion support plate (3151b) is connected to the protrusion (3151a) and can be formed in the shape of a flat plate that supports the protrusion (3151a). The protrusion support plate (3151b) can be provided to be movable along the upper surface of the gear box (3155).

[0337] The connecting portion (3151c) can connect the protrusion support plate (3151b) and the gear coupling block (3151d). The connecting portion (3151c) can be formed to have a narrower width than the protrusion support plate (3151b) and the gear coupling block (3151d). The connecting portion (3151c) can be positioned to penetrate the protrusion through hole (3155c) formed in the gear box (3155).

[0338] The gear coupling block (3151d) can be coupled with the cover opening gear (3153). The gear coupling block (3151d) can be fixedly coupled with the cover opening gear (3153) using a member such as a screw or piece. The gear coupling block (3151d) is housed inside the gearbox (3155) and can move in a linear reciprocating motion inside the gearbox (3155) by the movement of the cover opening gear (3153).

[0339] The cover opening gear (3153) is coupled with the cover opening motor (3152) and can move the push projection (3151) using the power of the cover opening motor (3152). Specifically, the cover opening gear (3153) can be housed inside the gearbox (3155). The cover opening gear (3153) can receive power by being coupled with the cover opening motor (3152). The cover opening gear (3153) can be coupled with the push projection (3151) to move the push projection (3151).

[0340] The cover opening gear (3153) may include an opening drive gear (3153a) and an opening driven gear (3153b). Specifically, the opening drive gear (3153a) may receive rotational power from the cover opening motor (3152) by having the shaft (3152a) of the cover opening motor (3152) inserted and coupled thereto.

[0341] The open driven gear (3153b) meshes with the open driving gear (3153a) and is coupled with the gear coupling block (3151d) of the push projection (3151) to move the push projection (3151).

[0342] For example, the open driven gear (3153b) may be formed in the form of a rack gear to mesh with the open driving gear (3153a) in the form of a pinion gear. The open driven gear (3153b) may include a body portion (3153ba) that is coupled to the gear coupling block (3151d). Additionally, the open driven gear (3153b) may include a gear portion (3153bb) formed on the lower side of the body portion (3153ba) and meshing with the open driving gear (3153a). Furthermore, the open driven gear (3153b) may include a gear wheel (3153bc) that is coupled to both sides of the body portion (3153ba) and moves along a guide rail (3155b) formed on the inner side of the gearbox (3155). Additionally, the open driven gear (3153b) may include a contact projection (3153bd) formed protruding from one side of the body portion (3153ba) and protruding to a length capable of contacting the cover opening detection portion (3156).

[0343] The contact projection (3153bd) is provided to be linearly movable together with the body portion (3153ba) according to the rotation of the opening drive gear (3153a) and may be positioned to be in contact with the cover opening detection portion (3156). For example, the contact projection (3153bd) may be positioned on the lower side in the direction of gravity of the body portion (3153ba) and positioned further away from the gear portion (3153bb) with respect to the outer surface (181a) of the first flow path (181). With this configuration, when the cover opening motor (3152) is driven, the opening drive gear (3153a) rotates, and power is transmitted to the gear portion (3153bb) meshed with the opening drive gear (3153a), thereby converting rotational motion into linear motion. At this time, the gear wheel (3153bc) rolls along the guide rail (3155b) to guide the linear reciprocating motion of the body portion (3155ba). Meanwhile, when the body part (3155ba) moves in a straight line, the contact projection (3153bd) contacts the cover opening detection part (3156) and can notify the cover opening detection part (3156) and the control part (400) of the position of the opening driven gear (3153b) and the push projection (3151).

[0344] The gear box (3155) may be positioned inside the housing (110) and positioned on the lower side in the direction of gravity of the coupling part (120). The gear box (3155) may be positioned on the outer surface (181a) of the first flow path (181). For example, the gear box (3155) may be formed integrally with the piping of the first flow path (181), may be formed to protrude radially outward from the outer surface (181a) of the piping of the first flow path (181), and may form a space inside capable of accommodating a cover opening gear (3153).

[0345] Meanwhile, unlike in the first embodiment of the present invention where a guide hole (155c) is formed in the gear box (155), in the present embodiment, a hole for guiding the linear movement of the push projection (3151) is not formed on the left and right sides of the gear box (3155).

[0346] With this configuration, the gearbox (3155) can minimize the space (gap) through which air can escape and prevent loss of suction power when the dust collection motor (191) is operated.

[0347] A cover opening gear (3153) can be accommodated inside the gear box (3155). Specifically, a space capable of accommodating the cover opening gear (153) is formed inside the gear box (3155), and a projection through hole (3155c) through which the connecting part (3151c) of the push projection (3151) passes can be formed on the upper surface of the gear box (3155).

[0348] Meanwhile, a drive gear support (3155a) and a guide rail (3155b) may be formed on the inner surface of the left and right sides of the gear box (3155).

[0349] The drive gear support (3155a) is formed to protrude from the inner surface of one side of the gearbox (3155) to support the open drive gear (3153a). For example, the drive gear support (3155a) may be formed in a cylindrical shape with a portion of the upper side in the direction of gravity open. At this time, the shaft of the drive gear support (3155a) formed in a cylindrical shape may be positioned in a direction perpendicular to one side of the gearbox (3155). Additionally, one end of the drive gear support (3155a) in the axial direction may be formed with at least a portion closed, and a hole may be formed in the center to allow the shaft of the open drive gear (3153a) to be inserted. Meanwhile, the other axial end of the drive gear support (3155a) is formed in an open shape, which may mean a hole formed on one side of the gear box (3155), and may provide a space through which the shaft of the cover opening motor (3152) passes to be coupled with the open drive gear (3153a).

[0350] With this configuration, a cover opening motor (3152) is positioned on the outer side of one side of the gearbox (3155), and an opening drive gear (3153a) is rotatably accommodated in the drive gear support (3155a) to stably support the cover opening unit (3150).

[0351] The guide rail (3155b) is formed to protrude from the inner surface of both sides of the gearbox (3155) to support the open driven gear (3153b) and guide the movement of the open driven gear (3153b).

[0352] The cover opening detection part (3156) is received inside the gearbox (3155) and can be positioned in a location where it can contact the contact projection (3153bd) of the open driven gear (3153b).

[0353] The cover opening detection unit (3156) may include a contact sensor. For example, the cover opening detection unit (3156) may include a micro switch. Meanwhile, the cover opening detection unit (3156) may also include a non-contact sensor. For example, the cover opening detection unit (3156) may include an infrared sensor. Accordingly, the cover opening detection unit (3156) can detect the position of the contact projection (3153bd) and, through this, detect the position of the push projection (3151).

[0354] The cover opening detection part (3156) can be positioned to detect that the push projection (3151) is in an initial position (a position before the push projection (3151) presses the coupling lever (222c).

[0355] For example, it is preferable that the cover opening detection unit (3156) be positioned far from the first flow path (181) within the gearbox (3155). That is, when L is the maximum length of the gearbox (3155) from the outer surface of the pipe (181a) of the first flow path (181), it is preferable that the shortest distance between the cover opening detection unit (3156) and the outer surface of the pipe (181a) of the first flow path (181) exceeds 0.5L. Additionally, it is preferable that the cover opening detection unit (3156) be positioned farther than the rotation axis of the opening drive gear (3153a) relative to the outer surface of the pipe (181a) of the first flow path (181).

[0356] Accordingly, when the push projection (3151) is before pressing the coupling lever (222c) or when the push projection (3151) returns to its initial position after opening the discharge cover (222), the cover opening detection unit (3156) can detect contact with the contact projection (3153bd). At this time, the cover opening detection unit (3156) can transmit a signal regarding contact with the contact projection (3153bd) to the control unit (400), and the control unit (400) can receive this signal and determine that the push projection (3151) is in its initial position.

[0357] Meanwhile, when the cover opening motor (3152) is driven and the push projection (3151) begins to move to press the coupling lever (222c), the cover opening detection unit (3156) detects that contact with the contact projection (3153bd) has been interrupted and can transmit a signal to the control unit (400) regarding the interruption of contact with the contact projection (3153bd).

[0358] The control unit (400) receives such a signal and can operate a timer to calculate the time after contact with the contact projection (3153bd) has been interrupted. If no signal regarding contact with the contact projection (3153bd) is received from the cover opening detection unit (3156) until a predetermined projection reciprocating time (t) has elapsed after contact with the contact projection (3153bd) has been interrupted, the control unit (400) may determine that the cover opening unit (150) has malfunctioned. Then, the control unit (400) may drive the cover opening motor (3152) again to return the contact projection (3153bd) to its initial position. Additionally, the control unit (400) may command the display unit (500) to display an error or a requirement for inspection.

[0359] With this configuration, unlike the first embodiment which uses two cover opening detection units (155f), the present embodiment can determine the position of the push projection (3151) and determine whether the cover opening unit (3150) is malfunctioning using a single cover opening detection unit (3156).

[0360] The cover opening unit (3150) may further include a support tube (3157). The support tube (3157) includes a first support tube (3157a) and a second support tube (3157b).

[0361] The first support tube (3157a) and the second support tube (3157b) can be coupled to the inner surface of the gear box (3155) and can support the cover opening detection unit (3156) to maintain the position of the cover opening detection unit (3156). For example, the first support tube (3157a) is positioned on the lower side in the direction of gravity of the cover opening detection unit (3156) and can contact and support the lower surface of the cover opening detection unit (3156). Additionally, the second support tube (3157b) is positioned on the rear side (direction of the first flow path (181)) of the cover opening detection unit (3156) and can contact and support the cover opening detection unit (3156).

[0362] With this configuration, the support tube (3157) maintains the position of the cover opening detection part (3156), thereby enabling stable detection of the position of the push projection (151).

[0363] Meanwhile, the first support tube (3157a) and the second support tube (3157b) can accommodate wires inside. For example, the first support tube (3157a) and the second support tube (3157b) are formed in the shape of square tubes so that wires can be accommodated inside.

[0364] Accordingly, the wire connected to the cover opening detection unit (3156) can be placed inside the gearbox (3155) through the first support tube (3157a) and the second support tube (3157b).

[0365] With this configuration, even if the opening drive gear (3153a) rotates and the opening driven gear (153b) reciprocates inside the gearbox (3155), the first support tube (3157a) and the second support tube (3157b) protect the wire, so damage to the wire can be prevented. Accordingly, the cover opening detection unit (3156) can receive power reliably and transmit an electrical signal to the control unit (400).

[0366] With this configuration, the cover opening unit (150, 1150, 2150, 3150) can selectively open and close the lower part of the dust bin (220) by separating the coupling lever (222c) from the dust bin (220). In this case, the dust inside the dust bin (220) can be collected by the dust collection unit (170) by the impact of the discharge cover (222) being separated from the dust bin (220).

[0367] Therefore, when the main body (210) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) is fixed to the coupling part (120), the cover opening motor (152) can move the push projections (151, 1151, 2151, 3151) to separate the discharge cover (222) from the dust bin (220). When the discharge cover (222) is separated from the dust bin (220), the dust inside the dust bin (220) can be collected in the dust collection part (170).

[0368] Accordingly, according to the present invention, the user can open the dust bin (220) without separately opening the discharge cover (222) of the first vacuum cleaner by means of the cover opening unit (150), thereby improving convenience.

[0369] In addition, since the discharge cover (222) is opened while the first vacuum cleaner (200) is connected to the vacuum cleaner station (100), it has the effect of preventing dust from scattering.

[0371] Meanwhile, FIG. 16 discloses a drawing for explaining the relationship between the first vacuum cleaner and the lever pulling unit in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0372] Referring to FIGS. 5, FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 16, the lever pulling unit (160) of the present invention is described as follows.

[0373] The vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention may include a lever pulling unit (160). The lever pulling unit (160) may be positioned on the first outer wall surface (112a) of the housing (110). The lever pulling unit (160) can compress dust inside the dust bin (220) by pressing the dust bin compression lever (223) of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0374] The lever pulling unit (160) may include a lever pulling arm (161), an arm gear (162), a stroke drive motor (163), a rotation drive motor (164), and an arm movement detection unit (165).

[0375] The lever pulling arm (161) is received in the housing (110) and may be configured to enable stroke movement and rotational movement. For example, the lever pulling arm (161) may be received in an arm receiving groove formed in the first outer wall surface (112a). At this time, if a virtual cylinder is drawn with the lower end of the arm receiving groove as an axis, the dustbin compression lever (223) may be placed within the virtual cylinder.

[0376] The lever pulling arm (161) may be provided to press the dustbin compression lever (223). The lever pulling arm (161) may be formed to correspond to the shape of the arm receiving groove. For example, the lever pulling arm (161) may be formed in a shape similar to an elongated bar.

[0377] One side of the lever pulling arm (161) can be formed to form a continuous surface with the first outer wall surface (112a) while being received in the arm receiving groove. An arm gear (162) can be coupled to one side of the other side of the lever pulling arm (161).

[0378] The arm gear (162) can be coupled with the lever pulling arm (161), the stroke drive motor (163), and the rotary drive motor (164). For example, the arm gear (162) can be formed similarly to a shaft. One end of the shaft of the arm gear (162) can be fixedly coupled to the lever pulling arm (161). The other end of the shaft of the arm gear (162) can be provided in the form of a worm wheel. Thus, the other end of the shaft of the arm gear (162) can be meshed with the rotary drive motor (164) in the form of a worm gear. The shaft of the arm gear (162) can be formed in the form of a cylindrical worm. The shaft of the arm gear (162) can be meshed with the stroke drive motor (163) in the form of a worm gear.

[0379] The stroke drive motor (163) can provide power to stroke the lever pull arm (161). The stroke drive motor (163) can rotate in a forward direction or a reverse direction. Here, the forward direction may mean the direction in which the lever pull arm (161) moves away from the housing (110) of the vacuum cleaner station (100). Also, the reverse direction may mean the direction in which the lever pull arm (161) is pulled toward the vacuum cleaner station (100). The forward direction may be the opposite direction to the reverse direction.

[0380] The rotary drive motor (164) can provide power to rotate the lever pull arm (161). The rotary drive motor (164) can rotate in a forward direction or a reverse direction. Here, the forward direction may mean the direction in which the lever pull arm (161) rotates to a position where it can press the dustbin compression lever (223). Also, the reverse direction may be the opposite direction to the forward direction.

[0381] The arm movement detection unit (165) may be positioned inside the housing (110). The arm movement detection unit (165) may be positioned on the movement path of the shaft of the arm gear (162). The arm movement detection unit (165) may be positioned at the initial position (LP1), the maximum stroke movement position (LP2), and the position (LP3) when the compression lever (223) is pulled, respectively, of the shaft of the arm gear (162).

[0382] The arm movement detection unit (165) may include a contact sensor. For example, the arm movement detection unit (165) may include a micro switch. Meanwhile, the arm movement detection unit (165) may also include a non-contact sensor. For example, the arm movement detection unit (165) may include an infrared sensor (IR sensor). With such a configuration, the arm movement detection unit (165) can detect the stroke position of the arm gear (162).

[0383] Additionally, the arm movement detection unit (165) may be positioned at the other end of the arm gear (162) shaft. The arm movement detection unit (165) may be positioned at the other end of the arm gear (162), which is provided in the form of a worm wheel, to detect the rotational position. The arm movement detection unit (165) may include a contact sensor. For example, the arm movement detection unit (165) may include a micro switch. Meanwhile, the arm movement detection unit (165) may also include a non-contact sensor. For example, the arm movement detection unit (165) may include an infrared sensor (IR sensor) or a Hall sensor.

[0384] Accordingly, the arm movement detection unit (165) can detect that the lever pulling arm (161) is in its initial position. Additionally, the arm movement detection unit (165) can detect that the lever pulling arm (161) has moved as far as possible from the housing (110). Additionally, the arm movement detection unit (165) can detect that the lever pulling arm (161) rotates to pull the compression lever (223). Additionally, the arm movement detection unit (165) can detect that the lever pulling arm (161) has pulled the compression lever (223). Additionally, the arm movement detection unit (165) can detect that the lever pulling arm (161) rotates back to its original position after pulling the compression lever (223).

[0385] Accordingly, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the coupling part (120) and the lever pulling arm (161) moves in a stroke, the compressor (224) can move downward to compress and move the dust inside the dust bin (220). In one embodiment of the present specification, the discharge cover (222) can be separated from the dust bin (220) so that the dust inside the dust bin (220) is primarily collected by gravity in the dust separation part (130), and then the compressor (250) can secondarily collect the remaining dust inside the dust bin (125) into the dust separation part (130). Alternatively, while the discharge cover (222) is coupled to the dust bin (220), the compressor (not shown) can compress the dust inside the dust bin (220) downward, and the discharge cover (222) can be separated from the dust bin (220) so that the dust inside the dust bin (220) is collected into the dust separation part (130).

[0387] Meanwhile, the dust collection unit (170) is described as follows with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 17 to 19.

[0388] The vacuum cleaner station (100) may include a dust collection unit (170). The dust collection unit (170) may be placed inside the housing (110). The dust collection unit (170) may be placed on the lower side in the direction of gravity of the coupling unit (120).

[0389] The dust collection unit (170) may include a roll vinyl (not shown). The roll vinyl is fixed to the housing (110) and can be spread downward by the load of dust falling from the dust bin (220).

[0390] The vacuum cleaner station (100) may include a joining section (not shown). The joining section may be positioned in the housing (110). The joining section may be positioned in the upper region of the dust collection section (170). The joining section may cut and join the upper region of the roll vinyl in which dust has been collected. Specifically, the joining section may gather the roll vinyl into a central region and heat-wire join the upper region of the roll vinyl. The joining section may include a first joining member (not shown) and a second joining member (not shown). The first joining member (not shown) may move in a first direction via a first joining drive unit (174), and the second joining member (not shown) may move in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction via a second joining drive unit (175).

[0391] With this configuration, dust collected from the first vacuum cleaner (200) or the second vacuum cleaner (200) can be collected inside the roll vinyl, and the roll vinyl can be automatically joined. Therefore, since the user does not need to separately tie the bag containing the collected dust, user convenience can be improved.

[0393] Meanwhile, the Euro section (180) is described as follows with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 17 to 19.

[0394] The vacuum cleaner station (100) may include a flow path (180). The flow path (180) may connect the first vacuum cleaner (200) or the second vacuum cleaner (300) with the dust collection unit (170).

[0395] The Euro section (180) may include a first Euro (181), a second Euro (182), and a Euro switching valve (183).

[0396] The first flow path (181) can connect the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) and the dust collection unit (170). The first flow path (181) can be positioned at the rear side of the coupling surface (121). The first flow path (181) may represent the space between the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) and the dust collection unit (170). The first flow path (181) may be a space formed at the rear side from the dust passage hole (121a), or it may be a flow path formed by bending downward from the dust passage hole (121a) so that dust and air can flow through it. Dust inside the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can move to the dust collection unit (170) through the first flow path (181).

[0397] The second Euro (182) can connect the second vacuum cleaner (300) and the dust collection unit (170). Dust inside the second vacuum cleaner (300) can move to the dust collection unit (170) through the second Euro (182).

[0398] A flow path switching valve (183) may be positioned between the dust collection unit (170) and the first flow path (181) and the second flow path (182). The flow path switching valve (183) can selectively open and close the first flow path (181) and the second flow path (182) connected to the dust collection unit (170). By doing so, a decrease in suction power caused by the opening of multiple flow paths (181, 182) can be prevented.

[0399] For example, when only the first vacuum cleaner (200) is connected to the vacuum cleaner station (100), the flow switching valve (183) can connect the first flow path (181) to the dust collection unit (170) and disconnect the connection between the second flow path (182) and the dust collection unit (170).

[0400] In another example, when only the second vacuum cleaner (300) is connected to the vacuum cleaner station (100), the flow switching valve (183) can disconnect the connection between the first flow path (181) and the dust collection unit (170), and connect the second flow path (182) and the dust collection unit (170).

[0401] As another example, when both the first vacuum cleaner (200) and the second vacuum cleaner (300) are combined in the vacuum cleaner station (100), the flow path switching valve (183) connects the first flow path (181) to the dust collection unit (170) and disconnects the connection between the second flow path (182) and the dust collection unit (170) so that the dust in the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be removed first. Afterward, the flow path switching valve (183) disconnects the connection between the first flow path (181) and the dust collection unit (170) and connects the second flow path (182) to the dust collection unit (170) so that the dust in the second vacuum cleaner (300) can be removed. Through this, the convenience of using the first vacuum cleaner (200), which is manually operated by the user, can be increased.

[0403] Meanwhile, the dust suction module (190) is described as follows with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 17 to 19.

[0404] The vacuum cleaner station (100) may include a dust suction module (190). The dust suction module (190) may include a dust collection motor (191), a first filter (192), and a second filter (not shown).

[0405] The dust collection motor (191) can be positioned at the bottom of the dust collection unit (170). The dust collection motor (191) can generate suction force in the first path (181) and the second path (182). Through this, the dust collection motor (191) can provide suction force capable of sucking up dust in the dust bin (220) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) and dust in the second vacuum cleaner (300).

[0406] The dust collection motor (191) can generate suction force by rotation. For example, the dust collection motor (191) can be formed in a shape similar to a cylinder.

[0407] The first filter (192) may be placed between the dust collection unit (170) and the dust collection motor (191). The first filter (192) may be a pre-filter.

[0408] A second filter may be placed between the dust collection motor (191) and the outer wall surface (112). The second filter may be a HEPA filter.

[0409] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a virtual balance maintenance space (R1) can be formed that extends vertically from the ground and penetrates the dust collection unit (170) and the dust suction module (190). For example, the balance maintenance space (R1) may be a virtual space that extends vertically from the ground, and at least a dust collection motor (191) may be accommodated inside the balance maintenance space (R1). That is, the balance maintenance space (R1) may be a virtual cylindrical space that accommodates the dust collection motor (191) inside.

[0410] At this time, in the present invention, the virtual extension plane of the center of gravity plane (S1) is configured to penetrate the balance maintenance space (R1). With this configuration, the vacuum cleaner station (100) can stably maintain balance while the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention.

[0412] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 2, the arrangement of the first vacuum cleaner (200), the first flow path (181), the dust collection unit (170), and the dust suction module (190) while the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the vacuum cleaner station (100) is described as follows.

[0413] When the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100), the dust bin (220), which is formed in a cylindrical shape, can be positioned with its axis parallel to the ground. Also, the dust bin (220) can be positioned perpendicular to the first outer wall surface (112a) and the coupling surface (121). That is, the dust bin axis (a5) can be positioned perpendicular to the first outer wall surface (112a) and the coupling surface (121), and can be positioned parallel to the ground. Additionally, the dust bin axis (a5) can be positioned perpendicular to the axis of the balance maintenance space (R1).

[0414] And, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100), the extension tube (250) can be positioned along a direction perpendicular to the ground. And, the extension tube (250) can be positioned parallel to the first outer wall surface (112a). That is, the suction channel centerline (a2) can be positioned parallel to the first outer wall surface (112a) and perpendicular to the ground. In addition, the suction channel centerline (a2) can be positioned parallel to the axis of the balance maintenance space (R1).

[0415] Meanwhile, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100), at least a portion of the outer surface of the dust bin (220) may be surrounded by the dust bin guide surface (122). A first flow path (181) is arranged at the rear of the dust bin (220) so that it may communicate with the first flow path (181) when the dust bin (220) is opened. The first flow path (181) may be formed by bending downward from the dust bin (220). Additionally, a dust collection unit (170) may be arranged below the first flow path (181). A dust suction module (190) may be arranged below the dust collection unit (170).

[0416] Accordingly, according to the present invention, the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100) while equipped with an extension tube (250) and a cleaning module (260). Furthermore, the space occupied on the horizontal plane can be minimized even when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0417] In addition, according to the present invention, the first flow path (181) communicating with the dust container (220) is formed by bending downward only once, so the loss of the flow force for collecting dust is minimized.

[0418] In addition, according to the present invention, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is mounted on the vacuum cleaner station (100), the outer surface of the dust bin (220) is surrounded by the dust bin guide surface (122), and since the dust bin (220) is accommodated inside the coupling part (120), the dust inside the dust bin is not visible from the outside.

[0420] The vacuum cleaner station (100) may include a charging unit (128). The charging unit (128) may be placed on the coupling unit (120). Specifically, the charging unit (128) may be placed on the coupling surface (121). At this time, the position of the charging unit (128) may be positioned facing the charging terminal provided on the battery (240) of the first vacuum cleaner (200). The charging unit (128) may be electrically connected to the first vacuum cleaner (200) coupled to the coupling unit (120). The charging unit (128) may supply power to the battery of the first vacuum cleaner (200) coupled to the coupling unit (120). That is, when the first vacuum cleaner (200) is physically coupled to the coupling surface (121), the charging unit (128) may be electrically coupled to the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0421] Additionally, the charging unit (128) may include a lower charging unit (not shown) disposed in the lower region of the housing (110). The lower charging unit may be electrically connected to a second vacuum cleaner (300) coupled to the lower region of the housing (110). The second charger may supply power to the battery of the second vacuum cleaner (300) coupled to the lower region of the housing (110).

[0422] The vacuum cleaner station (100) may include a side door (not shown). The side door may be positioned in the housing (110). The side door may optionally expose the dust collection unit (170) to the outside. This allows the user to easily remove the dust collection unit (170) from the vacuum cleaner station (100).

[0424] Meanwhile, FIG. 19 discloses a block diagram for explaining the control configuration in a vacuum cleaner station according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0425] Referring to FIG. 19, the control configuration of the present invention is described as follows.

[0426] A vacuum cleaner station (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a control unit (400) that controls a coupling unit (120), a fixing unit (130), a door unit (140), a cover opening unit (150), a lever pulling unit (160), a dust collection unit (170), a flow path unit (180), and a dust suction module (190).

[0427] The control unit (400) may be composed of a printed circuit board and components mounted on the printed circuit board.

[0428] When the coupling sensor (125) detects the coupling of the first vacuum cleaner (200), the coupling sensor (125) can transmit a signal that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the coupling part (120). At this time, the control unit (400) can receive the signal from the coupling sensor (125) and determine that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is physically coupled to the coupling part (120).

[0429] Additionally, when power is supplied to the battery (240) of the first vacuum cleaner (200) from the charging unit (128), the control unit (400) can determine that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is electrically coupled to the coupling unit (120). Accordingly, when the control unit (400) determines that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is physically and electrically coupled to the coupling unit (120), it can determine that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is coupled to the vacuum cleaner station (120).

[0430] The control unit (400) can operate the fixing unit motor (133) to fix the first vacuum cleaner (200) when it is determined that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is connected to the connecting unit (120).

[0431] When the fixed member (131) or the fixed link (135) moves to a predetermined fixed point (FP1), the fixed detection unit (137) can transmit a signal that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is fixed. The control unit (400) can receive the signal from the fixed detection unit (137) that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is fixed and determine that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is fixed. When the control unit (400) determines that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is fixed, it can stop the operation of the fixed motor (133).

[0432] Meanwhile, when the emptying of the dust bin (200) is finished, the control unit (400) can rotate the fixed motor (133) in the reverse direction to release the fixation of the first vacuum cleaner (200).

[0433] The control unit (400) can operate the door motor (142) to open the door (141) of the vacuum cleaner station (100) when it is determined that the first vacuum cleaner (200) is fixed to the coupling unit (120).

[0434] The door opening / closing detection unit (144) can transmit a signal that the door (141) is opened when the door (141) or the door arm (143) reaches a predetermined opening position (DP1). The control unit (400) can determine that the door (141) is opened by receiving a signal that the door (141) is opened from the door opening / closing detection unit (137). When the control unit (400) determines that the door (141) is opened, it can stop the operation of the door motor (142).

[0435] Meanwhile, when the emptying of the dust bin (200) is finished, the control unit (400) can rotate the door motor (142) in the reverse direction to close the door (141).

[0436] When the control unit (400) determines that the door (141) is open, it can operate the cover opening motor (152, 1152, 2152, 3152) to open the discharge cover (222) of the first vacuum cleaner (200). As a result, the dust passage hole (121a) and the inside of the dust bin (220) can be connected. Thus, the vacuum cleaner station (100) and the first vacuum cleaner (200) can be coupled to allow fluid flow (fluid-linked coupling).

[0437] In the case where two cover opening detection units (155f) are provided, such as the cover opening unit (150) according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the control unit (400) can open the discharge cover (222) and detect the position of the push projection (151) in the following order.

[0438] Before the push projection (151) presses the coupling lever (222c), the cover opening detection unit (155f) can detect contact with the guide frame (151e). At this time, the cover opening detection unit (155f) can transmit a signal regarding contact with the guide frame (151e) to the control unit (400), and the control unit (400) can receive this signal and determine that the push projection (151) is in its initial position.

[0439] When the guide frame (151e) reaches a predetermined opening position (CP1), the cover opening detection unit (155f) can detect contact with the guide frame (151e). At this time, the cover opening detection unit (155f) can transmit a signal regarding contact with the guide frame (151e) to the control unit (400), and the control unit (400) can receive this signal and determine that the discharge cover (222) is open. When the control unit (400) determines that the discharge cover (222) is open, it can stop the operation of the cover opening motor (152).

[0440] Additionally, when the cover opening motor (152) is driven in the reverse direction and the push projection (151) returns to its original position, the guide frame (151e) is positioned at a predetermined cover non-opening point (CP2), and the cover opening detection unit (155f) can detect that the push projection (151) has returned to its original position (initial position).

[0441] On the other hand, if a cover opening detection unit (3156) is provided, such as the cover opening unit (3150) according to the fourth embodiment, the control unit (400) can open the discharge cover (222) in the following order and detect a malfunction.

[0442] When the push projection (3151) is before pressing the coupling lever (222c), or when the push projection (3151) returns to its initial position after opening the discharge cover (222), the cover opening detection unit (3156) can detect contact with the contact projection (3153bd). At this time, the cover opening detection unit (3156) can transmit a signal regarding contact with the contact projection (3153bd) to the control unit (400), and the control unit (400) can receive this signal and determine that the push projection (3151) is in its initial position.

[0443] Meanwhile, the control unit (400) can drive the cover opening motor (3152) in the forward direction. As a result, the push projection (3151) can move away from its initial position and move to a position that presses the coupling lever (222c).

[0444] When the cover opening motor (3152) is driven and the push projection (3151) begins to move to press the coupling lever (222c), the cover opening detection unit (3156) detects that contact with the contact projection (3153bd) has been interrupted and can transmit a signal to the control unit (400) regarding the interruption of contact with the contact projection (3153bd). Then, the control unit (400) receives this signal and can determine that the push projection (3151) has moved away from its initial position and can determine that the cover opening unit (3150) has operated normally.

[0445] The control unit (400) can measure the time after driving the cover opening motor (3152) in the forward direction through a timer (not shown) or measure the time after the push projection (3151) has moved out of its initial position.

[0446] At this time, the control unit (400) may pre-set and store the time required for the push projection (3151) to start from the initial position and press the coupling lever (222c) based on the rotational speed of the cover opening motor (3152) and the travel distance of the push projection (3151). Accordingly, the control unit (400) can drive the cover opening motor (3152) in the forward direction for a cover opening time (t1) greater than the time required to press the coupling lever (222c).

[0447] And, the control unit (400) can drive the cover opening motor (3152) in the reverse direction after the cover opening time (t1) has elapsed. As a result, the push projection (3151) can return to its initial position.

[0448] The control unit (400) can drive the cover opening motor (3152) until the cover opening detection unit (3156) detects contact with the contact projection (3153bd).

[0449] At this time, the control unit (400) may pre-set and store the time taken for the push projection (3151) to start from the initial position, press the coupling lever (222c), and then return to the initial position (t2).

[0450] Accordingly, if a signal regarding contact with the contact projection (3153bd) (a signal indicating that the push projection (3151) has returned to its initial position) is not received from the cover opening detection unit (3156) until the above projection reciprocating time (t2) has elapsed, the control unit (400) may determine that the cover opening unit (150) has malfunctioned. At this time, the control unit (400) may drive the cover opening motor (3152) again to return the contact projection (3153bd) to its initial position. Additionally, the control unit (400) may command the display unit (500) to display an error or a requirement for inspection.

[0451] Meanwhile, when the control unit (400) receives a signal from the cover opening detection unit (3156) that the push projection (3151) has returned to its initial position, it can terminate the operation of the cover opening motor (3152).

[0453] The control unit (400) can control the lever pulling arm (161) to pull the dustbin compression lever (223) by operating the stroke drive motor (163) and the rotation drive motor (164).

[0454] The arm movement detection unit (165) can transmit a signal when it detects that the arm gear (162) has reached the maximum stroke movement position (LP2), and the control unit (400) can stop the operation of the stroke drive motor (163) by receiving the signal from the arm movement detection unit (165).

[0455] The arm movement detection unit (165) can transmit a signal when it detects that the arm gear (162) has rotated to a position where it can pull the compression lever (223), and the control unit (400) can stop the operation of the rotation drive motor (164) by receiving the signal from the arm movement detection unit (165).

[0456] Additionally, the control unit (400) can operate the stroke drive motor (163) in the reverse direction to pull the lever pull arm (161).

[0457] At this time, the arm movement detection unit (165) can transmit a signal when it detects that the compression lever (223) has reached the position (LP3) when pulled, and the control unit (400) can stop the operation of the stroke drive motor (163) by receiving the signal from the arm movement detection unit (165).

[0458] Meanwhile, when the emptying of the dust bin (200) is finished, the control unit (400) can rotate the stroke drive motor (163) and the rotation drive motor (164) in the reverse direction to return the lever pulling arm (161) to its original position.

[0459] The control unit (400) can operate the first bonding drive unit (174) and the second bonding drive unit (175) to bond a roll vinyl (not shown).

[0460] The control unit (400) can control the flow switching valve (183) of the flow section (180). For example, the control unit (400) can selectively open and close the first flow path (181) and the second flow path (182).

[0461] The control unit (400) can operate the dust collection motor (191) to suck up dust inside the dust bin (220).

[0462] The control unit (400) can operate the display unit (500) to display the dust bin emptying status and charging status for the first vacuum cleaner (200) or the second vacuum cleaner (300).

[0464] Meanwhile, the vacuum cleaner station (100) of the present invention may include a display unit (500).

[0465] The display unit (500) can be placed in the housing (110), as well as in a separate display device and can be provided in a terminal including a mobile phone.

[0466] The display unit (500) may be configured to include at least one of a display panel capable of outputting characters and / or shapes, and a speaker capable of outputting voice signals and sound. The user can easily identify the status of the currently ongoing administration, remaining time, etc., through the information output through the display unit (500).
