FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating a terminal insertion hole coupled wiring guide clip according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0025] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0026] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a terminal insertion hole coupling type wiring guide clip according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view along the cutting line II-II of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a usage state diagram of the terminal insertion hole coupling type wiring guide clip of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view along the cutting line IV-IV of FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is a usage state diagram of a terminal insertion hole coupling type wiring guide clip that is coupled to a connector in a different direction from the terminal insertion hole coupling type wiring guide clip of FIG. 3.

[0027] As illustrated in these drawings, the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip according to the first embodiment of the present invention is inserted into a terminal insertion hole (21) formed in the connector (20) to set and align the direction in which the wiring connected to the connector (20) branches, thereby securing and fixing the wiring. To this end, the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip includes a seating portion (1000) and a fixing pin (2000).

[0028] The seating portion (1000) is a part where the wiring is seated and fixed, and includes a seating surface (1100) and a fixing guide (1200). Since the seating portion (1000) is connected to a fixing pin (2000), it can be fixed to the connector (20) through the fixing pin (2000) and the direction in which the wiring branches can be set. That is, a terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip is inserted and fixed into one of the various terminal insertion holes (21) formed in the connector (20), and the direction in which the wiring branches is determined according to which direction the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip is inserted.

[0029] The seating surface (1100) is one side of the seating portion (1000) and is a portion that contacts the wiring and is seated thereon. In particular, it is preferable that the seating surface (1100) be formed concavely along the longitudinal direction of the seating portion (1000). This allows the wiring to be seated more easily and quickly at the center of the seating surface (1100).

[0030] The fixing guide (1200) is formed to protrude from the side of the seating portion (1000). Since the fixing guide (1200) is formed to protrude, when the wiring is fixed with a fastening member such as tape or band cable after the wiring is seated on the seating surface (1100), the fastening member can be wound more quickly in a more accurate position. In other words, the speed of the worker's work and the accuracy of the work can be improved.

[0031] Additionally, it is preferable that the fixing guides (1200) be formed in multiple numbers, protruding from each of the two sides of the seating portion (1000). This allows the fastening member to be fastened more accurately compared to when only one fixing guide (1200) is formed to protrude.

[0032] The fixing pin (2000) is formed by extending from the seating portion (1000), with one end connected to the seating portion (1000) and the other end inserted into and fixed in the terminal insertion hole (21) of the connector (20), thereby allowing the terminal insertion hole coupling type wiring guide clip to be coupled and fixed to the connector (20). The fixing pin (2000) includes a wing projection (2100) for a more robust connection. Additionally, it is preferable that the fixing pin (2000) be made of a synthetic resin material for fastening strength, weight, and production cost.

[0033] The wing projection (2100) is formed to protrude diagonally from the other end of the fixing pin (2000) toward one end of the fixing pin (2000). Additionally, it is preferable that the wing projection (2100) be made of a synthetic resin material to have elasticity. Through this, when the fixing pin (2000) is inserted into the terminal insertion hole (21), the wing projection (2100) contracts and is inserted smoothly. When the fixing pin (2000) is inserted beyond a certain length, the fixing pin (2000) is forcibly fitted into the terminal insertion hole (21) by the elasticity of the wing projection (2100), thereby allowing the fixing pin (2000) to be firmly fixed.

[0034] That is, even if the size of the terminal insertion hole (21) is somewhat smaller than the size of the body (2200) of the fixing pin (2000), the fixing pin (2000) can be firmly fixed by the elasticity of the wing projection (2100). Therefore, the terminal insertion hole coupling type wiring guide clip can be attached and used with all types of connectors (20) with different sizes of terminal insertion holes (21).

[0035] Additionally, it is preferable that the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip includes a plurality of fixing pins (2000). Even if the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip includes only one fixing pin (2000), it can be fixed more firmly through the wing projection (2100); however, if the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip includes a plurality of fixing pins (2000), it can be fixed even more firmly. Furthermore, if the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip includes a plurality of fixing pins (2000), it can more effectively prevent the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip from rotating when an external force is applied to the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip.

[0036] The first embodiment of the present invention can be expected to have various effects including the following according to the above configuration. However, the present invention is not required to exhibit all of the following effects to be valid.

[0037] First, without the need to manufacture a branching device according to the branching direction of the wiring, the wiring connected to the connector (20) can be branched in various directions using only a single terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip.

[0038] In addition, the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip can be attached to connectors (20) of various shapes. That is, it has excellent versatility.

[0039] In addition, it can be connected to various connectors (20) with different sizes of terminal insertion holes (21). That is, it has excellent versatility.

[0040] In addition, it can be more firmly coupled with the connector (20) by including a plurality of fixing pins (2000).

[0041] In addition, by including a fixed guide (1200), the operator can fasten the fastening member to the wiring more accurately and quickly.

[0042] In addition, by including multiple fixed guides (1200), the operator can fasten the fastening member to the wiring more accurately and quickly compared to when only one fixed guide (1200) is formed.

[0043] In addition, the mounting surface (1100) is formed concavely along the longitudinal direction of the mounting portion (1000), so that the wiring can be mounted more accurately and quickly on the mounting portion (1000). That is, the working speed and accuracy can be improved.

[0045] FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating a wiring guide clip with a terminal insertion hole combined according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the wiring guide clip with a terminal insertion hole combined according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with a focus on the differences from the wiring guide clip with a terminal insertion hole combined according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

Compared to the mounting portion (1000) of the terminal insertion hole coupling type wiring guide clip according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above, there is a difference in that the fastening member is formed integrally. That is, the mounting portion (3000) has the fastening member formed integrally, so that after the operator mounts the wiring on the mounting surface (3110), the wiring can be fixed more quickly and accurately.

[0048] The mounting body (3100) is the part where the mounting surface (3110) on which the wiring is mounted is formed, and corresponds to the center of the mounting portion (3000). That is, the strap (3200) and the strap fixing portion (3300) are formed around the mounting body (3100), while the fixing pin (2000) is also connected to the mounting body (3100).

[0049] The strap (3200) is formed by extending from one end of the mounting body (3100), and a strap projection is formed on one surface in which a concave portion and a protruding portion are formed alternately. Additionally, a friction projection may be formed on the inner surface of the strap (3200) to increase friction with the wiring and strengthen the fixing force.

[0050] The strap fixing part (3300) is formed by penetrating the seating body (3100), into which the strap (3200) is inserted, and includes a fixing projection that engages with the strap projection to fix the strap (3200).

[0051] That is, after the wiring is placed on the mounting surface (3110), the strap (3200) formed on the mounting portion (3000) is wrapped around the wiring, and one end of the strap (3200) is inserted into the strap fixing portion (3300) to fix the wiring.

[0052] The second embodiment of the present invention, based on the above configuration, can be expected to have various effects including the following. However, the present invention is not required to exhibit all of the following effects to be valid.

[0053] First, the operator can secure the wiring more quickly and accurately.

[0054] In addition, the wiring and the terminal insertion hole combined wiring guide clip can be joined more securely to each other.
