Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a sheet conveying device, a laminating machine, and a printing machine. Background Technology

[0002] The roller device described in Patent Document 1, for example, when conveying a tape for a semiconductor device, lifts the tape for a semiconductor device by blowing air from the inside to the outside of the rotating roller. Prior art literature

[0003] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2007-201380 The problem to be solved

[0004] In Patent Document 1, since the sheet is lifted from the roller by the ejection of air, there is a risk that the sheet may deviate sideways or meander when transporting a sheet such as a tape for a semiconductor device. means of solving the problem

[0005] (1) A sheet conveying device that solves the above problem is a sheet conveying device that conveys a sheet, and comprises a first rotating part that unwinds the sheet, a second rotating part that winds the sheet, and a sheet lifting part that is positioned between the first rotating part and the second rotating part in the conveying path of the sheet and also lifts the sheet, and the sheet lifting part has a first ejecting part that ejects gas toward the sheet as a part facing the sheet, and the width of the first ejecting part is greater than the width of the sheet.

[0006] According to this configuration, since the width of the first discharge section is greater than the width of the sheet, an air wall is formed by the discharge of gas from the first discharge section in the width direction of the sheet. Therefore, the sheet conveying device can prevent the sheet from shifting sideways or meandering during conveying.

[0007] (2) In the sheet conveying device of (1) above, the sheet has a first sheet surface, a second sheet surface opposite to the first sheet surface, a first layer including the first sheet surface and also including a conductive layer, and a second layer including the second sheet surface and also installed to be peelable on the first layer, and the sheet lifting portion is provided in the conveying path such that the first ejection portion faces the first sheet surface.

[0008] According to this configuration, the first sheet surface can be lifted by the sheet lifting portion. Because of this, it becomes difficult for the conductive layer to be damaged by external contact with the first layer.

[0009] (3) In the sheet conveying device of (1) or (2) above, the sheet lifting section has a gas receiving section that forms a storage space for temporarily storing gas supplied from a gas supply section, and the first ejection section is formed as a part of the receiving wall that forms the gas receiving section, and the first ejection section has a plurality of through holes that penetrate the receiving wall, and the through holes have a first hole that extends from the inner surface of the receiving wall and a second hole that extends from the first hole to the outer surface of the receiving wall while widening.

[0010] According to this configuration, the sheet lifting portion can suitably lift the sheet by means of the first hole and the second hole.

[0011] (4) In the sheet conveying device of (3) above, the sheet lifting section has a pressure adjustment section that reduces the difference between the internal pressure near the gas supply port and the internal pressure far from the gas supply port within the gas receiving section.

[0012] According to this configuration, the sheet lifting section can reduce the deviation in the amount of air ejected from each through hole of the first ejection section by means of the internal pressure adjustment section.

[0013] (5) In the sheet conveying device of (4) above, the internal pressure adjustment unit includes an adjustment plate, and the adjustment plate is configured to divide the storage space within the gas receiving unit into a first space and a second space, the first space includes the first discharge unit, and the second space does not include the first discharge unit but includes the gas supply port, and the adjustment plate has a plurality of communication holes that connect the first space and the second space.

[0014] According to this configuration, the sheet lifting section can reduce the deviation in the amount of air ejected from each through hole of the first ejection section by means of an adjustment plate.

[0015] (6) In the sheet conveying device of (3) above, the first ejection part of the sheet lifting part has a central area and a peripheral area located around the central area, and the number of through holes formed in the central area is greater than the number of through holes formed in the peripheral area.

[0016] According to this configuration, the sheet lifting part can appropriately lift the sheet.

[0017] (7) In any one of the above sheet conveying devices (1) to (6), the sheet detaching part is further provided for being disposed between the first rotating part and the second rotating part in the conveying path of the sheet and for detaching the sheet, and the sheet detaching part has an adsorption part that adsorbs the sheet as a part facing the sheet, and the width of the adsorption part is smaller than the width of the sheet.

[0018] According to this configuration, since the width of the adsorption part is smaller than the width of the sheet, the sheet detachment part can suitably adsorb the sheet.

[0019] (8) In the sheet conveying device of (7) above, the sheet detachment part includes a second ejection part that ejects gas toward the sheet as a part facing the sheet.

[0020] According to this configuration, the sheet detachment part can suitably lift the sheet by the second ejection part.

[0021] (9) A laminating machine that solves the above problem is equipped with a sheet conveying device and a press device as described in any one of (1) to (8).

[0022] According to this configuration, the laminating machine can prevent the sheet from shifting sideways or meandering when conveying the sheet to the sheet conveyor. Therefore, the laminating machine can properly stack the workpiece.

[0023] (10) A printing machine that solves the above problem has a sheet conveying device and a printing device as described in any one of (1) to (8).

[0024] According to this configuration, the printing press can prevent the sheet from shifting sideways or meandering when transporting it to the sheet transport device. Therefore, the printing press can print properly on the sheet. Effects of the invention

[0027] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 14, the sheet conveying device (21), the laminating machine (1), and the printing machine (3) will be described.

[0028] (First embodiment)

[0029] Stacker

[0030] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the stacker (1) stacks workpieces. The stacker (1) is a Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) stacker, a Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) stacker, a lithium-ion stacker, a stacker for manufacturing stacked inductors, or a stacker for manufacturing stacked resistors.

[0031] The laminating machine (1) is equipped with a sheet conveying device (21) and a press device (2). The press device (2) is a device for pressing a work. The press device (2) compresses the work by pressing the work. The press device (2) forms a laminate of work by repeating the compression of the work whenever the work is conveyed into the press device (2).

[0032] <Sheet>

[0033] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, the sheet (11) includes a workpiece. The sheet (11) is, for example, a ceramic green sheet. The sheet (11) may be a metal film or a resin film. Hereinafter, the sheet (11) will be described as a ceramic green sheet.

[0034] The sheet (11) has a first sheet surface (12), a second sheet surface (13) opposite the first sheet surface (12), a first layer (14), and a second layer (15). The first layer (14) includes the first sheet surface (12) and also includes a conductive layer (14A). The second layer (15) includes the second sheet surface (13) and is also peelably installed on the first layer (14). The second layer (15) is, for example, a carrier film.

[0035] The sheet (11) is installed in the sheet conveyor (21) in a state where it is wound into a roll shape such that either the first sheet surface (12) or the second sheet surface (13) faces outward. For example, the sheet (11) is installed in the sheet conveyor (21) in a state where it is wound into a roll shape such that the first sheet surface (12) faces outward.

[0036] Sheet return device

[0037] The sheet conveying device (21) is a device for conveying the sheet (11). The sheet conveying device (21) is used, for example, in the manufacture of various electronic components.

[0038] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the sheet conveying device (21) comprises a first rotating part (22) for unwinding the sheet (11), a second rotating part (23) for winding the sheet (11), and a sheet lifting part (31) positioned between the first rotating part (22) and the second rotating part (23) in the conveying path (21A) of the sheet (11) and for lifting the sheet (11).

[0039] At least one sheet lifting section (31) is installed in the sheet conveying device (21). For example, two sheet lifting sections (31) are installed in the sheet conveying device (21). The first sheet surface (12) of the sheet (11) faces the sheet lifting section (31). It is acceptable to install only one sheet lifting section (31). When only one sheet lifting section (31) is installed, a component different from the sheet lifting section (31) having a configuration for lifting the sheet (11) is disposed in the part where the other sheet lifting section (31) is installed.

[0040] The sheet conveying device (21) is equipped with a gas supply unit (27). The gas supply unit (27) supplies gas to the sheet floating unit (31). An example of the gas is air. When a plurality of sheet floating units (31) are installed in the sheet conveying device (21), the gas supply unit (27) may be installed for each sheet floating unit (31), or one gas supply unit (27) may be configured to supply gas to each sheet floating unit (31). When one gas supply unit (27) supplies gas to each sheet floating unit (31), the gas supply unit (27) has a plurality of ports.

[0041] The first rotating part (22) is rotated by the first actuator. The first actuator includes, for example, an electric motor. The electric motor of the first actuator is controlled, for example, by an inverter. The sheet (11) is installed on the first rotating part (22) in a state where it is wound in a roll shape such that the first sheet surface (12) faces outward. The first rotating part (22) unwinds the sheet (11) by the rotational force of the first actuator.

[0042] The second rotating part (23) is rotated by a second actuator different from the first actuator. The second actuator includes, for example, an electric motor. The electric motor of the second actuator is controlled, for example, by an inverter. The second rotating part (23) winds the sheet residue (16) of the sheet (11) peeled off by the sheet detachment part (41) by the rotational force of the second actuator.

[0043] The sheet conveying device (21) further comprises a sheet removal unit (41). The sheet removal unit (41) is positioned between the first rotating unit (22) and the second rotating unit (23) in the conveying path (21A) and also removes the sheet (11). The sheet removal unit (41) is, for example, a peeling table. The second sheet surface (13) of the sheet (11) faces the sheet removal unit (41).

[0044] The sheet detachment unit (41) adsorbs or lifts the sheet (11). The laminating machine (1) is equipped with an adsorption holding head (1A) having, for example, a cutter. The sheet detachment unit (41) peels off a portion other than the work from the sheet (11) by means of an operation in conjunction with the adsorption holding head (1A). In this embodiment, the portion of the sheet (11) other than the work is described as the sheet remainder (16).

[0045] The adsorption holding head (1A) cuts a portion of the first layer (14) of the sheet (11) as a workpiece with a cutter and also holds the workpiece by adsorption. Subsequently, the sheet detachment unit (41) moves horizontally relative to the adsorption holding head (1A) while adsorbing the second sheet surface (13) of the sheet (11). By doing so, the remaining sheet portion (16) is peeled off from the sheet (11) while the workpiece is held by the adsorption holding head (1A). Afterward, the adsorption holding head (1A) returns the workpiece to the press device (2) and stacks the workpiece on a laminate within the press device (2). The sheet detachment unit (41) returns to a position below the adsorption holding head (1A) from the position moved relative to the adsorption holding head (1A) while the sheet (11) is lifted.

[0046] The sheet conveying device (21) is equipped with a gas supply unit (28) for the sheet removal unit. The gas supply unit (28) for the sheet removal unit supplies gas to the sheet removal unit (41). An example of the gas is air. The sheet conveying device (21) is equipped with a gas suction unit (29). The gas suction unit (29) sucks gas from the sheet removal unit (41). The gas supply unit (28) for the sheet removal unit and the gas suction unit (29) may be installed in one device or may be installed in different devices.

[0047] The sheet conveying device (21) is positioned between the first rotating part (22) and the second rotating part (23) in the conveying path (21A) and further comprises a plurality of guide rolls (24) for guiding the sheet (11). The guide rolls (24) are installed, for example, at a predetermined position in the conveying path (21A). The sheet conveying device (21) comprises, for example, seven guide rolls (24). A second sheet surface (13) of the sheet (11) faces each of the plurality of guide rolls (24).

[0048] The sheet conveying device (21) further comprises a plurality of dancer rolls (25). The dancer rolls (25) move according to the unwinding of the sheet (11) and the movement of the sheet (11). The dancer rolls (25) are positioned between the first rotating part (22) and the second rotating part (23) in the conveying path (21A) and also suppress loosening of the sheet (11) caused by the difference in rotational speed between the first rotating part (22) and the second rotating part (23). The plurality of dancer rolls (25) are configured such that, for example, their supporting axes can move up and down or left and right. The sheet conveying device (21) comprises, for example, two dancer rolls (25). The second sheet surface (13) of the sheet (11) faces the plurality of dancer rolls (25).

[0049] The sheet conveying device (21) further comprises at least one tension roll (26). The at least one tension roll (26) is positioned between the first rotating part (22) and the second rotating part (23) in the conveying path (21A) and also adjusts the tension applied to the sheet (11). The sheet conveying device (21) comprises, for example, two tension rolls (26). For example, the second sheet surface (13) of the sheet (11) faces the at least one tension roll (26). The at least one tension roll (26) is installed, for example, at a predetermined position in the conveying path (21A). The at least one tension roll (26) may be configured to adjust the tension applied to the sheet (11) by moving its axis left and right.

[0050] The return path (21A) is described. The sheet (11) released from the first rotating section (22) is returned to the sheet lifting section (31) while being guided by two guide rolls (24). A first dancer roll (25) is placed between the two sheet lifting sections (31). The sheet (11) is returned from the first sheet lifting section (31) to the first dancer roll (25), and then returned to the second sheet lifting section (31). The sheet (11) is returned from the second sheet lifting section (31) to the first tension roll (26). The sheet (11) is returned to the first tension roll (26), and then returned to the sheet removal section (41) while being guided by the guide roll (24).

[0051] When the sheet (11) is returned to the sheet removal unit (41), it is held by the suction holding head (1A). Then, a portion of the sheet (11) is cut as a work by the suction holding head (1A). The work is returned to the press device (2) by the suction holding head (1A) and then placed on top of the laminate within the press device (2). The sheet residue (16) peeled from the sheet (11) is returned to the second tension roll (26) while being guided by the guide roll (24). The sheet residue (16) is returned to the second tension roll (26) and then returned to the second dancer roll (25). The sheet residue (16) of the sheet (11) is returned from the second dancer roll (25) to the two guide rolls (24). After that, the sheet residue (16) is wound by the second rotating unit (23).

[0052] <Seat Injury>

[0053] The sheet lifting section (31) will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. When the sheet conveying device (21) is equipped with a plurality of sheet lifting sections (31), the plurality of sheet lifting sections (31) each have the same configuration.

[0054] The sheet lifting section (31) has a sheet lifting section body (32). At least a portion of the sheet lifting section body (32) faces the sheet (11). At least a portion of the sheet lifting section body (32) is formed in a U-shape. The portion of the sheet lifting section body (32) where the first ejection section (33) is formed has a curved section (32A) and a flat section (32B) that are curved along the conveying path (21A).

[0055] The sheet buoyancy section (31) has a first ejection section (33). The first ejection section (33) is configured to eject gas toward the sheet (11) in a portion facing the sheet (11). The first ejection section (33) is formed in the main body (32) of the sheet buoyancy section. The sheet buoyancy section (31) is positioned in a conveying path (21A) such that the first ejection section (33) faces the first sheet surface (12) of the sheet (11).

[0056] The gas supply unit (27) has a first port (27A) and a second port (27B). The sheet buoyancy unit (31) has a gas supply port (31A). The first port (27A) and the second port (27B) are connected to the gas supply port (31A) of each sheet buoyancy unit (31). The gas supply unit (27) supplies gas to the first sheet buoyancy unit (31) through the first port (27A). The gas supply unit (27) supplies gas to the second sheet buoyancy unit (31) through the second port (27B). If the sheet conveying device (21) has one sheet buoyancy unit (31), either the first port (27A) or the second port (27B) may be omitted.

[0057] The sheet buoyancy section (31) is provided with a gas receiving section (34) that constitutes a storage space (35) for temporarily storing gas supplied from the gas supply section (27). The gas receiving section (34) is composed of a receiving wall (34A). The receiving wall (34A) has an inner surface (34B) facing the storage space (35) and an outer surface (34C) facing the sheet (11).

[0058] The first ejection section (33) is configured as a part of the receiving wall (34A) constituting the gas receiving section (34). The first ejection section (33) has a plurality of through holes (36) penetrating the receiving wall (34A). The plurality of through holes (36) are holes for ejecting gas supplied from the gas supply section (27) into the sheet (11).

[0059] The through hole (36) has a first hole (36A) extending from the inner surface (34B) of the receiving wall (34A) and a second hole (36B) extending wide from the first hole (36A) to the outer surface (34C) of the receiving wall (34A). Gas supplied from the gas supply unit (27) is ejected at a predetermined pressure by the first hole (36A) and also ejected widely by the second hole (36B).

[0060] As illustrated in FIG. 4, the sheet buoyancy section (31) has an internal pressure adjustment section (37) that reduces the difference between the internal pressure near the gas supply port (31A) and the internal pressure far from the gas supply port (31A) within the gas receiving section (34). Hereinafter, the internal pressure near the gas supply port (31A) within the gas receiving section (34) is described as the near-field internal pressure, and the internal pressure far from the gas supply port (31A) within the gas receiving section (34) is described as the far-field internal pressure.

[0061] The internal pressure adjustment section (37) includes an adjustment plate (38). The adjustment plate (38) is, for example, a metal plate. The adjustment plate (38) may also be a resin plate. The adjustment plate (38) is, for example, curved along the curved section (32A) of the seat buoyancy section body (32). The adjustment plate (38) is configured to divide the storage space (35) within the gas receiving section (34) into a first space (35A) and a second space (35B). The first space (35A) includes a first ejection section (33). The second space (35B) does not include the first ejection section (33) but includes a gas supply port (31A).

[0062] The control plate (38) has a plurality of connecting holes (38A) that connect the first space (35A) and the second space (35B). Gas supplied from the gas supply unit (27) is supplied to the second space (35B) and then moves from the second space (35B) to the first space (35A) through the plurality of connecting holes (38A).

[0063] When the amount of gas supplied is large, the near-distance internal pressure is lower than the far-distance internal pressure due to the gas supply from the gas supply unit (27). Because the gas is compressed near the far end of the gas supply port (31A) within the gas receiving unit (34), the far-distance internal pressure is higher than the near-distance internal pressure. Conversely, when the amount of gas supplied is small, the near-distance internal pressure is higher than the far-distance internal pressure due to the gas supply from the gas supply unit (27). Because the far-distance area of the gas supply port (31A) within the gas receiving unit (34) is separated from the gas supply port (31A), the far-distance internal pressure is lower than the near-distance internal pressure. When an adjustment plate (38) is installed in the seat buoyancy unit (31), the gas supplied from the gas supply unit (27) stays in the second space (35B) and then moves to the first space (35A) through a plurality of connecting holes (38A) of the adjustment plate (38). Therefore, the difference between the near-field internal pressure and the far-field internal pressure within the first space (35A) can be reduced.

[0064] As illustrated in FIG. 5, the sheet lifting body (32) has a width W11. The first ejection part (33) has a width W12. The sheet (11) has a width SW. Widths W11, W12, and SW are widths in a direction perpendicular to the conveying path (21A). The width (W11) of the sheet lifting body (32) is greater than the width (W12) of the first ejection part (33). The width (W12) of the first ejection part (33) is greater than the width (SW) of the sheet (11).

[0065] Figure 4 schematically shows the gas ejected from the first ejection part (33). Since the width (W12) of the first ejection part (33) is larger than the width (SW) of the sheet (11), a wall of gas is formed on the left and right sides of the sheet (11) by the gas ejected from the first ejection part (33). This suppresses the lateral misalignment and meandering of the sheet (11).

[0066] The first ejection portion (33) of the sheet lifting portion (31) has a central area (33A) and a peripheral area (33B) located around the central area (33A). The number of multiple through holes (36) formed in the central area (33A) is greater than the number of multiple through holes (36) formed in the peripheral area (33B). In other words, the density of multiple through holes (36) in the central area (33A) is greater than the density of multiple through holes (36) in the peripheral area (33B). The central area (33A) is located in part of the curved portion (32A) and the flat portion (32B) of the sheet lifting portion body (32). The peripheral area (33B) is located in the flat portion (32B) of the sheet lifting portion body (32).

[0067] The flow rate of gas for lifting the sheet (11) differs between the curved section (32A) and the flat section (32B). Since the tension of the sheet (11) is greater in the curved section (32A) than in the flat section (32B), the flow rate of gas for lifting the sheet (11) is greater in the curved section (32A) than in the flat section (32B). Since the central region (33A) is provided extending from the vicinity where the curve begins to the vicinity where the curve ends, the sheet lifting section (31) can suitably lift the sheet (11).

[0068] As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, the plurality of through holes (36) includes a plurality of first through holes (36C) and a plurality of second through holes (36D). The diameter (R1) of the first hole (36A) of the first through hole (36C) is smaller than the diameter (R2) of the first hole (36A) of the second through hole (36D). The maximum diameter MR1 of the second hole (36B) of the first through hole (36C) is substantially the same as the maximum diameter MR2 of the second hole (36B) of the second through hole (36D). The maximum diameter MR1 may be different from the maximum diameter MR2. The angle AN1 forming the second hole (36B) of the first through hole (36C) is substantially the same as the angle AN2 forming the second hole (36B) of the second through hole (36D). The angle AN1 may be different from the angle AN2.

[0069] Multiple first through holes (36C) are formed in both the central region (33A) and the peripheral region (33B). Multiple second through holes (36D) are formed in the central region (33A). Since the diameter (R2) of the first hole (36A) of the second through hole (36D) is larger than the diameter (R1) of the first hole (36A) of the first through hole (36C), the second through hole (36D) has a greater flow rate of gas that can be ejected than the first through hole (36C). Therefore, multiple second through holes (36D) are selectively provided, for example, in the central region (33A), in the part where a flow rate of gas is required to lift the sheet (11).

[0070] Seat Removal Section

[0071] With reference to FIGS. 1, 8, and 9, the sheet removal unit (41) will be described in detail. The sheet removal unit (41) has a sheet removal unit body (42). The sheet removal unit body (42) is installed on the sheet conveying device (21) parallel to the press device (2). The sheet removal unit (41) has a gas supply suction port (41A) for supplying gas or sucking gas.

[0072] The sheet detachment part (41) has an adsorption part (43) that adsorbs the sheet (11) in a portion facing the sheet (11). The adsorption part (43) is formed in the portion of the sheet detachment part body (42) that faces the sheet (11). The sheet detachment part (41) is positioned in a conveying path (21A) such that the adsorption part (43) faces the second sheet surface (13) of the sheet (11).

[0073] The sheet detachment part (41) is a part facing the sheet (11) and has a second ejection part (44) that ejects gas toward the sheet (11). The second ejection part (44) is formed in the part of the sheet detachment part body (42) facing the sheet (11). The sheet detachment part (41) is positioned in a conveying path (21A) such that the second ejection part (44) faces the second sheet surface (13) of the sheet (11). In the sheet detachment part body (42), the adsorption part (43) is formed in the same part as the second ejection part (44).

[0074] The gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit has a third port (28A). The third port (28A) is connected to the gas supply suction port (41A) of the seat removal unit (41). The gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit supplies gas to the seat removal unit (41) through the third port (28A).

[0075] The gas suction unit (29) has a fourth port (29A). The fourth port (29A) is connected to the gas supply suction port (41A) of the sheet removal unit (41). The gas suction unit (29) sucks gas from the sheet removal unit (41) through the fourth port (29A).

[0076] The gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit has a first switching valve (28B). The gas suction unit (29) has a second switching valve (29B). The third port (28A) and the fourth port (29A) are connected to each other to the gas supply suction port (41A) of the seat removal unit (41). The seat removal unit (41) switches the supply and suction of gas to the seat removal unit (41) by switching the opening and closing of the first switching valve (28B) and the second switching valve (29B). When the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit supplies gas to the seat removal unit (41), the first switching valve (28B) is opened and the second switching valve (29B) is closed. When the gas suction part (29) sucks gas from the seat removal part (41), the first switching valve (28B) is closed and the second switching valve (29B) is opened.

[0077] The sheet removal unit (41) is provided with a first gas receiving unit (45) that constitutes a first storage space (46) for temporarily storing gas supplied from a gas supply unit (28) for the sheet removal unit. The first gas receiving unit (45) is formed by a first receiving wall (45A).

[0078] The adsorption section (43) and the second ejection section (44) are formed as part of the first receiving wall (45A) constituting the first gas receiving section (45). The adsorption section (43) and the second ejection section (44) have a plurality of through holes (47) for sheet removal sections penetrating the first receiving wall (45A). The plurality of through holes (47) for sheet removal sections are holes for ejecting gas supplied from the gas supply section (28) for sheet removal sections into the sheet (11) or for sucking gas by the gas suction section (29). The plurality of through holes (47) for sheet removal sections have, for example, a third hole (47A) extending from the first inner surface (45B) of the first receiving wall (45A) and a fourth hole (47B) extending wide from the third hole (47A) to the first outer surface (45C) of the first receiving wall (45A).

[0079] As illustrated in FIG. 9, when the seat removal unit (41) receives gas from the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit, it has a first internal pressure adjustment unit (48) that reduces the difference between the internal pressure near the gas supply suction port (41A) and the internal pressure far from the gas supply suction port (41A) within the first gas receiving unit (45).

[0080] The first internal pressure adjustment section (48) includes an adjustment plate (48A) for the sheet removal section. The adjustment plate (48A) for the sheet removal section is, for example, a metal plate. The adjustment plate (48A) for the sheet removal section may also be a resin plate. The adjustment plate (48A) for the sheet removal section is configured to divide the first storage space (46) within the first gas receiving section (45) into a third space (46A) and a fourth space (46B). The third space (46A) includes an adsorption section (43) and a second ejection section (44). The fourth space (46B) does not include the adsorption section (43) and the second ejection section (44), but includes a gas supply suction port (41A). The adjustment plate (48A) for the sheet removal section has a plurality of holes (48B) that connect the third space (46A) and the fourth space (46B).

[0081] As illustrated in FIG. 9, the sheet removal body (42) has a width W21. The adsorption part (43) has a width W22. The second ejection part (44) has a width W23. Widths W21, W22, and W23 are widths in a direction perpendicular to the conveying path (21A). The width (W21) of the sheet removal body (42) is greater than the width (W22) of the adsorption part (43). The width (W21) of the sheet removal body (42) is greater than the width (W23) of the second ejection part (44). The width (W22) of the adsorption part (43) is smaller than the width (SW) of the sheet (11). The width (W23) of the second ejection part (44) is smaller than the width (SW) of the sheet (11).

[0082] (Effect of the first embodiment)

[0083] The effects of the first embodiment are explained.

[0084] (1-1) A sheet conveying device (21) is a sheet conveying device (21) that conveys a sheet (11), and is equipped with a first rotating part (22) that unwinds the sheet (11), a second rotating part (23) that winds the sheet (11), and a sheet lifting part (31) that is positioned between the first rotating part (22) and the second rotating part (23) in the conveying path (21A) of the sheet (11) and also lifts the sheet (11). The sheet lifting part (31) has a first ejection part (33) that ejects gas toward the sheet (11) as a part facing the sheet (11), and the width (W12) of the first ejection part (33) is greater than the width (SW) of the sheet (11).

[0085] According to this configuration, since the width (W12) of the first ejection part (33) is larger than the width (SW) of the sheet (11), a wall of air is formed by the ejection of gas from the first ejection part (33) in the width direction of the sheet (11). Therefore, the sheet conveying device (21) can prevent the sheet (11) from shifting sideways or meandering when conveying the sheet (11).

[0086] (1-2) The sheet (11) has a first sheet surface (12), a second sheet surface (13) opposite the first sheet surface (12), a first layer (14) including the first sheet surface (12) and also including a conductive layer (14A), and a second layer (15) including the second sheet surface (13) and also installed so as to be peelable on the first layer (14), and the sheet lifting portion (31) is installed in a conveying path (21A) such that the first ejection portion (33) faces the first sheet surface (12).

[0087] According to this configuration, the first sheet surface (12) can be lifted by the sheet lifting portion (31). Because of this, it becomes difficult for the conductive layer (14A) to be damaged by external contact with the first layer (14).

[0088] (1-3) The sheet-floor section (31) is provided with a gas receiving section (34) that forms a storage space (35) for temporarily storing gas supplied from the gas supply section (27), and the first ejection section (33) is formed as a part of the receiving wall (34A) that forms the gas receiving section (34), and the first ejection section (33) has a plurality of through holes (36) that penetrate the receiving wall (34A), and the through holes (36) have a first hole (36A) that extends from the inner surface (34B) of the receiving wall (34A), and a second hole (36B) that extends from the first hole (36A) to the outer surface (34C) of the receiving wall (34A) while widening.

[0089] According to this configuration, the sheet lifting portion (31) can suitably lift the sheet (11) by means of the first hole (36A) and the second hole (36B).

[0090] (1-4) The seat buoyancy section (31) has a pressure adjustment section (37) that reduces the difference between the internal pressure near the gas supply port (31A) and the internal pressure far from the gas supply port (31A) within the gas receiving section (34).

[0091] According to this configuration, the sheet lifting portion (31) can reduce the deviation in the amount of air ejected from each through hole (36) of the first ejection portion (33) by the internal pressure adjustment portion (37).

[0092] (1-5) The internal pressure adjustment section (37) includes an adjustment plate (38), and the adjustment plate (38) is configured to divide the storage space (35) within the gas receiving section (34) into a first space (35A) and a second space (35B), the first space (35A) includes a first discharge section (33), and the second space (35B) does not include the first discharge section (33) but includes a gas supply port (31A), and the adjustment plate (38) has a plurality of connecting holes (38A) that connect the first space (35A) and the second space (35B).

[0093] According to this configuration, the sheet lifting portion (31) can reduce the deviation in the amount of air ejected from each through hole (36) of the first ejection portion (33) by means of the adjustment plate (38).

[0094] (1-6) The first ejection portion (33) of the sheet injury portion (31) has a central area (33A) and a peripheral area (33B) located around the central area (33A), and the number of through holes (36) formed in the central area (33A) is greater than the number of through holes (36) formed in the peripheral area (33B).

[0095] According to this configuration, the sheet lifting portion (31) can suitably lift the sheet (11).

[0096] (1-7) A sheet removal part (41) is further provided between the first rotation part (22) and the second rotation part (23) in the conveying path (21A) of the sheet (11) and also removes the sheet (11). The sheet removal part (41) has an adsorption part (43) that adsorbs the sheet (11) as a part facing the sheet (11), and the width (W22) of the adsorption part (43) is smaller than the width (SW) of the sheet (11).

[0097] According to this configuration, since the width (W22) of the adsorption part (43) is smaller than the width (SW) of the sheet (11), the sheet detachment part (41) can suitably adsorb the sheet (11).

[0098] (1-8) The sheet detachment part (41) is a part facing the sheet (11) and includes a second ejection part (44) that ejects gas toward the sheet (11).

[0099] According to this configuration, the sheet detachment part (41) can suitably lift the sheet (11) by the second ejection part (44).

[0100] (1-9) The laminating machine (1) is equipped with a sheet conveying device (21) and a press device (2).

[0101] According to this configuration, the laminating machine (1) can prevent the sheet (11) from shifting sideways or meandering when the sheet (11) is conveyed to the sheet conveying device (21). Therefore, the laminating machine (1) can properly laminate the work.

[0102] (Second embodiment)

[0103] A sheet conveying device (21) of a second embodiment is described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 10. Differences from the first embodiment in the second embodiment are described. For components identical to those in the first embodiment, the same names are used and descriptions are omitted.

[0104] Seat Removal Section

[0105] The sheet removal unit (41) of the second embodiment further has a gas supply port (41B) for the first sheet removal unit and a gas supply port (41C) for the second sheet removal unit to supply gas. The gas supply unit (28) for the sheet removal unit has a fifth port (28C) and a sixth port (28D). The fifth port (28C) is connected to the gas supply port (41B) for the first sheet removal unit of the sheet removal unit (41). The gas supply unit (28) for the sheet removal unit supplies gas to the sheet removal unit (41) through the fifth port (28C). The sixth port (28D) is connected to the gas supply port (41C) for the second sheet removal unit of the sheet removal unit (41). The gas supply unit (28) for the sheet removal unit supplies gas to the sheet removal unit (41) through the sixth port (28D).

[0106] The fifth port (28C) may be installed at a gas source different from the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit. If the fifth port (28C) is installed at a gas source different from the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit, gas is supplied to the seat removal unit (41) through the fifth port (28C) from a gas source different from the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit. The sixth port (28D) may be installed at a gas source different from the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit. If the sixth port (28D) is installed at a gas source different from the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit, gas is supplied to the seat removal unit (41) through the sixth port (28D) from a gas source different from the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit.

[0107] The adsorption portion (43) is formed in a part of the second ejection portion (44) in the sheet removal portion body (42). The other part of the second ejection portion (44) is formed in the sheet removal portion body (42) on the width side outside the adsorption portion (43).

[0108] The seat removal section (41) further has a partition (52) for partitioning the first gas receiving section (45) into the second gas receiving section (49), the third gas receiving section (50), and the fourth gas receiving section (51). The partition (52) includes a first partition (52A) that partitions the first gas receiving section (45) into the second gas receiving section (49) and the third gas receiving section (50). The partition (52) includes a second partition (52B) that partitions the first gas receiving section (45) into the third gas receiving section (50) and the fourth gas receiving section (51).

[0109] The first storage space (46) is divided into the second storage space (53) and the third storage space (54) by the first partition (52A). The first storage space (46) is divided into the third storage space (54) and the fourth storage space (55) by the second partition (52B). The second gas receiving section (49) constitutes the second storage space (53). The third gas receiving section (50) constitutes the third storage space (54). The fourth gas receiving section (51) constitutes the fourth storage space (55). The part of the second ejection section (44) corresponding to the third gas receiving section (50) constitutes the adsorption section (43). When adsorbing the sheet (11), the gas from the third gas receiving section (50) is sucked in. The second ejection section (44) is used for the buoyancy of the sheet (11). Specifically, when the sheet (11) is lifted, gas is supplied to the second gas receiving section (49), the third gas receiving section (50), and the fourth gas receiving section (51).

[0110] The second gas receiving section (49) receives gas from the gas supply section (28) for the seat removal section through the fifth port (28C). The third gas receiving section (50) receives gas from the gas supply section (28) for the seat removal section through the third port (28A). Gas is sucked into the third gas receiving section (50) by the gas suction section (29) through the fourth port (29A). The fourth gas receiving section (51) receives gas from the gas supply section (28) for the seat removal section through the sixth port (28D).

[0111] The seat removal unit (41) has a second internal pressure adjustment unit (56) that reduces the difference between the internal pressure near the first seat removal unit gas supply port (41B) and the internal pressure far from the first seat removal unit gas supply port (41B) within the second gas receiving unit (49) when gas is supplied by the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit. The second internal pressure adjustment unit (56) has the same configuration as the first internal pressure adjustment unit (48). The second internal pressure adjustment unit (56) is, for example, a plate that divides the second storage space (53) into two spaces.

[0112] The seat removal unit (41) has a third internal pressure adjustment unit (57) that reduces the difference between the internal pressure near the gas supply suction port (41A) and the internal pressure far from the gas supply suction port (41A) within the third gas receiving unit (50) when gas is supplied by the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit. The third internal pressure adjustment unit (57) has the same configuration as the first internal pressure adjustment unit (48). The third internal pressure adjustment unit (57) is, for example, a plate that divides the third storage space (54) into two spaces.

[0113] The seat removal unit (41) has a fourth internal pressure adjustment unit (58) that reduces the difference between the internal pressure near the second seat removal unit gas supply port (41C) and the internal pressure far from the second seat removal unit gas supply port (41C) within the fourth gas receiving unit (51) when gas is supplied by the gas supply unit (28) for the seat removal unit. The fourth internal pressure adjustment unit (58) has the same configuration as the first internal pressure adjustment unit (48). The fourth internal pressure adjustment unit (58) is, for example, a plate that divides the fourth storage space (55) into two spaces.

[0114] As illustrated in FIG. 12, the width (W21) of the sheet detachment body (42) is greater than the width (W22) of the adsorption part (43) and the width (W23) of the second ejection part (44). The width (W22) of the adsorption part (43) is smaller than the width (SW) of the sheet (11). The width (W23) of the second ejection part (44) is greater than the width (SW) of the sheet (11).

[0115] (Effect of the second embodiment)

[0116] The effects of the second embodiment are explained.

[0117] (2-1) Fig. 11 schematically shows the gas ejected from the second ejection part (44). Since the width (W23) of the second ejection part (44) is larger than the width (SW) of the sheet (11), a wall of gas is formed on the left and right sides of the sheet (11) by the gas ejected from the first ejection part (33). This suppresses the lateral misalignment and meandering of the sheet (11).

[0118] (Third embodiment)

[0119] Referring to FIG. 13, a sheet conveying device (21) of a third embodiment will be described. Differences from the first embodiment in the third embodiment will be described. [0128] The return path (21A) of the fourth embodiment is described. A sheet (11) released from the first rotating part (22) is returned to the sheet lifting part (31) while being guided by two guide rolls (24). A first dancer roll (25) is placed between the two sheet lifting parts (31). The sheet (11) is returned from the first sheet lifting part (31) to the first dancer roll (25), and then returned to the second sheet lifting part (31).
