Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a golf bag hood cover, and more specifically, to a golf bag hood cover that can effectively protect against external impacts according to the individual characteristics of multiple golf clubs while having excellent durability by selectively providing a reinforcing structure for shock dispersion according to the head and shaft positions of multiple golf clubs. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, a golf bag is equipment for storing and transporting multiple golf clubs and may include a hood cover to optionally cover the upper opening. Such a hood cover is primarily used to prevent contamination caused by dust, foreign substances, or rain, and is mostly formed of thin fabric or synthetic resin material.
[0003] However, conventional hood covers have focused on simple dustproof or anti-fouling functions, resulting in a problem where they lacked the ability to effectively protect golf clubs from external impacts. In particular, due to the structural characteristics where the head of long golf clubs, such as drivers and woods, is located in the upper area of the hood cover and the shaft is positioned along the middle area, there is a high possibility of direct exposure to external impacts during vehicle loading or transport.
[0004] For example, when a golf bag is loaded horizontally in a vehicle trunk or multiple golf bags are stacked on top of each other, pressure or impact applied to the outside of the hood cover can be directly transmitted to the golf club heads and shafts inside. This may cause damage to the golf club heads, bending or breakage of the shafts.
[0005] Furthermore, conventional hood covers are formed with an overall soft structure, making it difficult to selectively reinforce areas where impact is concentrated. Additionally, the area around the zipper is prone to tearing or deformation due to repeated opening, closing, and folding. On the other hand, simply forming the entire hood cover with a rigid structure has limitations, as it may impair the usability of the hood cover when folded or when opening and closing to retrieve golf clubs.
[0006] Therefore, there is a need for a hood cover that is highly durable and protects multiple golf clubs according to their specific characteristics. Prior art literature
[0007] (Patent Document 0001) KR 10-0586926 B1 The problem to be solved
[0008] To solve the problems of the conventional technology described above, one embodiment of the present invention aims to provide a golf bag hood cover that is highly durable and can effectively protect against external impacts according to the individual characteristics of multiple golf clubs by selectively providing a reinforcing structure for shock dispersion according to the head and shaft positions of multiple golf clubs.
[0009] The problems of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned problems will be clearly understood by a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains from the description below. means of solving the problem
[0010] According to one aspect of the present invention for solving the above problems, a golf bag hood cover is provided comprising: an upper portion having a planar upper reinforcing member provided on the inner surface of each of the front portion, first side portion, and second side portion at the upper side to protect against impact of the driver and wood head; a middle portion located below the upper portion having a planar middle reinforcing member provided on the inner surface of the front portion to prevent bending or breakage of the shaft of the golf club; and a lower portion located below the middle portion having a fastening member provided on each of the first side portion and the second side portion to protect the putter and fasten to the golf bag; wherein vertical ribs are provided at a certain interval on the rear portion extending from the upper portion to the lower portion, and any one of the upper portion, the middle portion, and the lower portion is folded or folded in the gap between the ribs.
[0011] In one embodiment, the intermediate portion is provided with linear first reinforcing members at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction on the inner surface of each of the front portion, the first side portion, and the second side portion, and linear second reinforcing members are provided on the outer side corresponding to the first reinforcing members, and the intermediate reinforcing portion may be disposed between the first reinforcing members.
[0012] In one embodiment, the upper portion is formed such that a first bumper protrudes outward from the first side portion and the second side portion, and the middle portion is formed such that a plurality of second bumpers smaller than the first bumper protrude outward from the first side portion and the second side portion, and the plurality of second bumpers may be disposed between the second reinforcing members.
[0013] In one embodiment, the front portion may be provided with a zipper portion in the center, and zipper reinforcement portions may be provided on the outer surface along both sides of the zipper portion. Effects of the invention
[0014] A golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention can improve the maintenance stability and service life of expensive golf clubs by selectively providing a reinforcing structure for shock dispersion according to the head and shaft positions of a plurality of golf clubs, thereby having excellent durability and effectively protecting against external impacts according to the individual characteristics of the plurality of golf clubs.
[0015] In addition, the golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention can improve user convenience by arranging a plurality of ribs along the rear portion so as to be spaced apart based on the section where folding occurs, thereby ensuring shock protection performance while maintaining the usability of opening, closing, and folding of the hood cover.
[0016] In addition, the golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention has bumpers formed to protrude outwardly from the upper and middle portions corresponding to the head and shaft portions of the golf club, thereby cushioning and dispersing impact when multiple golf bags come into contact with each other or collide with external objects, thus reducing interference, scratches, and damage between golf clubs.
[0017] In addition, a golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a zipper reinforcement along the periphery of the zipper, thereby dispersing the stress concentrated around the zipper due to repetitive opening and closing movements, folding, and external tensile force, and thus suppressing the occurrence of tearing, stretching, or deformation, thereby improving the durability and reliability of use of the product.
[0018] In addition, the golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention can provide customized protection performance corresponding to the characteristics of each area where impact is concentrated by selectively applying a reinforcing structure having a different shape, stiffness, or material to vulnerable sections around the head, shaft, and zipper of the golf club, thereby suppressing unnecessary weight increase while simultaneously improving protection efficiency and usability.
[0019] In addition, the golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention can prevent localized indentation or excessive deformation of the middle part when external impact or pressure is applied by arranging the inner first reinforcing material and the outer second reinforcing material so as to correspond to each other, thereby reducing the impact load concentrated on the golf club shaft and preventing bending, scratching, or breakage of the shaft.
[0020] In addition, in a golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention, the first bumper at the top and a plurality of second bumpers at the middle are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other, thereby preventing the impact from being concentrated at a specific location when colliding with a plurality of golf bags or external objects and dispersing the impact transmission path, so that localized indentation, deformation, or damage to the hood cover can be suppressed.
[0021] In addition, the golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention has an intermediate reinforcing part formed of an elastic cushioning material, thereby simultaneously securing shock absorption and shape restoration against external impacts, and thus can stably maintain the cushioning performance of the intermediate part even in environments of repeated loading, movement, and collision.
[0022] The effects of the present invention are not limited to the effects described above, and should be understood to include all effects that can be inferred from the configuration of the invention described in the detailed description or claims of the present invention. [0024] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. The present invention may be embodied in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. In the drawings, parts unrelated to the explanation have been omitted to clearly explain the present invention, and the same reference numerals have been used for identical or similar components throughout the specification.
[0025] The words and terms used in this specification and claims are not limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, but should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the invention in accordance with the principles by which the inventor defines terms and concepts to best describe his invention.
[0026] Therefore, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings correspond to preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all technical concepts of the present invention; thus, various equivalents and modifications that may replace such configurations may exist at the time of filing the present invention.
[0027] In this specification, terms such as “comprising” or “having” are intended to describe the existence of the features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof described in the specification, and should not be understood as precluding the existence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, actions, components, parts, or combinations thereof.
[0028] Hereinafter, a golf bag hood cover having an impact dispersion and load dispersion structure for protecting a golf club according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the interior of a golf bag hood cover according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view showing the interior of a golf bag hood cover according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0029] Referring to FIG. 1, a golf bag hood cover (100) having an impact dispersion and load dispersion structure for protecting a golf club according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an upper portion (H), a middle portion (M), and a lower portion (L). Here, the upper portion (H), the middle portion (M), and the lower portion (L) may constitute a main body (110). In addition, the main body (110) may include a front portion (112), a first side portion (114), a second side portion (116), and a rear portion (118).
[0030] A golf bag hood cover (100) having an impact dispersion and load distribution structure for protecting a golf club is a hood cover that is attached to the top of a golf bag to disperse external impacts and loads acting on the head and shaft portions of a golf club. It is configured such that an upper reinforcement portion (120) and a middle reinforcement portion (130) are placed in the area where impact protection is required, ribs (140) are formed in the section where structural rigidity is required, and the section where folding is required is configured to be foldable through the gap (142) between the ribs (140).
[0031] Here, conventional hood covers are merely thin covers that simply block dust or contamination, and thus cannot adequately protect the head and shaft portions of various golf clubs of different lengths from impact. To solve this, a golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which, rather than simply making the entire thing rigid, the parts that need to be folded are kept foldable, while reinforcing materials are placed in the sections that require impact protection.
[0032] At this time, the golf bag hood cover (100) is defined by dividing the main body (110) along the length direction into an upper part (H), a middle part (M), and a lower part (L). Here, the upper part (H) is the part where the head of a long golf club, such as a driver or a wood, is located, and is the part from the top of the main body (110) to the first bumper (180) as described later with reference to FIG. 3. This upper part (H) may be equipped with a shock-absorbing or rigidity-reinforcing structure in that part to protect the head of the golf club.
[0033] The middle section (M) is the part where the golf club shaft is mainly located, extending from the lower side of the first bumper (180) to the second bumper (182) (see FIG. 3). Since this middle section (M) is an idle space where contact with the shaft occurs frequently, a local reinforcement layer may be provided to prevent bending or damage to the shaft.
[0034] The lower part (L) is the section where the head of the shortest putter is located and where it is connected to the golf bag, and it is the lower part of the middle part (M). This lower part (L) may be provided to provide auxiliary protection for the putter head.
[0035] More specifically, the upper portion (H) may be provided with a planar upper reinforcing portion (120) on the upper side of the main body (110). That is, the upper reinforcing portion (120) may be provided in a rectangular shape of a certain size in width and height. At this time, the upper reinforcing portion (120) may be provided on the inner surface of the main body (110). Throughout the drawing, unless specifically limited otherwise, the portion indicated by the dotted line may be understood as being provided on the inner surface of the main body (110). Therefore, the portion indicated by the dotted line is the part that comes into direct contact with the golf club.
[0036] Here, the upper reinforcing portion (120) may be provided on the front portion (112), the first side portion (114), and the second side portion (116), respectively. In the drawing, the front portion (112) is defined as the surface on which the zipper portion (160) is provided. The first side portion (114) is defined as the right side of the front portion (112), and the second side portion (116) is defined as the left side of the front portion (112).
[0037] This upper reinforcing member (120) serves to reduce the direct transmission of external impact to the golf club head and can be provided with a certain area on both sides of the zipper portion (160) from the front portion (112). At this time, the upper reinforcing member (120) can be provided on the uppermost surface of the main body (110). In addition, the upper reinforcing member (120) can be provided with a certain length at the uppermost part of the first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116). That is, the upper reinforcing member (120) can be provided on the upper side of the first bumper (180) (see FIG. 3).
[0038] The middle section (M) may be provided with a planar middle reinforcing section (130) on the lower side of the upper section (H). At this time, the middle reinforcing section (130) may be provided on the inner surface of the main body (110), just like the upper reinforcing section (120).
[0039] Here, the intermediate reinforcing member (130) may be provided on the front portion (112). This intermediate reinforcing member (130) may be provided with a certain area on both sides of the zipper portion (160) to prevent bending or damage to the shaft in the idle space corresponding to the empty space area inside the main body (110). That is, the intermediate reinforcing member (130) may be arranged to occupy a part of the internal space of the main body (110) to form a gap. Therefore, the intermediate reinforcing member (130) can protect the shaft by acting as a cushion when in direct contact with the shaft. In this way, the idle space inside the main body (110) can be utilized as a reinforcing structure to provide shock absorption and support. At this time, the intermediate reinforcing member (130) may be provided between each of the linear first reinforcing members (150).
[0040] For example, the intermediate reinforcing member (130) may be made of cushioning materials such as TPE, TPU, EVA, polyester, or rubber. This allows it to absorb and mitigate shocks transmitted from the outside. Additionally, the intermediate reinforcing member (130) may be formed into a multi-layer structure with a foam material inserted inside. Thus, cushioning performance can be further improved.
[0041] At this time, the main body (110) of the intermediate part (M) may be provided with a thickness that is relatively thicker than other parts. By doing so, structural rigidity for shaft protection can be secured together with the intermediate reinforcing part (130).
[0042] In this way, the golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention has an intermediate reinforcing part (130) formed of an elastic cushioning material, thereby simultaneously securing shock absorption and shape restoration power against external impacts, so the cushioning performance of the intermediate part can be stably maintained even in environments of repeated loading, movement, and collision.
[0043] In addition, the middle section (M) may be provided with linear first reinforcing members (150) at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction in each of the front section (112), the first side section (114), and the second side section (116). That is, the first reinforcing members (150) may be formed to extend horizontally in proportion to their height or thickness. This can increase resistance to bending deformation of the main body (110) and form a support structure against external forces.
[0044] This first reinforcing member (150) may be provided on the inner surface of the main body (110). That is, the first reinforcing member (150) may be provided at a certain distance from the front portion (112) by the intermediate reinforcing member (130). In addition, the first reinforcing member (150) may be provided at a certain distance from the first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116) by the second bumper (182) as described later with reference to FIG. 3. Here, the first reinforcing member (150) may be provided across the entire first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116) from the front portion (112) to the rear portion (118).
[0045] At this time, the first reinforcing member (150) may be provided at a position corresponding to the linear second reinforcing member (190) provided on the outer surface of the main body (110) as described later with reference to FIG. 3. That is, the first reinforcing member (150) may be provided so as to face the second reinforcing member (190) with the thickness of the main body (110) in between. This can form a corresponding reinforcing structure on the inner and outer sides of the main body (110).
[0046] In this way, the golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can prevent localized indentation or excessive deformation of the middle part (M) when external impact or pressure is applied by arranging the inner first reinforcing member (150) and the outer second reinforcing member (190) so as to correspond to each other, thereby reducing the impact load concentrated on the golf club shaft and preventing bending, scratching, or damage to the shaft.
[0047] The bottom portion (L) may be provided with a fastening portion (170) on each of the first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116). At this time, the fastening portion (170) may be provided at the lowest end of the first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116). Here, the bottom portion (L) may be provided with a curve around the fastening portion (170) so that the lowest end can be easily attached to a golf bag. For example, the fastening portion (170) may be a snap button, also known as a "snap button."
[0048] In addition, the golf bag hood cover (100) may further include ribs (140) and a zipper part (160).
[0049] The ribs (140) may be provided in a segmented manner at regular intervals on the rear portion (118) extending from the upper portion (H) to the lower portion (L). For example, the ribs (140) may be provided as vertical ribs. That is, the ribs (140) may be provided in a linear vertical shape when positioned adjacent to the first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116) on the rear portion (118). As another example, the ribs (140) may be provided in a plate shape. That is, the ribs (140) may be provided with a regular area over the entire width of the rear portion (118).
[0050] At this time, the rib (140) may be segmented by gaps (142) formed at regular intervals. That is, the rib (140) may not be provided as a continuous, elongated rib in the vertical direction at the rear portion (118) or adjacent portions of the first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116), but may be provided in the form of multiple segments spaced apart at regular intervals in the vertical direction.
[0051] Therefore, the part that needs to be folded can be kept flexible, and a reinforcing material can be placed in the part corresponding to the head or shaft. In addition, a gap (142) that allows for bending or folding can be provided between the reinforcing materials. By doing so, when the golf bag hood cover (100) is opened and folded back, the folded part can also be used as a temporary storage pocket.
[0052] In this way, the golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can improve usability by segmenting and arranging a plurality of ribs (140) along the rear portion (118) so as to be spaced apart based on the section where folding occurs, thereby ensuring shock protection performance while maintaining the usability of opening, closing, and folding of the hood cover.
[0053] Here, since the golf bag hood cover (100) must be folded back when taking out a golf club, if the ribs (140) are provided as a single integrated plate or an integrated line, usability is reduced. To prevent this, in the present invention, the ribs (140) may be provided in segments at regular intervals. That is, the ribs (140) may be provided in segments with the gap (142) as a folding part. At this time, any one of the upper part (H), middle part (M), and lower part (L) may be folded or bent at the gap (142) between the ribs (140).
[0054] In this way, the golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can improve the maintenance stability and service life of expensive golf clubs by selectively providing a reinforcing structure for shock dispersion according to the head and shaft positions of a plurality of golf clubs, thereby having excellent durability and effectively protecting against external shocks according to the individual characteristics of the plurality of golf clubs.
[0055] A zipper portion (160) may be provided in the center of the front portion (112). Here, the zipper portion (160) may be provided to extend from the top to the bottom. This zipper portion (160) may include a slider (162) and a meshing portion (164).
[0056] The slider (162) can move along the length of the zipper portion (160) to engage or disengage the interlocking portions (164) that are spaced apart from each other. This slider (162) can perform the function of opening and closing the front portion (112) by operation of the user.
[0057] The interlocking portion (164) is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction from the center of the front portion (112) and may be provided so that corresponding shapes interlock. The interlocking portion (164) may be joined or separated depending on the movement of the slider (162) to open or close the front portion (112).
[0058] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view of a golf bag hood cover according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0059] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the golf bag hood cover (100) may further include a first bumper (180), a second bumper (182), and a second reinforcing member (190). Here, the first bumper (180) is provided at the upper part (H) of the main body (110), and the second bumper (182) and the second reinforcing member (190) may be provided at the middle part (M) of the main body (110).
[0060] The first bumper (180) may be provided to protrude outward from the first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116) of the main body (110). At this time, the first bumper (180) may be provided to first absorb and mitigate external impact applied from the side direction. That is, when golf bags come into contact with each other, the first bumper (180) can secure a certain gap equal to the thickness of the protruding outward. Therefore, the first bumper (180) can reduce external impact transmitted to the golf club head inside the main body (110).
[0061] In addition, the first bumper (180) may be provided continuously over most of the width of the first side portion (114) or the second side portion (116) from the lower side of the upper reinforcing portion (120) as shown in FIG. 1 so as to disperse external impact over a wide area. This can effectively disperse external forces acting on the entire side of the main body (110).
[0062] Additionally, the first bumper (180) may display a product name, brand name, or logo to enhance product identification. Here, the logo may be printed, engraved, or displayed as a protruding shape on the outer surface of the first bumper (180). At this time, the logo is protected from external friction and impact by the protruding structure and shock-absorbing characteristics of the first bumper (180), thereby suppressing wear during use. Furthermore, the logo may be combined with the shape of the first bumper (180) to be implemented as various visual patterns or three-dimensional design elements.
[0063] The second bumper (182) may be provided to protrude outward from the first side portion (114) and the second side portion (116) of the main body (110). As a result, the second bumper (182) can disperse local external forces applied from the outside of the main body (110) to reduce the impact transmitted to the golf club shaft inside the main body (110). Here, the second bumper (182) is provided smaller than the first bumper (180) and may be provided in multiple numbers.
[0064] In this way, the golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention has a first bumper (180) of the upper part (H) and a plurality of second bumpers (182) of the middle part (M) spaced apart from each other, thereby preventing the impact from concentrating at a specific location when colliding with a plurality of golf bags or external objects and dispersing the impact transmission path, so that localized indentation, deformation, or damage to the hood cover can be suppressed.
[0065] At this time, the second bumper (182) can be arranged in a line between the second reinforcing members (190). That is, the second bumper (182) can improve the shock dispersion effect by ensuring that external force is distributed and transmitted according to the areas partitioned by the second reinforcing members (190). For example, the second bumper (182) can be provided in multiple stages spaced apart at a certain interval by the second reinforcing members (190) in the first side section (114) and the second side section (116). Accordingly, the shock can be dispersed stepwise in the height direction.
[0066] In this way, the golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention has bumpers (180, 182) formed protruding outward from the upper part (H) and middle part (M) corresponding to the head part and shaft part of the golf club, so that when a plurality of golf bags come into contact with each other or collide with an external object, the impact can be cushioned and dispersed, thereby reducing interference, scratches, and damage between golf clubs.
[0067] The second reinforcing member (190) may be provided on the outer side of the main body (110) corresponding to the first reinforcing member (150). That is, the second reinforcing member (190) may be provided in a linear structure extending in a direction corresponding to the first reinforcing member (150). Accordingly, a reinforcing structure is formed on the inner and outer sides of the main body (110), thereby improving the support strength against external forces and bending stiffness.
[0068] In this way, the golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can provide customized protection performance corresponding to the characteristics of the areas where impact is concentrated by selectively applying a reinforcing structure having a different shape, stiffness, or material to vulnerable sections around the head, shaft, and zipper of the golf club, thereby suppressing unnecessary weight increase while simultaneously improving protection efficiency and usability.
[0069] In addition, the zipper part (160) may further include a zipper reinforcement part (166).
[0070] A zipper reinforcement (166) may be provided on the outer surface of the main body (110) along both sides of the interlocking portion (164). Here, the area surrounding the zipper portion (160) is a vulnerable part that is repeatedly subjected to force during use, and tearing, sagging, and deformation of the main body (110) may occur. To solve this, the present invention may provide a separate zipper reinforcement (166) around the zipper portion (160).
[0071] At this time, the zipper reinforcement (166) may be provided between the second reinforcement (190) and the front portion (112) of the main body (110) and at the bottom. That is, the zipper reinforcement (166) may be provided so as to be separated at regular intervals by the second reinforcement (190). In addition, the zipper reinforcement (166) may be formed extending from the upper side of the second reinforcement (190) to the upper surface of the main body (110).
[0072] In this way, the golf bag hood cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a zipper reinforcement part (166) along the periphery of the zipper part (160), thereby dispersing the stress concentrated around the zipper due to repeated opening and closing movements, bending, and external tensile force, so that the occurrence of tearing, stretching, or deformation can be suppressed, thereby improving the durability and reliability of use of the product.
[0073] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the concept of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented in this specification. Those skilled in the art who understand the concept of the present invention may easily propose other embodiments within the scope of the same concept by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components, and such are also to be considered to fall within the scope of the concept of the present invention.
