[0009] According to one aspect of the present embodiment, a carbon emission right management device is provided, comprising: a data collection unit for collecting carbon activity data including power consumption and electric vehicle charging amount; a carbon emission right issuing unit for issuing carbon credits based on the carbon activity data and issuing carbon emission rights based on the carbon credits; an environmental condition analysis unit for predicting future carbon emissions based on temperature, weather, day of the week, environment, and location factors; a reduction amount analysis unit for calculating the difference between the future carbon emissions and the actual carbon consumption resulting from actions as a reduction amount; a carbon credit issuing unit for issuing carbon credits based on the reduction amount; and a carbon emission right trading unit for trading the carbon credits. Effects of the invention

[0010] As explained above, according to the present embodiment, in order to minimize carbon emissions, a carbon revenue distribution model is provided that calculates carbon emissions based on the charging and discharging states of electric vehicles; the amount of power reduction compared to the average of charging stations using a V2G network is issued and recorded as carbon credits; and there is an effect of transferring carbon emission reduction to areas where it is needed by transferring it to regions with higher carbon emissions compared to the average. [0099] The carbon emission rights (credit) trading unit (250) receives movement amount, movement speed, rapid acceleration / deceleration, driving time, and activities within the electric vehicle from the electric vehicle’s camera, lidar, OBD, battery management system, communication device, computing device, etc.

[0100] The carbon emission rights (credit) trading unit (250) receives information such as charging amount and time through mutual communication between the charger and the electric vehicle user terminal using an electric vehicle charger.

[0101] The carbon emission rights (credit) trading unit (250) receives information from the user terminal, such as the use of external services and certification of carbon emission reduction amount through an application.

[0102] The carbon emission allowance management device (130) recommends user data collection devices and actions. The carbon emission allowance management device (130) includes an interface that interacts with the user through an issuance amount transmission module, an environmental situation analysis system, a reduction amount collection, analysis, and certification system, an emission allowance management system, and an emission allowance trading system.

[0103] The carbon emission rights management device (130) records issuance information and transaction information in a blockchain network and a transaction ledger through a network. The carbon emission rights management device (130) can interact with service providers, including SNS, and carbon emission rights demanders in addition to electric vehicle users.

[0104] FIG. 10 is a diagram showing the operation of a carbon emission trading unit according to the present embodiment.

[0105] The carbon emission trading unit (250) records and manages the reduction in power consumption compared to the average of charging stations using the V2G network by issuing carbon credits, and transfers them to regions where carbon emissions are higher than the average. The carbon credit issuing unit (260) automatically issues carbon credits according to power consumption to power demand points using an application (112) installed on the terminal (110). The carbon credit issuing unit (260) issues carbon credits when the power usage identified through V2G is reduced compared to the average power usage of the charging station. When power is supplied to power supply points using eco-friendly renewable energy, the carbon credit issuing unit (260) reduces carbon emissions simultaneously with power production.

[0106] The carbon credit issuing unit (260) may provide points as an incentive for power reduction when a user performs voluntary actions to reduce power at a point of power usage. The carbon credit issuing unit (260) may use the points in conjunction with e-commerce. For example, if a user selects a specific electric vehicle charging station for navigation, the carbon credit issuing unit (260) may instruct the user to perform carbon reduction actions, such as changing the destination to another electric vehicle charging station or selecting a slow charging method rather than a fast charging method on-site, if the charging station is at a peak time for power usage at that time.

[0107] The carbon credit issuing unit (260) automatically issues carbon credits when the private power supply source is renewable energy, and records the quantity of carbon credits issued at the time of issuance, price information, and information of the issuing entity on the blockchain. The carbon credit issuing unit (260) causes the issued carbon credits to be transferred to carbon credit demand centers through the V2G power grid. The carbon credit issuing unit (260) also records the transfer process on the blockchain.

[0108] Conversely, the carbon credit issuing department (260) can predict the peak power value and provide a list of carbon reduction activities at a specific charging station among several charging stations.

[0109] The carbon credit issuing unit (260) predicts the energy demand flow of a specific charging station based on information from the V2G network. Based on the prediction information, the carbon credit issuing unit (260) can add a charging station as a route destination when a user adds a charging station as a route destination during the process of setting a travel route through the mobility map, and the charging station has relatively low energy demand. The carbon credit issuing unit (260) can recommend a charging station that can secure the most carbon credits (issuance of credits based on carbon reduction activities). The carbon credit issuing unit (260) allocates the charging station as a space where power can be charged using a new and renewable energy source, even though it is inefficient in terms of time and cost.

[0110] FIG. 11 is a diagram showing the operation of the carbon credit additional issuance unit according to the present embodiment.

[0111] The carbon credit additional issuance unit (270) provides voluntary carbon emission rights challenge features / information to the application (112) installed on the terminal (110). The carbon credit additional issuance unit (270) provides carbon credits along with electric vehicle charging to the application (112) installed on the terminal (110). The carbon credit additional issuance unit (270) provides a list of carbon credits by charging station as a charging station list to the application (112) installed on the terminal (110). The carbon credit additional issuance unit (270) provides a credit challenge to the application (112) installed on the terminal (110). The carbon credit additional issuance unit (270) provides Home, Find Charging Station, and Coupon Box (credits can be exchanged for other mobile vouchers affiliated with a company) to the application (112) installed on the terminal (110).

[0112] FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM, hereinafter VCM) according to the present embodiment.

[0113] The Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) is a private carbon market that has recently been growing significantly, where various organizations, including individuals, companies, governments, and non-profits, can voluntarily participate in carbon reduction projects to generate and trade carbon credits.

[0114] Carbon markets are broadly classified into Compliance Carbon Markets (CCM) and Voluntary Carbon Markets (VCM) depending on whether mandatory greenhouse gas reductions under the Kyoto Protocol are implemented.

[0115] A regulated carbon market is a system where participants can trade allowances within a total amount of greenhouse gases limited by a country, region, or institution, but the creation of new allowances is not permitted.

[0116] VCM complements the limitations of regulated markets, where carbon reduction cannot be incentivized unless an allocation applies, and features a market-oriented, autonomous structure that does not involve direct supervision by the government or regulatory agencies.

[0117] FIG. 13 is a diagram showing a filling method using carbon intensity information according to the present embodiment.

[0118] Carbon Intensity (CI) is the value obtained by dividing the amount of CO2 generated from consumed energy by the total energy consumption; a higher value indicates a higher rate of energy usage with a high carbon content.

[0119] For example, when comparing the case where all energy is consumed as coal versus the case where all energy is consumed as natural gas to obtain the same amount of heat, the former has a higher carbon intensity than the latter.

[0120] The energy source used for electricity generation varies depending on the location and time of the charging station. Real-time information can be used to calculate the actual carbon intensity.

[0121] The carbon emission rights management device (130) can recommend a charging method to the user by predicting an optimal charging pattern that can reduce carbon intensity after the current time using carbon intensity at a specific time through the analysis of energy usage patterns.

[0122] The carbon emission allowance management device (130) recommends an EV charging method capable of reducing carbon emissions by utilizing carbon intensity information. The carbon emission allowance management device (130) utilizes information such as the electric vehicle charging amount, charger specifications, current time, and carbon intensity during charging. The carbon emission allowance management device (130) predicts carbon emissions through a charging simulation utilizing vehicle information and charger information. The carbon emission allowance management device (130) derives a carbon emission reduction amount based on the predicted carbon emission amount from the simulation. The carbon emission allowance management device (130) calculates the planned accumulation points for the carbon emission reduction amount.

[0123] FIG. 14 is a diagram showing a method for proving the carbon reduction effect according to the present embodiment.

[0124] The carbon emission rights management device (130) enables a reduction in carbon emissions when purchasing coffee by using a drive-through store on the route rather than parking, compared to the time and distance required for parking and the increased distance traveled via a detour in parking, so that ordering and pickup are done inside the car in the drive-through.

[0125] The electric vehicle (120) checks whether it uses a store within a certain range of its travel route or uses a store via drive-through.

[0126] The carbon emission rights management device (130) obtains information about the route of the vehicle information system for objective verification and obtains payment information, such as a card, to verify whether actual payment has been made. The carbon emission rights management device (130) obtains information about the sales type from an external service (store) to verify the objectivity of carbon reduction actions.

[0127] FIG. 15 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a method for determining carbon emission rights according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0128] FIG. 15 discloses a method for determining reduced carbon emissions by considering energy source information and behavioral information, and for determining carbon emission rights by considering reduced carbon emissions.

[0129] Referring to FIG. 15, the energy source information may be information about the source from which the energy used by the user comes. For example, the energy source may be a source for generating electricity, such as solar power generation, wind power generation, or thermal power generation.

[0130] Power sources can be classified into four types based on the variability of the energy source and whether the energy sources are combined. A power source refers to a place where a user receives power (e.g., a home, an electric vehicle charging station, etc.).

[0131] Energy source variability refers to whether the energy source providing power through the power source changes. For example, Power Source A can supply power through nuclear and thermal power generation, while Power Source B supplies power based on solar, thermal, and hydroelectric power generation, but can supply power by changing the energy source as needed. In other words, the energy source variability of the power source can be determined by considering whether the energy source provided through the power source changes.

[0132] The combination of energy sources refers to whether the energy sources providing power through the power source are combined. For example, Power Source A can supply power based solely on solar power generation, while Power Source B can continuously supply power through a combination of nuclear and thermal power generation. In other words, the type of power source can be classified based on whether the energy sources of the power supplied by the power source are combined or not.

[0133] The first type of power source (1510) is a power source in which the energy source is fixed and the energy source is not combined.

[0134] The second type of power source (1520) is a power source in which the energy source is fixed and the energy source is combined.

[0135] The third type of power source (1530) is a power source in which the energy source is variable and the energy source is not combined.

[0136] The fourth type of power source (1540) is a power source in which the energy source is varied and the energy source is combined.

[0137] In the present invention, reduced carbon emissions are determined in different ways for each power source, and carbon emission rights can be determined by taking into account the reduced carbon emissions.

[0138] First, since the first type of power source (1510) is a power source in which the energy source is fixed and the energy source is not combined, the reduced carbon emissions can be determined by considering only the type of energy source regardless of time.

[0139] Since the second type of power source (1520) is a power source in which the energy source is fixed and the energy source is combined, the hourly reduction in carbon emissions of the power supplied by the energy source combination can be determined by considering the proportion of each energy source that makes up the energy source combination.

[0140] Since the third type of power source (1530) is a power source in which the energy source is variable and the energy source is not combined, the carbon emissions that are reduced by time among the variable energy sources can be determined by considering the time during which the energy source is variable.

[0141] Since the fourth type of power source (1540) is a power source in which the energy source is varied and the energy source is combined, the hourly reduction in carbon emissions of the supplied power can be determined by considering the proportion of each energy source that makes up the combination of energy sources and the variation of the energy source.

[0142] In other words, the amount of carbon emissions reduced is determined in different ways depending on the type of power source.

[0143] In addition, the present invention can determine the carbon emissions reduced according to behavior by considering the user's power usage behavior type and the type of power source the user intends to use.

[0144] The first power usage behavior type (1550) is a case where the user cannot postpone the use of power and cannot determine the place of use of power. For example, in the case of a power source supplied to a general household, the user cannot postpone the use of power and cannot determine the place of use of power, and the use of such a power source can be defined as the first power usage behavior type (1550).

[0145] The second power usage behavior type (1560) is a case where the user can postpone the use of power or determine the location of power usage. For example, the use of a power source in which the location and time of use of power can be determined, such as determining the charging station of an electric vehicle or changing the charging time of an electric vehicle, can be defined as the second power usage behavior type (1560).

[0146] According to an embodiment of the present invention, for a first power usage behavior type (1550), carbon emission rights may be allocated based on a simple reduction in power usage. For example, power usage based on the average number of households per generation may be set as the default power usage, and if power usage is lower than the default power usage based on this, carbon emission rights may be allocated by considering the difference in power usage as the amount of carbon reduction.

[0147] For the second power usage behavior type (1560), the reduced carbon emissions according to the power source type can be calculated and carbon emission rights can be allocated accordingly.

[0148] When a second power usage behavior type (1560) is to be performed, power sources may be recommended in order of priority based on the location of the power source and the time of time of power usage, in order of the greatest reduction in carbon emissions. The recommendation priority may be set differently depending on the power usage object (e.g., electric vehicle) used by the user. The recommendation priority may be determined by considering the mobility of the power usage object, the user's usage time of the power usage object, the user's movement path, the user's location at different times, etc.

[0149] As mentioned above, the energy sources used may differ depending on the type of power source, and the energy sources and combinations of energy sources used for power supply may change over time. Taking this into account, if power is to be used at a specific point in time, recommendations can be made for available power sources that are not far from the user's location while maximizing the reduction in carbon emissions for each time period. The criterion for determining the amount of carbon emission reduction may be the difference in carbon emissions between the power source generating the highest carbon emissions among those within a critical distance from the user and the power source used by the user.

[0150] FIG. 16 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a method for determining carbon emission rights according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0151] FIG. 16 discloses a method for determining reduced carbon emissions by considering energy source information and behavioral information, and for determining carbon emission rights by considering reduced carbon emissions.

[0152] Referring to FIG. 16, a method for providing carbon emission rights to a user through tracking the behavior of a user using electricity is disclosed.

[0153] User behaviors eligible for carbon credits can be determined based on user behavioral information. For example, specific patterns, such as the lifestyle of charging an electric vehicle while operating it, can be identified as target behaviors for determining carbon credits.

[0154] Registration of a power-consuming object (e.g., an electric vehicle) that consumes power in relation to the user's behavior determined as a target behavior may be performed. When a power-consuming object is registered, information about the power-consuming object may be registered in a server for determining carbon emission rights (e.g., a carbon emission rights management device).

[0155] Data on power usage by power-using objects is entered through a carbon emission rights management device, and management of power charging by power-using objects can also be performed.

[0156] A power source can be recommended to the user based on the first threshold power setting amount (1610) and the second threshold power setting amount (1620) set for each power usage object.

[0157] The first threshold power setting amount (1610) can be set according to the power usage object in a state where charging is not yet urgent. For example, 30% or less of the total charging amount can be set as the first threshold power setting amount. The second threshold power setting amount (1620) can be set according to the power usage object in a state where charging is urgent. For example, 5% or less of the total charging amount can be set as the second threshold power setting amount (1620).

[0158] When the first threshold power setting amount (1610) set for each power usage object is lower than or equal to that point, and when the second power usage behavior type described above is to be performed upon the user's request from that point onward, power sources can be recommended in order of priority based on the location of the power source and the time of power usage, in order of the greatest reduction in carbon emissions.

[0159] In the present invention, when the first threshold power setting amount (1610) is less than or equal to the current time and the current user's location, a power source may be recommended according to priority.

[0160] Afterwards, when the second threshold power setting amount (1620) is lower, a power source may be recommended according to priority, taking into account only the current user's location.

[0161] In other words, power sources can be recommended based on different logic considering the threshold power setting amount, and based on this, users can charge power-consuming objects using power sources that reduce possible carbon emissions.

[0162] When charging of a power-using object proceeds through a recommendation for a power source, carbon credits are provided based on the predicted amount of carbon reduction for each power source during a critical validity period, based on the time of the recommendation for the power source, and if the critical validity period is exceeded, the predicted value of carbon reduction for each power source may be reset to provide carbon credits.

[0163] For example, if the energy source is not fixed or power is supplied through a combination of energy sources, the predictions for the energy source and the combination of energy sources at the current time change over time, and the actual charging time may differ from the predicted value. Therefore, when performing predictions by power source, carbon emission rights can be provided to users by setting different validity periods for carbon reduction based on the type of power source, taking into account whether the energy source is fixed and the characteristics of the energy source combination, thereby recognizing the predicted carbon reduction only during the corresponding validity period.
