[0070] The first curved insulating film (3192) may include a lower flat surface (3192_FS) and a lower curved surface (3192_CS). The lower flat surface (3192_FS) and the lower curved surface (3192_CS) may be continuous without interruption.

[0077] The upper flat surface (3191_FS) may be a flat surface among the lower surfaces of the second curved insulating film (3191). The upper flat surface (3191_FS) may be co-plane with the lower surfaces of the upper connecting pads (321, 322, 323, 324). The level of the upper flat surface (3191_FS) may be higher than the lowest level of the upper curved surface (3191_CS).

[0078] The upper curved surface (3191_CS) may have a downwardly concave shape. The upper curved surface (3191_CS) may form a co-plane with the lower surfaces (391_CS, 392_CS, 393_CS) of the upper curved pads (391, 392, 393). The curvature of the lower curved surface (3192_CS) and the curvature of the upper curved surface (3191_CS) may be the same.

[0081] Since the width (333w) of the first curved top pad (333) may be smaller than the width (331w) of the first connected top pad (331), the metal density of the portion where the first curved top pad (333) is located may be smaller than the metal density of the portion where the first connected top pad (331) is located. The first lower curved pad (381) is positioned to overlap with the first curved top pad (333) having a smaller metal density, thereby reducing the topology when joining the first semiconductor structure (220) and the second semiconductor structure (320).
