Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a synthetic resin lining panel system for waterproofing and reinforcing structures, applicable to concrete or metal structures requiring chemical-resistant treatment for waterproofing and reinforcing the rooftops or interiors of water supply and sewage systems, environmental facilities, and general structures. More specifically, the invention relates to a lining panel system having excellent watertightness, durability, and ease of maintenance, wherein the front surface of a synthetic resin (PVC, PE, PP, etc.) lining panel coated with a functional coating agent such as a UV blocker and the rear surface of the lining are polished and primed, and an adhesive material is attached to improve the adhesion between the structure and the synthetic resin lining panel to be bonded, thereby manufacturing the panel in a roll form; dust is removed from the surface of the structure, a waterproof layer is formed using a waterproof paint, and the adhesive surface is smoothed; the synthetic resin lining panel is then compressed onto the waterproof layer using heat fusion and high frequency, and adjacent linings are joined using a synthetic resin welding rod. Background Technology

[0002] Traditionally, methods such as attaching tiles, applying waterproof coatings, painting, or attaching metal plates have been primarily used for the protection of structures.

[0003] However, these methods have disadvantages, such as long construction times, susceptibility to damage from movement or vibration of the structure, and a lack of chemical and UV resistance. In particular, structures such as water storage facilities, sewage and wastewater treatment facilities, water purification plants, reservoirs, and rooftop floors require a lining system with superior adhesion and durability, as they must maintain watertightness for a long period and be protected from the action of corrosive elements such as chlorides or sulfides.

[0004] To address this, paint-type waterproofing agents, sheet-type waterproofing materials, epoxy coatings, and polymer lining panels are utilized; among these, synthetic resin lining panels are widely used due to their excellent chemical resistance, ease of installation, and ability to ensure continuous waterproofing performance. Meanwhile, to improve the installability of synthetic resin panels, the front and back surfaces of synthetic resin (PVC, PE, PP, etc.) linings—which have functional coatings such as UV blockers applied to the back—are polished and primed. An adhesive material is then attached to enhance adhesion between the structure and the synthetic resin lining panel, and the panel is manufactured in a roll form. The surface is then dusted, a waterproofing layer is formed using waterproof paint, and the adhesive surface is smoothed. The synthetic resin lining panel is then compressed onto the waterproofing layer of the structure using heat fusion or high frequency. Generally, the configuration is such that a waterproofing layer, such as a two-component moisture-resistant adhesive, is applied to the structure's surface first, followed by the attachment of the panel. Additionally, L-shaped curved synthetic resin lining panels are applied to corners or curved sections of the structure to ensure a double sealing effect and waterproofing.

[0005] This synthetic resin lining system is efficient, particularly in cases requiring reconstruction or partial repairs, as it allows for maintenance by cutting welded joints and installing new lining material; furthermore, its modular configuration offers advantages in manufacturing and distribution. Consequently, it is garnering attention as a technology that improves upon the issues of reduced waterproofing inherent in conventional cement painting or tile finishing methods, while maintaining a hygienic and stable internal structural environment.

[0006] Currently used synthetic resin lining systems primarily feature a structure in which soft or rigid PVC panels of a certain thickness are attached to the concrete surface via an adhesive layer, and then adjacent panels are joined using a thermal fusion method to form a waterproof layer. In such systems, the application of UV blockers, the attachment of reinforcing mesh, and the treatment of adhesive interfaces are essential to prevent deterioration and increase fracture resistance. Furthermore, existing synthetic resin lining panel systems have generally been applied primarily in flat-panel structures; consequently, continuous construction is difficult on curved surfaces or internal corners, and issues such as reduced adhesion or leakage caused by gaps have arisen. In particular, corners or interior angles where the floor and walls of a structure meet become major leakage pathways if construction precision is poor; therefore, there is a need for technology to apply curved reinforcing plates to address this, while structures that allow for joint re-welding to facilitate maintenance have also been applied only to a limited extent. Consequently, there is a growing need to develop a multi-functional PVC lining system capable of simultaneously ensuring substantial watertightness within concrete structures, extending their lifespan, and meeting hygiene standards.

[0007] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1798822 (November 16, 2017), which is a prior art for repairing aging concrete facilities by attaching lining panels, discloses a technology regarding a lining panel assembly that allows the lining panel to be installed simply and easily to be horizontal even when there are height variations on the walls of a concrete water tank, and prevents the lining panel from being deformed by water pressure.

[0008] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1850398 (April 19, 2018) discloses a stainless steel wall panel water tank for concrete walls and a method for constructing the wall panel water tank, wherein an anchor bolt for fastening a concrete wall is received in a receiving portion formed within the bent portion of a stainless steel wall panel in which the strength of the steel plate is increased by bending a stainless steel flat steel plate, thereby being robust against pressure generated from the outside and inside, allowing for precise construction without thermal deformation occurring during welding, enabling material reduction even if the wall panel thickness is thin due to high strength against pressure, and facilitating the connection between continuously arranged wall panels. Additionally, Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1556782 (September 23, 2015) discloses an antibacterial waterproof sheet and a lining construction method that are installed on the inner surface of a concrete structure storing drinking water or various liquids, ensuring durability and waterproofing while having excellent antibacterial properties.

[0009] However, while the aforementioned prior art enables the installation of piping such as pipes by heat-fusion of materials like PE and PP, there were difficulties in permanent installations or partial repairs because panel-type plates could not be heat-fused on-site. Prior art literature

[0010] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1798822 (2017.11.16.) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1850398 (2018.04.19.) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1556782 (2015.09.23.) The problem to be solved

[0011] Lining systems applied to the inner surfaces of concrete or metal structures face problems such as chemical corrosion, UV degradation, reduced adhesion, insufficient waterproofing reliability, and difficulties in maintenance. In particular, storage tanks, water purification plants, sewage treatment plants, and rooftops are continuously exposed to moisture, chemicals, and UV rays, which degrades surface durability and negatively impacts the lifespan of the structures.

[0012] In addition, existing lining methods are composed of uniform shapes and materials, making it difficult to effectively handle complex or curved structures, and they also have limitations in terms of watertightness and bonding strength. Waterproofing at the corners of structures is also weak, causing leakage, and there is the inconvenience of having to remove the entire panel during repairs.

[0013] The present invention aims to solve the problems of the conventional technology described above by providing a synthetic resin lining panel system capable of simultaneously ensuring excellent waterproofness, durability, ease of construction, and ease of maintenance. This is achieved by improving adhesion and bonding through a synthetic resin lining panel with a UV-blocking coating layer and a primer containing a functional adhesive applied to the surface of a structure, and by introducing a bonding structure between panels using synthetic resin welding rods and mechanical bonding members. Furthermore, to effectively accommodate various shapes of structures, an L-shaped bending structure is applied to the edges of the panels, and construction flexibility is ensured through a pre-cut or modular design. Additionally, a coating treatment is performed on the outer surface of the lining panel to enhance resistance to ultraviolet rays, chemicals, microorganisms, etc. Moreover, another objective is to improve long-term adhesive reliability and construction quality by polishing the rear surface of the panel, applying a primer, and manufacturing it in a roll form with an adhesive material attached to enhance adhesion to the structure. means of solving the problem

[0014] To solve the above problems, the present invention relates to a synthetic resin lining panel system attached to the surface of a concrete or metal structure, which possesses strong watertightness, chemical resistance, UV blocking function, and mechanical bonding properties. In particular, the present invention is required for a lining system that is applied to the interior or exterior surface of a structure, is easy to maintain and install, and ensures durability and customization capable of responding to various environments.

[0015] The present invention utilizes a synthetic resin flat plate with a thickness of approximately 0.5 mm to 5 mm and a width of 20 mm to 2000 mm as a base panel, and the panel performs the function of reducing surface damage caused by sunlight, ultraviolet rays, oxidation, etc. by coating its outer surface with a functional coating agent including a UV blocker. As a result, it can be used stably for a long period even in an externally exposed environment.

[0016] In addition, to enhance adhesion to the structure and post-installation retention, the rear surface of the synthetic resin lining panel is polished and then primed to ensure uniform adhesive application. This process strengthens the bonding between the structure and the synthetic resin lining panel, while the primer layer expands the bonding area and improves the uniformity of adhesive application.

[0017] The above structure can be of various types, such as concrete or metal, and a waterproof adhesive layer is first applied to the surface of the structure to improve adhesion and secure a waterproof layer. This waterproof layer can be formed with a two-component moisture-resistant adhesive, which blocks moisture penetration and significantly increases the bonding strength between the lining panel and the structure. A primer layer is then fixed by compression, and the lining panels are attached using heat fusion and high frequency, and adjacent lining panels are joined with synthetic resin welding rods. This results in the attachment of lining panels with excellent watertightness, durability, and ease of maintenance, thereby completing a high-density, multi-layer integrated waterproof structure.

[0018] Synthetic resin lining panels are composed of at least one of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyfluoroethylene (PVDF), fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP), or epoxy. These materials possess excellent chemical stability, mechanical durability, and ease of processing, and due to the wide range of materials available for selection depending on the application, they can be applied to various structures.

[0019] The above-mentioned lining panels are installed on concrete or steel structures by bonding or welding, and joints or gaps between adjacent panels are joined using a fusion bonding method with synthetic resin welding rods of the same material. The welding rods are made of thermoplastic resin to achieve physicochemical integration with the lining panels, thereby improving watertightness and durability.

[0020] In addition, at the corners of the structure or the corner sections of the lining panels, panels with a curved lining shape that are bent into an L-shape are applied to correspond to the three-dimensional form of the structure. These curved lining panels smoothly connect vertical or horizontal boundaries, thereby maintaining the integrity of the entire structure and an aesthetic appearance, while reducing the possibility of cracks and leakage.

[0021] In particular, a coating layer is added to the surface of the lining curved panel to provide protection against external causes of corrosion. This ensures enhanced corrosion resistance and durability.

[0022] In addition, the back of the curved lining panel is treated with a primer in the same way to ensure that the adhesive is applied uniformly, thereby improving adhesion to the structure, and the upper surface is coated with a coating agent containing functional additives such as UV blockers or antibacterial, chemical-resistant, and rust-preventive agents, which can maximize the functional lifespan.

[0023] When mechanical fixation to a structure is required, chemical anchor bolts are installed at the joints between panels, and washers and nuts are fastened to the outside of the anchor bolts to provide strong mechanical fixation. Since the connection is designed considering the thermal expansion rate of the lining panels, stable fixation force can be continuously maintained. In the event that future maintenance or repair is required, the defective or welded parts of the existing lining panels can be cut off, and new lining panels of the same material and structure can be installed in the same manner to perform the repair. As a result, only a part can be replaced without dismantling the entire structure, offering excellent maintenance efficiency.

[0024] UV blockers applied to the exterior surface may include antimicrobial agents, chemical-resistant functional materials, and rust inhibitors in addition to UV blocking functions, thereby minimizing physical and chemical effects caused by external attacks or internal fluids and improving the lifespan of the panel.

[0025] Synthetic resin lining panels can be provided cut into pre-standardized sizes, and at the construction site, panels of each size prepared in advance can be combined by mechanical attachment or welding according to FL (Finished Level) and EL (Elevation Level) drawings to enable rapid construction.

[0026] The lining flat panels may have embossing or patterned finishes applied to their exterior surfaces for anti-slip functions or to reduce water surface reflection, which can significantly contribute to pedestrian safety and the reduction of visual fog, particularly in water purification plants, bathrooms, and water tanks.

[0027] The L-shaped lining curved panels are continuously attached along the waterline at the corners of the structure and installed in a manner that covers the joints between the bottom plate and the wall plate, thereby continuously covering the corner edges, ensuring complete waterproofing and durability of the entire structure.

[0028] The synthetic resin welding rod is composed of a thermoplastic resin having the same material or similar physical properties as the lining panel, and is designed to minimize thermal stress or reduced watertightness that may occur during dissimilar welding.

[0029] The system can be widely applied to structures with high watertightness requirements, such as water purification plants, reservoirs, rooftops, floors, walls, water supply storage facilities, and sewage storage tanks. The adhesive and waterproofing layers applied to the structures include a two-component moisture-resistant adhesive, which dramatically increases the adhesion between materials and blocks the diffusion of water vapor, thereby maintaining the stability and reliability of the structure over the long term.

[0030] In addition, the lining panel may be equipped with an antistatic function, which reduces surface damage from external corrosive sources such as ultraviolet rays, chlorides, and sulfides, and suppresses the adsorption of dust or contaminants, thereby enabling the maintenance of a clean state for a long period. Effects of the invention

[0031] The present invention relates to a synthetic resin lining panel system that simultaneously improves durability and constructability by forming a functional surface coating layer including a UV blocking function on a thin synthetic resin lining panel (0.5 to 5 mm), applying a functional coating agent such as a UV blocker to enhance structural adhesion, polishing and primer-treating the back surface of the lining to apply an adhesive material to improve adhesion between the structure and the synthetic resin lining panel, manufacturing it in a roll form, removing dust from the surface of the structure, forming a waterproof layer using a waterproof paint, leveling the adhesive surface, and then compressing the synthetic resin lining panel onto the waterproof layer using heat fusion and high frequency.

[0032] First, synthetic resin lining panels can be composed of various materials such as PVC, PE, PP, PVDF, FRP, and epoxy, enabling them to adapt to diverse environments and ensuring excellent durability against moisture, chemicals, and ultraviolet rays.

[0033] Second, a curved lining panel bent into an L-shape is applied to the corners of the synthetic resin lining panel or the corner sections of the structure, and this effectively dramatically improves waterproofing performance by blocking gaps and leakage that may occur at the corners of the curved panel. In particular, since the curved lining panel is also equipped with a coating layer, resistance to external impact and abrasion is simultaneously secured.

[0034] Third, since the joints between panels are joined using a thermal fusion method with thermoplastic welding rods of the same or equivalent material, an integrated watertight structure can be formed, and maintenance is easy. In addition, if repairs are required, simple and rapid repair work can be performed by cutting the welded joint and reinstalling a new lining panel.

[0035] Fourth, the back surface of the lining is polished and subjected to primer treatment to ensure that the adhesive is uniformly applied, thereby manufacturing it in a roll form that improves the adhesion between the structure, which is the bonding material, and the synthetic resin lining panel. The surface of the structure is then dusted, a waterproof layer is formed using a waterproof paint, and the adhesive surface is smoothed. By compressing the synthetic resin lining onto the waterproof layer using heat fusion and high frequency, it is easily adhered to both vertical and horizontal surfaces and has the effect of maintaining a stable construction state for a long time. As such, the present invention implements a synthetic resin lining panel system that provides a technological advancement by being installed on the inner and outer walls, floors, etc., of a structure, exhibiting significant effects in terms of waterproofness, durability, constructability, maintainability, and hygiene compared to conventional technology. It possesses excellent effects that can be usefully utilized in various industrial fields, such as water treatment facilities, storage tanks, or industrial structures. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0037] All terms used herein, including technical or scientific terms described in this invention, have the same meaning as generally understood by those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. Terms such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries should be interpreted as having meanings consistent with the context of the relevant technology and should not be interpreted in an ideal or overly formal sense that is not explicitly defined in this application. Furthermore, in describing this invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of related known functions or configurations could unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention, such detailed description will be omitted.

[0038] The present invention is configured such that a synthetic resin lining panel system is formed by applying a waterproofing agent and an adhesive paint to a wall surface of a structure (100), such as a concrete structure or a metal structure, to secure waterproofing and adhesion, thereby forming a waterproofing layer (105), attaching a synthetic resin lining panel (200), installing an anchor bolt (120) between the panel and the wall surface, fastening it with a washer (125) and a nut (128), and then welding it using a PVC welding rod to reinforce the aged concrete and prevent corrosion of the concrete surface, and additionally, a primer (107) mixed with an adhesive is applied to the top of the synthetic resin lining panel (200), and then a coating layer (210) mixed with materials such as a UV blocker is applied to improve durability and protect the surface.

[0039] The above synthetic resin lining panel (200) is provided as a pre-cut flat plate material that is standardized in the factory, and has a functional surface coating layer (210) formed on its outer surface that also has UV blocking and antibacterial functions, and is also structured to allow for embossing treatment for anti-slip purposes. At the joints between each panel, a weld is formed by heat-fusion using a hot air blower or a melting machine with a synthetic resin welding rod of the same material to ensure watertightness and structural continuity. If additional mechanical reinforcement is required, a chemical anchor bolt (120) is inserted into a drilled point between adjacent panels, and the fastening force is improved by fastening it from the outside with a washer (125) and a nut (128). Additionally, an L-shaped lining curved panel (250) is applied to the corner sections of the floor and wall, and is formed with a structure including a folded section inside to simultaneously wrap around the vertical and horizontal surfaces. Since the inner surface of this curved lining panel is strongly bonded to the structure by a primer layer (107) mixed with adhesive, the entire system is a composite structure that simultaneously secures integrated waterproofness, watertightness, durability, and hygiene. In particular, in the event that damage or deformation occurs to the existing lining panel, a modular repair method is provided in which a repair cutting line is cut along the weld, a new lining panel is installed in the same manner using a primer layer and a coating layer, and then restored by heat-fusion welding with the surrounding area. This makes it a system with excellent maintenance convenience.

[0040] In one embodiment of the present invention, to simultaneously secure waterproofing and adhesion on the surface of a structure such as concrete, the surface of the structure is first prepared, and then an adhesive and waterproofing layer made of a two-component moisture-resistant adhesive is applied to a certain thickness, and the waterproofing layer is precisely compressed and fixed by the adhesive of the primer layer. This primer layer (107) is applied to the entire surface or selected areas considering the surface shape of the structure and the construction environment, and is designed to maintain uniform adhesion on various inclined surfaces including horizontal and vertical surfaces of the structure. At this time, the synthetic resin lining panel (200) placed on the primer layer is manufactured in a roll form by polishing the front surface of the synthetic resin (PVC, PE, PP, etc.) lining panel, which is coated with a functional coating agent such as a UV blocker, and the back surface of the lining, and then applying an adhesive material to improve the adhesion between the structure, which is the adhesive material, and the synthetic resin lining panel. The surface of the structure is cleaned of dust and a waterproof layer is formed using a waterproof paint, and the adhesive surface is made even. The synthetic resin lining is attached to the waterproof layer using heat fusion and high frequency, and the adjacent linings are joined with a synthetic resin welding rod. The lining flat panel, which has excellent watertightness, durability, and ease of maintenance, forms a structurally integrated welded joint by fusion using a synthetic resin welding rod of the same material at the joint between adjacent panels after installation, thereby securing high watertightness and physical strength. A functional surface coating layer having UV blocking, antibacterial, and anti-corrosion functions is laminated on the outer surface of the lining panel to enhance weather resistance and hygiene, and the structural bonding of the primer layer, which has an adhesive uniformly applied through primer treatment, provides long-term construction stability. The entire system is designed to enable stress distribution without the need for reinforcement, and by applying bent lining curved panels to the curved corners, it ensures the continuity of the attachment surface, prevents leakage, and simultaneously improves workability.

[0041] In one embodiment of the present invention, a synthetic resin lining panel system installed on the outer surface of a concrete structure is a construction method applied to the walls of industrial facilities, water treatment plants, or clean rooms where chemical resistance, water resistance, and durability are required, and the main component is a synthetic resin lining panel (200). This panel is molded from a synthetic resin material selected from at least one of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), FRP (fiber reinforced plastic), and EP (epoxy resin). During on-site construction, the surface of the structure is prepared, a waterproof adhesive is applied, and a strong bond is formed by pressing the panel so that there are no air bubbles between the primer layer and the structure. Next, the joints between the panels are joined by a heat fusion method using a synthetic resin welding rod of the same material. In order to ensure watertightness and airtightness between the panels, L-shaped lining curved panels made of the same resin material are applied to the right-angle corners of the structure and are continuously installed in the joint sections between the floor and the wall. A functional coating layer is formed on the outer surface of these curved panels to improve resistance to chemical substances. Additionally, to increase adhesion to the rough surface of the structure, a primer layer (107) made of glass fiber or synthetic fiber is formed on the rear surface of the panel, and a functional coating layer (210) containing a UV blocker and stainless steel powder is formed on the upper surface of the primer layer (107) to provide UV blocking, antibacterial function, and wear resistance. In addition, chemical anchor bolts (120) can be drilled and inserted into the panel joints to provide mechanical reinforcement when necessary, and structural stability can be reinforced on the outside by fastening with washers (125) and nuts (128). All of these components form a composite integrated system that can secure stress distribution and behavioral stability using only adhesive and heat fusion welding without special metal reinforcement.

[0042] In one embodiment of the present invention, a synthetic resin lining panel in the shape of a curved lining panel bent into an L-shape is applied to corner sections where the vertical and horizontal planes of a main body of a structure, such as concrete, meet, or to corner joints between panels. This curved lining panel is installed with a functional coating layer attached to its outer surface to ensure both durability and hygiene. The curved lining panel includes a bend of approximately 90 degrees to wrap around the inner and outer corner edge sections of the structure and is formed with a structure that covers both the horizontal and vertical planes simultaneously. As a result, continuous installation is possible during construction, and a precise finish of the exterior is achieved while preventing leakage at the boundary of the structure. The coating layer applied to the outer surface provides anti-corrosion and anti-fouling functions, and a primer layer is bonded to the rear surface of the curved lining panel via an adhesive, thereby providing a level of adhesion and structural fixing strength similar to that of a lining panel installed on a flat surface. At the joints on one or both sides of the curved material, heat-fusion welding rods are applied to connect with adjacent panels. These joints are designed to maintain a high-density watertight state while dispersing physical stress caused by external pressure or temperature changes in the structure. The lining curved panels are delivered to the site in a pre-cut and bent state from the factory. Since their shapes are standardized, they can be installed on-site as a single structure after applying an adhesive layer. Furthermore, the surface finish and bending angles are optimized so that installation can be completed solely through bonding and welding, without the need for auxiliary materials such as mechanical anchor bolts, washers, or nuts at the joints and contact surfaces of the lining curved panels. The enlarged cross-sectional view of the curved panel illustrates in detail not only the bending angle but also the location of the rear primer layer, the thickness of the coating layer, the location of the welds, and the arrangement of the welding rods. It is characterized as a representative example of a composite structure designed to ensure waterproofness, durability, and constructability at the corners of the structure within the overall system configuration.

[0043] In one embodiment of the present invention, an L-shaped synthetic resin lining curved panel is configured to be applied to the corner area where the vertical and horizontal planes of a structure meet, and is manufactured to continuously wrap the corner edge (205) of a concrete structure in a curved shape. This lining curved panel includes a folded portion to ensure integrity and structural rigidity, and a coating layer containing a functional material is formed on the outer surface, which provides antibacterial and anti-corrosion effects in addition to UV protection. A primer layer is attached to the front rear surface of the curved panel via an adhesive, and this primer layer is fixed in close contact with the waterproofing layer of the structure in the same manner as it is applied to the panel. The adhesive consists of a highly viscous waterproof adhesive and is designed to enable complete adhesion according to the surface material of the structure and the corner curvature. Pre-cut joints are provided on the side and bottom surfaces of the curved panel to be joined with adjacent panels, and these joints are joined by a heat fusion method using a synthetic resin welding rod, and the welds ensure continuous watertightness while providing an integrated appearance after construction. Since the corners of a structure are generally elements prone to concentrating structural stress, the curved panels of this system are configured to simultaneously enhance not only robust adhesion but also durability against external impact and moisture penetration by using both a primer layer and a coating layer.

[0044] In one embodiment of the present invention, a synthetic resin lining panel (200) attached to the outer surface of a concrete structure (100) first has a waterproof adhesive layer (105) coated with a waterproofing agent and an adhesive applied to ensure adhesion and waterproofing performance with the structure, and then, as shown in FIG. 5, a primer layer (107) with a uniformly applied adhesive is formed on the outer surface of the panel through primer treatment, and then the panel is attached to the structure using an adhesive thereon. A functional coating layer (210) containing a UV blocker, an antibacterial agent, and a rust inhibitor is formed to respond to ultraviolet rays, chemical substances, microbial contamination, etc., thereby providing excellent environmental resistance. The joining of each panel is performed by a thermal fusion method in which a synthetic resin welding rod made of the same material is heated and melted at the adjacent panel joint using a hot air blower or a melting device, thereby forming a welded part (260). The welded part has a continuous surface without steps and is physically and chemically integrated to provide a structure with excellent airtightness and watertightness. The welding method is applied identically to the curved panel (250) and the corner edge (205) to the lining The panel (200) is manufactured in a roll form by applying a synthetic resin (PVC, PE, PP, etc.) lining with a functional coating agent such as a UV blocker, polishing the front and back surfaces of the lining, applying a primer treatment to uniformly apply an adhesive, and attaching an adhesive material to improve the adhesion between the structure and the synthetic resin lining panel, which is the adhesive material, and then removing dust from the surface of the structure and forming a waterproof layer using a waterproof paint and making the adhesive surface even. The synthetic resin lining panel is then compressed onto the waterproof layer using heat fusion and high frequency, and the adjacent linings are joined using a synthetic resin welding rod. This allows for continuous construction of the lining panel, which has excellent watertightness, durability, and ease of maintenance, by using heat fusion with a welding rod even at the joints that meet at corners along the horizontal and vertical planes. This contributes significantly to fundamentally blocking the exposure of corrosive areas throughout the panel system and preventing the penetration of external contaminants.Additionally, the present invention is designed so that chemical anchor bolts (120), washers (125), and nuts (128) are installed together at the panel joints as needed to supplement the physical fastening force, and sufficient structural stability can be secured with only the heat-fused welds without such mechanical reinforcement. However, depending on the conditions, anchor bolts are installed at intervals on the outer edge of the heat-fused welds to additionally perform functions such as separation between the structure and the panel, distribution of shrinkage-expansion stress, and prevention of displacement of the joints. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the entire system proceeds according to a step-by-step sequential process of surface treatment of the structure, application of a waterproof adhesive layer, primer treatment, uniform application of adhesive, installation of lining panels, and heat fusion according to the construction sequence. All joints are connected by a heat fusion method using welding rods to form a seamless joint surface, which functions as a hygienic and industrial lining system with excellent maintainability.

[0045] In one embodiment of the present invention, the rear surface of the synthetic resin lining panel is also treated with a primer to ensure that the adhesive is uniformly applied and adhered closely to the structure, thereby enabling the simultaneous securing of structural reinforcement effects and construction convenience for the entire lining panel system. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the primer can be applied in a full-width lining method covering the entire rear surface of the panel, or it can be implemented in a selective lining method where it is applied partially only to specific areas where the load of the structure needs to be distributed. Considering cases where waterproofing performance and chemical resistance are required, it is preferable to use a moisture-resistant polymer resin of the epoxy or polyurethane type as the adhesive. After being automatically cut to the specifications of the lining panel, it is compressed and bonded to the rear surface of the panel using a high-pressure roller press method. As confirmed in the construction process diagram of FIG. 3, this structure first attaches a waterproof adhesive layer and a primer layer with the adhesive uniformly applied after primer treatment to the surface of the concrete structure, and then places the panel on top to provide a double bonding effect. This allows the lining panel and the structure to be directly bonded through the adhesive, while simultaneously dispersing stress through the primer. This method requires the primer layer to be flexible so that it can flexibly respond to the shrinkage and expansion of the structure, reduce cracking caused by left-right and up-down deformation of the panel, and especially ensure stable adhesion in non-linear surfaces or corner edges (205) where curvature exists. The embossing area and density of the primer layer are adjusted according to the results of prior experiments, and the interfacial adhesion strength between the primer and the adhesive must maintain a tensile strength of at least 1.5 MPa, and it functions as a key component that contributes to preventing the panel from warping and extending the durability and lifespan of the entire system.

[0046] In one embodiment of the present invention, a functional coating layer (210) is formed on the outer surface of a synthetic resin line panel (200) attached to the outer surface of a concrete structure (100) to protect and enhance the function of the panel, and the coating layer has a UV blocking function. It includes a multilayer structure composed of a composite functional material containing at least one of a UV blocker, an antimicrobial agent, a chemical-resistant component, and a rust inhibitor. By including a UV blocker, it suppresses deterioration or discoloration on the surface of structures exposed to sunlight for extended periods, and by adding an antimicrobial agent, it prevents the proliferation of mold and bacteria in environments where hygiene is critical, such as hospitals and food production facilities. Additionally, the chemical-resistant material ensures resistance to acids, bases, and saltwater, thereby preventing long-term damage to the coating layer when applied to chemical process equipment and structures in coastal areas. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the coating layer (210) containing these functional materials is formed by uniformly applying it to the outer surface of the lining panel (200), thereby protecting the structure from external environmental factors after construction while maintaining a consistent color and texture of the exterior. Additionally, the same functional coating layer (210) with the same technical composition is applied to the outer surface of the curved lining panel (250) shown in FIG. 4, so that it is designed to have the same durability and hygiene even in vulnerable construction areas such as corner edges (205). This functional coating layer simultaneously ensures stability between components and film durability through mixing with a thermosetting resin in a certain ratio. The antibacterial agent and anti-corrosion agent are formulated so that even if the lower layer is damaged during painting, a self-defensive recovery function is exhibited to a certain level due to the secondary dispersion effect. Therefore, the lining panel system of the present invention is implemented as an industrial material application system capable of maintaining uniform physicochemical properties even when exposed to the external environment for a long time compared to general composite resin panels, and is a high-performance protective structure that significantly reduces microbial proliferation and deterioration caused by ultraviolet rays, thereby producing significantly superior results in maintenance efficiency after construction.

[0047] In one embodiment of the present invention, a lining panel system applied to the entire outer surface including horizontal and vertical planes of a concrete structure (100) is a structure in which a construction drawing is prepared in advance using a graphic design program such as CAD based on actual field measurement data, and a synthetic resin lining panel (200) or a lining curved panel (250) is cut according to a pre-cut line in a factory accordingly. A synthetic resin lining panel (200) is manufactured in a roll form by polishing the front and rear surfaces of a synthetic resin (PVC, PE, PP, etc.) lining coated with a functional coating agent such as a UV blocker, and applying a primer treatment to improve adhesion between the structure, which is the adhesive material, and the synthetic resin lining panel, and then attaching an adhesive material. The surface of the structure is cleaned of dust, a waterproof layer is formed using a waterproof paint, and the adhesive surface is made even. The synthetic resin lining is then compressed onto the waterproof layer using heat fusion and high frequency, and the adjacent linings are joined using a synthetic resin welding rod, thereby attaching a lining with excellent watertightness, durability, and ease of maintenance. The adjacent panel joints are welded using a heat fusion method with a synthetic resin welding rod of the same material to form a weld (260), thereby simultaneously ensuring watertightness and breathability of the joint. A curved lining panel (250) in the shape of an L, bent at a certain angle, is applied to the corner (210) of the structure. This is designed to continuously wrap the horizontal and vertical planes based on the bent portion, and a functional coating layer (210) is formed on the outer surface by spraying or roll coating to improve durability and cleanability. If necessary, a chemical anchor bolt (120) is installed inside the joint through a hole drilled in the structure, and a washer (125) and a nut (128) are assembled on the outside to provide mechanical fixation, thereby providing durability applicable even to high-load structures. The area maintains a certain distance from the weld to prevent melting and stress concentration. This system is a high-precision finishing system in which the front shape and dimensions are processed in a pre-cut format considering the location of the structure, electrical equipment, and piping locations, and then completed through precise on-site attachment. In the drawings, the radius of curvature or angle is designed according to the shape of the corners of the structure, and all members are custom-manufactured to fit 1:1 with the existing structure.
