Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a vertical wet electrostatic precipitator that collects dust using a water film and a dispersed water film forming structure between water film forming nozzles applied to such an electrostatic precipitator. Background Technology

[0003] Electrostatic precipitators are widely used to reduce air pollution in incinerators, desulfurization facilities for boilers, and facilities for removing various fine dust and harmful gases.

[0004] Electrostatic precipitators operate by forming an electric field between a discharge electrode and a collecting electrode. When a direct current voltage is applied from a high-voltage generator, the discharge electrode is generally connected to the negative (-) electrode, and dust particles passing between them become charged. Charged particles are attracted to and adhere to the surface of the collecting electrode, which has a relatively positive (+) charge, and through this process, dust from the air can be removed. Electrostatic precipitators are broadly classified into dry and wet types depending on the method of cleaning the collecting electrode after dust removal.

[0005] Dry electrostatic precipitators remove attached dust by using 'rapping,' which involves applying hammer impact or mechanical vibration to the collecting electrodes. However, dust with high viscosity or strong cohesiveness does not easily detach from the electrodes, and residual dust reduces the electrical conductivity of the electrodes, causing a problem that lowers dust collection efficiency.

[0006] On the other hand, the wet electrostatic precipitator was developed to improve upon the disadvantages of the dry electrostatic precipitator mentioned above, and removes dust by supplying washing water intermittently or continuously to the inner surface of the collecting electrode. In particular, the method of forming a water film continuously on the collecting electrode to fundamentally prevent contamination inside the electrode and suppress the adhesion of contaminants is very effective for treating dust with high non-standardity, adhesiveness, and age-hardening properties.

[0007] A wet electrostatic precipitator is configured by placing a cylindrical collecting electrode inside a housing and installing a rod-shaped discharge electrode in the center of the collecting electrode. Water flows down from the top of the collecting electrode, forming a thin film of water along the inner surface of the collecting electrode. When voltage is applied through a high-voltage power supply, a discharge occurs from the discharge electrode toward the film of water, charging fine particles such as dust. These particles are then moved toward the collecting electrode by an electric field, collected by the film of water flowing downward, and fall to be removed.

[0008] However, since about 100 to 200 wet electrostatic precipitators of this structure are installed in a single treatment unit, serious problems arise if they are not leveled. When assembling hundreds of wet electrostatic precipitators, precise assembly is practically difficult, so it is impossible to level them accurately. In this case, the overflowing water fails to form an even water film, resulting in water jets forming in some areas or areas where no water film is formed. This phenomenon immediately causes problems such as sparks forming during discharge or dust adhering to the collecting electrodes, leading to poor discharge and ultimately causing the precipitator to lose its function. Consequently, this leads to the inconvenience of having to disassemble and clean each one individually, as well as wasting time and money.

[0009] In addition, if the level is not accurate, it is difficult to maintain, and the inconvenience of having to send more water to the higher side, as well as the control difficulties, lead to a decrease in the function and a shortened lifespan of the dust collector.

[0010] Registered Patent No. 10-1153008, "Wet Electrostatic Precipitator," is a technology designed to suppress spark generation and improve treatment efficiency by maintaining a uniform water film on the surface of the collecting electrode. It utilizes a method in which a cap forming a water film is attached to the inner surface of the collecting electrode. The cap has a shape open at the top and bottom and consists of a ring-shaped guide groove formed by being recessed along the outer surface, and a plurality of nozzles that communicate with the guide groove and extend spirally to the bottom of the cap. Accordingly, water introduced through an overflow hole flows into the guide groove, moves along the outer surface of the cap, rotates and disperses along the spiral nozzles, and is evenly supplied across the entire inner surface of the collecting electrode.

[0011] However, since the above cap has a rim formed protruding across the entire upper portion of its outer surface for fixing to the dust collecting electrode, if an excessive amount of water flows in through the overflow hole, the rising water level is blocked by the rim, thereby hindering the smooth supply and discharge of water forming a water film.

[0012] In addition, when the wet electrostatic precipitator is large, the discharge electrode must be fixed to the upper support and the lower support, but there was a problem in that spark discharge occurred as the water forming the water film fell downward and came into contact with the discharge electrode and the lower support.

[0013] Registered Patent No. 10-1849183 "Vertical Wet Electrostatic Precipitator" was developed to facilitate the supply and discharge of water forming a water film and to prevent spark discharge by blocking water from contacting the discharge electrode and the lower support. However, this technology also has difficulty ensuring uniformity of the water film and difficult to form a water film across the entire inner surface of the collecting electrode, and there is no means provided to prevent spark discharge caused by blockage of the inlet hole.

[0014] To address these problems, the prior patent (Registered Patent No. 10-2552175), titled "Dispersive Water Film Forming Member and Vertical Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Using the Same," was developed to form a uniform water film across the entire inner surface of the collecting electrode by forming a water film-forming member on the inner surface of the wet electrostatic precipitator and discharging the washing water in a state of even dispersion. This invention enables the smooth cleaning of dust inside the collecting electrode by supplying washing water to the inner surface of the collecting electrode. In this technology, the body is positioned higher than the top of the dust collector to prevent overflow into the nozzle even if the inlet hole is blocked. However, due to the arrangement structure in which the water film forming member is not fixed to the dust collector but rests in an unfixed state, if the water level in the tank rises excessively, the body may lift and lose its horizontal stability, potentially creating a gap extending from the inside of the collecting electrode toward the discharge electrode. Furthermore, since the water film forming member may be susceptible to deformation or warping due to continuous exposure to high-temperature gas, additional improvements to this technology are required. [0017] The present invention improves upon registered patent No. 10-2552175,

[0018] The purpose is to provide a dispersed water film forming structure capable of blocking the inflow of water by forming a fastening groove on the dust collecting electrode and securing it through a groove-jaw connection with the fixing jaw of the water film forming nozzle, thereby preventing problems such as deformation or warping of the water film forming nozzle caused by continuous exposure to high-temperature gas, or the water film forming nozzle body being lifted or detached due to fluctuations in the water level of the tank or high-temperature gas flow.

[0019] In addition, another objective is to provide a truncated cone-shaped dispersion section to form a uniform water film more quickly and effectively across the entire inner surface of the dust collecting electrode. means of solving the problem

[0021] To solve the aforementioned problem, the present invention comprises a structure in which a water film forming nozzle (100) is coupled to the upper part of a dust collecting electrode (200), wherein the dust collecting electrode (200) includes: a tubular body (210) with open upper and lower ends; two or more fastening grooves (220) formed at a certain height downward from the upper end of the tubular body (210); and a plurality of inlet holes (230) formed radially through the lower part of the fastening grooves (220) on the outer surface of the tubular body (210) for the inflow of water; and the water film forming nozzle (100) comprises a single tubular body (110) with open upper and lower ends, having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the dust collecting electrode (200), and having a cut surface (144) formed to slope downward in an outward direction along the circumference of the lower end of the side wall; The present invention provides a dispersed water film forming structure comprising: a vertical linear projection (120) formed protruding to a certain height on the upper outer surface of the single-tube body (110); a fixing jaw (130) formed protruding to correspond to the height of the fastening groove (220) on the upper side of the vertical linear projection (120); a dispersion part (140) formed by a truncated cone-shaped projection (146) arranged to form a group in which a plurality of layers are arranged alternately and formed downwardly on the lower outer surface of the single-tube body (110); and a plurality of auxiliary vertical linear projections (150) formed radially on the upper outer surface of the single-tube body (110) of the water film forming nozzle (100); wherein the fixing jaw (130) is formed in a groove-jaw connection by being inserted into the fastening groove (220), and the inflow hole (230) is configured to be positioned higher than the dispersion part (140).

[0022] In addition, the dispersion section (140) of the present invention is formed up to the bottom of the single-tube body (110) of the water film forming nozzle (100), and a truncated cone-shaped projection (147) with a cut-off lower end is formed at the bottom, thereby providing a dispersion-type water film forming structure. Furthermore, the truncated cone-shaped projection (146) of the present invention is arranged so that the washing water that collides with the upper truncated cone-shaped projection (146) collides again with the lower truncated cone-shaped projection (146) and is dispersed, thereby providing a dispersion-type water film forming structure.

[0035] delete Effects of the invention

[0037] The dispersed water film forming structure according to the present invention minimizes contact of washing water with the internal discharge electrode of the dust collector and discharges the washing water in an evenly dispersed state, thereby enabling the rapid formation of a uniform water film across the entire inner surface of the dust collector electrode. Furthermore, by forming a fixing jaw to secure it to the fastening groove of the dust collector, deformation and warping caused by prolonged exposure to high-temperature gas can be prevented. Additionally, it can solve the problem of the conventional patent No. 10-2552175, in which the body is lifted, loses horizontal stability, or deviates due to fluctuations in the water level of the tank or the flow of high-temperature gas.

[0038] In addition, the dot-shaped protrusions of the dispersed water film-forming member of the prior art Patent No. 10-2552175 were spaced far apart and configured in a cylindrical shape. In this structure, water droplets occasionally fell between the gaps, preventing the smooth formation of a water film or the cleaning water from reaching the inner surface of the dust collection electrode, thereby reducing the cleaning effect. Therefore, to compensate for this, by changing the shape of the protrusions from cylindrical to truncated cone, the cleaning water travels along the inclined surface toward the inner surface of the dust collection electrode and disperses smoothly, allowing the water film to be formed uniformly and thereby increasing the cleaning effect. In addition, regarding the conventional patent No. 10-2552175, a phenomenon occurred where water vapor condensed along the outer surface of the dot-shaped protrusions and water droplets fell one by one. To improve this, the flat surface of the lowest protrusion of the water film forming nozzle is set to a crescent shape to induce the water to disperse and spread outward, thereby reducing the probability of sparks caused by water droplets. Furthermore, since the lower part of the water film forming nozzle is formed to be inclined toward the outer surface, the cleaning water flows toward the inner surface of the dust collection electrode, thereby increasing the cleaning effect, preventing water from entering inward, enhancing safety, and further improving operational convenience.

[0042] In the prior art patent (Registered Patent No. 10-2552175), a component disposed on the upper part of a dust collecting electrode and evenly distributing and supplying cleaning water inside the dust collecting electrode was referred to as a "water film forming member." However, in the present invention, the term "water film forming nozzle" is used to more clearly indicate the function of the "water film forming member."

[0044] The present invention is intended to provide a dispersed water film forming structure capable of blocking the inflow of water by forming a fastening groove in the dust collecting electrode to prevent deformation or twisting of the water film forming nozzle caused by the elevated water level and water pressure when the inlet hole is blocked, and fixing it with the fixing jaw of the water film forming nozzle through a groove-jaw connection.

[0045] In addition, the present invention provides two types of dispersion sections, configured as a truncated cone and a venturi groove, to form a uniform water film over the entire inner surface of the dust collecting electrode more quickly and effectively.

[0047] Accordingly, the specific details for implementing the present invention are largely as described in Registered Patent No. 10-2552175 and Registered Patent No. 10-1849183, which serves as the basis technology for Registered Patent No. 10-2552175. The effects of the invention obtainable in Registered Patent No. 10-2552175 can also be obtained in the present invention. However, the technical significance of the present invention lies in the operation and effects derived differently from Registered Patent No. 10-2552175 by proposing the configuration of a dispersed water film forming structure improved from the dispersed water film forming member of Registered Patent No. 10-2552175 and two dispersion parts that improve the dot-shaped protrusions of the dispersed water film forming member.

[0049] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0051] The present invention comprises a structure in which a water film forming nozzle (100) is coupled to the upper part of a dust collecting electrode (200), wherein the dust collecting electrode (200) comprises: a tubular body (210) with upper and lower ends open; two or more fastening grooves (220) formed at a certain height downward from the upper end of the tubular body (210); and a plurality of inlet holes (230) formed radially through the lower part of the fastening grooves (220) on the outer surface of the tubular body (210) for the inflow of water; and the water film forming nozzle (100) comprises: a single tubular body (110) with upper and lower ends open and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the dust collecting electrode (200); and two or more vertical linear protrusions (120) formed at a certain height on the upper part of the outer surface of the single tubular body (110). The present invention provides a dispersed water film forming structure comprising: a fixing jaw (130) formed protruding above the vertical linear projection (120) to correspond to the height of the fastening groove (220); and a dispersion part (140) formed on the lower outer surface of the single-tube body (110); wherein the fixing jaw (130) is formed into the fastening groove (220) in a groove-jaw coupling manner, and the inlet hole (230) is configured to be positioned higher than the dispersion part (140).

[0053] The dispersed water film forming structure of the present invention improves upon the locking coupling method of the dispersed water film forming member of Registered Patent No. 10-2552175 by supplementing the coupling structure of the water film forming nozzle (100) and the dust collecting electrode (200). In the conventional method of hooking a locking projection located on the upper part of the dispersed water film forming member onto the upper outer surface of the dust collecting electrode, it is difficult to firmly fix the water film forming member to the upper part of the dust collecting electrode. Furthermore, the water film forming member is vulnerable to deformation or warping caused by continuous exposure to high-temperature gas, and the dispersed water film forming member may lose its horizontal position and its body may separate or detach due to fluctuations in the water level of the tank or the flow of high-temperature gas.

[0054] As illustrated in [Fig. 1], in order to prevent various problems such as deformation, twisting, detachment, and separation of the water film forming nozzle (100), two or more fastening grooves (220) are formed at a certain height downward from the top of the tubular body (210) of the dust collecting electrode (200), and a fixing jaw (130) is formed on the water film forming nozzle (100) instead of a locking projection to correspond to the height and position of the fastening groove (220), and the groove-jaw coupling of the fastening groove (220) and the fixing jaw (130) is formed so that the water film forming nozzle (100) can be physically fixed to the dust collecting electrode (200).

[0055] The above fastening groove (220) and the locking projection are always configured in pairs, and although there is no limit to the number of groove-jaw joints of a pair of fastening grooves (220) and locking projections, at least two groove-jaw joints can be formed to fix the water film forming nozzle (100) in order to maintain its horizontal position and prevent deformation or twisting.

[0057] The tubular body (110) of the above-mentioned water film forming nozzle (100) may be extended to protrude further upward than the upper part of the vertical linear projection (120) as illustrated in [Fig. 1]. Additionally, the above-mentioned water film forming nozzle (100) may be configured so that the upper part of the tubular body (110) of the nozzle is positioned higher than the upper level of the dust collecting electrode (200) even after the groove-jaw connection, and to this end, the height of the fastening groove (220) is set downward of the tubular body (110) in correspondence with the protruding height of the water film forming nozzle (100). Accordingly, when configured as above, the upper end of the water film forming nozzle (100) is stably fastened and fixed so that it is positioned higher than the upper end of the dust collecting electrode (200), and the overflow of the washing water can be delayed by the extension height even if the water pressure increases when the inlet hole (230) is blocked by the upperly extended single-tube body (110), and the washing water can be smoothly guided and dispersed to the inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200) to form a uniform water film.

[0058] As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of inlet holes (230) may be formed at equal intervals along the outer surface of the tubular body (210) of the dust collecting electrode (200). When the water film forming nozzle (100) is inserted and fixed to the top of the dust collecting electrode (200), the inlet holes (230) are located between the vertical linear projection (120) and the dispersion part (140).

[0060] As shown in drawing (a) of [Fig. 2], the water film forming nozzle (100) above may have a cut surface (144) formed such that the lower part of the side wall of the single-tube body (110) slopes downward along the circumference in an outward direction. In the case of a water film forming member in which the lower part of the body is configured in a right-angle shape as in the prior art (Registered Patent 10-2552175) shown in [Fig. 2] (b), when water droplets caused by water vapor form at the bottom, an electric field is formed due to the electricity loaded on the discharge electrode during dust collector operation, causing the charged water stream to move toward the discharge electrode and generate a spark. To improve this, the lower part of the side wall of the single-tube body (110) of the water film forming nozzle (100) provided by the present invention may be configured with a cut surface (144) that is finished with a chamfer so as to slope outward. Chamfering is a finishing technique that creates a beveled surface to remove sharpness from the edges of an object and improve safety, and it can generally be cut at a 45-degree angle.

[0061] In the present invention, by finishing the bottom of the body with a chamfer, water droplets caused by steam do not accumulate at the bottom of the tube-shaped body (110) but flow down along the cut surface (144), so that the water droplets join the water film and are guided to flow downward along the inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200), thereby blocking the water droplets from coming into contact with the discharge electrode (60).

[0062] In summary, unlike the water film forming member of the prior art with the lower end finished at a right angle, the water film forming nozzle (100) of the present invention can be guided so that water droplets formed by condensation of water vapor along the cut surface (144) do not fall into the air but instead join the water film and flow.

[0064] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 7, the above water film forming nozzle (100) may further have a plurality of auxiliary vertical linear protrusions (150) formed at a certain height on the upper outer surface of the single-tube body (110). The plurality of auxiliary vertical linear protrusions (150) are formed radially at a certain distance along the outer surface of the single-tube body (110). In addition, the plurality of auxiliary vertical linear protrusions (150) are inserted between the single-tube body (110) and the dust collection electrode (200) tubular body (210) to firmly fix the single-tube body (110) and separate the single-tube body (110) from the dust collection electrode (200) at a certain distance, thereby serving to ensure that the planar water film forming nozzle (100) is accurately positioned at the center of the dust collection electrode (200).

[0066] The dispersion unit (140) applied to the present invention may be configured to induce the dispersion of washing water by means of a frustum-shaped projection (146) formed on the lower outer surface of the single-tube body (110), and to disperse washing water by means of a plurality of venturi grooves (143) formed on the lower outer surface of the single-tube body (110). Two types of dispersion units (140) may be selectively applied to the water film forming nozzle (100) applied to the present invention. Each embodiment of the dispersion unit (140) will be described in detail below.

[0068] 1. Frustum-shaped dispersion part

[0070] Hereinafter, the configuration of a truncated cone-shaped dispersion section is described, in which truncated cone-shaped protrusions (146) are arranged in a group formed by alternating layers as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4.

[0071] In the dispersion-type water film forming member of the prior art patent No. 10-2552175, the dot-shaped protrusions are spaced far apart from the nozzles and are configured in a cylindrical shape, so water droplets occasionally fall between the gaps, preventing the formation of a smooth water film and reducing the cleaning effect, or the cleaning water may fall downwards and flow into the interior of the collecting electrode instead of being guided to the inner surface of the collecting electrode.

[0072] In order to solve the above problem, the present invention improves the existing cylindrical shape by changing it to a truncated cone shape and narrowing the spacing between the arranged protrusions to minimize the section through which the cleaning water passes without colliding. A discharge passage (145) is formed between the truncated cone protrusions (146) forming the group. The truncated cone protrusions (146) are formed at a distance downward from the bottom of the vertical linear protrusions (120) on the lower outer surface of the body, and are arranged to form a group in which two or more layers are arranged alternately. As shown in [Fig. 4], the truncated cone protrusions (146) can be arranged so that the cleaning water flowing in from the upper side collides with the upper truncated cone protrusions (146) and is dispersed, and then collides with the lower truncated cone protrusions (146) and is dispersed again. At this time, the dispersed washing water is guided along the side of the frustum-shaped protrusion (146) toward the inner surface of the dust collection electrode (200), thereby further improving the water film formation and dust washing performance of the supply water.

[0073] In addition, in the dot-shaped protrusions of the dispersion-type water film forming member of the prior art patent No. 10-2552175, a phenomenon was observed where circulating water flowed along the cylindrical shape of the dot-shaped protrusions, forming water droplets and falling. When the dust collector was operated, the water stream generated by the water droplets moved toward the discharge electrode due to the electricity loaded on the discharge electrode, which could cause problems such as sparks and arc phenomena. Therefore, the lowest layer of the dispersion section (140) formed at the bottom of the water film forming nozzle (100) of the present invention is formed in the shape of a truncated cone-shaped protrusion (147) with its lower end cut off, so that the supply water does not form into water droplets but is dispersed over a wider area. Thus, the truncated cone-shaped protrusion (146) of the present invention configured in this manner can disperse the washing water better than the dot-shaped protrusion of the prior art patent No. 10-255217. In addition, since water droplets are not formed in the lowest layer of the dispersion formed in the shape of the above-mentioned frustum-shaped protrusion (147), water droplets do not enter the interior of the dust collecting electrode (200), so electrode discharge does not occur.

[0075] 2. Venturi-groove type dispersion section

[0077] Hereinafter, a configuration of a venturi-shaped dispersion part is described, characterized by comprising: an inclined surface (141) formed outwardly along the outer circumference of a body as shown in [Fig. 5]; a descending surface (142) formed extending vertically downward from the bottom of the inclined surface (141); and a plurality of venturi grooves (143) arranged and formed radially from the bottom of the inclined surface (141) to the bottom of the descending surface (142).

[0078] As shown in FIG. 6, the above-described Venturi-groove type water film forming nozzle (100) has an inclined surface (141) formed along the lower outer surface of the body, so that when washing water flows in, it flows along the inclined surface (141) to the inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200) and forms a water film. At this time, a small Venturi groove (143) is formed at the bottom of the inclined surface (141) to intentionally contract the cross-sectional area of the fluid flow passage. At this time, the fluid passing through the Venturi groove (143) accelerates, and to conserve mechanical energy, the pressure at that point is relatively reduced, thereby drawing in the fluid. The Venturi groove (143) is configured in a shape that spreads out from the top to the bottom, so that the washing water flowing into the Venturi groove (143) is physically dispersed, and a uniform water film is rapidly formed across the entire inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200).

[0079] The number of the above-mentioned venturi grooves (143) can be arbitrarily set as needed. Additionally, the above-mentioned venturi grooves (143) can be formed in a shape that expands from the top to the bottom.

[0080] The cross-sectional area of the upper and lower portions of the above-mentioned venturi groove (143) can also be arbitrarily modified and deformed, but it is preferable to set the number, shape, and cross-sectional area of the inner groove of the venturi groove (143) by considering the width of the lateral dispersion of the cleaning water that is guided and physically dispersed through the venturi groove (143) and the circumference of the inner surface of the dust collection electrode (200).

[0082] Below, the entire dust removal system is described together with [Fig. 10] to enhance understanding of the dispersed water film-forming structure provided by the present invention.

[0083] Hereinafter, the dispersed water film forming structure provided by the present invention is described according to an embodiment applied to a vertical wet electrostatic precipitator of Registered Patent No. 10-1153008, but the dispersed water film forming structure can also be applied to other prior art.

[0085] The above dust removal system is a vertical wet electrostatic precipitator in which a water film is formed on the inner surface of a dust collecting electrode (200) by washing water supplied from the upper side, and a discharge electrode (60) is installed in the inner center of the dust collecting electrode (200); a supply water tank (13) provided on the upper outer side of the dust collecting electrode (200); a plurality of inlet holes (230) formed at equal intervals along the upper outer surface of the dust collecting electrode (200); a water film forming nozzle (100) coupled to the upper end of the dust collecting electrode (200); a discharge water tank (14) provided on the lower outer side of the dust collecting electrode (200) to receive washing water that flows down while forming a water film on the inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200); and a plurality of drain pipes (15) for discharging washing water received in the discharge water tank (14). The vertical wet electrostatic precipitator is characterized by comprising: a drainage separation pipe (70) which is coupled to the discharge tank (14) and inserted into the lower end of the dust collection electrode (200) to prevent spark discharge of the washing water of the discharge tank (15) from the lower support (50) connected to the discharge electrode (60).

[0087] The above-mentioned water film forming nozzle (100) can be applied to a vertical wet electrostatic precipitator in which harmful gases containing dust are introduced into the lower side of the electrostatic precipitator, undergo a purification process inside, and then discharged to the upper side.

[0088] A gas inlet (11) for introducing harmful gas is formed at the bottom of the vertical wet electrostatic precipitator, a water tank (10) is formed at the inner bottom, and a gas outlet (12) for discharging purified gas is formed at the top.

[0089] In the inner upper and lower portions of the present invention, an upper spraying unit (20) and a lower spraying unit (30) are installed together with an automatic valve to transfer the washing water of the water tank (10) through a pump (P) and spray it downward and upward, respectively, through a plurality of nozzles.

[0090] The upper spray section (20) and lower spray section (30) are for cleaning the interior after stopping the operation of the electrostatic precipitator, and water from the water tank (10) is supplied by a pump (P) and an automatic valve to clean through a plurality of nozzles.

[0091] A plurality of upper support members (40) are horizontally connected at intervals in the front and rear directions below the upper injection unit (20), and the upper support members (40) are connected to a high-voltage power supply unit (V).

[0092] A plurality of discharge electrodes (60) are vertically connected to the upper support member (40) at spaced apart from left to right, and a plurality of discharge pins (61) are connected to the outer surface of the discharge electrode (60) at spaced apart from top to bottom.

[0093] The lower side of the discharge electrode (60) is connected to a plurality of lower support members (50) spaced apart in the front and back directions, and a cylindrical dust collecting electrode (200) is connected to the outer side of the discharge electrode (60). The upper and lower sides of the dust collecting electrode (200) are open so that the discharge electrode (60) penetrates the center of the dust collecting electrode (200) and is fixed to the upper support member (40) and the lower support member (50).

[0094] The above-mentioned dust collecting electrode (200) must increase critical surface tension to form a uniform water film on its inner surface. To achieve this, the roughness can be adjusted through sandblasting to maximize water spreading, and depending on the material, methods such as electrolytic polishing, plasma surface treatment, and nano-particle coating can be selected.

[0095] A water film forming nozzle (100) made of synthetic resin, rubber, or metal is connected to the open upper side of the above dust collecting electrode (200), and a drainage separation pipe (70) made of synthetic resin, rubber, or metal is connected to the lower side of the dust collecting electrode (200).

[0096] And, on the outer side of the upper part of the dust collection electrode (200) to which the above-mentioned water film forming nozzle (100) is coupled, a supply tank (13) is formed to which water from the water tank (10) is supplied by a pump (P), and on the outer side of the lower part of the dust collection electrode (200) to which the above-mentioned drainage separation pipe (70) is coupled, a discharge tank (14) to which washing water from the supply tank (13) falls is formed, and at both ends of the discharge tank (14), drain pipes (15) are extended toward the water tank (10).

[0097] The above drainage separation tube (70) is inserted and coupled to the lower side of the dust collection electrode (200), and is formed in a cylindrical shape with the upper and lower sides open so that the discharge electrode (60) can pass through.

[0098] On the upper outer surface of the drainage separation pipe (70), a plurality of protrusions (81) are formed radially at intervals from left to right, so that the inner surface of the dust collection electrode (200) is not only firmly fixed by the protrusions (81), but also a gap is formed between the inner surface of the dust collection electrode (200) and the outer surface of the drainage separation pipe (70).

[0099] In the vertical wet electrostatic precipitator of the present invention configured as described above, a pump (P) continuously supplies washing water from a water tank (10) to a supply tank (13), and due to water pressure, the washing water from the supply tank (13) passes through an inlet hole (230) and flows between a vertical linear projection (120) and a dispersion section (140). The washing water strikes a plurality of intersecting layers of frustoconical projections (146) and is dispersed along the discharge path (145), or is physically dispersed by a plurality of venturi grooves (143) and flows down to form a water film on the inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200).

[0101] Table 1 below compares the conventional patents and the dispersed water film forming structures of the present invention. The performance of the water film forming member according to the guide groove method of Registered Patent No. 10-1849183 (hereinafter referred to as the 'guide groove type') and the water film forming member according to the dot-shaped protrusion method of Registered Patent No. 10-2552175 (hereinafter referred to as the 'dot-shaped protrusion type') was compared with the water film forming nozzle (100) composed of the truncated cone-shaped protrusion (146) method (hereinafter referred to as the 'truncated cone type') and the Venturi groove (143) method (hereinafter referred to as the 'Venturi groove type') applied in the present invention. The guide groove type is a method in which the water film forming member flows down along the diagonal downward discharge path of the guide groove to form a water film, and the dot-shaped protrusion type is a method in which the washing water is dispersed by multiple layers of dot-shaped protrusions to form the water film.

[0102]

[0104] In the guide groove type, a thick water film is generally formed that is not uniform; furthermore, in some sections, the water flow path splits, or areas where the water film does not form occur. Consequently, this is disadvantageous because dust is not washed effectively in the areas where the film does not form or where the water splits. The dot-shaped protrusion type is an improvement on the guide groove type; while it forms a relatively uniform water film, there are instances where the water falls vertically downward rather than toward the inner surface of the collecting electrode, or flows in the form of droplets along the dot-shaped protrusions. Although washing is relatively effective due to the even water film, cleaning efficiency may be relatively lower because the water is not guided toward the inner surface of the collecting electrode.

[0105] On the other hand, in the truncated cone and venturi groove types of the present invention, the dispersion portion (140) is guided toward the inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200) to form a water film having a uniform and thin thickness. Therefore, the washing water reaches the entire inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200) evenly, allowing dust to be effectively removed.

[0107] When the cleaning water is supplied through the inlet hole (230) for the guide groove type and dot protrusion type, and the truncated cone type and Venturi groove type of the present invention, the water does not flow into the dust collection electrode (200), and the cleaning water is dispersed along the space created by the vertical linear protrusion (120) between the outer surface of the water film forming nozzle (100) and the inner surface of the dust collection electrode (200), thereby forming a water film.

[0108] However, in conventional guide groove-type water film forming members, the upper end of the locking projection is aligned with the upper end of the single-tube body (110) of the member. Consequently, when the inlet hole (230) becomes blocked or the water level rises due to an excessive supply of washing water in the tank, the washing water overflows directly into the water film forming member, causing spark discharge and device failure. To improve this, the body is configured to extend upward above the upper end of the locking projection of the dot-shaped projection-type water film forming member and the fixing jaw (130) of the water film forming nozzle (100) of the present invention, thereby preventing overflow.

[0109] [Fig. 8] is a cross-sectional view comparing the state after coupling of the two, in which the dispersed water film forming member of registered patent No. 10-2552175 is coupled to the dust collecting electrode by means of a catch projection, and the coupling method of the dispersed water film forming structure in which the water film forming nozzle (100) of the present invention is coupled to the dust collecting electrode (200) by means of a groove-jaw coupling between the fixing jaw (130) and the fastening groove (220).

[0110] [Fig. 8] The guide groove type and dot protrusion type shown in (b) are placed on top of the dust collecting electrode without being fixed, and are susceptible to deformation or warping caused by continuous exposure to high-temperature gas. Furthermore, problems may arise where the water film forming nozzle loses its horizontal position and the body is lifted or detached due to fluctuations in the water level of the tank or the flow of high-temperature gas. In this case, if washing water flows in and comes into contact with the discharge electrode through the gap between the dust collecting electrode and the water film forming member, spark discharge occurs, which can cause performance degradation and serious damage to the wet electrostatic precipitator.

[0111] On the other hand, the dispersed water film forming structure of the present invention illustrated in [Fig. 8] (a) allows the water film forming nozzle (100) to be physically coupled and fastened to the dust collecting electrode (200) through the groove-jaw coupling of the fastening groove (220) and the fixing jaw (130). Therefore, even if continuously exposed to high-temperature gas, no deformation or warping occurs due to the physically fixed shape, and because it is fixed without losing horizontality even when the inlet hole (230) is blocked, gas flow, or vibrations occur during equipment operation, no separate gap is created. Consequently, the cleaning water does not leak out toward the discharge electrode (60), and the cleaning water is safely guided into the gap formed between the water film forming nozzle (100) and the dust collecting electrode (200), allowing a smooth water film to be formed on the inner surface of the dust collecting electrode (200).

[0113] The present invention has been described in detail above with specific embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited by the above embodiments and may be modified and varied within the scope without departing from the essence of the invention. Accordingly, the claims of the present invention include such modifications and variations. Explanation of the symbols
