Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a framed greenhouse. When cultivating plants, it is necessary to ensure greater thermal insulation to keep them warm during cold weather for them to grow well, and conversely, to ensure smooth ventilation during hot weather to expel heat to the outside for them to grow well. Therefore, the invention requires both thermal insulation and ventilation to cultivate plants, thereby creating optimal conditions for plant growth by simultaneously securing both thermal insulation and ventilation. More specifically, the invention is configured as a transparent greenhouse to enhance the thermal insulation function of a Cuban-style greenhouse. The front and rear panels are installed with a structure that allows them to be opened and closed. When they rotate downwards due to their own weight and gravity to open, no separate fixing device is required. Furthermore, the exterior and interior of the greenhouse body can be opened, thereby increasing accessibility. To ensure a large amount of ventilation between the interior and exterior of the framed greenhouse, the doors installed on the front and rear panels, which have cutouts, have insect screens placed on the inner side of the cutouts. This allows the doors to perform both ventilation supply and exhaust functions and insect control functions without obstructing ventilation when the doors are opened. The invention relates to a frame greenhouse with an improved structure in which the exhaust means disposed on the upper plate is equipped with a sliding exhaust plate, thereby enabling rapid exhaust of hot indoor air to the outside in a natural convection frame structure in which the front height is formed higher than the rear height, and thus improving ventilation performance. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, the site characteristics of field soils in Korea are mainly distributed on slopes such as valleys, mountain slopes, and hills. When looking at the distribution by topography, flat land accounts for only 9.7%, while valleys deposited in valleys between mountains and mountain slopes deposited on sloping areas at the foot of mountains account for 57.6%. Other areas, such as hills consisting of mountains with relatively low height and gentle slopes, alluvial fans formed by gravel or sand carried by valley water accumulating in a fan shape where mountain valleys open to flat land, and mountainous areas rising higher and steeper than other places, account for 32.8%.
[0003] In addition, regarding the site characteristics of field soils in Korea, flat land with a slope of less than 2% accounts for only 9.3%, while sloping land with a slope of 7% or more accounts for 61.7%, indicating that a large amount of field soil is distributed on slopes.
[0004] On such slopes, the loss of soil and nutrients due to heavy summer rainfall accelerates as the slope becomes steeper. Furthermore, considering the topography and gradient, agricultural operations such as tilling, sowing, fertilizer application, and harvesting are very inconvenient and require significant effort in soil management. Moreover, soil erosion caused by rainfall on slopes not only leads to the loss of fertile soil but also becomes a source of pollution.
[0005] Furthermore, if soil drainage is poor, not only is the accumulation of various reducing substances produced by plants during growth and the suppression of soil temperature rise directly inhibit crop growth due to respiration disorders, but crop growth also deteriorates as disease resistance is reduced due to the proliferation of various harmful microorganisms.
[0006] Accordingly, in crop cultivation, it is necessary to continuously manage oxygen and moisture, as well as temperature and develop technology that can prevent soil erosion even on slopes.
[0007] As for the prior art related to the existing Cuban-style garden bed for this purpose, as disclosed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2860023 "Wind-hole Garden Bed," it comprises: a frame formed in a square shape with the top and bottom open, filled with soil inside for cultivating crops; a water tank with the top open, installed laterally on the inner lower side of the frame, and installed to be buried in the soil; a perforated pipe installed on the top of the water tank, having a plurality of evaporation holes formed through it in the vertical direction and a blower passage formed through it in the lateral direction; and a blower fan installed on one side of the outside of the frame, connected to the perforated pipe, and supplied air to one side of the blower passage of the perforated pipe.
[0008] As disclosed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1858335, "Smart Mini Vegetable Garden," other prior art related to existing vegetable gardens includes: a main body capable of providing a plant cultivation space; a cultivation box positioned at the lower interior of the main body to allow planting; an LED lighting unit composed of a plurality of LEDs installed at the upper side of the cultivation box to illuminate the plants with LED lighting; a water supply unit equipped with a supply hose having a plurality of spray nozzles installed at the upper side of the cultivation box to spray water onto the plants; a measuring unit for measuring at least one of temperature, humidity, and illuminance values within the main body; and a control unit that generates environmental information necessary for plant growth based on the value measured by the measuring unit and controls the LED lighting unit and the water supply unit, thereby enabling the realization of a four-season environment by adjusting temperature, humidity, illuminance, etc., and allowing plants to be easily cultivated at home accordingly.
[0009] However, the existing Cuban-style raised garden has the advantage of being able to be used in small yards or verandas in cities rather than rural areas because it allows for easy control of soil quality and weed management, eliminating the need to bend over compared to conventional gardens, and offers high space utilization. However, it is sensitive to temperature changes, raising concerns that rapid temperature fluctuations during winter or summer may have an adverse effect on plant growth. In particular, if it is made of transparent material for insulation, the temperature inside the greenhouse rises rapidly, raising concerns that it may have an adverse effect on plant growth, and it is difficult to control the supply and exhaust of air inside the greenhouse. Prior art literature

It is configured in the form of a greenhouse made of transparent material to increase the thermal insulation function in a Cuban-style greenhouse, and the front and rear panels are installed in a structure that allows them to be opened and closed. When they are opened by rotating downwards due to their own weight and gravity, no separate fixing device is required, and the exterior and interior of the greenhouse body can be opened to increase accessibility. Furthermore, to allow a large amount of airflow to flow inside and outside the greenhouse, the opening and closing doors installed on the front and rear panels, which have cutouts formed therein, have insect screens placed on the inside of the cutouts so that when the doors are opened, they can perform both air supply and exhaust functions and insect control functions without obstructing ventilation. Additionally, the exhaust means placed on the top panel is equipped with a sliding exhaust plate, so that hot indoor air can be quickly exhausted to the outside in a natural convection frame structure where the front height is higher than the rear height, thereby improving ventilation performance. means of solving the problem

[0013] The above front and rear panels, left and right side panels, and top panel are formed of polycarbonate multilayer panels, which are a light-transmitting material.
[0014] The rear edge of the upper plate is formed with the left and right sides sloped at different heights for rainwater drainage, and a rainwater collector is provided on the side with the relatively lower height to collect rainwater at a certain water level.
[0015] The above front and rear plates further comprise a door stopper that interferes with the edge of the opening and closing door during rotational movement of the opening and closing door, which is rotatably installed on each of the front and rear plates where the above cut portion is formed, thereby blocking downward rotation of the opening and closing door.
[0016] The above soil storage unit further comprises an insulating material installed on the inner side where the soil is contained.
[0017] The above horizontal frames are arranged to be spaced apart from each other vertically, and further provided with a sagging prevention reinforcing member that connects the horizontal frames spaced apart from each other vertically to prevent sagging of the horizontal frames.
[0018] The above greenhouse body further comprises a support angle that supports a drying rack for drying plants by connecting the above column frame in the front and rear directions inside.
[0019] The above greenhouse body is connected in multiple units to extend in the longitudinal direction, and further comprises a packing member disposed in the gap between the greenhouse bodies.
[0020] The exhaust means comprises an exhaust plate in which a mesh-shaped insect-proof net of a size corresponding to the exhaust port is integrally formed, which opens in the same vertical line as the exhaust port during a sliding backward movement and closes the exhaust port during a sliding forward movement, a guide bracket installed on the upper plate that guides the left and right edges of the exhaust plate during the forward and backward sliding movements of the exhaust plate, and a stopper bracket installed on the upper plate that limits the backward movement distance of the exhaust plate.

[0022] The present invention is configured such that the front and rear plates provided at the front and rear of the greenhouse body rotate downward, thereby allowing users to easily access the greenhouse body from the front and rear sides, thus improving accessibility. Furthermore, the inner and outer sides of the greenhouse body can be opened without rotating the front and rear plates through the cutouts and opening / closing doors provided in the front and rear plates, thereby significantly improving the ventilation performance of the greenhouse body. Additionally, it offers the useful advantage of allowing farming operations to be performed conveniently using soil stored to a certain height in the soil storage section without having to bend over, through the open front and rear plates.
[0023] In addition, the present invention allows the height of the front plate to be higher than the height of the rear plate, thereby arranging the upper plate at an inclined angle so that the internal air of the heated greenhouse body flows forward and upward along the inclined inner side of the upper plate in a natural convection manner, and enables the hot air of the greenhouse body to be quickly and easily exhausted to the outside through an exhaust means equipped with an exhaust port arranged on the upper plate and a sliding exhaust plate, so that the temperature inside the greenhouse body can be easily controlled during the summer through exhaust.
[0024] In addition, the present invention has the advantage of preventing direct sunlight from entering the interior of the greenhouse body and causing a rapid rise in internal temperature during the summer season by providing a detachable shading screen on the upper plate of the greenhouse body, and improving thermal insulation during the winter season by separating the shading screen from the upper plate. [0026] In describing the present invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of related prior art or configurations could unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention, such detailed description will be omitted. Furthermore, the terms described below are defined considering their functions in the present invention and may vary depending on the user's intent or convention. Therefore, their definitions should be based on the content throughout this specification. Additionally, the term "comprising" a component means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components.
[0027] A framed greenhouse according to the present invention, described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, comprises a frame member (110) composed of a column frame (112) and a horizontal frame (114); a soil storage section (120) supported by the frame member (110) and containing soil for plant growth in the lower part of the interior; front and rear plates (130, 140) arranged on the upper side of the soil storage section (120) and having a plate shape that allows sunlight to be transmitted and is rotatable downward around a hinge (70) so as to open the interior of the greenhouse body (100); left and right side plates (160) connecting the front and rear plates (130, 140); and an upper plate (150) arranged at an inclined angle such that the height of the front plate (130) is higher than the height of the rear plate, and contains soil for plant growth in the lower part of the interior; The device comprises: an opening / closing door (135) that opens and closes a cut portion (131) formed in at least one of the front and rear plates (130, 140) to communicate with the interior and exterior of the greenhouse body (100), and rotates downward by gravity based on a hinge (70) placed on the lower edge; an insect screen (137) that is installed in the cut portions (131) of the front plate (130), the rear plate, and the left and right side plates (160), respectively, and is placed on the inside of the opening / closing door (135); and an exhaust means (300) that is placed on the upper plate (150) and opens and closes the exhaust port (305) of the upper plate (150) in a sliding manner.
[0028] To explain in more detail, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the greenhouse body (100) is provided with a soil storage section (120) at the bottom to surround soil from all sides, and the upper side of the soil storage section (120) is composed of front and rear plates (130, 140), left and right side plates (160), and a top plate (150).
[0029] The soil storage section (120), the front and rear plates (130, 140), the left and right side plates (160), and the top plate (150) are composed of transparent polycarbonate multilayer plates for transmitting sunlight, and are structured to improve thermal insulation by being composed of the same light-transmitting material from top to bottom.
[0030] Additionally, the greenhouse body (100) is formed such that the front height is higher than the rear height so that the internal air is ventilated by natural convection, and for this purpose, the upper plate (150) is positioned at an angle inclined in the front and rear directions.
[0031] Additionally, the greenhouse body (100) is formed such that the width of the front and rear sides is longer than the width of the left and right sides, and the front and rear plates (130, 140) are positioned at the lower side of the soil storage section (120) and are rotatable by means of a hinge (70), so that when each of the front and rear plates (130, 140) is rotated downward, the interior and exterior of the greenhouse body (100) are opened.
[0032] Referring to FIG. 2, the greenhouse body (100) has an insulating material (125) installed on the inside of the soil storage section (120) at a height where soil is contained.
[0033] The above insulation material (125) prevents the soil from coming into direct contact with the inside of the soil storage unit (120), which is made of polycarbonate multilayer plate material, thereby extending the lifespan of the soil storage unit (120). Additionally, the insulation material (125) installed on the inside of the polycarbonate multilayer plate material performs the function of thermal insulation, thereby improving thermal insulation and reducing the temperature sensitivity of the soil. This allows the growth condition of plants planted in the soil to be prevented from deteriorating due to the difference between the outside temperature and the indoor temperature inside the greenhouse body (100) during the winter season.
[0034] In addition, the greenhouse body (100) has an incision (131) formed in the front and rear plates (130, 140) and the left and right side plates (160), respectively, which communicates inwardly and outwardly, and an insect screen (137) having an insect-repellent mesh structure is placed inside each incision (131).
[0035] The above cut portion (131) is formed in the form of multiple ventilation windows in the front and rear plates (130, 140) and the left and right side plates (160), respectively, so that even without opening the front and rear plates (130, 140) and the left and right side plates (160), it connects the outside and inside of the greenhouse body (100), thereby exhausting the internal air of the greenhouse body (100) to the outside and introducing external air into the interior of the greenhouse body (100).
[0036] The above-mentioned opening / closing door (135) performs the function of opening and closing the above-mentioned cut portion (131), and has a structure that rotates downward around the hinge (70) by self-weight and gravity on the front and rear plates (130, 140) and the left and right side plates (160) in which the cut portion (131) is formed.
[0037] The above cut section (131) and opening / closing door (135) can be applied not only to the front panel (130) but also to the rear panel (140).
[0038] In addition, the above-mentioned opening / closing door (135) utilizes materials obtained during the cutting process of the cut portion (131) formed in the front and rear plates (130, 140), thereby eliminating the need for separate materials applied to existing doors and providing the advantage of reducing material costs.
[0039] The above opening / closing door (135) is rotatably installed on the front and rear plates (130, 140) and the left and right side plates (160) in which the above-mentioned cut portion (131) is formed, and the door stopper (80) is further provided to block downward rotation of the opening / closing door (135) when the door is closed by interfering with the edge of the door during rotational operation.
[0040] The above door stopper (80) is positioned at the edge portion of the front and rear plates (130, 140) where the above cut portion (131) is formed, and is also positioned at a location that restricts the rotation of the opening / closing door (135).
[0041] Accordingly, the door stopper (80) controls the front and rear plates (130, 140) to be fixed or rotated according to the rotational direction around the pin, and also has the end of the door stopper (80) positioned in a direction that interferes with the rotational direction of the front and rear plates (130, 140) or the opening / closing door (135) so as to be fixed or rotated, thereby performing the function of a stopper that restricts the rotation of the front and rear plates (130, 140) or the opening / closing door (135), respectively.
[0042] The frame member (110) of the present invention is a frame structure of a greenhouse body (100) and is composed of a column frame (112) in the form of a vertical post that supports the corner portion of the greenhouse body (100), and a horizontal frame (114) that connects the column frames (112) in a horizontal direction.
[0043] The above frame member (110) performs the function of supporting the front and rear plates (130, 140), the left and right side plates (160), and the top plate (150), and, for example, an angle bent into an "L" shape may be adopted.
[0044] The above greenhouse body (100) further comprises a support angle (800) that supports a drying rack (not shown) for drying plants by connecting the column frame (112) inside so as to cross in the front and rear directions.
[0045] The upper support angle (800) is positioned to cross the side portion of the greenhouse body (100) and performs the function of supporting the left and right ends of the drying rack on the upper side.
[0046] The above drying rack performs the function of drying plants by having a basket containing plants placed on the upper side or by having plants placed directly on it.
[0047] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the exhaust means (300) formed on the upper plate (150) comprises an exhaust plate (310) in which an insect-proof mesh (315) of a size corresponding to the exhaust port (305) is integrally formed and opens in the same vertical line as the exhaust port (305) during a sliding backward movement and closes the exhaust port (305) during a sliding forward movement, a guide bracket (320) installed on the upper plate (150) and guiding the left and right edges of the exhaust plate (310) during the forward and backward sliding movements of the exhaust plate (310), and a stopper bracket (330) installed on the upper plate (150) and limiting the backward movement distance of the exhaust plate (310).
[0048] The exhaust plate (310) above is formed in the shape of a square plate and has a structure in which an insect-proof mesh net (315) is integrally formed.
[0049] To explain in more detail, the exhaust port (305) is formed on the upper plate (150) so as to communicate with the outside and the inside of the greenhouse body (100), and is formed with a rectangular cross-sectional structure. It is opened when the exhaust plate (310) moves backward and is formed at the front of the upper plate (150), which is higher than the rear, so as to allow hot air flowing upward due to natural convection flow within the greenhouse body (100) to be exhausted to the outside.
[0050] The insect-proof mesh (315) is formed to have a cross-sectional area corresponding to the exhaust port (305) having a rectangular cross-sectional structure, and depending on the forward and backward sliding movement of the exhaust plate (310), the exhaust port (305) and the insect-proof mesh (315) are positioned on the same vertical line or on different vertical lines, thereby performing the function of opening and closing the exhaust port (305).
[0051] That is, when the exhaust port (305) and the insect-proof mesh (315) are located on the same vertical line as shown in FIG. 4, the outside and the inside of the greenhouse body (100) are connected through the exhaust port (305), and when the exhaust port (305) and the insect-proof mesh (315) are located on different vertical lines as shown in FIG. 5, the exhaust port (305) is closed by the exhaust plate (310).
[0052] Additionally, the exhaust plate (310) has a structure in which the left and right edges are supported by guide brackets (320) spaced apart from each other on the upper side of the upper plate (150), so that the sliding movement of the exhaust plate (310) is guided by the guide brackets (320) during the forward and backward sliding movement of the exhaust plate (310).
[0053] Additionally, the stopper bracket (330) is installed to be fixed to the upper side of the upper plate (150) and is positioned to restrict the backward movement of the exhaust plate (310), thereby having the function of ensuring that the exhaust port (305) and the insect-proof mesh (315) are positioned on the same vertical line when the exhaust plate (310) moves backward.
[0054] The above-described greenhouse body (100) is extended so that a plurality of them are connected in the longitudinal direction, allowing the width of the greenhouse body (100) to be variably adjusted, and further comprises a packing member (600) disposed in the gap between the greenhouse bodies (100).
[0055] The above packing member (600) fills the gap between the greenhouse body (100) to perform an insulating and heat-retaining function.
[0056] Meanwhile, the greenhouse body (100) of the present invention may further arrange air supply fans within the cut portions (131) formed in the left and right side plates (160), respectively, and supply outside air into the interior of the greenhouse body (100) using the air supply fans arranged in the left and right side plates (160).
[0057] In addition, the horizontal frame (114) of the present invention is arranged to be spaced apart from each other vertically as shown in FIG. 3, and further includes a sagging prevention reinforcing member (700) that connects the horizontal frames (114) arranged to be spaced apart from each other vertically to prevent sagging of the horizontal frame (114).
[0058] The upper sagging prevention reinforcing member (700) may adopt an angle and connects the horizontal frame (114) in the front direction, which is spaced vertically, vertically to prevent sagging of the horizontal frame (114) due to its own weight.
[0059] Referring to FIG. 2, a sunshade (500) that is detachably disposed on the upper side of the upper plate (150) and blocks sunlight is further provided.
[0060] The shading screen (500) above performs the function of preventing hot sunlight from being transmitted into the interior of the greenhouse body (100) during the summer, and has a structure that is detachable from the upper plate (150) so that it can be separated from the upper plate (150) to prevent the blocking of sunlight during the winter.
[0061] Additionally, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the upper plate (150) is formed with left and right sides inclined at different heights to induce drainage of rainwater at the rear edge and to guide the rainwater in one direction, and further includes a rainwater catcher (400) installed on the side with a relatively lower height to receive rainwater at a certain height.
[0062] The upper rainwater catcher (400) is connected to the rear edge of the upper plate (150) adjacent to the rear plate and is formed in an angle shape with both ends bent to guide rainwater to flow in one direction. After collecting rainwater in the rainwater catcher (400) located on the lower side, the rainwater collected in the rainwater catcher (400) is supplied into the interior of the greenhouse body (100) to provide moisture necessary for plant growth.
[0063] FIG. 6 is a side view showing a modified example of the greenhouse body of the present invention. It shows a modified example of the greenhouse body (100) having a height greater than that of the greenhouse body (100) above for the growth of relatively tall plants inside the greenhouse body (100). In this case, the front and rear plates (130, 140) are rotatably arranged on parts of the front and rear, and the opening and closing doors (135) are arranged on the front and rear plates (130, 140), so that the interior and exterior of the greenhouse body (100) can be opened by opening the opening and closing doors (135) without rotating the front and rear plates (130, 140), thereby improving the air supply and exhaust performance. Furthermore, it has a structure that does not hinder the growth of tall plants while the plants are growing in the soil contained in the soil storage section (120).
[0064] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention having such a configuration contains soil for plant growth inside a soil storage unit (120) made of polycarbonate material, and front and rear plates (130, 140) rotatable by a hinge (70) are arranged on the upper side of the soil storage unit (120), so that when the front and rear plates (130, 140) are rotated downward, the inside and outside of the greenhouse body (100) are opened.
[0065] At this time, when the interference between the door stopper (80) and the front and rear plates (130, 140) is released as the door stopper (80) rotates, the front and rear plates (130, 140) rotate downward around the hinge (70) by their respective self-weight and gravity.
[0066] In addition, the front and rear plates (130, 140) open the inside and outside of the greenhouse body (100) when rotated, thereby allowing a user to cultivate plants in the soil contained in the soil storage unit (120) from the outside of the greenhouse body (100) in a stand-type manner from the front and rear sides of the greenhouse body (100) without bending their waist.
[0067] Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the greenhouse body (100) rotates the front and rear plates (130, 140) upward around the hinge (70) for plant growth, and fixes the front and rear plates (130, 140) respectively using a door stopper (80). Then, with the interior of the greenhouse body (100) closed from the outside, sunlight is transmitted into the interior of the greenhouse body (100) through the front and rear plates (130, 140) and the left and right side plates (160) made of light-transmitting material, thereby performing the function of a greenhouse for plant growth.
[0068] Additionally, as shown in FIG. 2, the front and rear plates (130, 140) are equipped with a cut section (131) and an opening / closing door (135). Therefore, when the opening / closing door (135), which is fixed by the door stopper (80), is rotated downward for internal ventilation of the greenhouse body (100), the interference between the door stopper (80) and the opening / closing door (135) is released, and the opening / closing door (135) rotates downward due to its own weight and gravity. By individually rotating the opening / closing door (135) without rotating the front and rear plates (130, 140), the internal air of the greenhouse body (100) can be exhausted to the outside, thereby performing ventilation work.
[0069] At this time, since the present invention is equipped with an insect screen (137) in the cut portion (131) when the opening / closing door (135) is rotated, it has the advantage of being able to perform an insect-proof function even when performing ventilation work by opening the opening / closing door (135) to exhaust the internal air of the greenhouse body (100) to the outside or introduce external air into the interior of the greenhouse body (100).
[0070] Additionally, the left and right side panels (160) of the present invention may be provided with the same cut-out section (131) and opening / closing door (135) as the front and rear panels (130, 140). In this case, they are installed with the same structure as the operation of the opening / closing door (135) installed on the front and rear panels (130, 140) described above, and an insect screen (137) is placed on the inside. When the opening / closing door (135) rotates, it rotates downward around the hinge (70) so that the air supply and exhaust operations can be performed through the opening / closing door (135) of the left and right side panels (160) without opening the entire left and right side panels (160).
[0071] In addition, the present invention allows for the opening and closing of the exhaust port (305) by using an exhaust plate (310) that is integrally formed with an insect-proof mesh net (315) and slides forward and backward, and the hot air inside the greenhouse body (100) flows upward along the inner side of the upper plate (150) at an inclined angle by natural convection. Therefore, when the exhaust port (305) is opened, the hot air inside the greenhouse body (100) can be quickly exhausted to the outside.
[0072] Additionally, the opening operation of the exhaust port (305) described above is achieved by the user manually moving the exhaust plate (310) backward so that the exhaust port (305) and the insect screen (315) are positioned on the same vertical line, thereby opening the exhaust port (305). Conversely, when the exhaust plate (310) is moved forward, the exhaust port (305) and the insect screen (315) are positioned on different vertical lines, causing the exhaust port (305) to be closed by the exhaust plate (310).
[0073] The above-mentioned cut section (131) and exhaust port (305) can be ventilated using the natural convection phenomenon of the greenhouse body (100), or conversely, to respond to rapid internal temperature changes of the greenhouse body (100) according to the season, external air can be introduced into the interior using the first and second supply fans (210, 220) and then ventilated by a forced circulation method.
[0074] The first and second air supply fans (210, 220) are positioned on different horizontal lines of the left and right side plates (160) when viewed from a plane, so as to circulate the air at the top of the greenhouse when the external air supply enters, as shown in Fig. 4, indicated by the arrow in the drawing, so that the external air supply flows internally.
[0075] As shown in FIG. 2, the upper plate (150) further comprises a sunshade (500) that blocks solar heat transfer by being detachably coupled to the upper side by a fastening member.
[0076] The upper sunshade (500) is detachably connected to the upper side of the upper plate (150) at a spaced height using a fastening member and is positioned at an angle parallel to the inclination angle of the upper plate (150).
[0077] In addition, the above-mentioned shading screen (500) is made of an opaque plastic or polycarbonate multilayer material and performs the function of blocking heat transfer by shielding direct sunlight, and performs the function of preventing the internal temperature of the greenhouse body (100) from rising excessively during the summer.
[0078] Additionally, since the lower part of the front and rear plates (130, 140) is rotatably connected to the upper edge of the soil storage section (120) by a hinge (70), when the door stopper (80) that fixes the upper edge of the front and rear plates (130, 140) is rotated to rotate horizontally so that there is no interference between the front and rear plates (130, 140) and the door stopper (80), the front and rear plates (130, 140) rotate downward around the hinge (70) due to their own weight and gravity.
[0079] When the above-mentioned front and rear plates (130, 140) are rotated downward, the interior of the greenhouse body (100) is opened to communicate with the outside, and after opening the interior of the greenhouse body (100), the user can perform farming in a stand-type manner from the front and rear sides of the greenhouse body (100), allowing for comfortable farming operations. In addition, the front and rear plates (130, 140), left and right side plates (160), and top plate (150) installed on the upper side of the soil storage section (120) containing soil are made of a transparent polycarbonate material that allows sunlight to pass through, thereby improving light transmission and heat retention against sunlight.
[0080] The greenhouse body (100) of the present invention is composed of front and rear plates (130, 140), left and right side plates (160), and top plate (150), and is made of a transparent polycarbonate material, thereby transmitting sunlight into the interior and performing a thermal insulation function that raises the temperature inside the greenhouse body (100).
[0081] Since the front plate (130) and the rear plate are installed so as to be rotatable downward by means of a hinge (70), work can be performed on both the front and rear sides of the greenhouse body (100) without having to bend over, thereby increasing work convenience.
[0082] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the height of the front plate (130) is formed higher than the height of the rear plate so that the upper plate (150) is positioned at an inclined angle, and the exhaust port (305) and exhaust means (300) provided in the upper plate (150) allow the heated internal air to be quickly and easily exhausted to the outside during a natural convection phenomenon in which hot air rises, thereby enabling the control of the supply and exhaust system. Furthermore, when a rapid temperature change occurs between the outside and inside of the greenhouse body (100) of the framed greenhouse, the internal temperature of the greenhouse body (100) can be quickly controlled through supplying external air into the interior of the greenhouse body (100) and exhausting internal air to the outside.
[0083] In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the present invention further provides a detachable shading film (500) on the upper side of the upper plate (150), so that in the summer, the shading film (500) can be placed on the upper side of the upper plate (150) to block direct sunlight entering the interior of the greenhouse body (100), and in the winter, the shading film (500) can be separated from the upper plate (150) to improve the thermal insulation of the greenhouse body (100), thereby allowing the placement of the shading film (500) to be selected according to the season and providing the advantage of easily controlling the seasonal temperature of the greenhouse body (100).
[0084] Accordingly, the present invention has the useful advantage of being configured such that the front and rear plates (130, 140) provided at the front and rear of the greenhouse body (100) are each rotated downwards, thereby allowing a user to easily access the greenhouse body (100) from the front and rear sides, thus improving accessibility and enabling farming work to be performed in a stand-type manner; and by rotating the opening and closing door (135) without rotating the front and rear plates (130, 140) through the cut-out section (131) and the opening and closing door (135) provided in the front and rear plates (130, 140), heat retention and ventilation can be secured simultaneously; and by opening the inner and outer sides of the greenhouse body (100) through the cut-out section (131) and the insect screen (137), the air supply and exhaust performance of the greenhouse body (100) can be significantly improved.
[0085] In addition, the present invention allows the upper plate (150) to be positioned at an inclined angle so that the height of the front plate (130) is higher than the height of the rear plate, thereby allowing the internal air of the heated greenhouse body (100) to flow forward and upward along the inclined inner side of the upper plate (150) in a natural convection manner, and the hot air of the greenhouse body (100) can be quickly and easily exhausted to the outside through the exhaust means (300) equipped with an exhaust port (305) and a slide-type exhaust plate (310) positioned on the upper plate (150), so that the temperature inside the greenhouse body (100) can be easily controlled during the summer through exhaust.
[0086] In addition, the present invention has the advantage of being able to prevent direct sunlight from entering the interior of the greenhouse body (100) and causing the internal temperature to rise rapidly during the summer season by providing a detachable shading film (500) on the upper plate (150) of the greenhouse body (100), and to improve thermal insulation during the winter season by separating the shading film (500) from the upper plate (150).
[0087] As such, specific embodiments have been described in the detailed description of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the embodiments described above, but should be defined by the claims set forth below as well as equivalents thereof.
[0088] In other words, the present invention as described above is not limited to the specific preferred embodiments described above, and anyone with ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the invention pertains can make various modifications without departing from the essence of the invention claimed in the claims, and such modifications will be within the scope of the claims.
