Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a capsule supply device that can not only more easily and automatically supply various types of capsules, such as medication capsules for companion animals, in a non-overlapping manner, but also significantly reduce the time and labor required for packaging said capsules. Background Technology
[0003] As the population ages and the birth rate declines, the number of households raising pets is on the rise.
[0004] The domestic pet market is expected to reach approximately 6 trillion won in 2020, and the related industry continues to grow.
[0005] Accordingly, the importance of the industry for pet food, pharmaceuticals, quasi-pharmaceuticals, and health functional foods for pets is also increasing.
[0006] In particular, with the goal of raising healthier pets, research and commercialization of veterinary medicines capable of preventing or treating various diseases are actively underway.
[0007] However, since dogs and cats, which are representative pets, have much more keen senses of smell and taste compared to humans, there are many difficulties in administering pet medications.
[0008] Accordingly, a medication capsule for companion animals that masks the taste of medicinal ingredients to enable smooth administration to companion animals has been proposed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2024-0025567.

[0085] In addition, a hopper angle adjustment part (21) may be provided to fix the position of the hopper (10) in a state where the upper and lower angles of the front side of the capsule supply body (120) of the hopper (10) are adjusted.
[0086] The above hopper angle adjustment part (21) can be made of various types of bolts (21a), such as knob bolts.
[0087] As shown in FIG. 5, when the front side of the capsule supply body (120) of the hopper (10) is lowered, the bolt (21a) that can form the hopper angle adjustment part (21) can be seated on the rear upper side of the one side plate member (212) and the other side plate member (213) of the rear capsule supply member (210) described later, after sequentially passing through the rear guide slit (123a) of the capsule supply body (120) and the rear through hole (131a) of the support frame (130) and screw-coupled with the nut (21b).
[0088] When the front side of the capsule supply body (120) of the above hopper (10) is raised, the bolt (21a) that can form the hopper angle adjustment part (21) can be seated on the rear upper side of one side plate member (212) and the rear upper side of the other side plate member (213) of the rear capsule supply member (210) described later, after sequentially passing through the front guide slit (123b) of the capsule supply body (120) and the front through hole (131b) of the support frame (130) and screw-coupled with the nut (21b).
[0089] Next, the capsule supply unit (20) is designed to more easily and automatically supply capsules (3) sequentially without overlapping each other.

[0112] The cover plate (217) for the lower plate member can be seated on the upper front side of the lower plate member (211) so as to be positioned in the front direction of the rotation side (215) while covering the supply groove (211a).
[0113] The cover plate (217) for the lower plate member may be made of an opaque material such as synthetic resin or metal, but it is preferable to make it of a transparent material such as tempered glass so that a worker can easily visually confirm the state in which a plurality of capsules (3) are supplied sequentially in a line from the rear side to the front side of the lower plate member (211) without overlapping each other through the cover plate (217).
[0114] The above position fixing member (218) is intended to fix the position of the cover plate (217) for the lower plate member while pressing it.
