Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a construction method and structure of a rainwater storage tank capable of storing and reusing rainwater, which not only enables easy storage and reuse of rainwater but also significantly improves rainwater drainage efficiency so that rainwater can diffuse and drain into the ground at a faster rate. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, as urbanization progresses and drainage facilities develop, rainwater flows into rivers at a rapid rate during rainfall, not only causing frequent river flooding but also leading to groundwater depletion due to insufficient rainwater seeping into the ground.

[0004] To prevent this phenomenon, efforts are being made to secure a storage space capable of storing a significant amount of rainwater underground to trap rainwater during rainfall, thereby controlling the speed and volume of inflow into rivers to reduce river flooding, and to prevent groundwater depletion by infiltrating the stored rainwater into the ground. As part of this effort, a prefabricated infiltration storage tank capable of not only enabling rainwater storage and ground infiltration but also filtering pollutants entering the rainwater infiltration storage tank and adjusting the size of the storage space has been proposed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1847553.

[0005] However, there is a problem in that the drainage efficiency of rainwater drained from the reservoir into the ground is reduced due to blockage caused by foreign substances, such as sediment, flowing into the reservoir as proposed in the aforementioned domestic registered patent publication No. 10-1847553, etc., which reduces the amount of rainwater seeping into the ground and causes flood damage such as groundwater depletion and river flooding. [0029] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings. Of course, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical essence of the present invention.

[0031] FIG. 1 is a block diagram schematically illustrating a construction method of a storage tank capable of storing and reusing rainwater, which is an embodiment of the present invention.

[0033] A construction method for a water storage tank capable of storing and reusing rainwater, which is an embodiment of the present invention, is largely comprised of the following steps as shown in FIG. 1: a) excavation step (hereinafter referred to as 'step a'), b) lower impermeable sheet placement step (hereinafter referred to as 'step b'), c) water storage tank block assembly step (hereinafter referred to as 'step c'), d) lower impermeable sheet and upper permeable sheet finishing step (hereinafter referred to as 'step d'), e) drainage pipe installation step (hereinafter referred to as 'step e'), f) water storage diffusion drainage member installation step (hereinafter referred to as 'step f'), and g) backfilling step (hereinafter referred to as 'step g').

[0035] Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing an excavation space formed by excavating the ground.

[0037] First, step a) above is a step of excavating the ground (3) to a certain depth using heavy equipment such as an excavator, as shown in FIG. 2.

[0039] Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the state in which a lower impermeable sheet is seated on the bottom surface of an excavation space.

[0041] Next, step b) is a step in which a lower impermeable sheet (10) is placed horizontally on the bottom surface of an excavation space (S) formed by excavating the ground (3) to a certain depth.

[0042] The lower impermeable sheet (10) above is intended to prevent rainwater stored at a certain height inside a reservoir block for storing rainwater located above the lower impermeable sheet (10) among the reservoir blocks to be described later from draining into the ground.

[0043] The lower impermeable sheet (10) above can be made of various types of flexible materials such as vinyl chloride-based materials, polyethylene-based materials, and rubber-based materials.

[0045] Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a state in which a reservoir block is stacked on top of a lower impermeable sheet.

[0047] Next, step c) is a step in which a reservoir block (20) is assembled and stacked vertically and horizontally on top of the lower impermeable sheet (10) as shown in FIG. 4.

[0048] In step c) above, the edge portions of the lower impermeable sheet (10), namely the one-sided edge portion, the other-sided edge portion, the front-sided edge portion, and the rear-sided edge portion, can be exposed in a state of being horizontally extended for a certain length in the side outer direction of the reservoir block (20), namely the one-sided outer direction, the other-sided outer direction, the front-sided outer direction, and the rear-sided outer direction.

[0049] Hereinafter, the term "edge" may include all of the first edge, the other edge, the front edge, and the rear edge, and the "side" may also include all of the first side, the other side, the front side, and the rear side.

[0051] Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the state of a reservoir block finished through a lower impermeable sheet and an upper permeable sheet.

[0053] Next, step d) is a step in which, as shown in FIG. 5, the side of the reservoir block (20a) for storing rainwater among the reservoir blocks (20) is finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10), and the side and upper surface of the other reservoir block (20b) for draining rainwater among the reservoir blocks (20) are finished with the upper permeable sheet (30).

[0054] The upper permeable sheet (30) is intended to prevent foreign substances such as soil from entering the interior of another reservoir block (20b) for draining rainwater among the reservoir blocks (20), while allowing rainwater stored in the other reservoir block (20b) to be drained in the direction of one side outside, the other side outside, the front side outside, and the rear side outside of the other reservoir block (20b).

[0055] The upper permeable sheet (30) above can be made of various types, such as non-woven fabric.

[0056] In order to make it easier to finish the side and top surfaces of the other reservoir block (20b) using the upper permeable sheet (30), the above step d) may be composed, for example, mainly of d1) the upper permeable sheet seating step (hereinafter referred to as 'step d1'), d2) the first finishing step (hereinafter referred to as 'step d2'), and d3) the second finishing step (hereinafter referred to as 'step d3').

[0057] Step d1) above is a step in which the middle portion of the upper permeable sheet (30) is placed on the uppermost surface of another reservoir block (20b) for draining rainwater stacked on top of the reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10) as shown in FIG. 5.

[0058] The edge portion of the upper permeable sheet (30) may be exposed in a state of horizontal extension for a certain length toward the side outer direction of another reservoir block (20b).

[0059] The above step d2) is a step of first finishing in which the edge portions of the lower impermeable sheet (10) are each folded vertically toward the side direction of the reservoir block (20a) for storing rainwater, as shown in FIG. 5, and wrap around the side portions of the reservoir block (20a) for storing rainwater.

[0060] The above step d3) is a secondary finishing step in which the edge portion of the upper permeable sheet (30), as seen in FIG. 5, wraps around the edge portion of the lower impermeable sheet (10) that is folded vertically with the side portion of another reservoir block (20b) for draining rainwater, and is fixed in various ways such as adhesive tape fixing, staple fixing, and adhesive fixing.

[0062] Figures 6 and 7 are cross-sectional views schematically illustrating the installation process of a drain pipe.

[0064] Next, step e) is a step in which a drainage pipe (31) communicating with the reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10) is installed so that rainwater stored in the reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10) among the reservoir blocks (20) can be drained to the outside of the ground and reused.

[0065] In order to easily install the drain pipe (31) in the reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10) among the reservoir blocks (20), the above step e) may be performed, for example, mainly by e1) a drain pipe connection step (hereinafter referred to as 'step e1') and e2) a burial step (hereinafter referred to as 'step e2').

[0066] The above step e1) is a step in which the drain pipe (31) is connected to the reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10).

[0067] For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the rear side of the drain pipe (31) can be inserted into the interior of the rainwater storage block (20a) for storing rainwater for a certain length, sequentially penetrating the front edge portion of the lower impermeable sheet (10) and the lower front side of the storage block (20a) for storing rainwater.

[0068] And, the front side of the drain pipe (31) can be exposed to the ground for a certain length.

[0069] Step e2) above is a step in which the rear portion of the drain pipe (31) is buried together with the reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10) as seen in FIG. 7.

[0070] As seen in FIGS. 6 and 7, a pump (311) for forcibly pumping rainwater stored at a certain height in a reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10) may be provided on the front portion of the drain pipe (31) exposed to the ground for a certain length.

[0071] Alternatively, the pump (311) may be installed at the rear portion of the drain pipe (31) and buried together with the rear portion of the drain pipe (31).

[0072] Rainwater can be easily stored at a certain height in the reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10) among the reservoir blocks (20), and the rainwater stored in the reservoir block (20a) finished with the lower impermeable sheet (10) can be easily drained to the outside of the ground through the drain pipe (31) and reused.

[0074] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a state in which a water diffusion drainage member is installed on the side of a water tank block finished with an upper permeable sheet, and FIG. 9 is a plan view of FIG. 8.

[0076] Next, step f) is a step of installing a plurality of storage diffusion drainage members (40) at regular intervals on the lower side of another storage block (20b) that is finished with the upper permeable sheet (30) as seen in FIGS. 8 and 9, which communicate with another storage block (20b).

[0077] The storage diffusion drainage member (40) located on one side and the other side of the other storage tank block (20b) can be installed in a state where it is extended left and right by a certain length from one side of the other storage tank block (20b) toward the other side.

[0078] The storage diffusion drainage member (40) located on the front and rear sides of the other storage tank block (20b) can be installed in a state where it is extended to a certain length in the front and rear directions of the other storage tank block (20b).

[0079] The above-mentioned storage diffusion drainage member (40) is intended to diffuse and drain rainwater stored in another storage tank block (20b) into the ground (2) in the direction of one side outside, the direction of the other side outside, the direction of the front side outside, and the direction of the rear side outside, respectively (refer to the dotted arrows in FIGS. 8 and 9).

[0080] Due to the above-mentioned storage diffusion drainage member (40), rainwater stored in another storage tank block (20b) can be diffused and drained into the ground (2) in the outer direction of the surrounding area of the other storage tank block (20b) at a faster speed, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of rainwater drainage into the ground (2), and thereby preventing water damage such as groundwater depletion and river flooding.

[0082] FIG. 10 is a perspective view schematically showing an example of a water retention diffusion drainage member, and FIG. 11 is a perspective view schematically showing the other side of the permeable sheet of the example water retention diffusion drainage member in an unfolded state.

[0084] In order to further improve the rainwater drainage efficiency through the above-mentioned water storage diffusion drainage member (40), the above-mentioned water storage diffusion drainage member (40) may be configured to include, for example, a drainage diffusion frame (410) and a permeable sheet (420), as shown in FIGS. 10 and FIGS. 11.

[0085] The above drainage diffusion frame (410) can be largely composed of a horizontal plate (411) and a vertical plate (412).

[0086] The above horizontal plate (411) can be formed to extend horizontally for a certain length in the side outer direction of another reservoir block (20b) while communicating with another reservoir block (20b) finished with the upper permeable sheet (30).

[0087] The vertical plate (412) can be vertically arranged at regular intervals in the front-rear direction of the horizontal plate (411) while extending along the horizontal plate (411) by a certain length, protruding from the upper and lower parts of the horizontal plate (411) respectively.

[0088] A drainage channel (413) may be formed between the vertical plates (412) to diffuse and drain rainwater stored in the reservoir block (20) into the ground (2) in the direction outside the reservoir block (20).

[0089] The above permeable sheet (420) is intended to prevent foreign substances such as soil from entering the inner side of the drainage diffusion frame (410), while allowing rainwater flowing into the drainage channel (413) of the drainage diffusion frame (410) to be diffused and drained into the underground (2) in the outer direction of the surrounding area of the other reservoir block (20b).

[0090] The above permeable sheet (420) can cover the above drainage diffusion frame (410) while wrapping around it.

[0091] The above permeable sheet (420) can be made of various types, such as non-woven fabric.

[0092] One end of the above-mentioned permeable sheet (420) can be closed by various methods such as fusion bonding or sewing bonding.

[0093] In order to facilitate smooth rainwater drainage in one direction of the drainage diffusion frame (410), the left-right length from one side of the permeable sheet (420) to the other side can be formed larger than the left-right length from one side of the drainage diffusion frame (410) so that a drainage space (DS) can be formed between one side of the permeable sheet (420) and the drainage diffusion frame (410).

[0094] The other side of the above-mentioned reservoir diffusion drainage frame (40) can be inserted into the interior of the other reservoir block (20b) for a certain length by horizontally penetrating a through hole formed in the lower side portion of the other reservoir block (20b).

[0095] In order to highly efficiently block foreign substances such as soil from flowing into the interior of the other reservoir block (20b) through a penetration hole formed in the lower side portion of the other reservoir block (20b), the above step f) may be performed, for example, mainly by f1) a permeable sheet cutting step (hereinafter referred to as 'step f1'), f2) a permeable sheet spreading step (hereinafter referred to as 'step f2'), f3) a drainage diffusion frame installation step (hereinafter referred to as 'step f3'), and f4) a permeable sheet joining step (hereinafter referred to as 'step f4').

[0096] The above step f1) is a step of horizontally cutting (C) each of the front side and rear side portions of the permeable sheet (420) of the water storage diffusion drainage member (40) to a certain length using various types of cutting means such as a cutter knife, as shown in FIG. 10.

[0097] The above step f2) is a step of spreading the other side portions of the permeable sheet (420) of the water storage diffusion drainage member (40), located in the upper and lower directions of the horizontal cut (C) portion of the permeable sheet (420) of the water storage diffusion drainage member (40) as seen in FIG. 11, respectively in the upper and lower directions of the permeable sheet (420) of the water storage diffusion drainage member (40).

[0099] FIG. 12 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing an example of a water diffusion drainage member installed on the side of a water tank block finished with an upper permeable sheet.

[0101] The above step f3) is a step in which, as the other side portion of the permeable sheet (420) of the reservoir diffusion drainage member (40) is unfolded, the other side portion of the drainage diffusion frame (410) exposed from the permeable sheet (420) sequentially horizontally penetrates the edge of the upper permeable sheet (30) and the lower side of the other reservoir block (20) finished with the upper permeable sheet (30), as seen in FIG. 12, and is drawn into the interior of the other reservoir block (20b) for a certain length.

[0102] The above step f4) is a step in which the other side portion of the permeable sheet (420), which is spread out in the upper and lower directions of the storage diffusion drainage member (40), is joined to the edge portion of the upper permeable sheet (30), which is in a vertically folded state to finish the other storage tank block (20b) as seen in FIG. 12, in various ways such as adhesive tape fixing, staple fixing, and adhesive fixing.

[0104] FIG. 13 is a separated perspective view schematically showing the state in which an auxiliary permeable sheet is separated from an example of a storage diffusion drainage member, and FIG. 14 is a combined perspective view of FIG. 13.

[0106] In order to more efficiently block foreign substances such as soil from flowing into the interior of the other reservoir block (20b) through a penetration hole formed on the side portion of the other reservoir block (20b) through which the other side of the reservoir diffusion drainage frame (40) can penetrate, the above step f) may further include f5) an auxiliary permeable sheet preparation step (hereinafter referred to as 'step f5'), f6) an auxiliary permeable sheet placement step (hereinafter referred to as 'step f6'), and f7) an auxiliary permeable sheet joining step (hereinafter referred to as 'step f7').

[0107] The above step f5) is a step of preparing an auxiliary permeable sheet (50) that can be made of various types, such as non-woven fabric.

[0108] As shown in FIG. 13, a horizontal cut line (511) can be formed in the center of the auxiliary permeable sheet (50) and extends horizontally from the front side to the rear side of the auxiliary permeable sheet (50) for a certain length using various types of cutting means, such as a cutter knife.

[0110] FIG. 15 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view schematically showing a state in which an example of a storage diffusion drainage member and an example of an auxiliary permeable sheet are installed on the side of a storage tank block finished with an upper permeable sheet.

[0112] The above step f6) is a step in which the auxiliary permeable sheet (50) is placed on the water storage diffusion drainage member (40) as seen in FIGS. 13 and 14.

[0113] The above-mentioned water retention diffusion drainage member (40) can horizontally penetrate the middle portion of the auxiliary permeable sheet (50) through the horizontal cut line (511) of the auxiliary permeable sheet (50).

[0114] The other side portion of the permeable sheet (420), which is spread out in the upper and lower directions of the above-mentioned storage diffusion drainage member (40), may be located between the edge portion of the upper permeable sheet (30), which is in a vertically folded state to finish the side of the auxiliary permeable sheet (50) and the other storage tank block (20b), as seen in FIG. 15.

[0115] The above step f7) is a step in which the auxiliary permeable sheet (50), as seen in FIG. 15, covers the other side of the permeable sheet (420) that is spread out in the upper and lower directions of the reservoir diffusion drainage member (40), and is joined to the edge portion of the upper permeable sheet (30), which is folded vertically to finish the side of the other reservoir block (20b), in various ways such as adhesive tape fixing, staple fixing, and adhesive fixing.

[0117] FIG. 16 is a perspective view schematically showing an auxiliary pitcher sheet of another example.

[0119] The above auxiliary permeable sheet (50) may be composed of one auxiliary permeable sheet (50) as shown in FIG. 13, but as another example, in order to allow the auxiliary permeable sheet (50) to be more easily placed on the water storage diffusion drainage member (40) in a state where it is easily fitted and coupled in the front and rear directions of the water storage diffusion drainage member (40), the auxiliary permeable sheet (50) may be composed of two auxiliary permeable sheets (50) as shown in FIG. 16.

[0120] To this end, the two auxiliary pitching sheets (50) of another example may largely consist of a front auxiliary pitching sheet (510) and a rear auxiliary pitching sheet (520).

[0121] A horizontal cut line (511) that extends horizontally for a certain length in the front-rear direction of the front auxiliary permeable sheet (510) may be formed at the rear center of the front auxiliary permeable sheet (510).

[0122] A horizontal cut line (511) that extends horizontally for a certain length in the front-rear direction of the rear auxiliary permeable sheet (520) may be formed at the front center of the rear auxiliary permeable sheet (520).

[0123] The rear portion of the front auxiliary permeable sheet (510) and the front portion of the rear auxiliary permeable sheet (520) can be overlapped so that the horizontal cut line (511) of the front auxiliary permeable sheet (510) and the horizontal cut line (511) of the rear auxiliary permeable sheet (520) are located on the same horizontal line.
