Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a bridge bearing system that allows the installation of a lower temporary support during the construction of a sole plate to be omitted by first installing an anchor separately from the sole plate at the bottom of the bridge superstructure, and stably transmits horizontal loads transmitted from the bridge superstructure to a bridge bearing device without separate field welding by firmly fixing the sole plate to the anchor. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, a bridge consists of a superstructure, such as a bridge deck or girders, and a substructure, such as piers or abutments, that supports the superstructure.

[0004] In addition, bridge bearings are installed between the bridge substructure and the superstructure to evenly and stably transmit the load acting on the superstructure to the substructure, and to absorb displacement and vibration caused by temperature changes, drying shrinkage, creep, vehicle loads, earthquakes, or wind loads.

[0005] Bridge bearings are core structural members of a bridge and require continuous maintenance to maintain designed load-transfer performance, ensure smooth operation during expansion and rotation, and prevent deterioration of seismic performance.

[0006] In particular, since the bearing device is composed of metal and rubber, a decline in performance or usability due to metal corrosion or rubber deterioration is inevitable during long-term use, requiring periodic replacement.

[0007] Conventional bridge bearing replacement methods generally proceed in the order of lifting the bridge superstructure to remove the existing bridge bearing, crushing the supporting concrete or substructure below, installing a new bridge bearing at a distance above the crushed surface, and then pouring concrete into the space below the bridge bearing to fix it (Registered Patent No. 10-2145521).

[0008] At this time, a sole plate may be installed on the lower part of the bridge superstructure to ensure that the load of the bridge superstructure is evenly distributed and transmitted to the bridge bearing device, and to transmit the horizontal load of the bridge superstructure to the bridge bearing device, and the sole plate may also be replaced together when the bridge bearing device is replaced.

[0009] In this case, chemical anchors are installed beneath the bridge superstructure, and a sole plate is installed so that the chemical anchors protruding from the underside of the superstructure penetrate the sole plate. Then, nuts are fastened to the chemical anchors from the underside of the sole plate. Here, the nuts are installed only on the underside of the sole plate to fix its installation position but do not become structurally integrated with the sole plate.

[0010] Consequently, chemical anchors or nuts are being secured to the sole plates via tack welding at the site. However, this is merely a temporary connection, and since it is difficult to ensure the integrity between the sole plates and chemical anchors, horizontal loads transmitted from the superstructure may not be properly transferred to the bridge bearings.

[0011] Accordingly, Registered Patent No. 10-1912061 developed a construction technology in which a drilled hole is formed in the lower part of a bridge superstructure, an anchor with a through hole is pre-assembled into a sole plate, and the sole plate with the anchor integrally assembled is installed in the lower part of the bridge superstructure so that the anchor is inserted into the drilled hole. Subsequently, a filler material such as epoxy is injected from the lower part of the sole plate through the through hole of the anchor to fill the space between the superstructure and the sole plate.

[0012] However, the aforementioned registered patent requires the sole plate to be supported by temporary supports, such as lift jacks, until the filler material hardens. Consequently, there is a disadvantage in that lower work for replacing the bridge bearing device is difficult and construction is delayed due to interference from the temporary supports.

[0013] In addition, when removing existing bridge supports, it is difficult to install temporary supports because the upper surface of the substructure is not flat. The problem to be solved

[0015] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a bridge support system that allows the installation of a temporary support at the bottom to be omitted when installing a sole plate by enabling the anchor to be installed first at the bottom of the bridge superstructure separately from the sole plate.

[0016] The present invention aims to provide a bridge bearing system that can stably transmit horizontal loads transmitted from the bridge superstructure to the bridge bearing device without separate field welding by firmly fixing a sole plate to the anchor. means of solving the problem

[0024] According to another preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a bridge support system characterized in that a flange is formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the injection head, a guide tube is provided inside the guide hole with a stepped portion formed on the upper inner side where the flange of the injection head is seated, and a cap tube is coupled to the upper end of the guide tube to limit the upward movement of the injection head.

[0025] According to another preferred embodiment, the present invention is for replacing an existing bridge bearing device installed on a bridge with the bridge bearing system, comprising: (a) a step of removing the existing bridge bearing device after lifting the bridge superstructure by installing a lifting means between the bridge substructure and the bridge superstructure; (b) a step of forming an anchor hole by drilling the lower part of the bridge superstructure and inserting the upper part of the anchor into the anchor hole to secure it; (c) a step of installing the sole plate on the lower part of the bridge superstructure such that the anchor penetrates the upper pressure member and the fastening hole and protrudes to the lower part of the sole plate while the upper pressure member is installed at the fastening hole location of the sole plate; (d) a step of securing the sole plate to the anchor by fastening a fixing nut to the lower part of the anchor; (e) a step of installing a bridge bearing support panel and a bridge bearing device on the upper part of the bridge substructure; and (f) a step of releasing the support of the lifting means so that the sole plate on the lower part of the bridge superstructure is placed on the upper part of the bridge bearing device, and securing the sole plate to the bridge bearing device. A method for replacing a bridge seat device is provided, characterized by being configured to include Effects of the invention

[0027] According to the present invention as described above, a bridge support system can be provided that can connect a sole plate to the lower part of a bridge superstructure by means of an anchoring part composed of an anchor, an upper pressure member, and a fixing nut.

[0028] Accordingly, firstly, since the sole plate is connected to anchors pre-installed in the lower part of the bridge superstructure, there is no need to install separate temporary supports underneath during sole plate construction.

[0029] Second, since the upper pressure member and the fixing nut of the anchoring part are respectively connected to the upper and lower parts of the sole plate at the fastening hole locations of the sole plate, rotating the fixing nut connected to the anchor allows the upper pressure member, sole plate, and fixing nut to be frictionally joined to each other. Consequently, the sole plate is firmly fixed to the anchor, enabling the horizontal load transmitted from the bridge superstructure to be stably transferred to the bridge bearing device without the need for separate field welding. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0032] The present invention will be described in detail below according to the attached drawings and preferred embodiments.

[0034] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating the state in which the bridge bearing system of the present invention is installed, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the bridge bearing system of the present invention.

[0035] As illustrated in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, etc., the bridge support system of the present invention relates to a bridge support system installed on the upper part of a bridge substructure (1) to support a bridge superstructure (2), comprising: a bridge support panel (3) installed on the upper part of the bridge substructure (1); a bridge support device (4) provided on the upper part of the bridge support panel (3); and a sole plate (5) provided on the upper part of the bridge support device (4) and supported on the lower surface of the bridge superstructure (2), having a plurality of fastening holes (51) formed therein. The anchoring part (6) is characterized by comprising: an anchor (61) whose upper end is fixed to the bridge superstructure (2) and whose lower end protrudes to the lower end of the bridge superstructure (2) and penetrates the fastening hole (51) of the sole plate (5); an upper pressing member (62) provided on the upper end of the sole plate (5) so that the anchor (61) penetrates at the position of the fastening hole (51) and presses the upper end of the sole plate (5); and a fixing nut (63) that is fastened to the anchor (61) at the lower end of the sole plate (5).

[0036] The present invention is intended to provide a bridge bearing system that can stably transmit horizontal loads transmitted from the bridge superstructure (2) to the bridge bearing device (4) without separate field welding by first installing an anchor (61) at the bottom of the bridge superstructure (2) separately from the sole plate (5), thereby omitting the installation of a lower temporary support when installing the sole plate (5) and firmly fixing the sole plate (5) to the anchor (61).

[0037] The present invention is intended to remove an existing bridge bearing device (4') and replace it with a new bridge bearing device (4) when the bridge bearing device (4) installed between the bridge substructure (1) and the bridge superstructure (2) becomes old or damaged, but is not limited thereto and can be widely applied to the construction of bridge bearing devices (4) for new bridges as well as existing bridges.

[0038] The following describes the case where the existing bearing device (4') is replaced with a new bearing device (4).

[0039] The above bridge substructure (1) is a structure that transmits the load transmitted from the bridge superstructure (2) to the foundation ground, and refers to an abutment, a pier, etc.

[0040] The above bridge superstructure (2) is a part that directly supports automobiles, railways, pedestrian loads, etc., and includes bridge decks, girders, crossbeams, etc.

[0041] The bridge support system of the present invention is installed on the upper part of the bridge substructure (1) to support the bridge superstructure (2).

[0042] The above bridge bearing system is configured to include a bridge bearing panel (3), a bridge bearing device (4), a sole plate (5), and an anchoring part (6).

[0043] The above bridge bearing panel (3) is installed on the upper part of the bridge substructure (1).

[0044] When a support concrete (11) is provided on the upper part of the above bridge substructure (1), the bridge bearing support panel (3) is installed on the upper part of the support concrete (11).

[0045] The above bridge support panel (3) can be formed by precast concrete or cast-in-place concrete manufactured in a factory or similar place.

[0046] The above bridge support panel (3) can be made of general strength concrete or high-performance concrete such as HPC or UHPC.

[0047] Below, the above-mentioned bridge support panel (3) is described based on an embodiment in which it is installed on the upper part of the support concrete (11).

[0048] When replacing the existing bridge bearing device (4'), the upper part of the existing support concrete (11) is crushed, and a bridge bearing panel (3) is installed on the crushed surface.

[0049] A bridge support device (4) is installed on the upper part of the bridge support panel (3) above.

[0050] A bridge superstructure (2) is mounted and supported on the upper part of the above bridge bearing device (4).

[0051] When replacing the existing bridge bearing device (4'), the bridge bearing support panel (3) is installed, and then the new bridge bearing device (4) is installed.

[0052] A sole plate (5) is provided on the upper part of the above-mentioned bridge seat device (4).

[0053] The above sole plate (5) is supported on the lower surface of the bridge superstructure (2) and has a plurality of fastening holes (51) formed through it.

[0054] When replacing the existing bridge bearing device (4') with a new bridge bearing device (4), the existing sole plate (not shown) installed at the bottom of the bridge superstructure (2) is removed, and after chipping the concrete at the bottom of the bridge superstructure (2), the sole plate (5) can be attached to the bottom of the bridge superstructure (2) by means of the anchoring part (6).

[0055] The above sole plate (5) serves to evenly transfer the load of the bridge superstructure (2) to the lower bridge bearing device (4).

[0056] The above anchoring part (6) is for attaching a sole plate (5) to the lower part of the bridge superstructure (2) and is composed of an anchor (61), an upper pressure member (62), and a fixing nut (63).

[0057] The above anchor (61) has its upper end fixed to the lower part of the bridge superstructure (2) and may be a chemical anchor, etc.

[0058] In order to install the above anchor (61), a plurality of anchor holes (21) may be formed in the lower part of the bridge superstructure (2) (Fig. 8, Fig. 22).

[0059] The upper end of the anchor (61) is fixed to the anchor hole (21) by adhesive, and the lower end can protrude a certain length into the lower part of the bridge superstructure (2).

[0060] A fastening hole (51) is formed in the sole plate (5) at a position corresponding to the anchor (61), so that the sole plate (5) can be installed on the lower part of the bridge superstructure (2) so that the lower end of the anchor (61) is inserted into and penetrates the fastening hole (51).

[0061] An upper pressure member (62) and a fixing nut (63) are respectively provided at the upper and lower portions of the sole plate (5) at the location of the fastening hole (51).

[0062] The upper pressure member (62) can be connected to the fastening hole (51) on the upper part of the sole plate (5) in advance before the installation of the sole plate (5), and can be installed together with the sole plate (5).

[0063] The above anchor (61) penetrates the upper pressure member (62) and the sole plate (5) and protrudes to the lower part of the sole plate (5), and the above fixing nut (63) is fastened to the anchor (61) at the lower part of the sole plate (5) to fix the anchor (61).

[0064] At this time, the upper pressure member (62) presses the upper part of the sole plate (5) on the upper part of the sole plate (5).

[0065] That is, the upper pressure member (62) and the fixing nut (63) apply tensile force to the anchor (61) by a strong tightening force, thereby frictionally joining the upper pressure member (62), the sole plate (5), and the fixing nut (63) to each other. Therefore, a separate on-site welding process is unnecessary to firmly fix the sole plate (5) to the anchor (61).

[0066] In addition, since the sole plate (5) is assembled to the pre-installed anchor (61), there is no need to install a separate temporary support at the bottom of the sole plate (5), so the lower work can be performed early.

[0067] In addition, since the sole plate (5) is fixed to the anchor (61) by friction bonding, the inner diameter of the fastening hole (51) of the sole plate (5) can be formed sufficiently larger than the diameter of the anchor (61), so that construction errors of the anchor (61) can be easily accommodated.

[0068] With the sole plate (5) fixed to the anchor (61), the gap between the edge of the sole plate (5) and the bridge superstructure (2) can be sealed with silicone or the like, and a filler material (F) such as epoxy can be injected between the sole plate (5) and the bridge superstructure (2) to fill the gap (Fig. 8).

[0069] A washer plate (64) may be provided between the sole plate (5) and the fixing nut (63) (Figs. 6 to 8).

[0071] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating the connection relationship between the upper pressure member and the sole plate, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating the connection relationship between the anchor and the sole plate, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating the connection state between the anchor and the sole plate. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating the connection relationship between the fixing nut and the sole plate, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating the connection state between the anchoring part and the sole plate, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the concept of joining the sole plate by the anchoring part.

[0072] As illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 8, the upper pressure member (62) may be composed of a pressure plate (621) which is provided to press the upper surface of the sole plate (5) and has a through hole (H) formed in the center through which the anchor (61) passes, and a first guide tube (622) which is integrally provided at the lower part of the pressure plate (621) and has female screw threads formed on its inner surface so that the anchor (61) passes through it and is inserted into the fastening hole (51) of the sole plate (5). The fixing nut (63) may be composed of a nut body (631) which is screw-coupled to the anchor (61) and a second guide tube (632) which is integrally provided at the upper part of the nut body (631) and has screw threads formed on its outer surface so that it is inserted into the space between the anchor (61) and the first guide tube (622) and is screw-coupled to the inside of the first guide tube (622).

[0073] The upper pressure member (62) above must be provided between the bridge superstructure (2) and the sole plate (5) and be able to press the sole plate (5) by a tightening force. However, the gap between the bridge superstructure (2) and the sole plate (5) is very narrow, so it may be difficult to tighten the upper pressure member (62) with a tool or the like.

[0074] Accordingly, the fixing nut (63) and the upper pressure member (62) can be screw-coupled so that when the fixing nut (63) fastened to the anchor (61) is tightened, the upper pressure member (62) rotates together in conjunction to press the sole plate (5).

[0075] To this end, the upper pressure member (62) may be composed of a pressure plate (621) and a first guide tube (622), and the fixing nut (63) may be composed of a nut body (631) and a second guide tube (632).

[0076] The above pressure plate (621) is formed from a plate material and mounted on the upper surface of the sole plate (5).

[0077] The above pressure plate (621) is provided to press the upper surface of the sole plate (5).

[0078] A through hole (H) is formed in the center of the pressure plate (621), so that the anchor (61) can pass through the through hole (H) of the pressure plate (621) and be inserted into the fastening hole (51) of the sole plate (5).

[0079] The first guide tube (622) is formed in a pipe shape with open top and bottom so as to communicate with the through hole (H) of the pressure plate (621), and can be integrally provided at the bottom of the pressure plate (621).

[0080] The first guide tube (622) is inserted into the fastening hole (51) of the sole plate (5).

[0081] Accordingly, the anchor (61) that penetrates the through hole (H) of the pressure plate (621) penetrates the interior of the first guide tube (622).

[0082] It is preferable that the inner diameter of the fastening hole (51) be formed larger than the outer diameter of the first guide tube (622) so as to compensate for the construction error of the anchor (61).

[0083] And the inner diameter of the first guide tube (622) can be formed larger than the diameter of the anchor (61) and spaced apart from each other at a certain distance.

[0084] Female screw threads are formed on the inner surface of the first guide tube (622).

[0085] The nut body (631) of the above fixing nut (63) is screw-coupled to the bottom of the anchor (61).

[0086] A second guide tube (632) is integrally provided on the upper part of the above fixing nut (63).

[0087] The second guide tube (632) is formed in a pipe shape with open top and bottom ends and is inserted into the interior of the first guide tube (622), and the anchor (61) is received inside the second guide tube (632).

[0088] That is, the anchor (61) passes through the second guide tube (632), and the nut body (631) is fastened at the lower part of the second guide tube (632).

[0089] The outer surface of the second guide tube (632) has screw threads formed thereon so that it can be screw-coupled to the inside of the first guide tube (622).

[0090] Accordingly, when the nut body (631), which is screw-coupled to the anchor (61) at the bottom of the sole plate (5), is tightened, the fixing nut (63) can be raised along the anchor (61). Meanwhile, when the fixing nut (63) rotates, the upper pressure member (62), to which the first guide tube (622) is screw-coupled to the second guide tube (632) of the fixing nut (63), can be lowered along the second guide tube (632).

[0091] That is, as the fixing nut (63) is tightened, the fixing nut (63) rises and the upper pressure member (62) descends, so that the nut body (631) and the pressure plate (621) can be in close contact with the lower and upper surfaces of the sole plate (5), respectively.

[0092] When the washer plate (64) is provided, the second guide tube (632) penetrates the washer plate (64), and the washer plate (64) is mounted on the upper part of the nut body (631).

[0094] FIG. 9 is a perspective view illustrating an embodiment equipped with a stopper.

[0095] As shown in FIG. 9, a stopper (52) that limits the rotation of the pressure plate (621) may be formed protrudingly on the upper part of the sole plate (5).

[0096] The first guide tube (622) of the upper pressure member (62) is screw-coupled and engaged with the second guide tube (632) of the fixing nut (63). Therefore, when the fixing nut (63) rotates, the upper pressure member (62) rotates together with the fixing nut (63), and the upper pressure member (62) can rotate freely without descending along the second guide tube (632).

[0097] Therefore, it is necessary to limit the rotation of the upper pressure member (62) so that the upper pressure member (62) can be guided by the second guide tube (632) and descend smoothly.

[0098] To this end, a stopper (52) may be provided protruding from the upper part of the sole plate (5) adjacent to the pressure plate (621).

[0099] Accordingly, when the fixed nut (63) is rotated, the pressure plate (621) is restricted from rotating by being caught on one side by the stopper (52), and the first guide tube (622) can be guided by the rotating second guide tube (632) and lowered.

[0100] Although not shown in the drawing, if the pressure plate (621) is circular, a protruding projection that catches on the stopper (52) may be formed on the outer surface of the pressure plate (621).

[0102] FIG. 10 is a perspective view illustrating the connection relationship between the support plate and the upper pressure member, FIG. 11 is a perspective view illustrating the connection state between the support plate and the upper pressure member, and FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating the state in which the support plate is installed.

[0103] As illustrated in FIGS. 10 to 12, a receiving groove (650) with one side open is provided between the lower part of the sole plate (5) and the nut body (631) and is formed in a U-shape, and a support plate (65) is provided with a step portion (651) protruding from the upper side of the inner circumference of the receiving groove (650), and a locking groove (623) into which the step portion (651) is inserted and caught can be formed on each side of the outer circumference of the first guide tube (622).

[0104] FIGS. 10 to 12 are other embodiments for preventing the upper pressure member (62) from spinning freely.

[0105] To this end, a support plate (65) may be provided between the lower part of the sole plate (5) and the nut body (631).

[0106] The above support plate (65) may be formed in an overall U-shape by having a receiving groove (650) that is open on one side.

[0107] A stepped portion (651) may be formed protrudingly on the upper side of the inner surface of the above receiving groove (650).

[0108] The above support plate (65) can be coupled to the outside of the first guide tube (622) so that the first guide tube (622) of the upper pressure member (62) is inserted into the receiving groove (650) at the bottom of the sole plate (5).

[0109] At this time, a catch groove (623) may be formed on both sides of the outer surface of the first guide tube (622) so that the first guide tube (622), which is fitted into the receiving groove (650), catches on the step portion (651).

[0110] The support plate (65) acts as a washer plate, and the nut body (631) of the fixing nut (63) must be in close contact with the lower surface of the support plate (65). Therefore, so that the lower end of the first guide tube (622) does not protrude to the lower side of the support plate (65), the step portion (651) is formed on the upper side of the receiving groove (650), and the lower end of the first guide tube (622) can be configured to be positioned higher than the lower surface of the support plate (65).

[0111] Accordingly, when the fixing nut (63) is fastened, if the worker holds and fixes the support plate (65) to restrict the rotation of the upper pressure member (62) and then rotates the fixing nut (63), the upper pressure member (62) can be lowered without spinning freely.

[0112] When the upper pressure member (62) is lowered by the rotation of the fixing nut (63), the support plate (65) is caught in the locking groove (623) so that the lowering of the upper pressure member (62) is not restricted, and the height of the locking groove (623) can be formed to be sufficiently larger than the thickness of the support plate (65).

[0113] In this way, the support plate (65) prevents the upper pressure member (62) from rotating freely and acts as a washer plate that transmits the tightening force of the nut body (631) to the sole plate (5) by the pressure.

[0114] Meanwhile, in a state where the upper pressure member (62) is pre-assembled to the sole plate (5) so that the first guide tube (622) is inserted into the fastening hole (51) of the sole plate (5), the fixing nut (63) must be able to be connected to the upper pressure member (62) from the bottom of the sole plate (5).

[0115] However, since the upper pressure member (62) is not fixed to the sole plate (5) until the fixing nut (63) is fastened, and the fastening operation of the fixing nut (63) is performed only in one direction from the lower part of the sole plate (5), it may be difficult to fasten the second guide tube (632) to the first guide tube (622) if the upper pressure member (62) comes out to the upper part of the sole plate (5) when the fixing nut (63) is fastened.

[0116] At this time, when the support plate (65) is coupled to the first guide tube (622), the upper pressure member (62) can be prevented from moving upward, so the second guide tube (632) of the fixing nut (63) can be easily coupled to the first guide tube (622).

[0117] The support plate (65) can be used in conjunction with the stopper (52) or alone.

[0119] FIG. 13 is a bottom perspective view illustrating a bridge bearing panel which is a PC member, and FIG. 14 is a bottom perspective view illustrating a bridge bearing system of the present invention.

[0120] As illustrated in FIGS. 13 and 14, the bridge support panel (3) is formed of precast concrete, and the bridge support panel (3) may be provided with a plurality of multi-purpose anchors (7) that penetrate vertically through the bridge support panel (3) and protrude downward, with an injection hole (70) formed inside that penetrates vertically.

[0121] In order to ensure durability and structural stability by minimizing on-site processes and shortening the construction period, the above-mentioned bridge bearing panel (3) can be composed of a PC member formed of precast concrete.

[0122] In this case, the bridge bearing panel (3) is formed in a flat rectangular shape, the upper surface is formed as a flat surface so that the bridge bearing device (4) can be placed on it, and the lower surface can be formed convex downward so that shear strength can be secured at the joint with the support concrete (11). At this time, the lower surface of the bridge bearing panel (3) can be formed as an inclined surface or a curved surface (Fig. 13).

[0123] The upper surface of the above-mentioned support concrete (11) can be crushed into a concave shape according to the lower shape of the bridge support panel (3).

[0124] At this time, the upper crushed surface of the support concrete (11) is uneven, so a void may occur between the support concrete (11) and the bridge support panel (3).

[0125] Therefore, the injection material (10) can be filled into these voids.

[0126] The above injection material (10) may be epoxy, non-shrink mortar, etc.

[0127] In order to integrate the above-mentioned bridge support panel (3) with the support concrete (11), the above-mentioned bridge support panel (3) may be provided with a plurality of multi-purpose anchors (7).

[0128] The above multi-purpose anchor (7) can be provided in a vertical direction by penetrating the bridge bearing panel (3), and its lower end can be supported on the upper surface of the bearing concrete (11) by protruding to the lower part of the bridge bearing panel (3). The protruding lower end of the above multi-purpose anchor (7) can be fixed inside the injection material (10).

[0129] The above multi-purpose anchor (7) not only fixes the bridge bearing panel (3) to the support concrete (11) to integrate it, but can also serve as an injection port for injecting the injection material (10) into the gap between the bridge bearing panel (3) and the support concrete (11).

[0130] To this end, an injection hole (70) that penetrates vertically can be formed inside the multi-purpose anchor (7).

[0131] By supplying the injection material (10) through the injection hole (70) of the multi-purpose anchor (7) at the upper part of the bridge support panel (3), the injection material (10) can be filled into the void at the lower part of the bridge support panel (3).

[0132] Accordingly, the injection material (10) can be evenly filled across the entire lower surface area of the bridge support panel (3). In addition, since the injection material (10) is injected through a pipe-shaped multi-purpose anchor (7), pressurized injection is possible, allowing for tight filling even in small voids.

[0133] Therefore, the installation work of the bridge bearing panel (3) installed on the upper part of the above-mentioned support concrete (11) can be simplified and the construction period shortened, and the constructability of the joining process of the bridge bearing panel (3) can be ensured.

[0135] FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating a bridge bearing system equipped with a multi-purpose anchor, FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating an enlarged view of the multi-purpose anchor in FIG. 15, and FIG. 17 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating a bridge bearing system equipped with a multi-purpose anchor whose upper end is connected to an injection head. FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating the connection relationship between the injection head and the multi-purpose anchor, and FIG. 19 is a cross-sectional perspective view illustrating the connection state between the injection head and the multi-purpose anchor.

[0136] As illustrated in FIGS. 15 to 19, a guide hole (30) is formed through the bridge support panel (3) in a vertical direction, and a tube-shaped injection head (71) with female screw threads formed on its inner surface is rotatably provided on the upper side of the guide hole (30), and the multi-purpose anchor (7) can be configured so that its upper end is screw-coupled to the lower end of the injection head (71) and moves up and down according to the rotation of the injection head (71).

[0137] To adjust the horizontal level of the above-mentioned bridge support panel (3), the multi-purpose anchor (7) can be height-adjustably coupled inside the bridge support panel (3).

[0138] The multi-purpose anchor (7) can be provided at each of the four corners of the bridge support panel (3) so that the level of the multi-purpose anchor (7) can be adjusted to level the bridge support panel (3).

[0139] A guide nut (31) may be provided inside the bridge support panel (3) to adjust the height of the multi-purpose anchor (7). Additionally, the multi-purpose anchor (7) may have screw threads formed on its outer surface and be screw-coupled to the guide nut (31).

[0140] When the above multi-purpose anchor (7) is rotated in the forward or reverse direction, the multi-purpose anchor (7) lowers or rises, thereby allowing the height of the bridge support panel (3) to be adjusted.

[0141] A tool insertion groove (701) may be formed at the top of the multi-purpose anchor (7) so that a tool (not shown) for rotating the multi-purpose anchor (7) can be inserted and connected (Fig. 16).

[0142] Meanwhile, when the multi-purpose anchor (7) is connected to the bridge support panel (3) in a height-adjustable manner by the guide nut (31), the upper height of the multi-purpose anchor (7) may vary depending on the height of the gap at the bottom of the bridge support panel (3).

[0143] If the above multi-purpose anchor (7) protrudes above the bridge bearing panel (3), it not only impairs the aesthetics but may also cause interference during the installation or maintenance of the bridge bearing device (4). Additionally, if the above multi-purpose anchor (7) is formed short so as not to protrude above the bridge bearing panel (3), it is difficult to attach the nipple (72) for injecting the injection material (10) to the top of the multi-purpose anchor (7).

[0144] Therefore, a separate injection head (71) may be provided on the upper end of the multi-purpose anchor (7) so that the nipple (72) can be easily connected to the upper end of the multi-purpose anchor (7) while preventing the multi-purpose anchor (7) from protruding above the bridge support panel (3).

[0145] The injection head (71) may be rotatably provided on the upper inner side of the guide hole (30). The injection head (71) may be provided so as to be freely rotatable only and not to move up and down.

[0146] The injection head (71) may be configured in the form of a tube with an injection hole (710) formed vertically inside.

[0147] Female screw threads may be formed on the inner surface of the injection head (71), and screw threads may be formed on the outer surface of the multi-purpose anchor (7). Accordingly, the upper end of the multi-purpose anchor (7) may be inserted into the lower end of the injection head (71) and screw-coupled.

[0148] Therefore, if the injection head (71) is rotated in the forward or reverse direction, the multi-purpose anchor (7) can be raised or lowered so that the height can be adjusted.

[0149] A tool insertion groove (711) for inserting and connecting a rotary tool (not shown) may be formed at the top of the injection head (71).

[0150] After adjusting the height of the multi-purpose anchor (7) by rotating the injection head (71), a nipple (72) can be connected to the top of the injection head (71) to supply the injection material (10) into the interior of the multi-purpose anchor (7).

[0152] As illustrated in FIGS. 17 to 19, a flange (712) is formed protruding from the outer surface of the injection head (71), and a guide tube (32) is provided inside the guide hole (30), having a stepped portion (321) formed on the upper inner side where the flange (712) of the injection head (71) is seated, and a cap tube (33) that restricts the upward movement of the injection head (71) can be coupled to the upper end of the guide tube (32).

[0153] In order to allow the injection head (71) to rotate only without rising or falling inside the guide hole (30), a guide tube (32) and a cap tube (33) may be provided inside the guide hole (30).

[0154] The lower part of the injection head (71) and the multi-purpose anchor (7) are accommodated inside the guide tube (32).

[0155] A stepped portion (321) is formed on the upper inner side of the guide tube (32) so that a flange (712) protruding from the outer surface of the injection head (71) can be accommodated.

[0156] A female screw thread is formed on the inner surface of the upper portion of the above-mentioned stepped portion (321) so that it can be screw-coupled to the lower portion of the cap tube (33).

[0157] The lower end of the cap tube (33) is spaced apart from the upper surface of the stepped portion (321) at a certain distance, so that the flange (712) can be accommodated within the spaced-apart space.

[0158] Accordingly, the injection head (71) can rotate in place without rising or falling.

[0159] In order to prevent the lower end of the cap tube (33) from pressing against the flange (712) and thereby restricting the rotation of the injection head (71), a catch portion (331) that engages with the upper end of the guide tube (32) may be formed protrudingly on the lower outer side of the cap tube (33).

[0160] When the lower inner diameter of the guide tube (32) is larger than the outer diameter of the multi-purpose anchor (7), a bushing (34) that supports the outer surface of the multi-purpose anchor (7) may be provided inside the lower part of the guide tube (32) so that the multi-purpose anchor (7) can move up and down without eccentricity (Fig. 19).

[0162] FIG. 20 is a perspective view illustrating an embodiment of a multi-purpose anchor.

[0163] As illustrated in FIG. 15, FIG. 20, etc., an outlet (702) communicating with the injection hole (70) may be formed by cutting into the bottom of the multi-purpose anchor (7).

[0164] When the lower end of the above multi-purpose anchor (7) is in complete contact with the upper surface of the support concrete (11), the injection hole (70) is closed, and the injection material (10) may not be properly injected into the void.

[0165] Therefore, the lower end of the above multi-purpose anchor (7) can be cut in a vertical direction to form an outlet (702) that communicates with the injection hole (70).

[0166] Accordingly, since the injection material (10) can be injected through the lower and side discharge ports (702) of the injection hole (70) of the multi-purpose anchor (7), the injection material (10) can be injected smoothly even if part or all of the injection hole (70) is closed.

[0167] The above discharge port (702) can be formed in multiple numbers on the outer surface of the multi-purpose anchor (7).

[0168] As shown in FIG. 20, a support ring (73) may be provided on the lower outer surface of the multi-purpose anchor (7).

[0169] When an outlet (702) is cut and formed at the bottom of the multi-purpose anchor (7), the cut portion may catch on the upper surface of the support concrete (11) when the multi-purpose anchor (7) rotates, thereby restricting rotation.

[0170] Therefore, a support ring (73) may be provided on the lower outer surface of the multi-purpose anchor (7) so that a part of the support concrete (11) does not get caught when the multi-purpose anchor (7) rotates.

[0171] The support ring (73) serves to connect the cut portion at the bottom of the multi-purpose anchor (7) to create a continuous structure. Additionally, the support ring (73) ensures that the multi-purpose anchor (7) is stably supported.

[0172] The above-mentioned discharge port (702) can be formed to extend to a portion of the inner side of the support ring (73) to facilitate the injection of the injection material (10).

[0174] FIGS. 21 to 26 are drawings illustrating the step-by-step process of the method for replacing a bridge bearing device according to the present invention.

[0175] The method for replacing a bridge bearing device according to the present invention is to replace an existing bridge bearing device (4') installed on a bridge with the bridge bearing system of the present invention described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 20.

[0176] In the method for replacing a bridge bearing device according to the present invention, first, (a) a lifting means (8) is installed between the bridge substructure (1) and the bridge superstructure (2) to lift the bridge superstructure (2), and then the existing bridge bearing device (4') is removed (Fig. 21).

[0177] In step (a) above, a lifting means (8) is installed to temporarily support the load of the bridge superstructure (2) by lifting the bridge superstructure (2) to secure the lower space during the process of replacing the existing bridge bearing device (4').

[0178] The above lifting means (8) is installed between the bridge superstructure (2) and the bridge substructure (1) around the existing bridge bearing device (4').

[0179] The above lifting means (8) may be a hydraulic jack that can be extended by hydraulic pressure, etc.

[0180] After raising the bridge superstructure (2) to a certain height by the above-mentioned lifting means (8), the existing bridge bearing device (4') is removed.

[0181] When support concrete (11) is constructed on the upper part of the above bridge substructure (1), the upper surface of the support concrete (11) is crushed using equipment such as a breaker.

[0182] If there is no supporting concrete (11) on the upper part of the above bridge substructure (1), the upper surface of the bridge substructure (1) is crushed.

[0183] In addition, the existing sole plates and anchors can be removed from the bridge superstructure (2), and the lower surface of the bridge superstructure (2) can be chipped.

[0184] Then (b) the lower part of the bridge superstructure (2) is drilled to form an anchor hole (21), and the upper part of the anchor (61) is inserted into the anchor hole (21) and fixed (Fig. 22).

[0185] After chipping the lower surface of the bridge superstructure (2), a plurality of anchor holes (21) can be formed by drilling a location where an anchor (61) is to be installed.

[0186] After forming the anchor hole (21), the upper end of the anchor (61) is inserted into the anchor hole (21) and secured.

[0187] If the above anchor (61) is a chemical anchor, adhesive can be injected into the anchor hole (21), and the anchor (61) can be inserted into the anchor hole (21) by rotating it or driving it.

[0188] Next, (c) with the upper pressure member (62) installed at the location of the fastening hole (51) of the sole plate (5), the sole plate (5) is installed on the lower part of the bridge superstructure (2) so that the anchor (61) penetrates the upper pressure member (62) and the fastening hole (51) and protrudes to the lower part of the sole plate (5) (Fig. 23).

[0189] After the adhesive inside the anchor hole (21) has cured, the sole plate (5) can be installed and connected to the anchor (61).

[0190] At this time, the sole plate (5) is installed on the lower part of the bridge superstructure (2) together with the upper pressure member (62) while the upper pressure member (62) is mounted at the location of the fastening hole (51) of the sole plate (5). Accordingly, the anchor (61) can penetrate the upper pressure member (62) and the sole plate (5) and protrude a certain length to the lower part of the sole plate (5).

[0191] (d) Then, a fixing nut (63) is fastened to the bottom of the anchor (61) to fix the sole plate (5) to the anchor (61) (Fig. 24).

[0192] In step (d) above, a fixing nut (63) is fastened to the bottom of the anchor (61) that protrudes downward through the upper pressure member (62) and the sole plate (5).

[0193] When the upper pressure member (62) and the fixing nut (63) are combined with the first guide tube (622) and the second guide tube (632), the upper pressure member (62) can be lowered by tightening the fixing nut (63) to press the sole plate (5) on the upper and lower surfaces of the sole plate (5).

[0194] And (e) a bridge bearing panel (3) and a bridge bearing device (4) are installed on the upper part of the bridge substructure (1) (Fig. 25).

[0195] The above bridge bearing panel (3) is installed on the bridge substructure (1) or the bearing concrete (11).

[0196] When a multi-purpose anchor (7) is provided on the above-mentioned bridge support panel (3), the height of the multi-purpose anchor (7) can be adjusted so that the bridge support panel (3) becomes horizontal.

[0197] And the bridge support panel (3) can be fixed by injecting an injection material (10) into the lower part of the bridge support panel (3) through the above multi-purpose anchor (7).

[0198] The lower void of the bridge bearing panel (3) can be filled by injecting an injection material (10), such as epoxy or non-shrink mortar, through the injection hole (70) of the above multi-purpose anchor (7).

[0199] Afterwards, a bridge support device (4) is installed on the upper part of the bridge support panel (3).

[0200] The new bridge bearing device (4) is installed between the bridge bearing support panel (3) and the bridge superstructure (2).

[0201] Finally, (f) the support of the lifting means (8) is released so that the sole plate (5) at the bottom of the bridge superstructure (2) is placed on the bridge bearing device (4), and the sole plate (5) is fixed to the bridge bearing device (4) (Fig. 26).

[0202] After installing the above-mentioned bridge support device (4), the support of the lifting means (8) is released and retrieved.

[0203] Accordingly, the sole plate (5) at the bottom of the bridge superstructure (2) is placed on the bridge bearing device (4).

[0204] The above sole plate (5) and the bridge bearing device (4) can be joined by welding or bolt joining. Explanation of the symbols
