Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a rotary drum type agricultural product drying device using far-infrared rays, which can dry a large volume of materials more quickly and efficiently, and can also be used for drying grains after germination or drying sprouts after cultivation. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, the agricultural product drying device is configured such that, as described in Registered Patent No. 10-2480681 'Multipurpose dryer capable of far-infrared irradiation and waveform blowing of hot air' and Registered Patent No. 10-2739255 'Large dryer for agricultural and marine products' provided by the applicant of the present invention, a far-infrared heater and a blower duct are installed on the side of a drying room having an entrance door, and a moisture removal chamber is installed on the upper part of the drying room. This is configured so that when trays containing agricultural and marine products to be dried are stacked in multiple layers on a trolley and the trolley is used to move them into the drying room, drying is achieved through the operation of the far-infrared heater, the blower duct, and the moisture removal chamber.

[0003] Therefore, a rotary drum-type agricultural product dryer utilizing far-infrared rays constructed with this structure requires multiple trays and trolleys to supply the products to be dried into the drying chamber, which increases the burden of manufacturing costs. Furthermore, during the drying process, products must be individually placed onto trays, stacked in multiple layers on trolleys, and then introduced into the drying chamber; after drying, a significant amount of time and manpower is consumed to retrieve the dried products from the stacked trays, resulting in a significant decrease in productivity. Moreover, even if far-infrared heaters are used for drying, drying cannot be achieved evenly and quickly because the products are placed on trays and stacked in multiple layers on trolleys, leading to a decrease in the market value of the dried products. Additionally, it is completely unsuitable for tasks such as drying grains like brown rice, barley, and wheat after germination, or drying sprouts of broccoli, buckwheat, and ginseng after cultivation. It has many problems, such as its usability being reduced because it cannot be utilized. Prior art literature

[0004] Registered Patent No. 10-2480681 'Multipurpose dryer capable of far-infrared irradiation and waveform hot air blowing' Registered Patent No. 10-2739255 'Large-scale dryer for agricultural and marine products' The problem to be solved

[0006] The rotary drum type agricultural product drying device using far-infrared rays according to the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose comprises a mesh-type drying drum installed to rotate by a reduction motor on a support frame within a drying body, with the drying chambers of the drum divided into multiple sections, thereby enabling the supply of materials to be dried through hoppers in each drying chamber and the discharge of dried materials in a tilted state of the mesh-type drying drum caused by the operation of a vertical cylinder; wherein, when drying general materials to be commercialized, in addition to the air supply from a first air nozzle connected through an air circulation duct and a first blower in each drying chamber, far-infrared radiation from a first far-infrared heater, diffusion of the materials to be dried by a diffusion unit, far-infrared radiation from second and third far-infrared heaters located on the outer side of the mesh-type drying drum, and air supply from a second air nozzle located between the mesh-type drying drum and the second and third far-infrared heaters connected through an air circulation duct and a second blower, the first and second blowers The drying is performed by removing moisture through a moisture absorption filter, a water collection unit located below a mesh drying drum, and a cooling means of an air circulation duct. When drying to commercialize after grain germination or after sprout cultivation, the grain germination or sprout cultivation is performed by supplying oxygen through a first air nozzle connected via an oxygen tank and oxygen supply pipe in each drying room, and supplying moisture through a water spray nozzle connected via a water supply pump and water supply pipe, and then drying is performed by the same operation as when drying a general object to be dried. Effects of the invention

[0007] The present invention supplies materials to be dried to each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128) or discharges dried materials from the drying chamber (108), and thus does not require trays or trolleys, thereby reducing the burden of manufacturing costs. When drying materials, drying is performed by supplying materials to each drying chamber (108) using a hopper (134) while the mesh drying drum (128) is in a tilted state, and after drying, materials can be discharged while the mesh drying drum (128) is in a tilted state. Therefore, significant productivity improvement can be expected by saving time and manpower for supplying and discharging materials. When drying materials, the materials are rotated by the mesh drying drum (128) in each drying chamber (108) and diffused by the diffusion unit (130), and the first far-infrared heater (126) and mesh inside the drying chamber (108) Since drying is performed by far-infrared rays emitted from the second far-infrared heater (136)(138) before and after the drying drum (128) and the third far-infrared heater (140) at the bottom of the mesh drying drum (128), drying can be performed more quickly and efficiently, thereby increasing the commercial value of the dried product. It can also be used to dry and commercialize grains after germination or to dry and commercialize sprouts after cultivation, thereby increasing its utility value and providing many benefits. [0021] In addition, the air circulation duct (152), which is installed horizontally on the upper inner side of the drying body (100) and connected to the first and second blowers (110) (144), is configured such that a water collection plate (224) (226) is formed at the lower front and rear of the inlet body (222) which is long in the front and rear, so that a water collection chamber (228) (230) is formed at the lower inner side thereof, and a drain is formed on the side of the water collection chamber (228) (230). Furthermore, a cooling means (232) is provided on the upper side of the water collection plate (224) (226) with an air circulation path in between, so that a cooling device is connected to the cooling device or a refrigerant is injected therein, thereby allowing moisture to be absorbed from the air circulating along the air circulation duct (152).

[0022] In addition, the present invention may install a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor connected to the first and second blowers (110) (144) and the air circulation duct (152) through a controller at an appropriate location or near the air circulation duct (152) inside the drying body (100), so that the internal temperature and humidity for drying the object to be dried may be controlled by the controller. However, since this technology is general, further detailed explanation will be omitted.

[0023] Below, we will examine cases where various agricultural and marine products are dried and commercialized using the present invention, cases where grains are dried and commercialized after germination, and cases where sprouts are dried and commercialized after cultivation.

[0024] When drying various agricultural and marine products such as chili peppers, mushrooms, dried radishes, or medicinal herbs using the present invention, the discharge port (176) of each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128) is blocked and the supply port (174) is opened. Then, while the mesh drying drum (128) is tilted by the operation of the vertical cylinder (156), the supply port (174) of one drying chamber (108) is positioned to face the chute (196) of the hopper (134) to supply the material to be dried to the hopper body (194). The material to be dried within the hopper body (194) flows into the drying chamber (108) along the chute (196). When the supply of the material to be dried to one drying chamber (108) is completed, the supply port (174) of the corresponding drying chamber (108) is blocked by an opening / closing plate, and the mesh drying drum (128) By repeating the process of rotating so that the supply port (174) of the next drying chamber (108) faces the chute (196) of the hopper (134) to supply the material to be dried, the material to be dried is supplied to each drying chamber (108).

[0025] In addition, after the supply of the material to be dried to each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128) is completed, the reduction motor (104) is operated in the horizontal state of the mesh drying drum (128) by the operation of the vertical cylinder (156) to rotate the mesh drying drum (128), and the first, second, and third far-infrared heaters (126) (136) (138) (140) are operated to radiate far-infrared rays to the material to be dried from the inside and outside of each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128), and the first and second blowers (110) (144) are operated to supply air to the space given between each drying chamber (108) and the mesh drying drum (128) and the second and third far-infrared heaters (136) (138) (140) so that air circulation is achieved. When moisture is absorbed from the air, the object to be dried is dried.

[0026] However, when drying such materials to be dried, depending on the type, characteristics, and moisture content of the materials to be dried, drying can be performed under optimal conditions for each type of material by controlling the rotational speed of the mesh drying drum (128) by the reduction motor (104), adjusting the distance between the mesh drying drum (128) and the second far-infrared heater (136) (138) by the operation of the reduction motor (198) (200), controlling the heating temperature by selective operation of the first, second, and third far-infrared heaters (126) (136) (138) (140), and controlling the internal humidity by the operation of the first and second blowers (110) (144).

[0027] In addition, when drying of the object to be dried in each drying room (108) is achieved by the rotation of the mesh drying drum (128), the moisture generated during the drying process of the object to be dried and falling below the mesh drying drum (128) is collected in the collection tank (216) of the water collection unit (142) and discharged to the outside along the drain pipe (218), and the moisture contained in the air is absorbed by the moisture absorption filter (178) (220) located near the first and second blowers (110) (144) during the circulation of air by the first and second blowers (110) (144) and the air circulation duct (152), or is collected in the collection room (228) (230) of the air circulation duct (152) and discharged to the outside, so drying can be performed quickly and efficiently regardless of the moisture content of the object to be dried.

[0028] In particular, the mesh drying drum (128) is formed such that the drying chamber (108) is divided into multiple sections by a partition (106), and in each drying chamber (108), drying is performed by spreading through the diffusion roller (192) of the diffusion unit (130) which rotates independently within each drying chamber (108) when the mesh drying drum (128) rotates, thereby allowing a large amount of material to be dried to be dried more efficiently and cleanly.

[0029] Then, after drying the material to be dried, the discharge port (176) of each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128) is opened, and the dried material inside the drying chamber (108) is discharged while the mesh drying drum (128) is tilted by the vertical cylinder (156).

[0030] When intending to germinate and dry grains such as brown rice, barley, and wheat using the present invention, as previously described, grains are supplied to each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128), and then the mesh drying drum (128) is rotated at the grain germination speed for a given time using the reduction motor (104). Then, the solenoid valve (180) of the oxygen tank (114) is operated to supply oxygen through the first air nozzle (118) for each drying chamber (108), and the water supply pump (120) is operated to supply water through the water spray nozzle (124) for each drying chamber (108). Additionally, the first, second, and third far-infrared heaters (126)(136)(138)(140) are selectively operated according to the temperature conditions for grain germination, thereby causing the grains to germinate. After the grains germinate When oxygen supply by the solenoid valve (180) and moisture supply by the water pump (120) are stopped and the mesh drying drum (128) is rotated at a drying speed, the first, second, and third far-infrared heaters (126)(136)(138)(140) and the first and second blowers (110)(144) are operated according to the drying conditions of the germinated grain, the germinated grain is dried. After drying the germinated grain, the discharge port (176) of each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128) is opened, and the dried germinated grain inside the drying chamber (108) is discharged while the mesh drying drum (128) is tilted by the operation of the vertical cylinder (156).

[0031] Even when intending to cultivate and dry broccoli, buckwheat, ginseng, etc. as sprouts using the present invention, as described above, after supplying seeds for sprout cultivation into each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128), the mesh drying drum (128) is rotated at the sprout cultivation speed for a given time using the reduction motor (104), and then the solenoid valve (180) of the oxygen tank (114) is operated so that oxygen is supplied by the first air nozzle (118) for each drying chamber (108), and the water supply pump (120) is operated so that moisture is supplied by the water spray nozzle (124) for each drying chamber (108), and additionally, the first, second, and third far-infrared heaters (126)(136)(138)(140) are selectively operated according to the temperature conditions for grain germination, so that sprout cultivation is carried out. After cultivating the sprouts, the oxygen supply by the solenoid valve (180) and the water supply by the water pump (120) are stopped, and the mesh drying drum (128) is rotated at a drying speed. Then, the first, second, and third far-infrared heaters (126) (136) (138) (140) and the first and second blowers (110) (144) are operated according to the drying conditions of the cultivated sprouts, and after drying the cultivated sprouts, the discharge port (176) of each drying chamber (108) of the mesh drying drum (128) is opened, and the dried sprouts inside the drying chamber (108) are discharged while the mesh drying drum (128) is tilted by the operation of the vertical cylinder (156).

[0032] Therefore, the present invention allows for the supply of materials to be dried to enable drying, and for the discharge of dried materials, without requiring other means of transport or loading, and enables the drying of large quantities of materials more quickly and efficiently.
