Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a mobility device for extinguishing electric vehicle fires, and more specifically, to a device capable of quickly and accurately approaching an electric vehicle where a fire has occurred and spraying water while the vehicle is sealed to reliably extinguish the fire. Background Technology

[0003] As electric vehicles become rapidly more widespread, there is a growing trend of fires occurring during charging or under other circumstances.

[0004] Fires are primarily occurring when the battery installed in the electric vehicle malfunctions or when the charger malfunctions. Alternatively, they can also occur due to malfunction between the battery and the charger.

[0005] When a fire occurs in an electric vehicle, it is difficult to extinguish easily. Although extinguishing the fire by submerging it in water can help put it out faster, in reality, it cannot be submerged in water when a fire occurs, so the electric vehicle is prone to being completely burned, and furthermore, the fire may spread to surrounding vehicles.

[0006] As a means to suppress such electric vehicle fires, a device has been developed that extinguishes the fire by simply covering it with a suffocating fire extinguishing cloth to block air, but it is insufficient to completely suppress the fire. The problem to be solved

[0008] The present invention provides a mobility device for extinguishing electric vehicle fires that can reliably extinguish the fire in an electric vehicle by rapidly and accurately approaching the vehicle when a fire occurs, cutting off the air, and simultaneously supplying water to the electric vehicle to submerge it. means of solving the problem

[0010] The present invention may provide a mobility comprising: a body portion having a space for filling water inside; a wheel for driving at the lower part of the body portion; and a cover member that opens and closes at the upper part of the body portion, wherein the body portion includes a first body portion and a second body portion provided on both sides while communicating with the first body portion, and an entry space in which a vehicle can enter is formed by the first body portion and the second body portion, and a sealing member that is vertically movable and made to be in close contact with a floor surface is provided in the first body portion and the second body portion. Effects of the invention

[0012] In this way, the present invention allows the fire to be extinguished and the fire to be put out surely and quickly by covering the electric vehicle that has caught fire with a cover member to block air at the fire site without lifting it and moving it to a place with a water tank, lowering the sealing member to make it close to the floor surface to seal the entry space, and secondarily supplying water from inside the body into the entry space through a water spray nozzle to fill it like a water tank and submerging the electric vehicle that has caught fire in water.

[0013] In other words, since the present invention can immediately implement the effect of blocking the air of an electric vehicle on fire and immersing it in a water tank on-site, the fire can be extinguished quickly and reliably, thereby minimizing the spread of fire to other surrounding vehicles. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0016] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a mobility in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 1.

[0017] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a mobility (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a body part (100) and a wheel (200) for driving on the lower part of the body part (100).

[0018] The body portion (100) may be provided at a predetermined height and may include a first body portion (110) and a second body portion (120) formed on both sides of the first body portion (110) to form sides. That is, the second body portion (120) may be provided on both sides in a direction orthogonal to the first body portion (110).

[0019] In the mobility (10) of the present invention, the body part (100) and the wheel (200) may be made of a flame-retardant or non-combustible material that can sufficiently withstand flames.

[0020] The body part (100) may have a structure in which three sides are closed by the first body part (110) and the second body part (120), and the upper and lower parts, and the front end in the direction of travel of the mobility (10), may be open. An entry space part (130) that can enter the electric vehicle (20), which is the object for extinguishing a fire, may be formed by the first body part (110) and the second body part (120).

[0021] Additionally, the body part (100) may be a hollow type structure in which a space is formed inside, and water, which is fire extinguishing water used for fire suppression, may be filled into this space.

[0022] In addition, the first body part (110) and the second body part (120) can be formed to be connected to each other, and thus the body part (100) can have a structure like a water tank.

[0023] A supply port (111) for filling with water may be formed on the upper surface of the first body part (110). When supplying water, a hose or the like may be connected to the supply port (111), and water may be supplied to fill the first body part (110) and the second body part (120). When water is filled, a stopper may be attached to the supply port (111) to seal it and prevent water from leaking out.

[0024] When water is filled into the body (100) through the supply port (111) and the water inside the body (100) is discharged into the entry space (130) to extinguish the fire in the electric vehicle (20) that has caught fire, if more water is needed depending on the electric vehicle (20), water can be pumped from the replenishment tank (400) or the plug of the supply port (111) can be opened and a hose connected to the water supply can be connected to supply water.

[0025] The upper part of the body portion (100) may include a cover member (300) that is openable and closable.

[0026] The cover member (300) may be made of a flexible material having some degree of strength, and may be made of a flame-retardant or non-combustible material capable of withstanding flames.

[0027] In one embodiment, the upper part (121) of the second body part (120) may not be formed as a straight surface, but may be formed to slope downward toward the front of the mobility (10), and at the position where the upper part (121) ends, the front part (122) may be formed as a vertical surface.

[0028] A guide (123) may be formed on the upper part (121) and the front part (122) of the second body part (120) so that the cover member (300) can be unfolded to cover and seal the open upper part.

[0029] Referring to FIG. 6, the guide (123) can be formed on the inside of the upper part (121) and the front part (122) without being exposed to the outside of the second body part (120). Of course, it can be seen when viewed from the side, but it can be sealed as the cover member (300) unfolds and fills it.

[0030] Accordingly, when the cover member (300) is unfolded, it can be guided along the guide path (123) and unfold smoothly along the shape of the upper part (121) which is formed with a downward slope, and can be unfolded to the guide path (123) formed on the front part (122) and come into close contact with the floor.

[0031] When the cover member (300) is unfolded, the open upper and front of the body part (100) can be closed.

[0032] The cover member (300) can close the upper and front of the body part (100) during fire suppression and maintain a folded state during normal times.

[0033] Various driving means can be provided to unfold and fold the cover member (300).

[0034] For example, the driving means may include a rotating shaft (310) rotatably coupled over the length of an opening formed so that a cover member (300) can be withdrawn or inserted at the upper part of the body part (100), that is, at the front of the first body part (110), and a rotating motor (320) connected to one end of the rotating shaft (310) to rotate the rotating shaft (310) in forward and reverse directions.

[0035] The rotation shaft (310) may be provided inside the first body part (110) and does not protrude from the opening formed at the front of the first body part (110). When the cover member (300) is wound around the rotation shaft (310), the opening may be closed, and in this state, the cover member (300) may be withdrawn or inserted from the opening under pressure.

[0036] A cover member (300) is wound around the rotating shaft (310), and as the rotating shaft (310) rotates according to the driving of the rotating motor (320), it can be unfolded to cover the open upper part of the body part (100).

[0037] The cover member (300) is flexible and elastic, so that when wound around the rotation axis (310), it can have a tension force that causes it to unravel. When the cover member (300) is pulled out, it is guided along the guide path (123) and unfolded. At this time, it is unfolded while being pressed by a predetermined tension force within the guide path (123), thereby enabling a sealed state.

[0038] Additionally, as another example of a driving means for pulling out or inserting a cover member (300), referring to FIG. 8, it may include a winding roll (330) that causes the cover member (300) to be wound or unwound inside the first body part (110), and a roll driving motor (340) that rotates the winding roll (330) in forward and reverse directions.

[0039] Accordingly, one side of the cover member (300) can be wound onto a winding roll (330) provided inside the body part (100), and then, by the operation of the roll drive motor (340), the winding roll (330) can be rotated and pulled out through the opening via the rotation axis (310) of the first body part (110), or conversely, folded while being wound onto the winding roll (330).

[0040] The roll drive motor (340) may be provided, for example, on the outer surface of the body part (100), specifically on one side of the outer surface of the first body part (110), and the drive shaft may be inserted into the inside of the first body part (110) to connect with the winding roll (330) and transmit power. Alternatively, an underwater motor may be used to provide and operate it inside the body part (100).

[0041] When the winding roll (330) rotates according to the operation of the roll drive motor (340), the cover member (300) wound on the winding roll (330) can be pulled out through the opening via the rotation shaft (310) provided on the upper part of the winding roll (330), and conversely, if the upper part of the second body part (120) is to be opened by re-inserting the unfolded cover member (300), the roll drive motor (340) can be driven in the reverse direction so that the winding roll (33) rotates in the reverse direction and pulls the pulled-out cover member (300) to be inserted.

[0042] When using the winding roll (330), the rotating motor (320) that rotates the rotation axis (310) is not provided, and the driving force can be provided by the roll driving motor (340).

[0043] At this time, when the cover member (300) is withdrawn or inserted, the rotation axis (310) rotates on its own, allowing the withdrawal or insertion operation to be performed smoothly.

[0044] Four wheels (200) may be provided, and each wheel (200) may include an in-wheel motor.

[0045] The wheels (200) can be configured to allow for free turning, and accordingly, the mobility (10) can freely move forward, backward, and change direction (360-degree angle change possible), and in the event of a fire in a parked electric vehicle, it can approach by freely changing direction according to the location of the electric vehicle.

[0046] Additionally, referring to FIG. 11, the mobility (10) of the present invention may be equipped with a battery (220) capable of supplying power to enable the wheel (200) to rotate.

[0047] Additionally, a lifting sealing member (140) (142) may be provided on the inner surface of the first body part (110) and the second body part (120). When a fire is suppressed in the electric vehicle, the sealing member (140) (142) may descend from the inner surface of the first body part (110) and the second body part (120) and come into close contact with the floor surface. Accordingly, the sealing member (140) (142) may be made of a flame-retardant or non-combustible material and may have elasticity to come into close contact with the floor surface after descending.

[0048] Alternatively, the sealing member (140)(142) may be provided to include an expandable member on the inside and be covered on the outside with a flame-resistant metal plate. In this case, the lower end of the expandable member may be left open without being covered by the metal plate so as to be in close contact with the floor surface.

[0049] The sealing member (140)(142) may have a predetermined length along the width direction of the first body part (110) and the length direction of the second body part (120) (length in the driving direction of the mobility), and may be formed to be equal to the first length, which is the width direction length of the first body part (110), and the second length, which is the length direction length of the second body part (120), respectively.

[0050] The sealing member (140)(142) may be provided with at least one lifting means (160) capable of lifting the sealing member (140)(142). The lifting means may include, for example, a linear motor capable of linear reciprocating movement and a moving member that reciprocates on a linear screw, and the sealing member (140) may be coupled to the moving member to be lifted.

[0051] Although the sealing member (140) according to one embodiment of the present invention appears to be spaced apart from the inner surfaces of the first body part (110) and the second body part (120), in reality, it may be in a state of close contact. Meanwhile, the lifting means (160) illustrated in FIGS. 3 and FIGS. 8 is illustrated briefly for convenience of explanation. An example of the specific structure of the lifting means (160) is described as follows with reference to FIG. 4.

[0052] Referring to FIG. 4, for example, the lifting means (160) may include a sealing case (161) provided inside the first body part (110) and the second body part (120), a linear motor (162) provided inside the sealing case (161), a linear screw (163) connected to the linear motor (162) and rotating in forward and reverse directions, and a moving member (164) that reciprocates on the linear screw (163). In this case, the moving member (164) may be coupled with the sealing member (140)(142) and move together.

[0053] Additionally, a moving hole (110a) (120a) in which a moving member (164) can reciprocate may be formed on the inner surface of the first body part (110) and the second body part (120), respectively.

[0054] Accordingly, the linear motor (162) can be controlled by the control unit (500), and when the linear motor (162) is operated, the linear screw (163) rotates in place, and at this time, the moving member (164) can move linearly on the linear screw (163). As the moving member (164) moves, the sealing member (140)(142) can descend and come into close contact with the bottom surface.

[0055] Conversely, if the sealing member (140)(142) is to be raised, the linear motor (162) is driven in the reverse direction and the linear screw (163) rotates in the reverse direction, causing the lowered moving member (164) to rise and the sealing member (140)(42) to rise simultaneously and be separated from the floor surface. At this time, the electric vehicle (20) may be in a state where it can be driven to extinguish the fire and return.

[0056] The moving holes (110a) (120a) formed on the inner surfaces of the first body part (110) and the second body part (120), respectively, can always remain closed when the sealing member (140) (142) is in a raised or lowered state, so that water inside the body part (100) does not leak even if it fills the entry space part (130). Even if it does leak, it is sealed by the sealing case (161), so some water may fill the sealing case (161) but does not leak to the outside of the body part (100).

[0057] Additionally, water is pre-filled inside the body (100) before the fire of the electric vehicle (20) is extinguished. Since this water remains blocked by the sealing case (161) even when the moving holes (110a) (120a) are open, water may not leak out of the body (100). This lifting means (160) is described as an example and is not limited thereto, and the sealing member (140) (142) can be lifted in various structures.

[0058] Additionally, the first body part (110) and / or the second body part (120) may be provided with a plurality of water nozzles (124). The water nozzles (124) can cause water filled inside the body part (100) to be sprayed outward to be sprayed onto the electric vehicle that has caught fire, and at the same time cause the electric vehicle to be submerged in water.

[0059] Water nozzles (124) may also be provided in multiple locations on the inner surface of the first body part (110).

[0060] A water pump (125) may be built into the body part (100) so that water is sprayed through the water nozzle (124). The water pump (125) may be provided in the first body part (110) or the second body part (120) of the body part (100).

[0061] When the water pump (125) is operated, water inside the body part (100) can be sprayed out of the body part (100) through the water spray nozzle (124) to fill the entry space part (130) with water.

[0062] Accordingly, a connecting pipe may be connected between the water pump (125) and the water nozzle (124), and a valve (124a) may be provided in the connecting pipe. The opening and closing operation of the valve (124a) can be controlled by a control unit.

[0063] The water pump (125) can be turned on / off via a separate operation button or operated by being controlled via a control unit.

[0064] Additionally, on one side of the first body part (110), a replenishment tank (400) capable of replenishing water inside the body part (100) may be provided. A supply hose (410) for supplying water may be connected to the replenishment tank (400).

[0065] Normally, the water inside the replenishment tank (400) is not supplied into the first body part (110) and is in a blocked state. However, a control valve (126a) controlled by a control unit may be provided between the replenishment tank (400) and the first body part (110) so that the water inside the replenishment tank (400) can be supplied into the first body part (110) when necessary.

[0066] Additionally, an absorption pipe (126) may be provided to allow the water inside the entry space (130) to be recovered into the body (110) when the fire of the electric vehicle is extinguished by filling the entry space (130) with water through the water spray nozzle (124). The absorption pipe (126) may be provided at the bottom of the first body (110) to recover all the water inside the entry space (130).

[0067] Accordingly, when water in the entry space (130) is to be recovered through the suction pipe (125), a water pump (125) may be used as a pump to recover water within the body (100). The water pump (125) may be a pump capable of sucking in and discharging water depending on the rotational direction of the provided motor.

[0068] In one embodiment of the present invention, the mobility (10) may be equipped with a control unit (500) that controls the overall operation.

[0069] The control unit (500) can control the driving of the mobility (10) and control the operation of the driving means that causes the water pump (125), valve (124a), control valve (126a), and winding roll (310) to rotate in the forward or reverse direction.

[0070] Additionally, a drive box (150) may be provided on one side of the outer surface of the first body part (110). Inside the drive box (150), a control unit (500), a driving means for driving the winding roll (310), etc. may be provided.

[0071] A mobility (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be an unmanned transport vehicle and may be a means of transportation capable of remote control or autonomous driving.

[0072] When remotely controlling the mobility (10), the manager can control the operation to reach the fire location and suppress the fire by remotely controlling it through a remote controller while observing the situation at the site.

[0073] Meanwhile, the present invention allows a parked electric vehicle to detect a fire using a mobility (10) capable of autonomous driving, move to the location where the fire occurred via autonomous driving, and perform fire suppression.

[0074] When implemented as a mobility (10) capable of autonomous driving, if a fire in an electric vehicle is detected through a fire monitoring means installed in a parking space, the electric vehicle can move to the parking location via autonomous driving. The fire monitoring means may preferably be provided on a pillar, wall, or passageway of the parking space. The fire monitoring means may include a camera, a thermal imaging camera, and a detection means capable of detecting odors or gases.

[0075] A control server (600) may be provided to receive and manage fire information obtained by a fire monitoring means via communication, and the mobility (10) according to the present invention may receive fire information via communication with the control server (600) and move to the fire location by autonomous driving. In this way, a fire suppression system can be established.

[0076] Accordingly, the control server (600) accurately identifies the location of the electric vehicle where the fire occurred through fire information from the fire detection means, and provides the identified location information of the electric vehicle where the fire occurred to the mobility (10) via communication, so that the mobility (10) can accurately drive autonomously to the fire location.

[0077] Additionally, referring to FIG. 12, the body (100) of the mobility (10) may include a fire detection sensor unit (700) and an autonomous driving sensor unit (710) for autonomous driving. The fire detection sensor unit (610) may include a camera, a thermal imaging camera, a means for detecting odors or gases, etc., and the autonomous driving sensor unit (610) may include at least one of a lidar and a radar.

[0078] Information detected through the fire detection sensor unit (600) and the autonomous driving sensor unit (610) is received by the control unit (500) and can control the operation of the mobility (10).

[0079] Therefore, the location of the electric vehicle where the fire occurred can be recognized more accurately by the fire detection sensor unit (600) and accessed to that location.

[0080] The mobility (10) according to the present invention can, for example, move to the electric vehicle where the fire occurred in the event that a fire occurred among electric vehicles parked in a parking lot, and quickly extinguish the fire.

[0081] When a fire occurs in an electric vehicle, fire information is obtained through various fire monitoring means installed in the parking lot, and the obtained fire information is transmitted to a control server (600), and then the control server (600) can dispatch a mobility (10) according to the present invention that is on standby to suppress the fire.

[0082] When the dispatched mobility (10) arrives at the electric vehicle that has caught fire, it can move the electric vehicle into the entry space (130).

[0083] The entry space (130) is a space provided by the first body part (110) and the second body part (120), and may have a space with an area sufficient to accommodate the electric vehicle.

[0084] When the electric vehicle is fully entered into the entry space (130), a cover member (300) capable of covering the open top and front can be unfolded. The cover member (300) can be pulled out to the outside by the rotation of the winding roll (310) while being wound through the winding roll (310) provided inside the body part (100). When the winding roll (310) is rotated, it can be rotated by a driving means.

[0085] When the winding roll (310) is rotated by the driving means, the cover member (300) is drawn out from the winding roll (310) to the outside of the body part (100) and can cover the upper and front parts of the second body part (120) while being guided along the guide path (123). The end of the unfolded cover member (300) can be in close contact with the bottom surface.

[0086] In this state, the sealing member (140) provided on the inner surface of the second body part (120) formed on both sides of the first body part (110) can be lowered to be in close contact with the floor surface. The sealing member (140) can be lowered downward by a lifting means to be in close contact with the floor surface.

[0087] By doing so, the mobility (10) can completely seal both sides and the top of the entry space (130), and accordingly, the air is blocked so that the supply of oxygen required in case of fire is blocked, thereby preventing the spread of fire and suppressing the fire in the first stage. However, even with this first fire suppression operation, the flames generated in the electric vehicle are difficult to suppress easily. Therefore, when the entry space (130) is formed into a sealed space by the cover member (300) and the sealing member (140), water is supplied into the entry space (130) in the second stage to make it like a water tank and submerge the electric vehicle, thereby ensuring that the fire is suppressed.

[0088] That is, when a water pump (125) provided inside or outside the body part (100) is operated, water filled inside the body part (100) is sprayed into the entry space part (130) through the water spray nozzle (124), and the entry space part (130) can be filled with water and the electric vehicle contained therein can be submerged.

[0089] Since the entry space (130) is sealed by the cover member (300) and the sealing member (140), water inside the body part (100) may not leak out to the outside even if it is sprayed and supplied into the entry space (130).

[0090] When the electric vehicle is submerged by water supplied within the entry space (130) and the fire is completely extinguished, the water can be recovered back into the body (100).

[0091] A suction pipe (126) is provided at the bottom of the first body part (110), and when the water pump (125) is operated in the reverse direction of the direction in which water is supplied, water inside the entry space part (130) can be sucked in through the suction pipe (126) and recovered into the body part (100).

[0092] Meanwhile, depending on the situation where the electric vehicle that has caught fire is parked, the mobility (10) according to the present invention can effectively approach and bring the electric vehicle that has caught fire into the entry space (130). That is, since each wheel (200) that rotates while driving in the mobility (10) according to the present invention is composed of an in-wheel motor, it can be steered to the position of the electric vehicle that has caught fire according to the control signal of the control unit (500) and enter.

[0093] After extinguishing the fire in the electric vehicle, the water pump (125) is operated in reverse to recover the water in the entry space (130) back into the body (100) through the absorption pipe (126), and the lowered sealing member (140) is raised to return to its original position. At the same time, the winding roll (310) is rotated in reverse to fold the unfolded cover member (300) so that it enters the body (100), thereby opening the front and top of the body (100). In this state, the vehicle can be detached from the electric vehicle from which the fire was extinguished and then returned to a standby position.

[0094] If the cover member (300) and the sealing member (140) are in close contact with the floor surface, the cover member (300) may be folded and opened, and then the sealing member (140) may be damaged by contacting the floor surface during the process of retreating and returning from the electric vehicle that has extinguished the fire, so both the cover member (300) and the sealing member (140) are raised and returned to their original positions, thereby allowing for smooth movement without interference with the floor surface during the movement to return, separated from the floor surface.

[0095] Meanwhile, the mobility (10) according to the present invention can provide various types of mobility with different sizes of suitable entry space sections (130) depending on the size of the electric vehicle that has caught fire. Accordingly, fire suppression can be performed by dispatching a mobility suitable for the size of the electric vehicle that has caught fire.

[0096] Alternatively, a mobility (10) is provided having an entry space (130) of a size capable of accommodating the largest electric vehicle, taking into consideration the size of the electric vehicle, and when a fire occurs, it is dispatched to accommodate all electric vehicles in the entry space (130) regardless of their size, and the fire can be quickly and surely extinguished by sealing and filling it with water to submerge it.

[0097] Alternatively, the lengths of the first body part (110) and the second body part (120) forming the body part (100) can be configured to be variable so that they can be adjusted to fit the size of the electric vehicle and allowed to enter. The structure for varying the lengths of the first body part (110) and the second body part (120) may be a telescopic structure. When the first body part (110) is extended outwardly and exposed from both ends, the second body part (120) coupled to both sides of the first body part (110) moves simultaneously, thereby expanding the entry space (130). The driving means for varying the length of the first body part (110) may be provided in various ways, such as a cylinder or a linear reciprocating mechanism.

[0098] The present invention allows for the fire to be extinguished quickly and surely by covering the electric vehicle that has caught fire, lifting it, and moving it to a place with a water tank, by first covering the fire site with a cover member (300) to block air, lowering the sealing member (140) (142) to make it close to the floor surface to seal the entry space (130), and secondarily supplying water from inside the body part (100) into the entry space (130) through the water spray nozzle (124) to fill the space with water as if it were a water tank, thereby submerging the electric vehicle that has caught fire in water. In other words, by blocking air from the electric vehicle at the fire site and creating an environment similar to placing the electric vehicle in a water tank or water tank, the fire that has occurred in the electric vehicle can be quickly extinguished.

[0099] By doing this, the spread of fire to other nearby vehicles can be minimized.

[0100] In the present invention, the object for extinguishing a fire is described as an electric vehicle, but it is not limited thereto and can be applied to various types of vehicles. Therefore, it should be understood that even if "electric vehicle" is specified in the claims, it is not limited to electric vehicles and includes various other vehicles. Explanation of the symbols
