Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an electronic wallet-based payment processing technology that integrates and manages multiple types of assets and controls whether to approve a payment by predetermining payment availability. More specifically, it relates to an integrated asset payment system based on asset availability determination and state control, and a method for operating the same. Background Technology

[0003] In the conventional electronic payment environment, various payment methods have been used, including credit cards, debit cards, simple payment services, and various securities such as gift certificates. These multiple types of payment assets were operated in a manner where users selectively utilized them as needed, and the general structure involved users individually checking the balance and possession of each payment method to directly calculate and pay the required amount.

[0004] However, there was a limitation in that the multiple types of payment assets mentioned above could not be managed integrally and were operated in a fragmented manner at the individual payment method level. Consequently, users faced the inconvenience of having to separately check the availability and balance of each asset before selecting a payment method.

[0005] In an electronic wallet environment, various forms of assets such as digital money, points, and prepaid balances may exist, and these assets constitute potential payment resources that can be utilized for payment along with securities assets such as gift certificates. Nevertheless, conventional technology has not sufficiently provided a structure to determine the possibility of payment by comprehensively considering the aforementioned multiple types of assets or to perform payment by combining assets.

[0006] In addition, electronic payment methods such as securities like gift certificates, digital money, and prepaid funds were generally used by consumers purchasing and holding them in advance for payment. In this structure, funds had to be spent in advance prior to the actual point of consumption, and there was a problem where losses could occur due to the expiration of the validity period or non-use if the purchased securities could not be used.

[0007] Meanwhile, when payment recipients, such as retailers, receive payments via electronic payment methods, it has been common practice for a certain period to elapse between payment approval and actual settlement, with fees charged during the settlement process. The need for improvement in this settlement structure has been raised regarding payment processing efficiency. The problem to be solved

[0009] The present invention aims to resolve the limitations of the prior art described above by providing an integrated asset settlement system and method that can perform settlement by integrally utilizing multiple types of assets and determine the possibility of settlement in advance.

[0010] Furthermore, the present invention aims to provide a payment processing technology that can prevent duplicate use, partial deduction, or loss of assets that may occur during the payment process and ensure transaction integrity by controlling the state of assets input into the payment in stages.

[0011] Furthermore, the present invention aims to provide an optional state control means that enables the stable restoration of an asset state or a retry of payment in the event of a payment failure or failure. means of solving the problem

[0012] To solve the above problem, an integrated asset payment system according to an embodiment of the present invention may include an electronic wallet control server that is linked with an electronic wallet managing user asset information and includes an integrated asset pool that manages user-held assets and real-time available assets; an availability determination unit that determines whether the sum of assets within the integrated asset pool satisfies the payment request amount; an asset selection unit that selects multiple types of assets to be invested in the payment based on the availability determination result and determines the order of investment based on asset-specific attribute information; and a state control unit that sets the selected assets to a provisional state in which access by other transactions is restricted until the payment is confirmed, and collectively converts the assets in the provisional state to a confirmed state or restores them to a restored state according to the payment approval result.

[0013] In addition, an integrated asset payment method according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of: receiving a merchant payment request from a user terminal via an electronic wallet control server; determining payment availability by summing user-held assets and real-time available assets included in an integrated asset pool; selecting a combination of multiple assets based on the availability determination result and setting the selected assets to a provisional state in which external access is blocked until payment is confirmed; securing securities corresponding to the amount insufficient for payment in real-time from an external supply system in conjunction with the provisional state setting; and controlling the assets set to the provisional state to collectively deduct and confirm or restore to their original holding state based on whether the final payment is successful.

[0014] The components, operation method, and embodiments of the above-mentioned system and method are described in detail below. Effects of the invention

[0016] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the available amounts of multiple assets are queried in real time at the time of a payment request, and payment availability is determined in advance based on the queried asset information, thereby reducing the possibility of approval failure due to insufficient balance during the payment approval stage and improving the stability of payment processing.

[0017] In addition, according to the present invention, since the total available amount is calculated by determining and summing the balance information of multiple assets distributed in different locations based on the same point in time, errors in determining availability caused by differences in the timing of balance inquiries are prevented, and the accuracy of payment approval judgment is improved.

[0018] In addition, according to the present invention, asset inquiry, availability determination, and payment approval decision are configured to be performed in an integrated manner centered on an electronic wallet control server, thereby mitigating procedural delays caused by distributed processing among multiple systems and shortening the payment response time.

[0019] In addition, according to the present invention, assets to be used for payment are configured to be managed in a state transition manner by classifying them into a provisionally unusable state, a deduction state, and an available state according to the payment progress stage, and by configuring that a locking process corresponding to transaction identification information is performed for each asset item when the provisional state is set, the duplicate use of the same asset is prevented, and the integrity of transaction processing and payment security are improved.

[0020] In addition, according to the present invention, an expiration time is set for an asset set to a provisionally unavailable state, and the asset is configured to be automatically restored to an available state upon the passage of that time. Furthermore, in the event of incomplete or rejected payment, the asset is configured to be immediately restored based on user selection or the payment identification information is maintained in a state of possession for future reuse. This prevents the long-term possession of the asset due to non-reception of payment results or communication failures, while simultaneously ensuring the user's convenience in retrying payments and improving asset management efficiency.

[0021] In addition, according to the present invention, since the existence of assets available in a transaction environment or at a sales outlet is pre-checked in the step prior to asset inquiry, unnecessary inquiry and approval procedures for unavailable assets are reduced, and network traffic and processing delays are alleviated, thereby improving the overall payment processing speed.

[0022] In addition, according to the present invention, if the securing or deduction of some assets fails, the asset combination to be used for settlement is recalculated based on the remaining asset information, thereby reducing the possibility of transaction interruption and improving the possibility of settlement success even if a change in the asset status occurs during settlement.

[0023] In addition, according to the present invention, the order of asset input is determined by applying at least one of the following: priority use of assets nearing expiration based on attribute information of multiple assets, priority allocation of closed-end assets with limited uses compared to general-purpose assets, or calculation of the minimum combination of actual costs considering discount rates and accumulation rates; thereby, economic losses due to asset extinction are reduced and user payment costs are lowered, resulting in improved economic efficiency and rationality of asset management.

[0024] In addition, according to the present invention, payment approval and settlement data generation are configured to be performed in real-time, and only transactions for which the possibility of payment approval has been verified in advance are processed, thereby shortening the settlement processing cycle for sales outlets and reducing settlement-related operating costs.

[0025] In addition, according to the present invention, settlement data generated by distinguishing usage amounts by multiple asset types is configured to be managed separately by each asset supplier, thereby clearly distinguishing deduction details by asset and improving the accuracy and transparency of settlement processing.

[0026] In addition, according to the present invention, transaction records for each payment processing step are configured to be stored in a chain-type log structure linked according to the order of the steps, thereby ensuring the traceability of transaction history and generating evidentiary data that can be utilized for post-audits and dispute response.

[0027] Furthermore, according to the present invention, from the consumer's perspective, as payment can be performed by integrally considering multiple assets, the experience of payment failure is reduced and there is no need to individually determine asset usage strategies, resulting in the simultaneous improvement of payment convenience and asset management efficiency.

[0028] Furthermore, from the seller's perspective, since the system is configured to allow only transactions with prior availability assessments to enter the approval process, it has the effect of reducing the rejection rate and improving the predictability of transaction processing and the stability of payment operations.

[0029] Furthermore, by providing a payment infrastructure in which multiple assets are integrated and operated, the present invention improves processing efficiency across the entire electronic payment industry and contributes to the realization of an expandable payment ecosystem capable of linking with various asset distribution structures.

[0030] The effects described in this specification are not limited to those described above and should be understood to include various effects that a person skilled in the art can easily derive from the detailed description and embodiments of the invention. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0074] Integrates and manages multiple types of assets as a single payment resource, and

[0075] The multiple types of assets used in the present invention are

[0076] The above assets include electronic, financial, and identification code-based value storage means.

[0077] 2.3 Electronic Wallet

[0078] An electronic wallet is a component that provides payment services to users and manages user asset information including digital money, points, prepaid balances, and securities assets.

[0079] The above electronic wallet is implemented in the form of an application installed on a mobile terminal or a web-based interface and can operate in conjunction with an electronic wallet control server, and can provide functions for viewing user assets, inputting payment requests, displaying payment identification information, and performing payments.

[0080] 2.4 Electronic Wallet Control Server

[0081] The electronic wallet control server is a core control component of the present invention and is linked with the electronic wallet to provide integrated control of the entire payment processing.

[0082] The above electronic wallet control server can perform the following functions.

[0083] (1) Integrated asset availability judgment function (hereinafter referred to as the "availability judgment unit")

[0084] The availability determination unit checks and aggregates the available amounts of multiple assets included in the integrated asset pool to determine whether the payment request amount is satisfied.

[0085] (2) Payment approval control function

[0086] The electronic wallet control server controls whether to generate a payment approval request signal based on the availability determination result and determines whether the payment approval is possible or not.

[0087] (3) Settlement asset selection and combination function (hereinafter referred to as the "asset selection section")

[0088] The asset selection unit selects the asset to be used for settlement from among multiple assets and determines the asset combination and input order based on asset attribute information and priority criteria.

[0089] (4) Asset status management function (hereinafter referred to as "status control unit")

[0090] The state control unit sets assets scheduled for payment to a provisional state prior to payment confirmation to restrict their use by other transactions. Upon payment approval, assets in the provisional state are converted to a confirmed state, and in the event of payment failure or cancellation, they are converted back to the original state.

[0091] (5) Asset recovery control function in case of payment failure

[0092] The electronic wallet control server can control the restoration of assets set to a provisional state to their holding state prior to payment in the event of a payment failure.

[0093] 2.5 Integrated Asset Pool

[0094] The electronic wallet control server configures an integrated asset pool to manage multiple types of assets available for payment processing.

[0095] The above integrated asset pool may include one or more of the following assets.

[0096] Digital money within the electronic wallet, point assets, prepaid top-up balance, securities inventory assets held by the user, assets based on securities identification codes secured in advance, securities assets secured in real-time upon payment request, and withdrawable bank assets linked to a bank account.

[0097] The electronic wallet control server recognizes the aforementioned assets as a single payment resource and utilizes them for determining payment availability and processing payments.

[0098] The integrated asset pool can be managed by distinguishing between inventory-based assets and assets available in real-time from external sources.

[0099] The aforementioned integrated asset pool refers to an integrated asset management set utilized for calculating the settlement amount, which includes not only user-held assets but also assets obtainable from external asset supply systems.

[0100] 2.6 Securities Provision System

[0101] A securities provision system refers to an external linkage system that issues, distributes, and supplies securities usable for settlement.

[0102] In this specification, a securities provision system may be defined as a concept including an issuer that issues securities and a supplier that distributes, sells, brokers, and supplies said securities.

[0103] The above securities may be provided in the form of a PIN, barcode, or other identification code, and include both pre-secured and real-time provided forms.

[0104] 2.7 Bank Account Linkage System

[0105] A bank account linkage system refers to an external linkage system that links a user's bank account with an electronic wallet control server to perform balance verification, fund withdrawal, and asset acquisition processing.

[0106] 3. Method of operation of the invention

[0107] Each step of the integrated asset settlement method according to the present invention is described in detail below.

[0108] 3.1 Payment Request Reception Step

[0109] When a user enters a payment request for a specific store through the electronic wallet, the electronic wallet transmits payment request information, including the payment amount and payment destination information, to the electronic wallet control server.

[0110] The above payment request information may include merchant identification information, payment amount, and authentication or identification information required to perform the transaction.

[0111] 3.2 Step to verify the existence of securities at the payment-eligible merchant

[0112] When a payment request for a specific store is entered through an electronic wallet, the electronic wallet control server first checks whether there are securities available for use at that store.

[0113] The above verification may be performed based on issuer registration information, distribution registration information, or available inventory information within the platform.

[0114] If there is a security corresponding to the payment target merchant, the electronic wallet control server sets the security as a candidate payment asset and subsequently performs the asset availability determination and asset selection procedures.

[0115] On the other hand, if there are no securities available for use at the relevant store, payment identification information is not generated and the payment process is terminated.

[0116] 3.3 Integrated Asset Availability Determination Step

[0117] The electronic wallet control server queries and sums the available amounts of multiple assets included in the integrated asset pool to determine the asset availability corresponding to the payment request amount.

[0118] The assets available for use at this time may include the following: digital money, point assets, prepaid top-up balances, securities inventory assets, pre-secured securities assets, assets available for real-time acquisition, and bank account-linked assets.

[0119] The aforementioned multiple assets may be evaluated by simple aggregation or as an asset combination, and availability determination may be performed by reflecting the availability conditions, validity, and feasibility of securing each asset type.

[0120] 3.4 Payment Approval Control Step

[0121] The electronic wallet control server controls whether to approve payments based on the results of the integrated asset availability assessment.

[0122] If the total amount of available assets is equal to or greater than the amount requested for payment, the payment transaction is deemed eligible for approval.

[0123] On the other hand, if available assets fall short of the requested payment amount, the payment transaction is deemed ineligible for approval, and subsequent payment procedures are not performed.

[0124] The above availability determination result can be used as reference information to control whether to generate a payment approval request signal.

[0125] 3.5 Securities Selection and Amount Summing Step

[0126] The electronic wallet control server selects securities assets available at the payment destination merchant based on the result of determining asset availability.

[0127] If the amount of the selected security meets the settlement request amount, the security is confirmed as a settlement asset.

[0128] On the other hand, if the amount of securities held falls short of the requested payment amount, the electronic wallet control server aggregates the amounts of multiple securities available at the same store to meet the payment amount, or sets securities corresponding to the shortfall as targets for additional acquisition.

[0129] In this case, multiple assets included in the integrated asset pool, such as digital assets, points, prepaid top-up balances, and bank-linked assets, may be used as assets directly invested in payments, or utilized as financial assets to secure additional securities as needed.

[0130] The securities set as additional targets for acquisition above may be secured as assets capable of actual settlement input during the subsequent acquisition phase.

[0131] 3.5.1 Intelligent Asset Priority Determination Algorithm

[0132] The electronic wallet control server can perform a priority calculation procedure based on a state-based weighted allocation method to determine the optimal combination of assets to be used for payment among multiple assets extracted from the integrated asset pool.

[0133] (1) Prioritization based on asset characteristics

[0134] The electronic wallet control server can analyze asset attribute information and determine the priority of payment assets based on at least one of the following criteria.

[0135] Expiration date-based control: Asset expiration can be prevented by checking the expiration date information for each asset and selecting securities or point assets with a relatively imminent expiration date as priority settlement assets.

[0136] General-purpose-based control: Asset management efficiency can be improved by prioritizing the allocation of securities or point assets, which are limited to specific sales outlets, over general-purpose assets such as digital money or bank-linked assets.

[0137] Economy-based control: Asset combinations that minimize user costs can be prioritized by reflecting promotions, store-specific discount rates, or commission conditions applicable at the time of payment.

[0138] (2) Dynamic priority recalculation mechanism

[0139] The electronic wallet control server can determine the primary priority by analyzing the status of available assets at the time of the payment request.

[0140] Subsequently, if a delay in securing a specific asset or a failure to secure it occurs during the real-time securities securing stage, the electronic wallet control server may readjust the previously calculated priority and substitute the next-highest priority asset as the settlement asset.

[0141] This allows you to improve the likelihood of a successful payment without interrupting the payment process.

[0142] 3.6 Securities Securing Phase

[0143] When a payment request is received through the electronic wallet and the asset availability determination and asset selection steps are completed, the electronic wallet control server secures the securities assets to be used for the payment.

[0144] The securing of the aforementioned securities is performed prior to the settlement approval stage, and securities corresponding to the amount required for settlement execution are set as the target for securing.

[0145] The electronic wallet control server can secure securities according to at least one of the following methods.

[0146] (1) Securing the use of user-held securities

[0147] If securities held in advance in an electronic wallet correspond to the payment amount, said securities are considered secured assets without a separate supply procedure and can be utilized as payment assets.

[0148] (2) Securing utilization of platform-held inventory

[0149] If there is an inventory of securities secured and held in advance by the electronic wallet control server or platform operation account, said inventory may be allocated and secured as a settlement asset.

[0150] (3) Secure linkage with issuer or distributor

[0151] The electronic wallet control server can secure securities corresponding to the payment amount in real time by linking with the issuer or distributor's system.

[0152] (4) Secure connection with external supply system

[0153] The electronic wallet control server is linked with multiple external securities supply systems, enabling it to secure securities in real-time allocation when payment demand arises.

[0154] (5) Securing a foundation for electronic wallet user uploads

[0155] The electronic wallet control server can be configured to allow electronic wallet users to upload securities they hold to the system for the purpose of sale or exchange, and the uploaded securities can be registered as circulating inventory.

[0156] When a payment demand occurs, the electronic wallet control server can select and secure an asset corresponding to the payment amount among the above-mentioned uploaded securities.

[0157] During the securities acquisition phase, the electronic wallet control server links in real-time with the external issuer system to immediately verify the activation status of the securities identifier and the availability for use at the point of sale. If the response from the external system exceeds a set threshold time, the system treats the asset acquisition as a failure and immediately switches to an alternative asset procurement process to prevent settlement delays.

[0158] 3.7 Asset Provisional Status Management Phase

[0159] The electronic wallet control server manages assets scheduled for payment by setting them to a provisional state until the payment is confirmed.

[0160] In the above provisional state, asset deductions are not finalized, and securities are also maintained in a state where they have not been actually used or depleted.

[0161] Assets set to a provisional state may include securities assets and digital assets.

[0162] 3.8 Identification Code Transmission Step

[0163] The secured securities identification code is transmitted from the electronic wallet control server to the electronic wallet, and the electronic wallet can perform payment by using the identification code to present or transmit payment authentication information to the store payment terminal.

[0164] 3.9 Payment Result Determination Step

[0165] The electronic wallet control server receives payment approval result information from a store payment terminal or an external approval system and determines whether the payment is successful.

[0166] 3.10 Payment Success Processing Step

[0167] If the payment is successful, the electronic wallet control server converts the asset set to a provisional state to a confirmed state.

[0168] Along with this, the deduction of assets used for payment is finally confirmed, and securities assets are processed as exhausted in a state of completed use.

[0169] When multiple assets are used in parallel, the assets can be converted to a confirmed state simultaneously based on the result of a single payment approval.

[0170] 3.11 Asset recovery steps in case of payment failure

[0171] If a payment fails, the e-wallet control server restores assets set to a provisional state to their holding state prior to the payment.

[0172] In this case, securities assets are restored in a state where they have not been used or depleted, and if bank-linked assets have been utilized as settlement resources, the funds may be restored to the original account or re-incorporated in the form of digital assets.

[0173] 3.12 Examples

[0174] Below, the process of performing payment based on the asset availability determination result and asset acquisition status that can be performed according to the above operation method is specifically explained through examples.

[0176] 3.12.1 Example of Settlement Using Direct Securities Held (See FIG. 3)

[0177] When a payment request is entered through the electronic wallet, the electronic wallet control server queries the securities assets held in the electronic wallet to determine asset availability.

[0178] If the judgment result indicates that the value of the held securities is greater than or equal to the settlement amount, the electronic wallet control server utilizes the held securities as the settlement asset without performing procedures to secure additional securities or exchange assets.

[0179] Subsequently, the electronic wallet control server performs payment by generating payment identification information corresponding to the aforementioned securities and transmitting it to the user terminal or the store payment terminal.

[0180] The ownership of held securities can be determined in accordance with a single settlement approval procedure.

[0182] 3.12.2 Example of payment based on digital money exchange (see FIG. 4)

[0183] When a payment request is entered through the electronic wallet, the electronic wallet control server queries the securities assets held in the electronic wallet to determine asset availability.

[0184] If the amount of securities held is less than the settlement amount, the electronic wallet control server may additionally query the asset balance included in the integrated asset pool, and may set the digital asset or digital money balance as the priority query target.

[0185] If the above digital assets can cover the shortfall, the electronic wallet control server provides securities corresponding to the shortfall and deducts the digital assets of the corresponding amount.

[0186] Subsequently, the provided securities and held securities are combined to satisfy the settlement amount, and settlement identification information is generated to perform the settlement.

[0187] The provided securities may be confirmed to be owned in accordance with a single settlement approval procedure, and a PIN validity verification procedure may be performed for newly provided securities.

[0189] 3.12.3 Example of Bank Asset Replenishment-Based Payment (See FIG. 5)

[0190] When a payment request is entered through an electronic wallet, the electronic wallet control server checks the assets included in the integrated asset pool held in the electronic wallet to determine asset availability, and may use securities assets and digital assets as primary targets for determination.

[0191] If the above assets fall short of the payment amount, the electronic wallet control server additionally queries the bank account assets linked to the user.

[0192] If the total assets exceed the payment amount, the electronic wallet control server withdraws bank assets corresponding to the shortfall, converts them into digital assets, and provides the corresponding securities.

[0193] Subsequently, the provided securities and held securities are combined to satisfy the settlement amount, and settlement identification information is generated to perform the settlement.

[0194] The provided securities may be confirmed to be owned in accordance with a single settlement approval procedure, and a PIN validity verification procedure may be performed for newly provided securities.

[0196] 3.12.4 Example of a multi-asset combination-based payment (see Fig. 6)

[0197] When a payment request is entered through the electronic wallet, the electronic wallet control server determines asset availability by performing an integrated query of securities assets, digital assets, and bank account assets linked to the user held in the electronic wallet.

[0198] If individual assets alone do not meet the payment amount, but the sum of multiple assets exceeds the payment amount, the electronic wallet control server selects and combines the multiple assets as the payment assets.

[0199] For example, when the payment amount is 50,000 won, the user can proceed with the payment by combining a 30,000 won A Department Store gift certificate and a 20,000 won B point held by the user, and at this time, the two heterogeneous assets are simultaneously set to a 'tentative state'. Subsequently, depending on the result of a single payment approval, the two assets are confirmed to be deducted in bulk, or are restored in bulk in the event of an error.

[0200] In this case, securities assets are utilized directly and digital assets are deducted, while bank assets can be converted into digital assets after withdrawal and incorporated as settlement assets.

[0201] Subsequently, the electronic wallet control server aggregates multiple assets to meet the payment amount, generates payment identification information, and performs the payment.

[0202] Multiple assets can be simultaneously determined based on the result of a single payment approval without individual approval procedures.

[0204] 3.12.5 Example of Payment Failure Due to Total Asset Insufficient (See Fig. 7)

[0205] When a payment request is entered through an electronic wallet, the electronic wallet control server performs a consolidated query of multiple assets included in the integrated asset pool, and may utilize securities assets, digital assets, and bank account assets as priority query targets.

[0206] If the total sum of assets falls short of the payment amount, the electronic wallet control server determines that payment cannot be established.

[0207] If it is determined that payment cannot be established, the electronic wallet control server terminates the payment process without performing the procedures for securing securities, deducting assets, verifying PINs, and attributing assets.

[0208] Afterwards, the payment unavailable status may be displayed in the e-wallet.

[0210] 3.12.6 Example of Optional Handling for Post-Approval Failures and Payment Rejection (See Fig. 8)

[0211] After a payment request is determined to be in an approvable state through an electronic wallet, the securities required for payment are secured, and payment identification information is generated, there may be cases where the payment is rejected or canceled without being finally completed due to a failure of the store terminal, circumstances on the store's side, or interruption of input on the user terminal.

[0212] In this case, the electronic wallet control server can perform an optional branching process that restores the state of assets invested in the payment in bulk, or enables a payment retry while maintaining the state of the secured assets.

[0213] (1) Asset restoration processing mode

[0214] If the user chooses to cancel the payment attempt and restore the assets to their state prior to the payment, the e-wallet control server immediately invalidates the generated payment identification information.

[0215] At the same time, securities set to a provisional state and assets used for settlement or utilized as settlement resources are rolled back and restored to their original holding state, which may include assets included in the integrated asset pool, such as digital assets, point assets, and bank-linked assets.

[0216] (2) Payment identification information retention mode

[0217] If the user chooses to reuse the already generated payment identification information in the future without discarding it, the electronic wallet control server may switch to a suspended state without processing the termination of the payment transaction.

[0218] In this case, assets intended for settlement remain in a provisional or fully secured state, and their possession is maintained to prevent duplicate use in other settlement transactions.

[0219] In addition, the electronic wallet control server can be configured to register the above payment identification information in a storage area within the user's electronic wallet so that the user can retry the payment at the same store or an available store in the future.

[0220] Upon retry, existing secured assets can be reinvested in the settlement process without reallocation.

[0221] The aforementioned possession status is maintained for a set retention period, and upon expiration of the retention period, the possession status is automatically released, restoring the asset to a reusable state. Additionally, if the set validity period of the stored payment identification information expires, reuse may be restricted or the information may be automatically invalidated.

[0222] (3) User selection input linkage processing

[0223] The electronic wallet control server can receive input for selecting an asset processing method through the user terminal when a payment rejection signal or an incomplete payment status is detected from the merchant side.

[0224] The above selection input may consist of either asset restoration processing or payment identification information storage maintenance, and the electronic wallet control server may perform an asset state control procedure corresponding to (1) or (2) based on the result of the user's selection.

[0225] Such selective branching can function as a state control means to simultaneously ensure asset integrity and payment reusability even in failure situations that may occur after payment approval.

[0226] 3.12.7 Example of Inability to Pay Due to Absence of Sales Securities (See FIG. 9)

[0227] When a payment request for a specific store is entered through an electronic wallet, the electronic wallet control server first checks whether there are securities available for use at that store.

[0228] If verification reveals that there are no usable securities at the relevant store, the electronic wallet control server does not perform the securities acquisition procedure, the asset deduction procedure, and the payment identification information generation procedure.

[0229] Accordingly, the payment unavailable status is displayed in the electronic wallet, and the payment process is terminated.

[0230] 3.12.8 Example of Intelligent Asset Selection and Priority Determination (See FIG. 10)

[0231] When multiple available assets are identified within the integrated asset pool in response to a payment request, the electronic wallet control server may perform an intelligent asset selection and priority determination procedure to determine the combination of assets to be used for payment.

[0232] The above priority determination procedure may be performed based on asset attribute information, usage condition information, and payment environment information, and the order of asset input is calculated according to at least one of the following criteria.

[0233] (1) Priority allocation based on validity period

[0234] The electronic wallet control server can query validity period information for each asset and allocate assets with a relatively imminent expiration date as priority payment assets.

[0235] If multiple securities or point assets of the same type exist, losses resulting from asset expiration can be prevented by controlling them to be deducted sequentially starting with the asset whose validity period expires first.

[0236] (2) Priority allocation based on asset versatility

[0237] The electronic wallet control server can analyze the scope of asset usage to distinguish between closed-type assets usable only at specific stores or limited locations, and general-purpose assets usable at multiple stores or convertible into cash.

[0238] In this case, asset management efficiency can be improved by allocating assets with limited scope of use as priority settlement assets and general-purpose assets as subordinate assets.

[0239] (3) Calculation of combinations based on minimizing payment costs

[0240] The electronic wallet control server can calculate the actual payment cost based on the asset combination by reflecting discount rates, accumulation rates, fee conditions, or promotion information at the time of payment.

[0241] Payment efficiency can be controlled by comparing and analyzing expected payment costs when combining multiple assets and automatically selecting the asset combination that generates the minimum cost.

[0242] (4) Dynamic priority recalculation

[0243] The electronic wallet control server can recalculate existing priorities if a delay in securing a specific asset, inability to use it, or authentication failure occurs during the asset securing phase or the payment processing phase.

[0244] In this case, the next-ranked asset is automatically substituted as the settlement asset, and the settlement process can continue without interruption.

[0245] The above intelligent asset selection and priority determination procedure can be applied not only to single asset selection but also to payments involving combinations of multiple assets, and can be dynamically controlled in conjunction with asset status information and payment progress status.

[0247] 3.12.9 Example of Multi-Asset Complex Settlement and Integrity Control (See FIG. 11)

[0248] When multiple assets managed by different issuers or operators are combined into a single settlement transaction, the electronic wallet control server can perform multi-asset settlement and transaction control procedures to ensure transaction integrity and settlement efficiency.

[0249] (1) Integrated processing of approval results

[0250] When multiple assets are used for payment, individual approval or authentication procedures may be performed in each asset supply system.

[0251] The electronic wallet control server receives the individual approval results mentioned above and manages them internally, but can provide them to the user terminal and the store terminal as integrated single payment approval information.

[0252] This allows for the maintenance of a single payment transaction interface even within a complex asset payment structure.

[0253] (2) Dynamic asset lock control

[0254] The electronic wallet control server can perform dynamic lock control that sets the asset scheduled for payment input to a provisional state during the payment availability determination and asset selection stages, while simultaneously restricting external access to the asset's identification information or usage rights.

[0255] The above lock control is intended to prevent duplicate use of assets, reuse of identification codes, or double payments, and is unlocked or deducted based on the payment approval result.

[0256] (3) Generation of quarterly settlement data

[0257] After payment is completed, the electronic wallet control server can calculate the integrated payment amount separately based on the contribution amount by asset type.

[0258] The separately calculated settlement data is transmitted to the settlement system for each asset supplier or issuer, thereby enabling settlement claims and fund settlement procedures resulting from multiple asset settlements.

[0259] In this case, sales outlet settlement is performed based on the consolidated amount, but an asset-based quarterly settlement structure may be maintained in the background settlement process.

[0260] (4) Settlement integrity verification

[0261] The electronic wallet control server can perform settlement integrity verification and transaction tracking control procedures to prevent data inconsistencies during the asset approval, deduction, and settlement processes for complex payment transactions involving heterogeneous assets.

[0262] (a) Cross-validation of multiple settlement information

[0263] The electronic wallet control server can compare and verify approval result information generated for each asset used for payment, information on the actual asset amount deducted, and information on the settlement billing amount for the merchant.

[0264] If a discrepancy in the amount or approval status between each piece of information is detected during the above verification process, the electronic wallet control server can prevent settlement errors by temporarily suspending the progress of the settlement procedure and performing an error cause analysis or re-verification procedure.

[0266] (b) Log linkage based on transaction point-of-transaction synchronization

[0267] The electronic wallet control server can generate and manage transaction time information corresponding to each processing stage from the point when multiple assets are combined into a single payment transaction until the point when settlement for each asset is completed.

[0268] The above transaction timing information is used for a correlation analysis between the asset approval time, the deduction time, and the settlement claim time, which can be used to verify whether approval for a specific asset has been omitted, settlement has been delayed, or there has been duplicate billing.

[0269] In addition, the electronic wallet control server can generate unique transaction identification information corresponding to each transaction step to manage the processing history for each asset in an integrated manner.

[0271] (c) Settlement data mapping and separate management

[0272] The electronic wallet control server can manage settlement data by mapping it to each asset supplier based on integrated payment identification information corresponding to a single payment transaction.

[0273] Accordingly, payment settlement for sales outlets is performed based on the integrated amount, but individual settlement billing data may be generated and transmitted separately for each asset supplier.

[0274] This enables the consistency and transparency of settlement processing even in a multi-asset settlement structure.

[0275] (d) Post-settlement comparison and automatic correction processing

[0276] The electronic wallet control server can verify the approval and settlement results by comparing them with the asset supply system or external settlement system on a settlement cycle basis.

[0277] If missing approval information, a delay in reflecting settlements, or an amount discrepancy is detected during the comparison process, the electronic wallet control server can generate a corresponding correction transaction to perform automatic correction processing that aligns the asset status and settlement data.

[0278] The above correction process is intended to resolve discrepancies between the asset deduction status, approval status, and settlement claim status, and can function as a control means to maintain transaction integrity in a complex asset settlement environment.

[0279] (5) Dynamic asset lock-based double payment prevention control

[0280] The electronic wallet control server can perform dynamic asset locking control to prevent duplicate use of each asset or double payment when multiple assets are entered into a single payment transaction.

[0281] The above dynamic asset lock control can be performed in a manner that restricts external access or reuse of identification information, usage rights, or approval tokens of assets scheduled for payment input during the payment availability determination step or the asset selection step.

[0282] In particular, by setting a lock status linked to a provisional status for securities identification codes, point deduction authority, or account withdrawal approval information, it is possible to prevent the same asset from being duplicated in multiple settlement transactions.

[0283] Upon completion of payment approval, the above lock status is released along with the confirmed deduction process, and in the event of payment failure or cancellation, the lock status is restored to its original state, allowing the asset to be reused.

[0284] The above dynamic asset lock control can function as a transaction security control means to prevent double settlement or duplicate asset deduction errors in a complex asset settlement environment.

[0285] (6) Integrity verification based on chain-type transaction log linkage

[0286] The electronic wallet control server may configure a chain-type transaction log linkage structure to ensure tamper-proofing and traceability throughout the entire transaction processing process when multiple assets are combined into a single payment transaction.

[0287] The electronic wallet control server generates transaction logs corresponding to the asset approval time, asset deduction time, settlement claim time, and settlement completion time, respectively, and each log may include transaction time information and unique identification information.

[0288] The above transaction log can be managed by being linked in a chain structure, including reference values or continuous identification information associated with previous stage log information.

[0289] This allows for verification of whether transaction data has been tampered with or forged, as it is configured to cause a discrepancy between the entire transaction history if a specific transaction stage log is changed or deleted.

[0290] The above log linkage structure can be utilized as evidentiary data to prove the integrity of transaction processing during post-audits, settlement verification, or dispute response processes performed after complex asset settlement.

[0291] (7) Visualization of processing steps based on flowchart linkage

[0292] The intelligent asset selection, asset lock control, and multi-asset settlement integrity verification procedures according to the present embodiment can be performed in conjunction with the flowchart illustrated in the drawing.

[0293] For example, the asset attribute analysis and priority calculation procedures correspond to the intelligent asset selection flowchart, and the asset provisional status setting and lock control procedures can be linked to the provisional attribution step within the complex asset payment processing flow.

[0294] In addition, the procedures for integrated processing of approval results, generation of quarterly settlement data, and verification of settlement integrity can be performed in correspondence with the multi-asset complex settlement flowchart.

[0295] This allows the entire processing flow, from the asset selection stage to the settlement completion stage, to be visually linked. Explanation of the symbols
