Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for constructing a pipe rack module. Background Technology
[0002] Conventional pipe rack modules utilized a method in which multiple components, such as steel members, pipes, and brackets, were brought into the building as individual single units and assembled sequentially on-site. However, this method presented a problem where multiple processes had to be carried out simultaneously in a confined workspace inside the building, requiring the deployment of multiple workers at the same time. Furthermore, since the use of large transport or lifting equipment was restricted inside the building, construction was performed primarily using small equipment, leading to increased construction time and reduced overall work efficiency.
[0003] To address these issues, a method in which pipe rack modules are pre-assembled outside a building and then transported inside for installation has recently been utilized. However, in conventional prefabrication methods, it was often difficult to transport and position externally assembled pipe rack modules directly at the installation site. In particular, due to the size and weight of the pipe rack modules, controlling their orientation and adjusting their height became complex during the transport process from the external space to the internal installation site. Furthermore, there was a limitation in that complex additional assembly or reinforcement work was required to precisely position and secure the pipe rack modules at the installation site.
[0004] Therefore, there was a need for a pipe rack module construction method that can improve the efficiency of the placement process by assembling pipe rack modules in an external space, transporting them from the external space to an internal space, and then arranging the pipe rack modules in stages within the internal space by distinguishing between a temporary installation space and an installation space. The problem to be solved
[0005] Embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a pipe rack module construction method that enables easy transport of a pipe rack module to a final installation space by assembling the pipe rack module in an external space and then transporting it to an internal space, and then transporting it step-by-step within the internal space by distinguishing between a temporary installation space and an installation space.
[0006] In addition, embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a pipe rack module construction method that can improve the efficiency of the overall layout process by minimizing repetitive position adjustment and retransport work that occurs near the installation space, by allowing the pipe rack module and the installation module to be transported to the installation space in a combined state from the temporary installation space.
[0007] In addition, embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a pipe rack module construction method that can reduce construction time and manpower by simplifying the process of transporting the pipe rack module to the installation space, thereby reducing the burden of posture control during transport and facilitating the use of the transport device.
[0008] In addition, embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a pipe rack module construction method that improves the stability of transport by combining installation modules during the process of transporting the pipe rack module to the installation space, and improves the flexibility of installation by separating the installation modules in the installation space. means of solving the problem

[0012] In addition, the present invention provides a pipe rack module construction method in which, during the external construction stage, external piping is arranged on the upper side of the second platform, and a mounting module is arranged to connect pipe racks arranged parallel to each other among the plurality of pipe racks.
[0013] In addition, the above transfer step includes an outdoor transfer step for transferring the pipe rack module from the outdoor space toward the indoor space, wherein in the outdoor transfer step, the pipe rack module is transferred to be brought closer to the indoor space in a horizontal direction by a first transfer device and transferred to the height of the indoor space by a second transfer device, thereby providing a method for constructing a pipe rack module.
[0014] In addition, the above transfer step further includes an indoor transfer step for transferring the installation module from the external space to a temporary installation space in the internal space, and the above internal construction step is to provide a pipe rack module construction method performed in the temporary installation space.
[0015] In addition, the above internal construction step includes a support module connection step for connecting the pipe rack module and the support module, wherein in the support module connection step, a support portion of the support module is connected to the lower part of the pipe rack module, and a connecting portion of the support module connects the pipe rack module and the support portion to both outer sides of the pipe rack module. The present invention provides a pipe rack module construction method.
[0016] In addition, the above internal construction step includes an installation module connection step that connects the pipe rack module and the installation module, wherein in the installation module connection step, the carrier beam of the installation module connects between a plurality of second pipe racks, and the support rack of the installation module is connected at the bottom of the plurality of pipe racks, thereby providing a pipe rack module construction method.

[0100] In the pipe rack transfer step (S330), the carrier beam (41) can be separated when the pipe rack module (10) and the installation module (40) are placed in the installation space. In other words, in the pipe rack transfer step (S330), the carrier beam (41) can be separated after the pipe rack module (10), the carrier beam (41), and the support rack (42) are placed in the installation space. In the pipe rack transfer step (S330), the pipe rack module (10) can be maintained in a state where it is supported by the support rack (42) in the installation space.
[0101] Hereinafter, the operation and effects of the pipe rack construction assembly (1) and the construction method (S1) for constructing the same according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0102] The pipe rack module (10) can be transported from the external space to the internal space in an assembled state as a whole module unit, rather than as individual member units. Accordingly, since there is no need to bring in and assemble multiple steel members and brackets individually in the internal space, the construction process can be simplified even in a confined work environment.
[0103] In addition, since multiple pipe racks (110, 120, 130) are formed as an integrated structure connected to each other, the pipe rack module (10) can distribute and support the load, thereby improving structural stability. Through this, the structure can be maintained stably even when the pipe rack module (10) is transferred from an external space to an internal space.
[0104] In addition, the internal space is divided into a temporary installation space and an installation space, and the pipe rack module (10) is transported step by step so that additional assembly work can be performed in the temporary installation space for the pipe rack module (10) that has flowed from the external space into the internal space, thereby reducing the burden of work in the installation space.
[0105] In addition, by transporting the pipe rack module (10) and the installation module (40) to the installation space while combined in the temporary installation space, the need for repeated fine position adjustments or re-transportation work near the installation space can be minimized. Through this, the installation precision of the pipe rack module (10) can be improved, and the reliability of the entire construction process can be enhanced.
[0106] In addition, by using the installation module (40) to maintain a supported and coupled state during the process of transporting the pipe rack module (10) to the installation space, the structural stability of the pipe rack module (10) during transport is improved, thereby reducing the risk of shaking or collision that may occur during transport.
[0107] In addition, since the installation module (40) can be separated from the pipe rack module (10) in the installation space, the pipe rack module (10) can be placed without structural interference during the final installation stage. Accordingly, it is possible to flexibly respond to various placement conditions depending on the installation environment, and responsiveness can be improved even during maintenance or equipment changes.
