[0021] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a fine dust measuring device in a nasal cavity according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram schematically showing the usage state of the fine dust measuring device in a nasal cavity according to the embodiment of FIG. 1.

[0022] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the fine dust measuring device (10) in the nasal cavity is a measuring device for measuring the degree of pollution in the atmosphere and may include a plurality of biosensors (500) inserted into the nasal cavity of a user (P).

[0023] The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) is inserted and mounted into the nasal cavity of a user (P) and can detect fine dust measured by a sensor (500). Fine dust is a dust particle that floats in the atmosphere and is too small to be seen with the naked eye. The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) can measure fine dust (PM10) with a diameter of 10 μg or less (10 μg = 0.001 cm) and ultrafine dust (PM2.5) with a diameter of 2.5 μg or less, depending on the particle size. The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) is equipped with a miniaturized sensor (500) that can be mounted inside the nasal cavity and can measure the mass concentration of fine dust contained in the gas that the user (P) breathes.

[0024] The purpose of the nasal particulate matter measuring device (10) is to measure the quality of air entering the user's (P) body by being installed in the user's (P) nasal cavity, and to provide the user (P) with the level of air pollution at the site and personalized health management information.

[0025] The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) according to the present invention may include a communication module (600) connected via a wireless communication method that is connected to a plurality of electronic devices via a wired or wireless communication method. The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) communicates with the communication module (600), collects fine dust concentration and location information, and can control the nasal fine dust measuring device (10) through a control command from a user (P). The communication module (600) may be configured to transmit and receive data with a mobile terminal carried by the user (P), or may be configured to transmit and receive data with a plurality of electronic devices installed and used within a building.

[0026] The fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity can selectively provide atmospheric information of the space where the user (P) is active. It can detect harmful components in the fine dust of the indoor air and provide information on the level of pollution in the input atmosphere and the indoor air quality of the atmospheric environment. It can perform an assessment of health effects on the wearer, such as the exposure time to the incoming fine dust and an assessment of toxicity based on the exposure time, and transmit and receive real-time location information to record the concentration of fine dust in the space where the user (P) stayed, thereby providing necessary prediction information to the user (P).

[0027] The communication module (600) can transmit and receive information with an external terminal (TE) that connects to the fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity in a wired or wireless communication environment and transmits signals necessary to the user (P). The external terminal (TE) may be, for example, at least one of a smartphone, tablet PC, mobile phone, video phone, e-book reader, desktop PC, laptop PC, netbook computer, workstation, server, PDA (personal digital assistant), PMP (portable multimedia player), MP3 player, mobile medical device, camera, or wearable device. The communication module (600) includes a battery, a processor, a storage medium, a communication module, and an input / output device, and communicates with the fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity.

[0028] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a cross-section of a fine dust measuring device inside a nasal cavity according to an embodiment of FIG. 1.

[0029] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the fine dust measuring device (10) in the nasal cavity has a plurality of bodies, and a sensor (500) may be installed in each body.

[0030] Multiple bodies can be connected by a bridge (300) that is inserted into the nasal cavity and exposed to the outside. Multiple bodies can be provided in a shape that is spaced apart from each other and faces each other. For example, the bodies inserted into the nose can be provided with equal surface areas, and one surface can be in contact with the mucous membrane of the nasal septum. In addition, a part of the fine dust measuring device (10) inserted into the nasal cavity can be provided in a convex shape to secure the device so that it is stably mounted.

[0031] In addition, a miniaturized sensor (500) can be inserted into the inner side of the nose to measure the concentration of fine dust in the air more accurately. The fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity can be equipped with a miniaturized sensor (500). Even if the sensor (500) is inserted into the nasal cavity, the user (P) can breathe comfortably.

[0032] For example, a fine dust measuring device (10) in the nasal cavity may include a first body (100), a second body (200), a bridge (300), a filter member (400), a sensor (500), and a communication module (600).

[0033] The first body (100) can be inserted into one side of the nasal cavity. The first body (100) can be formed in various curved shapes so that a fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity can be mounted in the inner space of the nose.

[0034] The first body (100) may be formed in a shape similar to the internal structure of the nose so as to be in close contact with the internal shape of the nose. For example, the first body (100) may have a first convex portion (110) protruding toward the nasal septum. The tip of the first body (100) is provided with a convex shape that becomes thinner as it extends inward, and the first convex portion (110) may be provided with a wider surface area than the tip of the first body (100). The first convex portion (110) is in close contact with the inner surface of the nose and can support the fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity so that it can be stably mounted.

[0035] A filter member (400) is disposed on one end of the first body (100), and the other end can be connected to a second body (200) by a bridge (300).

[0036] The second body (200) can be inserted into the other side of the nasal cavity. The second body (200) can be formed in various curved shapes so that the fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity can be mounted in the inner space of the nose.

[0037] The second body (200) may be formed in a shape similar to the internal structure of the nose so as to be in close contact with the internal shape of the nose. For example, the second body (200) may have a second convex portion (210) facing the first convex portion (110). The second convex portion (210) may be provided to support the nasal septum and the first convex portion (110). The second convex portion (210) is provided in a shape facing the first convex portion (110) and may be arranged parallel to each other. The first convex portion (110) and the second convex portion (210) may have a rounded shape corresponding to the internal shape of the nose, allowing the user (P) to have a comfortable fit.

[0038] A filter member (400) is disposed at one end of the second body (200), and the other end can be connected to the first body (100) by a bridge (300).

[0039] The bridge (300) can connect the first body (100) and the second body (200). The bridge (300) has an elastic outer shell having a certain elasticity, and a communication module (600) can be disposed on the inside. The bridge (300) can be elastically relaxed to press against various protrusions and curved surfaces inside the nose.

[0040] Additionally, the bridge (300) is configured to form a portion exposed to the outside of the user (P)'s nose, making it easy to attach and detach, while also supporting the first body (100) and the second body (200) so that they are not sucked into the nasal cavity. The shape of the bridge (300) is provided in a roughly U-shape exposed to the outside of the nose, thereby preventing the device from penetrating further into the nose. Therefore, the fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity can minimize the risk of irritating the nasal mucosa or causing a foreign body sensation when worn.

[0041] Additionally, the bridge (300) may have a hinge end (310) that is rotatably connected to the first body (100) and the second body (200). The hinge end (310) may be positioned between the other end of the first body (100) and the other end of the second body (200) and both ends of the bridge (300). The hinge end (310) may have a degree of freedom to be tilted toward an open position or a closed position, or to be fixed. That is, the hinge end (310) may allow the bridge (300) to be elastic while making it easy to position the first body (100) and the second body (200) inserted into the nose.

[0042] A communication module (600) is positioned on the part of the bridge (300) that is exposed to the outside, so that smooth communication with an external terminal (TE) is possible. A sensor (500) that detects the degree of contamination is inserted into the nasal cavity of the user (P), but a communication module (600) connected to the sensor (500) can be positioned outside the body of the user (P). Since the part of the bridge (300) where the communication module (600) is positioned has a curvature and is exposed to the outside of the nose, the range of signals to be transmitted and received can be expanded. Accordingly, information transmission and reception between the communication module (600) and the external terminal (TE) can be carried out smoothly.

[0043] FIG. 4 is a bottom view illustrating the filter member of FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the A-A' region of FIG. 4.

[0044] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, a filter member (400) may be disposed at the ends of the first body (100) and the second body (200). The filter member (400) may be disposed at the leading ends of the first body (100) and the second body (200) and may have a porous material.

[0045] The filter member (400) may be provided as a substrate having a plurality of pores to allow air to pass through. Depending on the pore size, the filter member (400) can block ultrafine dust, fine dust, pathogens, odor particles, etc., with a PM (Paticulate Matter) of 2.5 or less. For example, the filter member (400) may be provided with a plurality of ventilation pores (TH).

[0046] The ventilation hole (TH) can form a micro-flow path to allow the fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity to filter foreign substances in the air entering according to the user's (P) breathing and to enable comfortable breathing. Air entering through the filter member (400) can pass through a sensor (500) placed in a part of the filter member (400).

[0047] The fine dust measuring device (10) in the nasal cavity is placed on a filter member (400) and may include a sensor (500) that senses pollutants.

[0048] The sensor (500) is a sensing unit for measuring fine dust in the air and may comprise a fine dust sensor that measures at least one air pollutant among sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, lead, ozone, and carbon monoxide. Alternatively, it may comprise an ultrafine dust sensor that measures total carbon, organic carbon, and elemental carbon contained in ultrafine dust.

[0049] Additionally, the plurality of sensors (500) placed in the filter member (400) may be sensors (500) that detect different types of pollutants, and environmental measurement sensors such as oxygen and carbon dioxide measurement sensors (500) and harmful gas measurement sensors may be placed in plurality.

[0050] The sensor (500) may be placed on the inner surface of the filter member (400). Specifically, the sensor (500) may be placed on the inner radius that first comes into contact with the air inhaled into the nose. That is, the filter member (400) is provided with a radius of curvature in a round shape to form a path through which air entering from the outside naturally flows, and the sensor (500) may be placed on the curved inner surface.

[0051] The sensor (500) may include a first sensor (501), a second sensor (502), and a third sensor (503). The first sensor (501), the second sensor (502), and the third sensor (503) are spaced apart so as not to come into contact with each other and may be placed on the same plane.

[0052] For example, if the first sensor (501) is configured as a sensor for measuring fine dust concentration in the air, the second sensor (502) may be configured as a sensor for measuring ultrafine dust concentration in the air, and the third sensor (503) may be configured as a sensor for measuring harmful gases, etc., with different environmental measurement sensors.

[0053] The sensor (500) may be placed at the edge of some of the multiple ventilation holes (TH). Multiple sensors (500) may be placed around the periphery of the ventilation holes (TH). That is, the sensors (500) may be densely arranged along the central axis of the air passage to be measured so as to quickly detect air flowing into the ventilation holes (TH).

[0054] The sensor (500) can measure the air quality remaining in the nasal cavity and transmit the measured results to the communication module (600). The sensor (500) can provide real-time air quality information of the personal living environment by transmitting the measured fine dust concentration results to the communication module (600).

[0055] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an example of a deformation of the filter member of FIG. 5.

[0056] Referring to FIG. 6, the fine dust measuring device (10A) in the nasal cavity may include a structure in which a filter member (400A) is provided in a stacked multilayer structure and a sensor (501A, 502A, 503A) is disposed between the filter member (400A). At this time, the sensor (501A, 502A, 503A) may be disposed overlappingly between the ventilation holes (TH) and the ventilation holes (TH). The structure may be configured such that air entering the nasal cavity passes through the filter member (400A), passes through the sensor (501A, 502A, 503A), and passes through the filter member (400A) once more. Accordingly, the blocking power against external fine dust or harmful gases may be improved.

[0057] Referring again to FIG. 3, the communication module (600) can transmit and receive data about pollutants from the sensor (500) to an external terminal. The communication module (600) may include a battery (610) connected to the sensor (500) and a control board (620) that communicates with the sensor (500).

[0058] The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) can collect data by receiving unique device identification information along with fine dust concentration values and ultrafine dust concentration values transmitted from the communication module (600). The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) can provide a monitoring service to display in real-time on a display screen collected data, such as fine dust and ultrafine dust concentration measurements, average fine dust and ultrafine dust concentration measurements, fine dust compared with preset standard fine dust and ultrafine dust concentration measurements, and ultrafine dust concentration measurements, on an hourly, daily, weekly, weekly, and monthly basis. Accordingly, the nasal fine dust measuring device (10) can objectively quantify the amount of fine dust contained in the gas inhaled in actual working and living environments, thereby enabling the derivation of improvement measures for working and living environments. Furthermore, it is possible to identify the types of fine dust in an individual's living environment and prepare for diseases caused by the types of fine dust.

[0059] FIG. 7(a) is a drawing illustrating the state of a fine dust measuring device in a nasal cavity according to the present invention during inhalation, and FIG. 7(b) is a drawing illustrating the state of a fine dust measuring device in a nasal cavity according to the present invention during exhalation.

[0060] The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) according to the present invention can detect fine dust in the air introduced into the body in real time without interfering with the breathing activity of the user (P). When the user (P) wears the nasal fine dust measuring device (10) during daily life, the upper surface having a round shape of the filter member (400) may come into contact with the mucous membrane of the nose. At this time, the filter member (400) may be relaxed with a radius of curvature set so that the user (P) does not feel a foreign object sensation while wearing it.

[0061] Referring to FIG. 7(a), when a user (P) inhales air, air resistance may occur as the inhaled air passes through the filter member (400). In this state, if strong inhalation pressure is generated, the upper surface of the filter member (400) comes into close contact with the inner wall of the nose. The filter member (400) may have a round shape that does not contradict the average shape of the nose opening of a typical adult, thereby enabling smooth breathing according to the flow of air.

[0062] When the user (P) inhales air, the filter member (400) expands to a first radius of curvature (R1) and can come into contact with the nasal vestibule, which is the anterior part of the nasal cavity. At this time, the filter member (400) does not interfere with the user's (P) breathing and can measure the concentration of fine dust in the air inhaled into the nasal cavity to the maximum extent by expanding to the first radius of curvature (R1).

[0063] Additionally, the filter member (400) may use a porous material to filter foreign substances in the inhaled air. The filter member (400) may form micropores to prevent fine dust, etc., from being inhaled into the lungs through the nasal cavity. Furthermore, dust, etc., that does not pass through the pores of the filter member (400) may not be inhaled into the human body but may be adsorbed onto the inner surface of the filter member (400). The filter member (400) on which dust, fine dust, etc. have been adsorbed may be provided to be replaceable.

[0064] Referring to FIG. 7(b), when the user (P) exhales air, the air inside the nasal cavity pushes the filter member (400), and the filter member (400) can be reduced to a second radius of curvature (R2). Accordingly, the air exhaled by the user (P) can pass through the filter member (400) and the sensor (500) again. However, since the fine concentration does not need to be measured during exhalation, the expelled air can be discharged along the radial outer surface of the filter member (400). Accordingly, the filter member (400), which was in contact with the inside of the nasal cavity, can be opened according to the air pressure. Since the filter member (400) is temporarily separated from the inside of the nasal cavity according to the pressure of the exhaled air exhaled by the user (P), air can be smoothly discharged through the open space.

[0065] That is, the filter member (400) has a preset radius of curvature, but the radius of curvature may increase during inhalation and decrease during exhalation.

[0066] FIG. 8 is a drawing illustrating a fine dust measuring device in the nasal cavity according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0067] Referring to FIG. 8, the fine dust measuring device (10B) in the nasal cavity may include a first body (100B), a second body (200B), a bridge (300B), a filter member (400B), a sensor (500B), and a communication module (600B).

[0068] Compared to the fine dust measuring device (10) in the nasal cavity described above, there are differences in the shape of the first body (100B) and the second body (200B) and the shape of the filter member (400B), so the explanation will focus on these differences.

[0069] The first body (100B) can be inserted into one side of the nasal cavity. The first body (100B) can be formed in various curved shapes so that a fine dust measuring device (10) inside the nasal cavity can be mounted in the inner space of the nose. The first body (100B) can be provided in a roughly rectangular shape so that a filter member (400B) can be placed on the top. The filter member (400B) can be provided so as to be coupled with a part of the first body (100B). That is, the filter member (400B) can be provided in a structure that allows it to be easily replaced at the tip of the first body (100B). For example, the first body (100B) is fixed in close contact with the inner surface of the nose, and the filter member (400B) has flexibility and elasticity so that it can be supported by the cilia inside the nasal cavity. The filter member (400B) may be manufactured to have fine pores so that air can pass through but dust of a certain size or larger cannot pass through. The first body (100B) may have the filter member (400B) placed at one end, and the other end may be connected to the second body (200B) by a bridge (300B).

[0070] The second body (200B) can be inserted into the other side of the nasal cavity. For example, the second body (200B) may be provided in a roughly rectangular shape, and a filter member (400B) may be placed on the top. The filter member (400B) may be provided to be coupled with a part of the second body (200B). The filter member (400B) may be placed at one end of the second body (200B), and the other end may be connected to the first body (100B) by a bridge (300B).

[0071] The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) according to the present invention utilizes a small sensor that can be mounted on the body to measure and record the air quality during the daily life of a user (P), evaluate the air quality at different locations in real time, and collect data to monitor fine dust in the living environment. Additionally, the sensor (500) inserted into the nasal cavity is positioned on one side of the filter member (400), so that harmful substances contained in the air are filtered by the filter member (400), while accurately measuring the concentration of fine dust and the size of particles in the air. The nasal fine dust measuring device (10) according to the present invention has the advantage of being portable, as the user (P) can move or perform activities while wearing it on their nose. Additionally, by miniaturizing and positioning the fine dust measuring sensor (500), the size of the device can be minimized. Furthermore, since the fine dust measuring sensor (500) and the filter member (400) that filters harmful substances are provided together, the concentration of fine dust can be checked in real time, while filtered air can be inhaled.

[0072] As such, the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, but this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims. Explanation of the symbols
