Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle brake device, and more specifically, to a vehicle brake device applied to an in-wheel motor. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, a vehicle brake system is a device that brakes a vehicle by using the frictional force between the pad and the disc to push a piston using hydraulic pressure generated from a master cylinder or rotational force from a motor. Floating-type brake calipers, consisting of a caliper body and a torque member, are primarily used for such systems, and an optimal design is applied considering the wheel layout for each vehicle model.

[0004] Meanwhile, the next-generation e-corner module vehicle is equipped with an in-wheel drive system that is mounted inside each wheel of the vehicle, allowing each wheel to be controlled independently. However, since the in-wheel consists of a single drive motor within the wheel itself, the space available to install a brake system is very limited. Consequently, when attempting to apply a conventional floating-type caliper brake to the in-wheel, there are concerns regarding interference with adjacent components, and it is difficult to ensure braking safety equivalent to that of a standard brake system.

[0005] The background technology of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Published Patent Application No. 10-2010-0098846 (published September 10, 2010, Title of Invention: Disc Brake with Parking Function). The problem to be solved

[0007] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle brake device that can satisfy the layout conditions of an in-wheel motor and improve the assemblability of a caliper body. means of solving the problem

[0009] To solve the above-mentioned problem, a vehicle brake device according to the present invention comprises: a stator portion fixed to the inner side of a wheel of a vehicle; a rotor portion rotated by electromagnetic interaction with the stator portion; a disc portion connected to the rotor portion and rotated together with the rotor portion; a caliper portion disposed facing the disc portion and moving in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the disc portion to generate braking force; and a support portion that movably supports the caliper portion relative to the stator portion.

[0010] Additionally, the caliper portion comprises: a first caliper body portion supporting a first pad plate portion positioned to face one side of the disc portion; a second caliper body portion separated from the first caliper body portion and supporting a second pad plate portion positioned to face the other side of the disc portion; and a piston portion installed to be movable in the first caliper body portion and pressurizing or releasing the first pad plate portion toward the disc portion.

[0011] In addition, the first caliper body and the second caliper body are integrally connected by the support member.

[0012] In addition, the second caliper body part slides in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the disc part together with the first caliper body part by the pressurizing force of the piston part, and presses the second pad plate part toward the disc part.

[0013] Additionally, the caliper part further includes a reinforcing part, each having both sides connected to the first caliper body part and the second caliper body part to reinforce the joint rigidity between the first caliper body part and the second caliper body part.

[0014] In addition, the above support members are provided as a pair to support each side of the caliper member.

[0015] Additionally, the support member comprises: a guide member that is slidably inserted into a fastening member extending from the stator member and has both sides fixed to the first caliper body member and the second caliper body member, respectively; and a foreign matter blocking member that blocks foreign matter from entering between the fastening member and the guide member.

[0016] Additionally, the guide portion comprises: a first guide member inserted into a first insertion portion provided in the first caliper body portion; and a second guide member extending from the first guide member and penetrating the fastening portion to be inserted into a second insertion portion provided in the second caliper body portion.

[0017] In addition, the diameter of the second guide member is smaller than the diameter of the first guide member.

[0018] Additionally, the foreign matter blocking member comprises: a bushing member disposed between the fastening member and the guide member; a first boot member extending from one side of the bushing member and fixed to one side of the guide member; and a second boot member extending from the other side of the bushing member and fixed to the other side of the guide member.

[0019] In addition, the first boot part and the second boot part are provided to be extendable along the length direction.

[0020] In addition, the first boot part and the second boot part have a bellows shape.

[0021] Additionally, the bushing portion comprises: a bushing body positioned to face the inner surface of the fastening portion and the outer surface of the guide portion; a flow prevention portion protruding from the outer surface of the bushing body and inserted into a flow prevention groove formed concavely from the inner surface of the fastening portion; and a pressure portion protruding from the inner surface of the bushing body and in close contact with the outer surface of the guide portion. Effects of the invention

[0023] The vehicle brake device according to the present invention supports the caliper portion directly and movably to the stator portion by means of a support portion and a fastening portion, thereby eliminating the structure of the torque member coupled to the existing knuckle, and thus the size of the caliper portion can be reduced to suit the in-wheel layout conditions.

[0024] In addition, the vehicle brake device according to the present invention is formed such that the first caliper body and the second caliper body are separated from each other, thereby having a structure in which the spokes or bridge portions are removed from the existing brake caliper. This prevents interference with adjacent parts in an in-wheel structure where the layout inside the wheel is relatively narrow compared to internal combustion engine or environmental vehicle, reduces overall weight, and facilitates securing thermal capacity through the expansion of the diameter of the disc portion. [0031] FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing the configuration of a vehicle brake device according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view schematically showing the configuration of a vehicle brake device according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view schematically showing the configuration of a vehicle brake device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0032] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a vehicle brake device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a stator part (100), a rotor part (200), a disc part (300), a caliper part (400), and a support part (500).

[0033] The stator unit (100) is fixed to the inner side of the wheel (10) of the vehicle and receives power from the outside to form a magnetic field that rotates the rotor unit (200) described later. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the stator unit (100) is formed to have the shape of a cylinder with one side open and is placed inside the wheel (10). The stator unit (100) is coupled to a knuckle (30) installed on the lower side of the vehicle via an in-wheel bracket (20). Accordingly, the stator unit (100) can be fixed in a state where it does not rotate inside the wheel (10). The stator unit (100) receives three-phase power from the vehicle's battery through a terminal. The stator unit (100) is configured to include a plurality of coils to form an electromagnetic force from the supplied power.

[0034] A fastening portion (110) is formed in the stator portion (100) to be coupled with a support portion (500) described later. The fastening portion (110) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be formed in the shape of a rod extending from the inner circumferential surface of the stator portion (100) toward the radial inner side of the stator portion (100). A through hole may be formed in the fastening portion (110) so that the support portion (500) can be inserted. The fastening portion (110) may be provided as a pair. In this case, the pair of fastening portions (110) are arranged spaced apart at a predetermined interval along the circumferential direction of the stator portion (100).

[0035] The fastening portion (110) may be provided with a flow prevention groove (111) into which a flow prevention portion (521b), described later, is inserted. The flow prevention groove (111) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be formed to have the shape of a groove that is concavely sunken from the inner surface of a through hole formed in the fastening portion (110). The flow prevention groove (111) may be formed to extend along the circumferential direction of the through hole to form a ring shape.

[0036] The rotor portion (200) is positioned facing the stator portion (100) on the inner side of the wheel (10). The rotor portion (200) rotates around a central axis through electromagnetic interaction with the stator portion (100). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the rotor portion (200) is formed to have a cylindrical shape with one side open and is positioned between the wheel (10) and the stator portion (100). Accordingly, the inner surface and outer surface of the rotor portion (200) are positioned to face the outer surface of the stator portion (100) and the inner surface of the wheel (10), respectively. The rotor portion (200) is positioned so that its central axis is aligned with the central axis of the wheel (10). The rotor portion (200) is rotatably supported on the inner side of the wheel (10) via a wheel bearing (40) connected to a knuckle (30). The rotor section (200) is configured to include a magnetic material such as a permanent magnet or metal, and rotates around a central axis in conjunction with the electromagnetic force formed by the stator section (100). As the rotor section (200) is connected to the wheel (10) and the disk section (300) on each side by means of bolting, etc., the wheel (10) and the disk section (300) rotate when rotated around the central axis.

[0037] The disc portion (300) is connected to the rotor portion (200) and is configured to rotate together with the rotor portion (200). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the disc portion (300) is formed to have a disc shape and is installed inside the stator portion (100). The disc portion (300) is positioned so that its central axis is aligned with the central axis of the rotor portion (200). The disc portion (300) is positioned between the rotor portion (200) and the wheel bearing (40), and both sides are connected to the rotor portion (200) and the wheel bearing (40), respectively, through bolting connections. Accordingly, when the rotor portion (200) rotates, the disc portion (300) rotates together with the rotor portion (200) around its central axis. The diameter of the disc portion (300) can be varied in design depending on the diameter of the wheel (10), the diameter of the stator portion (100), etc.

[0038] The caliper portion (400) is positioned facing the disc portion (300) and is supported by a support portion (500) described later so as to be movable in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the disc portion (300). Depending on the direction of movement, the caliper portion (400) comes into contact with or separates from the disc portion (300) and generates or releases a braking force.

[0039] FIG. 4 is a perspective view schematically showing the configuration of a caliper part and a support part according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view schematically showing the configuration of a caliper part and a support part according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the configuration of a caliper part and a support part according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the configuration of a caliper part and a support part according to one embodiment of the present invention cut along an axis different from FIG. 6.

[0040] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 7, a caliper part (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first pad plate part (410), a second pad plate part (420), a first caliper body part (430), a second caliper body part (440), a piston part (450), and a reinforcing part (460).

[0041] The first pad plate section (410) and the second pad plate section (420) are arranged symmetrically with respect to the disc section (300). That is, the first pad plate section (410) and the second pad plate section (420) are spaced apart by a predetermined distance in the axial direction of the disc section (300), so that their inner surfaces face each other on both sides of the disc section (300). The first pad plate section (410) and the second pad plate section (420) come into contact with or separate from the disc section (300) in conjunction with the sliding movement of the first caliper body section (430) and the second caliper body section (440), which will be described later, and the pressing force of the piston section (450). When the first pad plate section (410) and the second pad plate section (420) come into contact with the disc section (300), they interfere with the rotation of the disc section (300) and apply braking force to the vehicle. The first pad plate portion (410) and the second pad plate portion (420) release the braking force applied to the vehicle by allowing the disc portion (300) to rotate when separated from the disc portion (300). A friction pad made of a material with a high coefficient of friction, such as rubber, may be attached to the inner surface of the first pad plate portion (410) and the second pad plate portion (420) facing the disc portion (300).

[0042] The first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) form the general appearance of the caliper part (400). The first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) are formed to be separated from each other and are arranged symmetrically with the disc part (300) in between. That is, the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) are formed to have a structure in which the spokes or bridge parts of the existing brake caliper are removed. Accordingly, the caliper part (400) can prevent interference with adjacent parts in an in-wheel structure where the layout inside the wheel is relatively narrow compared to internal combustion engines or environmental vehicles, can reduce overall weight, and facilitate securing thermal capacity through the expansion of the diameter of the disc part (300). The mutually separated first caliper body part (430) and second caliper body part (440) are integrally connected by a support part (500) described later. Accordingly, the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) can be moved integrally together with the support part (500) by the pressure of the piston part (450) described later, even without a back piece or bridge part.

[0043] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first caliper body portion (430) is positioned to face one side of the disk portion (300) with the first pad plate portion (410) in between. The length direction of the first caliper body portion (430) extends along the circumferential direction of the disk portion (300). The first caliper body portion (430) supports the first pad plate portion (410) so that it can move in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the disk portion (300). That is, both ends of the first pad plate portion (410) are connected to the inner surface of the first caliper body portion (430) so that they can slide.

[0044] The first caliper body part (430) is provided with a cylinder part (431) that supports the piston part (450), which will be described later, so that it can move back and forth. The cylinder part (431) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be formed to have a hollow cylindrical shape with one side open. One side of the cylinder part (431) is integrally connected to the outer surface of the first caliper body part (430), and the other side extends in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the disc part (300). The open side of the cylinder part (431) horizontally penetrates the inner and outer surfaces of the first caliper body part (430) and is positioned to face the first pad plate part (410). A plurality of cylinder parts (431) may be provided and arranged parallel to each other along the length direction of the first caliper body part (430). The cylinder part (431) is connected to a separate hydraulic port so that brake fluid can be introduced into the interior or discharged to the exterior. The cylinder part (431) forms hydraulic pressure inside through the brake fluid to move the piston part (450), which will be described later, back and forth.

[0045] The first caliper body portion (430) may be provided with a first insertion portion (432) connected to a support portion (500) described later. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first insertion portion (432) may be formed to have the shape of a hole that horizontally penetrates the first caliper body portion (430) along the axial direction of the disc portion (300). The first insertion portion (432) may be provided as a pair and spaced apart at each end of the first caliper body portion (430). The diameter of the first insertion portion (432) may be formed to a size corresponding to the diameter of the first guide member (511) provided in the support portion (500). Screw threads may be formed on the inner surface of the first insertion portion (432).

[0046] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second caliper body portion (440) is positioned to face the other side of the disc portion (300) with the second pad plate portion (420) in between. The length direction of the second caliper body portion (440) extends along the circumferential direction of the disc portion (300). The second pad plate portion (420) is fixed to the inner surface of the second caliper body portion (440) and slides together with the second caliper body portion (440).

[0047] The second caliper body part (440) may be provided with a second insertion part (441) connected to a support part (500) described later. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second insertion part (441) may be formed to have the shape of a hole that horizontally penetrates the second caliper body part (440) along the axial direction of the disc part (300). The second insertion part (441) may be provided as a pair and spaced apart at each end of the second caliper body part (440). The central axis of the second insertion part (441) is positioned coaxially with the central axis of the first insertion part (432). The diameter of the second insertion part (441) may be formed to a size corresponding to the diameter of the second guide member (512) provided in the support part (500). Screw threads may be formed on the inner surface of the second insertion part (441).

[0048] The piston part (450) is installed to be movable back and forth on the first caliper body part (430). The piston part (450) moves back and forth to apply pressure to or release pressure on the first pad plate part (410) toward the disc part (300). At the same time, the piston part (450) moves back and forth to induce a sliding movement of the second caliper body part (440), thereby applying pressure to or releasing pressure on the second pad plate part (420) toward the disc part (300).

[0049] More specifically, when the piston part (450) moves forward, it presses the first pad plate part (410) toward the disc part (300). The second caliper body part (440) slides in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the disc part (300) together with the first caliper body part (430) and the support part (500) by a reaction force generated in a direction opposite to the pressing force of the piston part (450) pressing the first pad plate part (410), and presses the second pad plate part (420) toward the disc part (300). In this case, the sliding direction of the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) can be exemplified as being opposite to the direction of movement of the piston part (450).

[0050] A piston part (450) according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed so as to be slidably movable inside a cylinder part (431). The piston part (450) extends in a longitudinal direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the cylinder part (431), that is, the axial direction of the disk part (300). The front portion of the piston part (450) is positioned to face the outer surface of the first pad plate part (410). The piston part (450) moves back and forth in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the disk part (300) by hydraulic pressure formed inside the cylinder part (431). A plurality of piston parts (450) may be provided. In this case, a plurality of piston parts (450) may be installed so as to be slidably movable individually in a plurality of cylinder parts (431). The specific shape of the piston part (450) is not limited to the shape shown in FIG. 6, and can be designed to have various shapes depending on the size, shape, etc. of the cylinder part (431).

[0051] The reinforcing member (460) is connected at both ends to the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440), respectively, thereby reinforcing the joint rigidity of the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440). The reinforcing member (460) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be formed to have the shape of a bolt screw having screw threads on its outer surface. The reinforcing member (460) penetrates the upper central portions of the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440), and its front end and rear end are screw-coupled to the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440), respectively. The reinforcing member (460) may be provided in multiple numbers and arranged at a predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction of the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440). Accordingly, the reinforcing member (460) can prevent the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) from becoming misaligned and prevent damage to the support member (500) described later by absorbing a portion of the external force applied to the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) during the sliding movement process of the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) for generating braking force. In addition, the reinforcing member (460) can improve the assembly performance of the caliper part (400) to the stator part (100) by preventing the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) from moving out of the set gap and position. In this case, the reinforcing part (460) can be selectively removed from the first caliper body part (430) and the second caliper body part (440) after the assembly of the caliper part (400) to the stator part (100) is completed.

[0052] The support member (500) is provided between the stator member (100) and the caliper member (400) and supports the caliper member (400) movably relative to the stator member (100). Accordingly, the support member (500) can stably support the caliper member (400) without the structure of a torque member combined with the existing knuckle (30), so that the size of the caliper member (400) can be reduced to suit the in-wheel layout conditions.

[0053] FIG. 8 is an enlarged view schematically showing the configuration of a support member according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0054] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 8, a support member (500) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a guide member (510) and a foreign substance blocking member (520).

[0055] The guide portion (510) is fixed to the first caliper body portion (430) and the second caliper body portion (440) on each side, respectively. The guide portion (510) is inserted into the fastening portion (110) so as to be slidably movable. The guide portion (510) moves relative to the fastening portion (110) and guides the sliding movement of the first caliper body portion (430) and the second caliper body portion (440) guided by the piston portion (450).

[0056] A guide member (510) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first guide member (511) and a second guide member (512).

[0057] The first guide member (511) forms the outer surface of one side of the guide portion (510) and is inserted into the first insertion portion (432). The first guide member (511) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be formed to have the shape of a rod having a circular cross-section. The first guide member (511) is inserted into and fixed to the first insertion portion (432). The first guide member (511) may be fitted into the first insertion portion (432), or alternatively, it may be screw-coupled to the inner surface of the first insertion portion (432) by forming screw threads on its outer surface.

[0058] The first guide member (511) may be provided with a first fixing groove (511a) for fixing the end of the first boot part (522) described later. The first fixing groove (511a) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be formed to have the shape of a groove that is concavely recessed from the outer surface of the first guide member (511). The first fixing groove (511a) may be formed to extend along the circumferential direction of the first guide member (511) to form a ring shape.

[0059] The second guide member (512) extends from the first guide member (511) to form the outer surface of the other side of the guide portion (510). The second guide member (512) penetrates the fastening portion (110) and is inserted into the second insertion portion (441). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second guide member (512) may be formed to have the shape of a rod having a circular cross-section. The second guide member (512) extends from the front end of the first guide member (511) in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first guide member (511). The central axis of the second guide member (512) is positioned coaxially with the central axis of the first guide member (511). The second guide member (512) is inserted into and fixed in the second insertion portion (441) by sequentially passing through the first insertion portion (432) and the fastening portion (110). The second guide member (512) can be fitted into the second insertion part (441), or alternatively, it is possible to have screw threads formed on its outer surface so that it is screw-coupled to the inner surface of the second insertion part (441). The diameter of the second guide member (512) can be formed to be smaller than the diameter of the first guide member (511). Accordingly, interference between the second guide member (512) and the first insertion part (432) and the first boot part (522), which will be described later, can be prevented during the process of inserting the second guide member (512) into the second insertion part (441).

[0060] The second guide member (512) may be provided with a second fixing groove (512a) for fixing the end of the second boot part (523) described later. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second fixing groove (512a) may be formed to have the shape of a groove that is concavely recessed from the outer surface of the second guide member (512). The first fixing groove (512a) may be formed to extend along the circumferential direction of the second guide member (512) to form a ring shape.

[0061] The foreign substance blocking part (520) is provided between the fastening part (110) and the guide part (510) and supports the guide part (510) so that it can slide relative to the fastening part (110). The foreign substance blocking part (520) prevents foreign substances from entering between the fastening part (110) and the guide part (510).

[0062] A foreign substance blocking part (520) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a bushing part (521), a first boot part (522), and a second boot part (523).

[0063] The bushing (521) forms the central exterior of the foreign matter blocking part (520) according to one embodiment of the present invention. The bushing (521) is positioned between the fastening part (110) and the guide part (510) and supports the guide part (510) so that it can slide relative to the fastening part (110).

[0064] A bushing part (521) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a bushing body (521a), a flow prevention part (521b), and a pressurizing part (521c).

[0065] The bush body (521a) is positioned so that both sides face the inner surface of the fastening part (110) and the outer surface of the guide part (510), respectively. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the bush body (521a) is formed to have a hollow cylindrical shape and is positioned between the fastening part (110) and the second guide member (512). The bush body (521a) is provided with an elastically deformable material such as rubber or silicone, so that the outer surface and the inner surface are in close contact with the inner surface of the fastening part (110) and the outer surface of the guide part (510), respectively.

[0066] The flow prevention part (521b) protrudes from the outer surface of the bush body (521a) and is inserted into the flow prevention groove (111). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the flow prevention part (521b) may be formed to have the shape of a projection that protrudes vertically from the outer surface of the bush body (521a) toward the radial outer side of the bush body (521a). The flow prevention part (521b) may be formed to extend along the circumferential direction of the bush body (521a) and have a roughly ring shape. The flow prevention part (521b) is inserted into the flow prevention groove (111) and is engaged with the flow prevention groove (111). The flow prevention part (521b) is provided with an elastically deformable material such as rubber or silicone and is fixed by adhering to the inner surface of the flow prevention groove (111). Accordingly, the flow prevention part (521b) can prevent the bush body (521a) from detaching from the fastening part (110) due to the shear stress applied from the guide part (510) when the guide part (510) slides.

[0067] The pressure member (521c) protrudes from the inner surface of the bush body (521a) and is in close contact with the outer surface of the guide member (510). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the pressure member (521c) may be formed to have the shape of a projection that protrudes vertically from the inner surface of the bush body (521a) toward the radial inner side of the bush body (521a). The pressure member (521c) may be formed to extend along the circumferential direction of the bush body (521a) and have an approximate ring shape. The pressure member (521c) may be provided in multiple numbers and arranged at a predetermined interval along the length direction of the bush body (521a). The pressure member (521c) is provided with an elastically deformable material such as rubber or silicone and presses the outer surface of the second guide member (512). The pressure member (521c) presses the outer surface of the second guide member (512) to form a frictional force between the second guide members (512). In this case, the magnitude of the frictional force formed by the pressure member (521) can be set to be smaller than the magnitude of the reaction force transmitted along the longitudinal direction of the guide member (510) in conjunction with the pressure operation of the piston member (450). Accordingly, the pressure member (521c) prevents the guide member (510) from sliding arbitrarily due to external vibrations or the weight of the caliper member (400), thereby ensuring stable braking performance.

[0068] The first boot portion (522) extends from one side of the bush portion (521) and is fixed to one side of the guide portion (510). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first boot portion (522) extends along the longitudinal direction of the guide portion (510) from one end of the bush body (521a) (left end in reference to FIG. 8). The first boot portion (522) is positioned to surround the outer surface of the second guide member (512) and a part of the outer surface of the first guide member (511) to block foreign substances entering from the outside. The end of the first boot portion (522) is inserted and fixed into a first fixing groove portion (511a) formed by being concavely recessed from the outer surface of the first guide member (511).

[0069] The first boot portion (522) may be provided to be extendable along the longitudinal direction. For example, the first boot portion (522) may be formed to have a bellows shape as shown in FIG. 8. The first boot portion (522) extends and contracts in the longitudinal direction when the guide portion (510) slides, and absorbs the displacement of the guide portion (510). Accordingly, the first boot portion (522) can be prevented from tearing due to the tensile force resulting from the relative movement of the guide portion (510) and the bush portion (521).

[0070] The diameter of the end portion of the first boot portion (522) is formed to be larger than the diameter of the second guide member (512). Accordingly, the end portion of the first boot portion (522) can prevent the second guide member (512) from being inserted into the second fixing groove portion (512a) during the process of the second guide member (512) being inserted toward the second insertion portion (441).

[0071] The second boot portion (523) extends from the other side of the bush portion (521) and is fixed to the other side of the guide portion (510). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second boot portion (523) extends along the longitudinal direction of the guide portion (510) from the other end of the bush body (521a) (right end in reference to FIG. 8). The second boot portion (523) is positioned to surround the outer surface of the second guide member (512) to block foreign substances entering from the outside. The end of the second boot portion (523) is inserted and fixed into a second fixing groove portion (512a) formed by being concavely recessed from the outer surface of the second guide member (512).

[0072] The second boot portion (523) may be provided to be extendable along the longitudinal direction. For example, the second boot portion (523) may be formed to have a bellows shape as shown in FIG. 8. The second boot portion (523) extends and contracts in the longitudinal direction when the guide portion (510) slides, and absorbs the displacement of the guide portion (510). In this case, the second boot portion (523) may be extended and deformed in a direction opposite to that of the first boot portion (522). Accordingly, the second boot portion (523) may be prevented from tearing due to the tensile force resulting from the relative movement of the guide portion (510) and the bush portion (521).
