Abstract

The present invention relates to a post for a pedestrian guardrail with improved constructability and enhanced durability against external collisions. It comprises a post having a certain length and an underground foundation support installed in the ground to fix the post to a curbstone and support the post. As a result, the guardrail post can be installed easily and quickly without specialized personnel, thereby shortening the installation time and reducing installation costs. Furthermore, since it is fixed to the curbstone, the collision load is transmitted in the direction of impact and along the length of the anchor bolt connecting the post and the curbstone in the event of a vehicle collision, preventing damage to the anchor bolt and thus preventing loss of support capacity of the post. Additionally, the support capacity of the curbstone is added to prevent personal injury to the sidewalk.

Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a post for a pedestrian guardrail, and more specifically, to a post for a pedestrian guardrail with improved constructability and enhanced durability against external collisions. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, guardrails are installed and used at the boundary where the roadway and sidewalk are separated to protect pedestrian safety from vehicles encroaching on the sidewalk.

[0005] Such a protective fence consists of posts installed at regular intervals and crossbars connected between the posts.

[0006] In addition, to fix the posts constituting the above-mentioned protective fence in the ground, a pit is dug to a certain depth, reinforcing bars and foundation bolts are placed inside the pit, and concrete is poured to form a foundation block.

[0007] Subsequently, posts for the protective fence are fastened to the foundation bolts protruding upward from the foundation blocks, and after installing multiple posts, multiple horizontal bars are connected between the posts to install the protective fence.

[0009] In addition, installing foundation blocks requires different specialized personnel, such as concrete pouring workers and welding workers for welding plates to connect to the ends of the pillars. This results in labor costs for specialized personnel and long construction times for each task.

[0011] In addition, guardrails installed with this configuration have weak durability at the connection points with the foundation blocks, so they break easily upon vehicle collisions, resulting in injuries to people standing at the collision site. Prior art literature

[0013] Registered Patent 10-1190671 The problem to be solved

[0014] Accordingly, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a support post for a pedestrian guardrail that can be easily installed without specialized personnel, reduces installation costs due to rapid construction, and has a structure capable of supporting external forces, thereby preventing injury to human life located on the sidewalk. means of solving the problem

[0016] To achieve the objective of the present invention, a post for a pedestrian guardrail is provided, comprising a post having a certain length and a foundation underground support member installed underground to support the post for fixing the post to a curbstone. Effects of the invention

[0018] The present invention provides a support post for a protective fence that can be installed easily and quickly without the need for specialized personnel, thereby shortening the installation period and reducing installation costs.

[0019] In addition, the present invention is fixed to the curbstone, and in the event of a vehicle collision, the collision load is transmitted in the direction of the load generation and in the longitudinal direction of the anchor bolt connecting the post and the curbstone, thereby preventing the anchor bolt from breaking, which prevents the loss of support capacity of the post, and the support capacity of the curbstone is added, thereby preventing injury to people on the sidewalk. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0022] The following is a detailed description with reference to the attached drawings.

[0023] The present invention comprises a support post (10) having a certain length and a foundation underground support member (20) installed in the ground to support the support post and to fix the support post to a boundary stone (1).

[0024] The above support (10) is formed in the shape of a square pipe with a certain length and installed by burying the lower end in the ground.

[0026] The above-mentioned foundation underground support member (20) is composed of a foundation reinforcement plate (21), a support attachment plate (22), and a reinforcement plate (23).

[0028] The above-mentioned foundation reinforcement plate (21) is inserted into the ground while maintaining a flat surface, and a support insertion groove (21a) is formed on one side so that a support (10) is inserted therein.

[0029] The above-mentioned support plate (22) is formed to be in close contact with and supported by the support (10) in an upward direction from the end of the support insertion groove (21a) of the foundation reinforcement plate (21).

[0030] The above-mentioned support plate (22) is formed such that the fastening hole (22a) for fastening with the anchor bolt (2) fixedly installed on the curbstone (1) has a wider spacing than the support insertion groove (21a), and between the two fastening holes (22a), an elastic plate (22b) is formed that is cut in an H shape to improve the adhesion with the support (10) and protrudes at a certain angle toward the support (10).

[0031] The elastic plate formed by cutting into the above H shape is configured to come into contact at four points of the support (10) so that the elastic support force is generated equally.

[0033] The above reinforcing plate (23) is configured on the back side of the support insertion groove (21a) centered on the support attachment plate (22) and is configured to be joined at a right angle to the support attachment plate (22) and the base reinforcing plate (21).

[0035] In the implementation of the present invention, the lower part of the base reinforcement plate (21) may be provided with a resistance increasing part (30) to prevent the support post (10) from being pushed toward the sidewalk when a collision occurs with the support post (10).

[0036] The above resistance-increasing part (30) can be implemented by being composed of an interference-prevention plate (31) protruding a certain length toward the lower side, a V-shaped resistance-increasing plate (32) with a corner portion joined to one end of the interference-prevention plate (31), and an impact-transmitting plate (33) that protrudes toward the other side of the resistance-increasing plate (32) and is configured to transmit the pushing force of the support (10) that contacts the lower end of the support (10) to the resistance-increasing plate (32). The above impact-transmitting plate (33) is configured so that the impact force applied to the support (10) is transmitted toward the bent corner of the resistance-increasing plate (32), thereby increasing the resistance force in the ground through the bent structure of the resistance-increasing plate (32).

[0038] The operation process of the present invention is described below.

[0039] The present invention comprises a support post (10) having a certain length, a foundation underground support member (20) installed underground to support the support post (10) for fixing the support post (10) to a curbstone, and a support post (10) fixedly installed to the curbstone through the foundation underground support member (20). By installing anchor bolts on the curbstone without manufacturing foundation blocks and then fixing the foundation underground support member (20) through the anchor bolts installed on the curbstone, the support post (10) for a pedestrian protection fence can be installed easily and quickly without specialized technical skills.

[0040] Meanwhile, the foundation underground support member (20) that supports the support column (10) underground is composed of a foundation reinforcement plate (21) that is placed horizontally underground, a support column attachment plate (22) that protrudes above the foundation reinforcement plate (21) to improve the contact force with the support column (10), and a reinforcement plate (23) that prevents the support column attachment plate (22) from sliding. In the event of a collision with the support column (10), the foundation reinforcement plate (21) is not damaged and the support column (10) is supported. Additionally, the support column attachment plate expands the contact area with the support column (10), thereby preventing the support column (10) from falling over starting from the foundation reinforcement plate (21).

[0041] In addition, the above-mentioned support (10) attachment plate is formed with two or more H-shaped plates, so that the adhesion between the support (10) and the support (10) is improved during the process of fixing the support (10) to the boundary stone with the foundation underground support part (20).

[0043] In addition, in the implementation of the present invention, if a resistance increasing part (30) is provided at the bottom of the base reinforcing plate (21) to prevent the support post (10) from being pushed toward the sidewalk when a collision occurs with the support post (10), the resistance increasing plate (32) is bent into a V shape and spreads out in proportion to the impact applied when a collision occurs, thereby further increasing the resistance in the ground.
