Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a tool for operating an ACB, and more specifically, to a tool for operating an ACB (air circuit breaker), which is a high-current circuit breaker that extinguishes an arc using air, so that an arc may occur between electrodes when current is suddenly interrupted or flowed through the ACB, thereby preventing safety accidents such as electric shock or burns, by allowing the ACB to be safely withdrawn or inserted into a distribution board on behalf of a worker. Background Technology

[0002] An ACB (air circuit breaker) is installed in a distribution board or similar device and is used to open or close circuits in high-voltage or high-current power systems. It performs the function of interrupting current by using air as an arc extinguishing medium.

[0003] These ACBs are frequently detached for inspection, replacement, and maintenance.

[0004] Insertion or withdrawal of the ACB is performed by pressing the ACB off switch, inserting the insertion / withdrawal handle into the insertion / withdrawal handle insertion port of the ACB cradle, and then pressing the pad lock switch to rotate the inserted insertion / withdrawal handle in a predetermined direction.

[0005] It is common for the insertion or removal of the aforementioned ACB to be performed manually by an operator. This manual operation not only requires a significant amount of force but also poses a risk of safety accidents, such as electric shock and burns, if an arc occurs during the insertion or removal process.

[0006] Therefore, there is an increasing need for a new type of tool that can perform the insertion or withdrawal of ACBs on behalf of the operator.

[0007] Accordingly, the present invention proposes a method to remotely control the tool or to mount the tool on a robot hand (or robot arm) to insert or withdraw the ACB on behalf of a worker by providing a tool equipped with an off switch presser, an ACB shuttle ring key, and a pad lock presser, which inserts the ACB shuttle ring key into the ACB shuttle ring key insertion port (i.e., the insertion / extraction handle insertion port) of the ACB cradle while pressing the off switch of the ACB, and then rotates the inserted ACB shuttle ring key in a predetermined direction by pressing the pad lock switch through the pad lock presser.

[0008] Next, we will briefly explain the prior art existing in the technical field of the present invention, and then describe the technical details that the present invention aims to achieve differently from the said prior art.

[0009] First, Korean Patent Publication No. 2017-0043931 (April 24, 2017) relates to a device for inserting and removing an air circuit breaker, and relates to a technology in which a lead screw is provided to be screw-coupled to a transfer trolley capable of carrying an air circuit breaker body and can linearly drive the transfer trolley when rotated, so that when a handle inserted into the handle hole of the air circuit breaker rotates, the transfer trolley is linearly driven according to the direction of rotation to insert or remove the air circuit breaker body.

[0010] In addition, Korean Registered Patent No. 1759602 (July 13, 2017) relates to an input / output device for an air circuit breaker, and relates to a technology that allows the circuit breaker body to stop accurately at a set position by causing idle operation when abnormal operation, such as over-output or over-input, occurs at the disconnect, test, or connect positions.

[0011] As explained above, Korean Published Patent No. 2017-0043931 and Korean Registered Patent No. 1759602 merely describe the ability to linearly move a movable carriage or stop at a predetermined position through the rotational force of a handle (input / output handle) when inserting and rotating the handle into the handle insertion opening to insert or withdraw an ACB; they do not describe, suggest, or imply any technical features regarding the ACB insertion / output operation tool proposed in this invention that performs the task of inserting or withdrawing an ACB in place of a worker. [0084] As illustrated in FIG. 9, the key body (322) is configured to surround a part of the key shaft (321) and the first elastic means (324).

[0085] The first elastic means (324) is coupled to one side of the key shaft (310) on the opposite side of the wrench (323).

[0086] The first elastic means (324) allows the wrench (323) to be fixed by being pressed against the socket (e.g., gear or cam) with a predetermined pressure by the elastic force of the first elastic means (324), even if the ACB (100) moves linearly from front to back or from back to front during the insertion or withdrawal process of the ACB (100).

[0087] Meanwhile, the wrench (323) may be configured as a hexagonal wrench, but may be configured in various ways depending on the socket. Additionally, if the wrench (323) does not sit and connect with the socket, the ACB shuttle ring key (320) may be configured to rotate left and right so that the wrench (323) can slide into the socket.

[0088] FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an off-switch press according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0089] As illustrated in FIG. 10, an off-switch presser (340) according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a press shaft (341), an end (344) coupled (connected) to one side of the press shaft, a second elastic means (343) coupled to the press shaft on the opposite side of the end (344), and a press body (342) surrounding a part of the press shaft (341) and the second elastic means (343).

[0090] The above end (344) is configured to directly contact one side of the surface of the off switch (110) and apply a predetermined pressure, and can be configured in a predetermined shape.

[0091] The second elastic means (343) allows the off switch presser (340) (more specifically, the press shaft (341)) to apply a predetermined pressure so that the off switch (110) remains in the off state by the elastic force of the second elastic means (243) even if the ACB (100) moves linearly from the front to the rear or from the rear to the front depending on the insertion or withdrawal of the ACB (100).

[0092] FIG. 11 is a drawing illustrating a structure for fixing a mounting hole and a tool mounting part according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0093] As illustrated in FIG. 11, the mounting holes (first mounting holes (611) and second mounting holes (621)) according to one embodiment of the present invention are configured to correspond to the tool mounting portion (first tool mounting portion (315) and second tool mounting portion (350)) configured in the ACB insertion / extraction operation tool (300).

[0094] The first mounting hole (611) is configured in the first horizontal support bar (610), and the second mounting hole (621) is configured in the second horizontal support bar (620).

[0095] In addition, by inserting the first tool mounting part (315) and the second tool mounting part (350) into the first mounting hole (611) and the second mounting hole (621), the tool (300) can be mounted on the horizontal support bar to allow the ACB (100) to be inserted or withdrawn.

[0096] Meanwhile, in order to more firmly fix the tool (300) to the horizontal support bar, the mounting hole may be made of a ferromagnetic material such as pure iron, and the tool mounting part may be made of an electromagnet.

[0097] Therefore, after the tool mounting part is inserted into the mounting hole, power is supplied to the electromagnet so that the inserted tool mounting part is fixed in the mounting hole according to the properties of the electromagnet, thereby allowing the tool (300) to be securely mounted on the horizontal support bar.

[0098] At this time, when the insertion or withdrawal of the ACB (100) is completed, the power supplied to the electromagnet is cut off so that the tool (300) can be separated from the horizontal support bar with a predetermined force.

[0099] FIG. 12 is a drawing illustrating a structure for fixing a mounting hole and an output mounting part according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0100] As illustrated in FIG. 12, at least one plate spring (630) may be provided that protrudes from the inner space to the outer space of the inner circumference of the mounting hole (first mounting hole (611) and second mounting hole (621)) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0101] In addition, at least one fixing groove corresponding to the plate spring (630) may be provided along the outer surface of the tool mounting portion (first tool mounting portion (315) and second tool mounting portion (350)).

[0102] At this time, when the tool mounting part is inserted into the mounting hole, each plate spring (630) expands into the internal space, and then when the fixing groove reaches the position of the plate spring (260), it is restored by the restoring force to fix the tool mounting part, thereby allowing the tool (300) to be firmly mounted on the horizontal support bar.

[0103] The above leaf spring (260) is configured so that it can be separated (detached) from the horizontal support bar when the mounted tool (300) is pulled by more than a predetermined force.

[0104] It is also possible to configure the tool mounting part to be fixed using only the restoring force of the plate spring (260) without separately configuring the above-mentioned fixed groove.

[0105] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned plate spring (260) is configured along the outer surface of the tool mounting portion, and the above-mentioned fixing groove can be formed along the inner surface of the mounting hole.

[0106] Ultimately, the tool mounting portion is inserted into the mounting hole to a predetermined depth and secured between the mounting hole and the tool (300) via a plate spring, thereby configuring the tool (300) to be mounted on the horizontal support bar.

[0107] FIG. 13 is a drawing illustrating a structure for fixing a mounting hole and an output mounting part according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0108] As illustrated in FIG. 13, at least one metal ball (650) may be provided, which is coupled with a third elastic means (640) in the inner space of the inner circumference of the mounting hole (first mounting hole (611) and second mounting hole (621)) according to one embodiment of the present invention and has a portion protruding outward into the outer space.

[0109] At this time, when the tool mounting portion (first tool mounting portion (315) and second tool mounting portion (350)) is inserted into the mounting hole, the entire metal ball (650) is pushed into the internal space, and when the fixing groove reaches the position of the metal ball (650), the metal ball (650) is restored to its original position by the restoring force of the third elastic means (640), and a part of the protruding metal ball (650) is combined with the fixing groove to fix the tool mounting portion, thereby allowing the tool (300) to be firmly mounted on the horizontal support bar.

[0110] The third elastic means (640) and the metal ball (650) are configured so that they can be separated from the horizontal support bar when the mounted tool (300) is pulled by more than a predetermined force.

[0111] It is also possible to configure the tool mounting part to be fixed through the metal ball (650) using only the restoring force of the third elastic means (640) without separately configuring the above fixed groove.

[0112] Meanwhile, the metal ball (650) and the third elastic means (640) may be provided along the outer surface of the tool mounting portion, and the fixing groove may be provided along the inner surface of the mounting hole.

[0113] Ultimately, the tool mounting portion is inserted into the mounting hole to a predetermined depth and is secured through a metal ball (650) between it and the mounting hole, thereby configuring the tool (300) to be mounted on the horizontal support bar.

[0114] FIG. 14 is a drawing illustrating the usage state of an ACB insertion / extraction operation tool according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0115] As shown in FIG. 14, an ACB input / output operation tool (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be mounted on a horizontal support bar of a distribution panel (600) and controlled remotely through a remote control device (400).

[0116] For example, when withdrawing the ACB (100), the motor (325) can be controlled remotely via the remote control device (400) to turn the ACB shuttle ring key (320) to the left, and when retracting the ACB (100), the motor (325) can be controlled remotely via the remote control device (400) to turn the ACB shuttle ring key (320) to the right.

[0117] FIG. 15 is a drawing illustrating the usage state of an ACB insertion / extraction operation tool according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0118] As illustrated in FIG. 15, an ACB insertion / extraction operation tool (300) according to another embodiment of the present invention may be configured to be mounted on the robot hands (500) of a robot to insert or extract an ACB (100).

[0119] The above robot may be configured to recognize each component of the switchboard panel (600), horizontal support bar, ACB cradle (200), and ACB (100) through machine learning or vision recognition technology, estimate the posture of the robot hands (500) to mount the tool (300) on the horizontal support bar, and control the motor (325) to insert or withdraw the ACB (100).

[0120] FIG. 16 is a diagram illustrating a procedure for inserting or withdrawing an ACB using an ACB insertion / withdrawal operation tool according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0121] As illustrated in FIG. 16, the procedure for inserting an ACB (100) into an ACB cradle (200) or withdrawing it from an ACB cradle (200) using an ACB insertion / extraction operation tool (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention first performs a tool mounting step (S110) in which a mounting part provided on the tool (300) is inserted into a mounting hole provided on a horizontal support bar of a distribution panel (600) and the tool (300) is mounted on the horizontal support bar.

[0122] More specifically, the tool mounting step is performed by inserting the first tool mounting part (315) of the tool (300) into the first mounting hole (611) configured in the first horizontal support bar (610), and inserting and fixing the second tool mounting part (350) of the tool (300) into the second mounting hole (621) configured in the second horizontal support bar (620).

[0123] Next, an off switch press step is performed to turn off the off switch (110) of the ACB (100) by applying a predetermined pressure to the off switch (110) through the off switch presser (340) (S120).

[0124] Next, an ACB shuttle ring key insertion step is performed in which the ACB shuttle ring key (320) is inserted into the ACB shuttle ring key insertion port (220) of the ACB cradle (200) (S130).

[0125] More specifically, the above ACB shuttle ring key insertion step involves inserting the ACB shuttle ring key (320) into the ACB shuttle ring key insertion hole (220) and pressing the wrench (323) of the ACB shuttle ring key (320) against the socket of the ACB shuttle ring key (320).

[0126] At this time, if a predetermined pressure is applied to the off switch (110) to turn it off, the ACB shuttle ring key (320) is not inserted.

[0127] Next, a pad lock switch press step is performed (S130) to secure the ACB shuttle ring key (320) to the socket by applying a predetermined pressure to the pad lock switch (210) of the ACB cradle (200) through the pad lock presser (330).

[0128] At this time, the wrench (323) of the ACB shuttle ring key (320) is fixed in close contact with the socket.

[0129] The above pad lock switch pressing step is performed to prevent the ACB shuttle ring key (320) from idling. That is, if the pad lock switch (210) is not pressed, the inserted ACB shuttle ring key (320) will only idle and will not be able to perform insertion or withdrawal.

[0130] Next, a motor (325) is operated via a remote control device (400) or a robot to rotate the ACB shuttle ring key (320) fixed to the socket in a predetermined direction, thereby performing an insertion / extraction operation step to insert or extract the ACB (100) (S150).

[0131] The above insertion / extraction operation step is configured to insert the ACB (100) by turning the inserted ACB shuttle ring key (320) to the right, or to withdraw the ACB (100) by turning the ACB shuttle ring key (320) to the left.

[0132] As explained above, the present invention has the effect of preventing safety accidents caused by arcs that may occur during the insertion or withdrawal process by enabling the insertion or withdrawal of the ACB instead of a worker.

[0133] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the following claims. Explanation of the symbols
