Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a power transmission system for a tractor, a power transmission method for a tractor, and a tractor, and more specifically, to a power transmission system for a tractor, a power transmission method for a tractor, and a tractor capable of supplying power between a tractor and an implement through a power transmission unit of the tractor. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, agricultural vehicles called tractors are structurally similar to ordinary automobiles, but they are equipped with powerful engines and transmissions with high gear ratios, providing excellent traction and sturdiness, and are primarily used for cultivation. To enable cultivation, these tractors are configured to allow for the selective attachment or detachment of various implements—such as plows or rotary tillers for soil preparation or leveling—to the rear or front of the vehicle body as needed. Traditionally, tractors equipped with internal combustion engines, such as diesel engines, were the mainstream; however, due to harmful gases and noise generated during operation, low energy efficiency, and international environmental regulations, there has recently been a trend of a paradigm shift toward electric-driven tractors.

[0003] In general, when external work is required, tractors primarily use a method of driving implements by applying rotational power to them through a Power Take-Off (PTO).

[0004] However, in recent years, advancements have been made to suit various tractor tasks. Products have been released that receive power from the tractor and obtain the necessary output through a motor, and implements are also scheduled to be developed that supplement output by receiving power from the implement and utilizing an electric drive-based power generation device when the PTO output provided by the tractor is insufficient. The problem to be solved

[0005] However, the power transmission structure of a tractor relies on receiving power from a high-voltage battery through high-voltage cables, which can be severed due to various hazardous situations. When these cables are severed, there is a high risk of fire and explosion, which poses a problem of resulting casualties and property damage.

[0006] The present invention aims to solve various problems, including those mentioned above, by installing a power transmission unit that transmits power between the tractor and the implement in the power transmission unit, thereby preventing the risk of cutting the power transmission unit. The invention provides a power transmission system for a tractor, a power transmission method for a tractor, and a tractor. However, these objectives are exemplary and do not limit the scope of the invention. means of solving the problem

[0013] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the power transmission unit may be electrically connected to the power source side and the drive body side through a wireless power transmission method of any one of magnetic induction, magnetic resonance, and electromagnetic wave methods, via a coil portion formed to surround the outer diameter surface of both ends of the rotating shaft on the tractor side or the implement side so as to supply power in a non-contact manner.

[0014] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a signal transmission unit may further include a signal transmission line formed to extend long in the longitudinal direction along the rotation axis, at least a portion of which is installed in the power transmission unit to transmit a control signal between the tractor and the implement, in the hollow portion inside the rotation axis or near the outer surface of the rotation axis.

[0015] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a control unit that applies a control signal to the implement through the signal transmission unit so that the tractor can control the implement during operation of the tractor may be further included.

[0016] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the tractor is an electric tractor and is driven by an electric motor that receives main electric energy from a power source installed inside, and the power source may include the main battery of the tractor.

[0017] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the workpiece may further include an auxiliary battery that is installed on a towing body that can be towed by the tractor so as to be electrically connected to the power source of the tractor and supplies electrical energy stored therein to the power source.

Effects of the invention

[0023] According to one embodiment of the present invention as described above, when driving a tractor and a work implement, rotational power can be transmitted through the power transmission unit of the tractor, and power can be supplied through a power transmission unit installed in the power transmission unit. This eliminates the need to use a separate cable structure connecting the tractor and the work implement, thereby preventing risks such as fire and explosion when the cable is cut.

[0024] In addition, power and electricity can be transmitted simultaneously or selectively through the existing power transmission unit, and some parts of the tractor's structure can be simplified, thereby minimizing the area occupied by the power transmission unit.

[0025] Accordingly, it is possible to implement a power transmission system for a tractor, a power transmission method for a tractor, and a tractor that can save costs and time consumed due to tractor accidents and enable efficient agricultural work with a simplified structure. Of course, the scope of the present invention is not limited by these effects. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0026] FIGS. 1 and 2 are cross-sectional views schematically illustrating a tractor and an implement equipped with a tractor power transmission system according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 3 to 7 are cross-sectional views schematically illustrating a tractor power transmission system according to various embodiments of the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0027] Hereinafter, several preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0028] The embodiments of the present invention are provided to more fully explain the invention to those skilled in the art, and the following embodiments may be modified in various different forms, and the scope of the invention is not limited to the following embodiments. Rather, these embodiments are provided to make the disclosure more faithful and complete and to fully convey the spirit of the invention to those skilled in the art. In addition, the thickness or size of each layer in the drawings is exaggerated for convenience and clarity of explanation.

[0029] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to drawings that schematically illustrate ideal embodiments of the present invention. In the drawings, variations of the illustrated shapes may be expected, for example, depending on manufacturing techniques and / or tolerances. Accordingly, embodiments of the inventive concept should not be interpreted as being limited to specific shapes of the areas illustrated herein, but should include, for example, variations in shape resulting from manufacturing.

[0030] FIGS. 1 and FIGS. 2 are cross-sectional views schematically showing a tractor (1) and a work implement (100) equipped with a tractor power transmission system (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0031] First, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a tractor (1) and a work implement (100) equipped with a tractor power transmission system (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention may have the power transmission system (400) installed between the tractor (1) and the work implement (100).

[0032] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tractor (1) may include a driving body (10), a power source (11), a power source (12), and a power transmission system (400).

[0033] The tractor (1) is an electric tractor and can be driven by an electric motor that receives main electric energy from a power source (12) to be described later installed inside.

[0034] A driving body (10) is connected to one side of a work tool (100) for performing agricultural work, and can drive along a predetermined path to tow the work tool (100).

[0035] The power source (12) is installed in the driving body (10) and can supply electric energy as a power source that generates driving power for the driving body (10) to drive. At this time, the power source (12) may include the main battery (B) of the tractor (1). However, it is not limited thereto, and the power source (12) may include a generator driven by an internal combustion engine (11b).

[0036] The power source (11) is formed on one side of the power source (12) and may include an electric motor (11a) and an internal combustion engine (11b) such as an engine.

[0037] The power transmission system (400) can electrically connect the power source (12) and the work device (100) so as to supply power between the power source (12) installed on the driving body (10) and the work device (100) towed by the driving body (10). The detailed configuration of the power transmission system (400) described above will be described later.

[0038] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the workpiece (100) may largely include a drive body (110), a reduction gear (120), a workpiece body (200), and a plow (300).

[0039] The work device (100) is connected to one side of the tractor (1) and can be towed by the tractor (1).

[0040] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the work body (200) may be a type of frame structure having appropriate strength and durability to sufficiently support the plow (300) to be described later. This work body (200) may be a frame structure formed by welding or connecting a single injection molded structure, a casting, or various shapes of plates, wires, pipes, vertical members, horizontal members, and inclined members. However, the work body (200) is not necessarily limited to FIG. 1, and members of a wide variety of shapes capable of supporting the components described above may be applied.

[0041] The main body of the work machine (200) may have at least one wheel member (210) installed on one side of the above-described frame structure to roll on the ground (1) so that it can be easily towed by a tractor (1).

[0042] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the plow (300) includes at least one blade (310) fixedly installed on the main body (200) of the work machine so as to plow and cultivate the land (1), and can be towed by a tractor (1) with at least a part of the blade (310) inserted into the land (1).

[0043] Such a plow (300) is a type of agricultural tool and may be a tool used to plow the land (1). Since the plow (300) is mainly used to convert empty land (1) into farmland or to plow the land (1) that has been hardened by repeated farming for a long time to make it fertile, the tractor (1) that tows the work machine (100) on which the plow (300) is installed to dig up and plow the hard land (1) may require a very large traction force depending on the condition of the land (1) or the size and number of blades (310).

[0044] In addition, in this embodiment, although a plow (300) is installed on the main body (200) of the work machine (100) as an example, it is not necessarily limited to this, and any type of device that can be towed by a tractor (1) or driven by receiving rotational power from the tractor (1), or preferably, driven by receiving power from the tractor (1) to drive the drive body (110) and carry out work, may be installed, such as a towing trailer or wagon.

[0045] The work device (100) may further include an auxiliary battery (not shown). In this case, the auxiliary battery is installed on a towing body that can be towed by the tractor (1) so as to be electrically connected to the power source (12) of the tractor (1), and can supply electrical energy stored inside to the power source (12).

[0046] For example, the auxiliary battery may be formed inside the work device (100), but is not limited thereto, and may be installed separately from the work device (100) so that the auxiliary battery itself can be towed.

[0047] At this time, the tractor (1) can receive auxiliary electric energy from an auxiliary battery installed in the implement (100) through the power transmission unit (420).

[0048] FIGS. 3 to 7 are cross-sectional views schematically illustrating a tractor power transmission system (400) according to various embodiments of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a tractor (1) and a work implement (100) equipped with a tractor power transmission system (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0049] As illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 7, a power transmission system (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be installed between a tractor (1) and a work implement (100) towed by the tractor (1).

[0050] The power transmission system (400) may largely include a power transmission unit (410) and a power transmission unit (420).

[0051] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the power transmission unit (410) is installed between the tractor (1) and the implement (100) towed by the tractor (1), and can transmit rotational power through a rotating shaft (411) formed to extend longitudinally in the shape of a hollow shaft.

[0052] The power transmission unit (420) may be formed to extend long along the rotation axis (411) in the longitudinal direction, at least a portion of which is installed in the power transmission unit (410) to supply power between the tractor (1) and the implement (100), in a hollow portion inside the rotation axis (411) of the power transmission unit (410) or near the outer surface of the rotation axis (411).

[0053] The power transmission unit (420) can preferably be formed integrally with the power transmission unit (410).

[0054] Accordingly, power can be transmitted and received between the tractor (1) and the implement (100) through the power transmission unit (420) which is installed integrally with the power transmission unit (410), thereby preventing risks such as fire and explosion that occurred in the conventional separate cable structure, and enabling the implementation of a power transmission system (400) with improved safety.

[0055] Specifically, the power transmission unit (420) is electrically connected to a power source (12) installed on the tractor (1) side through one end of the power transmission unit (410), and is electrically connected to a drive body (110) installed on the work device (100) side through the other end of the power transmission unit (410), so that power can be supplied from the power source (12) to the drive body (110).

[0056] The power transmission unit (420) can be formed to extend long in the longitudinal direction along the hollow portion inside the rotation shaft (411) in the power transmission unit (410), and can be formed as a rotary type that rotates together with the rotation of the rotation shaft (411).

[0057] Accordingly, the power transmission unit (420) rotates together with the rotation axis (411), so that the components of the power transmission unit (420) do not get tangled due to the rotation of the rotation axis (411) or the connection with the working machine (100) is not broken.

[0058] As illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 7, a power transmission system (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include various integrated embodiments of a power transmission unit (410) and a power transmission unit (420).

[0059] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the power transmission unit (420) can be electrically connected to the power source (12) side and the drive body (110) side by a combination of a slip ring (421) formed in a ring shape that surrounds the outer diameter surface of the rotating shaft (411) at both ends of the rotating shaft (411) so as to be able to supply power in the rotary type, and a brush (421-1) that is fixedly installed to be in contact with the slip ring (421) on the tractor (1) side or the implement (100) side.

[0060] At this time, the slip ring (421) may be a contact-type slip ring (421) formed in a capsule shape and mounted on the end of a rotating shaft (411), but it may also be formed as a hollow type that can be installed inside the rotating shaft (411) or as a non-contact-type slip ring (421).

[0061] The power transmission unit (420) is formed with a slip ring (421) and can rotate in a first direction or in a second direction opposite to the first direction. For example, the first direction may be the same as the rotation direction of the rotation axis (411).

[0062] The power transmission unit (420) is formed with a slip ring (421) and can rotate at a predetermined speed, wherein the predetermined speed may be the same as the rotational speed of the rotation shaft (411).

[0063] The power transmission unit (420) is formed with a slip ring (421), and various materials such as silver graphite, bronze graphite, silver, and gold wire may be used for the brush (421-1), and the rotational speed and speed of the slip ring (421) may be determined according to the material. At this time, preferably, the power transmission unit (420) may be formed with a bronze graphite brush (421-1) and used for ultra-high current, but is not limited thereto and may also be formed for low current, and may be formed for high current and low current simultaneously.

[0064] As another example, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the rotating shaft (411) of the power transmission unit (410) may include a rotary connector (423) that is rotatably installed on the tractor (1) side or the implement (100) side and formed to be selectively detachable from the rotating shaft (411) body, such that both ends having slip rings (421) formed thereon can be separated into a connector type that is electrically connected to a power transmission unit (420) formed inside the rotating shaft (411).

[0065] The rotary connector (423) may have a first protrusion or a first concave portion formed therein so that it can be attached to and detached from the main body of the rotary shaft (411), and a second concave portion corresponding to the first protrusion or a second protrusion corresponding to the first concave portion may be formed at both ends of the main body of the rotary shaft (411).

[0066] In the rotary connector (423), a contact-type capsule-type slip ring (421) may be formed and may be a slip ring (421) that can be mounted on the end of a rotating shaft (411), but a non-contact-type slip ring (421) may also be formed.

[0067] The rotary connector (423) has a slip ring (421) formed thereon so that it can rotate in a first direction or in a second direction opposite to the first direction. For example, the first direction may be the same as the rotation direction of the rotation axis (411).

[0068] The rotary connector (423) can rotate at a predetermined speed by forming a slip ring (421), and the predetermined speed may be the same as the rotational speed of the rotation shaft (411).

[0069] The rotary connector (423) has a slip ring (421) formed thereon, and various materials such as silver graphite, bronze graphite, silver, and gold wire can be used for the brush (421-1), and the number of rotations and speed of the slip ring (421) can be determined according to the material. At this time, preferably, the power transmission part (420) is formed with a bronze graphite brush (421-1) and can be used for ultra-high current, but is not limited thereto and can also be formed for low current.

[0070] As another example, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the power transmission unit (410) may include a protective cover (412) that protects the rotating shaft (411) from the outside, formed in a pipe shape that surrounds the rotating shaft (411) rotating between the tractor (1) and the implement (100), and extends long in the longitudinal direction along the rotating shaft (411).

[0071] The protective cover (412) may be formed in a circular tubular shape with a length equal to or shorter than the length of the rotation axis (411) to wrap around the rotation axis (411), but is not limited thereto and may be formed in various shapes capable of protecting the rotation axis (411).

[0072] The protective cover (412) is formed such that the inner diameter is larger than the diameter of the rotation shaft (411), allowing the rotation shaft (411) to rotate. At this time, the protective cover (412) may be formed such that the inner diameter corresponds to the shape of the rotation shaft (411). Accordingly, the rotation shaft (411) can be safely protected.

[0073] The protective cover (412) may have appropriate strength and durability to protect the rotating shaft (411). For example, the protective cover (412) may be a structure such as an integral injection molded structure, a casting, a pipe, or a pipe welded from a plate. However, it is not limited thereto.

[0074] At this time, the power transmission unit (420) is formed to extend long in the length direction along a protective cover (412) that is installed in a fixed manner between the tractor (1) and the implement (100) so as not to rotate independently of the rotation of the rotation shaft (411) in the power transmission unit (410), and can be formed as a fixed type that does not rotate together with the rotation of the rotation shaft (411).

[0075] The power transmission unit (420) may be formed by extending long along the length direction along the rotating cover (412) and attaching it to the interior of the rotating cover (412). For example, the power transmission unit (420) may be fixedly coupled to the inner surface of the rotating cover (412) through a fixing member, a screw member, etc., or an extension hole equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the power transmission unit (420) may be formed on the inner surface of the rotating cover (412) so as to extend long along the length direction of the rotating cover (412), and the power transmission unit (420) may be installed embedded in the extension hole. At this time, in order to efficiently install and replace the power transmission unit (420), the extension hole may be formed in a door portion that can be opened and closed inside the rotating cover (412).

[0076] As another example, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the power transmission unit (420) can be electrically connected to the power source (12) side and the drive body (110) side through a coil unit (424) formed to surround the outer diameter surface of both ends of the rotating shaft (411) on the tractor (1) side or the implement (100) side so as to supply power in a non-contact manner, using a wireless power transmission method of any one of magnetic induction, magnetic resonance, and electromagnetic wave methods.

[0077] The magnetic induction method is a method in which power is supplied to the power transmission unit (420) so that current flows through the coil unit (424) and a magnetic field is formed, and an induced current is formed and transmitted, thereby enabling the miniaturization of the power transmission unit (420).

[0078] The magnetic resonance method generates a magnetic field vibrating at a specific frequency in one of the coil sections (424) of the power transmission section (420) and transmits current to another of the coil sections (424) having the same frequency. Since the power transmission distance is long, power transmission is possible even if the length of the power transmission section (420) is long.

[0079] The electromagnetic wave method is a method in which one of the coil sections (424) of the power transmission section (420) transmits power remotely using a band of several hundred MHz to several GHz, and the other of the coil sections (424) collects electrical energy.

[0080] Accordingly, power can be transmitted wirelessly, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the power transmission unit (420), and even when the tractor (1) and the implement (100) are separated, power transmission between the tractor (1) and the implement (100) can be performed using the power transmission unit (420). In particular, when the remaining charge of the power source (12) of the tractor (1) is insufficient, there is an effect of being able to charge by transmitting power from the auxiliary battery of the implement (100).

[0081] As illustrated in FIG. 7, a power transmission system (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a signal transmission unit (430) and a control unit (425).

[0082] The signal transmission unit (430) may include a signal transmission line (431). The signal transmission line (431) may be formed to extend long in the longitudinal direction along the rotation shaft (411) so as to be formed parallel to the power transmission unit, either in a hollow part inside the rotation shaft (411) or near the outer surface of the rotation shaft (411), so that at least a portion of the signal transmission line (431) is installed in the power transmission unit (410) to transmit a control signal between the tractor (1) and the implement (100).

[0083] The signal transmission line (431) can preferably be formed integrally with the power transmission unit (410). Specifically, the signal transmission line (431) can be formed integrally inside the power transmission unit (410).

[0084] The signal transmission unit (430) and the signal transmission unit (431) are formed as two, one of which can transmit a signal related to the tractor (1) and the other can transmit a signal related to the implement (100).

[0085] For example, the signal transmission unit (430) and the signal transmission unit (431) can be configured to connect CAN signals, etc., and to be connected to communication such as ISOBUS.

[0086] Accordingly, the operation and status of the tractor (1) and the implement (100) can be checked and controlled wirelessly through the signal transmission unit (430).

[0087] The control unit (425) can apply a control signal to the implement (425) through the signal transmission unit (430) so that the implement (425) can be controlled from the tractor (1) when the tractor (1) is in operation.

[0088] For example, the control unit (425) can determine the type of driving energy required by the workpiece (100) among the rotational power or the power when the tractor (1) is in operation, and apply a control signal to the workpiece (100) so that the workpiece (100) selectively receives at least one of the rotational power and the power according to the type of driving energy.

[0089] The control unit (425) can apply a control signal to the auxiliary battery so that, depending on the remaining charge of the main battery (B), it can receive the auxiliary electric energy from the auxiliary battery described above to charge the main battery (B), or apply the auxiliary electric energy from the auxiliary battery to the motor to drive the motor together with the main electric energy of the main battery (B).

[0090] For example, the control unit (425) measures the remaining charge of the main battery (B) in real time, and if the remaining charge is less than a preset reference charge amount, determines that the main battery (B) needs to be charged. If it determines that the main battery (B) needs to be charged, it applies a control signal to the auxiliary battery, and charges the main battery (B) or applies the auxiliary electric energy from the auxiliary battery to the motor to drive the motor.

[0091] Accordingly, the control unit (425) measures the remaining charge of the main battery (B) and can automatically control the charging of the main battery (B) or the assistance of the electric motor, thereby preventing the discharge of the main battery (B) during operation of the tractor (1) and securing the driving distance and working time of the tractor (1). In addition, after transporting various types of implements, they can be changed and used according to the type of work.

[0092] Below, a method for transmitting power to a tractor using the tractor charging system (400) described above will be explained in detail.

[0093] A tractor power transmission method according to another embodiment of the present invention may largely include a work control step (S100) and a work execution step (S200).

[0094] In the work control step (S100), when the tractor (1) is working, the control unit (425) can apply a control signal to the work implement (100) through the signal transmission unit (430) so that the tractor (1) can control the work implement (100).

[0095] For example, when the tractor (1) is in operation, the control unit (425) can determine the type of driving energy required by the workpiece (100) among the rotational power or the power, and apply a control signal to the workpiece (100) so that the workpiece (100) selectively receives at least one of the rotational power and the power according to the type of driving energy.

[0096] In the work execution step (S200), the work device (100) can be executed according to the control signal received from the control unit (425).

[0097] After the work execution step (S200), depending on the remaining charge of the main battery (B) which is the power source (12), auxiliary electric energy may be applied from an auxiliary battery (130) installed in the work device (100) to charge the main battery (B), or the auxiliary electric energy may be applied from the auxiliary battery (130) to the motor to drive the motor together with the main electric energy of the main battery (B), and the remaining charge determination step (S300) and the auxiliary energy application step (S400) may be further included.

[0098] In the remaining charge determination step (S300), the remaining charge of the main battery (B) is measured in real time, and if the remaining charge is less than a preset reference charge amount, it can be determined that the main battery (B) needs to be charged.

[0099] In the auxiliary energy application step (S400), if it is determined that the main battery (B) needs to be charged, a control signal can be applied to the auxiliary battery (130).

[0100] Accordingly, according to the power transmission system (400) of a tractor, the power transmission method of a tractor, and the tractor (1) according to various embodiments of the present invention, when driving the tractor (1) and the implement (100), output can be selectively transmitted through the power transmission unit (410) and the power transmission unit (420) of the power transmission system (400), so that efficient agricultural work can be carried out regardless of the energy required by the implement (1).

[0101] In addition, a power transmission system (400) for a tractor, a method for transmitting power for a tractor, and a tractor (1) can be implemented in such a way that the power transmission unit (420) is installed within the power transmission unit (410) to supply power, thereby preventing risks such as fire and explosion occurring in a separate cable structure, improving safety, and simplifying the structure of the power transmission unit (420).

[0102] The present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, but this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims. Explanation of the symbols
