Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present application relates to the field of battery replacement technology, and in particular to a vehicle battery replacement device, a double floating hoist battery swapping station, and a battery replacement system. Background Technology

[0002] In recent years, new energy vehicles have been developing rapidly. While electric vehicles (EVs), which rely on batteries for propulsion, offer the advantages of being emission-free and quiet, their adoption in the profitability-oriented commercial vehicle sector has been hindered by the persistent historical challenges of driving range instability and long charging times. However, as battery swapping technology for passenger cars is applied and advanced, this technology is gradually being adopted in the commercial vehicle sector.

[0003] The existing solutions for battery replacement modes in commercial vehicles currently have the following problems. Specifically, if the battery box is positioned using only positioning pins in the three directions of X, Y, and Z at the bottom, there is no locking mechanism. Furthermore, because commercial vehicles have relatively high electrical consumption, the battery system's electrical capacity is relatively high, resulting in a relatively high center of gravity. Consequently, the bottom structure is prone to failure and system collapse in the event of an impact, particularly during emergency braking at high speeds. Additionally, the amplitude of vibration is excessive when driving on uneven roads, and the battery pack's bottom structure is rigid, making it susceptible to damage during the replacement process. Moreover, in existing battery replacement systems, uneven load mass, vehicle body deformation, and uneven tire pressure make it difficult to position the battery replacement gripping device within the station. This causes the device to shake easily during replacement, leading to safety risks. Prior art literature

In this embodiment, the second battery module may be installed integrally with the first battery module (100), that is, the battery in the first battery module (100) and the battery in the second battery module are connected to one overall battery module pack, and one overall frame is installed outside the battery module pack; additionally, the second battery module and the first battery module (100) may be installed separately, and the two battery separation boxes each have independent frames installed, and are each connected to the frame of the first battery module (100) through the independent frames, making unloading and repair convenient; As described above, when the battery capacity is constant, the method of mounting a battery module only on the upper part can be replaced with a method in which an upper battery module and a lower battery module are combined. By doing so, the height of the upper first battery module (100) can be reduced, thereby lowering the center of gravity of the battery and improving the stability of the battery. Next, by combining with the upper first floating structure, the vibration amplitude of the upper first battery module (100) can be further reduced under the traction of the lower second battery module.

[0088] In an embodiment of the present application, the first battery module may have a rectangular structure, and the first battery module is located entirely on the upper part of the stringer. Embodiedly, the first battery module may have other shapes and is provided entirely on the upper part of the stringer; eminently, as shown in FIG. 13, the cross-section of the first battery module (100) may have an inverted concave structure, and the concave portion of the first battery module (100) is fixed to the upper part of the stringer, and the first battery module (100) is mounted on the stringer of the vehicle in a saddle shape; the stringer supports the concave portion of the battery box; both sides are connected to the sides of the stringer; compared to the battery box being installed entirely on the upper part of the stringer as a cube structure, this installation can effectively lower the center of gravity of the battery box and increase the stability of the battery box (1). In an embodiment of the present application, the first battery module (100) having an inverted concave structure is composed of two mirror-symmetrically separated inverted L-shaped battery separation boxes. In one feasible embodiment, the battery in the first battery module (100) is an integrated inverted concave battery, and the external battery frame is also an inverted concave frame; the concave battery is installed within the inverted concave frame. In another feasible embodiment, the battery is an integrated inverted concave battery, and the battery frame is formed by combining two separated L-shaped frames. It is intended to explain that whether the first battery module described above has a rectangular structure as shown in FIG. 1 or an inverted concave structure as described above, the installation method of the second battery module described above can be adopted.

[0089] As illustrated in FIG. 14, based on the fact that the cross-section of the first battery has an inverted concave structure, there may be other installation methods for the second battery module, for example, the second battery module may be vertical, corresponding to the width of the stringer, and fixed longitudinally to the bottom of the stringer; such installation methods can rationally utilize the concave space of the concave battery module to reduce the overall battery placement space, lower the height of the upper battery module, and improve battery stability. In such methods, the second battery module adopts a bottom lifting method to perform battery replacement.

[0090] A second aspect of the present application provides a double floating hoist battery swapping station, comprising, as illustrated in FIG. 15, a battery gripping structure; said battery gripping structure comprises a gripping plate (500) and a second floating structure; the battery swapping station of the present application is equipped with a floating structure and, when gripping is performed, forms a double floating battery replacement arrangement by combining with a floating structure on a vehicle.

[0091] The second floating structure is fixed to the gripping side of the gripping plate (500);

[0092] The gripping plate (500) is combined with the first battery module (100) of the vehicle through the second floating structure to realize the gripping or placing of the first battery module (100); as shown in FIG. 7, the second floating structure is configured to mitigate the amplitude of oscillation of the battery gripping structure when gripping the battery module. In an embodiment of the present application, the second floating structure includes a second floating platform (501) and a third floating part (502);

[0095] In an embodiment of the present application, the third floating part (502) is installed as a sleeve outside the gripping part (506). The third floating part (502) may be a compression element or an elastic element, such as a spring. The installation of the second floating structure may provide a preload force when the battery gripping is locked.

[0096] In an embodiment of the present application, a gripper rotation motor is further included, and the gripper rotation motor is electrically connected to the gripping part (506).

[0097] In an embodiment of the present application, the second floating platform (501) is provided with a first locking part (503), and the first locking part (503) is configured to be connected in combination with the first battery module (100) to realize locking or unlocking.

[0098] In an embodiment of the present application, a locking drive motor (505) is provided on the second floating platform (501); the locking drive motor (505) may be configured to determine the accuracy of the lock by transmitting rotation angle and torque information during the battery replacement process.

[0099] The above lock drive motor (505) is electrically connected to the first lock part (503).

[0100] In an embodiment of the present application, the floating platform is provided with a sixth position determining unit (504); the sixth position determining unit (504) is connected in combination with the first battery module (100) to realize position determination.

[0101] In an embodiment of the present application, a pressure sensor is further included, and said pressure sensor is provided on the gripping portion (506). The pressure sensor may be configured to detect the pressure of the gripping portion (506) and determine the gripping situation.

[0102] In conventional battery replacement systems, when performing battery replacement at a station, it becomes difficult to determine the position of the battery replacement gripping device due to causes such as uneven mass of the load, deformation of the vehicle body, and uneven tire pressure, and the device shakes easily during battery replacement, thereby causing safety risks. The battery replacement device on the battery swapping station side provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a floating gripping platform equipped with rapid locking / unlocking that guides position determination, enabling accurate position determination and rapid locking / unlocking. Furthermore, the installation of a second floating structure reduces system oscillation caused by deviation of the center of gravity of the power battery from the center of the gripping device after gripping, and reduces the amplitude of oscillation or vibration, thereby improving the safety of the battery replacement process.

[0103] The battery swapping station-side battery replacement device provided in the embodiment of the present application first realizes position determination by a combination in which the sixth position determining unit (504) and the first battery module (100) are connected in combination. Subsequently, the locking drive motor (505) drives the operation of the first locking unit (503) to realize locking and unlocking of the system. The gripping unit (506) provides a guide and position limit for the second floating platform (501), and

[0104] The gripping and release of the first battery module (100) is realized through the combination of the gripping part (506) and the upper compression bracket.
