Description

Technology Field

[0001] This application relates to the field of battery technology, and in particular to cases, batteries, and electrical devices. Background Technology

[0002] As new energy technologies mature day by day, new energy vehicles have gradually come into the public eye. The key core technology of new energy vehicles lies in the battery, and the safety and stability of the battery are direct determinants of the finished vehicle's performance.

[0003] A vehicle generally includes a body and a battery mounted on the body. In conventional technology, the battery is mounted on the underside of the body, but since most of the battery is exposed to the underside, the safety of the battery is compromised.

[0004] In light of this, the present application provides a case, a battery, and an electrical device intended to improve the safety of the battery.

[0005] In a first aspect, the present application provides a case for use in a battery, wherein the case comprises a main body and a side beam, the main body has a receiving chamber formed therein for receiving a battery cell, the upper part of the main body forms at least a portion of the upper part of the case, the battery is mounted to an external device through the upper part of the case, the main body has a side main wall installed around the upper outer edge of itself, and the side beam is installed on the side main wall.

[0006] In the solution of the present application, by installing a side beam on the side wall of the main body, the side structural strength of the main body is reinforced through the side beam, and furthermore, the lateral compression resistance of the case is improved, and when the battery is applied to a vehicle, the lateral compression resistance of the vehicle is improved and the safety of the vehicle can be improved.

[0007] In some embodiments, the side beam includes at least two sub-beams, and the sub-beams are installed sequentially spaced apart along the side main wall. In this case, the side beam is formed by a combination of multiple sub-beams, so the arrangement of the side beam is more flexible, and since each sub-beam can be mounted one by one when mounting simultaneously, position fixing during the mounting process is more convenient and easier compared to an integrated side beam.

[0008] In some embodiments, at least one sub-beam includes an upper cantilever and a lower cantilever, and the upper cantilever and the lower cantilever are spaced apart vertically and are all connected to the main body.

[0009] At this time, the structure of the main body is reinforced through the upper and lower cantilever beams, and since the upper and lower cantilever beams are positioned separately, the impact force received by the case is dispersed, ensuring that each point of the case receives the external force evenly. At the same time, since the upper and lower cantilever beams are spaced apart vertically, the sub-beam can withstand compression in the front-rear or left-right directions of the vehicle, making it more adaptable to actual vehicle usage conditions. In addition, the method of spaced-apart placement of the upper and lower cantilever beams reduces the weight of the case and enables other functions.

[0010] In some embodiments, at least one of the upper cantilever and the lower cantilever is a hollow beam.

[0011] In this case, if the upper and lower cantilever beams are hollow beam structures, not only can their own weight be reduced, but the problem of high energy consumption caused by the large weight of the battery itself can also be mitigated when the battery formed by the case is applied to electrical devices such as vehicles. Additionally, the hollow beam structure allows lateral compressive force to be dissipated through its internal space, thereby reducing the degree of damage to the battery when subjected to lateral compression.

[0012] In some embodiments, the side main wall includes at least two first wall sections that extend along a first direction and are spaced apart from each other; at least two sub-beams include two first sub-beams, and the two first sub-beams are each placed in two first wall sections and are all installed extending along a second direction. At this time, installing sub-beams in each first wall section can reinforce the structural strength of each first wall section and improve the compressive resistance of each first wall section, that is, improve the lateral compressive resistance of the vehicle, and at the same time, since each sub-beam extends along the first direction, the flexive resistance of the vehicle in the front-rear direction can also be improved.

[0013] In some embodiments, the side main wall further includes two spaced-apart second wall sections extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the two first wall sections and the two second wall sections are alternately connected; at least two sub-beams further include two second sub-beams, and the two second sub-beams are each placed in the two second wall sections and installed extending along the first direction. At this time, installing sub-beams in each second wall section can reinforce the structural strength of the second wall section and improve the compressive resistance of each second wall section, that is, improve the lateral compressive resistance of the vehicle, and this can be understood as improving the lateral bending resistance of the vehicle because each sub-beam extends along the second direction.

[0014] In some embodiments, a mounting portion is configured on the upper part of the side beam, and the battery is mounted to an external device through the mounting portion. The mounting portion refers to a dedicated structure installed on the upper part of the case and used to connect with a connecting member (e.g., bolt, rivet, etc.) of the external device; one end of the connecting member is connected to the mounting portion, and the other end is connected to the external device to securely connect the battery to the external device. In this case, if the mounting portion is installed on the side beam, the operating space is larger and more convenient when mounting the case to the external device.

[0015] In some embodiments, the mounting portion includes at least one mounting hole installed on the upper part of the side beam. The mounting hole is formed on the upper part of the case through a drilling process, and the mounting hole enables a connecting member to pass through itself and secure to a structure in which the mounting hole is installed, thereby enabling a connection between an external device and the upper part of the case through the connecting member.

[0016] In some embodiments, the case further includes a sealing member, and the sealing member is installed on the upper part of the main body and used for sealing connection with an external device. In this case, since the battery case implements a sealing connection with an external device through the sealing member, the sealing reliability is good and the cost is low.

[0017] In some embodiments, the main body includes a load-bearing member and a frame, and the frame surrounds to form a cavity that is installed with at least the top open, and the load-bearing member covers the top of the cavity, and the load-bearing member and the frame surround to form at least a portion of the receiving cavity. A side beam is installed on a side main wall defined by the frame. In this case, the cavity formed by the frame mainly constitutes the receiving cavity of the case, and since the receiving cavity has a certain height to accommodate a number of battery cells, the frame must also have a certain height, and thus the area of the side main wall of the frame is relatively large. In this case, the side beam is installed on a side main wall defined by the frame, and the mounting method, mounting area, and arrangement method of the side beam are more flexible.

[0018] In some embodiments, the side beam and the frame are fixedly connected or integrally formed. If the side beam and the frame are integrally formed, the case assembly process can be reduced and the production process of the case can be accelerated. If the side beam and the frame are fixedly connected, the forming process of the side beam and the frame is relatively easy, which can reduce the process cost of the case.

[0019] In a second aspect, the present application further provides a battery comprising the case and the battery cell, wherein the battery cell is accommodated within the case.

[0020] In some embodiments, the main body includes a load-bearing member located at the top of the case and used to define a receiving chamber, and a battery cell is installed on the load-bearing member. The battery cell is installed below the load-bearing member and, together with the load-bearing member, supports the load on the top of the battery case, thereby improving the rigidity of the top of the battery case.

[0021] In some embodiments, the battery cell is suspended from a load-bearing member, the battery cell is suspended below the load-bearing member, and the bottom cover is located at the bottom of the case. Since the battery cell can be exposed by removing the bottom cover without the need to remove the load-bearing member when performing maintenance on the interior of the battery, maintenance of the battery is more convenient. At the same time, when maintaining the battery pack, the battery cell can be attached to and detached from the load-bearing member from below. In particular, when the load-bearing member is subjected to force as at least part of the vehicle chassis, the battery cell can be attached to and detached from the bottom of the load-bearing member without the need to remove the load-bearing member, thus making maintenance of the battery more convenient.

[0022] In some embodiments, the battery cell and the load-bearing member are bonded. Since the battery cell and the load-bearing member are bonded, not only is the connection convenient, but the structure of the battery can also be simplified.

[0023] In some embodiments, the outer surface of the battery cell facing the load-bearing member is a first outer surface, and the battery cell includes an electrode terminal, and the electrode terminal is disposed on an outer surface other than the first outer surface of the battery cell. At this time, since the electrode terminal is located on an outer surface other than the first outer surface of the battery cell, each component connecting each electrode terminal (e.g., sampling harness, high voltage harness, protective structure, etc.) can be disposed through the space between the battery cell and the lower cover and / or the space between the battery cell and the inner surface of the main body, making the placement of each component more convenient. Furthermore, since the connection between the battery cell and the load-bearing member can be realized through the connection between the first outer surface where the electrode terminal is not installed and the load-bearing member, the space between the battery cell and the load-bearing member can be saved, and the space utilization rate of the battery can be improved.

[0024] In some embodiments, the battery cell has a second outer surface installed facing away from the first outer surface, and the electrode terminal is disposed on the second outer surface. At this time, there is a buffer space between the second outer surface and the lower cover, and the portion of the electrode terminal protruding outside the battery cell is located within this buffer space, so that the harness and connecting member connected to the electrode terminal can be disposed within the buffer space. At the same time, the buffer space can also prevent the impact of external forces applied to the lower cover from acting on the battery cell and damaging the battery cell. Therefore, the buffer space is a win-win situation as it can not only block the influence of external forces but also allow for the placement of the harness and the like.

[0025] In a third aspect, the present application further provides an electric device comprising the battery, wherein the battery is used to supply electrical energy to the electric device.

[0026] In some embodiments, the electrical device includes a vehicle, and the battery is installed in the lower part of the vehicle body. In this case, installing the battery in the lower part of the vehicle body does not occupy space inside the vehicle body, which helps to reduce the vehicle body volume and weight.

[0027] In some embodiments, the battery is connected to the vehicle body through the top of the case, and the top of the case is configured to form at least a part of the vehicle body chassis. In this case, the space occupied by the gap between the traditional chassis and the battery can be incorporated into the battery to increase the battery's space, which helps improve the battery's energy density and further improves the vehicle's cruising capability.

[0038] Based on current market trends, the applications of batteries are becoming increasingly widespread. Batteries are applied not only to energy storage power systems such as hydroelectric, thermal, wind, and solar power plants, but also to electric transportation means like electric bicycles, motorcycles, and vehicles, as well as various fields including military equipment and aerospace. As the scope of battery applications continues to expand, the demand in the market is also steadily increasing.

[0039] The inventors have discovered that in the prior art, batteries are mounted on the underside of a vehicle to improve the driving and passenger space of the vehicle. In this case, at least a portion of the battery is exposed to the outside, and in particular, when the battery is integrated integrally with the vehicle chassis, the lateral compression strength of the battery is relatively weak because relatively few protection structures are installed on the left and right sides of the vehicle body, and thus the safety of the battery and the safety of the vehicle cannot be effectively guaranteed.

[0040] To improve the safety of the battery, the applicant, after research, discovered that it is possible to resist lateral compression by adding a structure to reinforce strength at the lateral position of the battery.

[0041] Based on the above considerations, in order to improve the safety of the battery, the inventors have designed a type of case for use with the battery through extensive research. The case comprises a main body and a side beam. The main body has a receiving chamber formed therein for accommodating a battery cell. The upper part of the main body forms at least a portion of the upper part of the case. The battery is mounted to an external device through the upper part of the case. The main body has a side main wall installed around the outer edge of its upper portion, and the side beam is installed on the side main wall. At this time, by adding a side beam to the side main wall of the main body, the lateral compression resistance of the case can be improved, thereby enhancing the safety of the battery and further enhancing the safety of the vehicle in which the battery is installed.

[0042] The battery disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be used in electrical devices such as vehicles, ships, or aircraft, but is not limited thereto. A power system of such electrical device may be constructed using the battery according to the present application. Of course, the case (10) formed by the first part (10A) and the second part (10B) may have various shapes such as a cylinder, a rectangular prism, etc.

[0055] FIG. 4 is an exploded view of another structure of a battery (100) according to some embodiment of the present application. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of point A in FIG. 4. FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a local structure of a battery (100) according to some embodiment of the present application. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of point B of the structure shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 8 is an overhead view of the structure shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 9 is a side view of the structure shown in FIG. 6, and FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of point CC of the structure shown in FIG. 9.

[0056] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 4, the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the top of the case (10).

[0057] The upper part of the case (10) includes the upper surface (h) of the case (10) and other structures installed on the upper surface (h) of the case (10). [0058] The external device refers to a device used to mount the case (10). The external device may be a local structure used to mount the case (10) in the electrical device mentioned above, or other structure that forms the electrical device together with the battery (100) in the electrical device. For example, if the electrical device is a vehicle (1000), the external device is the vehicle body (200) of the vehicle (1000), and the battery (100) may be mounted on the lower part of the vehicle body (200) and mounted on the vehicle body (200) through the upper part.

[0059] At this time, the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the upper part of the case (10), and compared to a configuration where the case (10) is located at the lower part of the external device, the dimensions of the connection structure between the case (10) and the external device are smaller, and the cost is lower and more dense.

[0060] Of course, in other embodiments, the battery (100) may be mounted to an external device through a location such as the bottom or side of the case (10).

[0061] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 4, the case (10) includes a main body (11), and the main body (11) surrounds to form a receiving chamber(s).

[0062] The main body (11) may be formed as a single-piece molded structure or by assembling a plurality of parts. It can be understood that the main body (11) may be a hollow shell-shaped structure and that it itself surrounds to form a receiving chamber(s). Specifically, without limitation, the main body (11) may be formed by assembling a first sub-part (not shown) and a second sub-part (not shown). In one example, the first sub-part surrounds to form a receiving chamber(s) with one end open, and the second sub-part covers the opening point of the receiving chamber(s). In another example, the first sub-part surrounds to form a first space with one end open, and the second sub-part surrounds to form a second space with one end open, and the two opening points of the first sub-part and the second sub-part cover each other to form a receiving chamber(s) composed of the first space and the second space. The first sub-part and the second sub-part may be soldered, snap-fit connected, fastened connected, etc. The first and second sub-parts may be plastic products, metal products, and other material products.

[0063] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 4, the upper part of the main body (11) forms at least a portion of the upper part of the case (10).

[0064] The upper part of the main body (11) refers to a structure located at the uppermost position point in the vertical direction of the main body (11), and the uppermost position of the main body (11) is the uppermost position of the case (10), and the upper part of the main body (11) forms at least a part of the upper part of the case (10). When the upper part of the main body (11) forms the entire upper part of the case (10), the upper part of the main body (11) is the upper part of the case (10), and the entire upper part of the case (10) participates in defining the receiving chamber(s). When the upper part of the main body (11) forms a part of the upper part of the case (10), the upper part of the case (10) has other parts of structures that do not participate in defining the receiving chamber(s), such as the side beam (13) described below, and specific details are described below.

[0065] When the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the upper part of the case (10), the upper part of the main body (11) is also located at the position closest to the external device from the battery (100), and the distance between the upper part of the main body (11) and the external device means the vertical distance between the highest point of the upper part of the main body (11) and the external device located above itself.

[0066] Referring to FIG. 6, the main body (11) has a side wall (n) installed around its upper outer edge.

[0067] As the main body (11) has an upper part located at the uppermost position in the vertical direction, it naturally has a lower part located at the lowest position, where the lower part may be a bottom surface and a structure installed on the bottom surface, or a bottom opening.

[0068] The outer surface facing away from the receiving chamber(s) of the structure that is squeezed between the upper and lower parts forms a side wall (n), and the plane with the upper part is installed in an intersecting direction with the plane with the side wall (n). The side wall (n) may be in the shape of a ring or a square formed by symmetrically joining a plurality of wall parts, and specific details are described below.

[0069] Referring to FIG. 6, the case (10) further has an upper surface (h) facing away from the receiving chamber(s).

[0070] The upper surface (h) of the case (10) is located on one side facing away from the upper receiving chamber (s) of the case (10), and when the battery (100) is assembled to an external device through the upper part of the case (10), the upper surface (h) is installed facing the external device and forms the position closest to the external device from the battery (100).

[0071] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 6, the upper surface (h) of the case (10) is configured to come into contact with an external device (not shown) on which the battery (100) is mounted.

[0072] The battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the upper part of the case (10) and contacts and joins the surface on one side facing away from the receiving chamber(s) of the case (10) to the external device so that the battery (100) and the external device are closely connected. Compared to a configuration where the upper surface (h) of the case (10) and the external device do not come into contact, the dimensions of the connection structure between the case (10) and the external device are smaller, the cost is lower, and the structure is more compact.

[0073] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 6, a mounting portion (13a3) is configured on the upper part of the case (10), and the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the mounting portion (13a3).

[0074] The mounting portion (13a3) is part of the upper portion of the case (10) and does not participate in defining the receiving chamber(s). The mounting portion (13a3) refers to a dedicated structure installed on the upper portion of the case (10) and used to connect with a connecting member (e.g., bolt, rivet, etc.) of an external device, with one end of the connecting member connected to the mounting portion (13a3) and the other end connected to the external device to securely connect the battery (100) to the external device. The upper portion of the main body (11) is used as at least part of the upper portion of the case (10), and the mounting portion (13a3) may be installed on the upper portion of the main body (11) or on other structures constituting the upper portion of the case (10) (e.g., the upper portion of the side beam (13) mentioned below).

[0075] The battery (100) is mounted to an external device through a mounting portion (13a3), and at this time, the upper surface (h) of the case (10) is in contact with the external device, thereby improving the connection strength on one hand and ensuring that the connection structure between the case (10) and the external device is tight on the other.

[0076] The mounting portion (13a3) may itself have a connecting function (e.g., a hoist ring, etc.), and a connection with the mounting portion (13a3) may be directly implemented by installing a corresponding connecting member (e.g., a hook, etc.) on an external device. In other embodiments, a connection between the mounting portion (13a3) and an external device may be directly implemented through other methods without installing a connecting member, and other methods include, but are not limited to, snap-fit connection, insertion connection, screw connection, rivet connection, soldering, bonding, etc., and the present application does not specifically limit these methods.

[0077] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 6, the mounting portion (13a3) includes at least one mounting hole (k1) installed on the upper part of the case (10).

[0078] Mounting holes (k1) are formed on the upper part of the case (10) through a drilling process, and the interior of all mounting holes (k1) has openings communicating with the holes and both ends of the holes, and the openings communicating with the holes and both ends of the holes allow a connecting member to penetrate itself and achieve fixation with the structure in which the mounting holes (k1) are installed, thereby enabling connection between the external device and the upper part of the case (10) through the connecting member.

[0079] A connecting member can be installed with a rivet, and a fixing hole (11c3) can be installed at a position corresponding to the mounting hole (k1) of an external device. The rivet passes through the fixing hole (11c3) and the mounting hole (k1), and then the two are secured together with a nut. Alternatively, the connecting member can be installed with a bolt, and the mounting hole (k1) can be installed as a screw hole. The bolt passes through the mounting hole (k1) and is screw-connected to the case (10).

[0080] Specifically, all mounting holes (k1) can be installed extending along the vertical direction to secure the battery (100) to the lower part of the external device along the vertical direction. It can be understood that elements such as the installation position and installation distance of all mounting holes (k1) can be controlled to achieve connection stability between the upper part of the case (10) and the external device and load uniformity between the two, and details are described below.

[0081] The mounting portion (13a3) may include not only a mounting hole (k1) but also other structures capable of implementing mounting, such as a hook.

[0082] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 6, the main body (11) includes a load-bearing member (11a) and a frame (11b), and the frame (11b) surrounds and forms a void that is installed so that at least the top is penetrated, and the load-bearing member (11a) covers the top of the void, and the load-bearing member (11a) and the frame (11b) surround and form at least a portion of the receiving chamber(s).

[0083] The frame (11b) itself surrounds and forms a void that is installed so that at least the top is penetrated, and the load-bearing member (11a) covers the top of the void, that is, the load-bearing member (11a) is located on the top of the case (10) and is used to define the receiving chamber(s). The frame (11b) and the load-bearing member (11a) may be made of the same material, such as aluminum alloy, copper alloy, steel, plastic, etc. Of course, the frame (11b), the load-bearing member (11a), and the bottom cover (11c) may be made of different materials, and are not specifically limited thereto. In the vertical orthographic projection, the frame (11b) may be rectangular, circular, polygonal, etc., and are not specifically limited thereto. The load-bearing member (11a) may be a structure such as a load-bearing plate, a load-bearing piece, or a load-bearing block.

[0084] The upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) may be formed entirely by the upper surface of the load-supporting member (11a), in which case the entire frame (11b) is located below the load-supporting member (11a). The upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) may also be formed by the upper surface of the load-supporting member (11a) and the upper surface of the frame (11b), in which case the load-supporting member (11a) is located inside the frame (11b) and the upper surface of the load-supporting member (11a) and the upper surface of the frame (11b) may or may not form a common surface.

[0085] The load-bearing member (11a) and the frame (11b) are fixedly connected or integrally molded. The load-bearing member (11a) and the frame (11b) can be integrally molded by methods such as injection molding, die casting, forging, cold compression, or hot compression. The load-bearing member (11a) and the frame (11b) can be fixedly connected through fastening connections using fastening members, snap-fit connections using snap-fit joint structures, soldering, bonding, or heat fusion connections.

[0086] The side wall (n) of the main body (11) is mainly composed of the side wall (n) of the frame (11b), and the side wall (n) of the frame (11b) is an outer surface that is installed around the load-bearing member (11a) and faces away from the void defined by itself.

[0087] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the main body (11) further includes a lower cover (11c), and the lower cover (11c), load-bearing member (11a), and frame (11b) together surround to form a receiving chamber(s) that accommodates a battery cell (20).

[0088] It can be understood that the empty space of the frame (11b) penetrates the lower part of the frame (11b), and the lower cover (11c) covers the lower part of the frame (11b) to form the receiving space(s) of the case (10) together with the frame (11b) and the load-bearing member (11a).

[0089] Specifically, the lower cover (11c) may be a plate-shaped structure, a block-shaped structure, etc., but is not limited thereto, and may be a flat plate shape, a curved plate shape, etc., but is not limited thereto. When the battery cell (20) is located in the receiving chamber(s), the battery cell (20) may be installed on the lower cover (11c) and / or the load-supporting member (11a) and / or the frame (11b).

[0090] The fixation between the lower cover (11c) and the frame (11b) can be achieved through methods such as soldering, heat fusion connection, bonding, fastening connection, and snap-fit connection. Here, fastening connection means achieving a connection through a fixing member (11c4), and the fixing member (11c4) includes members such as bolts, latches, rivets, pins, and screws. Here, snap-fit connection means achieving a fixation through a snap-fit coupling structure; for example, the lower cover (11c) has a hook and the frame (11b) has an insertion groove, and when the hook is snap-fit coupled within the insertion groove, the snap-fit coupling fixation of the lower cover (11c) and the frame (11b) can be achieved. Of course, the method of connecting the lower cover (11c) and the frame (11b) is not limited to this, and is not listed in detail in this application.

[0091] At this time, by connecting the load-supporting member (11a) and the lower cover (11c) to each of the vertical ends of the frame (11b) based on the frame (11b), the receiving chamber(s) of the battery (100) can be formed, so the structure of the main body (11) is relatively simple.

[0092] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the lower cover (11c) has a cover portion (11c1) and a mounting portion (11c2), the mounting portion (11c2) is connected to the edge of the cover portion (11c1), the cover portion (11c1) is used to define a receiving chamber(s), and the mounting portion (11c2) is connected to a frame (11b).

[0093] The fact that the cover portion (11c1) is used to define the receiving chamber(s) means that the cover portion (11c1), the load-bearing member (11a), and the frame (11b) surround each other to form the receiving chamber(s), and the mounting portion (11c2) is connected to the frame (11b) and does not participate in defining the receiving chamber(s). The cover portion (11c1) may be a plate-shaped or block-shaped member, or a flat plate-shaped or curved plate-shaped member, and is not specifically limited thereto. As can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 5, the fact that the mounting portion (11c2) surrounds the cover portion (11c1) means that the mounting portion (11c2) is installed continuously along the edge of the cover portion (11c1) and connected so that the ends are closed. In the vertical projection, the mounting part (11c2) has a constant width, so it has a suitable contact area with the frame (11b), and it can be understood that position fixing and mounting between the mounting part (11c2) and the frame (11b) is convenient.

[0094] The cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) can be integrally molded. If the lower cover (11c) is made of a metal material (e.g., aluminum, iron, stainless steel, etc.), the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) can be integrally molded by methods such as die casting, forging, hot compression, or cold compression. If the lower cover (11c) is made of a plastic material (e.g., polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic), etc.), the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) can be integrally molded through injection molding. The cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) may be molded individually and then connected as one. If the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) are made of a metal material, the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) can be soldered or bonded as one. If the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) are made of plastic material, the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) can be bonded together as one. Of course, the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) can be fixedly connected as one through other methods such as snap-fit connection or rivet connection.

[0095] The cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) may be located on the same plane. Optionally, the two surfaces of the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) facing the load-bearing member (11a) are on the same plane, and / or the two surfaces of the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) facing away from the load-bearing member (11a) are on the same plane. When the two surfaces of the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) facing the load-bearing member (11a) and the two surfaces facing away from the load-bearing member (11a) are each on the same plane, the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) may form a flat lower cover (11c).

[0096] The cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) may not be located within the same plane. Specifically, the cover portion (11c1) may be recessed toward the load-supporting member (11a) relative to the mounting portion (11c2), or the cover portion (11c1) may protrude away from the load-supporting member (11a) relative to the mounting portion (11c2), but is not specifically limited thereto. The thickness of the cover portion (11c1) and the mounting portion (11c2) may be the same or different, and is not specifically limited thereto.

[0097] At this time, the lower cover (11c) defines the receiving chamber(s) through the cover portion (11c1) and implements a connection with the frame (11b) through the mounting portion (11c2), so the structure is clear and mounting is convenient.

[0098] When the lower cover (11c) and the frame (11b) are detachably connected, the lower cover (11c) is detachably connected to the frame (11b) through the mounting portion (11c2), that is, it can be understood that the mounting portion (11c2) is detachably connected to the frame (11b). The method of detachably connecting the mounting portion (11c2) and the frame (11b) is to install the part of the lower cover (11c) that is detachably connected to the frame (11b) as the mounting portion (11c2).

[0099] In some embodiments, the mounting portion (11c2) and the frame (11b) are detachably connected.

[0100] Specifically, the lower cover (11c) further includes a fixing hole (11c3) installed in the mounting portion (11c2), and the fixing member (11c4) passes through the fixing hole (11c3) in the mounting portion (11c2) and is fastened to the frame (11b). The fixing hole (11c3) is a through hole that penetrates the mounting portion (11c2) in a vertical direction. Specifically, the fixing hole (11c3) may be a smooth through hole (e.g., the fixing member (11c4) is a rivet), a through hole with threads (e.g., the fixing member (11c4) is a screw), or a through hole of other types (e.g., a hexagonal hole, a square hole, a waist-shaped hole, etc.). The specific shape of the fixing hole (11c3) may be determined according to the specific shape and specific setting method of the fixing member (11c4), and is not described repeatedly here.

[0101] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 6, 8 and 9, the case (10) includes a side beam (13), and the side beam (13) is installed on the side wall (n) of the main body (11).

[0102] The side beam (13) refers to a beam structure installed on the side wall (n) of the main body (11) to reinforce the strength of the main body (11). It can be understood that the side beam (13) is located on the outside of the main body (11). Specifically, the main body (11) and the side beam (13) may be connected as a whole through an integral connection or as a whole through an assembly method. The method of integral connection includes, but is not limited to, soldering, integral molding, welding, etc. The method of assembly connection includes, but is not limited to, snap-fit connection, fastening connection, etc.

[0103] The side beam (13) may be placed over the entire side wall (n) of the main body (11) or locally on the side wall (n) of the main body (11). Non-limitingly, the side beam (13) may be installed around the side wall (n) of the main body (11), thereby reinforcing the strength of the main body (11) in multiple lateral directions. Specifically, the side beam (13) may be installed continuously or intermittently around the side wall (n) of the main body (11). When installed continuously, the side beam (13) may be a ring-shaped beam, and when installed intermittently, the side beam (13) may include multiple beam portions spaced apart around the side wall (n) of the main body (11).

[0104] In a real application scenario, the case (10) is used for a battery (100) and the battery (100) is applied to a vehicle (1000), and the upper part of the case (10) is mounted on the vehicle (1000) and the upper part of the case (10) forms the chassis structure of the vehicle (1000). When the battery case (100) is used as the chassis of the vehicle (1000), the side structure of the case (10) can easily be compressed by external collisions (e.g., stones flying off while the vehicle (1000) is driving hitting the side position of the case (10), or other vehicles (1000) colliding with the side position). At this time, if a side beam (13) is installed on the side wall of the main body (11), the side structural strength of the main body (11) is reinforced through the side beam (13), and furthermore, the side internal compression of the case (10) is improved, and at the same time, the side internal compression of the vehicle (1000) is also improved, thereby improving the safety of the vehicle (1000).

[0105] It can be understood that when the main body (11) includes the load-bearing member (11a) and the frame (11b), the side beam (13) is installed on the side wall (n) defined by the frame (11b).

[0106] The empty space formed by the frame (11b) mainly constitutes the receiving room(s) of the case (10), and since the receiving room(s) has a certain height to accommodate a number of battery cells (20), the frame (11b) must also have a certain height, and therefore the area of the side wall (n) of the frame (11b) is relatively large. At this time, the side beam (13) is installed on the side wall (n) defined by the frame (11b), and the mounting method, mounting area, and arrangement method of the side beam (13) are more flexible.

[0107] In an additional embodiment, the side beam (13) and the frame (11b) are fixedly connected or integrally formed. The side beam (13) and the frame (11b) may be fixedly connected through methods such as soldering, welding, riveting, or screwing, or may be integrally formed through integral processing (e.g., stamping, die casting).

[0108] If the side beam (13) and the frame (11b) are integrally formed, the assembly process of the case (10) can be reduced and the production process of the case (10) can be accelerated. If the side beam (13) and the frame (11b) are fixedly connected, the forming process of the side beam (13) and the frame (11b) is relatively easy, so the process cost of the case (10) can be reduced.

[0109] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 10, the side beam (13) comprises at least two sub-beams (13a), and the sub-beams (13a) are spaced apart sequentially along the side main wall (n). The sub-beams (13a) are the basic units constituting the side beam (13), and by setting the positions of the sub-beams (13a), the positions of the side beams (13) on the side main wall (n) of the main body (11) can be flexibly arranged.

[0110] The fact that the side beam (13) is formed by at least two sub-beams (13a) spaced apart along the side wall (n) of the main body (11) means that at least two sub-beams (13a) are spaced apart along the extension direction of the side wall (n) to form a shape that surrounds the main body (11), thereby reinforcing the strength of the main body (11) in multiple side directions of the main body (11).

[0111] The structure of the sub-beam (13a) can be of various forms, and the structure of each sub-beam (13a) may be identical or different. For example, the sub-beam (13a) is a solid beam extended in one longitudinal direction, and for example, the sub-beam (13a) is a hollow beam extended in one longitudinal direction. The cross-sectional shape of each sub-beam (13a) may be an H-shape, a U-shape, or other structural forms.

[0112] At this time, the side beam (13) is formed by a combination of multiple sub-beams (13a), so the arrangement of the side beam (13) is more flexible, and when mounting simultaneously, each sub-beam (13a) can be mounted one by one, so position fixing during the mounting process is more convenient and easier compared to an integrated side beam (13).

[0113] In some embodiments, continuing with reference to FIG. 10, at least one sub-beam (13a) includes an upper cantilever (131) and a lower cantilever (132), and the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) are spaced apart vertically and are all connected to the main body (11).

[0114] The vertical direction corresponds to the direction in which the upper and lower parts of the main body (11) are located; in other words, the upper cantilever (131) is located near the upper part of the main body (11), and the lower cantilever (132) is located near the lower part of the main body (11). It can be understood that both the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) extend along the circumferential direction of the main body (11) and are joined to each other with the side wall (n) of the main body (11). The upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) are spaced apart and are connected through the main body (11), and a hollow passage may be formed in the gap between them, and this hollow passage may be used as a structure for weight reduction and may also be used as a structure for harness wiring.

[0115] At this time, the structure of the main body (11) is reinforced through the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132), and since the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) are arranged separately, the impact force received by the case (10) is dispersed so that each point of the case (10) receives the external force evenly. At the same time, the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) are arranged vertically apart so that the sub-beam (13a) can withstand pressure in the front-rear or left-right directions of the vehicle (1000), making it more adaptable to the actual usage conditions of the vehicle (1000). In addition, the method of arranging the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) apart can reduce the weight of the case (10) and enable other functions.

[0116] In other embodiments, an intermediate beam (not shown) may be installed between the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132), and the intermediate beam is connected between the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132), thereby further improving the structural strength of the sub-beam (13a) and improving the lateral compression resistance of the case (10).

[0117] In some embodiments, at least one of the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) is a hollow beam. A hollow beam means that the interior of the beam has a hollow structure; in other words, the interior of the beam has a space that is not filled with any solid material. In this case, if the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) have a hollow beam structure, not only can their own weight be reduced, but when the battery (100) formed by the case (10) is applied to an electrical device such as a vehicle (1000), the problem of high energy consumption due to the large weight of the battery (100) itself can be reduced. Additionally, the hollow beam structure can dissipate lateral compression force through its internal space, thereby reducing the degree of damage to the battery (100) when subjected to lateral compression.

[0118] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 6, the side wall (n) includes at least two first wall sections (n1) that extend along a first direction (F1) and are spaced apart from each other; at least two sub-beams (13a) include two first sub-beams (13a1), and the two first sub-beams (13a1) are each placed in the two first wall sections (n1) and are all installed extending along the first direction (F1).

[0119] In one actual application, when the battery (100) formed by the case (10) is used in a vehicle (1000) and the upper part of the case (10) forms the chassis of the vehicle (1000), the first direction (F1) may correspond to the front-rear direction of the vehicle (1000). The first wall section (n1) among the side main walls (n) of the main body (11) corresponds to the side main walls (n) in the left-right direction of the battery (100). The first wall section (n1) extends along the first direction (F1), that is, extends along the front-rear direction of the vehicle (1000). Two first wall sections (n1) are spaced apart in the left-right direction of the vehicle (1000). Sub-beams (13a) are installed in both of the two first wall sections (n1), and each sub-beam (13a) and each first wall section (n1) have the same extension direction.

[0120] The structure of the sub-beam (13a) in each first wall section (n1) may be identical, thereby ensuring that the internal compression strength of both the left and right sides of the vehicle (1000) is consistent. Furthermore, the sub-beam (13a) in the first wall section (n1) includes the upper cantilever (131) and lower cantilever (132) mentioned in the above embodiment, and the internal compression strength of the sub-beam (13a) is relatively strong, thereby compensating for the relatively weak characteristics of the structure of both the left and right sides of the vehicle (1000), strengthening the internal compression strength of both the left and right sides of the vehicle (1000), and improving the safety of the vehicle (1000).

[0121] At this time, if a sub-beam (13a) is installed in each first wall (n1), the structural strength of each first wall (n1) can be reinforced and the compressive strength of each first wall (n1) can be improved, that is, the lateral compressive strength of the vehicle (1000) can be improved, and this can be understood as the flexive strength of the vehicle (1000) in the front and rear directions can also be improved because each sub-beam (13a) extends along the first direction (F1).

[0122] In some embodiments, continuing with reference to FIG. 6, the side wall (n) further includes two second wall sections (n2) spaced apart from each other and extending along a second direction (F2) perpendicular to the first direction (F1), and the two first wall sections (n1) and two second wall sections (n2) are alternately connected; at least two sub-beams (13a) further include two second sub-beams (13a2), and the two second sub-beams (13a2) are each placed in two second wall sections (n2) and extended along the second direction (F2).

[0123] In actual application, the second direction (F2) may correspond to the left and right directions of the case (10). In this case, the second wall (n2) corresponds to the side main wall (n) in the front and rear directions of the battery (100). The second wall (n2) extends along the second direction (F2), that is, extends along the left and right directions of the vehicle (1000).

[0124] The structure of the sub-beam (13a) in each second wall section (n2) may be identical, thereby ensuring that the internal compression properties on both the front and rear sides are consistent. Furthermore, the sub-beam (13a) in the first wall section (n1) may include only the upper cantilever (131) mentioned in the above embodiment, and the upper cantilever (131) is installed close to the upper part of the main body (11). In this case, the internal compression properties of the sub-beam (13a) are relatively weak. This is because an internal compression structure, such as a bumper, is generally installed in the front and rear directions of the vehicle (1000), and when the vehicle (1000) receives compression in the front and rear directions, the effect of internal compression is achieved through the front and rear bumpers. Therefore, since the demand for the internal compression properties of the sub-beam (13a) in the second wall section (n2) is relatively weak, a sub-beam (13a) structure with a relatively simple structure can be adopted to reduce the cost of the battery (100) and the vehicle (1000).

[0125] At this time, if a sub-beam (13a) is installed in each second wall (n2), the structural strength of the second wall (n2) can be reinforced and the resistance to compression of each second wall (n2) can be improved, that is, the resistance to compression of the vehicle (1000) can be improved, and this can be understood as the resistance to bending in the left and right directions of the vehicle (1000) can also be improved because each sub-beam (13a) extends along the second direction (F2).

[0126] In some embodiments, continuing with reference to FIG. 6, the side beam (13) comprises at least two first sub-beams (13a1) and at least two second sub-beams (13a2) installed on the side main wall (n), the first sub-beams (13a1) are installed extending along a first direction (F1) and spaced apart from each other, and the second sub-beams (13a2) are installed extending along a second direction (F2) intersecting the first direction (F1) and spaced apart from each other.

[0127] At this time, the sub-beam (13a) installed on the first wall (n1) is the first sub-beam (13a1), and the sub-beam (13a) installed on the second wall (n2) is the second sub-beam (13a2). The two first sub-beams (13a1) reinforce the internal compression of the case (10) in the left and right directions of the vehicle (1000), and the two second sub-beams (13a2) reinforce the internal compression of the case (10) in the front and rear directions of the vehicle (1000), thereby comprehensively improving the lateral internal compression of the vehicle (1000) and improving the safety performance of the vehicle (1000).

[0128] In some embodiments, referring further to FIG. 6, a mounting portion (13a3) is configured on the upper part of the side beam (13).

[0129] As the above description can be used to introduce the mounting part (13a3), it will not be explained repeatedly here. At this time, if the mounting part (13a3) is installed on the upper part of the side beam (13), the case (10) according to the embodiment of the present application can be obtained by adding the side beam (13) based on the existing case (10) structure. This allows for a significant reduction in modification costs. At the same time, if the mounting part (13a3) is installed on the side beam (13), the side beam (13) does not need to define the receiving chamber(s), so there is no need to consider the influence of the mounting part (13a3) on the sealing of the receiving chamber(s) when installing the mounting part (13a3), making the installation of the mounting part (13a3) more flexible. Additionally, the side beam (13) is located at the side edge of the case (10), and when the mounting part (13a3) is installed on the side beam (13), the operating space is larger and more convenient when mounting the case (10) to an external device.

[0130] In some embodiments, the mounting portion (13a3) includes at least one mounting hole (k1) installed on the upper part of the side beam (13).

[0131] As the above description can be used to introduce the mounting hole (k1), it will not be explained again here. Since the mounting hole (k1) can be installed on the upper part of the side beam (13) and the mounting part (13a3) has the same beneficial effect as when it is installed on the upper part of the side beam (13), it will not be explained again here.

[0132] In some embodiments, the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) and the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13) are formed by defining the upper surface (h) of the case (10) together.

[0133] The upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) refers to an outer surface on one side located at the top of the main body (11) and facing away from the receiving chamber(s), and the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13) refers to an outer surface on one side located at the top of the side beam (13). When the side beam (13) includes the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) of the above embodiment, the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13) refers to an outer surface on one side facing away from the lower cantilever (132) of the upper cantilever (131).

[0134] When the case (10) includes the main body (11) and the side beam (13) in the above embodiment, the upper surface (h) of the case (10) is formed by defining the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) and the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13) together. Here, the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) and the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13) may form a co-surface. In this case, the contact area between the upper surface (h) of the case (10) and the external device is relatively large, which helps to improve the reliability of the connection between the case (10) and the external device, and at the same time, the upper structure of the case (10) is relatively flat, making it more aesthetically pleasing. Of course, the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) and the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13) may not form a co-surface.

[0135] When the side beam (13) includes at least two sub-beams (13a), the upper surface of each sub-beam (13a) is formed by defining a part of the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13), and a mounting portion (13a3) is installed on the sub-beam (13a). Here, the mounting portion (13a3) may be installed on a part of the sub-beam (13a), or the mounting portion (13a3) may be installed on the entire sub-beam (13a). When the mounting portion (13a3) is installed on a part of the sub-beam (13a), the mounting portion (13a3) is installed on all symmetrically installed sub-beams (13a) to ensure load uniformity of the mounting portion (13a3). The symmetrically installed sub-beams (13a) may include two first sub-beams (13a1) in the above embodiment, or two second sub-beams (13a2) in the above embodiment.

[0136] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 10, a wiring section (13a4) is formed on the outer wall of the case (10), and the wiring section (13a4) is located below the upper surface (h) of the case (10) and a wiring space is formed through which a harness can pass.

[0137] The outer wall of the case (10) is an outer surface facing away from the inner surface defining the receiving chamber(s) in the case (10). The wiring section (13a4) is located below the upper surface of the case (10), that is, the wiring section (13a4) is installed on the outer wall located below the upper surface (h) of the case (10). The outer wall located below the upper surface (h) of the case (10) includes a bottom surface and a side wall connecting the top surface (h) and the bottom surface.

[0138] If the case (10) includes only the main body (11), the side wall of the case (10) may be the side main wall (n) of the main body (11). If the case (10) includes the main body (11) and the side beam (13), the side wall of the case (10) includes the side main wall (n) that is not covered by the side beam (13) of the main body (11) and the surface of the side beam (13) facing away from the main body (11).

[0139] The wiring section (13a4) is located outside the receiving chamber(s) and has a wiring space through which a harness for electrical connection between a battery cell and an electrical component can pass. As long as it is equipped with a wire inlet for harness insertion and a wire outlet for harness withdrawal, the specific shape of the wiring space is not limited, and the wire inlet and the wire outlet may be the same opening. The wiring space may be a wiring hole or a wiring groove (k2).

[0140] Specifically, a wiring section (13a4) can be installed on the circumferential outer wall of the case (10), and the harness can be wired through the side of the case (10), making wiring relatively convenient. Specifically, a wiring section (13a4) can be installed on the bottom surface of the case (10), and the harness can be wired through the bottom of the case (10).

[0141] At this time, a wiring section (13a4) is formed on the outer wall of the case (10), and by wiring the harness through the wiring space formed in the wiring section (13a4), the harness is effectively protected, and when the vehicle (1000) is subjected to external compression, the harness is compressed and deformed, thereby avoiding unnecessary safety risks.

[0142] In an additional embodiment, referring to FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 10, the wiring portion (13a4) is positioned on a side wall adjacent to the upper surface (h) of the case (10).

[0143] The side wall is an outer surface connecting the upper surface (h) and the lower surface (the surface of the side facing the upper surface (h)) of the case (10). The wiring section (13a4) may be installed on only some of the side walls of the case (10), for example, on one or two side walls in the first direction (F1) of the case (10), or on one or two side walls in the second direction (F2) of the case (10). Of course, the wiring section (13a4) may also be installed on all of the side walls of the case (10).

[0144] At this time, if the wiring section (13a4) is placed on the side wall of the case (10), the operating space in the side direction of the case (10) is large, making it more convenient for placing the harness.

[0145] In some embodiments, the wiring section (13a4) is positioned on two side walls adjacent to the top surface (h) of the case (10) and facing away from each other.

[0146] Two side walls adjacent to the upper surface (h) in the case (10) and facing away from each other include two side walls facing away from each other in the first direction (F1) and two side walls facing away from each other in the second direction (F2). At this time, the wiring section (13a4) is arranged symmetrically and oppositely in the first direction (F1) or oppositely in the second direction (F2), and the harness is wired simultaneously on both sides of the first direction (F1) of the case (10) or wired simultaneously on both sides of the second direction (F2) of the case (10) to realize a symmetrical arrangement of the harness, so that the arrangement of the harness is more aesthetically pleasing and at the same time helps with the balance of the vehicle (1000) weight.

[0147] Furthermore, the wiring section (13a4) is installed on two side walls in the second direction (F2) of the case (10), that is, it is positioned on two side walls corresponding to the left and right directions of the vehicle (1000) of the case (10). Since various power drive systems of the vehicle (1000) (used to provide power for the vehicle (1000) to move forward) are mainly positioned at the front or rear, the harness mainly connects the battery (100) and the power drive system along the front and rear directions of the vehicle (1000), and positioning the wiring section (13a4) in this way makes wiring of the harness more convenient.

[0148] With reference to FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 10 regarding one specific embodiment, the wiring portion (13a4) includes a wiring groove (k2) formed on the outer wall of the case (10) that is recessed toward the receiving chamber(s).

[0149] It can be understood that the wiring groove (k2) is recessed toward the receiving chamber (s) to form a wiring space with one side open, and the opening faces the bottom of the wiring groove (k2). The wiring groove (k2) is installed to be recessed toward the receiving chamber (s) and may simultaneously have a wire inlet and a wire outlet. Specifically, the wire inlet of the wiring groove (k2) may be an opening at one end in the direction of extension of the wiring groove (k2), and the wire outlet of the wiring groove (k2) may be an opening at the other end in the direction of extension of the wiring groove (k2).

[0150] When the wiring groove (k2) is located on the side wall of the second direction (F2) of the case (10), the wiring groove (k2) can be installed extending along the first direction (F1). When the wiring groove (k2) is located on the side wall of the first direction (F1) of the case (10), the wiring groove (k2) can be installed extending along the second direction (F2).

[0151] At this time, the wiring groove (k2) has an opening, and the installation of the opening is more convenient for the harness to pass through. In addition, by configuring the wiring groove (k2) formed by the recess as the wiring section (13a4), there is no need to add other structures to form a wiring space, so the case (10) structure is simpler and less expensive.

[0152] Of course, in other embodiments, the wiring section (13a4) may be a structure having a wiring hole additionally installed on the outer wall of the case (10), such as a wiring pole having a wiring hole.

[0153] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 10, a wiring section (13a4) is configured in the side beam (13).

[0154] Specifically, when the wiring section (13a4) is a wiring groove (k2), the side beam (13) is composed of an upper cantilever (131) and a lower cantilever (132) in the above embodiment, and the space between the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132) is a space where the wiring groove (k2) is located. Alternatively, the outer surface facing away from the main body (11) of the side beam (13) is recessed to form the wiring groove (k2).

[0155] When the wiring section (13a4) is a wiring hole, the side beam (13) is a hollow beam installed to penetrate along both ends of its extension direction, and the internal space of the side beam (13) can form a wiring hole. Alternatively, the side beam (13) includes the upper cantilever (131), lower cantilever (132), and middle beam (not shown) of the above embodiment, and the middle beam, upper cantilever (131), and lower cantilever (132) together surround the wiring hole.

[0156] At this time, the wiring section (13a4) forms a side beam (13), that is, the side beam (13) has a wiring space, and the wiring space reduces the weight of the side beam (13) and enables wiring, thus killing two birds with one stone.

[0157] Regarding one specific embodiment, an upper cantilever (131) and a lower cantilever (132) together form a wiring section (13a4) having a wiring space. At this time, the wiring space is formed as a space between the upper cantilever (131) and the lower cantilever (132), so the structure of the wiring section (13a4) is simple and offers two benefits at once.

[0158] FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram of a local structure of a battery (100) according to another embodiment of the present application, FIG. 12 is an exploded view of a side view of the structure shown in FIG. 11, FIG. 13 is a side view of the structure shown in FIG. 11, and FIG. 14 is an enlarged view of point D of the structure shown in FIG. 12. FIG. 15 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the structure shown in FIG. 11, and FIG. 16 is a side view of the structure shown in FIG. 14.

[0159] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 11, the case (10) further includes a sealing member (12), and the sealing member (12) is installed on the upper part of the case (10) and used for sealing connection with an external device.

[0160] The sealing member (12) refers to a component capable of preventing fluid or solid particles, etc. from leaking between adjacent bonding surfaces. The sealing member (12) is installed on the upper part of the case (10) and divides the upper part of the case (10) into an outer area located outside the sealing member (12) and an inner area surrounded by the sealing member (12). The sealing member (12) seals and connects the upper part of the case (10) and two opposing surfaces of an external device, and forms a contact interface with these two surfaces to prevent fluid or solid particles, etc. from the outer area outside the sealing member (12) from flowing into the inner area surrounded by the sealing member (12) through the contact interface between itself and the two surfaces, and furthermore, produces a sealing effect.

[0161] The sealing member (12) is optionally a sealing ring or a gasket. Specifically, the sealing member (12) is optionally manufactured from materials such as rubber or silica gel. Specifically, the sealing member (12) is optionally an O-shaped sealing member, a rectangular sealing member, a different-shaped sealing member, etc. The specific shape of the sealing member (12) may be compatible with the shape of the upper part of the case (10) and the two opposing surfaces of the external device. For example, if the upper part of the case (10) and the two opposing surfaces of the external device are rectangular, the sealing member (12) may be a rectangular sealing member.

[0162] At this time, the case (10) of the battery (100) implements a sealed connection with an external device through a sealing member (12), so the sealing reliability is good and the cost is low.

[0163] The case (10) of the battery (100) implements sealing with an external device through a sealing member (12) and simultaneously implements a fixed connection with an external device through a mounting part (13a3), and it can be seen that the upper surface (h) of the case (10) comes into contact with the external device.

[0164] For example, if the external device is the vehicle body (200) of the vehicle (1000), the battery (100) is mounted on the lower part of the vehicle body (200) and is sealedly connected to the vehicle body (200) through a sealing member (12) in a sealing area (hc). At this time, the inner area of the sealing member (12) is inside the vehicle body (200) and the outer area is outside the vehicle body (200). Fluids or solid particles, etc., outside the vehicle body (200) cannot enter the vehicle body (200). For example, stones or liquids scattered while driving the vehicle (1000) cannot collide with the vehicle body (200), thereby realizing sealability and structural reliability inside the vehicle body (200).

[0165] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 11, a mounting position (141b) is configured on one side facing away from the upper receiving chamber(s) of the case (10). Here, the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the upper part of the case (10), and the mounting position (141b) forms a part structure of the external device.

[0166] The mounting location (141b) is a mounting area used to mount a specific structure (hereinafter referred to as a mounting member) configured in a local area of the upper part of the case (10), and this mounting member may be a partial structure of an external device, and the mounting location (141b) may be a structure such as a mounting snap-fit or a mounting hole having a connecting function. For example, if the external device is the body (200) of a vehicle (1000), this mounting location (141b) may be used to mount a structure such as a seat (300) or an operating lever of the vehicle (1000), and the structure such as a seat (300) or an operating lever is fixedly connected to the mounting location (141b) on the upper part of the case (10) through a structure such as a mounting snap-fit or a mounting hole.

[0167] Specifically, the mounting member mounted at the mounting position (141b) is a local structure of the external device, and the mounting position (141b) used to mount the local structure of the external device forms a partial structure of the external device after the upper part of the case (10) and the external device are connected, at which time the battery (100) is mounted to the external device through the upper part of the case (10), and after the mounting position (141b) on the upper part of the battery (100) is formed as a local structure of the external device, the connection with the external device can be realized by connecting the mounting member and the case (10) of the battery (100).

[0168] Thus, by integrating the battery (100) and the external device's partial structure, the battery (100) case (10) becomes the partial structure of the external device, thereby avoiding the separate installation of the battery (100) and the external device.

[0169] In other embodiments, the mounting member mounted at the mounting position (141b) may be a structure other than an external device, and by mounting it at the mounting position (141b), a fixed connection between the battery (100) and the external device is simultaneously realized.

[0170] Regarding one specific embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, for example, the external device is the body (200) of the vehicle (1000) and the mounting position (141b) is used to mount the seat (300). By configuring the mounting position (141b) on the upper part of the case (10) of the battery (100), the mounting position (141b) forms the internal structure of the body (200), thereby forming an integrated installation of the battery (100) and the body (200), thereby avoiding separate installation of the battery (100) and the body (200), and making the structure of the vehicle (1000) simpler, smaller in dimensions, and more compact.

[0171] It can be understood that the fixed connection of the case (10), the body (200), and the seat (300) allows all structures to be connected vertically along the vertical direction to the upper part of the case (10), thereby reducing the mounting space and mounting load in other directions of the case (10), and reducing the load on the side structure and lower structure of the battery (100) case (10), thereby improving the stability of the vehicle (1000) structure.

[0172] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 7, the mounting position (141b) includes a mounting hole configured on the upper part of the case (10).

[0173] The mounting hole is a through hole that penetrates the mounting position (141b) in a vertical direction, and when mounting the seat (300), etc. to the mounting position (141b), it is necessary to install a fastening member. The mounting hole may be a smooth through hole (e.g., when the fastening member is a rivet), a through hole with threads (e.g., when the fastening member is a screw), or a through hole of other types (e.g., a hexagonal hole, a square hole, a waist-shaped hole, etc.). The specific shape of the fixing hole (11c3) may be determined according to the specific shape of the fastening member and the specific setting method, and is not described repeatedly here.

[0174] The number of mounting holes is equal to the number of fastening members, and one fastening member is installed in each mounting hole. By mounting and fixing the corresponding mounting member within the mounting hole through the fastening member, the fixation of the mounting member and the case (10) of the battery (100) can be realized, and at the same time, the fixed connection between the mounting member and the external device can be realized.

[0175] In other embodiments, the mounting position (141b) may include other structures such as a snap-fit, tension lock, etc. configured on the upper part of the case (10), but is not specifically limited thereto.

[0176] In some embodiments, with reference to FIGS. 4 through 7 and FIG. 11, the case (10) comprises a main body (11) and a mounting beam (141), the main body (11) surrounds to form a receiving chamber(s), and the upper part of the main body forms at least a portion of the upper part of the case (10). The mounting beam (141) is installed on the upper part of the main body (11), and a mounting position (141b) is configured on one side facing away from the main body (11).

[0177] The main body (11) may be formed as a single-piece molded structure or by assembling a plurality of parts. Since the specific installation form has been described in detail above, it will not be described again here.

[0178] On one side facing away from the upper receiving chamber(s) of the case (10), there is an upper surface (h), and the mounting position (141b) and the upper surface (h) are connected to each other. The mounting beam (141) is a structure having a certain load-bearing capacity installed on one side of the upper part of the main body (11) and is used to share the force received by the upper part of the case (10) from the mounting member. As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, when the mounting member is a seat (300), pressure is applied when the operator sits on the seat (300), and the pressure is first applied to the mounting beam (141) and then to the upper part of the case (10).

[0179] The mounting beam (141) can be installed directly on the surface of the upper surface (h) or on a recessed or protruding part formed on the upper surface (h), and one or more load-bearing structures included in the mounting beam (141) together form a mounting position (141b) used to fix the mounting member on one side facing away from the upper surface (h), thereby realizing the connection between the mounting member and the upper part of the case (10).

[0180] The installation form and extension direction of the load-bearing structure may be installed according to the size, weight, and specific structure of the mounting member to be mounted at the mounting position (141b), and are not specifically limited thereto, and the load-bearing capacity of the case (10) of the battery (100) is improved by sharing the force received by the upper part of the main body (11) through the mounting beam (141).

[0181] In some embodiments, the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) are fixedly connected or integrally formed.

[0182] The mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) can be fixedly connected through fastening connections, snap-fit connections via a snap-fit coupling structure, soldering, bonding, heat fusion connections, etc. Of course, the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) can be integrally formed by methods such as injection molding, die casting, forging, cold compression, or hot compression.

[0183] If the main body (11) is made of a metal material (e.g., aluminum, iron, stainless steel, etc.), the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) can be integrally formed by methods such as die casting, forging, hot compression, or cold compression. If the main body (11) is made of a plastic material (e.g., PP, PE, ABS, etc.), the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) can be integrally formed through injection molding. The mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) may be formed individually and then connected as one. If the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) are made of a metal material, the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) can be soldered or bonded. If the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) are made of a plastic material, the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) can be bonded.

[0184] If the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) are fixedly connected, the molding process of the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) is relatively easy, so the process cost of the case (10) can be reduced.

[0185] When the mounting beam (141) and the main body (11) are integrally molded, the assembly of the case (10), external device, and mounting member is convenient.

[0186] In other embodiments, the main body (11) is connected to a part other than the mounting beam (141), and the connection method may be integrally molded or fixed connection. This is not specifically limited thereto.

[0187] In some embodiments, with reference to FIG. 7 and FIG. 11, the mounting beam (141) includes at least one protrusion (141a), each protrusion (141a) is installed protrudingly on the upper part of the main body (11) along a direction facing away from the receiving chamber(s), and each protrusion (141a) and the main body (11) together form a weight reduction passage (141a1); and the mounting position (141b) is configured on one side of the protrusion (141a) facing away from the main body (11).

[0188] The protrusion (141a) is a load-bearing structure included in the mounting beam (141) described above, and is installed protruding in a direction facing away from the receiving chamber (s) with respect to the plane where the upper surface (h) of the case (10) is located. Since the protrusion (141a) itself has a certain height, it is installed protruding from the upper surface (h) of the case (10). The mounting position (141b) is formed on one side facing away from the main body (11) of all protrusions (141a). When the mounting member is mounted at the mounting position (141b), it comes into direct contact with the structure of the protrusion (141a) and does not come into direct contact with the upper surface (h), thereby distributing the upper load of the case (10) through the protrusion (141a) and increasing the load-bearing capacity of the upper part of the case (10).

[0189] Each protrusion (141a) can form a structure that is surrounded by multiple sides and has one end open, and the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) covers the open opening point of each protrusion (141a) and together with this, forms a weight reduction passage (141a1). The weight reduction passage (141a1) is formed through methods such as hollowing, perforation, or grooving inside the protrusion (141a) to enable a lightweight design of the case (10).

[0190] Regarding one specific embodiment, each protrusion (141a) has a weight reduction passage (141a1) installed through it along its own extension direction. By installing the weight reduction passage (141a1), the weight of each protrusion (141a) is reduced, and furthermore, the weight of the entire case (10) is reduced and the cost is reduced. Each weight reduction passage (141a1) installed through it can form a hidden passage, and in other embodiments, operations such as rock line placement can be carried out by utilizing this hidden passage.

[0191] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, all protrusions (141a) extend along the same direction and are spaced apart from each other.

[0192] The direction indicated by the 'same direction' may specifically be the first direction (F1) or the second direction (F2) mentioned above, or a direction that forms a coplane and intersects with the first direction (F1) and the second direction (F2), but is not specifically limited thereto.

[0193] The fact that all protrusions (141a) are spaced apart from each other means that a set gap is maintained between each adjacent two protrusions (141a) in a direction intersecting the extension direction of the protrusions (141a). Under the action of this set gap, a buffer space is formed between each adjacent two protrusions (141a), so that the external force acting on the mounting beam (141) is transmitted to the case (10) and damage to the battery (100) can be avoided. In addition, the multiple spaced-apart protrusions (141a) form a sufficiently large support area and fixed position, thereby enabling large-area support for the mounting member and can be applied to mounting members of various volumes and sizes.

[0194] All protrusions (141a) are installed parallel along the same direction so that the buffer space and the protrusions (141a) extend along the same direction, and in actual application, buffering can be implemented at any position in the extension direction of the mounting beam (141).

[0195] It can be understood that the set spacing distance between each of the two adjacent protrusions (141a) may be the same or different, and that the set spacing distance between each of the two adjacent protrusions (141a) is the same to ensure uniform support for the mounting member.

[0196] In some embodiments, one side facing away from the main body (11) of all protrusions (141a) is located in the same plane.

[0197] All protrusions (141a) are installed protruding in the same direction and all protrusions (141a) are installed with the same protrusion height, so that one side facing away from the mounting chamber of all protrusions (141a) forms a flat plane in a specific direction, such as a flat plane in the horizontal direction, and mounting is made more stable and simple by placing the mounting member on the flat plane, and a solid connection between the mounting member and the mounting beam (141) can be realized.

[0198] In one specific embodiment, the protrusions (141a) may have a rectangular prism-shaped structure, and in order to stably position the mounting member on the mounting beam (141), all protrusions (141a) are formed such that the same side is located on the same plane and the mounting position (141b) used for mounting the mounting member is defined together.

[0199] In some embodiments, with reference to FIGS. 4, FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 11, the case (10) further includes a side impact reinforcement beam (14), the side impact reinforcement beam (14) is installed on the upper part of the main body (11) and extends from the central part of the upper part of the main body (11) to the outer edges of the opposing sides of the upper part of the main body (11).

[0200] The side impact reinforcement beam (14) refers to a beam structure installed on the upper part of the main body (11) to reinforce the strength of the main body (11). It can be understood that the side impact reinforcement beam (14) is located on the outside of the main body (11). Specifically, the main body (11) and the side impact reinforcement beam (14) may be connected as a whole through an integral connection or connected as a whole through assembly. An integral connection includes, but is not limited to, soldering, integral molding, welding, etc. An assembly connection includes, but is not limited to, snap-fit connections, screw connections, etc.

[0201] The side collision reinforcement beam (14) may be installed extending from the central part of the upper part of the main body (11) to the outer edges of both opposing sides in the first direction (F1) of the upper part of the main body (11), and at this time, the side collision reinforcement beam (14) can reinforce the side collision prevention capability of the case (10) in the first direction (F1). The side collision reinforcement beam (14) may also be installed extending from the central part of the upper part of the main body (11) to the outer edges of both opposing sides in the second direction (F2) of the upper part of the main body (11), and at this time, the side collision reinforcement beam (14) can reinforce the side collision prevention capability of the case (10) in the second direction (F2).

[0202] The side impact reinforcement beam (14) may be extended from the central part of the upper body (11) to the outer edges of the opposing sides of the upper body (11) along two directions forming a line, or extended from the central part of the upper body (11) to the outer edges of the opposing sides of the upper body (11) along two intersecting directions. When the side impact reinforcement beam (14) is extended from the central part of the upper body (11) to the outer edges of the opposing sides along two directions forming a line, the side impact reinforcement beam (14) is implemented through a single straight beam, so the structure is simpler.

[0203] The side impact reinforcement beam (14) may be extended to the outer edges of both sides, extended to the area between the outer edges of both sides and the central part, or extended to the area outside the outer edges of both sides; in other words, as long as it has a state of being extended from the central part of the upper part of the main body (11) to the outer edges of the opposing sides of the upper part of the main body (11), the specific extension length of the side impact reinforcement beam (14) is not limited.

[0204] When a battery (100) is applied to a vehicle (1000) and the upper part of the case (10) is configured as the chassis of the vehicle (1000), the side collision prevention capability in the left and right directions of the vehicle (1000) is poor. Therefore, in order to reinforce the side collision prevention capability in the left and right directions of the vehicle (1000) and improve the safety performance of the vehicle (1000), a side collision reinforcement beam (14) can be extended from the central part of the upper part of the main body (11) to the outer edges of both sides in the left and right directions of the vehicle (1000) on the upper part of the main body (11).

[0205] At this time, if a side collision reinforcement beam (14) is installed on the upper part of the main body (11) of the case (10), the side collision prevention capability of the case (10) can be improved, and furthermore, the side collision prevention capability of the vehicle (1000) equipped with the battery (100) composed of this case (10) can be improved, thereby helping to ensure the safety performance of the battery (100) and the vehicle (1000).

[0206] When the main body (11) includes a frame (11b) and a load-bearing member (11a), the side impact reinforcing beam (14) is installed at least on the upper part of the load-bearing member (11a). At this time, since the upper part of the load-bearing member (11a) forms at least a part of the upper part of the main body (11), the load-bearing member (11a) has sufficient space for mounting the side impact reinforcing beam (14).

[0207] In some embodiments, the side impact reinforcement beam (14) extends until it is connected to the upper part of the frame (11b).

[0208] At this time, the upper part of the frame (11b) also forms a part of the upper part of the main body (11), and the side impact reinforcement beam (14) can also be extended until it is connected to the upper part of the frame (11b). In addition to the frame (11b) and the load-bearing member (11a) being directly connected to each other, the connection can be strengthened through the side impact reinforcement beam (14), thereby reinforcing the reliability of the connection between the frame (11b) and the load-bearing member (11a).

[0209] In some embodiments, the number of side impact reinforcement beams (14) is at least one, and all side impact reinforcement beams (14) are extended along the same direction and spaced apart from each other.

[0210] The direction indicated by the 'same direction' may specifically be the first direction (F1) or the second direction (F2) mentioned above, or a direction that forms a coplane and intersects with the first direction (F1) and the second direction (F2), but is not specifically limited thereto.

[0211] If all side collision reinforcement beams (14) are arranged extending along the same direction, each side collision reinforcement beam (14) can reinforce the side collision prevention capability of the case (10) in the direction of extension, thereby strengthening the side collision prevention capability of the case (10) in this direction of extension. If each side collision reinforcement beam (14) is spaced apart along a direction intersecting this 'same direction', it can be understood that the strength at various locations of the case (10) can be reinforced, making the structural strength and side collision prevention capability of the case (10) more uniform.

[0212] In some embodiments, at least one of the side impact reinforcing beams (14) is configured as a mounting beam (141), and a mounting position (141b) is configured on one side facing away from the main body (11) of the mounting beam (141).

[0213] As the description above can be used to introduce the mounting beam (141) and the mounting position (141b), they will not be described again here. If there is only one side collision reinforcing beam (14), this side collision reinforcing beam (14) is used as the mounting beam (141). If there are at least two side collision reinforcing beams (14), some of them may be used as the mounting beam (141). Specifically, if there are at least two side collision reinforcing beams (14), the side collision reinforcing beam (14) located near the front of the vehicle (1000) may be used as the mounting beam (141) for mounting a seat (300) (the seat (300) may be a seat (300) inside the driver's cabin).

[0214] At this time, if at least one of the side collision reinforcement beams (14) is used as a mounting beam (141), it not only has a side collision prevention effect but also allows other mounting members to be mounted, thus killing two birds with one stone.

[0215] In some embodiments, the side impact reinforcement beam (14) includes at least one protrusion (141a), each protrusion (141a) is installed protruding from the upper part of the main body (11) along a direction facing away from the receiving chamber(s), and each protrusion (141a) and the main body (11) together form a weight reduction passage (141a1).

[0216] The protrusion (141a) of the side collision reinforcing beam (14) is identical to the protrusion (141a) structure mentioned when introducing the mounting beam (141) structure in the above embodiment, so the above description may be used for a specific introduction. The protrusion (141a) is installed protruding in a direction facing away from the receiving chamber (s) with respect to the plane where the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) is located, and since the protrusion (141a) itself has a certain height, it is installed protruding from the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11).

[0217] Each protrusion (141a) can form a structure that is surrounded by multiple sides and has one end open, and the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) covers the open opening point of each protrusion (141a) and together with this, forms a weight reduction passage (141a1). The weight reduction passage (141a1) is formed through methods such as hollowing, perforation, or grooving inside the protrusion (141a) to enable a lightweight design of the case (10).

[0218] Regarding one specific embodiment, each protrusion (141a) has a weight reduction passage (141a1) installed through it along its own extension direction.

[0219] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 7, all protrusions (141a) extend along the same direction and are spaced apart from each other.

[0220] The fact that all protrusions (141a) are spaced apart from each other means that a set gap is maintained between each adjacent two protrusions (141a) in a direction intersecting the extension direction of the protrusions (141a).

[0221] All protrusions (141a) are installed parallel along the same direction so that the buffer space and the protrusions (141a) extend along the same direction, and in actual application, buffering can be implemented at any position in the extension direction of the side impact reinforcement beam (14).

[0222] The set spacing distance between each of the two adjacent protrusions (141a) may be the same or different, and when the side impact reinforcement beam (14) is used as a mounting beam (141), it can be understood that the set spacing distance between each of the two adjacent protrusions (141a) is the same to ensure uniform support for the mounting member.

[0223] In some embodiments, one side facing away from the main body (11) of all protrusions (141a) is located in the same plane.

[0224] One side of all protrusions (141a) is located on the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11), and all protrusions (141a) are installed so that they protrude in the same direction and have the same protruding height, and the side facing away from the mounting chamber of all protrusions (141a) forms a flat plane in a specific direction, such as a flat plane in the horizontal direction, thereby realizing a solid connection between the mounting member and the mounting beam (141).

[0225] In one specific embodiment, the protrusions (141a) may have a rectangular prism-shaped structure, and in order to stably position the mounting member on the mounting beam (141), all protrusions (141a) are formed such that the same side is located on the same plane and the mounting position (141b) used for mounting the mounting member is defined together.

[0226] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 10, a case (10) has a battery room (s1) and a high-voltage room (s2) formed independently of each other, the battery room (s1) is used to accommodate a battery cell (20), and the high-voltage room (s2) is used to accommodate a high-voltage distribution box.

[0227] The high-voltage distribution box is an important safety barrier for a group of batteries (100) equipped with a high-voltage control system, and is mainly used to connect or disconnect high-voltage circuits according to the electrical control requirements of the finished vehicle, and to provide current and leakage detection terminals. It implements controllable load disconnection when the current outside the group of batteries (100) is too large, and implements high-voltage circuit disconnection when a short circuit occurs in the line outside the group of batteries (100) to prevent ignition of the group of batteries (100), and allows the high-voltage circuit to be conveniently disconnected when maintaining the group of batteries (100).

[0228] The fact that the battery room (s1) and the high-voltage room (s2) are installed independently of each other means that the battery room (s1) and the high-voltage room (s2) are sealed together. To implement the independent installation of the battery room (s1) and the high-voltage room (s2), the battery room (s1) and the high-voltage room (s2) can each be formed by two independent members. For example, an independent first member and a second member are installed inside the case (10), and the first member forms the battery room (s1) and the second member forms the high-voltage room (s2). Alternatively, a separating member is installed inside the case (10) to separate the receiving room (s) formed inside the case (10) to form independent battery room (s1) and high-voltage room (s2). Alternatively, the entire receiving chamber(s) formed inside the case (10) is used as a battery chamber (s1), and a high-voltage chamber (s2) is formed by configuring a high-voltage compartment (15) outside the case (10), thereby making the battery chamber (s1) and the high-voltage chamber (s2) independent of each other.

[0229] When the battery room (s1) is used to accommodate a battery cell (20) and the high-voltage room (s2) is used to accommodate a high-voltage distribution box, and the battery room (s1) and the high-voltage room (s2) are installed independently, high-temperature gas leaked due to thermal runaway of the battery cell (20) in the battery room (s1) does not flow into the high-voltage distribution box, and furthermore, does not cause thermal damage to the high-voltage control system in the high-voltage distribution box, thus ensuring normal control functions of the high-voltage control system and improving the safety performance of the battery (100).

[0230] In some embodiments, with reference to FIGS. 11 to 13, the case (10) further includes a high-voltage compartment (15), and a battery room (s1) is formed within the main body (11), and the high-voltage compartment (15) is installed outside the main body (11) and surrounds itself or surrounds together with the main body (11) to form a high-voltage room (s2).

[0231] The high-voltage compartment (15) may be a housing (22) structure, and its interior is hollow and is used to form the high-voltage compartment (15) and to place a high-voltage distribution box. The high-voltage compartment (15) is installed outside the main body (11), and the battery room (s1) is formed by the main body (11) (wherein the battery room (s1) corresponds to the receiving room (s)), thereby enabling the independent installation of the high-voltage room (s2) and the battery room (s1).

[0232] When the high-voltage compartment (15) and the main body (11) together form a high-voltage chamber (s2), the high-voltage compartment (15) has a single opening and is mounted to the main body (11) through this opening. When the high-voltage compartment (15) itself surrounds to form a high-voltage chamber (s2), only a mounting relationship exists with the main body (11).

[0233] At this time, a high-voltage chamber (s2) is defined and formed through a high-voltage compartment (15) installed outside the main body (11), and the receiving chamber (s) formed by the main body (11) is used as a battery chamber (s1) for receiving a battery cell (20) to improve the electrical capacity of the battery (100).

[0234] With respect to some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 11 and 12, the high-voltage compartment (15) is installed protruding from the upper part of the main body (11).

[0235] A high-voltage compartment (15) is installed protruding from the upper part of the main body (11), that is, the high-voltage compartment (15) is located outside the main body (11) and installed on the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11). When the battery (100) case (10) is used as the chassis of a vehicle (1000), the high-voltage compartment (15) is located on the upper part of the main body (11), so it is not exposed to the outside of the vehicle (1000) and is not subjected to external collisions (e.g., stones flying while the vehicle (1000) is driving), making the high-voltage compartment (15) safer.

[0236] It can be understood that when the main body (11) includes the frame (11b) and the load-supporting member (11a), the load-supporting member (11a) constitutes at least a portion of the upper part of the main body (11), and the high-voltage compartment (15) is installed on the upper part of the load-supporting member (11a) and forms a high-voltage chamber (s2) by itself or together with the load-supporting member (11a). At this time, since the load-supporting member (11a) constitutes most of the upper area of the main body (11), if the high-voltage compartment (15) is installed on the upper part of the load-supporting member (11a), the mounting space of the high-voltage compartment (15) is larger and the mounting is more stable.

[0237] Of course, if the upper part of the frame (11b) also constitutes a part of the upper part of the main body (11), the high-voltage compartment (15) may be installed on the upper part of the frame (11b), and specifically, it can be set according to the mounting method of the frame (11b) and the load-bearing member (11a).

[0238] With reference to FIGS. 11 to 13 for some embodiments, the high-voltage compartment (15) is installed close to the upper outer edge of the main body (11).

[0239] The upper outer edge of the main body (11) includes an outer edge on one side in the front direction of the vehicle (1000) on the main body (11), an outer edge on one side in the rear direction of the vehicle (1000) on the main body (11), an outer edge on one side in the left direction of the vehicle (1000) on the main body (11), and an outer edge on one side in the right direction of the vehicle (1000) on the main body (11).

[0240] In one application example, the high-voltage compartment (15) is installed on the outer edge of one side in the rear direction of the vehicle (1000) in close proximity to the upper part of the main body (11), that is, the high-voltage compartment (15) is positioned in close proximity to the rear of the vehicle (1000). In this case, the high-voltage compartment (15) can be positioned corresponding to the passenger space behind the driving space of the vehicle (1000), and in particular, can be positioned corresponding to the underside of the seat (300) of the passenger space, so that it does not need to occupy the activity space of the vehicle (1000).

[0241] In some embodiments, with reference to FIGS. 4, FIGS. 6, FIGS. 11 to 13, the high-voltage compartment (15) and the side impact reinforcement beam (14) are arranged sequentially in a first direction (F1), and the side impact reinforcement beam (14) is extended along a second direction (F2) that intersects the first direction (F1).

[0242] If the case (10) includes a side impact reinforcement beam (14), the high voltage compartment (15) can be installed on the upper part of the main body (11) together with the side impact reinforcement beam (14).

[0243] The fact that the high-voltage compartment (15) and the side impact reinforcement beam (14) are arranged sequentially in the first direction (F1) means that the high-voltage compartment (15) is located on one side of the first direction (F1) of all the side impact reinforcement beams (14). In addition, since the side impact reinforcement beam (14) extends in the second direction (F2) that intersects the first direction (F1) and does not interfere with the high-voltage compartment (15), the structural arrangement of the high-voltage compartment (15) and the side impact reinforcement beam (14) is relatively reasonable, and the utilization rate of the upper space of the main body (11) is relatively high.

[0244] Referring to FIG. 4 for a specific embodiment, the high voltage compartment (15) includes a compartment cover (15a) and a compartment box (15b), the compartment box (15b) is installed on the upper part of the main body (11) and forms a high voltage compartment (s2) that is open with its back to the main body (11), and the compartment cover (15a) is detachably covered on one side of the open high voltage compartment (s2).

[0245] The connection between the compartment box (15b) and the main body (11) may be soldered, welded, bonded, fastened, etc. Non-limitingly, the compartment box (15b) may be a plastic product. The compartment cover (15a) and the compartment box (15b) may be detachably connected via a fastening member or via a snap-fit connection method, and the specific form is not limited thereto.

[0246] At this time, a high-voltage room (s2) is formed by a compartment box (15b), and the high-voltage room (s2) is sealed by a compartment cover (15a). The compartment cover (15a) and the compartment box (15b) are detachably connected, making it convenient to mount and maintain the high-voltage distribution box.

[0247] FIG. 17 is a schematic diagram of a local structure of a battery (100) according to another embodiment of the present application, FIG. 18 is a side view of the structure shown in FIG. 17, FIG. 19 is an exploded view of the structure shown in FIG. 18, and FIG. 20 is a cross-sectional view of point EE of the structure shown in FIG. 18. FIG. 21 is an overhead view of the structure shown in FIG. 17.

[0248] In some embodiments, with reference to FIGS. 17 to 21, the case (10) further comprises a central passage beam (16), the central passage beam (16) extends along a first direction (F1) on the upper part of the main body (11) and is installed at equal intervals with the outer edges on both sides of a second direction (F2) that intersects the first direction (F1) on the upper part of the main body (11), and the central passage beam (16) has a wiring passage (16a) through which a harness can pass.

[0249] In a traditional vehicle (1000), a central passage beam (16) structure is generally installed in the chassis of the vehicle (1000) body (200). The central passage beam (16) is a beam structure that extends from the front chassis to the rear chassis of the vehicle (1000) body (200) and is a major structural member that ensures the collision transmission path of the vehicle body (200) and the rigidity of the vehicle body (200) chassis. The central passage beam (16) is positioned in the central region of the vehicle (1000) chassis and extends from the front chassis to the rear chassis along the front-rear direction of the vehicle (1000).

[0250] In this embodiment, the central passage beam (16) of the vehicle (1000) is directly integrated into the upper part of the case (10) body (11). Specifically, the central passage beam (16) is installed extending along the first direction (F1) (corresponding to the front-rear direction of the vehicle body (200)) and is installed at equal intervals with the outer edges on both sides of the second direction (F2) (corresponding to the left-right direction of the vehicle body (200)) of the upper part of the body (11), and is positioned in the central area of the upper part of the body (11).

[0251] Generally, in order to reduce the weight of the vehicle body (200) and achieve lightweighting of the vehicle body (200), the central passage beam (16) is designed as a hollow structure. In this embodiment, by utilizing the hollow structure provided inside the central passage beam (16) to form a wiring passage (16a) through which a harness can pass, not only can the weight be reduced, but the arrangement of the harness can also be realized, making the arrangement of the harness more flexible and safe.

[0252] As long as a wiring passage (16a) for wiring can be formed, the central passage beam (16) may be a sheet metal member integrally formed through methods such as stamping or die casting, or a beam structure formed through soldering, welding, or fastening connections of multiple sheet metal plates. The wiring passage (16a) may be located inside the central passage beam (16) (e.g., a hollow passage inside the central passage beam (16)) or outside the central passage beam (16) (e.g., a recessed groove passage outside the central passage beam (16). The central passage beam (16) may form the wiring passage (16a) together with the main body (11) or may surround itself to form the wiring passage (16a). The central passage beam (16) and the main body (11) may be connected by methods such as soldering, welding, or fastening connections to form a single whole.

[0253] The wiring passage (16a) provided in the central passage beam (16) may be installed extending along the extension direction (i.e., the first direction (F1)) of the central passage beam (16) or designed according to other required methods, and is not specifically limited here as long as wiring can be implemented. In order to facilitate mounting and maintenance by implementing various types of harness classification wiring, a plurality of independent wiring passages (16a) may be installed in the central passage beam (16).

[0254] At this time, when the upper part of the case (10) is composed of the chassis (chassis, i.e., the bottom of the vehicle body (200)) of the vehicle (1000) body (200), there is no need to install a central passage beam (16) separately, so the assembly efficiency of the vehicle body (200) is higher. At the same time, by using the hollow structure formed inside the central passage beam (16) to form a wiring passage (16a) through which the harness can pass, not only can the weight be reduced, but the arrangement of the harness can also be realized, making the arrangement of the harness more flexible.

[0255] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 20, the central passage beam (16) includes a beam base (161), the beam base (161) is installed on the upper part of the main body (11) and has a wire passage groove (16a1) formed therein that is used as a wire passage (16a), and the wire passage groove (16a1) is recessed toward the receiving chamber(s).

[0256] The beam base (161) is installed directly on the main body (11) and can be fixed to the main body (11) through methods such as soldering, welding, or fastening. A wire passage groove (16a1) is formed in the beam base (161), and the wire passage groove (16a1) is recessed toward the receiving chamber(s); in other words, the wire passage groove (16a1) is provided with a notch facing away from the receiving chamber(s), and the passage of the harness is convenient through this notch.

[0257] The wire passage groove (16a1) may be a continuous groove structure formed by being recessed on a surface facing away from the receiving chamber(s) of the beam base (161), or a wire passage section having a groove recessed toward a plurality of receiving chambers(s) formed on a surface facing away from the receiving chamber(s) of the beam base (161), and each wire passage section is spaced apart along a set direction, and the grooves of all wire passage sections together form the wire passage groove (16a1) of the beam base (161).

[0258] At this time, a wire passage groove (16a1) recessed toward the receiving chamber(s) is formed by the beam base (161), making it convenient for mounting the harness.

[0259] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 20, the number of wire passage grooves (16a1) is numerous, and all wire passage grooves (16a1) extend along the same direction and are spaced apart from each other.

[0260] The wire passage grooves (16a1) may be installed in multiple numbers, and the multiple wire passage grooves (16a1) may be spaced apart and extended along the same direction (e.g., the first direction (F1)). Each wire passage groove (16a1) may be used for wiring only one type of harness (the harnesses may be classified according to the harness connection target, for example, a harness connected to an air conditioner, a harness connected to a lamp, a harness connected to a power drive system, etc.).

[0261] This allows for the independent placement of various types of harnesses, making the mounting and maintenance of the harnesses more convenient.

[0262] In some embodiments, the wire passage groove (16a1) is configured to be snap-fit connected to the harness passing through itself.

[0263] To implement a snap-fit connection between the wire passage groove (16a1) and the harness, specifically, the wire passage groove (16a1) may have a notch dimension equivalent to the diameter of the harness passing through it, or the snap-fit connection may be implemented by an interference fit between the two. Additionally, specifically, a snap-fit connecting member may be designed in the notch of the wire passage groove (16a1), one end of the snap-fit connecting member may be rotatably connected to one side of the notch of the wire passage groove (16a1), and the other end may be detachably snap-fit connected to the other side of the notch of the wire passage groove (16a1), and after the harness is placed in the wire passage groove (16a1), the harness may be installed within the wire passage groove (16a1) by using the snap-fit connecting member to snap-fit connect with the notch of the wire passage groove (16a1).

[0264] By doing so, not only can noise caused by the shaking of the harness be avoided, but the problem of the harness being detached from the wire passage groove (16a1) and the harness being damaged can also be avoided.

[0265] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 20, the central passage beam (16) further includes a beam cover (162), and the beam cover (162) is detachably covered on the opening side of the wire passage groove (16a1).

[0266] The opening side of the wire passage groove (16a1) is one side of the wire passage groove (16a1) that has a notch. The beam cover (162) is detachably covered over the opening side of the wire passage groove (16a1), that is, the beam cover (162) and the beam base (161) are detachably connected. Specifically, the beam cover (162) and the beam base (161) are detachably snap-fit connected, or the beam cover (162) and the beam base (161) are detachably connected through a fastening member (e.g., a bolt). The method of detachably connecting the beam cover (162) and the beam base (161) may adopt a general installation method in the field, and there is no limitation or repeated description thereof.

[0267] At this time, by covering the notch of the wire passage groove (16a1) with the beam cover (162), external dust and moisture can be prevented from entering the wire passage groove (16a1) and corroding the harness, and at the same time, the harness can be protected from being destroyed by external force compression, thereby improving the safety of the battery (100).

[0268] In some embodiments, the high voltage room (s2) and the wiring passage (16a) are connected.

[0269] It can be understood that the harness passes through the high-voltage room (s2) and the wiring passage (16a) because the harness is generally drawn from the high-voltage distribution box in the high-voltage room (s2) to supply power to the electrical components.

[0270] The fact that the high-voltage room (s2) and the wiring passage (16a) are connected means that a harness drawn out from the high-voltage room (s2) can be drawn into the wiring passage (16a). Specifically, the high-voltage room (s2) has a wire passage, and the wire passage faces the entrance of the wiring passage (16a). At this time, there is no obstacle between the wire passage and the entrance of the wiring passage (16a), and the harness drawn out from the wire passage can be drawn directly into the entrance of the wiring passage (16a) without needing to go around. Additionally, specifically, the high voltage room (s2) has a wire passage, and the wire passage and the entrance of the wiring passage (16a) are not opposite but are spatially connected, and there is an obstacle between the wire passage and the entrance of the wiring passage (16a) (the obstacle may be formed by the central passage beam (16) or other structures), and the harness drawn out from the wire passage can bypass the obstacle and then be introduced into the wiring passage (16a) through the entrance of the wiring passage (16a).

[0271] At this time, since the high voltage room (s2) and the wiring passage (16a) are connected, the arrangement of the harness drawn from the high voltage room (s2) through the wiring passage (16a) can be implemented.

[0272] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 17 and FIGS. 21, the central passage beam (16) and the high-voltage compartment (15) are arranged adjacently along the first direction (F1).

[0273] The central passage beam (16) generally corresponds to extending from the front chassis of the vehicle body (200) to the rear chassis of the vehicle body (200), and the high-voltage compartment (15) is located on one side of the first direction (F1) of the central passage beam (16), and the high-voltage compartment (15) can be positioned at the front or rear of the central passage beam (16). Specifically, the high-voltage compartment (15) is positioned at the rear of the central passage beam (16), and the high-voltage compartment (15) corresponds to the position of the rear chassis of the vehicle body (200). Since the position of the rear chassis of the vehicle body (200) can be used to mount the seat (300) of the passenger compartment of the vehicle (1000), the placement of the high-voltage compartment (15) can be implemented by hiding the high-voltage compartment (15) in the space below the seat (300), thereby increasing the space utilization rate of the passenger compartment of the vehicle (1000).

[0274] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 11, a first region (ha) and a second region (hb) are formed on the upper surface (h) of the case (10), the second region (hb) surrounds the first region (ha), and a plurality of mounting portions (13a3) are configured in the second region (hb), and the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the mounting portions (13a3).

[0275] The formation of the first region (ha) and the second region (hb) can be formed through the division of other structures, for example, by installing a sealing member (12) on the upper part of the case (10) and dividing the upper surface (h) of the case (10) into a second region (hb) located on the outer edge of the sealing member (12) and a first region (ha) located on the inner edge of the sealing member (12), and when the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the mounting part (13a3), the first region (ha) and the second region (hb) are independent of each other.

[0276] The first region (ha) and the second region (hb) may be formed by automatically dividing the region on the upper surface (h), and there is no other structural gap between the first region (ha) and the second region (hb), and when the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the mounting part (13a3), the first region (ha) and the second region (hb) may be connected to each other.

[0277] In addition, the area size of the first region (ha) and the area size of the second region (hb) are not limited, and the first region (ha) and the second region (hb) may be flat or non-flat surfaces, and their specific configurations are not limited.

[0278] Regarding one specific embodiment, when the external device is the vehicle body (200) of the vehicle (1000), the mounting portion (13a3) is configured in the second region (hb), and the case (10) is connected to the vehicle body (200) through the upper relatively outer region. In this case, since the case (10) receives only the vertical force acting on the vehicle body (200), the force transmission path is reduced, which is advantageous for improving the rigidity of the finished vehicle and lateral compression resistance.

[0279] It can be understood that the upper surface (h) of the case (10) may include other areas in addition to the first area (ha) and the second area (hb), and that other areas may be installed between the two, outside the two, and inside the two, and that the present application does not specifically limit this.

[0280] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 13 to 14, the distance (L2) between the geometric centers of the orthographic projection for the second region (hb) of each adjacent mounting portion (13a3) is 80 mm to 500 mm.

[0281] Orthographic projection means a projection in which parallel projection lines are perpendicular to the projection plane, that is, projecting the mounting part (13a3) onto the second region (hb) along a direction perpendicular to the second region (hb). When the mounting part (13a3) and the external device are connected, each mounting part (13a3) has a single mounting load point, and the mounting load point is the geometric center of the orthographic projection onto the second region (hb) of each mounting part (13a3), and the distance between each adjacent mounting load point (i.e., distance (L2)) is limited to 80-500mm to ensure that the battery (100) is uniformly mounted to the external device and to improve the connection strength between the battery (100) and the external device.

[0282] In one specific embodiment, when the external device is the vehicle body (200) of the vehicle (1000), the mounting portion (13a3) is installed to include a plurality of mounting holes (k1), and the case (10) of the battery (100) implements a connection with the vehicle body (200) through the plurality of mounting holes (k1). By controlling the distance (L2) between the geometric centers of adjacent mounting holes (k1) to a single limited range, it is ensured that the installation distance (i.e., distance (L2)) between mounting holes (k1) is controllable, and by controlling the installation distance between mounting holes (k1) and mounting holes (k1), it is ensured that the multiple mounting positions in the case (10) are basically uniformly distributed, thereby making the load on the vehicle body (200) uniform and further improving the connection rigidity of each position between the vehicle body (200) and the case (10).

[0283] In some other embodiments, when personalized installation is required, for example, when the mounting section (13a3) needs to be divided into a dense mounting area and a sparse mounting area, it can be understood that the distance between each mounting hole (k1) in the dense mounting area (i.e., distance (L2)) is installed so that it is as close as possible to one side of 80 mm, and the distance between each mounting hole (k1) in the sparse mounting area (i.e., distance (L2)) is installed so that it is as close as possible to one side of 500 mm, thereby satisfying the personalization requirements for local dense mounting and local sparse mounting.

[0284] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 13 to 14, the distance (L2) between the geometric centers of the orthographic projection for the second region (hb) of each adjacent mounting portion (13a3) is 80 mm to 300 mm.

[0285] If the distance (L2) is within the range of 80mm to 300mm, not only can the uniformity of the connection between the battery (100) and the external device be ensured, but the strength of the connection between the battery (100) and the external device can also be ensured.

[0286] In some embodiments, with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14, a sealing area (hc) is further formed on the upper surface (h) of the case (10), the sealing area (hc) is installed between the first area (ha) and the second area (hb), the sealing area (hc) surrounds the first area (ha), the sealing area (hc) is used to mount a sealing member (12), and the sealing member (12) is used to contact an external device.

[0287] The sealing area (hc) is also a part of the upper surface (h) of the case (10), and is located between the first area (ha) and the second area (hb) to separate the first area (ha) and the second area (hb) and form a non-communication relationship. The area of the sealing area (hc) must not be too large, and its main function is to install a sealing member (12) to achieve mutual separation between the first area (ha) and the second area (hb). It is installed to the maximum extent that the size, volume, and shape of the sealing member (12) are imitated, ensuring that the entire sealing member (12) is assembled in the sealing area (hc).

[0288] It can be understood that the sealing member (12) has various states within the sealing area (hc), and when the sealing member (12) contacts the external device and the case (10) and the external device are fixedly connected, the sealing member (12) is in a compressed state and a certain deformation occurs to ensure sealing performance. When the battery (100) and the external device are separated, the sealing member (12) is restored to its original state.

[0289] In one specific embodiment, for example, the external device is the vehicle body (200) of the vehicle (1000). The battery (100) can be mounted on the lower part of the vehicle body (200) and is sealedly connected to the vehicle body (200) through a sealing member (12) in a sealing area (hc). At this time, the first area (ha) forms the interior of the sealed vehicle body (200), and the second area (hb) is the exterior of the vehicle body (200). Fluid or solid particles, etc., from the exterior of the vehicle body (200) cannot leak into the interior of the vehicle body (200). For example, stones or liquids scattered during the driving of the vehicle (1000) cannot collide with the interior of the vehicle body (200), thereby realizing sealability and structural reliability within the vehicle body (200).

[0290] It can be understood that when the case (10) includes a sealing member (12), the sealing member (12) is mounted in the sealing area (hc) to seal and separate the first area (ha) and the second area (hb). Since the specific installation form of the sealing member (12) has already been described in detail above, it will not be described again here. The upper surface (h) of the case (10) may include other areas in addition to the first area (ha), the sealing area (hc), and the second area (hb), and the other areas may be installed inside the first area (ha) or outside the second area (hb), and the present application does not specifically limit this.

[0291] In some embodiments, with reference to FIGS. 13 to 14, the shortest distance (L1) between the geometric center of the orthographic projection of the second region (hb) of the mounting portion (13a3) and the outer edge of the sealing region (hc) is 30 mm to 200 mm.

[0292] Along a direction perpendicular to the second region (hb), the mounting portion (13a3) is projected onto the second region (hb), and when the mounting portion (13a3) and an external device are connected, each mounting portion (13a3) has a single mounting load point, and the geometric center of the orthographic projection of each mounting portion (13a3) onto the second region (hb) is the mounting load point of each mounting portion (13a3). The shortest distance (L1) between the geometric center of the orthographic projection of the mounting portion (13a3) onto the second region (hb) and the outer edge of the sealing region (hc) is the shortest distance between the mounting load point of each mounting portion (13a3) and the outer edge of the sealing region (hc).

[0293] The outer edge of the sealing region (hc) is the boundary line shared by the sealing region (hc) and the second region (hb), and naturally, the sealing region (hc) has an inner edge, and this inner edge is the common boundary line between the sealing region (hc) and the first region (ha). When assembling the sealing member (12), the two edges of the sealing member (12) and the inner and outer edges of the sealing region (hc) are polymerized so that the sealing member (12) completely covers the sealing region (hc).

[0294] In order to ensure that the distance between the sealing member (12) and the mounting part (13a3) is within a limited range, the shortest distance (L1) between the geometric center of the orthographic projection of the second region (hb) of the mounting part (13a3) and the outer edge of the sealing region (hc) is the length of a vertical line drawn from the geometric center of each mounting part (13a3) to the outer edge of the sealing region (hc).

[0295] In one specific embodiment, when the external device is the vehicle body (200) of the vehicle (1000), if the shortest distance (i.e., distance (L1)) between the mounting load point of the mounting part (13a3) and the outer edge of the sealing area (hc) is controlled to 30mm-200mm, the mounting load point of the mounting part (13a3) can be avoided from being too far from the sealing member (12), thereby ensuring the sealing effect of the sealing member (12) on the inside of the vehicle body (200) on one hand, and on the other hand, reducing the mounting torque when each mounting part (13a3) is mounted on the vehicle body (200) and effectively shortening the mounting arm to improve the connection rigidity between the battery (100) and the vehicle body (200).

[0296] In some embodiments, with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14, the shortest distance (L1) between the geometric center of the orthographic projection of the second region (hb) of the mounting portion (13a3) and the outer edge of the sealing region (hc) is 50 mm to 100 mm.

[0297] If it is within the range of 50mm-100mm, the mounting load point of the mounting part (13a3) is avoided from being too far from the sealing member (12), thereby ensuring the sealing separation effect of the sealing member (12) for the first area (ha) and the second area (hb), and at the same time, the connection strength between the battery (100) and the external device can also be ensured.

[0298] In some embodiments, the sealing region (hc) and the second region (hb) form a co-plane.

[0299] Co-plane is also called a co-plane, and means that the sealing region (hc) and the second region (hb) share the same plane in three-dimensional space, and in this case, both the sealing region (hc) and the second region (hb) are composed of flat planes and no angle is formed between them.

[0300] In one specific embodiment, when an external device is the body (200) of a vehicle (1000) and a case (10) is assembled to the lower part of the body (200) through the upper part, the sealing area (hc) and the second area (hb) have the same height in the vertical direction, the sealing area (hc) is used to perform a sealing function by installing a sealing member (12), and the second area (hb) is used to perform a mounting function by configuring a mounting member. At this time, the mounting load point of each mounting part (13a3) and the sealing area (hc) are located on the same plane and at the same height, and since the mounting load point and the sealing member (12) only support the load in the vertical direction, the lateral structural load of the case (10) and the body (200) is reduced and the rigidity of the vehicle (1000) is improved.

[0301] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 11, the first region (ha), the second region (hb), and the sealing region (hc) form a co-plane.

[0302] At this time, since the plane having the first region (ha), second region (hb), and sealing region (hc) contacts the external device, the contact area between the upper surface (h) of the case (10) and the external device is relatively large, which helps to improve the reliability of the connection between the case (10) and the external device, and at the same time, the upper structure of the case (10) is relatively flat, making it more aesthetically pleasing.

[0303] When the external device is the vehicle body (200) of the vehicle (1000), the internal area of the vehicle body (200), the external area of the vehicle body (200), and the sealing area (hc) on the upper surface (h) forming the case (10) are all installed as a single surface, thereby ensuring that both the internal and external parts of the vehicle body (200) of the case (10) support only vertical loads, thereby further reducing the lateral structural load of the vehicle (1000).

[0304] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 14, when the mounting portion (13a3) includes at least one mounting hole (k1), all mounting holes (k1) penetrate the second region (hb).

[0305] As the above description can be used for an introduction regarding the mounting hole (k1), it will not be explained repeatedly here. When the mounting hole (k1) is installed by penetrating the second area (hb), the connecting member is connected to the upper part of the case (10) at the second area (hb), which is relatively outer to the upper part of the case (10), when connecting the case (10) and the external device, thereby improving the connection strength between the case (10) and the external device.

[0306] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 14, there is a gap between the outer edge adjacent to the second region (hb) of the sealing region (hc) and the side wall (n) of the main body (11).

[0307] As the above description can be used to describe the hole in the side wall (n) of the main body (11), it will not be described again here. Since the outer edge adjacent to the second region (hb) of the sealing region (hc) does not form a plane in a direction perpendicular to the plane where the side wall (n) of the main body (11) is located, there may be a certain gap between the outer edge of the sealing region (hc) and the outer edge of the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11).

[0308] When the sealing member (12) is assembled and no deformation occurs in the sealing member (12), the two edges of the sealing member (12) and the inner and outer edges of the sealing area (hc) are polymerized, and when the sealing member (12) and the external device are sealed connected, the sealing member (12) is deformed and both sides overflow from the sealing area (hc), one side extends beyond the sealing area (hc) into the first area (ha), and the other side extends beyond the sealing area (hc) into the second area (hb).

[0309] By installing a preliminary distance between the outer edge adjacent to the second region (hb) of the sealing region (hc) and the axial side wall of the main body (11), sufficient deformation space can be secured for the deformation of the sealing member (12), thereby avoiding the sealing member (12) overflowing beyond the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) into other regions of the upper part of the case (10) and interfering with the structure of other regions.

[0310] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 11 and FIGS. 13, the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) is formed by defining at least a portion of the upper surface (h) of the case (10).

[0311] The upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) refers to a surface on one side that is located at the top of the main body (11) and faces away from the receiving chamber (s). When the case (10) includes the main body (11) and the side beam (13) in the above embodiment, the upper surface (h) of the case (10) is formed by defining the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) and the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13) together.

[0312] In other embodiments, the case (10) may include other structures other than the main body (11) and the side beam (13), wherein the upper surface (h) of the case (10) is formed by defining together the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11), the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13), and the upper surface of the other structures.

[0313] It can be understood that the first region (ha) and the sealing region (hc) are located on the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11), and in addition to the first region (ha) and the sealing region (hc), the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) may further include other regions, and is not specifically limited thereto.

[0314] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 11 and FIGS. 13, at least a portion of the second region (hb) and the first region (ha) are located on the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11).

[0315] The upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) is divided into a first region (ha), a sealing region (hc) surrounding the outside of the first region (ha), and a second region (hb) surrounding the outside of the sealing region (hc). When compressive deformation occurs in the sealing member (12) within the sealing region (hc), one edge of the sealing member (12) extends into the second region (hb) on the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11).

[0316] It can be understood that the second region (hb) on the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) is a preliminary distance between the outer edge adjacent to the second region (hb) of the sealing region (hc) and the side wall (n) of the main body (11) in order to secure sufficient deformation space for the deformation of the sealing member (12) so that when the sealing member (12) is deformed, it does not overflow onto the side beam (13).

[0317] In some embodiments, the mounting portion (13a3) is located in a second region (hb) defined by the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13).

[0318] As the above description can be used to introduce the mounting hole (k1), it will not be explained again here. Since the same beneficial effect as when the mounting part (13a3) is installed on the upper side beam (13) can be obtained even if the mounting hole (k1) is installed in the second area (hb) defined by the upper surface (h2), it will not be explained again here.

[0319] When the case (10) includes the main body (11) and the side beam (13) in the above embodiment, the upper surface (h) of the case (10) is formed by defining the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) and the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13) together. By installing a preliminary distance between the outer edge adjacent to the second region (hb) of the sealing area (hc) and the axial side wall of the main body (11), sufficient deformation space can be secured for the deformation of the sealing member (12), thereby avoiding interference with the mounting of the mounting part (13a3) on the side beam (13) when the sealing member (12) is deformed, by overflowing from the upper surface (h1) of the main body (11) to the upper surface (h2) of the side beam (13).

[0320] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 14, the mounting portion (13a3) is installed on the first sub-beam (13a1) and / or the second sub-beam (13a2), and the distance (L2) between the geometric centers of the orthographic projection for the second region (hb) of each adjacent two mounting portions (13a3) in the first direction (F1) and / or the second direction (F2) is 80 mm to 500 mm.

[0321] As the introduction regarding the first sub-beam (13a1) and the second sub-beam (13a2) can be found in the description above, they will not be described repeatedly here. Two first sub-beams (13a1) are installed extending along the first direction (F1), and two second sub-beams (13a2) are installed extending along the second direction (F2). A mounting portion (13a3) is installed on each of the first sub-beams (13a1) and / or the second sub-beams (13a2), so that the mounting portion (13a3) is installed extending along the first direction (F1) and / or the second direction (F2), thereby forming a uniform mounting fixation with the external device in multiple directions and further improving the connection reliability between the external device and the case (10).

[0322] In addition, by limiting the distance between the geometric centers of the orthographic projection for the second region (hb) of each adjacent mounting part (13a3) and the distance between the geometric centers of the adjacent mounting hole (k1) to be within a limited range, the installation distance between the mounting hole (k1) and the mounting hole (k1) in the extension direction of the first sub-beam (13a1) and the extension direction of the second sub-beam (13a2) is ensured to be controllable, thereby ensuring that the vehicle body (200) receives a uniform load.

[0323] It can be understood that if the case (10) includes a central passage beam (16), the central passage beam (16) may be located in a first region (ha) so that the central passage beam (16) is located in the central region of the main body (11).

[0324] In one embodiment, the case (10) includes the main body (11) and the high-voltage compartment (15), and the battery room (s1) is formed within the main body (11). The high-voltage compartment (15) is installed on the upper part of the main body (11) and is located in the first area (ha), and the high-voltage compartment (15) itself surrounds or surrounds together with the main body (11) to form the high-voltage room (s2). Since the first area (ha) forms most of the upper area of the main body (11), placing the high-voltage compartment (15) in the first area (ha) can improve the space utilization rate of the first area (ha).

[0325] According to some embodiments of the present application, a case (10) comprises a main body (11) and a side beam (13), and the main body (11) has a receiving chamber(s) formed therein for accommodating a battery cell (20), the upper part of the main body (11) forms at least a portion of the upper part of the case (10), and the battery (100) is mounted to an external device through the upper part of the case (10), and the main body (11) has a side wall (n) installed around its upper outer edge, and the side beam (13) is installed on the side wall (n). At this time, by adding the side beam (13) to the side wall (n) of the main body (11), the lateral internal compression of the case (10) can be improved, furthermore, the safety of the battery (100) is improved, and furthermore, the safety of the vehicle (1000) in which the battery (100) is mounted is improved.

[0326] In another aspect, in some embodiments of the present application, with reference to FIGS. 3 and FIGS. 4, the present application provides a battery (100) comprising a case (10) and a battery cell (20) according to any of the embodiments, wherein the battery cell (20) is housed in a housing(s). Since the battery (100) comprises the case (10) and thus possesses all the beneficial effects of the case (10), they are not described here again.

[0327] In some embodiments, the battery (100) further comprises a high-voltage distribution box (not shown), and the case (10) has a battery room (s1) and a high-voltage room (s2) formed independently of each other, the battery room (s1) is used to accommodate a battery cell (20), and the high-voltage room (s2) is used to accommodate a high-voltage distribution box.

[0328] The high-voltage distribution box is an important safety barrier for a group of batteries (100) equipped with a high-voltage control system, and is mainly used to connect or disconnect high-voltage circuits according to the electrical control requirements of the finished vehicle, and to provide current and leakage detection terminals.

[0329] At this time, the currents of all battery cells (20) are connected and combined through a high-voltage distribution box, and safe electrical energy is supplied externally to realize a safe external power supply of the battery (100). Regarding the specific structure of the high-voltage distribution box, general installations in the field may be referenced, and this application does not include specific improvements to the high-voltage distribution box.

[0330] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 10 and FIGS. 20, the case (10) includes a main body (11), the main body (11) surrounds to form a receiving chamber(s), the main body (11) includes a load-bearing member (11a) located on the top of the case (10) and used to define the receiving chamber(s), and the battery cell (20) is installed on the load-bearing member (11a).

[0331] The description regarding the main body (11), the upper part of the case (10), and the load-supporting member (11a) can be understood by referring to the description above, so it will not be explained repeatedly here. At this time, the load-supporting member (11a) is a component capable of supporting the weight of the battery cell (20) and may be a load-supporting plate, a load-supporting block, a load-supporting piece, a load-supporting frame, etc., and is not specifically limited thereto.

[0332] Specifically, the battery cell (20) is installed below the load-supporting member (11a) and supports the load on the upper part of the battery (100) case (10) together with the load-supporting member (11a), thereby improving the rigidity of the upper part of the battery (100) case (10).

[0333] In some embodiments, with reference to FIG. 10 and FIG. 20, the battery cell (20) is suspended from a load-bearing member (11a).

[0334] The fact that the battery cell (20) is suspended from the load-supporting member (11a) means that the battery cell (20) is installed on the lower side in the vertical direction of the load-supporting member (11a), and the weight of the battery cell (20) is supported by the load-supporting member (11a). The method of suspending the battery cell (20) from the load-supporting member (11a) includes a method in which the battery cell (20) is directly attached to the lower surface of the load-supporting member (11a), a method in which the battery cell (20) is connected to the load-supporting member (11a) through a fastening member and is located on the lower side of the load-supporting member (11a), and a method in which the battery cell (20) is suspended and installed on the load-supporting member (11a) through a hook, etc. and is located on the lower side of the load-supporting member (11a).

[0335] At this time, the battery cell (20) is suspended below the load-supporting member (11a), and the lower cover (11c) is located at the bottom of the case (10). When performing maintenance on the interior of the battery (100), the battery cell (20) can be exposed by removing the lower cover (11c) without the need to remove the load-supporting member (11a), thus making maintenance of the battery (100) more convenient. At the same time, when maintaining the battery (100), the battery cell (20) can be attached to and detached from the load-supporting member (11a) from below. In particular, when the load-supporting member (11a) receives a load as at least a part of the vehicle (1000) chassis, the battery cell (20) can be attached to and detached from the load-supporting member (11a) without the need to remove the load-supporting member (11a), thus making maintenance of the battery (100) more convenient.

[0336] In some embodiments, the battery cell (20) and the load-bearing member (11a) are bonded.

[0337] Specifically, the bonding between the battery cell (20) and the load-supporting member (11a) can be achieved using an adhesive such as epoxy bond, steel epoxy, etc., and is not specifically limited thereto. At this time, since the battery cell (20) and the load-supporting member (11a) are bonded, not only is the connection convenient, but the structure of the battery (100) can also be simplified.

[0338] FIG. 22 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a battery cell (20) according to some embodiments of the present application.

[0339] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 22, the outer surface facing the load-bearing member (11a) of the battery cell (20) is the first outer surface (m1), the battery cell (20) includes an electrode terminal (21a), and the electrode terminal (21a) is disposed on an outer surface other than the first outer surface (m1) of the battery cell (20).

[0340] As described above, the electrode terminal (21a) is a component that is electrically connected to the electrode assembly (23) inside the battery cell (20) to output or input electrical energy of the battery cell (20). At least a portion of the electrode terminal (21a) protrudes outside the battery cell (20) to be electrically connected to the outside. Serial and parallel connections between the battery cells (20) are all implemented through serial and parallel connections between their respective electrode terminals (21a). The electrode terminal (21a) may be an aluminum electrode, a copper electrode, etc., which is conductive for electrical transmission.

[0341] The electrode terminal (21a) is disposed on an outer surface other than the first outer surface (m1) of the battery cell (20). The first outer surface (m1) faces the load-supporting member (11a) and is generally a smooth surface, and no protruding or recessed structures, such as the electrode terminal (21a) or the injection hole, are installed thereon. When the battery cell (20) is suspended from the load-supporting member (11a), the first outer surface (m1) is the outer surface facing the battery cell (20). Specifically, in one embodiment, the battery cell (20) includes the housing (22) and the end cover (21), and the housing (22) and the end cover (21) form an internal environment for accommodating the electrode assembly (23) of the battery cell (20). The end cover (21) is located at one end of the housing (22), and the electrode terminal (21a) is placed on the end cover (21), and any outer surface of the housing (22) may be the first outer surface (m1) of the battery cell (20).

[0342] The electrode terminal (21a) includes a positive terminal and a negative terminal, the positive terminal is electrically connected to the positive plate of the electrode assembly (23), and the negative terminal is electrically connected to the negative plate of the electrode assembly (23). It should be noted that the positive terminal and the negative terminal may be placed on the same outer surface of the battery cell (20) (e.g., a rectangular battery cell) or on two different outer surfaces of the battery cell (20) (e.g., a cylindrical battery cell). When the positive terminal and the negative terminal are placed on two different outer surfaces of the battery cell (20), the first outer surface (m1) is a surface of the battery cell (20) different from these two outer surfaces.

[0343] In the battery (100), in addition to the battery cell (20), additional components such as a sampling harness for electrically connecting each battery cell (20), a high-voltage harness, and a protective structure for protecting the battery cell (20) are installed. At this time, the electrode terminal (21a) is placed on a surface other than the first outer surface (m1) of the battery cell (20), and when placing components such as the sampling harness, high-voltage harness, and protective structure on the electrode terminal (21a), the components can be placed through the space between the battery cell (20) and the other structure other than the load-bearing member (11a) of the main body (11) (e.g., the space between the battery cell (20) and the lower cover (11c) and / or the space between the battery cell (20) and the inner surface of the main body (11)) without being restricted by the load-bearing member (11a), so that the installation of each component is more convenient. At the same time, since the first outer surface (m1) is a smooth surface, the first outer surface (m1) can be bonded to the load-supporting member (11a), thereby enabling bonded mounting of the battery cell (20) and the load-supporting member (11a), and since there is no need to leave a space between the battery cell (20) and the load-supporting member (11a), it helps to improve the space utilization rate of the battery (100).

[0344] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 22, the battery cell (20) has a second outer surface (m2) installed opposite to the first outer surface (m1), and the electrode terminal (21a) is disposed on the second outer surface (m2).

[0345] The second outer surface (m2) is an outer surface installed facing away from the first outer surface (m1) of the battery cell (20), and when the battery cell (20) is suspended from the load-supporting member (11a), the second outer surface (m2) and the lower cover (11c) face each other.

[0346] Furthermore, the battery cell (20) and the lower cover (11c) can be installed apart, and in this case, the external force acting on the lower cover (11c) can be transmitted to the battery cell (20) and damage the battery cell (20), and in particular, when the battery (100) is mounted on the lower part of the vehicle (1000) and the lower cover (11c) is at the lowest point of the battery (100), it is easy for stones or other debris from the ground to fly into the lower part of the battery (100) and impact the lower cover (11c) while the vehicle (1000) is driving, and in this case, the buffer space can block the external force affecting the battery cell (20) from being transmitted to the battery cell (20).

[0347] When the battery cell (20) and the lower cover (11c) are installed spaced apart, there is a buffer space between the second outer surface (m2) and the lower cover (11c), and the part of the electrode terminal (21a) protruding outside the battery cell (20) is located within this buffer space. Thus, the harness and connecting member connected to the electrode terminal (21a) can be placed within the buffer space. At the same time, the buffer space can also block the impact of external force applied to the lower cover (11c) mentioned above from acting on the battery cell (20) and damaging the battery cell (20). Therefore, the buffer space is a double benefit as it can not only block the influence of external force but also allow for the placement of harnesses, etc. Furthermore, the space utilization rate of the buffer space and the battery (100) is improved.
