Specific details for implementing the invention

[0022] A method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet includes, for example, a plating layer forming process and a grinding process after the plating layer forming process. In the plating layer forming process, a plating layer is formed on the surface of a steel sheet to manufacture a plated steel sheet. The grinding process is performed after the plating layer forming process. In the grinding process, for example, the surface of the plating layer of the plated steel sheet is ground to form a texture on the surface of the plating layer.

[0023] Here, the texture is a shape formed by surface irregularities of the plating layer. The texture includes, for example, hairlines and vibrations. The hairline is a shape formed by a number of fine linear grooves. The vibration is a shape formed by a number of fine arc-shaped grooves.

[0024] The plating layer of the textured plated steel sheet is formed on the surface of the steel sheet and then ground. That is, a plating layer having a final film thickness after being formed and ground is disposed on the textured plated steel sheet.

[0025] The plating layer of a textured plated steel sheet increases the corrosion resistance of the textured plated steel sheet. If the final film thickness of the plating layer is below a certain value, that is, if the final film thickness is insufficient, the corrosion resistance of the textured plated steel sheet decreases. Therefore, if the final film thickness of the plating layer is below a certain value, the product becomes defective.

[0026] Meanwhile, in the grinding process, when the plating layer is sufficiently ground, a texture is sufficiently formed. In this case, the aesthetic appeal of the textured plated steel sheet is enhanced. The inventors believed that when the plating layer is sufficiently ground, the final film thickness of the plating layer becomes below a certain value.

[0027] The inventors believed that the final film thickness of the plating layer can be used as an indicator of the corrosion resistance and aesthetic qualities of a textured plated steel sheet. The inventors believed that by establishing a standard range for the final film thickness of the plating layer, if the final film thickness of the plating layer falls within the standard range, the textured plated steel sheet can be judged to possess excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic qualities.

[0028] Accordingly, the inventors established a reference range for the final film thickness of the plating layer of a textured plated steel sheet. The inventors believed that by adjusting operating conditions based on the final film thickness of the plating layer, product defects based on insufficient final film thickness of the plating layer and appearance defects could be suppressed.

[0029] However, there were cases where adjusting operating conditions solely based on the final film thickness of the plating layer was insufficient to suppress product defects in textured plated steel sheets caused by insufficient final film thickness of the plating layer and poor appearance. The inventors investigated the cause of this. As a result, the following findings were obtained.

[0030] For example, consider a case where the final film thickness of the plating layer is insufficient. Even if the plating amount formed during the plating layer formation process is increased to increase the final film thickness, the final film thickness may still fall below the standard range. This occurs when the amount of plating layer ground during the grinding process is too high. On the other hand, if the amount of plating layer ground during the grinding process is reduced to increase the final film thickness, the texture may not be sufficiently formed, resulting in appearance defects. This occurs when the amount of plating formed during the plating layer formation process is too low. In this case, it is necessary to increase the amount of plating formed during the grinding process while simultaneously increasing the plating amount of the plating layer formed during the plating layer formation process.

[0031] For example, consider a case where appearance defects occur because the texture is not sufficiently formed. If the amount of plating layer ground during the grinding process is increased to sufficiently form the texture, the final film thickness of the plating layer may fall below the standard range. This occurs when the amount of plating formed during the plating layer formation process is too small. In this case, it is necessary to increase the amount of plating formed during the plating layer formation process while simultaneously increasing the amount of plating of the plating layer ground during the grinding process.

[0032] From the above review, it was found that the final film thickness of the plating layer cannot be used as an indicator of the corrosion resistance and appearance of the textured plated steel sheet. From the above review, it was found that two factors influence the final film thickness and appearance of the plating layer: (1) the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process, and (2) the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground in the grinding process. The inventors found that measuring only the final film thickness of the plating layer does not determine whether product defects based on insufficient final film thickness and / or poor appearance of the plating layer are occurring due to either (1) and / or (2).

[0033] Accordingly, the inventors examined a method to solve this problem. Here, information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer of a plated steel sheet after the plating layer formation process and before the grinding process is referred to as the first plating film thickness information. Information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer of the plated steel sheet after the grinding process is referred to as the second plating film thickness information. The inventors believed that if information regarding both the second plating film thickness information regarding the plating film thickness after grinding and the first plating film thickness information regarding the plating film thickness before grinding is obtained, the cause of product defects based on insufficient final film thickness of the plating layer and / or appearance defects can be quickly identified. Furthermore, they believed that by adjusting operating conditions based on both the first and second plating film thickness information, it is possible to suppress the decrease in corrosion resistance due to insufficient final film thickness of the plating layer of the textured plated steel sheet and product defects based on appearance defects.

[0034] The inventors also examined a manufacturing apparatus that makes it easy to identify the cause of product defects based on insufficient final film thickness of the plating layer and appearance defects in a textured plated steel sheet. The manufacturing apparatus for a textured plated steel sheet used in the above-described method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet comprises, for example, a plating apparatus and a grinding apparatus. The plating apparatus manufactures a plated steel sheet by forming a plating layer on the surface of a steel sheet. The grinding apparatus is positioned downstream of the plating apparatus and grinds the surface of the plating layer of the plated steel sheet to form a texture on the surface of the plating layer. The inventors believed that the manufacturing apparatus for a textured plated steel sheet may also comprise a first plating film thickness determining apparatus and a second plating film thickness determining apparatus. The first plating film thickness determining apparatus determines first plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer before grinding and outputs the first plating film thickness information. The second plating film thickness determining apparatus is positioned downstream of the grinding apparatus and determines second plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness of the ground plating layer and outputs the second plating film thickness information. If the manufacturing apparatus for a textured plated steel sheet having the above configuration, it is thought that it is easy to determine whether product defects are caused by (1) the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process, and / or (2) the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground in the grinding process.

The winding device is positioned downstream of the grinding device (3) and winds the manufactured textured plated steel sheet into a coil. Since the manufacturing device (1) for the textured plated steel sheet is a continuous line type, the winding device and the uncoiling device are not positioned between the plating device (2) and the grinding device (3).

[0154] [Regarding the plating device]

[0155] The plating device (2) performs molten plating or electroplating to form a plating layer on the surface of the steel plate and manufactures a plated steel plate. The molten plating is selected from the group consisting of, for example, molten zinc plating and molten aluminum plating. The electroplating is selected from the group consisting of, for example, electro-galvanizing, electro-copper plating and electro-nickel plating. The plating device (2) is not particularly limited as long as it is a plating device (2) that performs molten plating or electroplating. Preferably, the plating device (2) is a molten zinc plating device that performs molten zinc plating or an electro-galvanizing device that performs electro-galvanizing. Below, as an example, the case in which an electro-galvanizing device is used and the case in which a molten zinc plating device is used will be described.

[0156] [Electric galvanizing device]

[0157] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the schematic configuration of an example of an electro-galvanizing apparatus (200). Referring to FIG. 2, the electro-galvanizing apparatus (200) comprises a plurality of conductor rolls (201), a plurality of anodes (202), and a plurality of plating tanks (203). A steel plate (6) that has been conveyed into the electro-galvanizing apparatus (200) has its conveying direction changed downward by the conductor rolls (201). The steel plate (6) passes near the anode (202) and is continuously conveyed into the plating tank (203). A zinc plating solution is stored in the plating tank (203). The anode (202) is immersed in the zinc plating solution. The steel plate (6) conveyed into the plating tank (203) is continuously immersed in the zinc plating solution. In the zinc plating solution, a zinc plating layer is formed on the surface of the steel plate (6) by having current flow from the anode (202) to the steel plate (6) with the steel plate (6) as the cathode. The conveying direction of the steel plate (6) is changed from downward to upward by the conductor roll (201) inside the plating tank (203). As the steel plate (6) passes near the anode (202) inside the plating tank (203), a zinc plating layer is further formed. The steel plate (6) with the formed zinc plating layer is continuously conveyed out of the plating tank (203). In FIG. 2, the electro-galvanizing apparatus (200) is equipped with a plurality of plating tanks (203). A zinc plating layer is formed each time the steel plate (6) passes through the plurality of plating tanks (203). By this, a plated steel plate (7) is continuously manufactured.

[0158] The electro-galvanizing apparatus (200) of FIG. 2 is equipped with a plurality of plating tanks (203). However, there may be only one plating tank (203). In addition, the electro-galvanizing apparatus (200) of FIG. 2 has a plating tank (203) having an opening at the top. Through the opening at the top of the plating tank (203), a steel plate (6) is conveyed into the plating tank (203). Through the opening at the top of the plating tank (203), a steel plate (6) or a plated steel plate (7) is discharged out of the plating tank (203). As described above, the plating tank (203) of FIG. 2 is a so-called vertical plating tank (203). However, the plating tank (203) may be a so-called horizontal plating tank (203) having one opening on each of two opposing sides. In the case of a horizontal plating tank (203), a steel plate (6) is returned into the plating tank (203) through an opening on one side of the plating tank (203). A steel plate (6) or a plated steel plate (7) is discharged from the plating tank (203) through an opening on the other side of the plating tank (203).

[0159] [Hot-dip galvanizing device]

[0160] FIG. 3 is a side view showing the schematic configuration of an example of a hot-dip galvanizing apparatus (210). Referring to FIG. 3, the hot-dip galvanizing apparatus (210) comprises a hot-dip galvanizing pot (211), a sink roll (212), a support roll (213), a gas wiping device (214), a turn-down roll (215), a top roll (216), a plurality of conveying rolls (217), and a skin pass mill (218). A hot-dip galvanizing bath is contained within the hot-dip galvanizing pot (211). A steel plate (6) that has been conveyed into the hot-dip galvanizing apparatus (210) has its conveying direction changed downward by the turn-down roll (215). The steel plate (6) is continuously immersed in the hot-dip galvanizing bath contained within the hot-dip galvanizing pot (211). A sink roll (212) is arranged inside the hot-dip galvanizing pot (211). The sink roll (212) is immersed in a molten zinc plating bath. The sink roll (212) changes the conveying direction of the steel plate (6) from downward to upward. The support roll (213) is in the molten zinc plating bath and is positioned above the sink roll (212). The support roll (213) supports the steel plate (6) being conveyed upward with the steel plate (6) in between.

[0161] A gas wiping device (214) is positioned above the liquid level of the molten zinc plating bath. The gas wiping device (214) is equipped with a pair of gas injection devices. The pair of gas injection devices has gas injection nozzles facing each other. A steel plate (6) passes between the pair of gas injection nozzles of the gas wiping device (214). The pair of gas injection nozzles spray wiping gas onto the surface of the steel plate (6) that has been lifted from the molten zinc plating bath. By doing so, a portion of the molten zinc attached to the surface of the steel plate (6) is scraped off. The steel plate (7), from which a portion of the molten zinc on the surface has been scraped off, is returned to a skin pass mill (218) by a top roll (216) and a return roll (217).

[0162] In the molten zinc plating apparatus (210) shown in FIG. 3, the skin pass mill (218) is equipped with a pair of work rolls and a pair of backup rolls. The pair of work rolls includes an upper work roll (219) and a lower work roll (220). The pair of backup rolls includes an upper backup roll (221) and a lower backup roll (222). A steel plate (6) is conveyed between the upper work roll (219) and the lower work roll (220) by a conveying roll (217). The steel plate (6) is compressed while sandwiched between the upper work roll (219) and the lower work roll (220). By this, a plated steel plate (7) is continuously manufactured. Additionally, although not shown, the molten zinc plating apparatus (210) may also be equipped with an alloying furnace and a cooling furnace.

[0163] [About the Grinding Device]

[0164] The grinding device (3) is positioned downstream of the plating device (2) and grinds the surface of the plating layer of the plated steel plate (7) to form a texture on the surface of the plating layer. The texture includes, for example, hairlines and vibrations.

[0165] As an example, the case of forming a hairline is described. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the schematic configuration of an example of a grinding device (3). Referring to FIG. 4, the grinding device (3) comprises a plurality of conveying rolls (31), a pair of contact rolls (32), and a ring-shaped grinding belt (33). A pair of contact rolls (32) holds and supports the ring-shaped grinding belt (33). As the pair of contact rolls (32) rotate, the ring-shaped grinding belt (33) moves between the pair of contact rolls (32). A plated steel sheet (7) is conveyed by the conveying rolls (31). The plated steel sheet (7) is conveyed by the conveying rolls (31) between the conveying rolls (31) and the ring-shaped grinding belt (33). A plated steel sheet (7) is pressed and contacted by a ring-shaped grinding belt (33) by one of a pair of contact rolls (32) and a return roll (31). As the pair of contact rolls (32) rotate, the ring-shaped grinding belt (33) grinds the surface plating layer of the plated steel sheet (7). By doing so, a texture is formed on the surface of the plating layer.

[0166] The grinding device (3) of FIG. 4 is a grinding belt type grinding device (3). However, the grinding device (3) is not limited to this. The grinding device (3) may, for example, be equipped with a grinding brush.

[0167] [Regarding the first plating film thickness determination device]

[0168] The first plating film thickness determining device (4) determines first plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness before grinding the plating layer and outputs the first plating film thickness information. The first plating film thickness determining device (4) may be equipped with a screen, and the first plating film thickness information may be output on this screen.

[0169] The first plating film thickness information is information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer before grinding. The first plating film thickness information may, for example, be the film thickness (μm) of the plating layer before grinding, or the plating adhesion amount (g / m²) of the plating layer before grinding.2 It may be a plating device (2), or it may be a plating condition in the plating device (2). The plating condition in the plating device (2) is, for example, the metal ion concentration in the plating solution, the speed of passing the steel plate through the plating solution, the widthwise length of the steel plate, the temperature of the plating solution, and / or pH, etc. If the plating device (2) is a plating device (2) that performs electroplating, the plating condition may be the metal ion concentration in the plating solution, the speed of passing the steel plate through the plating solution, the widthwise length of the steel plate, the current density, the current efficiency, and / or the temperature of the plating solution. If the plating device (2) is a plating device (2) that performs molten plating, the plating condition may be the speed of passing the steel plate through the plating solution, the impact pressure of the wiping gas, and / or the reduction rate in the skin pass mill (218). That is, the first plating film thickness information includes the plating film thickness before grinding and all information available for estimating the plating film thickness before grinding.

[0170] The first plating film thickness determining device (4) determines first plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer before grinding. The first plating film thickness information may be determined by measurement. Specifically, after the plating layer is formed by the plating device (2) and before the plating layer is ground by the grinding device (3), the film thickness (μm) of the plating layer, or the plating adhesion amount (g / m²) of the plating layer before grinding. 2 Measure the measured film thickness (㎛) or plating amount (g / m²) 2 ) may be determined as the first plating film thickness information. In this case, the first plating film thickness determining device (4) is, for example, a fluorescent X-ray film thickness measuring device. The first plating film thickness information may be the plating conditions in the plating device (2). When determining the plating conditions as the first plating film thickness information, the first plating film thickness determining device (4) may measure the plating conditions. In this case, the first plating film thickness determining device (4) is, for example, a voltmeter, an ammeter, an ion meter, a thermometer, or a gas pressure gauge.

[0171] Based on the plating conditions in the plating device (2), the film thickness (㎛) of the plating layer before grinding, or the amount of plating deposited on the plating layer before grinding (g / m²) 2 ) may be calculated and determined as the first plating film thickness information. The first plating film thickness determining device (4) measures plating conditions and, based on the measured plating conditions, determines the film thickness (㎛) of the plating layer before grinding or the plating adhesion amount (g / m²) of the plating layer before grinding. 2 ) is calculated and output. For example, the first plating film thickness determining device (4) may be equipped with a memory that stores a plating film thickness determining table. In this case, the first plating film thickness determining device (4) may, for example, in the plating film thickness determining table, the film thickness (μm) of the plating layer before grinding, or the plating adhesion amount (g / m²) of the plating layer before grinding, corresponding to the measured plating conditions, the pre-entered passing speed of the steel plate and the width direction length of the steel plate. 2 ) may be specified and the first plating film thickness information may be determined. For example, the first plating film thickness determining device (4) may, for example, use a pre-stored calculation program based on the pre-entered passing speed of the steel plate and the width-direction length of the steel plate, and the measured plating conditions, to determine the film thickness (μm) of the plating layer before grinding, or the plating adhesion amount (g / m²) of the plating layer before grinding. 2 ) may be calculated and the first plating film thickness information may be determined.

[0172] [Regarding the second plating film thickness determination device]

[0173] The second plating film thickness determining device (5) is positioned downstream of the grinding device (3), determines second plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness of the ground plating layer, and outputs the second plating film thickness information. The second plating film thickness determining device (5) may be equipped with a screen, and the second plating film thickness information may be output on this screen.

[0174] The second plating film thickness information may be, for example, the film thickness (㎛) of the plating layer after grinding, or the plating adhesion amount (g / m²) of the plating layer after grinding. 2 ...may also be. The second plating film thickness information is determined by measurement. Specifically, the film thickness (μm) of the plating layer after grinding the plating layer by the grinding device (3), or the plating adhesion amount (g / m²) of the plating layer after grinding. 2 Measure the measured film thickness (㎛) or plating amount (g / m²) 2 ) may be determined as the second plating film thickness information. In this case, the second plating film thickness determination device (5) is, for example, a fluorescent X-ray film thickness measuring device.

[0175] The manufacturing apparatus (1) for the textured plated steel sheet described above is equipped with a first plating film thickness determining apparatus (4) as well as a second plating film thickness determining apparatus (5). Therefore, when a product defect occurs based on insufficient plating film thickness and poor appearance, it is easy to determine which of the two factors caused the product defect is the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground in the grinding process.

[0176] [Method for manufacturing textured plated steel sheet]

[0177] A method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet using the above-described manufacturing apparatus (1) for a textured plated steel sheet is described. The method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet according to the present embodiment comprises a plating layer forming process, a grinding process, a plating film thickness determination process, and an adjustment process.

[0178] [Plating Layer Formation Process]

[0179] In the plating layer formation process, a plating layer is formed on the surface of a steel plate (6) by an electroplating method or a hot-dip plating method to manufacture a plated steel plate (7). When the plated steel plate with the texture described above is manufactured by the electroplating method, the plating device (2) is, for example, an electro-galvanizing device (200). When the plated steel plate with the texture described above is manufactured by the hot-dip plating method, the plating device (2) is, for example, a hot-dip galvanizing device (210).

[0180] [Electro-galvanizing method]

[0181] As an example, a case in which a plated steel sheet (7) is manufactured by forming a plating layer on the surface of a steel sheet (6) by an electro-galvanizing method is described. The electro-galvanizing method may be carried out using a well-known method. In this specification, the electro-galvanizing method includes an electro-galvanizing method for zinc alloys. It is sufficient to use a well-known plating solution for the plating solution used in the electro-galvanizing method. The electro-galvanizing solution is, for example, a sulfuric acid bath, a chloride bath, a zincate bath, a cyanide bath, a pyrophosphate bath, a boric acid bath, a citric acid bath, other complex baths, and combinations thereof. The electro-galvanizing solution for zinc alloys contains, for example, one or more monoions or complex ions selected from the group consisting of Fe, Ni, Co, Cr, and C in addition to Zn ions. In addition, organic additives, etc. may be appropriately added to the plating solution to obtain desired effects such as a leveling effect or an increase in hardness.

[0182] For example, a plating solution used in the electro-galvanizing method may be used that contains zinc sulfate heptahydrate: 200 to 400 g / L, sodium sulfate: 15 to 100 g / L, and has a pH of 1.0 to 2.5.

[0183] In the electro-galvanizing method, the zinc ion concentration, temperature, pH, passing speed of the steel plate (6), and current density in the electro-galvanizing solution and the electro-galvanizing alloy solution can be appropriately set. The zinc ion concentration in the plating solution is, for example, 0.8 to 1.5 mol / L. The temperature of the plating solution is, for example, 40 to 60°C. The passing speed of the steel plate (6) is, for example, 20 to 200 m / min. The current density is, for example, 10 to 200 A / dm 2 The thickness of the plating layer formed by performing the electro-galvanizing method can be adjusted, for example, by adjusting the speed of passing the steel plate (6) through the plating solution and / or the current density during the performance of the electro-galvanizing method. By doing so, a plating layer is formed on the surface of the steel plate (6), and a plated steel plate (7) can be manufactured.

[0184] [Hot-dip galvanizing]

[0185] As an example, a case in which a plated steel sheet (7) is manufactured by forming a plating layer on the surface of a steel sheet (6) by a hot-dip galvanizing method is described. The hot-dip galvanizing method can be carried out using a well-known method. For the plating bath used in the hot-dip galvanizing method, it is sufficient to use a well-known plating bath. For example, a hot-dip galvanizing bath containing Al and the remainder consisting of Zn and impurities can be used. The impurities are, for example, Fe. In addition to Zn, Al, and Fe, the hot-dip galvanizing bath may include one or more selected from the group consisting of Mg, Si, Ca, Y, La, Ce, Sn, Bi, In, Cr, Ti, Ni, Co, V, Nb, Cu, Mn, Sr, Sb, Pb, and B.

[0186] In the hot-dip galvanizing method, the Al concentration, Fe concentration, concentration of other elements, temperature, pH, passing speed of the steel plate (6), impact pressure of the wiping gas, and reduction rate in the skin pass mill (218) in the hot-dip galvanizing bath can be appropriately set. The Al concentration is, for example, 0.1 to 60.0 mass%. The Fe concentration is, for example, 0.01 to 0.5 mass%. In addition to Zn, Al, and Fe, if the hot-dip galvanizing bath contains one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Mg, Si, Ca, Y, La, Ce, Sn, Bi, In, Cr, Ti, Ni, Co, V, Nb, Cu, Mn, Sr, Sb, Pb, and B, the content of these elements is, for example, 0.0 to 15.0 mass% in total. The temperature of the hot-dip galvanizing bath is, for example, 430 to 630°C. The passing speed of the steel plate (6) is, for example, 60 to 150 m / min. The impact pressure of the wiping gas is, for example, 0 to 200 kPa. The reduction rate in the skin pass mill (218) is, for example, 0 to 3.0%. The thickness of the plating layer formed by performing the hot-dip galvanizing method can be adjusted, for example, by adjusting the passing speed of the steel plate (6) in the plating solution, the impact pressure of the wiping gas, and / or the reduction rate in the skin pass mill (218) during the performance of the hot-dip galvanizing method. By doing so, a plating layer is formed on the surface of the steel plate (6), and a plated steel plate (7) can be manufactured.

[0187] [Grinding Process]

[0188] In the grinding process, the surface of the plating layer of the plated steel sheet (7) is ground to form a texture on the surface of the plating layer. The texture is, for example, a hairline. In the manufacturing apparatus (1) for the plated steel sheet having the texture described above, the surface of the plating layer is ground by a grinding device (3) having a grinding belt (33) to form a hairline on the surface of the plating layer.

[0189] In the grinding process, the passing speed of the plated steel sheet (7) through the grinding device (3), the rotational speed of the contact roll (32), and the pressing force of the contact roll (32) against the plated steel sheet (7) can be appropriately adjusted. The passing speed of the plated steel sheet (7) through the grinding device (3) is, for example, 20 to 200 m / min. The rotational speed of the contact roll (32) is, for example, 10 to 1500 rpm. The pressing force of the contact roll (32) against the plated steel sheet (7) is, for example, 0.01 to 0.10 MPa. The amount of plating layer to be ground in the grinding process can be adjusted by adjusting the rotational speed of the contact roll (32) and the pressing force of the contact roll (32) against the plated steel sheet (7). If the grinding device (3) is equipped with a grinding brush, the amount of grinding can be adjusted by adjusting, for example, the rotational speed of the grinding brush and / or the pressing force of the grinding brush against the plated steel plate (7).

[0190] [Plating Film Thickness Determination Process]

[0191] In the process of determining the plating film thickness, first plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer of the plated steel plate (7) after the plating layer formation process and before the grinding process, and second plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer of the plated steel plate (8) after the grinding process are determined. The first plating film thickness information may be determined by measuring the film thickness of the plating layer of the plated steel plate after the plating layer formation process and before the grinding process. The first plating film thickness information may be the plating conditions in the plating layer formation process. The first plating film thickness information may be determined based on the plating conditions in the plating layer formation process. The second plating film thickness information is determined by measuring the film thickness of the plating layer of the plated steel plate after the grinding process.

[0192] [Adjustment Process]

[0193] In the adjustment process, based on the first and second plating film thickness information, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process are adjusted.

[0194] For example, if the first plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range and the second plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be reduced, and the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may also be increased. In this case, the reduction of the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the increase of the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be performed simultaneously. Alternatively, the first plating film thickness information may be checked, and if the first plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be reduced while maintaining the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process, and then the second plating film thickness information may be checked, and if the second plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be maintained while increasing the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process.

[0195] If the plating device (2) is an electro-galvanizing device (200), the amount of plating in the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process can be reduced, for example, by the following method. For example, the speed of passing the steel plate (6) through the plating solution (m / min) may be increased. For example, the current density (A / dm²) 2() may be lowered. Any one of these conditions may be adjusted, or multiple conditions may be combined and adjusted. If the plating device (2) is a molten zinc plating device (210), the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process may be reduced, for example, by the following method. For example, the passing speed (m / min) of the steel plate (6) in the plating solution may be increased. For example, the impact pressure of the wiping gas may be increased. For example, the reduction rate in the skin pass mill (218) may be increased. Any one of these conditions may be adjusted, or multiple conditions may be combined and adjusted.

[0196] When increasing the amount of plating layer being ground in the grinding process, for example, the speed (m / min) of the plated steel sheet (7) passing through the grinding device (3) may be slowed down, the rotational speed (rpm) of the contact roll (32) may be increased, and the compressive force (MPa) of the contact roll (32) on the plated steel sheet (7) may be increased. If the grinding device (3) is equipped with a grinding brush, the rotational speed of the grinding brush may be increased, and the compressive force of the grinding brush on the plated steel sheet (7) may be increased. Any one of these conditions may be adjusted, or multiple conditions may be combined for adjustment.

[0197] For example, if the first plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range and the second plating film thickness information is below the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be reduced, and the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may also be reduced. In this case, the reduction of the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the reduction of the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be performed simultaneously. Alternatively, the first plating film thickness information may be checked, and if the first plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be reduced while maintaining the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process, and then the second plating film thickness information may be checked, and if the second plating film thickness information is below the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be reduced while maintaining the plating amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process.

[0198] When reducing the amount of plating layer being ground in the grinding process, for example, the speed (m / min) of the plated steel sheet (7) passing through the grinding device (3) may be increased, the rotational speed (rpm) of the contact roll (32) may be decreased, and the compression force (MPa) of the contact roll (32) on the plated steel sheet (7) may be lowered. If the grinding device (3) is equipped with a grinding brush, the rotational speed of the grinding brush may be decreased, and the compression force of the grinding brush on the plated steel sheet (7) may be lowered. Any one of these conditions may be adjusted, or multiple conditions may be combined for adjustment.

[0199] For example, if the first plating film thickness information is within a reference range and the second plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be maintained, and the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may also be increased.

[0200] For example, if the first plating film thickness information is within a reference range and the second plating film thickness information is within a reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process is maintained, and the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process is also maintained.

[0201] For example, if the first plating film thickness information is within the reference range and the second plating film thickness information is below the reference range, the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process may be maintained, and the amount of grinding of the plating layer during the grinding process may be reduced.

[0202] For example, if the first plating film thickness information is below a reference range and the second plating film thickness information is above a reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be increased, and the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may also be increased. In this case, the increase in the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the increase in the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be carried out simultaneously. Alternatively, if the first plating film thickness information is below a reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be increased while maintaining the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process, and then, if the second plating film thickness information is above a reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be increased while maintaining the plating amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process.

[0203] If the plating device (2) is an electro-galvanizing device (200), the amount of plating in the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process can be increased, for example, by the following method. For example, the speed of passing the steel plate (6) through the plating solution (m / min) may be slowed down. For example, the current density (A / dm²) 2) may be increased. Any one of these conditions may be adjusted, or multiple conditions may be combined and adjusted. If the plating device (2) is a molten zinc plating device (210), the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process may be increased, for example, by the following method. For example, the passing speed (m / min) of the steel plate (6) in the plating solution may be slowed down. For example, the impact pressure of the wiping gas may be lowered. For example, the reduction rate in the skin pass mill (218) may be lowered. Any one of these conditions may be adjusted, or multiple conditions may be combined and adjusted.

[0204] For example, if the first plating film thickness information is below a reference range and the second plating film thickness information is below a reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be increased, and the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be reduced. In this case, the increase in the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the reduction in the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be carried out simultaneously. Alternatively, if the first plating film thickness information is below a reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be increased while maintaining the grinding amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process, and then, if the second plating film thickness information is below a reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be reduced while maintaining the plating amount of the plating layer ground in the grinding process.

[0205] The method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet according to the present embodiment is carried out using a continuous line type device for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet. Accordingly, winding and rewinding of the steel sheet are not performed between the plating layer formation process and the grinding process. Furthermore, in the method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet according to the present embodiment, in the adjustment process, for a steel sheet coil identical to the steel sheet coil from which the first and second plating film thickness information was acquired, the plating amount and grinding amount are adjusted based on the first and second plating film thickness information.

[0206] The reference range of the first plating film thickness information can be appropriately set and is not specifically limited. For example, the first plating film thickness information is the plating adhesion amount (g / m² 2 In the case of ), the reference range of the first plating film thickness information is, for example, 10 to 320 g / m² 2 It may be continued. The first plating film thickness information is the current density (kA / m²) among the plating conditions in the plating device (2). 2 In the case where ), the reference range of the first plating film thickness information is, for example, 1 to 20 kA / m 2 It may be continued. If the first plating film thickness information is the plate passing speed (m / min) among the plating conditions in the plating device (2), the reference range of the first plating film thickness information may be, for example, 30 to 200 m / min. If the first plating film thickness information is the impact pressure (kPa) of the wiping gas among the plating conditions in the plating device (2), the reference range of the first plating film thickness information may be, for example, 0 to 200 kPa. If the first plating film thickness information is the reduction rate in the skin pass mill (218) among the plating conditions in the plating device (2), the reference range of the first plating film thickness information may be, for example, 0 to 3.0%.

[0207] The reference range of the second plating film thickness information can be appropriately set and is not specifically limited. For example, the second plating film thickness information is the plating adhesion amount (g / m²2 In the case of ), the reference range of the second plating film thickness information is, for example, 5 to 300 g / m² 2 It is okay to continue.

[0208] As described above, in the method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet according to the present embodiment, in the plating film thickness determination process, not only is second plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer after grinding determined, but first plating film thickness information regarding the film thickness of the plating layer before grinding is determined, and in the adjustment process, based on the first and second plating film thickness information, the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process are adjusted. By doing so, when product defects based on insufficient plating film thickness and appearance defects occur, it is possible to quickly identify which of the two factors (1) the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and (2) the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground in the grinding process caused the product defect. Furthermore, by excluding the cause of product defect (1) or (2), product defects in which corrosion resistance is reduced due to insufficient plating film thickness and / or product defects in which appearance defects occur due to insufficient texture formation can be suppressed. In addition, even with a continuous line type manufacturing device, product defects can be suppressed while preventing a decrease in production speed, as the cause of product defects can be quickly identified and feedback provided.

[0209] [Second Embodiment]

[0210] FIG. 5 is an overall view of a manufacturing apparatus (1) for a textured plated steel sheet in a second embodiment, when equipped with a control device. Referring to FIG. 5, in the second embodiment, the manufacturing apparatus (1) for a textured plated steel sheet has the same configuration as the manufacturing apparatus (1) for a textured plated steel sheet in the first embodiment and further includes a control device (9). In the second embodiment, the first plating film thickness determining device (4) outputs first plating film thickness information to the control device (9), and the second plating film thickness determining device (5) outputs second plating film thickness information to the control device (9).

[0211] [Regarding the control device]

[0212] The control device (9) controls the plating device (2) to adjust the amount of plating of the plating layer formed on the surface of the steel plate (6) by the plating device (2) based on the first plating film thickness information and the second plating film thickness information, and also controls the grinding device (3) to adjust the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer to be ground by the grinding device (3) based on the first plating film thickness information and the second plating film thickness information. When the control device (9) is provided, the manufacturing device (1) for a textured plated steel plate is more likely to identify the cause of product defects based on insufficient plating film thickness and appearance defects. Accordingly, it is more likely to suppress product defects in which corrosion resistance is reduced due to insufficient plating film thickness, and / or product defects in which appearance defects occur because the texture is not sufficiently formed. When the control device (9) is provided, the manufacturing device (1) for a textured plated steel plate can also facilitate the suppression of unnecessary manufacturing costs in addition to suppressing product defects.

[0213] FIG. 6 is a functional block diagram of a control device (9). Referring to FIG. 6, the control device (9) includes an adjustment unit (91), a plating device control unit (92), and a grinding device control unit (93).

[0214] The adjustment unit (91) determines how to control the plating device (2) and the grinding device (3) based on the first and second plating film thickness information output from the first plating film thickness determining device (4) and the second plating film thickness determining device (5), and outputs the result. The plating device control unit (92) controls the plating device (2) based on the result determined by the adjustment unit (91). If the plating device (2) is an electro-galvanizing device (200), the plating device control unit (92) controls, for example, the plating speed (m / min) of the steel plate (6) in the plating solution and / or the current density (A / dm²). 2 ) controls. If the plating device (2) is a molten zinc plating device (210), the plating device control unit (92) controls, for example, the plate passing speed (m / min) of the steel plate (6) in the plating solution, the impact pressure (kPa) of the wiping gas, and / or the reduction rate (%) in the skin pass mill (218). By doing so, the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2) is adjusted. The grinding device control unit (93) controls the grinding device (3) based on the result determined by the adjustment unit (91). In the case where the grinding device (3) is a grinding device (3) equipped with a grinding belt (33), the grinding device control unit (93) controls, for example, the plate passing speed (m / min) of the plated steel plate (7) through the grinding device (3), the rotational speed (rpm) of the contact roll (32), and the compressive force (MPa) of the contact roll (32) on the plated steel plate (7). In the case where the grinding device (3) is a grinding device (3) equipped with a grinding brush, the grinding device control unit (93) controls, for example, the rotational speed of the grinding brush and the compressive force of the grinding brush on the plated steel plate (7). By doing so, the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer being ground by the grinding device (3) is adjusted.

[0215] FIG. 7 is a functional block diagram illustrating an example of the hardware configuration of a control device (9). Referring to FIG. 7, the control device (9) comprises a Central Processing Unit (CPU) (94), memory (95), an interface (96) (indicated as I / F in FIG. 7), and a hard disk (97) (indicated as HDD in FIG. 7). These components are connected to each other by a bus. A plating condition adjustment program and a grinding condition adjustment program are stored on the hard disk (97). The plating condition adjustment program and the grinding condition adjustment program are loaded into memory (95) and executed by the CPU (94) to realize the operation of the aforementioned adjustment unit (91), plating device control unit (92), and grinding device control unit (93). The hard disk (97) is not particularly limited as long as it is a storage medium. For example, it may be an SSD.

[0216] [Regarding the operation of the manufacturing device (1) for textured plated steel sheets]

[0217] The operation of the manufacturing apparatus (1) for a textured plated steel sheet having the above-described configuration is explained. FIGS. 8 to 11 are flowcharts of the operation of the manufacturing apparatus (1) for a textured plated steel sheet having a control device (9).

[0218] Referring to FIG. 8, the control device (9) first acquires first plating film thickness information output from the first plating film thickness determining device (4) (S1). The control device (9) then acquires second plating film thickness information output from the second plating film thickness determining device (5) (S2). In FIG. 8, the second plating film thickness information is acquired after the first plating film thickness information is acquired. However, the control device (9) may acquire the first plating film thickness information after acquiring the second plating film thickness information, or may acquire the first and second plating film thickness information simultaneously.

[0219] The adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) obtains grinding amount information, which is information regarding the grinding amount in the grinding device (3), based on the obtained first plating film thickness information and second plating film thickness information (S3). For example, if the first and second plating film thickness information are the film thickness (μm) of the plating layer, the grinding amount information (μm) is obtained by subtracting the second plating film thickness information (μm), which is the film thickness of the plating layer after grinding, from the first plating film thickness information (μm), which is the film thickness of the plating layer before grinding. The first and second plating film thickness information is the plating adhesion amount (g / m²). 2 The same applies to cases where ).

[0220] When the first plating film thickness information is the plating condition of the plating device (2), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) can, from the plating condition of the plating device (2), the film thickness (㎛) of the plating layer before grinding or the amount of plating attached (g / m²) of the plating layer before grinding. 2 ) may be calculated. The calculated first plating film thickness (㎛) or first plating adhesion amount (g / m²) 2 From ), the measured second plating film thickness (㎛) or second plating adhesion amount (g / m²) 2 Grinding amount information can be obtained by subtracting ).

[0221] After obtaining the grinding amount information (S3), the operation follows any one of patterns 1 to 9.

[0222] [For Patterns 1 to 3]

[0223] The adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines whether the second plating film thickness information is within a reference range (S4 in FIG. 8). If the second plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range ("Exceeding Reference Range" in S4 of FIG. 8), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) then determines whether the grinding amount information is within a reference range (S5 in FIG. 9). Depending on whether the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range, is below the reference range, or is within the reference range, the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) issues an instruction for any of patterns 1 to 3.

[0224] [For Pattern 1]

[0225] When the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range ("exceeding the reference range" of S5 in FIG. 9), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range and the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 1 (S6).

[0226] When the second plating film thickness information exceeds the standard range and the grinding amount information exceeds the standard range, the amount of plating formed by the plating device (2) is too large, and the plating layer is ground more than necessary by the grinding device (3), so unnecessary costs increase. Therefore, considering the costs, it is desirable to change the operating conditions to reduce the amount of plating formed by the plating device (2) and also reduce the amount of plating layer ground by the grinding device (3).

[0227] In Pattern 1, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to reduce the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to reduce the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving instructions in Pattern 1, the plating device control unit (92) controls the plating device (2) to reduce the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2). Upon receiving instructions in Pattern 1, the grinding device control unit (93) controls the grinding device (3) to reduce the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3).

[0228] [For Pattern 2]

[0229] When the grinding amount information is less than the reference range ("less than the reference range" in S5 of FIG. 9), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information is greater than the reference range and the grinding amount information is less than the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 2 (S7 of FIG. 9).

[0230] If the second plating film thickness information exceeds the standard range and the grinding amount information is below the standard range, the surface of the plating layer is not sufficiently ground by the grinding device (3), so a sufficient texture is not formed on the surface of the plating layer, resulting in an appearance defect. In this case, since the second plating film thickness information exceeds the standard range, it can be seen that product defects are occurring due to the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3). In this case, it is necessary to change the operating conditions to increase the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3) so that a sufficient texture is formed on the surface of the plating layer.

[0231] In Pattern 2, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to increase the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving the instructions in Pattern 2, the grinding device control unit (93) controls the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also controls the grinding device (3) to increase the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground by the grinding device (3).

[0232] [For Pattern 3]

[0233] When the grinding amount information is within the reference range ("within the reference range" of S5 in FIG. 9), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information is outside the reference range and the grinding amount information is within the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 3 (S8 in FIG. 9).

[0234] When the second plating film thickness information exceeds the standard range and the grinding amount information is within the standard range, the amount of plating in the plating layer formed by the plating device (2) is too large, so unnecessary costs increase. Therefore, considering the costs, it is desirable to change the operating conditions to reduce the amount of plating in the plating layer formed by the plating device (2).

[0235] In pattern 3, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to reduce the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to maintain the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving the instructions in pattern 3, the plating device control unit (92) controls the plating device (2) to reduce the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also controls the grinding device (3) to maintain the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3).

[0236] [For Patterns 4 to 6]

[0237] The adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines whether the second plating film thickness information is within a reference range (S4 in FIG. 8). If the second plating film thickness information is less than the reference range ("less than reference range" in S4 of FIG. 8), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) then determines whether the grinding amount information is within a reference range (S9 in FIG. 10). Depending on whether the grinding amount information is greater than the reference range, less than the reference range, or within the reference range, the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) issues an instruction for any of patterns 4 to 6.

[0238] [For Pattern 4]

[0239] When the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range ("exceeding the reference range" of S9 in FIG. 10), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information is less than the reference range and the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 4 (S10 in FIG. 10).

[0240] If the second plating film thickness information is below the standard range and the grinding amount information exceeds the standard range, the corrosion resistance of the textured plated steel sheet is reduced due to the insufficient final film thickness of the plating layer since the second plating film thickness information is below the standard range, resulting in a product defect. In addition, in this case, since the grinding amount information exceeds the standard range, it can be seen that the product defect is caused by the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3). In this case, it is necessary to change the operating conditions to reduce the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3).

[0241] In pattern 4, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to reduce the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving the instructions in pattern 4, the grinding device control unit (93) controls the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also controls the grinding device (3) to reduce the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3).

[0242] [For Pattern 5]

[0243] When the grinding amount information is less than the reference range ("less than the reference range" in S9 of FIG. 10), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information is less than the reference range and the grinding amount information is less than the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 5 (S11 of FIG. 10).

[0244] If the second plating film thickness information is below the standard range and the grinding amount information is below the standard range, the corrosion resistance of the textured plated steel sheet is reduced due to the insufficient final film thickness of the plating layer since the second plating film thickness information is below the standard range, resulting in a product defect. In this case, since the grinding amount information is also below the standard range, the surface of the plating layer is not sufficiently ground by the grinding device (3), so a sufficient texture is not formed on the surface of the plating layer, resulting in an appearance defect. Furthermore, since the second plating film thickness information is below the standard range, it can be seen that product defects are occurring due to both the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2) and the grinding amount of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3). In this case, it is necessary to change the operating conditions to increase the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2) and increase the grinding amount of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3).

[0245] In Pattern 5, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to increase the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to increase the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving the instructions in Pattern 5, the plating device control unit (92) controls the plating device (2) to increase the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2). Upon receiving the instructions in Pattern 5, the grinding device control unit (93) controls the grinding device (3) to increase the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3).

[0246] [For Pattern 6]

[0247] When the grinding amount information is within the reference range ("within the reference range" of S9 in FIG. 10), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information is less than the reference range and the grinding amount information is within the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 6 (S12 in FIG. 10).

[0248] If the second plating film thickness information is below the reference range and the grinding amount information is within the reference range, the corrosion resistance of the textured plated steel sheet is reduced due to the insufficient final film thickness of the plating layer since the second plating film thickness information is below the reference range, resulting in a product defect. In this case, since the grinding amount information is within the reference range, it can be seen that the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2) is insufficient. In this case, it is necessary to change the operating conditions to increase the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2).

[0249] In pattern 6, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to increase the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to maintain the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving the instructions in pattern 6, the plating device control unit (92) controls the plating device (2) to increase the amount of plating of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also controls the grinding device (3) to maintain the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3).

[0250] [For Patterns 7 through 9]

[0251] The adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines whether the second plating film thickness information is within a reference range (S4 in FIG. 8). If the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range ("within reference range" in S4 of FIG. 8), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) then determines whether the grinding amount information is within a reference range (S13 in FIG. 11). Depending on whether the grinding amount information is above the reference range, below the reference range, or within the reference range, the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) issues an instruction for any of patterns 7 to 9.

[0252] [For Pattern 7]

[0253] When the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range ("exceeding the reference range" of S13 in FIG. 11), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range and the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 7 (S14 in FIG. 11).

[0254] When the second plating film thickness information is within the standard range and the grinding amount information exceeds the standard range, the surface of the plating layer is ground by the grinding device (3) in excess of the required amount. Consequently, unnecessary costs are increased. Therefore, considering the cost, it is desirable to reduce the amount of plating layer ground by the grinding device (3).

[0255] In pattern 7, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to reduce the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving the instructions in pattern 7, the grinding device control unit (93) controls the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also controls the grinding device (3) to reduce the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer that is ground by the grinding device (3).

[0256] [For Pattern 8]

[0257] When the grinding amount information is less than the reference range ("less than the reference range" of S13 in FIG. 11), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range and the grinding amount information is less than the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 8 (S15 in FIG. 11).

[0258] When the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range and the grinding amount information is below the reference range, since the grinding amount information is below the reference range, the surface of the plating layer is not sufficiently ground by the grinding device (3), so a sufficient texture is not formed on the surface of the plating layer, resulting in an appearance defect. Also, in this case, since the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range, it can be seen that product defects are occurring due to the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3). In this case, it is necessary to increase the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground by the grinding device (3).

[0259] In pattern 8, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to increase the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving the instructions in pattern 8, the grinding device control unit (93) controls the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also controls the grinding device (3) to increase the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground by the grinding device (3).

[0260] [For Pattern 9]

[0261] When the grinding amount information is within the reference range ("within the reference range" of S13 in FIG. 11), the adjustment unit (91) of the control device (9) determines that the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range and the grinding amount information is within the reference range, and issues the instruction of pattern 9 (S16 in FIG. 11).

[0262] If the second plating film thickness information is within the standard range and the grinding amount information is within the standard range, it can be seen that product defects based on insufficient final plating film thickness or appearance defects are not occurring, and costs are also being maintained appropriately. In this case, the operating conditions simply need to be maintained.

[0263] In pattern 9, instructions are given to control the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also to control the grinding device (3) to maintain the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground by the grinding device (3). Upon receiving the instructions in pattern 9, the plating device control unit (92) controls the plating device (2) to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed by the plating device (2), and also controls the grinding device (3) to maintain the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground by the grinding device (3).

[0264] By the above operation, the manufacturing apparatus (1) of the texture-equipped plated steel sheet of the present embodiment manufactures the texture-equipped plated steel sheet (8) by controlling the plating apparatus (2) to adjust the amount of plating of the plating layer formed on the surface of the steel sheet (6) by the plating apparatus (2) based on the first plating film thickness information and the second plating film thickness information by the control apparatus (9), and also by controlling the grinding apparatus (3) to adjust the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer to be ground by the grinding apparatus (3). By doing so, it becomes easier to identify the cause of product defects based on insufficient plating film thickness and appearance defects. In this case, it becomes easier to suppress product defects in which corrosion resistance is reduced due to insufficient plating film thickness and / or product defects in which appearance defects occur because the texture is not sufficiently formed. When equipped with the control apparatus (9), the manufacturing apparatus (1) of the texture-equipped plated steel sheet can also facilitate the suppression of manufacturing costs in addition to product defects.

[0265] [Method for manufacturing textured plated steel sheet]

[0266] The method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet equipped with a control device (9) of the present embodiment is the same as the first embodiment except that a manufacturing device for a textured plated steel sheet equipped with a control device (9) is used.

[0267] [Third Embodiment]

[0268] In the second embodiment, a control device (9) is used, but without using the control device (9), grinding amount information, which is information regarding the grinding amount by a grinding device, is obtained based on the first plating film thickness information and the second plating film thickness information, and based on the second plating film thickness information and the grinding amount information, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be adjusted. The manufacturing device (1) for a textured plated steel sheet used in the third embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment.

[0269] [Method for manufacturing textured plated steel sheet]

[0270] A method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet according to a third embodiment comprises a plating layer forming process, a grinding process, a plating film thickness determination process, and an adjustment process. Processes other than the adjustment process are the same as those of the first embodiment. In the third embodiment, in the adjustment process, grinding amount information, which is information regarding the amount of grinding by a grinding device, is obtained, and based on the second plating film thickness information and the grinding amount information, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer forming process and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process are adjusted.

[0271] [Adjustment Process]

[0272] In the adjustment process, grinding amount information is obtained based on the first plating film thickness and the second plating film thickness. The method of obtaining grinding amount information is the same as in the second embodiment, except that a control device (9) is not used. In the adjustment process, based on the second plating film thickness information and the grinding amount information, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer to be ground in the grinding process are adjusted based on the following patterns 1 to 9.

[0273] [Pattern 1]

[0274] When the second plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range and the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range, adjustments are made to reduce the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and also reduce the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process. The preparation method for reducing the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the adjustment method for reducing the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process are the same as in the first embodiment.

[0275] [Pattern 2]

[0276] When the second plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range and the grinding amount information is below the reference range, the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process is maintained, and the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is increased. The adjustment method for increasing the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is the same as in the first embodiment.

[0277] [Pattern 3]

[0278] When the second plating film thickness information exceeds the reference range and the grinding amount information is within the reference range, the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process is reduced, and the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is adjusted to maintain the amount of grinding. The adjustment method for reducing the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process is the same as in the first embodiment.

[0279] [Pattern 4]

[0280] When the second plating film thickness information is below the reference range and the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process is maintained, and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is reduced. The adjustment method for reducing the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is the same as that of the first embodiment.

[0281] [Pattern 5]

[0282] When the second plating film thickness information is below the reference range and the grinding amount information is below the reference range, the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process is increased, and the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is also increased. The preparation method for increasing the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process and the adjustment method for increasing the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process are the same as in the first embodiment.

[0283] [Pattern 6]

[0284] When the second plating film thickness information is below the reference range and the grinding amount information is within the reference range, the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process is increased, and the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is also maintained. The adjustment method for increasing the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process is the same as in the first embodiment.

[0285] [Pattern 7]

[0286] When the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range and the grinding amount information exceeds the reference range, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process is maintained, and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is reduced. The adjustment method for reducing the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is the same as that of the first embodiment.

[0287] [Pattern 8]

[0288] When the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range and the grinding amount information is below the reference range, the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process is maintained, and the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is increased. The adjustment method for increasing the amount of grinding on the surface of the plating layer being ground in the grinding process is the same as in the first embodiment.

[0289] [Pattern 9]

[0290] When the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range and the grinding amount information is within the reference range, adjustments are made to maintain the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process. Specifically, the plating conditions in the plating layer formation process and the grinding conditions in the grinding process are maintained.

[0291] In the above manufacturing process, in addition to product defects, manufacturing costs can be suppressed.

[0292] [Fourth Embodiment]

[0293] The manufacturing apparatus (1) for a textured plated steel sheet may be equipped with a coating film forming apparatus in addition to the plating apparatus (2), the grinding apparatus (3), the first plating film thickness determining apparatus (4), and the second plating film thickness determining apparatus (5). The coating film forming apparatus is positioned downstream of the grinding apparatus (3) and forms a coating film on the surface of the ground plating layer.

[0294] [Method for manufacturing textured plated steel sheet]

[0295] When forming a coating film, the method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet comprises, in addition to a plating layer forming process, a grinding process, a plating film thickness determination process, and an adjustment process, a coating film forming process.

[0296] [Coating Film Formation Process]

[0297] The method for forming the coating film may be a well-known method. When forming an organic coating film, a paint constituting the organic coating is prepared. The prepared paint is applied onto the plating layer by means of a spray method, a roll coater method, a curtain coater method, or an immersion lift method. Subsequently, the paint on the plating layer is subjected to natural drying or baking drying to form the organic coating film. The drying temperature, drying time, baking temperature, and baking time can be appropriately adjusted.

[0298] When forming an inorganic coating film as a coating film, an agent for the inorganic coating film is applied onto the plating layer by a roll coater method, immersion Ringer method, spray Ringer method, electrolytic method, etc. The agent applied onto the plating layer is subjected to natural drying or baking drying to form an inorganic coating film. The drying temperature, drying time, baking temperature, and baking time can be appropriately adjusted.

[0299] In the fourth embodiment, the other manufacturing processes are the same as in the first embodiment.

[0300] [Fifth Embodiment]

[0301] The manufacturing apparatus (1) for a textured plated steel sheet may be equipped with one or more gloss meters in addition to the plating apparatus (2), the grinding apparatus (3), the first plating film thickness determining apparatus (4), and the second plating film thickness determining apparatus (5). The gloss meter is positioned downstream of the grinding apparatus (3) and evaluates the appearance of the surface of the plated steel sheet having a ground plating layer.

[0302] The gloss meter may be two gloss meters: one that measures the glossiness of the surface of the plated steel sheet in the length direction of the plated steel sheet, and another that measures the glossiness of the surface of the plated steel sheet in the width direction of the plated steel sheet. In this case, the appearance of the surface of the plated steel sheet having a ground plating layer can be evaluated with higher precision.

[0303] [Method for manufacturing textured plated steel sheet]

[0304] When evaluating the surface appearance of a plated steel sheet having a ground plating layer, the method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet comprises, in addition to a plating layer formation process, a grinding process, a plating film thickness determination process, and an adjustment process, an appearance evaluation process. In the appearance evaluation process, the appearance of the plated steel sheet after the grinding process is evaluated by glossiness.

[0305] [Appearance Evaluation Process]

[0306] In the appearance evaluation process, the appearance of the plated steel sheet after the grinding process is evaluated by glossiness. In the appearance evaluation process, the appearance of the plated steel sheet may be evaluated based on two glossinesses: the glossiness of the surface of the plated steel sheet measured in the length direction of the plated steel sheet, and the glossiness of the surface of the plated steel sheet measured in the width direction of the plated steel sheet.

[0307] [Adjustment Process]

[0308] In the method for manufacturing a textured plated steel sheet of the present embodiment, in the adjustment process, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process are adjusted based on the first plating film thickness information, the second plating film thickness information, and the glossiness of the surface of the plated steel sheet after the grinding process.

[0309] When performing an appearance evaluation based on glossiness, the appearance of the plated steel sheet can be evaluated with higher precision compared to when the appearance is estimated based on the first plating film thickness information and the second plating film thickness information. Therefore, when performing an appearance evaluation of the plated steel sheet based on glossiness, appearance standards for the plated steel sheet can be set under stricter conditions. However, in this case, even if the first plating film thickness information and the second plating film thickness information are within the standard range, if the appearance evaluation of the plated steel sheet based on glossiness is used, the texture may not be sufficiently formed, resulting in an appearance defect. In this case, the plating amount of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the grinding amount of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be adjusted.

[0310] For example, if the first plating film thickness information and the second plating film thickness information are within a reference range, and the texture is not sufficiently formed, resulting in a poor evaluation of the appearance of the plated steel sheet based on gloss, the amount of plating formed in the plating layer formation process may be maintained while increasing the amount of plating of the plating layer ground in the grinding process. The method of increasing the amount of plating of the plating layer ground in the grinding process is the same as in the first embodiment.

[0311] At this time, if the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process is increased while maintaining the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process, such as when the second plating film thickness information is within the reference range but close to the lower limit value, and if it is expected that the second plating film thickness information will fall below the reference range, the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process may be increased, and the amount of grinding of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be increased. The method of increasing the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process is the same as in the first embodiment.

[0312] Alternatively, an operation table may be prepared that includes plating conditions in a plating layer formation process corresponding to the glossiness and grinding conditions in a grinding process corresponding to the glossiness, and the amount of plating of the plating layer formed in the plating layer formation process and the amount of grinding of the surface of the plating layer ground in the grinding process may be adjusted based on the measured glossiness.

[0313] In the fifth embodiment, the other manufacturing processes are the same as in the first embodiment.

[0314] The embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above. However, the embodiments described above are merely examples for carrying out the present disclosure. Accordingly, the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described above, and the embodiments described above may be appropriately modified and carried out within the scope without departing from the spirit thereof.
