Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for removing concrete piles inserted into the ground, and more specifically, to a concrete pile removal device capable of removing concrete piles inserted into the ground by mounting it on a pile drilling rig. Background Technology

[0002] Concrete piles are installed in the ground to construct buildings or other structures above ground. Generally, when installing concrete piles, a pile drilling rig is used to excavate into the ground. After draining the soil to the surface through a hose, the concrete piles are installed. If existing concrete piles deteriorate and a new building needs to be constructed, the existing piles must be removed.

[0003] Conventionally, to remove concrete piles installed in the ground, the surrounding soil was completely excavated, and the piles were removed by crushing them. Prior art literature

[0005] In the case of conventional methods, there was a problem in that it required a long amount of work time because all the surrounding soil had to be excavated and the concrete piles had to be crushed separately.

[0006] In addition, conventional methods had a problem where a massive device was required to crush concrete piles if they were long.

[0007] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems. The present invention aims to provide a concrete pile removal device that can remove concrete piles in a compact structure regardless of the length of the planted concrete piles by mounting it on a reverse-circulation excavator used for conventional concrete pile construction.

[0008] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a concrete pile removal device capable of removing a concrete pile without removing the surrounding soil of the concrete pile embedded in the ground. means of solving the problem

[0009] A concrete pile removal device according to the present invention comprises a cylindrical bucket, a rod, a first cutter, a second cutter means, and a clamp means. The rod is coupled to one end of the bucket and may be mounted on the lower part of a swivel to rotate the bucket. The first cutter is mounted on one end of the bucket so that when the bucket rotates, it can cut the outer surface of the concrete pile inserted into the ground by a certain width, thereby allowing the bucket to be inserted in the depth direction of the pile. The second cutter means is mounted on the inner surface of the bucket so that when the bucket rotates, it can cut the outer surface of one side of the concrete pile, which has been cut by the first cutter, to a certain depth in the radial direction. The clamp means is mounted on the inner surface of the bucket so that it can grip the concrete pile to break and extract the concrete pile cut by the second cutter means.

[0010] In addition, in the above-described concrete pile removal device, the second cutter means comprises a second cutter, and

[0011] It is preferable that one side be equipped with a piston portion so that the blade formed at one end can enter towards the center in a radial direction. The second cutter is mounted to rotate inside the bucket. The piston portion is coupled to the other end of the second cutter and is retractable, mounted on the inner circumference of the bucket to rotate the second cutter around one side of the cutter.

[0012] In addition, in the above-described concrete pile removal device, it is preferable that the clamping means comprises a clamping part and a pressing part. One end of the clamping part is mounted so as to be rotatable on the inner circumference of the bucket, and can press and grip the outer circumference of the concrete pile. The pressing part presses the clamping part so that it moves radially toward the center to grip the outer circumference of the concrete pile.

[0013] In addition, in the above-described concrete pile removal device, it is preferable that the clamp portion comprises a link, one end of which is hinged to the inner circumference of the bucket, and a clamp, one end of which is hinged to the other end of the link and is inclined so that it can enter radially toward the center when pressed, thereby pressing the concrete pile. Furthermore, it is preferable that the pressing portion is inclined at one end to press the other end of the clamp and is mounted on the inner circumference of the bucket so that it can extend and retract axially to press the other end of the clamp.

[0014] In addition, in the above-described concrete pile removal device, it is preferable that the first cutter cuts the concrete pile so that the second cutter means and the clamp means mounted on the inner circumference of the bucket can be inserted into the ground into the space of the cut width.

[0015] In addition, in the above-described concrete pile removal device, it is preferable that the first cutter, the second cutter means, and the clamp means are arranged in the order of axial direction of the bucket from one end of the bucket. Effects of the invention

[0016] According to the present invention, a first cutter primarily cuts the outer surface of a concrete pile and inserts it into the ground, and a second cutter secondly cuts the concrete pile with the outer surface cut in a radial direction. Then, when a clamping means grips the concrete pile, the concrete pile cut by the second cutter can be separated and discharged to the outside. Therefore, according to the present invention, the concrete pile can be removed from the ground without excavating the soil of the ground surrounding the concrete pile.

[0017] In addition, according to the present invention, concrete piles inserted into the ground can be removed by breaking them stepwise along the longitudinal direction, so concrete piles can be removed with a compact concrete pile removal device. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0018] FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of one embodiment of a concrete pile removal device according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an operation diagram of the embodiment of FIG. 1, FIGS. 3 to 8 are conceptual diagrams for removing a concrete pile inserted into the ground using the embodiment of FIG. 1. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0019] An embodiment of a concrete pile removal device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8.

[0020] A concrete pile removal device according to the present invention includes a bucket (10), a rod (20), a first cutter (30), a second cutter means (40), and a clamp means (50).

[0021] The bucket (10) is cylindrical and has an open bottom (11).

[0022] The rod (20) can be attached to the top (13) of the bucket (10) and mounted on the lower part of the swivel (6) for rotating the bucket (10). When the rod (20) is mounted on the swivel (6), the bucket (10) can be rotated by the swivel (6).

[0023] The first cutter (30) is attached to the bottom (11) of the bucket (10) so that when the bucket (10) rotates, it can cut the outer surface of the concrete pile (1) inserted into the ground by a certain width. Thus, since the first cutter (30) cuts the outer surface of the concrete pile (1), the bucket (10) can be inserted into the ground to surround the concrete pile (1). The first cutter (30) cuts the concrete pile (1) so that not only the bucket (10) but also the second cutter means (40) mounted on the inner surface of the bucket (10) and the clamp means (50) can be inserted into the ground. Thus, the width of the concrete pile (1) cut by the first cutter (30) is cut to a sufficient size so that the second cutter means (40) and the clamp means (50) can be inserted.

[0024] The second cutter means (40) serves to cut the concrete pile (1), whose outer surface has been cut by the first cutter (30), to a certain depth in the radial direction. To this end, the second cutter means (40) is equipped with a second cutter (41) and a piston part (45).

[0025] The second cutter (41) is hinge-connected so that one side (43) can rotate inside the bucket (10), allowing the blade (42) formed on one end to enter towards the center in a radial direction. That is, the second cutter (41) can rotate around the one side (43).

[0026] The piston part (45) is connected to the other end (44) of the second cutter (41) to rotate the second cutter (41) around one side (43), and is mounted on the inner circumference of the bucket (10) and can be extended. In this embodiment, the piston part (45) can be extended by hydraulic pressure. When the piston part (45) is extended, the second cutter (41) rotates, and the blade (42) advances toward the center of the bucket (10). In this case, the blade (42) is inserted into the outer circumference of the concrete pile (1) and can cut to a certain depth in the radial direction. When the piston part (45) is retracted, the second cutter (41) rotates in the opposite direction, and the blade (42) retracts toward the inner circumference of the bucket (10).

[0027] The clamping means (50) serves to grip the concrete pile (1) in order to cut and remove the concrete pile (1) cut by the second cutter (41). To this end, the clamping means (50) is mounted on the inner circumference of the bucket (10) so as to be positioned above the second cutter means (40), and is equipped with a clamping part (51) and a pressing part (55).

[0028] The clamp part (51) is equipped with a link (52) and a clamp (53). One end (52a) of the link (52) is hinged to the inner circumference of the bucket (10). The clamp (53) grips the outer circumference of the concrete pile (1) cut by the first cutter (30). To do this, one end (53a) is hinged to the other end (52b) of the link (52), and an inclined surface is formed on the other end (53b). At this time, when the other end (53b) is pressed by the pressing part (55), the inclined surface is formed so that the clamp part (51) can move radially toward the center from the inner circumference of the bucket (10).

[0029] The pressure member (55) is mounted on the inner surface of the bucket (10) so that it is inclined at one end to press the other end (53b) of the clamp (53) and can extend and retract in the axial direction. Thus, when the pressure member (55) extends, the other end (53b) of the clamp (53) is pressed, and the clamp (53) moves from the inner surface of the bucket (10) toward the center to grip the concrete pile (1).

[0030] A method for removing a concrete pile (1) inserted into the ground using the present embodiment first involves mounting a casing (4) on the swivel (6) of a pile drilling rig (5) as shown in FIG. 3. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the casing (3) is inserted into the ground (7) where the concrete pile (1) is embedded using the pile drilling rig (5) so that the concrete pile (1) can be inserted.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 5, the bucket (10) of the present embodiment is mounted on the swivel (6). Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the bucket (10) is rotated and the outer surface of the concrete pile (1) is cut with the first cutter (30) to insert the bucket (10) into the inside of the casing (3).

[0032] As illustrated in FIG. 7, when the bucket (10) is inserted, the piston part (45) of the second cutter means (40) is operated to move the second cutter (41) into the center of the bucket (10). Then, the portion of the concrete pile (1) wrapped in the bucket (10) is cut radially by the blade (42) of the second cutter (41) to the depth to which the blade (42) has entered. When the concrete pile (1) is cut by the second cutter (41), the pressure part (55) of the clamp means (50) is operated to grip the concrete pile (1) with the clamp (53). When the bucket (10) is rotated while the concrete pile (1) is gripped by the clamp means (50), the upper part (1a) of the concrete pile (1) is separated from the lower part (1b) at the portion cut by the second cutter (41).

[0033] Then, as shown in Fig. 8, the bucket (10) is lifted to remove the upper part (1a) of the concrete pile (1).

[0034] And the remaining part (1b) of the concrete pile (1) remaining in the ground (7) can be removed by repeating the method of FIGS. 3 to FIGS. 7. Explanation of the symbols
