FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view along IV-IV of FIG. 1, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along V-V of FIG. 3, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view along VI-VI of FIG. 2. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0030] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0031] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a seal insertion tool according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the seal insertion tool of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating the state in which the locking jig of the seal insertion tool of FIG. 1 is retracted, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view along IV-IV of FIG. 1, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along V-V of FIG. 3, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view along VI-VI of FIG. 2.

[0032] As illustrated in these drawings, a seal insertion tool according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a seal insertion bar (1000), a replacement jig (2000), a body jig (3000), and a locking jig (4000). At this time, a plurality of seal insertion bars (1000) are attached to the replacement jig (2000). Accordingly, the operator rotates the replacement jig (2000) to expose the required seal insertion bar (1000) to the outside for use. Each component will be described in more detail below.

[0033] The sealing insertion bar (1000) is formed in a shape that can be inserted into the hole of a connector by pushing the seal in to fully insert the seal after the operator has temporarily inserted the seal into the hole of the connector. At this time, the seal insertion tool is equipped with a plurality of sealing insertion bars (1000) having different diameters. The sealing insertion bar (1000) is attached to a replacement jig (2000). The sealing insertion bar (1000) includes an insertion bar body (1100) and an insertion bar coupling pin (1200).

[0034] The insertion bar body (1100) is formed in a cylindrical shape and is the central part of the insertion bar body (1100), which comes into direct contact with the seal and is the part that enters the hole of the connector to insert the seal. In particular, at least a portion of the insertion bar body (1100) is composed of a magnetic material, and more preferably, a portion of the insertion bar body (1100) on which the insertion bar coupling pin (1200) is formed protruding is composed of a magnetic material. Through this, a magnetic force is generated with the coupling magnet (2120) of the insertion bar fixing part (2100), so that the sealing insertion bar (1000) can be firmly coupled to the replacement jig (2000).

[0035] The insertion bar coupling pin (1200) is formed protruding from the insertion bar body (1100) and is inserted into the insertion bar fixing groove (2110) of the replacement jig (2000) to allow the sealing seal insertion bar (1000) to be coupled to the replacement jig (2000). Through this, even if an external force is applied to the side of the sealing seal insertion bar (1000), the sealing seal insertion bar (1000) is not dislodged.

[0036] Additionally, it is preferable that the sealing insertion bar (1000) be connected to the replacement jig (2000) in order of diameter size. This allows the operator to select the sealing insertion bar (1000) of the desired size more quickly.

[0037] The replacement jig (2000) is a part that includes at least two insertion bar fixing parts (2100) to which the sealing seal insertion bar (1000) is coupled and fixed, and is coupled to the replacement jig coupling groove (3200) of the body jig (3000). When coupled to the replacement jig coupling groove (3200), the replacement jig (2000) is coupled so that it can be rotated, so that the replacement jig (2000) can be rotated to expose to the outside the sealing seal insertion bar (1000) that the operator needs among the plurality of sealing seal insertion bars (1000) coupled to the replacement jig (2000). The replacement jig (2000) includes a plurality of insertion bar fixing parts (2100), a replacement jig center part (2200), a replacement jig rotation axis (2300), and a plurality of auxiliary fixing protrusions (2400).

[0038] The insertion bar fixing part (2100) is the part to which the sealing seal insertion bar (1000) is connected. A plurality of insertion bar fixing parts (2100) are attached spaced apart along the side perimeter of the replacement jig center part (2200). The insertion bar fixing part (2100) includes an insertion bar fixing groove (2110) formed by being recessed at one end of the insertion bar fixing part (2100) so that an insertion bar connecting pin (1200) can be inserted. Through this, even if an external force is applied to the side of the sealing seal insertion bar (1000) as described above, the sealing seal insertion bar (1000) does not detach. In addition, a replacement jig connecting projection (2130) that is fastened to the replacement jig center part (2200) is formed protrudingly at the other end of the insertion bar fixing part (2100). Through this, the replacement jig coupling projection (2130) is inserted into the fixing part coupling groove formed in the replacement jig center part (2200), so that the insertion bar fixing part (2100) can be firmly coupled to the replacement jig center part (2200).

[0039] The replacement jig center portion (2200) is a part where a plurality of insertion bar fixing portions (2100) are attached spaced apart along the side perimeter, and a replacement jig rotation axis (2300) is formed protrudingly at the center of the upper and lower surfaces. That is, it is the part that serves as the center of the replacement jig (2000). A plurality of fixing portion coupling grooves are formed spaced apart and recessed along the side perimeter of the replacement jig (2000) so that the insertion bar fixing portions (2100) can be attached.

[0040] The replacement jig rotation axis (2300) is formed to protrude from the center of the upper and lower surfaces of the replacement jig center portion (2200). The replacement jig rotation axis (2300) is coupled to the replacement jig coupling groove (3200) of the rotation receiving portion (3100). Through this, the replacement jig (2000) is received in, coupled to, and can rotate in the rotation receiving portion (3100) of the body jig (3000). Since the replacement jig (2000) rotates, the operator can take out the necessary sealing seal insertion bar (1000) to the front and use it.

[0041] The auxiliary fixing projections (2400) are formed by protruding in multiple numbers at a certain distance from the center axis (2300) of the replacement jig (2000) on the upper and lower surfaces of the replacement jig. More specifically, they are formed by protruding from the upper and lower surfaces of the center portion (2200) of the replacement jig. The auxiliary fixing projections (2400) are engaged and coupled with the auxiliary fixing groove (3500) of the rotation receiving portion (3100). Through this, the replacement jig (2000) does not rotate unless a force greater than a certain amount is applied, and the operator can rotate the replacement jig (2000) by applying a force greater than a certain amount. More specifically, the auxiliary fixing projections (2400) are formed by protruding in a hemispherical shape. Therefore, the auxiliary fixing projections (2400) can be coupled more smoothly to the auxiliary fixing groove (3500).

[0042] The body jig (3000) includes a rotation receiving portion (3100) formed with both sides penetrating to accommodate a replacement jig (2000) to which a seal insertion bar (1000) is attached, and includes a locking jig receiving portion (3300) to accommodate a locking jig (4000) inside, so as to accommodate the locking jig (4000). Additionally, the body jig (3000) may further include a replacement jig coupling groove (3200), a locking jig handle groove (3400), an auxiliary fixing groove (3500), a locking jig guide rail (3600), and a locking jig rail projection (3700). That is, the body jig (3000) is the central part of the seal insertion tool.

[0043] The rotation receiving portion (3100) is formed by penetrating both sides of the body jig (3000) so as to accommodate a replacement jig (2000) to which a sealing insertion bar (1000) is attached. The replacement jig (2000) is received in the rotation receiving portion (3100), and the replacement jig (2000) is attached to the body jig (3000) by engaging the replacement jig rotation axis (2300) of the replacement jig (2000) with the replacement jig coupling groove (3200) formed on the inner circumference of the rotation receiving portion (3100).

[0044] The replacement jig coupling groove (3200) is formed by being recessed into the upper and lower surfaces of the rotation receiving portion (3100) and is a part that is coupled with the replacement jig rotation shaft (2300). That is, it is formed by being recessed into the upper and lower surfaces of the inner circumference of the rotation receiving portion (3100).

[0045] The locking jig receiving portion (3300) is formed in a hollow shape on the inner side of the body jig (3000) and is a part that communicates with the rotation receiving portion (3100). The locking jig (4000) is received in the locking jig receiving portion (3300), and since the locking jig receiving portion (3300) communicates with the rotation receiving portion (3100), the locking jig (4000) can move from the locking jig receiving portion (3300) to the rotation receiving portion (3100).

[0046] The locking jig handle groove (3400) is a portion formed through the inner circumference of the locking jig receiving portion (3300) along the longitudinal direction of the body jig (3000). The locking jig handle (4100) of the locking jig (4000) is inserted into the locking jig handle groove (3400). Since the locking jig handle groove (3400) is formed through the locking jig receiving portion (3300), the locking jig handle (4100) is exposed to the outside of the locking jig receiving portion (3300). That is, the locking jig handle (4100) can be contacted from the outside of the body jig (3000). Accordingly, the operator can contact the locking jig handle (4100) and, by doing so, push or pull the locking jig handle (4100) to manipulate the position of the locking jig (4000). Additionally, the trajectory of the movement of the locking jig (4000) can be fixed through the locking jig handle groove (3400). That is, since the locking jig handle (4100) moves along the locking jig handle groove (3400), the locking jig (4000) moves only in the longitudinal direction of the body jig (3000).

[0047] The auxiliary fixing grooves (3500) are formed by being recessed at a certain distance from the replacement jig coupling groove (3200) on the upper and lower surfaces of the rotation receiving portion (3100), and are coupled with the auxiliary fixing projection (2400), and are formed in multiple numbers. Through this, the replacement jig (2000) does not rotate unless a force greater than a certain amount is applied, and the operator can rotate the replacement jig (2000) by applying a force greater than a certain amount. More specifically, the auxiliary fixing grooves (3500) are formed by being recessed in a hemispherical shape. Therefore, the auxiliary fixing projection (2400) can be coupled to the auxiliary fixing grooves (3500) more smoothly.

[0048] The locking jig guide rail (3600) is formed by being recessed along the longitudinal direction of the body jig (3000) in the inner surface of the locking jig receiving portion (3300) and the rotation receiving portion (3100). That is, the locking jig guide rail (3600) is formed across the locking jig receiving portion (3300) and the rotation receiving portion (3100). The locking jig guide projection (4200) of the locking jig (4000) is inserted into the locking jig guide rail (3600). Through this, the locking jig (4000) moves only in the longitudinal direction of the body jig (3000).

[0049] The locking jig rail projection (3700) is formed by protruding from the locking jig guide rail (3600). The locking jig rail projection (3700) engages with the locking jig fixing projection (4300) of the locking jig (4000). Thus, when the locking jig (4000) moves along the longitudinal direction of the body jig (3000), at the moment the locking jig fixing projection (4300) engages with the locking jig rail projection (3700), the locking jig (4000) is fixed and does not move. Through this, the locking jig (4000) is fixed, and at least a part of the insertion bar fixing part (2100) is received within the locking jig (4000), so that the replacement jig (2000) is fixed without rotating.

[0050] The locking jig (4000) is inserted into the locking jig receiving portion (3300) and has one end formed in a tubular shape so as to accommodate at least a portion of the insertion bar fixing portion (2100) and moves along the longitudinal direction of the body jig (3000) within the locking jig receiving portion (3300). That is, the locking jig (4000) accommodates at least a portion of the insertion bar fixing portion (2100) to prevent the replacement jig (2000) from rotating. The locking jig (4000) includes a locking jig handle (4100), a locking jig guide projection (4200), and a locking jig fixing projection (4300).

[0051] The locking jig handle (4100) is formed protruding from the outer surface of the locking jig (4000) and is coupled to the locking jig handle groove (3400). Since the locking jig handle groove (3400) to which the locking jig handle (4100) is coupled is formed by penetrating the locking jig receiving portion (3300), the locking jig handle (4100) is exposed to the outside of the locking jig receiving portion (3300). That is, the locking jig handle (4100) can be contacted from the outside of the body jig (3000). Therefore, the operator can contact the locking jig handle (4100) and, through this, push or pull the locking jig handle (4100) to manipulate the position of the locking jig (4000). More preferably, the locking jig handle (4100) may further include an uneven surface. The uneven surface is formed on the surface of the locking jig handle (4100), and the recesses and protrusions are formed alternately so that when a worker operates the locking jig handle (4100), the frictional force is increased, allowing the locking jig handle (4100) to be operated more easily.

[0052] The locking jig guide projection (4200) is formed by protruding from the outer surface of the locking jig (4000) and is a part that is inserted into the locking jig guide rail (3600). Since the locking jig (4000) moves while the locking jig guide projection (4200) is inserted into the locking jig guide rail (3600), the locking jig (4000) moves along the longitudinal direction of the body jig (3000).

[0053] The locking jig fixing projection (4300) is formed by protruding from one end of the locking jig guide projection (4200) and engages with the locking jig rail projection (3700). Accordingly, when the locking jig (4000) moves along the longitudinal direction of the body jig (3000), at the moment the locking jig fixing projection (4300) engages with the locking jig rail projection (3700), the locking jig (4000) is fixed and does not move. Through this, the locking jig (4000) is fixed, and at least a part of the insertion bar fixing part (2100) is received within the locking jig (4000), so that the replacement jig (2000) is fixed without rotating.

[0054] Additionally, a seal insertion tool according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a fixing pin (5000). The fixing pin (5000) is coupled by simultaneously penetrating the replacement jig rotation axis (2300) and the replacement jig coupling groove (3200), thereby allowing the replacement jig (2000) to be more firmly coupled to the body jig (3000). It is preferable that the fixing pin (5000) be positioned on the upper and lower surfaces of the body jig (3000), respectively, so that the replacement jig (2000) and the body jig (3000) are coupled to each other in the up and down direction.

[0055] An embodiment of the present invention can be expected to have various effects including the following according to the above configuration. However, the present invention is not required to exhibit all of the following effects.

[0056] First, a seal insertion tool is equipped with seal insertion bars (1000) of various diameters, so that a seal can be inserted into wire insertion holes of various diameters with a single seal insertion tool.

[0057] In addition, since seal insertion bars (1000) of various diameters are attached to a single seal insertion tool, the seal insertion bars (1000) are easy to manage.

[0058] In addition, if the seal insertion bars (1000) are arranged in order of diameter, a seal insertion bar (1000) of the desired size can be found quickly.

[0059] In addition, the replacement jig (2000) can be fixed by the locking jig (4000) to improve the accuracy of the operation.

[0060] In addition, the position of the locking jig (4000) can be easily manipulated by the locking jig handle (4100).

[0061] In addition, the replacement jig (2000) can be fixed by means of the auxiliary fixing projection (2400) and the auxiliary fixing groove (3500) to improve the accuracy of the operation.

[0062] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all technical concepts of the present invention. Therefore, various equivalents and modifications that can replace them at the time of filing this application fall within the scope of protection of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
