[0022] They can communicate with each other through LTE networks, Local Area Networks (LAN), Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), the World Wide Web (WWW), and Wireless Fidelity (WiFi).

[0023] The user terminal (100) and external terminal (300) may be implemented in any form as long as they are devices capable of communicating with the outside and having computational functions. For example, they may be implemented as smartphones, smart pads, tablet PCs, desktops, laptops, PDAs, etc., but are not limited thereto.

[0024] The user terminal (100) is a terminal held by a user, for example, an elderly person or a guardian, and performs the function of transmitting requests for various services provided by the service server (200), and transmitting information about the elderly person's current status and personal information to the service server (200).

[0025] The service server (200) receives information about various nutritional supplements, information about the health status of each elderly person (e.g., health checkup history, health checkup result information, prescription information, etc.), and information about social workers or health experts from an external terminal (300), and performs the function of providing health-related services to the user terminal (100).

[0026] The external terminal (300) may be a terminal operated by a medical institution or welfare institution, or a terminal carried by each social worker, health professional, etc. The external terminal (300) may be replaced by a server, and the service server (200) performs the function of providing information necessary for service provision.

[0027] FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the detailed operation and internal configuration of a service server according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0028] Referring to FIG. 2, a service server (200) according to one embodiment may include a request receiving unit (210), a visit service providing unit (220), a subscription service providing unit (230), and a consultation service providing unit (240).

[0029] The request receiving unit (210), the visiting service providing unit (220), the subscription service providing unit (230), and the consultation service providing unit (240) may be program modules or hardware capable of communicating with external devices. Such program modules or hardware may be included in the service server (200) or other devices capable of communicating therewith in the form of an operating system, an application program module, and other program modules, and may be physically stored on various known storage devices. Meanwhile, such program modules or hardware include, but are not limited to, routines, subroutines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc., that perform specific tasks or execute specific abstract data types as described below according to the present invention.

[0030] The request receiving unit (210) can receive information about the service requester, such as personal details and current health status, along with a request for a desired service from the user terminal (100). Additionally, based on the said personal details, it can request an external terminal (300) to receive information about the user's health status, information about past medications, etc. From the user terminal (100), it can receive service requests for desired services, such as a nutritional supplement subscription service, a visiting care service, or a counseling service.

[0031] Additionally, the request receiving unit (210) transmits health-related survey question information to the user terminal (100) and receives each answer information for the questions received from the user terminal (100).

[0032] The visiting service provider (220) receives information about a professional capable of visiting care, such as a social worker, health professional, or medical professional, from an external terminal (300), and provides information about the professional available to the user terminal (100).

[0033] In addition, the visiting care service can be provided at a fixed interval, for example, every 15 days, every month, etc., and this interval may be automatically set by the visiting service provider (220) depending on the user's condition, or the user may set it directly.

[0034] The visiting service may include a rate plan selection process, and depending on the rate plan, a professional suitable for that rate plan may be selected from among professionals with different years of experience, or the visiting cycle may vary. Additionally, after using the visiting care service, the user may enter a review or rating for the visiting professional and send it to the service server (200).

[0035] In addition, according to one embodiment, information about nearby available visiting care professionals can be provided or recommended based on the location information of the user terminal (100).

[0036] The subscription service provider (230) performs the function of providing a nutritional supplement subscription service in response to a request from a user terminal (100). Nutritional supplement information can be received from an external terminal (300), and can recommend a nutritional supplement suitable for the user based on the user's age, current health status, and health checkup information. Additionally, it can recommend an appropriate nutritional supplement based on the answer information to a survey received from the user terminal (100).

[0037] A subscription service is a service that delivers the product to the user at regular intervals, for example, every month, allowing the user to receive various types of supplements together rather than just a single one.

[0038] The delivery cycle for the subscription service can be set differently depending on whether the in-home care service is used, the frequency of the in-home care service, and the frequency of the non-face-to-face consultation service.

[0039] According to one embodiment, the delivery cycle (T1) can be set according to the following mathematical formula.

[0040]

[0042] In the above mathematical formula, T O is the delivery cycle of the subscription service initially set by the user, T2 is the visit care service cycle of the user, M T2 is the average visit care service cycle of users of other services, T3 is the user's non-face-to-face consultation cycle, M T3 is the average non-face-to-face consultation cycle of users of other services. And, k is a constant.

[0043] In other words, the delivery cycle of a subscription service can be adjusted to be shorter as the cycle of other services (visit care service, non-face-to-face consultation service) becomes longer, and the cycle of other services can be defined as the user's average service cycle relative to the average service cycle of other users for the same service.

[0044] In this invention, since visiting care services, subscription services, and non-face-to-face consultation services are provided together and can be mutually complementary, the importance of the subscription service is reduced for users who primarily use visiting care services or non-face-to-face consultation services, and the delivery cycle is adjusted to be shorter accordingly.

[0045] The consultation service provider (240) provides information about medical institutions in adjacent areas or information about medical professionals available for consultation to the user terminal (100), and performs the function of providing a non-face-to-face consultation service with a specific medical professional in response to a request from the user terminal (100).

[0046] The user can select a specific expert from among experts in various fields for non-face-to-face consultation. Information that there is a consultation request is transmitted to the selected expert's terminal, i.e., the external terminal (300), and the consultation service can be conducted by communicating with the user terminal (100) through the external terminal (300). After the consultation, prescription information can be transmitted to the user terminal (100), and the user can receive a prescription for medicine at a pharmacy based on the said prescription information.

[0047] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as a customized service related to the health of the elderly, a visiting care service, a nutritional supplement recommendation and subscription service, and a non-face-to-face counseling service may be provided.

[0048] According to an embodiment of the present invention, by appropriately adjusting the delivery cycle of a nutritional supplement subscription service with reference to a different type of service cycle, wasted nutritional supplements can be minimized and the efficiency of the subscription service can be increased.

[0049] The foregoing description of the present invention is for illustrative purposes only, and those skilled in the art will understand that other specific forms can be easily modified without altering the technical spirit or essential features of the present invention. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. For example, each component described as a single unit may be implemented in a distributed manner, and components described as distributed may likewise be implemented in a combined form.

[0050] The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims set forth below, and all modifications or variations derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and equivalent concepts thereof should be interpreted as being included within the scope of the present invention.
