Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a grating equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen, and more specifically, to a grating equipped with an open frame, a handle integrally formed with the open frame, and a variable screen capable of adjusting the spacing, in order to provide functions such as preventing underwater sticking, non-entry, and non-contact maintenance. Background Technology

[0003] Conventional waterway screens have primarily utilized prefabricated grating systems, which are grid-shaped steel structures.

[0004] However, this grating method has a fatal drawback: due to its closed upper structure, if debris accumulates on the lower screen during heavy rainfall, water cannot drain smoothly and frequently causes overflow.

[0005] Furthermore, conventional grating methods present management difficulties, as it becomes virtually impossible to adjust the screen spacing to suit site conditions (e.g., the size of foreign objects such as convenience store plastic cups or fallen leaves) if the screen structure becomes fixed due to underwater sediment or various debris.

[0006] In addition, conventional grating methods required workers to directly enter the interior of the waterway, where water pressure is high and the flow velocity is fast, in order to clean or damage the screen. This poses a very high risk of leading to fatal accidents and serious injuries that threaten the lives of workers, especially during adverse weather conditions.

[0007] Accordingly, there is an urgent need to develop technology that prevents underwater adhesion while enabling precise adjustment of screen spacing, prevents overflow during heavy rain, and, above all, allows workers to safely manage the system from outside the waterway. Prior art literature

[0009] Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2481670 (Registered Dec. 22, 2022) Korean Published Patent Publication No. 10-2012-0059800 (Published June 11, 2012) The problem to be solved

[0010] Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a grating equipped with a safety handle-type threaded bolt variable screen capable of preventing underwater adhesion by providing an open frame so that when foreign substances such as vinyl or bags get caught in the screen area of the variable screen and block the flow of the open channel, the water inside the open channel does not overflow to the outside but passes through the grating and flows along the open channel.

[0011] In addition, the objective of the present invention is to provide a grating equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen that enables non-entry maintenance by providing a handle with an integrated open frame, so that the gap of the variable screen can be adjusted from outside the open channel without a worker entering the open channel during heavy rainfall.

[0012] The objective of the present invention is to provide a grating equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen that enables non-contact maintenance by implementing a comb system mechanism in which fasteners and variable screens are formed protrudingly to filter out foreign substances moving along with the flow of water in an open channel, thereby allowing a worker to lift foreign substances caught between the fasteners and variable screens from outside the open channel using means such as a rake.

[0013] However, the technical problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs from the description below. means of solving the problem

[0015] A grating equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned purpose comprises: a handle corresponding to the uppermost part of the grating so as to be grasped by a worker; a pair of handle posts extending vertically from the lower end of the handle; a rectangular open frame integrally formed with the lower end of the pair of handle posts; a variable frame forming a screen area through which water passes within the open channel through a bottom frame corresponding to the lower end of the grating and a pair of fasteners disposed on both sides of the bottom frame; and an iron piece for connecting the open frame and the pair of fasteners and connecting the pair of fasteners to the bottom frame; wherein the variable frame may include a plurality of variable screens with adjustable spacing located within the screen area to filter out foreign substances moving along with the water according to the flow of water within the open channel.

[0023] And the plurality of variable screens may include a second protrusion that is formed in the shape of a flat bar, similar to the first and second fasteners, and has a portion of the lower part protruding in a vertical direction.

[0024] In addition, the first and second fasteners and the plurality of variable screens can implement a comb system mechanism that allows the worker to lift the foreign material without interference from the floor frame by protruding toward the front side of the floor frame such that the first protrusion and the second protrusion come into contact with the front side of the floor frame. Effects of the invention

[0026] In this invention, by providing an open frame, when foreign substances such as vinyl or bags get caught in the screen area of a variable screen and block the flow of the open channel, the water inside the open channel does not overflow to the outside but passes through the grating and flows along the open channel, thereby preventing the grating from becoming stuck underwater.

[0039] Hereinafter, a grating (100) equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0041] 1) Installation method

[0042] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the usage state of a grating equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0043] Referring to FIG. 1, a grating (100) equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device for filtering foreign substances (e.g., fallen leaves, plastic bags, sacks, paper cups, etc.) that move along with water flowing along an open channel (10). It is a device made of a frame with a shape corresponding to the open channel (10) to filter foreign substances moving within the open channel (10), and can be installed in a form that is inserted into the interior of the open channel (10).

[0044] In one embodiment, the open channel (10) is composed of a bottom surface (11) and two side walls, one side wall (12) and the other side wall (13), so that the upper side is open as shown in FIG. 1.

[0045] That is, the grating (100) of the present invention preferably has a frame (130, 140) corresponding to the shape of the bottom surface (11), one side wall (12), and the other side wall (13) of the open waterway (10).

[0046] In addition, the grating (100) of the present invention can be fixed in position while inserted into the open channel (10) through a plurality of guide rods (20, 30, 40, 50) inserted into the open channel (10).

[0047] In one embodiment, a plurality of guide rods (20, 30, 40, 50) may each be made of a pipe-shaped rod having a rectangular cross-section and may be fixed vertically to both side walls (12, 13) forming an open channel (10) through a fixing bolt (not shown) not shown in the drawing.

[0048] Additionally, the plurality of guide rods (20, 30, 40, 50) may be composed of a first guide rod (20) positioned in front of the grating (100) with reference to FIG. 1 and arranged in close contact with one side wall (12), a second guide rod (30) positioned in front of the grating (100) and arranged in close contact with the other side wall (13), a third guide rod (40) positioned in rear of the grating (100) and arranged in close contact with one side wall (12), and a fourth guide rod (50) positioned in rear of the grating (100) and arranged in close contact with the other side wall (13).

[0049] And the first and second guide rods (20, 30) and the third and fourth guide rods (40, 50) can be spaced apart from each other and can be installed spaced apart by about 5 to 20 cm so that the grating (100) can be inserted into the space between them.

[0050] In one embodiment, the grating (100) is a device that enables precise spacing adjustment of the screen while preventing underwater adhesion, prevents overflow during heavy rain, and allows a worker to safely manage it outside the waterway. It may be equipped with components shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, which will be described later, to provide underwater adhesion prevention, non-entry, and non-contact maintenance functions.

[0052] 2) Components

[0053] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a grating equipped with a safety handle-type variable threaded bolt screen according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a grating equipped with a safety handle-type variable threaded bolt screen according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a plan view of a grating equipped with a safety handle-type variable threaded bolt screen according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0054] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a grating (100) equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a handle (110), a pair of handle posts (120a, 120b), an open frame (130), a variable frame (140), and iron pieces (150a, 150b).

[0055] In one embodiment, the handle (110) corresponds to the top of the grating (100) and may be a square pipe formed integrally with the handle post (120).

[0056] Additionally, the handle (110) may be a part that is held by a worker when replacement is required due to damage to the grating (100).

[0057] And the handle (110) may be a part that is held by a worker when it is necessary to adjust the spacing of the variable screen (143) of the variable frame (140) to facilitate the flow of water within the open waterway (10) when the water level of the open waterway (10) rises rapidly due to reasons such as heavy rain.

[0058] In one embodiment, the operator can move the grating (100) out of the open channel (10) by gripping the handle (110) and then perform replacement work on the grating (100) or adjustment of the gap of the variable screen (143), so that non-entry maintenance of the open channel (10) can be performed without entering the open channel (10).

[0059] In one embodiment, the handle posts (120a, 120b) are composed of a first handle post (120a) and a second handle post (120b) that protrude vertically from the bottom of the handle (110) and may be square pipes formed integrally with the open frame (130).

[0060] Additionally, as a pair of handle posts (120a, 120b) extend from the lower side of the handle (110), the height of the handle (110) is raised based on when the grating (100) is installed in the open channel (10).

[0061] In one embodiment, the worker (110) can move the grating (100) out of the open channel (10) by securely gripping the handle (110) through the handle posts (120a, 120b) without bending over at the waist.

[0062] In one embodiment, the open frame (130) may be a frame formed integrally with the bottom of a pair of handle posts (120a, 120b) so as to be positioned on the upper side of the variable frame (140).

[0063] Additionally, the open frame (130) may have an opening (131) formed therein to allow water within the open channel (10) to flow along the open channel (10) through the grating (100) without overflowing to the outside of the open channel (10) when the variable frame (140) is blocked by foreign matter.

[0064] And the open frame (130) is preferably a rectangular frame, as an opening (131) is formed to allow the flow of water to flow through a different path other than the variable screen (140) when the variable frame (140) is blocked by foreign matter.

[0065] This open frame (130) prevents water inside the open channel (10) from overflowing to the outside of the open channel (10) through the opening (131), thereby preventing the grating (100) from sticking underwater.

[0066] In one embodiment, the variable frame (140) may be a frame that contacts the bottom surface (11) and both side walls (12, 13) of the open channel (10) based on when the grating (100) is installed in the open channel (10) in order to guide the flow of water in the open channel (10) into an internal screen area.

[0067] At this time, the screen area of the variable frame (140) refers to an area for filtering out foreign substances that move along with the water in the open channel (10) without obstructing the flow of water in the open channel (10).

[0068] Additionally, the variable frame (140) may include a pair of fasteners (141a, 141b), a bottom frame (142), a plurality of variable screens (143), a plurality of threaded bolts (144), a plurality of nuts (145), and a plurality of bearings (146) to filter out foreign matter while in contact with the bottom surface (11) and both side walls (12, 13) of the open waterway (10).

[0069] In one embodiment, a pair of fasteners (141a, 141b) may be composed of a first fastener (141a) corresponding to one side of the variable frame (140) and a second fastener (141b) corresponding to the other side opposite to the one side of the variable frame (140).

[0070] Additionally, the first fastener (141a) and the second fastener (141b) can come into contact with both side walls (12, 13) of the open channel (10) when the grating (100) is installed in the open channel (10).

[0071] And the first fastener (141a) and the second fastener (141b) are located on the lower side of the open frame (130) and at the same time their lower ends may come into contact with the bottom frame (142), and are positioned close to the lower end of the open frame (130) but do not come into direct contact with the open frame (130).

[0072] At this time, the first fastener (141a) and the second fastener (141b) can be connected to the open frame (130) through a plurality of threaded bolts (144) and upper iron pieces (150a, 150b) to be described later, so that they are positioned close to the bottom of the open frame (130) without direct contact.

[0073] Additionally, the first fastener (141a) and the second fastener (141b) may each have through holes formed on the upper and lower sides so that a plurality of threaded bolts (144) can be arranged horizontally within the screen area, and may perform the function of a bracket that holds each threaded bolt (144) from both sides based on the through holes formed on the upper and lower sides.

[0074] And the first fastener (141a) and the second fastener (141b) may be in the form of flat iron having a thin, long rectangular cross-section, as shown in FIG. 3.

[0075] Additionally, the first fastener (141a) and the second fastener (141b) are formed in the shape of a flat bar, and may be provided with a first protrusion (1410) in which a portion of the lower part protrudes in a vertical direction.

[0076] Referring to FIG. 4, the first protrusion (1410) is preferably composed of a plurality of first protrusions (1410a, 1410b) in the same manner as the first fastener (141a, 141b) is composed of a pair of fasteners (141a, 141b) and a second fastener (141b), and each first protrusion (1410a, 1410b) can come into contact with the front side of the bottom frame (142) as shown in FIG. 2 as it protrudes in a vertical direction.

[0077] In one embodiment, the first fastener (141a) and the second fastener (141b) are preferably protruded forward of the floor frame (142) by a predetermined length (e.g., 10 mm) so that the first protrusion (1410a, 1410b) can come into contact with the front side of the floor frame (142), thereby allowing the first protrusion (1410a, 1410b) to be in close contact with the front side of the floor frame (142).

[0078] In one embodiment, the bottom frame (142) corresponds to the lower part of the screen area, which is the lowest part of the grating (100), and may be a square pipe whose bottom is in contact with the bottom surface (11) of the open waterway (10).

[0079] Additionally, the bottom frame (142) can be connected to the first fastener (141a) and the second fastener (141b) through the lower iron piece (150b, 150b') to be described later.

[0080] In one embodiment, a plurality of variable screens (143) may be located inside the screen area to filter out foreign substances that move along with the water as the water flows within the open channel (10).

[0081] The number of such multiple variable screens (143) is not limited, but in one embodiment, the description will be made under the assumption that the first to fourth variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) are configured.

[0082] In one embodiment, a plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) can be moved horizontally along a plurality of computer bolts (144), and the spacing can be adjusted through horizontal movement.

[0083] It is desirable that the spacing of each variable screen (143) of these multiple variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) be adjusted to filter out foreign substances according to the site conditions where the open waterway (10) is located.

[0084] Additionally, a plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) are positioned on the lower side of the open frame (130) and at the same time, their lower ends may come into contact with the bottom frame (142). They are positioned close to the bottom of the open frame (130) but do not come into direct contact with the bottom of the open frame (130) through the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the upper iron piece (150a, 150a').

[0085] This is because it is impossible to adjust the spacing when multiple variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) come into contact with the bottom of the open frame (130).

[0086] And a plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) may each have through holes formed on the upper and lower sides so that a plurality of computer bolts (144) can be arranged horizontally within the screen area.

[0087] At this time, it is preferable that the upper through hole and lower through hole formed in the plurality of variable screens (143) are parallel in the horizontal direction to the upper through hole and lower through hole formed in the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b), respectively, so that the plurality of threaded bolts (144) can be arranged in the horizontal direction.

[0088] Additionally, the upper through holes of the plurality of variable screens (143, 143b, 143c, 143d) can be perforated in a "U" shape with the upper side open as shown in FIG. 3, and the lower through holes can be perforated in a "⊂" shape with the rear side open relative to the direction in which water passes as shown in FIG. 3.

[0089] That is, the upper through-holes and lower through-holes of the plurality of variable screens (143, 143b, 143c, 143d) can be formed on the variable screen (143) in different shapes.

[0090] Through this, the multiple variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) can be easily detached from the threaded bolt (144) based on a method in which, when the nut compression is released, the threaded bolt (144) penetrating at least one of the upper and lower through holes is detached through the open part, and the remaining threaded bolt (144) penetrating the remaining through hole is detached through the open part, and the gap adjustment process can be easily carried out based on this detachment method.

[0091] It is preferable for the worker to adjust the spacing of these multiple variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) according to the site conditions, and more preferably, for the worker to adjust the spacing of the multiple variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) according to the position of the open waterway (10).

[0092] As a specific example, the spacing of each variable screen (143) can be adjusted by an operator so that a plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) can filter out convenience store ice cups (e.g., plastic material with a diameter of about 75 mm) that are frequently used in the summer, based on the case where the grating (100) is installed in an open waterway (10) around the city.

[0093] As another specific example, the spacing of each variable screen (143) can be adjusted by a worker so that a plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) can filter out fallen leaves (e.g., width or width of about 35 mm) based on the case where the grating (100) is installed in an open waterway (10) around the mountainous area.

[0094] And the plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) may be in the form of flat bars having a thin and long rectangular cross-section as shown in FIG. 3, and preferably may be in the same form as the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b).

[0095] Additionally, a plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) are formed in the shape of a flat bar, and may be provided with a second protrusion (1430) in which a portion of the lower part protrudes in a vertical direction.

[0096] Referring to FIG. 4, the second protrusion (1430) is preferably composed of a plurality of second protrusions (1430a, 1430b, 1430c, 1430d) as the variable screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) is provided in a plurality, and each second protrusion (1430a, 1430b, 1430c, 1430d) can come into contact with the front side of the bottom frame (142) as shown in FIG. 2 as it protrudes in a vertical direction.

[0097] In one embodiment, a plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) are preferably protruded toward the front side of the floor frame (142) by a predetermined length (e.g., 10 mm) equal to that of the fasteners (141a, 141b) so that the second protrusions (1430a, 1430b, 1430c, 1430d) can come into contact with the front side of the floor frame (142), thereby allowing the second protrusions (1430a, 1430b, 1430c, 1430d) to be in close contact with the front side of the floor frame (142).

[0098] Meanwhile, the grating (100) of the present invention can implement a comb system mechanism in which the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) protrude relatively forward relative to the bottom frame (142) so that the first protrusion (1410) and the second protrusion (1430) are in close contact with the front side of the bottom frame (142), respectively.

[0099] Here, the term "comb system mechanism" refers to a mechanism for non-contact maintenance that allows a worker to lift (or remove) foreign matter caught between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the variable screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) from outside the open channel (10) using means such as a rake.

[0100] In one embodiment, the operator can lift foreign matter caught between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the variable screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) from outside the open channel (10) using means such as a rake, combing without interference from the floor frame (142) through a comb system mechanism.

[0101] In one embodiment, a plurality of threaded bolts (144) may be composed of a first threaded bolt (144a) that penetrates horizontally through a through hole formed in each of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and a plurality of variable screens (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d), and a second threaded bolt (144b) that is positioned lower than the first threaded bolt (144a) in the screen area.

[0102] In one embodiment, the first threaded bolt (144a) and the second threaded bolt (144b) have threads formed on their outer surfaces to adjust the spacing of each variable screen (143), and a plurality of nuts (145) and bearings (146) can be passed through to fix the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the variable screen (143) and the spacing between each variable screen (143) based on nut compression without welding.

[0103] At this time, it is preferable that the first and second threaded bolts (144a, 144b) have threads formed on their outer surfaces so that each variable screen (143) can be adjusted in 1mm increments.

[0104] Additionally, the first threaded bolt (144a) can be inserted into the insertion hole of the upper iron piece (150a, 150a') while penetrating the upper through hole of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) so as to connect the open frame (130) and the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b).

[0105] And the second threaded bolt (144b) can be inserted into the insertion hole of the lower iron piece (150b, 150b') while penetrating the lower through hole of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) so that the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the bottom frame (142) are connected.

[0106] In one embodiment, the nut (145) may be composed of a plurality of first nuts (145a) penetrating a first threaded bolt (144a) and a plurality of second nuts (145b) penetrating a second threaded bolt (144b) to fix the gap between each variable screen (143), as shown in FIG. 3.

[0107] Additionally, a plurality of first nuts (145a) and second nuts (145b) can press both sides of each variable screen (143) while in close contact with the bearing (146) to fix the gap between each variable screen (143).

[0108] And the plurality of first nuts (145a) can not only fix the spacing of each variable screen (143), but also press the upper side of one side of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) facing the inner side of the screen area while in contact with the bearing (146) so that the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) are maintained in a state where they are in close contact with the upper iron piece (150a, 150a').

[0109] Additionally, the plurality of second nuts (145b) can not only fix the spacing of each variable screen (143), but also press the lower side of one side of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) facing the inner side of the screen area while in contact with the bearing (146) so that the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) are maintained in a state of close contact with the lower iron piece (150b, 150b').

[0110] These multiple first nuts (145a) and second nuts (145b) can fix the gap between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the variable screen (143) by compressing one side of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b).

[0111] In one embodiment, the bearing (146) may be composed of a plurality of first bearings (146a) penetrating a first threaded bolt (144a) and a plurality of second bearings (146b) penetrating a second threaded bolt (144b) to fix the spacing of each variable screen (143), as shown in FIG. 3.

[0112] Additionally, a plurality of first bearings (146a) and second bearings (146b) press against both sides of each variable screen (143) by means of a nut (145) to fix the spacing of each variable screen (143).

[0113] And the plurality of first bearings (146a) not only fix the spacing of each variable screen (143), but also press the upper side of one side of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) facing inward by means of a nut (145) so that the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) are maintained in a state where they are in close contact with the upper iron piece (150a, 150a').

[0114] In addition, the plurality of second bearings (146b) not only fix the spacing of each variable screen (143), but also press the lower part of one side of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) facing inward towards the screen area by means of a nut (145) so that the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) are maintained in a state where they are in close contact with the lower iron piece (150b, 150b').

[0115] These multiple first bearings (146a) and second bearings (146b) can fix the gap between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the variable screen (143) by compressing one side of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) by means of a nut (145).

[0116] In one embodiment, the upper iron piece (150a, 150a') may be composed of a first upper iron piece (150a) that is joined to one side of the open frame (130) through means such as welding, and a second upper iron piece (150a') that is joined to the other side of the open frame (130).

[0117] In one embodiment, the first upper iron piece (150a) may be in close contact with the other upper side of the first fastener (141a) facing outward from the screen area, and the second upper iron piece (150a') may be in close contact with the other upper side of the second fastener (141b) facing outward from the screen area.

[0118] Additionally, the first and second upper iron pieces (150a, 150a') may have insertion holes formed therein into which both ends of the first threaded bolt (144a) that penetrates the upper through holes of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) are inserted.

[0119] At this time, the insertion opening formed in the first and second upper iron pieces (150a, 150a') is preferably parallel in the horizontal direction to the upper through-holes of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and each variable screen (143) so that the first threaded bolt (144a) can be arranged in the horizontal direction.

[0120] And when both ends of the first threaded bolt (144a) are inserted into the insertion holes of the first and second upper iron pieces (150a, 150a'), the open frame (130) and the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) are connected.

[0121] In one embodiment, the lower iron piece (150b, 150b') may be composed of a first lower iron piece (150b) that is joined to one side of the floor frame (142) through means such as welding, and a second lower iron piece (150b') that is joined to the other side of the floor frame (142).

[0125] And when both ends of the second threaded bolt (144b) are inserted into the insertion holes of the first and second lower iron pieces (150b, 150b'), the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the bottom frame (142) are connected.

[0127] 3) Operation mode (interval adjustment)

[0128] FIGS. 5 to 7 are drawings for explaining the operation of a grating equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0129] Referring to FIG. 5, the grating (100) has a plurality of nuts (145) each pressing adjacent bearings (146), and the plurality of bearings (146) pressing first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and a plurality of variable screens (143), so that the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the plurality of variable screens (143) and the spacing between each variable screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) can be fixed.

[0130] In one embodiment, the grating (100) is installed in an open channel (10) with the spacing fixed in this way and can filter out foreign substances moving along with the water in the open channel (10).

[0131] Additionally, the grating (100) can be moved out of the open channel (10) by a worker located outside the open channel (10) grasping the handle (110).

[0132] Referring to FIG. 6, the grating (100) can be fixed by compressing the nut (145) and bearing (146) after at least one of the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the plurality of separate screens (143) and the spacing between each separate screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) is adjusted by releasing the compression state of the nut (145) and bearing (146) by an operator.

[0133] At this time, the worker can adjust the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the multiple individual screens (143) and the spacing between each individual screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) according to the field conditions of the open waterway (10).

[0134] In addition, it is preferable that the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the plurality of individual screens (143), and the spacing between each individual screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d), be adjusted inversely proportional to each other.

[0135] This is because when the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the multiple individual screens (143) increases, the spacing between each individual screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) located between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) on the screen area of the variable frame (140) is inevitably narrowed.

[0136] Referring to FIG. 7, when the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the plurality of individual screens (143) is reduced, the spacing of each individual screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) may be increased.

[0137] Meanwhile, the multiple individual screens (143) can be adjusted by an operator so that the spacing between each individual screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) is equal, or they can be adjusted differently according to the flow of water that varies depending on the shape of the open channel (10).

[0138] At this time, the multiple separate screens (143) can provide the operator with a structure that preferentially filters out different foreign substances when the spacing between each separate screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) is adjusted differently.

[0139] As a specific example, when the spacing between each variable screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d) of the plurality of variable screens (143) is adjusted differently, the section between the first fastener (141a) and the first variable screen (143a) that is in close contact with one side wall (12) of the open channel (10) within the screen area can filter out fine floating matter moving along with the water along the one side wall (12) of the open channel (10), the section between the second to fourth variable screens (143b, 143c, 143d) can filter out large foreign matter such as paper cups moving along with the water in the open channel (10), and the section between the second fastener (141b) and the fourth variable screen (143d) that is in close contact with the other side wall (13) of the open channel (10) of the open channel (10) It is possible to filter out fallen leaves that move along the other side wall (13) with water.

[0140] Additionally, the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the plurality of individual screens (143), and the spacing between each individual screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d), is not limited to being adjusted and fixed by an operator, and the spacing may be adjusted and fixed remotely through an electric means of a motor (not shown). In this case, the spacing between the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the plurality of individual screens (143), and the spacing between each individual screen (143a, 143b, 143c, 143d), may be adjusted and fixed not only outside the open channel (10) but also inside the open channel (10).

[0142] 4) Relationships between components

[0143] FIG. 8 is a drawing for explaining the relationship between the components of a grating equipped with a safety handle-type computer bolt variable screen according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0144] The grating (100) of the present invention may have a relationship between the length (or width) and width (or height) of the components described above.

[0145] First, the handle (110) can be manufactured so that its horizontal length (A) is equal to the horizontal length (B) of the floor frame (142).

[0146] Additionally, the length (C) from one side of the first handle column (120a) to one end of the handle (110), the length (D) from the first handle column (120a) to one side of the second handle column (120b), and the length (E) from the other side of the second handle column (120a) to the other end of the handle (110) can be manufactured to be equal.

[0147] And the length (A) of the handle (110) may be the same as the lengths (C, D, E) of the first and second handle pillars (120a, 120b) described above, and accordingly, the length (A) of the handle (110) may have a 3:1 ratio with respect to the length of at least one of the lengths (C, D, E) of the first and second handle pillars (120a, 120b) described above.

[0148] Additionally, the width (F) of the open frame (130) can be manufactured to be smaller compared to the lengths (C, D, E) of the first and second handle posts (120a, 120b) so that the open frame (130) is implemented as a rectangular frame.

[0149] And the width (G) of the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the plurality of variable screens (143) can be manufactured to be larger than the width (F) of the open frame (130), and at the same time, can be manufactured to be larger than the width (H) of the handle pillars (120a, 120b).

[0150] That is, the handle pillars (120a, 120b) can be manufactured to be smaller than the first and second fasteners (141a, 141b) and the plurality of variable screens (143).

[0152] Effects according to the present invention

[0153] In the present invention, by providing an open frame (130), when foreign substances such as vinyl or bags get caught in the screen area of the variable screen (140) and block the flow of the open channel (10), the water inside the open channel (10) does not overflow to the outside but passes through the grating (100) and flows along the open channel (10), thereby preventing the grating (100) from becoming stuck underwater.

[0154] In addition, the present invention is equipped with a handle (110) having an integrated open frame (130), so that during heavy rain, a worker can operate the variable screen (140) from outside the open waterway (10) without entering the open waterway, thereby enabling non-entry maintenance of the grating (100).

[0155] In addition, the present invention implements a comb system mechanism in which fasteners (141a, 141b) and a variable screen (143) are formed protrudingly to filter out foreign substances moving along with the flow of water in an open channel (10), thereby enabling non-contact maintenance in which a worker can lift foreign substances caught between the fasteners (141a, 141b) and the variable screen (143) from outside the open channel (10) using means such as a rake.
