Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device, and more specifically, to a multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device that can improve deodorizing performance by improving the mixing ratio of the chemical solution and the odor gas using an eductor nozzle and a static mixer. Background Technology
[0002] A general chemical scrubbing deodorizer treats malodorous gases by bringing them into contact with a chemical solution using a packed tower or falling film structure. For example, Korean Patent No. 10-0820845 (April 2, 2008) discloses a two-liquid simultaneous scrubbing deodorizer tower.
[0003] However, in the conventional method described above, there is a problem where the differential pressure increases due to the structure in which the liquid is dropped because the means for supplying the liquid is arranged vertically. Additionally, general spray nozzles have the problem of clogging caused by liquid sediment or foreign substances during long-term use, and there are issues such as low deodorization efficiency due to the liquid not being uniformly misted or insufficient mixing of gas and liquid, as well as the disadvantage of requiring periodic replacement due to contamination of materials such as packing fillers. Prior art literature
[0004] Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0820845 (April 2, 2008) The problem to be solved
[0005] The present invention was devised to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and aims to provide a multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorization device capable of improving deodorization performance by improving the mixing ratio of the chemical solution and the odor gas using an inductor nozzle and a static mix.
[0006] The problems that the present invention aims to solve are not limited to those mentioned above, and other problems that the present invention aims to solve that are not mentioned herein will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs from the description below. means of solving the problem
[0007] A multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a chamber portion forming a space for deodorizing malodorous gas into which a chemical liquid is sprayed, and a chemical liquid supply portion supplying a chemical liquid into the chamber portion. The chemical liquid supply portion is characterized by including an inductor nozzle that self-inhales and mixes malodorous gas by forming a negative pressure through high-speed spraying of the chemical liquid toward one side of the chamber portion.
[0008] In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the chamber portion comprises a plurality of element members provided inside the chamber portion to induce a vortex; a static mix portion that varies the flow of fluid and mixes the chemical liquid and the odor gas by intersecting the fluid flow path, and the inductor nozzle is characterized by improving the mixing rate of the chemical liquid and the odor gas by spraying the mixture into the static mix portion.
[0009] In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the static mix section is arranged in multiple stages spaced apart from each other based on the flow direction of the malodorous gas, and the inductor nozzle is configured in multiple numbers so that the mixed liquid is sprayed into each of the multiple static mix sections.
[0010] In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the chamber part comprises a storage part provided at the bottom of the chamber part for storing a liquid medicine, a gas-water separation part for removing mist on the mixed liquid that has passed through the static mix part, and a demist part for removing mist on the mixed liquid that has passed through the gas-water separation part again, and is characterized in that at least a portion of the static mix part provided at the bottom of the plurality of static mix parts is installed to be in contact with the storage part.
[0011] In addition, the chamber portion according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes an inlet provided at the upper part of the chamber portion to allow malodorous gas to flow downward, and is characterized in that the flow direction of the malodorous gas flowing into the chamber portion and the sprayed chemical liquid are formed to be the same to minimize differential pressure. Effects of the invention
[0012] By means of solving the above problem, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorization device of the present invention is effective in providing a multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorization device capable of improving deodorization performance by improving the mixing ratio of the chemical solution and the odor gas using an eductor nozzle and a static mix.
[0013] In addition, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention has the advantage of not clogging the nozzle by using an eductor nozzle. Specifically, while the diameter of conventional general spray nozzles is 1 to 2 mm, the eductor nozzle of the present invention prevents the risk of clogging caused by precipitates with a particle size of 5 mm or more, and has the advantage of a self-cleaning effect in which the high-speed chemical flow forms a boundary layer on the inner wall of the nozzle to prevent precipitates from adhering to the inner wall, that is, the ability to self-clean crystals (e.g., ammonium sulfate salts, etc.) generated during the neutralization reaction process.
[0014] In addition, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention has the advantage of high treatment efficiency by increasing the contact cross-sectional area with the odor gas by inhaling the malodorous gas inhaled into the chamber when spraying the chemical through the inductor nozzle and spraying it together with the chemical, thereby turning the chemical liquid into a mist and spraying it as a static mix.
[0015] In addition, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention has the advantage of not requiring replacement because it does not use foilling, as it mixes odor gas and chemical liquid using a static mix.
[0016] In addition, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention has the advantage of requiring less power because the differential pressure of the blower is low, as the chemical spraying direction and the odor gas flow in the same direction (forward direction).
[0017] In addition, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention has the advantage of being able to selectively remove odors of various properties (acidic, basic, neutral) by using different chemical solutions in each stage.
[0018] The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and effects of the present invention not mentioned herein will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs from the description below. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0021] The terms used in this invention have been selected based on currently widely used general terms while considering their functions within the invention; however, these terms may vary depending on the intent of those skilled in the art, case law, the emergence of new technologies, etc. Therefore, the terms used in this invention should be defined not merely by their names, but based on their meanings and the overall context of the invention.
[0022] When a part of a specification is described as “comprising” a certain component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components.
[0023] Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement them. However, the present invention may be embodied in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.
[0024] Specific details regarding the problem to be solved by the present invention, the means for solving the problem, and the effects of the invention are included in the embodiments and drawings described below. The advantages and features of the present invention, and the methods for achieving them, will become clear by referring to the embodiments described below in detail together with the accompanying drawings.
[0025] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0026] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a chamber section (100) that forms a space for deodorizing malodorous gas that is sprayed and introduced with a chemical liquid, and a chemical liquid supply section (200) that supplies a chemical liquid into the chamber section (100).
[0027] First, the chamber section (100) is provided. The chamber section (100) forms a space into which malodorous gas is supplied, and which cleans and deodorizes the malodorous gas based on the chemical solution supplied by the chemical solution supply section (200). More specifically, the interior of the chamber section (100) is divided by a plurality of partitions into, for example, a first area (101), a second area (102), a third area (103), a fourth area (104), a fifth area (105), and a sixth area (106). Thus, the interior space of the chamber section (100) is divided into the first area (101) to the sixth area (106). The reason for forming it in multiple stages in this way is to enable selective removal in stages, as in the case of complex malodors mixed with acidic and alkaline gases, treatment is impossible in a single process.
[0028] And, the lower part of the first region (101) and the lower part of the second region (102) are connected, the upper part of the second region (102) and the upper part of the third region (103) are connected, the lower part of the third region (103) and the lower part of the fourth region (104) are connected, the upper part of the fourth region (104) is connected to the upper part of the fifth region (105), and the lower part of the fifth region (105) is connected to the lower part of the sixth region (106), so that the fluid within the chamber (100) flows alternately in a zigzag shape.
[0029] Additionally, the chamber section (100) includes a static mix section (110) provided inside the chamber section (100) to induce a vortex, a storage section (120) provided at the bottom of the chamber section (100) to store a liquid medicine, a gas-water separation section (130) to remove mist on the mixed liquid that has passed through the static mix section (110), a demist section (140) to remove mist on the mixed liquid that has passed through the gas-water separation section (130) again, an inlet (150) provided at the upper side of one side of the chamber section (100) to allow malodorous gas to flow downward into the interior of the chamber section (100), and an outlet (160) provided at the upper side of the other side of the chamber section (100) to allow gas that has been cleaned and deodorized to flow upward to the outside of the chamber section (100). Additionally, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention further includes a blower (not shown in the drawing) connected to the inlet (150) to provide driving force so that malodorous gas is introduced into the interior of the chamber (100) through the inlet (150) and gas that has been deodorized by the chemical solution is discharged to the outside of the chamber (200) through the outlet (160).
[0030] Here, the static mix section (110) refers to a static mixer (stationary mixer) and means a device inserted into a housing or pipeline for the purpose of manipulating the flow to split, recombine, accelerate / decelerate, diffuse, vortex, or form layers when the fluid flow passes through the mixer. That is, by providing the static mix section (110), it is a device that mixes fluids through an internal fixed element member (vortex induction plate) to be described later without a driving unit (motor, etc.), and has the advantage of maximizing deodorization efficiency by strongly mixing the mixed liquid sprayed from the eductor nozzle (230) to be described later once again. In other words, the static mix section (110) is provided inside the chamber section (100) and serves to maximize the mixing rate by having a plurality of element members (113) to be described later that induce vortices arranged cross-ly on the flow path to split, recombine, diffuse, and vortex the fluid, thereby mixing the chemical liquid and the malodorous gas.
[0031] Furthermore, the gas-water separation unit (130) is a gas-water separation device that changes the direction of gas flow or reduces the speed to induce liquid droplets (chemical liquid) to collide with the surface, aggregate, and fall due to gravity. Additionally, the demister unit (140) is a demister that removes liquid droplets or mist from the gas flow and performs the role of fine mist separation.
[0032] In addition, the storage unit (120) includes a first storage unit (121) in which an acidic chemical solution is stored, a second storage unit (122) in which an alkaline chemical solution is stored, and a third storage unit (123) in which a neutral chemical solution is stored. For example, the acidic chemical solution may contain 1% to 5% sulfuric acid (H2SO4), and the alkaline chemical solution may contain 3% to 10% caustic soda (NaOH). Here, the first storage unit (121), the second storage unit (122), and the third storage unit (123) are each partitioned by a partition wall to store the chemical solution independently. Additionally, the storage unit (120) includes three overflow pipes (124) provided in the first storage unit (121), the second storage unit (122), and the third storage unit (123) respectively to recover the liquid exceeding the water level, and a storage partition plate (125) that divides the first storage unit (121), the second storage unit (122), and the third storage unit (123) into an upper area and a lower area. Here, the three overflow pipes (124) connect the upper area and the lower area of each of the first storage unit (121), the second storage unit (122), and the third storage unit (123), so that the liquid exceeding the preset water level flows from the upper area to the lower area.
[0033] Next, the above-mentioned liquid supply unit (200) is provided. The above-mentioned liquid supply unit (200) serves to supply liquid to the above-mentioned static mix unit (110). More specifically, the above-mentioned liquid supply unit (200) includes a liquid pump (210) provided on one side of the storage unit (120) to provide driving force to transport the liquid stored in the storage unit (120), a liquid supply pipe (220) connected to the above-mentioned liquid pump (210) to allow the liquid to be transported toward the static mix unit (110), and an eductor nozzle (230) provided on one side of the liquid supply pipe (220) to spray the liquid toward one side of the chamber unit (100), and to gradually increase the flow velocity of the liquid so that a mixture of nearby malodorous gas is introduced and mixed with the liquid is sprayed. At this time, the above liquid supply pipe (220) is provided with a manifold having a passage formed inside that serves as a pipe and a connection port on the outside to communicate with the above inductor nozzle (230).
[0034] Here, the chemical pumps (210) are of the same number, each provided in the first storage unit (121), the second storage unit (122), and the third storage unit (123), and serve to flow the respective chemical liquids toward the eductor nozzle (230). The chemical liquid supply pipe (220) is connected to the chemical pumps (210) and is a pipe extending toward the static mix unit (110), thereby supplying the chemical liquid to the eductor nozzle (230) installed on one side of the chemical liquid supply pipe (220).
[0035] And, referring to FIG. 3, the eductor nozzle (230) serves to self-inhale and mix malodorous gas by forming negative pressure through high-speed injection of the liquid to one side of the chamber (100). Specifically, the eductor nozzle (230) includes a liquid flow path (231) through which the liquid flows in a form in which the diameter gradually decreases as it moves downward, a malodorous gas inlet (232) provided radially at the end of the liquid flow path (231) to allow malodorous gas to flow in as low pressure is formed by the high-speed liquid passing through the liquid flow path (231), and a mixed liquid injection path (233) provided at the bottom of the liquid flow path (231) through which a mixed liquid containing the liquid and malodorous gas flows. In addition, the static mixer unit (110) is provided directly below the eductor nozzle (230), and the eductor nozzle (230) has the advantage of improving the mixing ratio of the chemical liquid and the odor gas by spraying the mixture into the static mixer unit (110). In addition, the eductor nozzle (230) has the advantage of using the low pressure generated when spraying the chemical liquid at high speed to suck in the surrounding odor gas, thereby allowing the gas and the chemical liquid to be mixed and sprayed first inside the nozzle, and unlike a general nozzle, the hole is large so that it does not get clogged by foreign substances.
[0036] And, referring to FIG. 4, the static mix section (110) comprises two partition plates (111) arranged spaced apart from each other and partitioning the chamber section (100) in a direction perpendicular to the partition wall of the chamber section (100), a plurality of mix pipes (112) communicating between the two partition plates (111), and a plurality of element members (113) each provided inside the plurality of mix pipes (112) to induce a vortex. More specifically, the liquid supply pipe (220) is branched and provided on the upper part of the partition plate (111) which is provided relatively higher, and the eductor nozzle (230) is provided on the upper part of the plurality of mix pipes (112). Accordingly, the mixed liquid sprayed through the eductor nozzle (230) flows into the interior of the mix pipe (112). For example, the mixing tube (112) is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the plurality of mixing tubes (112) can be arranged spaced apart from each other in a grid shape.
[0037] And, referring to FIG. 5, the plurality of element members (113) are provided inside the mixing pipe (112) and serve to turbulently mix liquid passing through the mixing pipe (112). More specifically, referring to FIG. 5 (a), the element member (113) includes a semicircular plate (113-4) formed to have a semicircular cross-section, a first groove (113-1) provided on the lower surface of the semicircular plate (113-4), a second groove (113-2) provided on the lower surface of the semicircular plate (113-4) spaced apart from the first groove (113-1), and a third groove (113-3) provided on the lower surface of the semicircular plate (113-4) spaced apart from the second groove (113-2). Accordingly, the semicircular plate (113-4) and the adjacent semicircular plate (113-4) are combined with any one of the first groove (113-1), the second groove (113-2), and the third groove (113-3), thereby allowing the plurality of element members (113) to be combined with each other and the overall shape to be varied, so that the flow path of the mixed liquid passing through the mix pipe (112) can be varied. For example, referring to FIG. 5 (b), the semicircular plate (113-4) is inserted into the first groove (113-1) and the third groove (113-3) respectively and combined with the element member (113) adjacent to the element member (113), so that the plurality of element members (113) are arranged in a zigzag shape inside the mix pipe (112) overall, thereby inducing turbulence while minimizing differential pressure. Additionally, referring to Fig. 5 (c), a plurality of element members (113) adjacent to the element member (113) are each coupled to the first groove (113-1), second groove (113-2), and third groove (113-3) to form a more complex flow path, thereby making the mixed liquid passing through the mix pipe (112) more turbulent and improving the mixing rate.In addition, since the differential pressure can be adjusted according to the angle or method in which the plurality of element members (113) are combined, there is an advantage that assembly changes are possible, such as assembling the plurality of element members (113) mainly for mixing when there is a high concentration of odor, and mainly for low differential pressure when there is a low concentration.
[0038] In addition, the static mix section (110) is arranged in multiple stages spaced apart from each other based on the flow direction of the odorous gas, and the inductor nozzle (230) is also provided in multiple stages at the upper portion of each of the multiple static mix sections (110) corresponding to the multiple static mix sections (110) so that the mixed liquid is sprayed into each of the multiple static mix sections (110). For example, the static mix section (110) includes a first stage static mix section (110-1) and a second stage static mix section (110-2) provided spaced downward from the first stage static mix section (110-2). That is, the odorous gas that has passed through the first stage static mix section (110-1) is fed back into the second stage static mix section (110-2) so that chemical cleaning can be performed in multiple stages.
[0039] Here, at least a portion of the static mix section (110) provided at the bottom of the plurality of static mix sections (110) is installed to be in contact with the storage section (120). For example, the lower end of the 2nd stage static mix section mixing pipe (112-2) of the 2nd stage static mix section (110-2) provided at a relatively lower position is immersed in the medicinal liquid stored in the storage section (120), and the mixed liquid passing through the 2nd stage static mix section mixing pipe (112-2) flows toward the gas-water separation section (130) after being immersed in the medicinal liquid stored in the storage section (120). In addition, the liquid that has passed through the first stage static mix section (110-1) is temporarily accumulated in the upper partition plate (111-2) of the second stage static mix section (110-2), and as the liquid is sprayed by the eductor nozzle (230) provided at the top of the second stage static mix section (110-2), the accumulated liquid can be scattered and mixed again with the odor gas.
[0040] On the other hand, the first stage static mix section (110-1) and the second stage static mix section (110-2) are arranged alternately with respect to the flow direction of the odorous gas, so that the flow direction of the odorous gas passing through the mix pipe (112) of the first stage static mix section (110-1) can be varied. That is, the odorous gas passing through the mix pipe (112) of the first stage static mix section (110-1) flows directly downward and does not flow to the eductor nozzle (230) installed on the upper part of the second stage static mix section (110-2), but rather interferes with the upper partition plate (111) of the second stage static mix section (110-2) and becomes turbulent. In addition, the two-stage static mix section (110-2) is arranged offset in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the one-stage static mix section (110-1), thereby improving the mixing rate between the chemical liquid scattered on the upper partition plate (111) of the two-stage static mix section (110-2) and the odor gas passing through the mix pipe (112) of the one-stage static mix section (110-1).
[0041] Hereinafter, the operation sequence of the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorization device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0042] Referring to FIG. 6, for example, in the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention, the first area (101), the third area (103), and the fifth area (105) that partition the chamber section (100) each have the first stage static mix section (110-1) and the second stage static mix section (110-2) arranged in a line spaced apart at predetermined intervals, and the second area (102), the fourth area (104), and the sixth area (106) each have the gas-water separation section (130) and the demist section (140). Additionally, the first storage unit (121) and the overflow pipe (124) are provided on the lower side of the first area (101) and the second area (102), the second storage unit (122) and the overflow pipe (124) are provided on the lower side of the third area (103) and the fourth area (104), and the third storage unit (123) and the overflow pipe (124) are provided in the fifth area (105) and the sixth area (106), respectively. Likewise, in the first stage static mix unit (110-1) and the second stage static mix unit (110-2), the plurality of eductor nozzles (230) are each placed on the upper side of each mix pipe (112) to spray the liquid downward. In other words, since the flow direction of the odor gas entering the chamber (100) through the inlet (150) and the chemical liquid sprayed by the chemical liquid supply unit (200) are formed in the same downward direction, there is an advantage in that the differential pressure can be minimized. That is, since the incoming odor gas and chemical liquid flow in the same direction (forward direction), the differential pressure and power loss are minimized, which is advantageous for handling large volumes of air. In addition, since periodic replacement due to contamination of the poles is not required, there is an advantage in that the replacement cost of the poles can be reduced.
[0043] In the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention configured as described above, the upper part of the first region (101) is connected to the inlet (150) so that malodorous gas is introduced into the interior of the chamber section (100). The introduced malodorous gas is prevented from leaking by the partition wall and the partition plate (111), and is primarily mixed with the chemical liquid by the inductor nozzle (230) and sprayed into the interior of the first stage static mix section (110-1). Subsequently, the primary mixed liquid introduced into the interior of the mix pipe (112-1) of the first stage static mix section (110-1) passes through the mix pipe (112-1) of the first stage static mix section, becomes turbulent by the plurality of element members (113), is secondarily mixed with the chemical liquid, and descends. Subsequently, the descending secondary mixture is mixed tertiarily with the chemical liquid scattered on the upper surface of the partition plate (111) of the 2nd stage static mix section (110-2) and flows into the odor gas inlet (232) of the eductor nozzle (230). In addition, the tertiary mixture flowing into the interior of the eductor nozzle (230) is mixed quaternarily with the chemical liquid inside the eductor nozzle (230) and flows into the interior of the mix pipe (112-2) of the 2nd stage static mix section (110-2). Subsequently, the 4th mixture introduced into the mixing pipe (112-2) of the 2nd stage static mix section (110-2) is turbulently generated by the plurality of element members (113) as it passes through the 2nd stage static mix section mixing pipe (112-2), and is mixed with the chemical liquid in the 5th stage and descends. At this time, the end of the 2nd stage static mix section mixing pipe (112-2) is immersed in the chemical liquid in the 1st storage section (121), and the 5th mixture descending is mixed with the chemical liquid in the 1st storage section (121) in the 6th stage. Subsequently, the 6th mixture flows into the 2nd region (102) and rises, passing through the gas-water separation section (130) and the demist section (140) in sequence, and then flows into the 3rd region (103).Subsequently, the third area (103), fourth area (104), fifth area (105), and sixth area (106) repeat the deodorization process of the first area (101) and second area (102), and at this time, the chemical solution supplied to the first area (101), third area (103), and fifth area (105) is supplied differently from each other as an acidic chemical solution, an alkaline chemical solution, and a neutral chemical solution, respectively. In addition, the upper part of the sixth area (102) is connected to the outlet (160) so that the deodorized gas is discharged.
[0044] On the other hand, the multi-stage chemical scrubbing deodorization device of the present invention can variably configure the number of treatment stages according to the characteristics of the odorous gas. Here, the characteristics include the type, concentration, temperature, humidity, etc. of the odorous gas. That is, when the odorous gas is at a relatively low concentration, it is treated in one or two stages to improve efficiency.
[0045] More specifically, referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the chamber portion (100) further includes a through hole (100-1) provided in the partition wall of the chamber portion (100) and a detachable plate (100-2) that is attached to and detached from the through hole (100-1). That is, the through hole (100-1) is provided on one side of the partition wall to form a space through which fluid can pass and flow, and the detachable plate (100-2) is selectively attached to and detached from the through hole (100-1) as needed to prevent fluid from passing through and flowing through the through hole (100-1).
[0046] For example, the through hole (100-1) is provided in the upper partition wall of the third area (103) and the fourth area (104), and in the upper partition wall of the fifth area (105) and the sixth area (106), respectively. Here, referring to FIG. 7, the detachable plate (100-2) is installed only in the through hole (100-1) provided in the upper partition wall of the third area (103) and the fourth area (104), so the number of stages for treating odor gas can be set to two stages. In other words, as the detachable plate (100-2) is separated from the upper partition of the fifth area (105) and the sixth area (106), the malodorous gas introduced through the inlet (150) passes through the first area (101), the second area (102), the third area (103), and the fourth area (104), then passes through the penetration hole (100-1) and is discharged through the outlet (160).
[0047] Additionally, referring to FIG. 8, the penetration hole (100-1) is provided in the upper partition wall of the third area (103) and the fourth area (104), and in the upper partition wall of the fifth area (105) and the sixth area (106), respectively, and as the detachable plate (100-2) is separated, the number of treatment stages for the odor gas can be set to 1 stage. That is, the odor gas introduced through the inlet (150) passes through the first area (101) and the second area (102), then passes through the penetration hole (100-1) and is discharged through the outlet (160). Thus, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention has the advantage that a plurality of through holes (100-1) can be formed on a partition wall partitioning the chamber section (100), and the number of processing stages can be varied depending on whether a detachable plate (100-2) that shields the plurality of through holes (100-1) is installed.
[0048] As a result, the multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorizing device of the present invention has the advantage of improving deodorizing performance by improving the mixing ratio of the chemical solution and the odor gas using an eductor nozzle and a static mix.
[0049] As such, those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains will understand that the technical configuration of the present invention described above can be implemented in other specific forms without altering the technical concept or essential features of the present invention.
[0050] Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not limiting, and the scope of the invention is defined by the claims set forth below rather than by the detailed description above, and all modifications or variations derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and equivalent concepts thereof should be interpreted as being included within the scope of the invention.
[0051] The multi-stage chemical cleaning deodorization device of the present invention comprises a chamber section forming a space for deodorizing malodorous gas that is introduced by spraying a chemical liquid, and a chemical liquid supply section supplying a chemical liquid into the chamber section. The chemical liquid supply section includes a nozzle means for generating and spraying a mixed liquid by self-priming nearby malodorous gas through negative pressure formed by increasing the flow velocity of the chemical liquid. The chamber section is divided into multiple regions by internal partitions, and a deodorization module in which the nozzle means and a static mix section are combined is configured in a single stage or multiple stages in response to the characteristics (type, concentration, temperature, humidity) of the incoming malodorous gas. Additionally, the static mix section diversifies the flow path of the mixed liquid by varying the overall shape through which a plurality of element members are joined together by a plurality of grooves, and the method of joining the element members is adjusted according to the required deodorization efficiency and differential pressure.
