Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a ventilated seat, and more specifically, to a ventilated seat for infants that allows for a slim structure while significantly improving airflow and suppressing noise generation. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, because infants are not yet physically developed and find it difficult to walk independently, guardians use baby carriers when going out, and use strollers or vehicles for relatively long outings. In addition, it is common to use car seats for the safety of infants when traveling in strollers or vehicles.

[0004] These car seats are designed with a seat or backrest to ensure stable seating, and feature a separate belt to prevent falls. Typically, these car seats are filled with resilient and soft padding to provide comfort.

[0005] However, prolonged use of a car seat makes it difficult for the area in contact with the seat to receive continuous ventilation due to the infant's limited mobility, which irritates the delicate skin and consequently causes heat rash or chafing, posing a threat to the infant's skin health.

[0006] To address these issues, prior art documents disclose a ventilated seat for infants equipped with a detachable air purifier and blower. Accordingly, the prior art documents describe an air-cooled ventilated seat for infants that forcibly draws in clean outside air and forcibly discharges the drawn-in air to the infant's back or buttocks. The ventilated seat for infants is configured such that a storage portion for housing the blower is formed at the bottom of the seat plate, and a blower insertion hole is formed to expose the intake port of the blower to the outside so as to draw in outside air. A detachable blower is stored in the storage portion, and the blower is configured to prevent detachment by a locking means formed in the opening of the storage portion.

[0007] However, prior art literature focuses on the separation of the blower unit without considering the improvement of air output power, fails to recognize the issue of noise elimination in the design of the blower unit, and lacks awareness of layer design for the application of a slim structure. Prior art literature

[0009] Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0494497 (October 26, 2021), Ventilating Seat for Infants Having Detachable Cooler with Air Cleaner The problem to be solved

[0010] The present invention aims to solve the problems of the aforementioned prior art, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a ventilated seat for infants that allows for a slim structure while significantly improving air output and suppressing noise generation. means of solving the problem

[0012] A ventilation sheet according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a lower windproof layer; an upper windproof layer having ventilation holes formed therein for ventilation; a mesh layer disposed between the lower windproof layer and the upper windproof layer to form an air passage; and a fan unit for supplying air to the mesh layer; wherein a fan housing constituting the fan unit is provided with a connection portion facing toward the mesh layer, and an inlet seam is formed on the ventilation sheet adjacent to or in contact with the connection portion.

[0013] At this time, the ventilation sheet may have a partition seam formed therein that extends in one direction from the inlet seam to suppress the movement of the fan section, and a movement seam formed therein that extends in the other direction from the inlet seam to guide air to a mesh layer with a relatively large volume.

[0014] The above fan section may be positioned to penetrate both the upper and lower sides of the ventilation sheet to allow air to flow in from both directions, so that the fan section is exposed on both the upper and lower sides, or a fabric material may be further covered on the upper or lower side of the penetrating fan section.

[0015] In addition, the connecting portion of the fan housing is formed in two parts, and a guide pin is formed between the connecting portions so that the direction of the air discharged from the fan part is aligned and the upper windproof layer or lower windproof layer is pushed out to secure an air passage.

[0016] In addition, an airfoil is formed on the upper side of the fan housing inside the fan housing, and the cutoff point of the airfoil may be positioned on a virtual straight line in which a virtual vertical line passing through the center of the fan is rotated 10 to 30 degrees to the left.

[0017] The above-mentioned inlet seam is formed to narrow toward the mesh layer or the center of the ventilation sheet, so that the entire air emitted from the fan section can flow into the mesh layer without loss.

[0018] In addition, a fabric layer that comes into contact with the user's body is further formed on the upper windproof layer, and the inlet seam may be formed to be sewn up to the fabric layer. Effects of the invention

[0020] In the present invention, a connection portion is provided toward the mesh layer in the fan housing constituting the fan unit, and an inflow seam is formed in the ventilation sheet adjacent to or in contact with said connection portion, and a guide pin appropriately guides the air while securing the direction of movement of the discharged air, and the fan unit is arranged to penetrate both the upper and lower sides of the ventilation sheet so that air is introduced from both directions, thereby significantly improving the air discharge force.

[0021] In addition, the present invention has an airfoil formed on the upper side of the fan housing inside the fan housing, and the cutoff point of the airfoil is positioned on a virtual straight line in which a virtual vertical line passing through the center of the fan is rotated 10 to 30 degrees to the left, thereby significantly improving noise and further maximizing air discharge efficiency by preventing the discharged air from being reabsorbed.

[0022] Furthermore, the present invention achieves an ultra-slim structure dependent solely on the thickness of the fan, in addition to the aforementioned efficiency improvement, by directly exposing the fan section to the fabric layer or the lower windproof layer. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0033] Hereinafter, a ventilation seat according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is an upper perspective view of a ventilation seat according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a lower perspective view of a ventilation seat according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a drawing showing the front, cross-section (line A-A'), and rear of a ventilation seat according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of area B in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of area C in FIG. 3, FIG. 6 is a plan view showing the fan section of a ventilation seat according to an embodiment of the present invention in more detail, FIG. 7 is a drawing for explaining the air delivery operation in the fan section of a ventilation seat according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a rendering drawing illustrating an example of design application of a ventilation seat according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0034] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a ventilated seat (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention is largely composed of a backrest portion (100), a seating portion (200), and a fan portion (300). A back opening (110) may be formed in the backrest portion (100), and a seating opening (210) may be formed in the seating portion (200). Furthermore, a first fixing strap (410) and a second fixing strap (420) may be formed in the backrest portion (100), and a third fixing strap (430) may be formed in the seating portion (200).

[0035] Furthermore, referring to FIG. 3, the ventilation sheet according to the present embodiment is formed such that the entire ventilation sheet (1000) is sewn with seams (610, 620, 630) that produce various functions. Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the ventilation sheet (1000) is formed with a lower windproof layer (510) that blocks air, an upper windproof layer (530) that blocks air but has ventilation holes (535) formed to allow air to be emitted, a mesh layer (520) that is placed between the lower windproof layer (510) and the upper windproof layer (530) to form an air passage, and a fabric layer (540) that is placed on the upper windproof layer (530) to allow air to pass through so as to apply air to the user's body, and each layer is bonded through a seam (550).

[0036] At this time, referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the fan unit (300) performs the role of supplying air to the mesh layer (520). The fan unit (300) is configured with an upper inlet (310) and a lower inlet (320) that penetrate both the upper and lower sides of the ventilation sheet to allow air to flow in from both directions, thereby exposing the fan unit (300) from both the upper and lower sides and basically strengthening the air output force.

[0037] In addition, separate from the above, the fan section (300) may be configured such that the upper windproof layer (530) and the lower windproof layer (510) are absent or perforated at the part where the upper inlet section (310) and the lower inlet section (320) meet to draw air from both directions, thereby enhancing the air discharge force. Meanwhile, for a comfortable fit, it goes without saying that either the upper or lower part of the fan section (300) may be formed to be covered with a breathable fabric material.

[0038] However, as described above, the fan housing (301) constituting the fan section (300) is provided with a connecting section (301a) in which the housing narrows toward the mesh layer (520), and an inlet seam (620) is formed in the ventilation sheet that is adjacent to or in contact with the connecting section (301a). At this time, the inlet seam may be formed to narrow toward the mesh layer (520) or toward the center of the ventilation sheet.

[0039] In other words, the entire air emitted from the fan (300) is delivered to the mesh layer (520), which is an air passage, without any loss.

[0040] Furthermore, in the ventilation sheet, a partition seam (610) is formed that extends in one direction from the inlet seam (620) to suppress shaking or movement of the fan unit (300), and a movement seam (630) is formed that extends in the other direction from the inlet seam (620) to guide air to a mesh layer (520) with a relatively large volume. Accordingly, the volume of the space increases the moment air enters the mesh layer (520), thereby promoting rapid air movement and further improving the air discharge power.

[0041] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the connecting portion (301a) of the fan housing (301) is formed in two parts, and at least one guide pin (350) is formed between the connecting portions to align the direction of the air discharged from the fan, and at the same time, push out the upper windproof layer (530) or the lower windproof layer (510) to secure an appropriate thickness and secure an air passage. Thus, more precise air discharge and movement become possible.

[0042] In addition, in a fan unit (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention, an airfoil (360) is formed on the upper side of the fan housing (301), and the cutoff point (360a) of the airfoil (360) is characterized by being positioned on a virtual straight line that is rotated 10 to 30 degrees to the left by a virtual vertical line (which is also a vertical direction to the discharge surface of the fan) passing through the center (330c) of the fan.

[0043] Generally, in a centrifugal fan like the one in this embodiment, an airfoil (360) is typically positioned to prevent the discharged air from being re-inhaled, and the cutoff point has an eccentricity clockwise from the center of the fan. In this case, since the discharge port is eccentric to the right, the counterclockwise eccentricity is intended to ensure that the discharge port has a structure that is as symmetrical as possible.

[0044] However, when the upper inlet (310) and lower inlet (320) are formed in both directions as in the present embodiment, noise and vortices are generated when a conventional airfoil (360) structure is applied. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention discovered that noise and vortices are significantly reduced when the airfoil (360) is positioned on the upper side of the fan housing and the cutoff point (360a) of the airfoil (360) is positioned on a virtual straight line that is rotated 10 to 30 degrees to the left (rotation of d in the drawing) of a virtual vertical line passing through the center of the fan. Furthermore, to further maximize this effect, it is more preferable to install a blocking plate (340) connecting from the cutoff point (360a) to the fan housing.

[0045] Meanwhile, this fan part (300) is designed to be detachable through a zipper part (560) provided on the lower side, so it can be removed when washing the sheet.

[0046] As described above, the ventilation sheet according to the present invention enables highly comfortable and high-efficiency ventilation by increasing air intake force through a double-sided suction structure, and by guiding air through the inlet seam and guide pins so that it moves and is applied to the user without loss, while achieving low noise due to the unique structure of the airfoil of the fan housing, and also by providing a beautiful ventilation sheet with a very slim thickness because other fabrics or layers do not cover the fan due to the double-sided exposed structure of the fan.

[0047] As such, those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains will understand that the present invention may be implemented in other specific forms without altering its technical concept or essential features.

[0048] In addition, preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed in this specification and drawings. Although specific terms have been used, they are used merely in a general sense to facilitate the explanation of the technical content of the invention and to aid in understanding the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It is obvious to those skilled in the art that, in addition to the embodiments disclosed herein, other variations based on the technical concept of the present invention are possible.
