Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a structure for preventing inter-floor noise and a construction method for preventing inter-floor noise. More specifically, the invention relates to a structure comprising a cushioning layer, a sound insulation layer, a sound-absorbing filler, a non-woven fabric sheet, a hard board, and a waterproof sheet, wherein a noise-absorbing filler is filled (inserted) into a filling groove of the sound insulation material, thereby enabling effective vibration damping and sound absorption functions without forming a separate foamed concrete layer, unlike conventional technology. Background Technology
[0002] Recently, due to rapid industrial development and economic growth, the demand for buildings has increased, and along with this, land prices have been continuously rising. As a result, in the case of buildings constructed in urban areas where land prices are high, there is a trend toward high-rise buildings as a means of efficiently using land.
[0003] In particular, as population concentration in large cities intensifies, there is a trend toward concentrating residential buildings on multi-story structures, such as apartments, villas, and multi-family houses, in order to solve housing problems in these cities.
[0004] Generally, for multi-unit dwellings such as apartments or villas where multiple generations live together, the foundation work is completed by constructing concrete slab layers according to the number of floors of the building; then, with heating pipes arranged at regular intervals on top of the concrete slab layers, gravel and cement mortar are applied to a predetermined thickness.
[0005] As described above, concrete slabs are used as elements to partition the upper and lower floors in multi-unit housing, and since these concrete slabs are constructed using only concrete, noise and vibrations caused by impact generated inside the corresponding floor of the building are transmitted directly to the floor below through the concrete slabs partitioning the floors.
[0006] Impact sounds applied to the structure of a multi-unit dwelling are transmitted in all directions as solid-borne sound is generated by operations such as walking, opening and closing of doors, movement of objects, or operation or stopping of equipment, and as a result, the surface of the multi-unit dwelling structure vibrates and is transmitted as airborne sound, which is heard by people in the surroundings and is perceived as noise.
[0007] For example, impacts such as falling objects or the sound of dragging a chair generate solid-borne sound, which is transmitted to the floor below through the concrete slab; this is commonly referred to as "inter-floor noise."
[0008] As multi-unit housing such as apartments has become more common, damage caused by inter-floor noise is increasing, and this has recently become a serious social problem. In response, regulations regarding housing construction standards are being further strengthened, and related laws are being revised.
[0009] Accordingly, efforts and research to reduce the aforementioned problem of inter-floor noise are being actively conducted, and various inter-floor noise prevention technologies are being proposed.
[0010] As an example of inter-floor noise prevention technology, a lightweight foamed concrete layer is formed above the concrete slab layer, a heating pipe and finishing mortar layer are formed on top of the lightweight foamed concrete layer, and a floor decoration layer composed of decorative materials such as vinyl flooring, solid wood, or tiles is formed on top of the finishing mortar layer. Here, while the lightweight foamed concrete layer formed above the concrete slab layer serves to cancel out noise, there is a problem in that it alone cannot fundamentally absorb or block noises such as lightweight impact sounds and heavyweight impact sounds.
[0011] Conventionally, sound-absorbing materials of a certain thickness are inserted into the indoor floor or arranged in layers to prevent noise from being transmitted to other layers, but there is a problem in that gaps are formed between the layers or a certain bonding surface is not formed, and thus the noise is amplified as gaps are formed between them.
[0012] Conventionally, as moisture continuously accumulates in the gaps between layers, mold can grow, causing indoor contamination and contaminating the bonding surfaces between the layers, which can lead to a decrease in sound absorption performance.
[0013] Heating pipes are buried in the indoor floors of multi-unit dwellings for heating purposes. In addition to the noise generated as heating water flows through the pipes, there is also a problem that the sound-absorbing layer may be damaged due to the temperature rise of the heating pipes during heating.
[0014] Most conventional floor construction methods for preventing inter-floor noise involve installing inter-floor noise prevention materials, such as sound insulation, on top of a concrete slab layer before installing a heating system. However, while this method is highly effective in preventing high-frequency lightweight impact noise, it has the disadvantage of not being suitable for suppressing inter-floor noise because it easily transmits low-frequency heavyweight impact noise to the floor slab layer. Prior art literature
[0015] Republic of Korea Published Patent No. 10-2022-0146738 (Publication Date: November 02, 2022) Republic of Korea Published Patent No. 10-2021-0156140 (Publication Date: December 24, 2021) The problem to be solved
[0016] The present invention was developed to improve upon the aforementioned problems. The objective of the present invention is to provide a structure capable of effectively absorbing and blocking inter-floor noise without a foamed concrete layer by combining various materials and structures. Claim 15 In claim 1, the floor finishing material (140) of the finishing material layer (140L) is made of linoleum or floorboard, and the interlayer noise prevention structure is applied with a functional surface coating having antibacterial, anti-slip, and anti-static functions. Claim 16 A floor noise prevention structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the finishing material (140) of the finishing material layer (140L) is composed of any one of wood-based flooring material, PVC tile, or composite flooring material. Claim 17 A method for constructing a floor noise prevention structure (100) on top of a concrete slab layer (10) that separates the upper and lower floors of a building, comprising the step (S10) of manufacturing a unit module (UM) having a certain area (size) in which a plurality of grooves (slots) (121a) are formed along the lower surface and a plurality of filling grooves (121b) are provided, wherein a noise-absorbing filling material (122) is filled into the filling grooves (121b), and a non-woven fabric sheet (123) is bonded to the upper and lower surfaces of the sound insulation material (120) to prevent the noise-absorbing filling material (122) filled into the filling grooves (121b) from escaping, and a hard board (124) is bonded to the lower surface of the sound insulation material (120); and a cushioning layer (110) is formed on the upper surface of the concrete slab layer (10). A method for preventing inter-floor noise, comprising: a step of forming (S20); a step of assembling and connecting a plurality of unit modules (UM) on top of the buffer layer (110) to form a sound insulation layer (120L) (S30); a step of installing a waterproof sheet (130) that provides a waterproofing function on top of the sound insulation layer (120L) (S40); and a step of forming a finishing layer (140L) on top of the sound insulation layer (120L) to provide a finishing treatment (S50). Claim 18 A construction method for preventing interlayer noise, characterized by providing vibration damping and sound absorption functions without separately forming a foamed concrete layer, by means of a structure in which the noise-absorbing filler (122) is filled into the filling groove (121b) of claim 17.
