Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a pest removal device, and more specifically, to a pest removal device for attracting and removing pests outdoors. Background Technology

[0002] Pests that have coexisted with humanity and taken the lives of countless people and livestock through various diseases and infectious diseases have been provided with conditions that are more favorable for reproduction due to pollution and global warming alongside the development of scientific civilization. As they adapt to environmental pollution and develop resistance, no clear method to completely control pests has been presented to date.

[0003] Generally, methods for eradicating pests (flying insects) such as mosquitoes and flies, which are harmful to humans and livestock, included spraying insecticides, using insecticidal smoke to eliminate pests, and luring pests with ultraviolet light and electrocuting them.

[0004] However, among the conventional pest control methods mentioned above, the use of insecticides or insecticidal smoke contains toxic chemicals that are harmful to the human body and cause adverse effects. Furthermore, the aforementioned electrical methods generate noise through incineration when electrocuting pests with high voltage, making it difficult to raise livestock in barns due to noise pollution; the generation of smoke also causes foul odors, and pest remains fall outside, contaminating the surrounding area.

[0005] Furthermore, the pest control methods described above are designed for small-scale installations in private homes or farms, making it difficult to eradicate all pests at the city or national level; consequently, there was still a problem of humans and livestock being infected with various diseases by pests. [0033] The suction port (200) is formed in the lower part (110) of the body part (100) and serves as an entrance that allows pests to be sucked into the lower part (110) and enter the body part (100).

[0034] The lure section (300) is formed in the middle section (120) and performs the role of luring pests, and the role of luring is explained in detail below.

[0035] The crushing section (400) is formed on the upper part (130) and performs the function of crushing pests that enter the body part (100) through the suction port (200).

[0037] In a pest removal device (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, the attracting part (300) includes a storage box (310) for storing an attractant, a heating part (320) for heating the attractant, and a discharge port (330) for discharging the attractant, and the middle part (120) of the body part (100) may have a plurality of through holes (121) formed therein.

[0039] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the induction unit (300) may include a storage box (310), a heating unit (320), and a discharge port (330).

[0040] The storage container (310) serves to store the attractant. The attractant may consist of a substance that produces a scent that attracts pests.

[0041] The heating unit (320) performs the function of heating the attractant and may be formed by being attached to one side of the storage box (310). The heating unit (320) may be composed of a PTC heater. By heating the attractant with the heating unit (320), the scent of the attractant is made to spread far.

[0042] The discharge port (330) is formed to extend downward from the storage box (310) as a passage through which the lure is discharged.

[0043] A plurality of through holes (121) penetrating the middle part (120) of the body part (100) may be formed so that the attractant of the attracting part (300) can go outside the body part (100) and attract pests.

[0045] In a pest removal device (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention, the attracting part (300) further includes a light-emitting part (340) that emits light while being formed to surround the discharge port (330), and the plurality of through holes (121) may be formed at a height corresponding to the light-emitting part (340).

[0047] Looking at FIG. 2, it can be seen that the attracting unit (300) is configured to further include a light-emitting unit (340). Pests can be effectively attracted through the light-emitting unit (340). The light-emitting unit (340) is formed in a shape that surrounds the discharge port (330), thereby allowing pests to be simultaneously attracted by the scent and light from the attractant, thus maximizing the effect of attraction. The light-emitting unit (340) is formed to correspond to the height of the through hole (121), thereby emitting light to the outside through the through hole to attract pests.

[0049] In a pest removal device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the crushing unit (400) may include a crushing blade (410) for crushing pests, a collection net (420) disposed above the crushing blade (410), and a suction device (430) disposed above the collection net (420) for sucking crushed pests into the collection net (420).

[0051] Looking at FIG. 2, it can be seen that the crushing part (400) of the pest removal device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a crushing blade (410), a collection net (420), and a suction device (430).

[0052] The crushing blade (410) performs the function of crushing pests and may include a rotating blade configuration. The collection net (420) collects the carcasses of pests crushed by the crushing blade (410). The suction device (430) is a device that creates an airflow for suction by being placed on the collection net (420) to suck up the pests crushed by the collection net (420).

[0054] In a pest removal device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the lower part of the body part (100) may further include a first wind generating device (500) that generates an upward wind to move pests that have entered through the suction port (200) to the crushing part (400).

[0056] In the pest removal device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the pest has a mechanism in which it enters the lower part (110) of the body part (1000), moves to the upper part (130), and is crushed. Therefore, it is necessary to create an airflow from bottom to top inside the body part (100) to facilitate the movement of the pest, and accordingly, a device that creates wind from bottom to top, such as the first wind generating device (500), may be additionally required.

[0058] A pest removal device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include an illuminance sensor unit (600) formed in the middle part (120) of the body part (100) for measuring the brightness of the light-emitting part (340), a second wind generating device (700) disposed on the frame of the middle part (120) of the body part (100) for generating wind toward the light-emitting part (340), and a control unit (800) for operating the second wind generating device (700) when the illuminance measured by the illuminance sensor unit (600) is formed to be below a certain level.

[0060] A pest removal device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include an illuminance sensor unit (600), a second wind generating device (700), and a control unit.

[0061] The light sensor unit (600) measures the brightness of the light-emitting unit (340). When the number of pests entering the body unit (100) increases rapidly, pests may become densely concentrated around the light-emitting unit (340) and the discharge port (330) that are the cause of attraction. In this case, pests attempting to enter the discharge port (330) must be prevented, and the pests must be effectively moved to the upper part of the body unit (100). Therefore, the increase in the number of pests can be recognized through the measurement of the light sensor unit (600).

[0062] The second wind generating device (700) is fixed to the middle section (120) of the body section (100) and is configured to generate wind toward the light-emitting section (340). This configuration is provided for situations where an excessive number of pests are attached to the light-emitting section (340) or when pests attempt to block the discharge port (330).

[0063] The control unit performs the role of operating the second wind generating device (700) when the illuminance measured by the illuminance sensor unit (600) is formed to be below a certain level, recognizing that there are too many pests near the light-emitting unit (340).

[0065] The control unit of the pest removal device (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention stores the illuminance measurement value of the illuminance sensor unit (600) at the start of operation of the pest removal device (1). The control unit stores the measurement value measured by the illuminance sensor unit (6000) in real time, and when the illuminance measurement value decreases by 30% or more, the control unit causes the second wind generating device (700) to generate.

[0066] Additionally, the control unit increases the wind intensity of the second wind generating device (700) when the illuminance measurement value decreases by 50% or more. That is, the control unit can operate the second wind generating device (700) when the illuminance measurement value falls below a certain ratio compared to the initial illuminance measurement value according to the illuminance measurement value, and when the illuminance measurement value continues to fall below a certain ratio, it can increase the intensity of the second wind generating device (700) in response to cause the pests attached to the light-emitting part (340) to fall off.

[0068] Although the present invention has been described in detail through specific embodiments, this is for the purpose of specifically explaining the invention, and the invention is not limited thereto. It will be apparent that modifications or improvements can be made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention.

[0069] All simple variations or modifications of the present invention fall within the scope of the present invention, and the specific scope of protection of the present invention will be clarified by the appended claims. Explanation of the symbols
