[0034] FIG. 1 is a side view showing a stepper mechanism combined with a loess footrest according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a loess footrest according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the loess footrest (100) according to the present invention is mounted on and used on a pedal (P) of a stepper mechanism (1000). The loess footrest (100) includes a detachable cover (1) for being attached to the pedal (P) and a filling material (2) that fills the detachable cover (1). The detachable cover (1) is an element that is detachably attached to the pedal (P) and may include a cover body (11) and a pedal attachment part (12). The cover body (11) has an open upper portion that forms a container shape and is filled with a filling material (2) inside. The cover body (11) is fixed to the pedal (P) by being attached so that its bottom portion wraps around the upper surface and perimeter of the pedal (P). The cover body (11) is made of a soft plastic material and can be attached to the pedal (P) in a press-fit manner. The cover body (11) has elasticity to maintain a connection with the pedal (P) and can be removed as needed.
[0035] Referring to FIG. 2, the filler (2) is filled into the upper container of the detachable cover (1) and comes into contact with the user's foot to support the user's foot. The filler (2) includes a loess layer (21) made of any one of soil, spherical particles, or a sheet-like material. If necessary, the loess layer (21) may be loess treated so that it does not stick to the user's foot even when in contact with the user's foot.
[0036] Additionally, a shock dispersion layer (22) is disposed at the bottom of the loess layer (21) to support the loess layer (21) and to mitigate the impact applied from the loess layer (21) and transmit it to the pedal (P). The shock dispersion layer (22) is interposed between the bottom surface of the detachable cover (1) and the loess layer (21) to mitigate the impact applied between the loess layer (21) and the detachable cover (1). The shock dispersion layer (22) may have adhesive properties. The shock dispersion layer (22) may be formed from an elastic material such as silicone or the like, having a predetermined thickness.
[0037] The loess footrest (100) according to the present invention contains loess in the upper part of a container shape, so that the user can perform loess stepping and stepper exercises simultaneously. The loess footrest (100) is configured to be detachably coupled to a stepper device (1000), so that loess stepping and stepper exercises can be performed simultaneously as needed. The loess footrest (100) can be widely applied to various types of lower body exercise equipment, such as step climbers and left and right steppers, in addition to the stepper device of the illustrated form.
[0039] The stepper mechanism (1000) illustrated in FIG. 1 is an exercise device that allows a user to exercise indoors by mimicking the motion of climbing stairs. It comprises a base frame (B) supported on the floor, rotating rods (R) rotatably coupled to the base frame (B), pedals (P) coupled to and supported by the rotating rods (R), and cylinders (C) that are partially rotatably coupled to the base frame (B) and partially rotatably coupled to the pedals (P), and that contract to absorb shock applied from the pedals (P) when the rotating rods (R) rotate downward, and extend when the rotating rods (R) rotate upward. The loess footrest (100) of the present invention may be coupled to the pedals (P).
[0041] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a pedal coupling portion in a loess footrest according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the pedal coupling portion is cut in the transverse direction. As shown, the pedal coupling portion (12) can be formed as a strap structure that allows for length adjustment.
[0042] More specifically, the pedal coupling portion (12) may include a first strap portion (121) installed on one side of the cover body (11) and covering a part of the pedal (P), and a second strap portion (122) installed on the other side of the cover body (11), covering another part of the pedal (P), and coupled to the first strap portion (121).
[0043] Here, the first strap portion (121) may include a first strap support loop (121A) installed on one side of the cover body (11), a first support strap (121B) coupled to the first strap support loop (121A) and adjusted to a length corresponding to the outer shape of the pedal (P) to wrap around and support a part of the pedal (P), and a first buckle portion (121C) disposed at the end of the first support strap (121B) and coupled to the second strap portion (122). Additionally, the second strap portion (122) may include a second strap support loop (122A) installed on the other side of the cover body (11), a second support strap (122B) coupled to the second strap support loop (122A) and adjusted to a length corresponding to the outer shape of the pedal (P) to wrap around and support another part of the pedal (P), and a second buckle portion (122C) disposed at the end of the second support strap (122B) and coupled to the first buckle portion (121C).
[0044] That is, the pedal coupling part (12) of the strap structure is configured so that the first strap part (121) and the second strap part (122) wrap around the pedal (P) in a direction facing each other, so that the loess footrest (100) can be stably fixed to the pedal (P). In addition, the first support strap (121B) and the second support strap (122B) are configured to be adjustable in length corresponding to the shape of the pedal (P), so that they can accommodate pedals (P) of various sizes. Furthermore, through the combination of the first buckle part (121C) and the second buckle part (122C), the first strap part (121) and the second strap part (122) can be firmly fastened together, and quick detachment is possible when necessary. In addition, the strap parts are firmly fixed to the cover body (11) through the first strap support loop (121A) and the second strap support loop (122A), so that a stable coupling state can be maintained even during exercise.
[0046] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which the rod coupling part of the loess footrest according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on the detachable cover. Referring to FIG. 4, the loess footrest (100) may further include a rod coupling part (3). A part of the rod coupling part (3) may be coupled to the detachable cover (1), and another part of the rod coupling part (3) may be coupled to a rotating rod (R) that supports the pedal (P). The rod coupling part (3) acts to prevent the detachable cover (1) from detaching from the pedal (P).
[0047] The rod coupling part (3) may include a main body part (31), a cap part (32), and a gap compensation pad (33). The main body part (31) may be detachably coupled to the cover main body (11). Since the rod coupling part (3) is detachably coupled to the cover main body (11) through the main body part (31), mounting and detaching of the rod coupling part (3) may be easy as needed.
[0048] The cap portion (32) is positioned at the end of the main body portion (31) and can be formed in a 'C' shape. Additionally, the cap portion (32) can be detachably coupled to the rotating rod (R). The 'C'-shaped cap portion (32) is configured to surround the rotating rod (R) so that it can be easily coupled to the rotating rod (R) and can be stably supported even during the movement of the rotating rod (R).
[0049] The gap compensation pad (33) is attached to the inner surface of the cap portion (32) and can be formed from an elastic material. When the cap portion (32) is coupled to the rotating rod (R), the gap compensation pad (33) is compressed between the cap portion (32) and the rotating rod (R) to compensate for the gap between the cap portion (32) and the rotating rod (R). By compressing the gap between the cap portion (32) and the rotating rod (R) to compensate for the gap, noise or shaking caused by the gap that may occur during movement can be prevented. Since the gap compensation pad (33) is formed from an elastic material, it can mitigate the impact generated during the operation of the rotating rod (R) and reduce friction between the cap portion (32) and the rotating rod (R), thereby preventing wear of the parts.
[0051] FIG. 5 is a front view showing the cap portion of the rod coupling portion according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring thereto, the rod coupling portion (3) may further include a tightening adjustment ring (34). The tightening adjustment ring (34) may be rotatably coupled to a part of the cap portion (32) that surrounds a part of the rotating rod (R) centered on the rotating rod (R). Additionally, the tightening adjustment ring (34) may be coupled to one of the tightening grooves (321) formed in another part of the cap portion (32) that surrounds another part of the rotating rod (R) to adjust the tightening force of the cap portion (32). By adjusting the tightening force of the cap portion (32) surrounding the rotating rod (R) through the tightening adjustment ring (34), optimal coupling force can be secured depending on the size of the rotating rod (R) or the usage environment. Furthermore, the rod coupling portion (3) can be coupled more stably to the rotating rod (R), and the coupling state can be maintained firmly even during prolonged exercise.
[0052] On the outer surface of the cap portion (32), tightening grooves (321) are formed in multiple places on a part of the cap portion (32) so that the tightening force can be adjusted stepwise, and the tightening adjustment ring (34) is stably coupled to the selected tightening groove (321) so that the set tightening force can be maintained.
[0054] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a pedal coupling part of a loess footrest according to another embodiment of the present invention. Unlike the strap structure shown in FIG. 3, the pedal coupling part (12) is formed to hold and fix the pedal (P) at multiple positions. The pedal coupling part (12) may include a first coupling part (123) configured to press and hold both sides of the pedal (P) along the width direction of the pedal (P) and to be variable in correspondence with the width of the pedal (P), a second coupling part (124) configured to press and hold the lower surface of the pedal (P) along the thickness direction of the pedal (P) and to be variable in correspondence with the thickness of the pedal (P), and a third coupling part (125) configured to press and hold the upper surface of the pedal (P) along the thickness direction of the pedal (P) and to be variable in correspondence with the thickness of the pedal (P).
[0055] Accordingly, by simultaneously pressing and gripping the pedal (P) in the width and thickness directions through the first connecting part (123), the second connecting part (124), and the third connecting part (125), the loess footrest (100) is prevented from detaching during exercise, and the loess footrest (100) can be more stably fixed to the pedal (P).
[0056] In addition, since it is configured to apply pressure and elastically support the pedal (P) in various directions, it can maintain a stable connection state regardless of the size or shape of the pedal (P).
[0057] The first connecting part (123) may include a first gripping member (123A) and a first gripping elastic member (123B). The first gripping member (123A) is coupled to the lower part of the cover body (11) so as to be slidably movable along the width direction of the pedal (P) and can press the side of the pedal (P). The first gripping elastic member (123B) may be disposed at the lower part of the cover body (11). Furthermore, the first gripping elastic member (123B) elastically supports the first gripping member (123A), so that when the first gripping member (123A) is protruded to the outside of the cover body (11) by the pedal (P), it is compressed, and when the pedal (P) is separated from the first gripping member (123A), it is restored to its original state by elastic force, thereby moving the first gripping member (123A) to the inside of the cover body (11).
[0058] The second connecting part (124) may include a second gripping member (124A), a second gripping elastic member (124B), and a grip pad (124C). The second gripping member (124A) may have a catch hook (124A1) formed at its end to support the lower surface of the pedal (P). Additionally, the second gripping member (124A) may be slidably coupled to the inner surface of the first gripping member (123A) along the thickness direction of the pedal (P) to press the lower surface of the pedal (P). The second gripping elastic member (124B) may be disposed inside the first gripping member (123A). Additionally, the second gripping elastic member (124B) elastically supports the second gripping member (124A), so that when the second gripping member (124A) protrudes downward from the first gripping member (123A) by the pedal (P), it is extended, and when the pedal (P) is separated from the second gripping member (124A), it is restored to its original state by elastic force, thereby moving the second gripping member (124A) inwardly to the first gripping member (123A). The grip pad (124C) is attached to the inner surface of the second gripping member (124A) and may be formed of an elastic material. Additionally, the grip pad (124C) may be pressed between the second gripping member (124A) and the pedal (P) and adhere to the side of the pedal (P).
[0059] The third coupling member (125) may include a pedal pressing member (125A), an elastic pressing member (125B), and a cushioning pad (125C). The pedal pressing member (125A) is slidably coupled to the lower surface of the first gripping member (123A) along the thickness direction of the pedal (P) and can press the upper surface of the pedal (P).
[0060] The elastic pressure member (125B) is received on the lower surface of the first gripping member (123A) and can elastically support the pedal pressure member (125A) toward the pedal (P). The cushioning pad (125C) is attached to the end of the pedal pressure member (125A) and can be formed of an elastic material. The cushioning pad (125C) can reduce the impact transmitted from the cover body (11) to the pedal (P) by being compressed between the pedal pressure member (125A) and the pedal (P).
[0061] The pedal coupling part (12) may further include an auxiliary pressure part (126). The auxiliary pressure part (126) is fixedly positioned at the center of the lower surface of the cover body (11) and can elastically support the center of the upper surface of the pedal (P). That is, by additionally positioning the auxiliary pressure part (126) at the center of the lower surface of the cover body (11) to elastically support the center of the upper surface of the pedal (P), the central part of the loess footrest (100) can be prevented from lifting away from the pedal (P). In addition, together with the first coupling part (123), the second coupling part (124), and the third coupling part (125), it can provide all-around support force for the pedal (P), thereby further improving the coupling stability of the loess footrest (100). The auxiliary pressure member (126) may include an auxiliary pedal pressure member (126A) that is slidably coupled to the lower surface of the cover body (11) along the thickness direction of the pedal (P) and presses the upper surface of the pedal (P), an auxiliary elastic pressure member (126B) that is received on the lower surface of the cover body (11) and elastically supports the auxiliary pedal pressure member (126A) toward the pedal (P), and an auxiliary cushioning pad (126C) made of an elastic material that is attached to the end of the auxiliary pedal pressure member (126A) and is compressed between the auxiliary pedal pressure member (126A) and the pedal (P) to reduce the impact transmitted from the cover body (11) to the pedal (P).
[0062] The loess footrest (100) may further include a replacement container (4), a container fixing device (5), and cushioning tubes (6).
[0063] The replacement container (4) can be detachably coupled to the cover body (11). Additionally, the interior of the replacement container (4) may be filled with a filling material (2). Accordingly, the replacement container (4) is detachably coupled to the cover body (11) with the filling material (2) filled inside, making it easy to replace or maintain the filling material (2). The replacement container (4) may include a container body (41) in which the filling material (2) is filled inside and which is supported by the inner surface of the cover body (11) and the cushioning tubes (6), and a flange part (42) that extends outward from the upper part of the container body (41) and is supported by being hooked onto the upper part of the cover body (11). Accordingly, the replacement container (4) can be more stably fixed, and downward displacement of the replacement container (4) can be prevented even when the user's weight is applied.
[0064] The container fixing member (5) can fix the replacement container (4) to the cover body (11) through magnetic force. More specifically, the container fixing member (5) may include a first coupling magnet (51) positioned at the top of the cover body (11) and a second coupling magnet (52) positioned at the flange portion (42), which is coupled to the first coupling magnet (51) through magnetic force when the flange portion (42) is supported by being hooked onto the top of the cover body (11). Accordingly, the replacement container (4) can be firmly fixed to the cover body (11) and can be easily separated when necessary.
[0065] The cushioning tubes (6) are made of an elastic material and are positioned between the replacement container (4) and the cover body (11) to elastically support the replacement container (4). Accordingly, shocks occurring during movement can be effectively mitigated, and displacement or deformation of the filling material (2) can be prevented.
[0067] FIG. 7 illustrates a stepper mechanism according to another embodiment of the present invention, shown from the side. The stepper mechanism (2000) includes a clay step (100) comprising a detachable cover (1) and a filler (2), similar to the previously described embodiment.
[0068] The stepper mechanism (2000) includes a first pedal (P1) and a second pedal (P2) arranged vertically. A clay footrest (100) can be detachably attached to the upper part of the first pedal (P1). The first pedal (P1) and the second pedal (P2) are installed so as to be rotatable with respect to the central part (M). As the user shifts the center of gravity to the forefoot or heel while placing their foot (F), the pedals (P1, P2) can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise in the drawing.
