[0027] The cosmetic liquid is filled into the container body (20) through the inlet and outlet, and a certain amount of the filled cosmetic liquid is withdrawn by the pumping part.

[0028] A screw portion is formed on the outer surface of the above-mentioned inlet so that the discharge portion (30) is detachably screw-fastened.

[0029] The above discharge unit (30) is connected to the container body (20) and discharges a certain amount of cosmetic liquid filled inside.

[0030] The above discharge unit (30) is composed of a pumping cap (31) having a screw portion formed on its inner surface, which is fixed by screwing into the inlet portion of the container body (20); a pump member (32) which is attached to or fixed by screwing into the pumping cap (31) and pumps a certain amount of cosmetic liquid filled in the container body (20); a spray nozzle unit (33) which is a cap-shaped head structure connected to the pump member (32) and guides and sprays the pumped cosmetic liquid; and a withdrawal hose having one end disposed inside the container body (20) and the other end penetrating the pumping cap (31) and being connected to the pumping member.

[0031] The above discharge unit (30) is a conventional pump that pumps and sprays a certain amount of liquid object.

[0032] It is preferable that a latch member be integrally formed and protruded from the upper outer surface of the container body (20), and a fastening groove be formed on the bottom surface of the pumping cap (31) so as to be fitted or forcibly fitted into the latch member, thereby preventing the container body (20) fastened to the inlet from being supported by the latch member and rotating.

[0033] The above cap lid unit (40) is a major component of the present invention. The above cap lid unit (40) is positioned on the upper side of the container body (20) while enclosing a part of the discharge part (30).

[0034] The above cap lid unit (40) is formed as a circular cap structure with an open bottom, and is made of synthetic resin.

[0035] The above cap lid unit (40) further has a spray hole (41) formed so that the cosmetic liquid discharged from the discharge unit (30) can pass through and be sprayed, and an operating hole (42) further formed to pressurize the discharge unit (30), and a space between the operating hole (42) is further provided between the inner upper surface of the cap lid unit (40) and the discharge unit (30).

[0036] That is, the cosmetic liquid can be discharged without separating the cap lid unit (40) by means of the above-mentioned spray hole (41) and the above-mentioned operating hole (42), and the user can press the discharge part (30) by inserting their finger between the above-mentioned operating holes (42), thereby improving usability and convenience.

[0037] In the above cap lid unit (40), supporting protrusions (43) are further formed on the inner surface to press the outer surface of the discharge part (30), and one end of the nozzle tube (50) is further fitted into the discharge part (30), and the other end of the nozzle tube (50) is positioned to pass through the injection hole (41) formed in the cap lid unit (40).

[0038] The above-mentioned supporting protrusion (43) presses the outer surface of the pumping cap (31) of the discharge unit (30) to prevent the cap lid unit (40) from rotating, and one end of the nozzle tube (50) is fitted into the nozzle hole (331) to guide the cosmetic liquid sprayed from the spray hole (41), thereby enabling precise spraying and supply.

[0039] The nozzle tube (50) is positioned to pass through the injection hole (41).

[0040] A guide inclined surface (34) is further formed on the upper side of the discharge portion (30), and a recognition protrusion (35) is further formed on one end of the guide inclined surface (34).

[0041] The user can perceive the direction in which the cosmetic liquid is sprayed on the guide inclined surface (34), and compared to a horizontal structure, the contact area with the finger is widened to improve friction and prevent slipping.

[0042] In addition, the recognition protrusion (35) is formed to protrude integrally from one end of the guide inclined surface (34), so that the user can again recognize the direction in which the cosmetic liquid is sprayed.

[0043] The above cap lid unit (40) is further provided with an elastic pressure support means (60) to prevent the cap lid unit from rotating by applying elastic pressure to the outer surface of the discharge part (30).

[0044] The above elastic pressure support means (60) comprises an operating groove (61) formed on the inner surface of the cap lid unit (40), a pressure support coil spring with one end screw-fastened or attached and fixed to the inner surface of the operating groove (61) formed in the cap lid unit (40), a pressure support panel (63) with the other end screw-fastened or attached and fixed to the pressure support coil spring fastened to the operating groove (61), and an elastic friction support panel (64) formed of an elastic synthetic resin material that supports the discharge unit (30) and is attached and fixed to the front surface of the pressure support panel (63) fastened to the pressure support coil spring. By the elasticity of the pressure support coil spring and the elastic friction support panel (64), the outer surface of the pumping cap (31) of the discharge unit (30) is pressed, thereby preventing the cap lid unit from rotating. The fixing and supporting forces are improved, and the elastic friction support panel (64) attached to the pressure support panel (63) has a seating groove (65) formed on its front surface so that a part of the discharge part (30) is inserted therein, thereby widening the contact area to further improve the fixing and supporting forces, and preventing the elastic friction support panel (64) from moving or separating due to friction and catching.

[0045] It is preferable to further attach and fix an elastic support ring made of an elastic synthetic resin material to the above injection hole (41), and to force-fit the nozzle tube (50) through the elastic support ring so that the elastic support ring presses the nozzle tube (50) by its elasticity, thereby improving the fixing and supporting force of the nozzle tube (50) and preventing it from being separated from the nozzle hole (331).

[0046] It is preferable to further form friction elastic catch protrusions protruding from the inner surface of the above-mentioned seating catch groove (65) so that the friction elastic catch protrusions are caught or frictionally engaged with the pumping cap (31) of the discharge part (30), thereby preventing the elastic friction support panel (64) and the cap lid unit (40) from rotating or moving.

[0047] It is preferable to further form a catch support groove on the outer surface of the pumping cap (31) of the discharge unit (30) so that the friction elastic catch projection is fitted therein, thereby improving the fixing and supporting force of the elastic friction support panel (64) and the cap lid unit (40) and preventing the cap lid unit (40) from rotating.
