As shown in Reference Drawings 1 and 2, it is installed around a vehicle and can be remotely deployed by attaching it to an RC car. It is designed with an optimized center of gravity and a fillet structure on the side so that it automatically maintains an upright position even if dropped. An LED light source is provided in the center, and this light is emitted upward and sideways through a through hole in the washer part and an acrylic part to secure a visibility distance of over 100m. Additionally, a magnet can be attached to the washer part, making it easy to collect after installation. The LED light source can produce approximately 12 colors, and a lighting mode and a flashing mode can be selected. Furthermore, this design is constructed with an assembly structure, making battery replacement easy and enhancing user convenience. 3.
