This design relates to a ceiling fan with a light fixture installed on the ceiling, wherein the outer edge of a ring-shaped LED lighting unit and the blower fan inside it form an integrated structure. 2. The head unit at the center of the fan is rotatable at an angle of inclination, as confirmed in Reference Drawing 1. 3. The internal fan blades rotate together with the head unit at the center of the fan to perform the blowing function. 4. It is a composite device designed to perform lighting and airflow functions simultaneously, characterized by its round shape. 5.
