Description

Draw 08 The item that is the subject of the design Tree tissue sampling device Description of the design 1. The material is metal. 2. The present invention is a manual-operated tree tissue sampling device that penetrates the bark of a tree to collect tree tissue in order to diagnose the growth condition of a tree growing naturally or artificially. It is equipped with a rotary drilling means that can precisely remove only a localized area by penetrating the bark layer without touching or damaging the cambium layer between the inner xylem and the bark of the tree trunk, thereby minimizing damage to the tree while accurately checking its condition. 3. An inner cylinder concentric with an outer cylinder has ring-shaped teeth at its tip and a T-shaped handle at its rear end that is detachably connected. When the outer cylinder is held in close contact with the surface of the wood with one hand and the outer cylinder is secured by gripping it with one hand while the other hand holds the connected T-shaped handle and applies force to rotate it, the inner cylinder rotates so that the teeth cut the wood tissue in a circular shape, and simultaneously, due to the pressing force, it penetrates into the wood tissue to a predetermined depth (the insertion depth is adjusted by looking at the scale on the surface of the outer cylinder). The wood tissue corresponding to the depth penetrated remains trapped inside the inner cylinder. Once the tissue collection is complete, the inner cylinder is retracted through the T-shaped handle to be pulled out of the tree, and the wood tissue contained within the inner cylinder is removed to inspect and diagnose the growth status. 4. [Drawing 1] is a drawing showing the overall shape of the present design, [Drawing 2] is a drawing showing the front part of the present design, [Drawing 3] is a drawing showing the rear part of the present design, [Drawing 4] is a drawing showing the left side part of the present design, [Drawing 5] is a drawing showing the right side part of the present design, [Drawing 6] is a drawing showing the top part of the present design, and [Drawing 7] is a drawing showing the bottom part of the present design. Also, [Reference Drawing 1] shows the overall assembled form of a sampling device formed by detachably connecting a T-shaped handle to the rear end of the present design and fixing it with a butterfly bolt. Key points of the design creation The key point of the design creation is the combination of the shape and form of the "tree tissue sampling device."
